The work of realigning with your values and recommitting to yourself isn’t easy, so here are some things to keep in mind to help you out:

Just get started! The hardest part of achieving your goals is taking the first steps, so start the workbook today so you can feel yourself moving forward. Feel free to share pictures of your workbook pages or, if that’s too personal, just reflections on what you’re learning.

Complete the exercises in your own time. There’s no rush to complete this work, and it may take some time for lessons to sink in. You can return to the class at any time.

Celebrate (and share) every little win. Did you complete a page of the workbook? Learn something new about yourself? Take action on a new habit? Share any and all wins in the project gallery so we can celebrate with you!
Use this space for whatever support you need. Of course, it won’t be all wins. Everyone who achieves their goals has challenges and failures along the way. Feel free to ask for help so we can support you or just remind you to be kind to yourself!
