Choose a quote that inspires you — but that also gives you a lot of visual ideas!
Then, sketch your initial, rough thumbnails.
Create a structural layout to plan your final piece.
Sketch basic letterforms into your layout.
Finalize your letterforms, adding style details as you go!
Choose and add color to your piece.
Add final details and ornamentation to your letters.
