Reach out on LinkedIn to prospective individuals who work there – This leads to bigger and better opportunities when looking for a job. The reason why is because if you reach out to individuals who work for the company, there is a 50/50 chance they will forward your information to their superior. You never know what could happen. – I've had several successes and hundreds of failures, to be honest. I reached out to various individuals who never got back to me. Yet the ones who did help me got me an interview with the internal recruiters, which even lead to speaking with the hiring managers. Regardless of I didn't get the job, it beat sitting there for weeks or months waiting for them to reach out. It's all about being proactive on your end, not waiting for them to be proactive.
