This class invites you in the fairy world of mushroom houses.

Drawing mushroom houses with colour pencils is a creative art project for kids and playful adults.

Colour pencils are a simple, inexpensive and yet very interesting medium. Showing kids how to use this basic art medium in several different ways will allow them to bring more creativity in their art.

In this class students will discover and experiment different colour pencils techniques, such as:

- how to achieve smooth colouring

- how to use different values of the same colour

- how to create gradients

- how to layer the colours

Students will also learn how to draw an imaginary mushroom house and how to apply the colour pencils techniques they have learnt, for colouring their art piece.

This class doesn't require any prior experience in drawing. It is a children friendly and beginners class.

The materials you need for this class are:

- a sheet of paper, or a sketchbook

- a graphite HB pencil

-an eraser and a pencil sharpener

- a set of colour pencils (of your choice, no specific brand needed)
