The first project is to use React & ReactDom in the browser directly.

Second project will learn about using React in a Node.js environment and using a module bundler tool Webpack .

-Can you add a color style prop to the Heading component in the React with Webpack project

-Can you update the Counter project to prevent decreasing the value after it's 0 (no negative numbers)

-Can you support Hover action to the Star Rating component to change the background color
