Capturing photos on a foundation of raw authenticity, I'm a longstanding Wedding Photographer who enjoys every moment of creating images that couples can cherish for a lifetime. Specializing in all things lighting, angling, and yielding genuine emotions, I have captured SO many beautiful ‘I do’ moments over the years and have helped others truly embrace the magic of stopping time – and I cannot wait to guide you on doing the same!

As a homebred Singaporean with a piece of my heart forever in New Zealand (been there 13 times so far), it didn't take long for me to pick up the camera and begin capturing the gorgeous landscape around me. A decade or so later fiddling with cameras, my landscape passion soon expanded into astrophotography and then branched out yet again here in the wedding photography world. In short, I love everything about photography, ranging from the stars in the sky to the tears of joy falling down someone’s face. I think what makes photography so special is the fact that there is beauty in literally everything. And above all, it’s not just up to the camera to capture it, but how you as the photographer draw out that innate beauty in the first place.

To me, every couple is a new journey for me to get to know them on a personal/intimate level and grow with them…literally! In fact, many come back for newborn and family photo sessions since their wedding. This passion of mine has rendered me some hefty recognition across the local and international scales. To date, I have been invited to discuss my New Zealand landscape photography by TEDx and have had my works featured on multiple platforms like New Zealand High Commission Singapore, Christchurch Mail, Lianhe Zaobao, MAD About Singapore Exhibition, and Annual Noise Exhibition. Even more, had the honor of a timelapse video I developed featured on Singapore PM Lee Hsien Loong’s personal Facebook Page.

In the end, photography is the ultimate gateway to self-expression. It has allowed me to see life from different angles, appreciate raw emotion at a macro level, and capture wedding vibes worth not forgetting – especially real laughter, which is always evident in my photos! And the best part is that getting these powerhouse results is not just about having the best or most expensive gear; it is about forming that deep understanding of elemental composition, knowing how light works, and making those connections with your couples, families, and subjects to bring their true feelings to the surface. Once you master that - which you will by the end of this class - then you are one step closer to transforming those stories into the timeless legacies they can truly be.
