In this class you will create cat stickers with different emotions in procreate, export them in a web format and upload them to giphy.

For better results upload every sticker on the way to get feedback for the next animation!

1. Design your cute cat!

Open up a new Page in Procreate with 1080px x1080px
Create a simple cat character head in a folder

2. Apply your new skillz to your cute cat!

Activate the Animation Feature in Procreate
Apply the animation basics learned in class to the cats head

→ How to do that: Click Export as animated Gif, choose the web format in the top left corner and hit “Export”; Open up your new class Project and show all the cat cuteness <3

→ the simplest way to do that is to add one frame in between, turn on onion skin and draw exactly the middle state of what you see before and after.

Create a sparkly eye cat animation

→ Draw your cat some cute sparkly eyes

→ copy your eyes and redraw them - each slightly different

→ watch your awesome sparkly eye loop! And share it with the class. Let’s turn this gallery into a cute kitten palace!

Lets create a simple morph between the cat and the dog

→ this is the final big step to master your skills! It’s a bit harder to decide what your middle frame is going to look like. But keep in mind: the transition is over really fast. People won’t see any little mistakes :)

Export all your stickers with transparent background, select "ready for web"
