Whimsical Animals with Watercolors: Explore the Ways of Traditional Illustration II

So cute! The way the bear pops from the paper.. the textures on dark blue is mesmerising, and the giraffe too! love it!

Hi again Shamila, it's great that you took both classes! All of your animals are really cool. In this one I have my most favorite animal- it's the mouse. I love the mood, the movement and the dry texture of its tail - it has personality. The crow is great as well - they could even create one illustration together: Mouse and crow chatting:)  I like how you mixed red with ink in your fox. With the giraffe you showed that you can handle wet to wet as well as dry details. And the bear and the cat are just lovely. I really like the texture of the background with the bear and you learned how to make fluffiness on cat's body. I think that the cat might be even prettier on different background color but that's just a matter of personal taste. Excellent job! Thank you for sharing your projects and I'm really happy that you enjoyed the class!

Hi Sova, thank you so much! I loved your classes, it was exactly what I needed to start esperimenting myself with illustrations, expecially animals; so that was perfect!
The mouse is my favourite too, I'm going to play more with inks, I like this style, simple and magical! Thank you for your feedback, very appreciated

I loved the part with the inks and i think I'll experiment it more.
