Complete your own “Creative Diet” plate.

It’s time to better understand your own creative influences and sensibility.

To start, download the “You on a Plate Template” from the class resources. You can either print it out if you want to go analog, or pull it up in your Instagram stories if you want to create a shareable, digital version. You can also draw your own creative plate if you prefer!

Then, fill it in with the various things that inspire you and your work! If you’re feeling stuck, it might be worth taking a step back and creating a Pinterest board of work you like so you can start noticing patterns.

You can also do this activity for your creative heroes to better understand how others you admire have landed on their creative genius.

Whatever you do, we’d love to see your plates—please share them in the project gallery so we can all understand what makes your creativity uniquely yours!
