1. Intro: Hi and welcome to the
Skillshare class. My name is Emil now and I'm
gonna be your teacher for the zero too confident class. And as we go through this class, we are going to be identifying
a lot of the themes and factors that you consider
for yourself as a reason, not be a confident person. And through this process,
through this class, we are going to eliminate many of these
preconceived notions that you might have about yourself and the factors that are really
impacting your confidence. We're going to be
putting together a strategy plan for you in the next 30 days where
you can actually become a more confident person. Now, I was when I
was growing up, not the most confident
person in the room. I was not the
kidding class to put up my hand and say, Hi, I'm a meal and this
is what I stand for, this is what I believe
in, and this is what I want to achieve in life. But over the years I have
but some tools together for myself where I can actually use them to become a more
confident person. And that is what has brought
me to where I am today. I would very much love
to do the same for you. So follow along on this class. I hope you enjoy it, and
I'll see you in lesson one.
2. Identify reasons for your lack of confidence: Welcome to the first lesson in the zero too confident class. And I think right off
the bat before we start, it's important to
understand that confidence consists
of two parts. There is what you think of yourself and how you confident you perceive
yourself to be. And there is the side where other people
perceive you as confident. One is internal and
one is external. But it is important to
acknowledge that for other people to start receiving us as
successful and confident people, we first need to flip the
switch in our minds to start believing that we are
in fact conference. No one is going to walk
up to you and say, You look so confident
with Archie. Actually being
confident makes sense. So we need to start
on the internal side, move over to the external side. But this class and
the lessons within this class is
focused on changing the internal side of your
confidence because that is the starting point of how
you perceive yourself. And that will lead to other people perceiving
you as confident. Now, I've got a document attached down low that
you guys can collect. Otherwise, we can just draw up a manual column and row
format on a piece of paper. And we can get started
on the first exercise. Great, So now that you
have the exercise in front of you and your columns drawn
up in the following way. We can start. Now, I want you to list as many things as you
can possibly think of. That is a reason
in your mind that you are not a confident person. This is going to take
you some time, I think, dedicated about
ten to 15 min for yourself while you do this step. This is the base of
the whole class. And the more time you
spend on this section, the more results you're
actually going to achieve at the end of the day. So don't worry if it takes
you longer than 15 min. I really want you
to be honest with yourself and write
down things that you really believe impacts
your lack of confidence. And the reason I say To
be honest with yourself on this piece of
paper is a lot of times when we look at ourselves, It's difficult to say an acknowledged things
that are not that good. We like talking
about our strings, but we don't always like talking about the things that
make us not that great. So spend your time on this
and categorize them for me. All of these reasons
into two categories. Reasons within your control and reasons outside
of your control. Alright, I'll catch you
when you don't know that. Okay, you got all your
reasons written down. The next step is
both scary and fun. And it also takes a lot
of stress or yourself. So I want you to take
your page where you've written the things inside of your control and
outside of your control. And I want you to folded
into right down the middle. And I want you to take that
page through the middle. You've got two sides. You've got things
within your control. You've got the factors
outside of your control. I want to scratch
this up and throw it away because we can't change the things
outside of our control. And I think the first thing
we need to acknowledge in this class is that
we can focus in, you can focus on the things
within your control. If it's outside of your
control and there's nothing that you can
do to change that. Forget it, and don't
worry about it. Okay, we're gonna be
working on this list. We are at the end of Lesson one. And this is where this class really starts to become
interesting, engaging, and where we can start
creating action steps for you to follow in the next 30 days
to improve your confidence. Meet me in lesson two.
3. Create action steps: Welcome to lesson two, where we actually start taking
action on the reasons that you lack self-confidence
from an internal side. So the reasons they're all
within your control that you feel give you a
lack of confidence. Now, this is really
an exciting step. I think this is where we really put the meat on the bones
and we start saying, I now acknowledged that
these are the things that give me a reason
to lack confidence. But this is now a way I'm taking action where I'm
taking my first step to say, I wanna be a confident person. I want to feel better
about myself and I want other people to perceive
me as more confidence. And this is where we actually get those
action steps in place. So you can start
becoming a whole person. Next to each one of the
reasons within your control, I want you to write down something that is going to change that
reason for the data. So something that you can
do to change the batteries in and take it off of
your list completely. So if you don't like
the way you dress, then you might write, I went to dress better,
become more fashionable. If you say that I am not good at making food and that's maybe why I can't see my friends over. Then you write the
reaction steps is learn to cook or cook
a meal or cookie basic, we'll write down the
simple action steps for each one of the
reasons on your list. And then I want you to organize that list from
the things that will make the biggest change and biggest
impact in your life to the ones that might make the smallest
impact in your life. They will still
make a difference, but it might not be a
fundamental change. So organize them like that with the reasons in what we make the biggest change
to what will make the smallest change
in your confidence? Take some time on this,
spend time on this, and really get nice actionable
steps and things there. Really make you take these items on the
list for more time. Once again that you
spend on the step, the better the
results at the end of the day are going to be. Okay. Now that we have
this inflammation, we are done with lesson
number two and we're ready to move on to lesson number three where we start taking
these actions, steps, putting it into a plan, and where that
actually starts to make the difference
in our lives. So if you're ready, I'll see
you in lesson number three.
4. Pick your top 3 action steps: Welcome to lesson number three in the zero to confidence class. This is the lesson
where we start taking the action
steps that we've added to the reasons that we see as reasons for lacking
confidence from lesson one. Lesson two, we start
combining that into one thing where
we can actually say, this is what I am going to
do to improve my confidence. And as you can see, this
class has throughout the lessons boiled
to this point. And every time the excitement and the impact of what
we're doing is building. And we are now very close
to the end of this class. But this is the way, the biggest impact of the lessons that I'm teaching you today will come into play. Alright, so you can now get back to your list where you've got the reasons within your control that are affecting
your confidence. You've got your action steps and you've now sorted them
from the things that will make the biggest impact
on your confidence to the things that will make the least impact on your confidence, but they still important
to keep on the list. Now what I want you to do
in this lesson now is to boil that list down
to the three items. So the three things that you see as the most
important on that list, those might be three of the things that make
the biggest difference. How it might be three of the things that make the
smallest difference. But you can now
choose which of these three you see as
the most important. Take time with us is great, that you have a whole
list of things. But it has now been
proven in past that when we reduce
our list to, let say, about three, the chances of success and the
chances of you actually implementing
these changes in your life much better. That is what we
want to discourse. We want to make the difference. Now I don't want to
change the whole thing. We don't want to flip the boat. We don't want to
reinvent the wheel. We only want to focus on these three things and
definitely get them changed. That will give us the most
success with this class. So take some time on that. Gets you three top items. And then I'll see you now. You're welcome to
pause the video. Finished that up quickly. Press play, and I'll see you. Okay, great. So you've
got your list of the top three items that you are going to be taking action on. And we're ready to go
into lesson number. So if you ready, come along with me and I'll see you there.
5. 30 Day action plan: Welcome to lesson number four. Less than number
four is actually going to take a little
bit of commitment. And when I say a little
bit of commitments, I actually mean quite a bit of commitment. From your side. This is where the
real change starts. For the next 30 days. I want you to take action on three things on your
list every single day. I've got a template for you down below that you can download, that you can actually track
your progress on this, even if you've just got
your three items in that little blocks
and just take them every day for the
next three days. What is most important
is that you actually do change on a consistent basis. So look at your
action steps and if they are a little bit
vague at this stage to try and boil them down to something that you can
really take action on. So if you want to
cook better food, then cooking a meal
will be an action step. But if you say that, I want to cook
three times a week, or I wanna cook
every single day. I want to try something new. I want to take action on that. That is a change in
the right direction. That is a good action
step when it's boiled down to something
that you can really, really action on a daily basis. I want you guys to
use this calendar. And for the next three
days or once you take off that you've actually done something to get this reason that is impacting your
confidence negativity away. Dan, something from your
side to improve on that, to take it off the list
and to change yourself. The better. It is important to say
that there will be days, obviously wake, you
can't get to this. And they will be days
that you'll fail. Don't get disheartened,
even if there's a couple of bullet
holes in your calendar. Please try and get to
the fatigue day mark. You can always repeat the
process and try to improve on the amount of days we've been successful in the 30 days. But as long as you just
get to the 30 days, that is what is important. We want these action steps to
become habits in your life, things that you focus
on on a daily basis. And after a month, you will see that
they will start to become more natural
with in your day, with in your routine. And that is fundamentally how we make these changes
part of your life. How we impact your conference
on a long term basis, can get these things out the way next month we can focus
on the next three items. And if these items that are
still part of the list, confidence is a long term thing. So get back to this, repeat your three
days and you will see yourself grow as an individual. And what you'll notice
is other people start seeing the changes in your
life and in your confidence. And that is when we've really achieved the external
side of confidence. Where other people
come to you and say, my goodness, you
are more confident. We've really noticed
this about you. What has changed in that I would love if
you can say to them, listen, this is what
Spock to change. This is how I became a
more confident person. And that is the end
of this lesson. I've got a bonus
lesson after this, which if you have
the time for it, I'd love for you
to follow as well. Really has made a
difference in my life, the steps that are
outlined there. But for now, step for
you taking action for the next 30 days is what's
gonna make the difference? What's going to make this
would determine the success or failure of this
class in your life. And I would love for you guys to reach out to me on social. I'm on YouTube most of the time, but I do have my Instagram
accounts as well. Please reach out to me, let me know how this
has worked out for you. And if you found value, please recommend this
class to other people. Share it to family and friends. Someone that you really think could use boosting
their confidence. And we can then make a difference in this
entire community. If you are up for it, checked me out in the
bonus lesson after this. And if you don't want
to check that out, it was very, very nice to share this time and
this class with you. I really do hope to see you in future in some of
my other classes. If you are looking

more of my content. Youtube is going to be

you and for your family. See you in the bonus lesson.
6. Bonus Lesson: Hi and welcome to lesson
number five or the bonus lesson in the zero
to confidence class. Now, the steps that I'm going to outline to you guys
in this bonus lesson is something that
has really made a difference in my
life personally. And I've seen myself
grow confidently at a larger paste and
it's used to after implementing this step
in my life personally. Now what I'm about to share with you is some action
steps that I've forgot and found in
a book by the name of Think and Grow Rich
by Napoleon Hill. It's a really, really good read. But a lot of what we're
going to be talking about in this bonus lesson
comes from this book. And it really is a must
buy if you are a reader. So if we get down to the
action steps of this lesson, I want you to grab
a piece of paper. I want you to grab your phone, your laptop or
whatever, or wherever. You catch notes and
write things down, your phone would probably
be the best because you supposed to have that
with you at all times. But I want you to write
down the following. I am a confident person. I'm a person who confidently
goes through life. I'm a person that
attracts success. I'm a person that will share my confidence with others to
make them more confident to. I want you also to
add a section here. Your dream in life, your goal. I want you to write
down something that really, really excites you. Here's the key. I want you to write
it down as if you've already
achieved that success. Spend time on this. Once again, as with all
things in this lesson, the more time you
spend on the spot, better the outcome at
the end of the day. Now, what I want you to do with this piece of writing
that you've got now is I want you to every morning when you wake up and every
night before you go to bed. Look yourself in the mirror. Get nice and close. Look yourself in the eye. And read this out
loud to yourself. Believe the words that you read. And while you're doing your 30-day goal with
lesson number four, I want you to actually
include this in. They want you to still take action on everything that
you've committed to. But I want you to have
this conversation with yourself twice a day out loud, if you can, that
would be much better. But if you've got people in
the house are close to you, that you don't want
to really speak out loud to yourself in the
mirror from the bathroom, which I realize is
a slightly weird. If you can't do that, look
at yourself and eyes and repeat these words even
if it's a whisper, but you need to hear them. Follow this step. You will see off to 30 days
how you brain starts rewrite, rewiring you to actually achieve the things that you
want to achieve. I am confident. I am the type of person who achieves and draws
success into my life. Say these things,
say the words of the things that you went
to achieve in your life. You might wanted, but
your brain is not yet at a point way it does everything that you do in
a day to achieve that. This exercise will help
you to rewire your subconscious into believing that you are a confident person, that your goals will actually
be manifesting one day. And I want you to believe, as you say these words
out loud to yourself. Guys, goals, whoever's
watching this class, I really appreciate your time. Thank you for spending
your time on this class. And I really do
hope that you are able to find value
from these lessons. I do hope to see you as well in some of my future classes. We'll keep you updated
