For the class project, you'll be creating

one or two pages of mindful doodles in your sketchbook
- where you'll practice tapping into your intuition & your sensations
- where you'll observe the colors & explore color mixes and palettes you might not have
- where you'll notice what comes up, both positive and negative
- where you'll experiment with pulling color palettes from your previous doodles to find what you like and don't like
please share your project in the project section, whether you choose to share one, some, or all of your mindful doodles, and if you also feel like it share your thoughts on the process: what was easy, what was hard, what you noticed, what you'll take away for the future.

Remember that practicing gentle awareness & open-hearted curiosity towards your inner artistic voice is a process. It might be hard at first, and even when it is it is, please celebrate each and every one of your attempts because that is where the magic lies.
Remember that sometimes the seemingly 'simplest' things are the hardest to do, and that is why it's so essential to keep showing up, to keep practicing. With time, with repetition, it will become easier and easier to hear your intuition, to explore outside of your comfort zone, to bring ever more curiosity & self-compassion into your process, and into your sketchbook.
