By applying the principles of Design Thinking to your work, you’ll be able to take a step back and create an objective, actionable plan. Things to consider:

Be truthful. Take a step back to consider your strengths and weaknesses from others’ point of view.
Don’t make assumptions. Where possible, base your work on research and concrete interactions with those around you.
Be specific. Include due dates, metrics, and specific targets when writing your goals.
