Share your own affirmation journal spread!

Choose an affirmation that speaks to you right now, and then create your own journal spread based on it!

Start by sketching out your layout and lettering, before pulling out your pens and markers to create a gorgeous, brush-lettered affirmation. Once you have your centerpiece, you can fill in the extra space with doodles and decorations, or even use some of it to journal thoughts about why this affirmation is important to you, or steps you want to take to move towards this vision.

This could easily be an activity you do regularly—every week or month—to help grow your self esteem. Whatever you create, we’d love to see it! Please share your work in the project gallery so you can inspire other students, too.
