1. Your Path To Fulfillment Intro Video: Welcome to your path
to fulfillment. I am so excited
that you're here, and I wanted to start off by
acknowledging you for taking the time to be here and focusing on your
path to fulfillment. While we may sometimes feel that we're in a transition
phase of life, we aren't always
aware of what we can do to feel fulfilled. For some of us, we don't even know what
fulfillment looks like. You see often when we devote our lives to others, be at work, be of romantic relationships, or even our children, we can lose our unique acids. Well, you're neither alone nor helpless because in this module, we're going to set you on
a path to fulfillment. We'll be going
through an 11 step process that will help you paint a clear picture of what fulfillment
looks like to you. And you'll be guided
through creating an intention with the purpose of uncovering all of
your intrinsic values by understanding your head, your heart, and your
guts, intuition, you'll discover how to have a clear picture of your future, which will make each step
forward that much easier. Now what we're going to be
covering and your path to fulfillment is optimal
fulfillment free, right? Optimal fulfillment free
draw, intention, setting, values, micro and stretch goals and things that you enjoy. Motivation, mindset,
toolkit, Support. I know I'm still going
creative board project, mind-map and letter to sell. We have so much great
work to go into. And as we go through
this module, as well as all of my others, I invite you to move
at your own pace, pause and reflect as
it feels right to you. Take the time you need to fill
out each of the handouts, as well as take
time for breaths, stretching, and
of course, water. This time is for you. And when you're ready,
I'll be here for you.
2. Your Path to Fulfillment Guided Visualization: As we begin this
13 step journey, your path to fulfillment, I'd like to begin with a guided visualization to
allow ourselves to become fully present and
be able to take from this process
all that you can. When you are able to
be in a quiet, safe, and comfortable space free from distractions and judgment. This is when it is just the time to begin
this process with me. When you are ready, feel free to sit on the ground or on a chair, feeling grounded, centered, and release
anything from today. I invite this present moment
space to be with you. Close your eyes if that
feels comfortable to you. Throughout this process,
I invite you to take a nice deep belly breaths, calming you, clearing
you, centering you. Searching for fulfillment
or understanding what it means can be overwhelming
at the start. You may be in the middle
of a stressful time in your life feeling
overwhelmed or unclear. You may be very
happy and satisfied, but still feel
like there's more, like you are called to do more. Give yourself grace. Give yourself
permission to allow this active process
to flow through you. I invite you to imagine yourself
walking through a field. In unknown field, or
perhaps a well-known field. Place yourself in this field and begin visualizing
yourself walking. Perhaps you are walking through tall grass or through a stream. Cool. On your ankles and feet. What do you see? What do you feel? Can you hear anything? Allow yourself to be in this vision you
have just created. Now I invite you to take an
intentional deep breath. Breathing in what fulfillment
feels like to you. In this moment. Does it feel calm, complete? Perhaps it feels
unfamiliar or exciting. Breathe in as many
breaths as you need to reach that
sensation of fulfillment. You may have experienced
this feeling in your past. Perhaps you landed
a job that you just didn't know you'd
get but you really wanted or you volunteered
and it felt so good. Feel what fulfillment
feels like to you. Are common themes coming up. What is your intuition
saying about this? What is your heart saying
about this fulfillment? We are connecting your
head, heart, and gut. You're in a space of opening
up to your true essence. Allow those feelings to
come through you with clarity and with intention. As we come to a close, I invite you to see
a vibrant light shooting from the top of your head down
through your body, down to the tips of your toes. Pull in whatever this light
is wanting to share with you in this exact moment. Your fulfillment
journey is yours. And now you are ready. Thank you for going through
this process with me. And now let's really begin.
3. Optimal Fulfillment Free Write: Let's begin by looking
at step number one, optimal fulfillment free, right? Congratulations on diving in and focusing on your
optimal fulfillment. On page two, you'll see it
lined page prompting you to complete what optimal
fulfillment means to you. I invite you to write
out everything that optimal fulfillment
means to you at any length that
feels right to you. Now, how does it feel to live a life of optimal fulfillment? Or what do you imagine
that it might feel like? Now some of my clients like to write in the present moment, feel free to write it out in a way that feels best to you. Allow your words to flow
and travel through you. I've printed out
what a client has written and I'm gonna go
ahead and read it to you. Optimal fulfillment
feel so satisfying. I need nothing more than I have this sense of feeling
complete comes to mind. I have gratitude for
all that I have, who I am and for the
energies around me. My focus is on certain
things each day with my attention on quality
versus quantity, when I wake up, I
feel grateful full of anything and full of
allowing, not needing. I set my mind on something
to look forward to each and every day pulling fulfillment
and excitement in, I relish in the
quality of my time. I spend it with
those that I feel that relationships
are reciprocated and that I can grow
from I am present in my body as it is present in me, my awareness is
heightened and I invest my thoughts of acceptance
and of optimism. I often think of my life
story focusing on reflection, yet also creation of my future. Having experiences
making an impact, deep and true meaning
and connection. Thank you so much to the client
that shared this with me, and I hope that it helps you
with an example so you can begin your free write
on optimal fulfillment. Take the time you need, pause this and
write out anything and everything you have
that comes to mind. Some clients have mentioned
liking to look at their word board or
their vision boards from previous modules, or even their journal
prompts to go ahead and take the time that you need
to write out incomplete. What optimal fulfillment means
to you, write it all out. And when you're complete
these rate where you currently are in terms of
your optimal fulfillment. This is a rating
from ten being the most fulfilled and one
being the least fulfilled. You're going to see a
spot on the bottom of page to where you
can fill that in. Okay, Let's move to page three
and really flip this coin. I invite you to unpack
and write out everything. The optimal fulfillment
does not mean to you. We're looking at
non fulfillment. This could be a feeling of
being blonde, not fulfilled, not having a purpose, feeling this sense of whatever. There's no right or
wrong answer here, this is your journey. It's always important
to really look, unpack and contemplate
what would feel like to be completely
on fulfilled, really leaning into both
sets of motivation, positive and negative sources to continue on with
my client example. I yes, again, have
printed out the example. So I shall begin with
non fulfillment. And what my client has written, non-optimal fulfillment
feels undone. It feels like I'm
searching for recognition, for approval from somebody
or some daunting tasks. This feeling is empty, a bit anxious and unnerving, non-optimal
fulfillment feels like I don't even know what I want. Almost like I'm seeking
to be told what to want or to look at
what society deems. But it doesn't fit for me. I imagined my focus is lacking, jumping from thing to thing, almost filling a void. So this is part of what one
of my clients had written about what optimal fulfillment
does not mean to her. Go ahead and take
the time that you need to write it all out.
4. Optimal Fulfillment Free Draw: Moving on to step number two, optimal fulfillment, free draft. If you are more of a
visual person, a creative, or someone that tends to find
challenges in verbalizing, self-expression or
even healing methods is handout is wonderful for you. There's so many studies around
the power of drawing as a form of expression,
releasing, and healing. Similarly to the free right, this is free draw and
often our emotions are clarified through a
visual and artistic form. Use the space below to draw, to color and create an image that reflects
optimal fulfillment. These creative as you
can and have fun. An image is worth 1,000 words once complete with optimal
fulfillment free drop. I now invite you to go to page
five where we can look at non fulfillment free
drop we're going to do here is open up the source
of your motivation. Some of us are
positively motivated, and some of us are
negatively motivated. Sometimes we can
actually be bold in this space, draw color, create any image that reflects a lack in fulfillment,
non fulfillment. Check in with yourself. How does lack of
fulfilment feel? What color is it? What shape is it, What size is it really leaning into and expressing it
through your drawing? Some clients tend to choose certain colors or
different textures. Cross hatch, e.g. let it all out and express it. Great. So you have now written and drawn out what
optimal fulfillment does and doesn't mean to you
lots of processing here. And I'm so excited to move
on to step number three.
5. Intention Setting: Intention setting. Before I go into this process, I'd like to begin with one of my favorite quotes
by Dr. Wayne Dyer. Take a nice deep breath in feet on the floor,
shoulders, back. You can roll them just to get comfortable and centered
within your body. Be aware of your breath. Be aware of the way you're
feeling, your fulfillment. Create this space of intention. You're here right
now for a reason, please take a moment
to write down what your intention is for
completing this module, your path to fulfillment. Maybe it's feeling
complete or satisfied, purposeful, grateful, done some wonderful writing up to this point in the module. Let's keep it up and
make this happen. That other quote,
Dr. Wayne Dyer, you get what you think about
whether you want it or not. So let's get some intention
set going and get on that. I like to give clients
examples, as you know, one of my client examples around their intention for
this course printed out my intention isn't taking this course is to
uncover the truth, what I am capable of, and what fulfills me. It is my intention
to allow to accept, to receive from this
moment forward. I believe I have done
the work and I'm ready to live a
life of fulfilment, a life that I wake up each
morning feeling grateful. It is my intention to
give and receive love, which will always fulfill me. Yet first, I will love
myself unconditionally. Go ahead and write
this out for you. What is your intention
for taking this course, your path full fulfillment.
6. Values: Step number four values super fun topic and
really important topic. Now, you'll find a lengthy
and lovely two-page handout with a lot of
varieties of values. Go ahead and take a
look at both pages. Now, many clients do say, well, I value all
of these values. You might be feeling
the same way for now, go ahead and highlight or
circle the values that are the most important
to you in a moment, we will narrow them down. So go through which ones
are speaking to your core, your essence, ponder each value, and make decisions
only if it is truly a value that is super
important to you. I'll go over some examples. Maybe accountability is one which is to hold
yourself and others accountable to the
code of ethics deriving from your values. Maybe to address the
appropriateness of your behavior in
relation to your values. Maybe it's nurture to be physically and
emotionally supported by family and friends
throughout your life and to value the same for
others community, maybe to have
sufficient depth and quality of commitment
to a group, maybe its members and purpose so that independent creativity and interdependence can happen be maximize
simultaneously, or maybe it's intimacy
to be able to share yourself fully,
transparently, feelings, fantasies,
mutually and freely with another person
on a regular basis. There are six spaces at
the bottom of page eight. There are any values
that aren't on the list. Go ahead and fill those in
there when you are complete circling the values that
are most important to you, we can then move into
prioritizing them. I invite you to pull
out your top ten values and write them in
the spaces below, rating them from
most important to you to least important to you. So what are your top ten values that you cannot live without? Or another way to say it is you choose not
to live without, hold a space of compassion. These values are a
foundation of you as a person living to a
life of their fullest. These will be your guide
all the way moving forward. Take some time on this. No need to rush a few that
client shared with me. Five of them, authenticity, carrying forgiveness,
serenity, and spirituality. So what are your top ten? Moving to the middle
of page nine of your top ten values make
you feel about yourself. What am I client
shared that one of her top ten was forgiveness, and this supported her and
feeling more peaceful, more calm, more nurtured
as well as more nurturing. It made her feel like she could give and receive
at the same time, which gave her this
great sense of balance. Go through your
top ten values and write out how they make
you feel about yourself. Moving to the last
portion of step for us, someone that really knows You, would they be able to guess five or more of your top values? If not, what do you think they would say your
top five values are? If you're unsure, how
do you feel about asking a few of the
closest people to you share these two pages and
see if they can guess your top five or see how
close that they can get. What are you exuding to
those people around you? Are you living
each day with your values front and center? And do you want to, if so, this is a
great time to start.
7. Micro Goals: Step number five, micro goals. Here's where we get
to begin putting these values straight
into action. Now that you've thoroughly reviewed and assessed
your values, great job by the way, please write down three to five short-term micro
goals that you know, it'd be an investment in living
your path to fulfillment. There are five spaces available. Now we always want to work with three to five goals at a time. More than that can
be overwhelming. Perhaps you pick five of your top values and write micro goals around each of them. I'll give an example now. And it micro goal around a top value of
community could be, I will research three to
five community events within the next ten days
and sign up for one. What are your five values that you want to set
micro goals around? Remember, small,
incremental micro goals.
8. Stretch Goals: Step number six, we're stepping straight
into stretch goals. Now, these are long-term
stretch goals. So stretch goals are all about what the micro goals are
heading you towards. So please write down three to five long-term
stretch goals that you know would
be an investment? Yes. In living your path
to fulfillment, an example around a stretch
goal with community in mind, I will host a community event at the local park this summer. So do you see how the micro
goal led to the stretch goal? So please write down
three to five of your stretch goals
around your values.
9. Things That You Enjoy: Step number seven,
things you enjoy. I love this section and these handouts when working
towards fulfillment, it's critical to process all the things in
life that you do enjoy or bring you some
sort of fulfillment, because ultimately, that's
what we're in search for. So here on page 12, you're going to
see a long list of a variety of categories
that I would love for you to
write out what it is that you enjoy about
each of the categories. You can also use the little checklist on
the left of each category. Maybe those are things
you'd like to try out in the next 90 days, e.g. being social. What about being social is enjoyable to you? Is it enjoyable to you? Now, some things
I've heard a client say is they become more
energized and motivated. They enjoy the diversity
of conversation. They go to different
places that they probably wouldn't
go to on their own, go down the list
and pull out from each category what
it means to you and all the little things
that is important to you and why it makes
you happy change. What do we enjoy about change? Perhaps it's new opportunities, more conversation
varieties, more surprises. This is definitely not a
one-size-fits-all process. So think through these and
answer them for yourself. Now, if you don't enjoy a category, challenge
yourself, e.g. is this true that today in this very moment, I
don't like cooking. Is this a belief? Is this about convenience? So if you do the processing and you still
don't like a category, skip it, move on. There's plenty. We're looking at pulling out fulfillment, not
forcing anything. As I mentioned, this is
a four-page handout. Take your time and really unpack each category and what
you enjoy about them.
10. Motivation: Step number eight, motivation, the power of motivation is incredible and we all need
motivation to keep us going. I can imagine that you
are already feeling a different sense of motivation just from starting this module, or I sure hope so. Discovery allows motivation
as well as clarification. Now, motivation is
a key factor in successfully
accomplishing each and every one of our goals. It also serves as
a light beacon and keeping that momentum going. So uses handout to target your
key source of motivation. Going through this handout, you'll see top motivators, mid motivators, and
low motivators. What are your top motivators? Perhaps it's having
your children look up to you and being an
example to them. Maybe it's winning a
world championship or maybe fitting into
your clothes again after losing that baby weight. Once you've gone through your top motivators,
continue on down. What are your mid motivators? Perhaps it's going on a trip and not needing
to use a wheelchair. Maybe it's being more
fit and maybe it's having some close to
just donate to goodwill. Remember, motivations
range for everyone. So these are just examples
clients have had in the past. It does not have to
be something you use. Just check in with yourself. Your journey next, moving
down to the low motivation. Low motivation is
still motivation. And sometimes we really
need to pull from all three corners of motivation. So what are your low motivators? Not having to pay interests
on a credit card, lowering your blood pressure, having more room in your closet, check the box below
that represents your level of motivation when
you reflect on your top, mid and low motivators,
what are you? Are you highly motivated? Watch examples of motivation
are calling to the most, is this a priority for you? Go ahead and continue processing this and when you're ready, we will move to the next step.
11. Mindset Tool Kit: Step number nine,
mindset toolkit. Let's talk about mindset
for a minute here. When you think of mindset, what comes to mind? Some clients say it's
self-perception, beliefs, outlook, growth mindset,
or even mental attitude. And some clients
call it their mental state or even mental mood. You'll often hear
the word perspective coming up in the world
of mindset as well. Now this module
allows you to have the tools to keep that
higher vibration, that optimistic attitude to allow you to live a
life of fulfillment. And also what comes with
that is a sense of peace and balance and
optimism and purpose. I invite you to take a look at this list and circle the
mindset tools that you feel with level up your
optimal mindset and mood in times of need, feel free to add in the spaces if it's not listed already, maybe it's taking quiet time that will support
your mental mindset. Maybe it's cooking or maybe it's actually feeling and
releasing your emotions. It is critical to let
out those emotions, get them out of our bodies
and allow clarity, health, mental regulation to come
in and better serve you. What are the mindset
tools you would like to use once you've circled
your tools of choice, I invite you from this moment forward to think about
when and how you'd like to use these tools and perhaps put some introspection into how to practice these to
support your overall life. Great work, harnessing
your optimal mindset.
12. My Support: Let's continue moving forward to an extremely important part of this module, step number ten, my support, the power of
support and most importantly, the power of support systems
that believe in you. They lift you up and
they don't judge you. Very rare to find. But when we do just watch and
see how your life changes, I've had clients
say they don't have one person that they can
add to this handout. And how I look at that is now we have an opportunity
to create when a true and authentic
one someplace paths to find a support system, searching in different areas. Maybe religious communities or spiritual communities
are finding one someplace path to find a support system have been
through athletic facilities, communities, Jim's,
hiking, and some have been reconnecting with
long-lost friends and even family members. Know some of you might need
to make copies of this page. And how wonderful is that, that you have
attracted and worked hard at maintaining this
great support system. We all have different
walks of life. Let's just put pen to
paper here and begin. Part of being fulfilled is
having a support system. Please use the
prompts below to gain clarity around your
support system. Let's begin going
through these questions. Right now. You are your top three
to five support systems. Who are the people
that support you? The most full transparency
and authenticity. Also, if you don't
have any at this time, feel free to write down books, podcasts, scriptures, workout or meditation
practices that support you. Don't you worry, we can create
action steps to seeking a lovely support system if that is not a current
situation for you, moving on, what makes you feel that they are
supportive to you? Some clients examples
are that they feel heard there's no judgment. They encourage you and
they believe in you, they support your dreams. And a big one is
they're reliable. Next, how can you continue to nurture those relationships? Is it by writing snail
mail calling more often, sending voice memos
just to say hello. Is it making more of
an effort to listen versus being the one
sharing most of the time, write it all out next. Do you currently need support? So who would you like to
ask for that support from? This is important because
people enjoy feeling needed. We enjoy feeling like we can
do something for someone. And if we never asked
where at times taking away from the other person's
ability to be there for us. Next question. Is there anything
you'd like to ask for support for right now? A recent client to
the half marathon. And she really needed
words of encouragement, people cheering her on, what do you need even want next? How can you go about creating a support system if
you don't have one? Now, this is just what
we've talked about, but this is a fun space
to really dive into. I also want to give you a
caveat to this question. Maybe you'll have
a support system that you'd like to up level, it may be faded out. This question is for
you to then I mentioned earlier searching and religious
or spiritual communities. Athletic community
is Jim's hiking and also reconnecting with lost
family members and friends. What can you do to
create a support system? And now looking at timeframes, If you would like to create
more of a support system, when would you like
to act on that? And you knew I would ask this because I'm all
about taking action. I want you to live to be as
fulfilled as it possibly can. So when would you like to
take a step in creating more of that support system
that you're searching for. This second step
to that is sitting down and writing out
what those steps are, when and where you're
going to act upon these. There also might be research
involved in searching for specific like-minded
communities or networks. Write it all out
and just remember, you can do this. Actually, you are
doing this right now.
13. Creative Board Project: Step number 11, the
creative board project, ready to have some creative
fun during this process, allow yourself to pull images, colors, shapes, anything, and everything
that appeals to you. Now at times you
might be curious, why am I picking
this exact image? What's appealing about this? Simply put it aside and hold
a space for that appeal. No judgment or need
to understand. Just allow the
supplies you're going to need our magazines, photos, scissors, glue sticks, mental large size poster board. And you'll also need
a space that you feel the most yourself in. Now, some clients like to
light a candle or play music, have their oils or incense, have a cup of tea. This is exactly your space. Make it yours. Once you have your supplies, start going through all of
your images, cut them out. Some clients like to also
print images or photos, be as creative as you can. Now, you can glue images
as you cut them out. Or sometimes clients like
to cut them all out, create a stack and then
glue them at the end. At this point, you're
officially making your creative board
project also can be known as a vision
board or a word board. Now, you're welcome to
write on your board, draw extra images, textures,
paints when complete, place your creative
board project in a space that you're
going to see as often as possible and feel what these images are
expressing to you, allow the fulfillment
to soak in, take your time and again, receive what these
images are telling you. And congratulations on
creating this board.
14. Mind Map: Step 12, mind map. Mind-mapping is such a
strong and clear way to allow us to break
down actionable steps. I like to call it
thoughts to paper. And in the center circle, right in what you've discovered brings you the most fulfillment. And in each branch, right, in a possibility of
how you can put action around your fulfillment,
e.g. learning. We can learn by taking
a cooking class, starting Duolingo, reading a
book, trying out gardening, empty out as many ways as you feel you can bring
a main hub and fulfillment into your
actionable reality. Who knows? You might need two pieces
of paper to print out. Sometimes we have a lot
of great ideas and this is just one example, unlearning. And we all know how
much we can learn and how much information
is out there. Just think of the possibilities.
15. Letter to Self: Here we are. Our final step to this module, step 13, letter to sell. This is where I lay out in authentic invitation for
you to begin to free write about what you've
learned about yourself through this process and
your path to fulfillment. What did you discover? What is exciting you about this process that you
just went through? What are you admiring
about yourself? How might you act
differently that you've discovered so much
about yourself? And how can you acknowledge
yourself for learning more, taking risks, maybe stepping out there and trying
different things. This letter is an
expression of who you are, who you've become. This process, this is
about awareness around your fulfillment and how
you want to live that out. I want to say a huge thank you for joining me during
your path to fulfillment. I am so glad that you gave
this gift to yourself. Now it's time for
you to sit back and allow all of this to
process within you, the momentum will
continue to build and it's up to you to
continue this journey. You now have clarity around what fulfills you.
Keep these with. You keep them true to yourself and thank
you for joining me. I wish you all the best. Live with love, live in light.
