Students will create a piece of embroidery artwork that they’ll be able to hang in their own home! Students will have access to the pattern that I will take them through step by step, using the different embroidery stitches outlined in this class. The pattern will feature a hand holding a flower, but if students feel inspired, they may also create their own design that uses these stitches.

I will show students what materials to use, how to prepare those materials, and take them through every stitch of the project. This is the ultimate beginners project for embroidery as I will take you through every minute step along the way. The finished product will be a hand stitched embroidery piece that can be hung on a wall or used in home decor. So you’ll be able to add your own work to your art collection at home!

Once you're done, I hope everyone will share their work in the class project gallery so we can all see the result of your hard work!
