I had a lot of fun with this! I graduated from fashion school about seven years ago, and in college we did a lot of pattern design, and used Photoshop a lot in general, so this class was a great refresher course for me, and helped me learn a few techniques that were different from what we learned in school! I also really liked the examples of different expressions and ways to add character and personality. I draw a corgi every day for a fun project (facebook.com/ACorgiADay), so my project for this class was my corgi drawing for today. I'm looking forward to using these techniques more in the coming weeks!
