Paint your own Inky Cat using the techniques demonstrated in the course. Every cat has its own unique personality and feel. Have fun capturing that spirit in ink.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Paper (I use Canson Mix Media 98 lb. paper and Arches Hot Press 140 lb. in the videos)

Pencil (I like to use a harder lead pencil, like a 2H or 3H but use what feels comfortable)

Pencil Sharpener

Kneaded Eraser

Brushes (I like to use these cheap synthetic brushes)

Water (two containers)

India Ink (I use Speedball Super Black in the video)

Paper Towel

Waterproof Ink pen (I use a Copic Multiliner .02 pen)

White gel pen

This assignment will cover the following:

Gathering Reference and Inspiration

Drawing Cats

Painting Cats Using the Ink Drop Technique, Wet on Wet, and Wet on Dry Method

Adding Details in Pen

DELIVERABLE
