Aperture practice

Aperture practice - student project

This is Nightlyght's boyfriend. She's allowing me to use her account to learn photography. I would love to one day do nature and landscape photography

Both of these photos were shot in sunny conditions.

Cover photo: Shooting with a Canon Rebel T3i paired with a 50mm lens.

Aperture: f/1.8

ISO: 100

Shutter Speed: 1/250s

Shot in Raw, but converted to JPEG for the purpose of uploading to here.

I took the things Justin taught us about Aperture and Shutter Speed in this course, and put them to use. I've been a fan of photos where the subject is the main focus of the photo, so learning this at the start was great!

Lens: 50mm

Aperture: f/7.1

Shutter Speed: 1/160s

ISO:100

Shot in Raw, but converted to JPEG for the purpose of uploading to here.

With this one, I didn't want to do the same thing as I did above, as far as editing. With this one, I just touched up the colors and details a little with Camera Raw inside of Photoshop.Aperture practice - image 1 - student project
