You did it! Congratulations on reaching the end of the class! Now it's time to create your own unique ferrofluid animation!

You have a lot of different ways you can make your animation unique and they range in difficulty, so you can choose the method that's right for you!

I explain how to do a few of these changes in Lesson 5, so don't forget to watch that lesson before you tackle your own project!

Below I have a few different techniques listed, however don't let that scare you away if you're feeling ambitious! Have fun and don't stress about the details! If you have a cool idea you want to try out, go ahead!

Ways to customize your ferrofluid animation!

Change the color of the ferrofluid
Adjust the lighting in your scene
- Rotate the current HDRI using the Z rotation
- Choose a new HDRI from the pre-installed option
- Download a completely new HDRI from polyhaven.com
Adjust the animation
- Re-time the current animation
- Adjust the animation by changing the magnet or orb position
- Make the animation longer so you can include more animation
Or...anything you'd like to change and sparks your imagination!

When you're finished with your final animation, don't forget to post it to the project gallery so we can all congratulate you on a job well done at the finish line of this class!

As a side note, you won’t be able to post your video directly on Skillshare, however you are able to upload it to YouTube and add a link, or you can convert it to an animated GIF and upload that directly in your project!

If you're unsure how to post your project to the gallery, let me give you a quick explanation:

1. Render and save your image as a .JPG or .PNG file in Blender
2. Click the "Submit Project" button located in the "Projects & Resources" tab below the video player.

3. Now you need to upload your Cover Image (Please note: This is ONLY the image for the cover of your project, it will be cropped in the project gallery).
4. Give your project a name! For example: "My Ferrofluid Animation!"
5. In the "Project Description" text box, tell us a little about your render if you'd like to! Was there a story behind the way you assembled your objects? What is your favorite part of the image? Did you find anything in particular challenging about the project?
6. Now for the MOST IMPORTANT STEP, don't forget to upload an uncropped full size version of your render using the "Add More Content - Image" button found below the "Project Description" text box.

Without uploading your image a second time, the only thing we'll be able to see is the cropped cover image, which would be quite a shame after all your hard work!
7. Add any relevant "Skill Tags" if you'd like to (it's optional if you don't want to).
8. Hit the "Publish" button at the top of the screen!

And that's it! You're done! You've now joined the ranks of all of your fellow Blender explorers by submitting your class project!
