I don't know about you but when I get into the pattern-making groove, I have a hard time leaving it! Lol! I made a seashell pattern with the "flowers in a diamond" idea, no stem, of course. At first, I made it pretty full of motifs and I liked it but I didn't love it. It took three tries to get it to a point I was happy with. It involved spacing things out and having fewer fillers. But I loved the process and I think it will stick with me when I make my next design.

I've also made a few bee color schemes I love.

Finally, I made a winter design with the damask method. I'm really excited to explore this some more. Are we having fun with patterns yet? Ready for the next class? - image 4 - student project

I hope you are enjoying class! I love seeing all of the projects!
