I have applied the Graphic Design elements and principles to create a Pinterest pin for a blog post by Psychology Today. I used hierarchy in the heading text by altering the size and weight of the typeface to draw attention to the main topic. Line is used to define the boundary of the heading and create visual interest. The main focal point of the design is the impactful image of the person tangled in cords followed by the word 'screen time'. The heading colour is in high contrast to the dark image. The mouse icon is a 'point' to define the end of the line.
