1. Introduction: Hello everyone, Welcome to another Flavio will be easing into Yin. Yoga is the presentation of slow movement. It's really about staying in a certain asana, in a certain posture for a longer amount of time. We will move slowly today. We will stretch, we will enjoy ourselves. And I want to dedicate this practice to that fire elements. Even though we will be moving slowly, we will still be firing gap that energy via finance in email Gabby of five elements and each element is one of them. When the fire element is balanced, if you are able to experience poor joy, enjoy ourselves, we feel the purpose in our lives. We are able of authentic connections with others and ourselves as well. So to fire element is mainly associated with joy. When it comes to organs, it relates to heart and small intestine. So for that, we will be working with some heart openers and really stretching this side of our body. Two bonds that fire element nicely and let that energy light that fire flow within our body. I also recommend grabbing a lot of pillows. You might go for blogs as well if you have some. But really having some pillows here would be very nice. So without further ado, let's get started. We'll start in child's pose. 2. Fire Element Yin Yoga Class: So find yourself in a comfortable child's pose and they were like a child's pose. Shift your weight towards your heels. Extend your arms in front of you. Bring the forehead down to the ground. Let your breath flow naturally. Feel that sensation of melting your body down to the ground. The next inhale, big cup your right hand and Fred it under your left arm. Red DO right. All the way to do that. Place your right cheek down underground. Feel that stretch in your right shoulder. Walk your hands forward and melt your heart down to the ground. Keep drawing your abdomens in towards your face. Feel that opening throughout your shoulders. The next inhale, walk both of your hands all the way to the right. Place your left hand on top of the right one and melt your heart down to the ground. Stretch through the left side of your body. On your next inhale. Make it back to center. And walk your hands all the way to the left. Place your right hand on top of July and melt your heart down towards the mat, stretching the right side of your body. The next inhale, come back to center and gently walk yourself all the way towards her heels. Let's take one more little child's pose for a moment. Release your head down to ground. Here. Definitely don't have to come all the way down there. It just a direction that is aiming their keep reading. Make sure both of your sitting bones are glued to the ground. And on the next inhale, come back to send their beautiful. Let's just changed up the legs now. Extend your left leg. Switch it on externally rotated legs so you feel like your phi is worth anything behind you. Opening up the inhale and roll your shoulders back, place your right hand on your left knee. Inhale and roll your shoulders back gently. Place your left hand towards your IP or on your Phi Ratio right high after this guy exhale, bend towards left, stretch the right side of your body. Extending it to the right. Alongside of your right ear. Gaze might go up. Sitting bones are down on the ground. One more, inhale, exhale. And inhale. Left yourself all the way up. Beautiful. Place your feet to a butterfly. Feed together. Let your knees fall to the side. Now it's a great time to grab your pillows and stack them under your niece. My place, as many as you want. You might grab blogs as well to make yourself comfortable here, we will stay here for awhile. Place your hands on your ankles. Inhale, roll your shoulders back again, lengthen your spine. Exhale, start falling over your legs, all the way down. You might want to play some pillows underneath your torso here as well. So make yourself comfortable. Use as many pillows as you want, as you need. Whatever feels good for you right now. So if you have some pillows underneath you, you can just lower yourself down. Hug those pillows in, place your toe, so really use your forehead. You feel like you are drifting away or faults are wondering. Just come back to your breath. Come back to the present moment. And it's absolutely normal to do sometimes get lost in your thoughts, imposes. What is important is to notice that acknowledge that shifts and come back to presence. We're halfway. See who can inhale and with each exhale, sink even deeper. Deeper into the ground, into the polls, and deeper into yourself. On the next inhale, slowly start walking yourself up. Lift and guilt or so after release the pillows. Gently bring your knees back together. Give yourself a big hug. Hug your knees in towards your chest. Little counterbalance here. Counter pose to balance it out to neutralize the body again. Breathe into your hip space, give yourself some extra lab they're viewed for. Maybe one big releasing breath again. Inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth with gu. Okay. Now has over yourself all the way down through your back. Come lying on their back. And we will take Banana center. So bring your feet together, extend your arms behind you. Bring your hands together. On the next inhale. Walk both of your feet all the way to the right, keep them glued together. And walk your hands also to the right, creating a nice banana shape or half-moon shape if you want. Make sure your sitting bones are glued to the ground. The anode lifting up, stretching for the left side of your body here. Stay here. Keeping that left arm extended. The really bending towards the right to stretch that side of the left body. Inhale and see if you can get even deeper into the stretch with the exhale. But don't go further than where it feels good. The next inhale, walk yourself back to the center. So we nail here in the center. And on the exhale, walk your hands, walk your feet all the way to the left. Stretch your right side of your body. Make sure your legs, your feet are glued together. Keep your sitting bones down underground. And don't forget to breathe here. Don't hold your breath. Let that breath flow naturally. Inhale and see if you can get deeper into the stretch. Exhale. Beautiful. Underneath inhale. Hold yourself back to center. Release your hands, placed them biocides. And we will take a restaurant if bridge pose here, we'll hold it for some time. So I recommend grabbing dose pills again, making yourself comfortable there. So bring your heels towards your hips. Grab as many pillows, as many blocks as you need. Gently push your feet away from the ground, that lifting your hips up to the sky. Squeezing dose those glutes together. And now it's time to place your pillows underneath you as high as you wish. You may want to stay super loud today, or you might want to leave yourself hi up to the sky, entirely up to you. Close off your eye. Just stay here for a few more breaths. Feel your heart opening up. And try to feel that energy flowing from your heart to the rest of your body. All your organs. All the way to your toes, fingers. Hating your body up. With Joey. If purpose, connecting yourself to your inner fire. I invite you to stay here for your final relaxation. If you prefer to take a traditional Shavasana, go ahead. Release the pillows, release the blocks, and then lower yourself down to your back to shove us. If that's what you need. Feel that life-giving energy. Watering your body. From insight into bridge, pose. Gently. Lower yourself all the way down there, all yourself over your favorite side. All the way up to a comfortable seated position. Place your hand on your heart center here. They've won big. It really sink, breath together, inhale, exhale through the mouth. Thank you all so much. If you find yourself feeling a little bit more emotional, that's absolutely fine. That's absolutely normal. That's what happens during key in practice. So go ahead and grab a journal, a journal a little bit. Maybe stay on your mat for a little while, reflect a bit, drink a lot of water as well. And I will see you in the next next practice.
