For your project you will create your own color wheel.

Decide on your primary colors. Try to choose 3 warm colors or 3 cool colors, avoid mixing warm & cool colors. I can recommend Ultramarine blue, Madder lake deep & Azo yellow deep for the warm palette and Cerulean blue, Quinacridone rose & Azo yellow light for the cool palette. Don’t get too invested in choosing the perfect colors, you can test a few ones and how they work with each other before deciding on your final primary palette;
Draw a circle (it does not need to be perfect!!) and divide it into 12 equal parts;
Lay down the primary colors, leaving 3 blank spaces between them;
Mix 50/50 of the primary colors to achieve 3 secondary colors. Put them in the center of each group of 3 blank spaces;
Mix a secondary color with their closest primary to achieve tertiary colors and fill the blank spaces;

Extra! Mini mini project: Mix all the 3 primary colors to achieve a neutral gray color.
