I chose envelopes really to stretch my creativity. A typical envelope is inanimate, flat, and often pretty plain, but I'm sure it has lots of potential to be exciting!

Envelope ravioli! Not amazing, but still edible. This was a first for me - making ravioli from scratch. So even though these are all the same, I'll count them as 10 envelopes, just because of the effort involved.

And yes, that's just a hunk of cheese for the filling.

I've really enjoyed this creative journey. Although I was at times resistant to trying something outside my usual, in retrospect, they were often the most exciting projects. I would encourage anybody to give this a go!
