It’s always good to take an initial inventory before you start a new journey. And then check in with yourself to see what what progress you have made given all the new tools you learnt.

Download 7 Parenting Tools Workbook from the resources section.
Print out the cheat sheet on the last page of the workbook and place it somewhere where you can easily see it every day. This will serve you as a reminder of each tool.
Use the tools with your child and practice new skills of emotional literacy.
Go to Projects and share the difference you notice in your child's behavior before and after this course.
