Create your own branded suite with watercolor illustrations!

Assignment

Now it's your turn! Show off your watercolor style. Consider making some or all of the assets for an event of your choice — real or imaginary. This is a creative exercise that's great for practicing your style, creating a coordinated set of creative pieces, and exploring your watercolor techniques.

Will you use gouache, watercolor, or both?
Will you choose floral illustration, or a different theme?
Which items make sense for your event? Choose some, all, or even invent your own.

Remember: there is no right or wrong way to go about illustration! Tap into your creativity and let yourself explore.

Deliverable

Share your process and final pieces in the class project gallery. Ask questions, share feedback, and use this community as an opportunity to invest into your skills and portfolio.
