As a capstone exercise, this is your project charter:

I want you to brainstorm how you would take on the project of creating a music streaming application (app). The application must be able to support the streaming of music via mobile phones and computers. Users must be able to (1) sort music by various attributes [artist name, music genre, etc.], (2) create a playlist, (3) bookmark songs that they like, (4) rate songs, (5) create a personal profile, and (6) manage their subscription. This project must be completed within 1 year.

Think about the various phases (planning, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and termination) and (1) talk about what tasks you would complete in each phase, (2) what outputs you would create for each phase, and (3) what resources you would use to complete the work during each phase.
