1. Introduction: Major never fails to amuses in its beautifully leaves this little Doritos flying high in the sky, so beautiful. So here I am at the new class on watercolor board being things for those who you don't know me. I am Salonica and I also go by the name R D waves. You can follow me on Skillshare or gradients you or not. And I also have an Instagram account by the name R P waves by Sonic. Ok, I'm a YouTube account as well, where ideally both different tutorials. So let's see what are we will be learning in this class, suddenly forced to go to all the materials that they require. And we'll see such different beautifully being things as we go on receiving ABD. I'll be teaching you all in detail to be less colorful, beautiful boards. So if you would enjoy the glass, don't forget to drop a feedback. I'm let me know if you enjoyed doing the buildings in this lab.
2. Materials Required: Let us quickly see the materials that we need. So for Stefan, you in need a sketchbook or watercolor sheets. So make sure that they are 100 percent cotton and 300 GSM sheets. They can be cold pressed bike make sure that they are 100 percent coordinate, at least 300 GSM tick. So then they will be good to use. You can either use a sketchbook or you can use sheets. So I'll be using A5 size sketchbook in which I'll be doing most of the world being things. I've also done some of the main things on loose sheets. So do I do you can use any bike. This is currently a file sketch, sketchbook that I'll be using. Apart from that, you will need watercolor so you can use any artist grade watercolors that you have. So these are watercolor tubes, which I have fun voted in dough for a couple of fans. So if you want to know the details about these, I already have a complete watercolor beginners guide class on my skill share. So you can just watch that and everything is mentioned in that class so you can know the details of this there. But right now, I have just converted that your colors into pans and these are artist grade colors. So I'll be using those for all my Bowlby and things. Apart from that, you will require some round brushes. So for most of the beam paints, I'll be using my six number round brush. But you can use any brushes that you have. Just keep handy or medium sized round brush. And you might also require a smaller sized round brush for some big building. So just use hemi, nice round brushes with a good tip up axon DAG be required of pencil to sketch our basic line drawing for the board and an eraser maybe for some erasing. And a biofilm bag may require a water container, will require two such containers. One nucleon, the load, the brush water, and when to fill up the color and the brush with nice water when you paint so you will require clean water. So used to containers for these apply some that require our tissue paper handy. So police keeper time so that whenever you want to just cleared off your brush screen of the beam or just remove the excess water out, it will be very useful. So yeah, these are the basic materials that you will require. I'm nothing fancy. We can definitely start the class with all the basic watercolor reading material that you have. So let's begin.
3. Day 01 - The Happy Toucan: Okay, so I have drawn this to gun, so you can pause the video, draw it nicely with the pencil. And I have drawn it very dark so that it's visible for you. So I am now just did easing it just to make the lines a bit later. Don't erase it completely obviously, but it is it slightly to make the lines a bit lighter or else you can just start drawing later in the first place itself, then you won't have to do it either. Heater on. Now let's take out the followers which we require in our palette. So first of all, I am taking the chromium. Then we need some vermilion red mixed with orange. So this is like a middle piccolo between orange angle million rail. So if you have directly color, which is Laker dark orange, you can take that or else just mix this two. Then we'll require the black color because the two gans, the entire federalists and the body is black. So we require that. And we need some green color for the background, like the DRI for leisure or something like an abstract backgrounds. So we lose something with the dark green Gallo or the viridian green color, and we'll also need some lighter green color. So if you directly have a leaf green or light green color, you can use stack audience. You can just do a mix some lemon yellow with your viridian green or blue to get the way late green Gallo. And I'm also taking some yellow ocher color. So you can take yellow ocher color and just make some water to it. You can also add a little amount of buoyancy and I do it to make it slightly darker. Now let's start by being dig the beak forced. So as usually we are going to use the wet-on-wet technique. That's why I'm just applying a very thin layer of four TO do my entire portion of the dam. And that means start by being fingered so-called Stovall. I am just dropping in the black color. You can see the area in which I have dropped. And I am using some I ultramarine blue mixed with black. I'm, I'm just spreading a bit dark because I don't want the entire big beak to be paid to black color. So that's why you can see a slight amount of ultramarine blue plus black combination at the DHAP, which I have used. So just keep it lighter at the top. And we are going to make a darker in the center area, like the lower portion. So we've got a nice shade and let's start with the head and the neck portion of the domain. So this is the blue which I used for the upper portion, as well as ultramarine blue plus black color added to wait a little bit. So again, for the head portion on the neck portion, I am giving a nice late work. The wash, don't give the wash to the I leave the iPod. And apart from that, we are giving the wash also you can see the back portion of the beak. I have not colored black and I am not even giving a worker wash do it right now, we'll deal with it later. So now I am using that same blue color and I have created and worked out nicely. So you can see it is very late. It is not very big remainder. So use a very light wash off by drum marine, less black color. I had a lot of water do it. I'm then being read besides that, I Balsam Lake, this leave the iPad. I'm just spreading it nicely with the vector brush. I have no color in the brush right now. I am just slightly spreading it. Now I am making micro Mia look, Hello, I'm the dad. I am starting to put it on the neck portion of the board. Since the neck portion of the board is nice, vibrant yellow and orange are shared. So I am using the Chrome Android, the neck portion, outside and at the bottom portion of the neck, I am using the orange color, which we me. This is a legal amount of formula and the red to orange mode of audience. And you can see how I have a plate. I have kept the legal amount of species are now I am just using my regular brush. I have dug under their shoulder, take off the excess water on it. And I am just Merging both the colors into each other nicely to give it a nice smooth blamed. So you can see I am soaking the extra work that on my visual people and then I am spreading there because I don't want too much water to be there. So I have spreaded it nicely. You can add more color if you feel that the vibrancy has reduced and just similarly blended again with the damp brush. So now I've taken black color in my brush. And we'll start with the tail feathers. For this, I have not given a workhorse for Sam directly being fingered. And you can see, I'm good. Thanks Lee with what goes where does not fit to black. So now again, I'm taking the same blue color, which is a mixture of ultramarine. I'm black and I'm adding a little bit of that color just to get rid of the friendship. And then the central part of the deal, I'm just adding the orange color again, the same gala which we used for the upper part. So for the upper portion of the beak, I am disliked equally paint, yet with the blue color. You can see it is very, very late. And I'm just taking some black color again. I'm just making the pigment darker in the central part of the beak. I'm giving a nice border with it to define the week very prominently on nicely. You can use a 0 number grass for this, or even a group acetyl or the smallest brush that you have. And we are just bordering the entire big part with the black color. Now we are just speaking the black color and painting the eye. I'll give you a closer look. So I have just left a right Gordon between just two little white dots and the rest of the eye, I have been graded completely blank. Now we'll start with the body. So for that, I am using the same ultramarine blue plus Blackwell IMHO. And with that, I am just giving a nice wash. So you can see this is very watery. This is going to be assholes particular base of the body with the blue color. And this is a nice clean wash which we are giving and off the data being worn, adding more colors to read it out. Make sure that you are yellow and orange portion of the neck part is dried up completely before you do this. Otherwise though, fellows will merge into each other and that is that it will not be good. So now I have taken my black color in my brush. I'm the dad. I have started a shading the body part. So I started with the head. And as we get to the bottom portion, you can see how I am using my strokes. So again, this is a watery wash, so we are not using the pigment delta i. Now we add more color pigment to sultan areas. And you can see the strokes that I'm doing. They're physically strokes. I'm not trying to blame them smooth because that's the kind of effect we want. I've taken Moodle black pigment. Now I'm i and just draw these fibers nicely to give it a nice shade. And the Lakoff, real Federalists. So again, remember we are not coloring it entirely black and that's why we did the Washington Post. So that may just be a few strokes to give it a nice dark and light shear. So they look very real. And now we're done painting the board and we'll start with the branch. So for the branch, I'll be using a very watery yellow ocher. Yellow. You can see it is very light. I now again, you'll give a literary DACA. She really was more pigment did occur. This is all core plus born sienna. So this is Lake, raw umber. And now once the branches either we can go for the closer the legs of the ball. So first of all, I'm just drawing it very lightly. I'm using the black color itself. Make them 97 point. They don't make them do take r. Now we can add a darker black stroke to it. So now let's start with the background. And for dipoles to fall, I'm starting with a nice watercolor wash. And now I just take some viridian green color in my brush and we'll start dropping it in the central part, just the sides, the boards body. Um, since we already have the water, you can see this nicely spreading in. So I am using the viridian green, add some bars and the light green bars to create a nice abstract background effect. Make sure you do this after your board is completely dried off. So we are just dropping the color in the same period by vendor does naturally flowing and due to the water, you can do spread it slightly to give a direction if you want. Or as you can also take your sketchbook or people do just died DOP words, the word results. This will be repeating this process in thermo part. So just observe carefully the IPO Florida and giving and wherever I am putting the kalos and the vein which I'm blending them and do accordingly with me, this background technique is so fun and it gives such a brilliant effect. So I'm sure you will definitely like it. So let's enjoy this process together and create a beautiful, beautiful paintings. Hi. Okay. So now I have just taken some viridian green color in my brush and I'm dropping a few drops offered on the people. You can do this when your background color is still wet to get the nice blooms which have gotten the bottom side and the upper portion of my paper has dried up. So you will get prominent sports laid back in there greater portion. So you can get a mixture of type. Also, you can cover your board with different people before you do this or else if sports fall upon your board, then you can just quickly dab it whether they should people do this, date them off. I am just using watercolor again, though. Just highlight some of the areas of my branch. And once the paper is dry it up, I am just again dropping fuel drops. Both with the Lydian green as well as the light green. I know we are almost done what we have to either few leaves here and there. So I am using my radiant green plus alert Telemundo flight lean towards so it gets some more sap green color, which I am using. I'm making a few leaves. Yes, I now we are done with this fuel deployed board. Hope you enjoyed doing great. Let's see the next one.
4. Day 02 - Bird on a Branch: Now I have drawn this board. You can just pause the video and draw this. And after drawing it, I'm just did is integrate now so you can just draw it lightly forced itself so that you won't have to do it is there to make it lighter. We are doing this. So direct dope pencil lines are not visible, one sweeping the bird. So just make sure to draw it light Forrester self-assurance. You can just slightly to make it lighter. After that, I just give a nice worked awash. So I am using for number round brush for that. And we have drawn this board on an A5 size watercolor sheet. So I have just put down some water in the area. As you can see, the areas in which I have perturbed, it is only in the frank part. And then I am taking my orange color. And then starting from new order, became the head of the board. And just carefully observe the areas in which I am being there and being the accordingly. So you can see I've taken orange color and the orange color is great by you. It does not very big vendor, I have mixed a nice amount of water with it already. And now I'm taking some vermilion grade. So I, in this vermilion red, actually it is a mixture of orange plus my vermilion red because I didn't want it to be the doc. So you can mix your red and orange for the darker shade. And he was the plain orange for the leadership. So we are going to be the top part by part, we are not directly started with the darker colors. We're going from a light wash and then we are moving towards darker parts. So go on adding those step-by-step. So again, with the orange we are paying back portion. That is again a light was and the central portion will just give a very light gray so far that even just take your black just take very little amount of black and IV lots of water toward, to get a very, very late gray watercolor. Don't add white. Just use black because if you add a white, watercolors trying to get duller when you use white. So don't think still white with black. Just use the plain black. If you want. You can just dive a little amount of sap, green or you can add a little amount of brown to your Blackboard. Make sure that it is Rayleigh light. It has to be to water. You can see the yellow that I have got with the Greek hello. So I have directly used black with lots of water to get this later gratia. After that, I have just use water on the upper portion of the bowls. I'm again, I'm being indicted area with the lightest gray shale. And later on I am using a light, very light colored born on vertices. So it is the darkest brown she'd. But I have needed to live by mixing a large amount of water to it. So you can see the beam that so what did he does not highly augmented, it is less pigment and moral photo and I am using that ground will give this starting wash. So this is the bond, amber brown Gallo. If you don't have a burned on versa, you can just make some burnt sienna and black orders buoyancy and our width, ocean blue to get these kind of round shape. So now I am using born on good blue, black, yellow, which gives me a very darker shade of blackish brown again. And with that, I am just adding some strokes. So this is the same phone number round brush like I am using. I'm just observe carefully the kind of strokes that I'm making. So I am doing this when my bottom calories daily rate. So you can see the NIC merging on with the Gallo. And now I'm adding a few strokes with directly the black color. Black. So before you want being the beak, makes sure that the portion which is closer to it, that is the audience color of the head part has completely dried up or else your black color will go and mix with the orange color and bleeding. Do it and we don't want that. So make sure that you are orange color of the head is completely, completely dried up before you do the beak. I'm for the legs. I'm again using the same. Burnt sienna brown with a lot of water. I redo it so you can see it is lighter. Again, it's not highly gendered. And then I'll just add a few lake similar strokes with the black color or their dog bone Cenacolo. Now let's do the eye so the eye be very carefully. So right now I'm used to be and then all the details as well as the bigger things with the same brush. So I am using back only. But when you are doing it, make sure that you use a smaller size brush. So you can use a 0 number brush or any of the many H0 brush sets you have to do this. I so I've painted black person in the same dollar. And after that I have left the white area as it is. And then I am again building a few strokes with my dark brown color, which is the darkest point, sienna, burnt umber. And just observe the way in which I'm building go strokes. Those strokes should be very, very thin. So you can use the thinnest brush that you have for this. And just give those drugs, not true, don't wear them again and again. Just make them in one goal as I am doing. Keep your hang loose and let it flow. I just add a few orange strokes again because I feel that the front portion has got later as a dryer. So if you feel that the opposite is also looking late, then you can just go ahead and add a few strokes with the audience. And if you feel that it is nice snippet vendor, then you don't need to do this. I'm just adding a few hairlike feathers coming out. And again, some beaches demarcate or kind of Boulder with the feathers, with the orange color. So you can add on these details, just mark the position, see what I am doing it and the way in which I'm doing good, I'm doing it accordingly. Again, don't use high lipid membrane. You can see I'm using a very warped videoed intuit again. And this color is again neighbour slightly. I have mixed, y'know, good with orange for that color, which I'm giving right now. So now I'm using the same color, which is yellow ocher plus born number callow. And with that, I am adding a lot of water to it again so you can see the valorous looking so transporting bank so light and she'd, and I am drawing the branch on which the board is certain. So for this right now, I am just giving a very, very plain wash. As you can see it is very simple plain wash. And after that, I am just start dropping in some of the darker color pigment at the bottom edge of dipole bounds which we just being there with a wash just to give it as Lake amount of depth dan me, a slightly highlighted so we'll get a nice shade of color, lighter, darker shade on one side. And after their diabetes adding very small little, little branches branching out of that Vigo branch. Jack because I want the mean focus to be on the board. So this is just a supporting element of the beam, benzyl V naught naked Bulldog and still make a few branches yet in there. Don't overlook rounder. Hi, and I think we can also add a few leaves here then did so for the Neve, Let's ECOSOC been Kahlo orange, you can take any light green color that you have, don't be was the radian green use any of the lighter green shapes or the sap green shade. I'm Adam arc of water. Do it again. We weren't looking for it later. I'm not make it the brain highlight of this painting. So use some amount of Lauderdale mixed up below. And then you can just draw these leaves. So again, my drawing the leaves, I'm starting with a thinner branch and then just bulging it down to make a leaf. I'm just painting inside. Also don't overcrowd the painting. Too many leaves, you can just paint along with me. You can just pause the video whenever you want and being the leaves at that location if you can, because you don't want to draw too many of these and you can continue painting it with me. Okay. Now comes my favorite part. Let's just stayed the same green color brush. And I have added a lot nice amount of water. Do it as you can see, I'm just tapping on the brush with my finger will go drop these litters, sports on the My people. So we are doing here, go yonder 380. And if you just drop an e-sports on the board, just dump them off with their disobeyed orders. You can cover your board while abortion that are rough paper and then drop their darts. So I am doing this after my board has completely dried up. So that's why my pillows on arc motion with the earlier colors. And I just add a little bit of darker born Dumbo border for my mean grant of the tree. Just to highlight it a little bit more. We are done with this view of the fluid Bullard.
5. Day 03 - The Pink Cockatoo: Okay, so let's see this pink board now, I have drawn it very simply that a pencil. And I have drawn it darker so that it's visible for you right now, I adjust it slightly to make it a bit more lighter because we don't want the pencil marks to be seen. One sweeping dark. So if you learn some binder, draw it, you can just pause the video and draw it roughly with a pencil and then continue painting it with me. So for this board will be needing different shades of pink. So you can bake something color or some magenta color. Or in case if you don't have a pink oil, then you can just meet goodbye mixing some white color with your crimson or something. So now I am starting with w1 minus ten what the wash. So I'll be giving this for the wash to my entire board. And I am using my normal six number round brush. So you can use any brush, whichever you are comfortable with. And I have drawn this board on a AFI says book as always. So I'm just giving a nice thin water wash. And with my pink Hello, I am starting to be impaired. So why am I being lingered? You can see I am not using a very darker color, don't it's not very big. Mender, I have mixed some amount of water to where it already plus we already have a watercolor wash given. So it does gouache light and color comparatively because we are starting with a very light base scholar. And as we go on adding more layers to it with one making it slightly darker and darker in some places to give it nice shade and light, a combination of that. So now I'm taking a slightly darker color pigment. And with that, I am going in few places with the similar stroke. So whenever you are doing these drugs, make sure that you are hanging movement is very free and nines and just use the tip of your brush to be and don't let the strokes be very thick incised, keep them tunnel. You can use a smaller size brush a few aligned, and just stopping on the areas in which I am putting up some beam. So just try to mark those areas. I'm go on being take them with me so that you will not miss out on anything. So just observing, keep on adding strokes like I am doing. You can see I'm intentionally leaving some white spaces in between. So make sure to do that. Donatello, the entire thing with your pink, otherwise it will not look that good. We need to show those feathers and we need to get that effect of awards feathers. So it will not be a complete plane. It will be small, small strokes, some darker, some later and off the frame shifts not the same strokes. So you can see how I'm painting it very loosely. So again, I'm going without slightly more darker shade this time. So it's that same village, the same pink color. You can use a crimson instead. Carefully observe the way I am doing it and continue painting along with me. Make sure that you don't overdo your strokes. We don't want to color the entire board with this darker shade. We just want to draw a few strokes and nicely highlight the feathers and everything. So make sure to observe carefully forced. And then you can do where do you can pause the video, you can do it step-by-step and played along and just continue doing it with me. Hi. Hello. So now we are done with this force set of washes, which we had to do. So we go on and add more the delink, do it now. The, now I'll be making a slightly darker shade of the color. So for that, I'll be just adding a little amount of dark blue or black to my pink color to make it one shade darker, N2 now you can see it's not too dark. And with that slightly dark, maybe even a maroon exactly. It, slightly darker shade of pink itself and the dipoles, adding a few more strokes again, make sure don't do it, keep it limited. And now we do the eye with the black color. So be very careful way of doing it and just use your brush and the weight very slowly. And we are going to leave some white dots between the black color just to show that nice little sign in the eye. So with their darker maroon color again, I'm just adding a few strokes Besides about the eye. Now, the A10 other beak is not looking so good, so I'll just slayed he's read about Palo evenly. I'm just make a nice detail. It is going to be slightly darker than the other areas. And now let's start with the branch. So for that, I am using a burndown book. Hello. If you don't have a burnt umber, you can just take your burnt sienna brown and you can mix your sap green, all your ultramarine blue with that, and add lots of water to it because we don't want it to be too dark. So I have I did a lot of water and I'm using that color, so I am using a Warner-Lambert blazar. I did a little amount of sap green to it. Okay, so we're done with the branches of the tree and just take some light green color. You can take a light green or a leaf green shade if you have, if you don't have that, you can just add some yellow to your normal dark green color and make a light green color like this. And the dead leaves green color we will be doing the leaves of the tree. So for that falls to four and make sure that you are in dire coloring, which we had done done now for the branches and the board, et cetera. So make sure that there is dried up completely. And after it has dried up, then only give this nice water, wash your brush. So make sure to use clean water and just give it a nice thin layer of water wash. So we are going to give this nice or the wash before we start with the green. Because we are going to do a nice wet-on-wet blooming technique on this. So if you don't know or do we down-weight booming technique is or if you want to know more about different types of techniques, then you can definitely watch my other Skillshare class, which is on what the coloring for beginners. And it is a complete guide to different techniques for beginners. So you can check that out. Definitely it will help you a lot. And for now, you don't need to worry. I definitely lead you how to do it. So first of all, we'll give an ACE water wash and make sure that the baby but it's nicely wait. And after that we just take the warping the Green Gallery non brush and we'll just tap on it like this to get nice blooms. So it doesn't actually go and spread due to the weight of the people that is already there. So just take the word that he green and your brush, I'm special. C. Now in this area that wasn't enough word though. First of all, it had dried up already. So you need to be a bit quicker. So I mean, gazing grazer beforehand. Don't worry, you can always just add or delete this and the way I am doing right now. And then again, repeat the process with the color and you will get the same results. So don't delay. But again, make sure that you don't use highly pigmented color here we are using a light pigment that gorilla with Lord of water do it already. Hi, Now we're doing this. We have spanked or some of the beam on the board as well. So I'm just taking my day should be put on dabbing it off to just pick up the, the dots which are there on my board. So in case you don't wonders, you can also just cut out a shape which is similar to your board from any rough paper and just place that off B but on the board before you do your splattering technique so you can go anyway with there not a problem. It's your wish. My nephew, by mistakes Blackboard on your board, then make sure to clean it weekly with their distributor, but otherwise the Mach will remain and then you won't be able to do anything of that. Again, either gaba, your board, forest and then do this mentoring models. You can just quickly dab it off. And right now I have a nice control over my spec rings so I can do it by force. Lee my v u will be some problems, don't worry. You can keep on trying more and you will get it right. Definitely. So now I'm just continuing with some dark green color, the viridian green which I have and I'm not going with too much of viridian. I wanted to go to main light green, so I just used my viridian photo a little part and again, I'll just add some light green paint itself. So now let's highlight the branches are bit more burnt umber color again. And this beautiful board being done, hope you enjoyed doing it. Let's move on to our next lesson.
6. Day 04 - The Humming Bird: So for, so for lab drawn this board lately. So you can as usual pause the video, draw a single line drawing of the board, and then start with it. So I am just using gates lately because I don't want the pencil marks to be visible ones that being done, it's done. So you can draw it very lightly before a 107. So you won't have to either to, to make it lighter. Now let's see the bellows that we need. So I am taking out this violet Gallo. And we'll also require o will share, which is more of a pinkish warpage than the way open. So we'll require these two shapes of Euler. After that, I'm just taking out some magenta yellow. So if you don't have a magic die, you can take your crimson red as well. After dark, I am breaking up some chromium or local law. So this chromium lobular is already dead on my palette, so I'm just adding a few drops of water to reweight that again and reactivated. So usually I have a practice of not cleaning my watercolor banner. Since watercolor as a medium, which you can easily reactivate again with watercolors. So that's why I just still keep the ballot as it is after my painting is done. And in case I need that color, once again, I just rewarded with few drops of water. So after dagger also do the peacock blue color as well. So we have the gallows readiness palette now. And now let's start by giving a nice thin layer of water wash to our bowl. So you can see the places in which I am giving the water wash the site shine of the water is very clearly visible. So you can see I am just being done the entire body of the boy with the water wash. And I have leftover though. I am, because I don't want that by low-dose played and the IAEA right now. So apart from like I am giving though the laid-off worker wash to the entire boards 40. So you can clearly see the water wash now and we'll start the thing with the wet-on-wet technique. So for was to foil, I have taken though for blue-collar in my brush and I have either did in the top portion of the head and the central part of the balls body. So you can see the valorous automatically spreading into the watery portion because if we are using a wet-on-dry technique, and the wet-on-dry technique will actually help us in blending the colors more beautiful as we are doing this natural beautiful birds. So now I'm using my chrome yellow below and just dropping it in the lower portion of the bird's body. Laggard malls on its own. Now I'm taking the measuring gaba load. You can take any pink color or crimson color that you have for this if you want. And just mark the locations in which I am dropping it and do it accordingly. Then I have taken that purple color again, following the apotheosis of the day in the upper feathers of their deal with DoubleClick alone and the lower portion are with the pink color. For now. This is a post-war stack they are giving. So just one giving these colors back, I am putting up the places, just note that leases and give it in that bi-layer itself. So that is the pink diaries, just an added. And again with the pink, I am going for the wings. So for the wings now I am using the six number round brush. You can use any round brush that you have. And then for drawing the things for us to follow, press your brush and lift as you go in a goal of the motion in words. So right now I am using the word basilica law for the second wing. And you can see my movement of the brush. But I said, and as you would live fingered in alcove as you go in shade. Now I am again just dropping in some dark violet color at the head part of the board. So now we'll slowly and gradually start detailing out the world more. So I'm just being, being the beak for now with the dark violet color and fill Mubarak. Then our forced wash of the word is done. So we'll have to wait a bit that it up, Carlos, dry up slightly because right now the entire board is completely weight with wet-on-wet technique on earth. So we'll move on and do the background portion. So this is a hummingbird and it does make sucking out from a fly while it's flying. So we'll start doing the background and the flowers for that. I am using the vermillion red color with a little grams in red added to it. So this is Lego nice red flag and we're just simply being there. You can see I'm just using one single stroke of the brush to meet this by L of the law. So I'll just go very slow. Observe my brush movement. I am just putting the tip and I am dragging the brush in the shape of the petal deck I want. And then I'm lifting it up slightly. So that is how you are supposed to close it. And then you can just drop in a darker color, pick main flake or crimson gala in the center back of the flower so that it just gives a nice darker shade in the Central Park. And as it moves ahead, it's like though. So we'll draw another flower. So you can definitely draw these as your warm. So I'm just drawing us more load board delayed. Fly you. Not a bigger one. So the flowers or lake, drooping tree or wine or some bland. So that's where we are trained to do. So the flowers are drooping down nicely. We can make another one at the top. Okay, so now these three plaza enough because our primary focuses the board, so we are not very much be filling out the flowers. So we'll just take out some sap green gala and the data is inside a few leaves and some stems or branches here and there. So just use the number brush. I'm using the same brush as you all know for the second guy, a binding. But you can go for a smaller size brush for the areas in which you will require smaller strokes and a bigger size brush for the thicker strokes. So this was the sap green that I used and now Ages died a little amount. My emerald green domains are green and make olive green shade. And the data, I'll add a few more leaves here and there and some stems maybe just to observe how I am doing it and continue doing it the similar way. This is not the main focus of the painting, so make sure you keep it slightly late though. We are not using a very dark pigment, good Colonial, you can see it nicely worked very callow that we are using. So some pipes are darker and some albedo. Hi, we are done with the leaves and the branches. I think we move on to the board again. The board has almost dried up now. So we'll again start. I am starting with the magenta shopping for the wing bite again. And I am using the same technique of pressing my brush at the edge and pulling it up as I move forward down inside of the wing. So I'm using the magic dabbler, Hillary and I have just used or Docker, big main dealer. And then the wings. Now for the other wing, I am using my dark violet color. Again, doing the similar strokes, you might not be very well voiced. I'm practiced with these drugs, so don't worry, just go slower and you will get it with practice. I have been doing these for a ready long by now. I'm so you might find it difficult to get it in the forest global, don't worry. It's okay even if they're not available effect because the ball is like a very natural things are basically the feathers can be any household even if they're shaped in this a big one, Michael Jagger much just tried to get it as much as possible towards what I am doing. So again, I'm using the same Docker YA lit Gallo. And with that I'm doing the beak and some part of the head. I'll just detail it out. Make sure to use a smaller size brush for this. I'm just using the tip of my brush to get these smaller strokes. You can see how small of the strokes I'm getting and make sure you don't be named diarrhea. By doing this, we need to read aloud the feathers now so I am drained ready-made, small, small strokes as you can see, just observe the kind of wiggling I am doing and just go with the similar kind of design with just stippling lake strokes, like very small, small strokes. Okay, now I'm taking my magic capillary again. I'm just drawing the feathers of the deal of the board. I have added some pink or blue color gouache now. So this board is a very nice color full board. So you can just one experimenting with the similar kind of shields obviously don't suddenly either very differentiated by the, you can just experiment with different shapes which are very close to each other. I'm just adding the legs of this board. I'm doing this with the darkest color again. And now with the black color. Let's do the AI way doing the eye, be very slow and careful for SLI want to draw all. So killer boiler for the eye. And after that, we'll be leaving too small bites, so good and rest of the area will be Ingrid completely black. Now for the wing left is dilated, measuring vaping strokes again in the Indonesian market strength building, which was earlier than with YOU. And again with the magenta pink, I'm adding some feathers at the end portion of the worst body. I know we are almost done with the board, religious, either few drops of green religious, Blackboard, little brush. So I'm taking the color in my brush. I'm tapping on it. Those black door though. Lean Gallo, which we used for the leaves itself, on to the leaf and the Florida Lydia. And look how beautiful this boy it has to now hope you enjoyed doing it.
7. Day 05 - The Canary: So I have drawn this very simple Kennedy board with a pencil. You can pause the video, draw it forced and very lightly, and then continue painting. I'm just deleting it's leaky so that the lines aren't visible after I being so mean for the January will be leading the yellow sheets, so forth to file. I'll be mixing our gloomy outlook ulcer. Does acromial local or directly, which I am begging forced. So since I already have a deep yellow and just adding some lemon yellow to it to make it chrome yellow body. You can just directly date the chrome yellow color. And the second one will require a deep yellow color. So you can take a deep yellow or a mango hello. Or if you don't have a deep yellow, you can just add some orange fluorochrome yellow to make a deep yellow. And you can use that. I'm also taking out some Blinn orange color u. So we'll also required a brown color shear. So for that I already have this green, so I adjust my will million red and some blue to this, but you don't need to do this. I am just making my own Galapagos. I hide Ocala already in my palette. But you can just speak out directly or born Sienna, brown Gallo or else you can also use the America. And just go ahead with the dark round shield. So the scholar which I've made is very similar to the boring gamboge, yellow. Then I am picking out some black color as well. And we'll also need some green. So I'm just taking out some sap green and some yellow ocher color, so I'll be mixing these to get our nice olive green share. So now we're done making all the colors and we just give a nice thin layer of water wash the Dang I award. Remember to leave the part of the eye and other than that, just maintain viable with 110 layer of Mordor. And after that, we'll start with the wet-on-wet technique with alkalosis. So now you can see the shine, the borders nicely layered with one layer of water. And after that, we'll take up room yellow color and start with back from the head of the bowl. So you can see I have dropped in a lot of Colorado head part and just observe that I am putting the color pigment and which areas I'm avoiding all this door not putting the colors. After the chromium local law. We'll be going with their BPA or local law so that they're deep yellow color. I'll be adding a few more darker areas. And they are doing this when the bellows and the water is still wet on the people. So I am dropping their deep yellow color now just mark the places in which I am doing it and do accordingly. Now, I have taken the orange color and I'm dropping that in some of the ideas. Again, remember to do this quickly when your pillows are still wet and just blended and nicely with your earlier beep yellow ring bite. I'll be starting with the doc born number below, which is their doubt ground Gallo. But you can see I've kept it quite watery, so it is not highly but remainder. And again, I'm dropping the same dark brown Gallo, then a few more parts to just give them a nice shade. You can see how I am going with loose brush strokes, though. Wings to just add on few feathers. And again, what does Amy Brown? I am just giving a nice wash to the beak as well. But the blind number heaping are still watery. I am just adding the branch on which the word is saying. And we have drawn a few branches. Now I'll just take my sap green Gallo, and I'll go for the leaves. So for this tree I'm drawing weight elongated leaves as you can see. So it really depends upon your style. You can just draw the frontlines of backgrounds and trees for all different types of beam bends that you have. Alongside a few leaves by adding some amount of yellow ocher with the sap green. So direct the shield of the leaves will be slightly different than the volume share. And we'll add a few leaves the direction as well. I'm going to keep all the background colors were dirty. They are not high lipid mentor because we want our boys to be the main attraction and the focus of this being done. So the rest of the colors are quite late compared to the board. And now let's just write our, some of the green color from our brush in the background to give it a nice effect. So why you're doing this? Make sure that your board has compete, you'd write it up otherwise the spread in the board, oil so you can cover your board foils and then slider to avoid getting the droplets on your board. Immediately after smack during, you can just do a W or tissue paper on the board. I'm just bake off those backdoor PDD which has gone on the board. So now let us start dealing with the board. So for that, I am using the bond amber color again for the veins and with the Brandenburg allergist, observe carefully the strokes that I'm making and move it very thinner strokes. You can use a 0 number brush for direct the viewers. And this stove or within strokes and give some spaces in between all the strokes. Don't just follow the entire leaf with that same Gallo, we want to leave out the feathers a bit. So just remember to keep some species between each drug that you are doing deliberately. I am then continue doing it. Just observe what I am doing, the movement of my brushstrokes on everything slowly. You can also just rewind, go back and check again with the video Underwood along with me to get it right. So first of all, and I painted with the borane number column, which was the dark brown color. And after that, a few strokes I, I did with very dark burnt umber by just mixing a little amount of black to it. Oh, Leo, on the wing. And right now I am again using the normal burned amber color matches their darkest brown color. I'm adding a few will be dealt with small, small strokes. So now for the beak again, you can either work directly with the black orders, just mix the black with born downward and create a very, very dark brown shade. And do your beak and the eye with night. Again, remember be careful when you're growing the beak and the eye is to go slow and get the shape right, because this is the part which you don't actually want to mess up. The rest of the board is fine if your strokes go a little bit here and there. But for the beak and the eye, be very careful. So again, for the IID, the same thing. I just data background with my dark black color and then I left the white spots in between and just color the entire meaning bite completely black. I know many little orange, again, at some parts to just highlight some feathers and be allowed to board a bit more. And now the Lord is almost done. So I just did the chrome yellow color in my brush and splash around under 35 in the background just to give it that nice effect kind of finishing diet. And our canary is also very ready and competed. Hope you enjoyed doing this.
8. Day 06 - The Blue Bird: So for us to draw this outline of the board. And then I'm just erasing it lately to make it slightly later than the earlier one because I don't want the pencil lines to be visible once I am being think. You can firstly only drawing very light so that you won't have to erase it. You can pause the video and just bleeder drawing first and then start along with me. Firstly, let's take out the fellows that we require. So I've taken out some go by blue color in my palette. And after that, I am very little amount of black to it to make it. So you can either use any alkyl blue that you have, but I prefer doing this. So I have made a new Gallo. After that, we'll require black for RD dealing part. And we'll also need a light orange brownish color. So for that close to four, I pick out some audience and your ballot and do dyed audience. I am mixing a very little amount of black. You can also make some identical amount of cobalt blue instead. Still be redness lately brownish side. But we don't want to make it very dark, so just make sure that you use that illegal amount of time. I now we have the mean three colors that we require for this being done. So let's start the endangered. So firstly, I'm starting with the blue color, which we'd made. That blue plus a very little amount of black to it. So with that color, I am going to give a nice forced lean layer. So just to observe the places in which I am bing, bing back and do it accordingly. Now we are done with their dog barks. So at the bottom part will give a nice thin layer of water wash. And now let's take the orange color that we meet and I start dropping it from the top. So just see where I am dropping it and how I'm spreading its Louis. So I'm lately blending the two colors with my brush, not too much on yet the aim, the potion. And after that, I'm just using my brush to spread on the orange color on words. Let's add a little more of the Olympic weight and again, blended. Thanks Lee. And we are adding few more orange pigment cure, but it does very light as you can see. And at the bottom most portion we'll need some Greek Hello. So for that, I already have a water wash, so I am just adding a very little amount of black, which is a diluted black. So I have mixed a lot of water to wet old lady and then I'll be spreading it to get a nice green shade. Now let's take the black color in our brush and it allowed the lakes. Uses small-sized brush for this. I'm cool with slow strokes. Get good clean. And in the bottom, we'll just draw a nice ground lane. So for that you don't need to be very careful. Just draw a ground layer with black forest and then just drop in some blue color which we used for the board as well. I'm just DO mosaic nicely with your black landed in nicely. And Lee written a nice abstract form. You can spray the bottom portion, that weight brush. And I'm again using the brush to just sprayed some black strokes there, the legs. Just to reiterate out a bit more, go pick very thin strokes. You can see that I'm holding the brush vertically. So back, I reduce batch that both my brush and get a nice thin straw. Now let's detail out the beak. So for that again, I'm using the black color and just observe carefully that we enrich. I'm being fingered, I'm going it accordingly. So for the i, i and just believing the way dots and apart from that, the remaining area, I'd be just covering it up with black color. So I'm doing all of these retelling with the black color itself. I've just added a little amount of water to it and I am just being done using that. Now let's take our blue color again and being the wing with that, you can see how what did he Michael letters. You may also be noticing that I am leaving some white spaces in between. So I am doing this book was Lee, do get nice effect of feathers. So you can just observe my strokes carefully and do it accordingly. Now I'm taking some black color, a few strokes to give a nice darker shade and depth to this Wings anti dose. So we did all of these details with the black color. I know Ages be using the orange color which we used for the neck part of the board. And with that same orange color, I adjust either few moody. I'm some little strokes to the Cloud though feathers. Now I am again taking some blue color in my brush and I'll be splattering it at the bottom portion. Distributor it a nice abstract effect. So this time it's so wet on dry splattering so you can see they're not blooming. Since we have not yet done the surface. We are just spattering on the dry surface itself. So I do the same that my orange color as well. And we are also done with this beautiful bluebird being done.
9. Day 07 - The Flamingo: So here I have drawn this board with a single pencil line, and you can already draw it lightly. Just pause the video, draw the board, and then start painting with me. I am slightly raising it now so that the lines won't be visible but IMC start coloring it. So you can just draw it lightly before Angular's. If it is darker than you can just wake me it is it in this way? Let's see the polos that we require for this spore being thin. So we are going to do a flamingo. So Fleabag mainly will require shades of pink. So for us to follow, I am faking the Mosaic law. Have you can take a knee magenta pink or rose pink share that you have in your palette. After that, I am just taking simple fill color. And then I'll take out some orange color And dynodes and eat some little amount of black color for the telling of the ion w0. So forth scan stuck in with Daedalus, think she'd make sure that you follow very lists and keyframe what Betty. So I am using a nicely diluted rate now since I'm not giving our layer wash. So we are directly starting with a wet on dry technique for this line. So I have a thing Did any of my border spiked with a lighter wash. So that's why I am keeping the paint ready. I'm ready. So you can see it does not very big mentor, I am using a lot of water and I have started from the head part of the US lately big mango shade and I'm just spreading it downwards to the neck. Now, I'm just cleaning my brush. I only have gain water in my brush. And with that, I am spreading it to the entire boards body. So now I am again taking some rules being color and dropping it at the bottom part of the board. So since the boards body is already worked with a nice thin layer of water, I am able to give an EIS fellowship and it is very light yet Lindsley blending one with the other part. And now I'm also putting some orange or the top part of the board. You can see the way I am using the strokes to do this. So now just look at the consistency of Danner does not ready vibrant or doesn't ICU diluted with ortho. And I am again just cleaning my brush, taking some water in my brush, and just blending in the audience with the pink part. I'm just doing this with plain water. I'm dropping some more rules thinking the same term. And after that, I add just add some late for full-color shear. That is a value get rid walk-up open by highlighting the work and portion. Make this. And I'm being legs again. Thus the input graph, they are done with this forced wash. Just wait for it to dry up completely. And after that we'll start letting the second layer. So I'm against dark and with that it was pink. It does not vary my brain, but it does definitely darker than the fourth layer with them. And just observe the parks in which I am giving back. So you can use a very small number brush for this. I'm using a phone number brush around brush, but you can use even smaller science like maybe a 0 number. We did the row sprinklers start adding these details with nice small strokes. This dog, look carefully and see the places I am putting those strokes in loans below the entire area. Just make sure that you are supposed to draw any small, small strokes like this in the minor like I am doing so just observe them carefully. I'm keep going and being being accordingly with me. Now, I am adding some similar strokes that slightly orangeish yellow. Again, this is what you're going to also add under Rule. Speak to your audience. You'll feel that the orange is looking great. Now I'll be adding a few more rose pink strokes. Just observe their direction of my strokes and do accordingly. And after that, I, I, or darker shade, which will be a portable color. And you can see I'm just drawing these against smaller strokes and just observe the direction of those strokes carefully and do it accordingly to give more depth to your board. So now we have done most of the body. Let's move on to the legs of this board. So for sleep, I am taking a purple color again and my brush. And with that, I'll be adding their leaders. So we'll very slow with this and use the tip of your brush to be in the smaller details. I'm just drawing radii, smaller horizontal lines at some places. And I am bordering some of the places with the right vertical line. So just observe the shapes carefully and painted accordingly. You can use a darker violet color for this lake. I am using woo. So this is what we have right now after this fight is done. Now we build a beak of the board. So for ages, show you closely. You will need to take some black fellow. He was a smaller size brush for this. I'm being along with me as I am doing. We are going to use a normal fleeing think for this. It does not do what theory? Because we are going to be diluted out. So just go very carefully, just observe the shape and which I am doing it and awake accordingly. We'll use the same black fellow for the beak as well as for the eye of the voice. So let's do that. So by doing this, by particularly, I'm just leaving a small highlight of 45 dark. I'm flawed that I am just dropping or dark in the same dirt bike and leaving the right side. I'm now I'm bordering the whole part of the beat slinky with Barrow, sprinkler and die as well. And a few more strokes. Smallest rho v, This would metals think. Now I'm giving a red light, born Dunbar, Colorado Don legs off the board, justice and clean wash with one signal is true. So this is born. So I guess that he laid already and just go with one single stroke after the earlier layer is dried because we don't want to merge the purple color with this. Now will be using some peacock blue color for the background of the flamingo. So you can use any Picasso's Blue Shield or civilian blue or green for this. It just has to be contrast to the border color. So now we are just giving a nice order wash the background so just to observe the places in which I am giving the water wash underweight accordingly. Use any sized round brush for this and give a thin layer of water wash. And after your washes done, immediately put some blue color like this in the similar way in which I am putting it on to those similar areas on your painting. After that will be just simply spreading it with a clean brush just to give it a nice abstract effect for the background. So that board will prominently stand out. Now I'm deciding remote big men go to Pylos. It does the same, but God blue. Hello, my damnedest hiding, which is a more big mentored. So now we are done with this background. So Renner does degenerate. I am just dropping in a fuels black dollar, but the same guy login. So fluid, I just dip your brush in the blue color. I'm just fornix Snowden menu, just spectacular your drops on your people. So they will naturally blue nicely and give you a nice effect. I'm also adding a few spots with the ultramarine blue Galileo. And we are done painting this beautiful flamingo. Let's wait for the next feeling now.
10. Day 08 - The Colorful Birdie: So we'll be doing this nice little gala full board for that foster father. I have drawn this lady, nice pencil sketch it as just a single line sketch. So I have drawn it dark so that it's visible to you all. So just pause the video, draw force. I've drawn it on an A5 size sketchbook. And I'm slightly, it will just make the lines later because I don't go under dark lines to be seen. After that we'll start taking out the followers. So this is again going to be a nice colorful board, so we need different colors. So for stuff while I am just taking out some all blue color, you can use any shade of it, just some loaded this. So if you don't have the exact same shape, you can just take out some GoViral blue. Then I'm just stove baking some violet color. After that I am taking out some viridian green color and some color as well. So if you don't have a bin or Spain got magenta, then you can just start bake out your crimson color and add some water to it. I am using Midas bank. And of course fellows Anita, little amount of black for the Dylan. This. So now let's start with the wash. So for us to find will give a nice thin layer of water wash to our board. So let's start with dive. Just note the places in which I am giving the wash and see which places I'm avoiding. And we are done with a nice clean wash apart from the ion, the BJT, we have covered the entire board. So let's start beanbag nerd. I am using my Lydian green color. I'm dropping it at the head, barred directly nicely Guan lending and new to the wet-on-wet technique that we are using. Let's add some Bhopal Kahlo just below the beak, near the neck area. You can see it does. Just going on spreading due to the workload is so beautiful. Now I'm adding some carbide blue color here again. So you can use the cobalt blue or the blue any Callaway blue. Then I'm again taking the green color. So for this, I am using the slightly emerald green sheet. So you can either use the same color for the head part of it you hide used, or you can use another shade of green. I'm dropping some very diluted or local law. So you can see it has varied IU, HIPAA is more of work and less of calorific made. So I am using dy. So this is the VPN local Luddite I am using. Just blend all the colors mindlessly. You don't need to overdo it because they will naturally blend. Since we are doing the wet on wet technique. Now for the vein, I am going with the rose pink color. You can see the way in which I am putting this Gallo, I'm not coloring time diarrhea. I am just trying to leave some rate strokes in between, so do that accordingly will also be in the same thing for the pipe as well. And I'll just drop a little amount of cobalt blue. So we are done with the fullest layer. Now, again, I am just going on, I'm adding a few more galactic main, so I'm starting with the Bhopal color again. And then the QBI to blue. We add again, giving this in this envelope places just to give it a nice vibrant. So I'm just giving another layer because the first layer was a very light diluted wash. And I'll go with the rose pink again flooded. So just get fully absorbed the kind of strokes I'm making, I'm not validating the buyer when I am just adding a few woody dense and I'm taking a little amount of orange color in my brush. I'm adding that having area could just give it an ice sheet. This is again spreading nicely because I am still doing the wagon vec technique. So remember that you are building should be quick enough so that you will be able to do all the techniques fail. And now let's add some viridian green color again to the head portion. And I've also drop some goodbye blue color to give it an a shared. And I think that's sick. We'll move on to the next part now. Now I do the branch. But if you don't have this at a very little amount of cobalt blue to yellow, yellow ocher color and you will get that sheet. You can see beekeeping or delayed like a nice wash we are doing. And then after the first washes done me to just died out daka daka sheet. So it does the same, but just nicely big mentored one. Now let's do the id del of the board. So for that I am taking the black color and my brush. You can use the smallest brush that you have for this, I'm forced to fall. We'll be drawing the border. And then we draw small circles just to mark the white dots we want to keep. And the rest of the real color completely black. And that's how you get the nice doing Belinda, I. After that we'll again being the beak with the black color itself. So just note how I am being fingered and do it accordingly and that particular shape. And then carefully observe the leaders that I am adding with the normal black color. This is again, just makes little amount of water. With that I am writing of, you will be dealt with ladies moist moist drops to just do accordingly. The legs of the board sitting on the branch. And now we'll just detail out the boards federalism Ainsley's, after doing that, you will immediately see a nice glow up in your board. So just take the lead or the purple color again. I'm start making these small federally deals with me for I am doing this. Make sure that your earlier layers are completely dry it up and mix some water with your purple color. And then This detailing. You can see the strokes are very quickly made and varied. I'm dumb and that's how it will look more natural. So just have fun and keep it natural. Loaned me more conscious about the types of strokes that you are getting. Just enjoy the process and B-natural make radius strokes because that's what is going to meet the board. More natural and beautiful looking. And just add a little amount of dark blue again. And that they're dark blue. I'm just adding a few more detail. So does it abortion blue. And that you can see I'm just using the similarity, their technique. And you will notice a nice significant difference in how the board has started looking very much detailed out and beautiful off guiding these dogs. So I just slightly either dark shadow lane highlight too though, branches as well. So now we are done with the board and the branch. So the last step which is remaining, is our beautiful abstract background as we do all this. So for that we are giving a nice thin layer of water wash. Just look at the places I am using my brush to give a thin narrow for the wash. And you can also give the word awash in decimal places. They paid some rules. Pink color on your brush should be slightly diluted with water. I'm just drop that color on the right part, just besides the branch. And you can see these beautiful blooms that we are getting. So this may look like a nice cherry blossom tree when you use this technique. And I am also adding a few drops with the book will say you can distributed with the pink and purple color. Again, delegate, nice fade up. Bloom's. Don't make it too wide. Keep it light as we want that board to be our main focus. So this is just a background, so keep it laid by the adjust for leg up nicely. And here are beautiful colourful bird is completely dead. Let's see the next painting.
11. Day 09 - Two Little Birdies: So let's start by digging up dot colors for stiffen. I'm taking some orange color. Then I'll take out some will bite blue and ultramarine blue. And lastly some yellow ocher color and the little amount of black. So you can see all these colors are very watery and that they need, in the beginning, especially the yellow ocher color and the black color. We needed to be very watery because we are giving, to give a very light wash of that. I have drawn these boards so you can just pause the video and sketch them out very lightly. And then we can start being lingered. I've also attached the file of the pencil drawing and the resource section so you can check all the files of the pencil sketches in the resources section under the project section. So I'm starting by giving a water wash do though with bargain though, Bill, part of the world since that there's going to be blue. Then I'm taking the buh-bye, buh-bye. Hello. I'm just dropping it to give a nice laid wash. Bill. Repeat the same thing for the second board as well. So now that we're done with this, we'll start with the body part. So for that we will be needing very light color sheets. So I'll start with the what the wash again. Make sure you are earlier wash has dried up completely before you start with this because we don't want the balance to get motion to each other. And I'm doing a very little amount of orange color in my brush and dropping it. Does see that EDI in which I'm dropping it and do it accordingly. I'm Villa the entropy the same for the second word. I'm now for the remaining Gordy again, I'm just giving a light water wash. And on that water wash I go with my yellow ocher. But you can see that yellow ocher is very much diluted in water, so it gets very light. So we don't want a very big Mancur Gallo. And on that, I'm also dropping some black just to give it a slightly grayish don't. So you can see how less vibrant these colors are. They are very much value did with Word doing naughty girl, big mentor. If you feel that you are color, has become very dark when X2 being dead, you can just dab your day should be put on it and pick the extrapolated up so that your board doesn't look very dark. Go. We can now do the branch. So for the brand, you can just mix a very little amount of bone, sienna, yellow ocher. I'm just mark the chant in which the book on which the bird is sitting. So now I'm making a very dark shade of brown. You indirectly the ICO black as well. For this, I am just adding some black color to the burnt umber color to make it a very darker shade of brown. And I'll be doing my eyes and the beak of the bird of a dat. As usual, I have just left all white dots in the central part of the board xy, and that extrovert, I have color-coded completely black. This is a nice border which is like a tour of being bored sitting on a branch. So draw the big very nicely. Don't write very big. Keep it small in proportion to the boards body will just detail out the second word is well, and now we'll start building out the feathers. So for that, I'm going in with the ultramarine blue. Again, it does not very highly big mentored. And I'll be going with small, small strokes and just being fingered main sleep alone distributed allowed the feathers. I now with the nice big minded orange, we'll just add a few leaders to the neck area as well. So I'm for the body, I am using a little amount of black mixed with yellow ocher. I heard does again watery as you can see, that I am deciding a few readers. Let's draw the legs with the darkest brown Galloway. The week looks a little late, so I just dropping more color there. And now I'm just making a darker shade of blue. So I'm just mixing a little amount of black with my ultramarine blue. I'm that I will add four a little more depth. Only exotic places don't either too much. This see how much I'm adding and do it accordingly with very little Anton's true. And let's again go with the brown Gallo over the branch to slightly diluted out more. For this, you can do that. Okay. So we'll decide a few brand to seal it and they're the competitor drawing. Now I just need some green color. So for that, I can, I can directly use the sap green. So I'm digging the sap green color. With the sap green color, start making a few leaves. So some will be slightly the day loud and others will be very abstract. So do it accordingly. So these leaves us late. You didn't load more because I'm considering them to be in the foreground. And the others, which I'm doing now, I am considering them in the background. So I'm just pressing my brush on the paper with the Green Gallery in different directions to get that nice foliage effect. So we are trying to keep it nicely abstract and we are not overpowering, I mean, bolts with the green. So I am also keeping the green very diluted. Again, I'm not high lipid mentor so that our boards remain the main focus. And this just helps us compliment their drawing better. Oh, as we move ahead with this, you can just go on adding more water to your green and then go on spreading it because we want to make the color lighter and lighter. And then we are just disappearing with the color in the background merging with the white. So that's why I'm just adding more and more water. And then I have added the background and made the background later and later. I legislatively add more color to the beak with a director black color. And I'm using a very small size brush to slightly add few black strokes to recolor it out. Again, this black is not very big men did I highlighted some water to it? Because otherwise the color will be flashing through the drawing, but you don't want. So I'm doing this with the black and with a very thin brush. So I'm using the six number brushes directly, but you can use literally or 0 number brush for this. Because you will definitely need to make very thin strokes. Otherwise you will end up ruining your drawing and we definitely don't want that. So if you're not comfortable doing this, you can totally skip this block 5, which I am doing. And you can just keep your drawing as it is. And since I was doing this on paper, I have just used a deep blue sticker on all the four sides. So let me remove the IEP and then we'll be done with this beam thing. I really hope you enjoyed doing this and you are enjoying these 21 days journey with me. Let's meet tomorrow with a new painting.
12. Day 10 - The Blue Parakeet: So I have drawn this bird again, and I'm just lightly erasing the pencil lines to make it look like though. You can already do it lightly with the pencil. So just pause the video as usually draw it and then start coloring with me. Now let's start taking out the fellows that we need for the sport. So since this is a blue barricade, will obviously need all the blue colors here. So I'm just taking out my then I'm taking out some hydro buddy new and some cobalt blue color. Now let's give a nice thin layer of water wash. And we'll start dropping my light blue colored. So don't places just to observe the location and do it accordingly. And then we lived though I ultramarine blue toward see the stroke stack I'm doing, I'm just stuck. Nate tried to copy them. Hi. And now I'm just cleaning my brush and with a slightly damp brush, I am going to spread and blend those colors. Let's paint the background now. So for that, I am just giving a nice water wash. The backgrounding. Yes. Just mark that away. I'm giving them and just give you what the wash accordingly. And then I adjusted some nice new color in my brush and give it maybe like in the background, maybe spreading. Now I'm dropping some big gulp, greenish. You can see the way I am dropping it with small dots which are very close to each other. The disk I know giving you a nice different textured look. So we do with this window behind layer is still wet so that when he gave this nice bloomed abstract at Dylan's. Hello. Okay, so now what do you end? The parts are still wet. Just take some ultramarine blue and your brush and splattered on the background parts. Social action. Now we'll start filling it out, but they're now go by lowest Soviet Jacobite blue. I have drawn this over the beak. I now with the light blue color, I'll start adding some little shadows. Again, adding some goodbye you to give a slightly darker shade toward. This is a very wordy gallery view again, CPOE. So I have mixed to a nice amount of water to it. Now I'm going in with a big blanket color shape. So this is again the same. Go back to blue, but I am just using good with a lot of pigment and less water. This is true. Again, let's add some Sky View. I'm some remedy you need now add a black dot for the eye. So we have left these rights fees for the eyes. So lean back mathspace, and then let's just boiled the eye with the black color very nicely and slowly uses more of the brush for this. And now let's add the blue colored lines going from the IHI usually visible on the Iraqi. I'm doing this with the slightly award dairy carbide blue color. Okay. Now I'm using the ultramarine blue color again to add a few leaders. You can then write aside some bullshit to give a slightly more depth to it. So let's make sure completely before you do this. Now we add the branch is, and now let's add the legs so we can do it with the Bush in view or with the black. And we are done with this blue parakeet.
13. Day 11 - The Colorful Macaw: Here again, I have drawn the board with the pencil line. So I have drawn it docks. So direct visibility for you. So you can pause the video, draw the board completely, and then continue painting with me. So I am just easing off though darker lines to make them later because I don't want the lines to be seen after we finished the beam things. So you can just initially only draw it very lightly. Now let's see that follows, that will require for this Macau. So since it is going to be a very colorful board will be needing various different colors. So I have taken some crimson greater, we'll then I am also taking some dark red so you can meet this band mixing crimson red with a little amount of black, but a nice maroon share. Then I'm taking out some orange color as well. After that, Let's take out some viremia yellow color. So you can take either the yellow odd, you can also take out your medium yellow or yellow. And we need a light green. So if you don't have this envelope, you can just mix some emerald green or light green that your lemon yellow to get a nice bright greenish shade. After that, I'm taking out some new color. And I'm taking out some portion blue color. And then some dark green or the viridian green. So I am taking out the viridian green for this. And I'm also taking out some violet color. So let's see as, and when we process, let's see what all we been eating because some of the gallows will be naturally formed by the mix of some of the earlier colors. I'm also taking out some black color for detailing how late the IMB maybe do now to start with, let's give a nice thin layer of water wash to our entire board. So I'm using the 10 number on brush for this you can use, I've put a table is suitable for you. A wide that I mock the area of the head and the body. And apart from that, the entire body, you can give a nice single layer worker wash. So now we're starting with grams and read from the Gulf. So just observe this joke stack I'm making, I'm doing accordingly. You need to go one by one with Feather Lakes strokes, we are not coloring. You can see my strokes are visible. So do it in the similar way. Now I'm just taking the darker maroon. I'm dropping it in some EDIS bit similar strokes just to give it a nice doc. Now let's start with the orange color. We are doing this when the water and the force let us Delaware. So it will be easier for us to get nice blending of colors. If you add water layer has already dried up, you can just apply one more layer of water. The remaining parts and then you can continue painting. So I am doing that right now because my water layer was halfway dry it out. So that will not work. If your partners, delaware DO, don't need to do this, you can discontinue with the audience directly. So what you're doing go out and you can see I am purposely giving it up in the red area first and then I am dragging it below. So you can see I'm getting a graduate shift, GFC it from the rate of who the audience. And then I'll be doing the same thing with a yellow color. So as I'm doing that, you can again see that I am getting a shift from orange to the yellow color. And we are going to use the similar process for all the colors. So now I have taken some cobalt blue coloring the dark I am giving the strokes. So you can see it does mixing with the already given yellow color and that it's turning out to be green color. So that's how we meet different sheets which will definitely look natural. And the word weight on our beautiful if you just follow it in the similar way. So all of this I am doing with the cobalt blue car Anki. So I am getting the fringe shapes of gallows even when I'm applying go back loop because the earlier colors are still awake and that's why they are merging with the blue color. I'm turning it into a friend share. So make sure your paper is wet. Then again, I am using the same go by the blue to mark their tail area. And now I'm going in with my yellow color because I want to apply some Docker's the word. And now let's add some green. So I'm using the viridian green here. And for the bottom, I'll be using some color. Now. You can see my strokes are so clearly visible, so we need to get that effect. Now again, I'm going in with some crimson red color. So that will nicely translate from the wallet to the blue with some hopefully shade in between. Because though cribs Israelis getting merged with the blue and the Euler, making it slightly pinkish. I just add a little dark violet color for the remaining step. Now we draw the branch on which the border, certain things. So for that you can use your Romberg audio can just select the Levant of black to your yellow ocher. And you will be good to go with this. And I'm using the same color, the brand. So this is just the force led wash. So that's why I just use the same color. I'm just adding more detail to the branch with the same color. And now let's do the eye. So for the I, I am rounding the outermost part with the yellow color. And now with the modern value, Let's add some details. Use a very fine brush for this if you want. I am using my enormous number around graphs pretty again, uses the row number brush or even a proposal for this. I'm just keep the lines water, you don't keep it centered. So keep the colored IU data, but make sure that the lines are very nice sentence. So it is the maroon color that I'm using for this. Now I just add a very dark pigment to just highlight, so the media's nice. Now let's be the beak with the black color. You can see it does deny you being good inner radius and Malawi leave the gaps that I'm leaving. I'm adding more pigment. At the sensory part of the eye. You have a nice thin blackwater to die. Now let's do some background. So for this board, we are going to keep the background. Since the board already has so many hellos and rape is already so vibrant and beautiful. So I am just applying some thin layer of water on the opposite sides of the world right now. And with the lightest green color which we had made, I'm just dropping it in these random strokes. As you can see, the color is already diluted. I am dropping it on a white surface of yeah, using the wet on wet technique. And we don't want the color to be they vibrate. We want to keep it later because we don't want a break by grounding this beam thing. So just do it accordingly, leave some gaps, keep it abstract music sworn to us late for the background so that the two doesn't look incomplete or empty. So that's why we are doing this pretty we are keeping it very minimal. Yeah, that's it. We're done with this beautiful, vibrant
14. Day 12 - The Peacock: So as always, we have started with this single line drawing of the peacock. If you want, you can just pause the video, draw it first and then start audience. You can just DO find the pencil sketch, which is a dashed under the resources and project section. And you can draw it from therefore st and then come back to the video and start reading with me. This one. I have drawn on an A4 size watercolor sheet. So you can use a four-sided sheet as well for this, because for the other paintings done now we had used the A5 size one. Now let's start digging out the colors supposed to be taking our local by W color wheel mainly need the greens and the blues for the pico. Oops, let me take care of that. Then I'm taking out some ultramarine blue color. And then let's take out some black color, some emerald green. So you can also take the sheets that are similar to this. If you don't have the exact same sheets, you can just look at a cow that you have to this one audience. You can also meet these shapes by mixing different sheets. So right now I am going to make a peacock blue shade or topic or greenish shade because I don't have a readymade in this ballot. So instead you can also use a dope boys directly if you have already see again, just mix your carbide blue with your emerald green and create this sheet. So don't worry if you don't have the exact sheets always, you can definitely just create them by mixing different colors in different quantities. Then I'm also taking out some lemon yellow. So now let's start the impact that bit cock for that R&B force fusing of the GA size brush to give it a nice wash. Just give it us imbedded clean wash it with clean water. We're doing this for the entire neck area apart from the iPad. And I'm also not doing it for the beak for right now. Since this is a big open, then I am using or dynamo brush directly folder, you can use any sized round brush, whichever you're comfortable with. I am starting with my cobalt blue Gallo. I'm just carefully observe the strokes and the areas in which I am being done with it. So you can see it does not very big main grid as I move a bow. And wherever necessary you can just move by loading your brush. I'm just give some nine strokes like this. So make sure to leave certain areas white dish or flight Docker as I am doing. If you want to get the lighter shade, just follow the step that I am using. Just clean your brush with water, loaded with water and just spread it in this manner to get a lighter wash as we move outwards. So again, re doing these strokes, observe them, we in which under direction in which I have made the strokes and do it accordingly. Now I am just adding some Ultramarine blue at certain pieces. So this is a very abstract peacock again. So don't worry too much. Just have fun. Video follows, just see how they blend beautifully with each other. Scientists taking some black color. Now I'm dropping it though. I add darker leaders, so naturally blend in with the ultramarine blue and you will not get a very big black, but instead you will get a nice darker blue sphere. You can also use your bullshit blue instead of black. It will be by, though, if you are a beginner to use abortion blue instead. Because if you are new to watercolors or if you don't have the rectangle for D8, then you may ruin your blacks. I'm drawing slightly with black, so you can definitely go for abortion blue instead of black for this. Now I am again taking some provide blue-collar and I am just slay please mortgaging and blending in my black leaders. You can see I have added darker pigment and then I am using my white brush to just lender darker when I'm Mika Plato. Now with my peacock blue, I am adding a fewer strokes. So make sure to just observe that i species in which I am doing your time, do it accordingly and you will get it perfectly fine. Also, make sure that you are not being then the entire thing dock with the overlapping segments, just have a nice blend of dark and light. Lake I am doing it. So when you do that, your entire body will not look like you are doing it with one single column, but you will be able to achieve differentiates like this. So now let's do the federal part. And this is a totally abstract peacock, so you don't need to worry much. So I'm just using my bigger size, which is ready for number on rush. And I am just giving a nice watercolor wash with it. Again, remember the direction in which I am doing it. You can see I am spreading out in all directions. I'm again main spreading out. I am going with slightly curved strokes, so just make sure you do it accordingly and just don't give the wash in any manner. Just do it in those similar strokes. Yeah. So let's do the feathers. Since dragging the bright lemon yellow, which is the lightest color now, and just gave lease either direction in which I am doing it angle with accordingly. I am stressing wonders because then only you will get those perfect strokes. So I'm adding the green now. Then the green share fear, observing and doing carefully you will see that I am going from inside to outside. And while you're doing that, I am lifting up my brush to get these strokes in the direction which I desire. Now let's do a few with the cobalt blue. You can see my my bet is not due weight. So if you want, you can just make it wet again if you feel like or does not do well. If you feel that your people as nicely right, you can just continue doing it without guiding more water. Do it. I am deciding what that at the edges to make it red because it's dried out. And then we'll continue adding the cobalt blue strokes and the ultramarine blue strokes as well. Remember that this is a very abstract and beautiful buildings, so you don't need to achieve the exact same strokes. You can do it in your own way and get some pretty strokes and beautiful colors. Just make sure not to be all the same. Calorie or yellow should be visible. Now we'll take some black color and add a few dots to just add some details. So you can do this with the abortion blue as well. If you are just starting out, you can do it with caution blue. You can see that balance between what's behind when our DAG vibrant and I have done it for pestle. So now I'll be adding a bit more pigment, black with few dots, and then I'll add some things draw with the same color. So you can use a tunnel size brush for this if you want. You can see I'm doing this directly now when my colors are still wet. So use abortion blue, like they'll be best and with the caution, you start adding these strokes. I am also using the bush in blue for this. Now. I'm adding some random strokes. Slightly the Dillinger doubt because we wanted to keep it abstract. So we are keeping it abstract. Which adding a few leaders. So I'm using the brush and adding some small goal lines in between as you can see. And I'm just adding a few darker strokes to my peacocks body as well. So again, doing with ocean blue. Also I think Mao but a JSR looking too sharp, so I just use the word Guang blend very nicely and soften the edges. Do this only if your edges are looking at sharp or as you can just skip this step. Yeah, it's looking much better now. So we'll start with the crown and the crest on the peacocks head. So I'm just using Michael via W and I am just drawing the lines again, going in different directions. And then I am just dropping the color. By placing dorks. I'll add the green shirt. And you can see I am just tapping my brush on the paper to get this beautiful effect. Now I will just add, do more with ultramarine blue to get some darker shade. And you can see how beautiful love the effect we are getting with this. Make these lines very thin. I'm the upper part. You can draw nine dots with your brush. So now most of us, because nobody's done and we'll start filling out the eye and the beak slowly. So definitely will for a smaller size brush. For this, I am using my phone number on brush. You can use a smaller brush that you have, whichever you're comfortable doing this width because we are going to add small, small D1. So you can even go for a 0 number brush if you weren't. I'm starting with my portion blue color. I'm just adding darker highlights at the knee area. So just carefully observe and mark the locations in which I am adding the darker color and do it accordingly. For this part, you can definitely go as slow as you want and you'll get a slight keeps or frack look in this part. The rest of the parts warming to be abstract and we just enjoyed that process more. But while doing this lately slowed down and try to get those details perfect key because that will, I go on to the beauty of the entire abstractness that we had? So again, I'm just using my brush in blue for this and I am adding in detail. I'll just take some cobalt blue to blend in with my ocean blue. You can see I'm using very smaller, smaller strokes to blend those. I'm also keeping some spaces in between to get a nice textural effect. So new small, small strokes and the word loan being the entire thing with that same color. Now I'm adding the ultramarine blue. The ultramarine blue, again, you can see I'm not being in the entire area. We're working with small, small strokes. So that's the trick. You don't just use your grass flat and paint the entire area. But to get those videos and lectures, you just stop your brush with small, small strokes and get the details. I'm adding the black rate now. So that is the darkest shade that we have and we are just adding it at total pieces to get more. Let don't added too much. I'd written only in those areas which I am doing. Let's go for the eye with the black color. Carefully observe I'm leaving some white space besides than I am bordering nicely with my black color. And after that, I did out and add a few dots with the white lake, leave some white areas. And then the remaining area, I am being completely black. So I've left a store three. So without which are white. And after that, I have colored the remaining part black. For the beak, I am going with the black Waldo. That this boulder dry, then, then we'll add a few leaders besides the eyes. So for that I am using a very watery that does a very diluted cobalt blue color. And I am just adding small lines or small wash besides the eye, very light below. Then for the beak, we'll also need some Greek alone. So I'm just mixing a little amount of white and black to get some green color. And after your complete a black border has dried up. Then start being dignity. Agree? I have deliberately left some white dots. Okay. And now take some portion blue-colored orthodox blue-collar that you have. And we'll add a few strokes again because the earlier ones which we had added were wet-on-wet and so they have nicely moisture in with the background. So now after this complete thing that's dried up, we'll again idle few strokes, keep them very natural and grind them. Don't think too much. Don't again, go on making the line very slowly because that's what will give you a very shaky line and it won't look that good. So just go with one single stroke. I'm adding that same version, blue-collar at the top part of the head as well. You can see I'm not drawing too many lines, so just keep them limited. Don't overdo it as well. I am using the because green color which we need to add these goals strokes. So again, you can see I have Haidt my brush. Great. Avail to get that flowy lines and I am using it just so that only the tip of the brush, but just my people. And with that, I am just making my hand movement to get those random strokes. So keep them very natural lake that don't think about it too much, just keep them abstract and give them flowy and lose. Don't stress about getting the clean strokes, but a few do it with one goal. It will look very nice rather than stressing about it too much. Now I'm just adding a few dots with a black again on the earlier one, which we do. So you can see I am not worrying about it too much. I'm just tapping my brush with one single goal to get these drugs. I am using the phone number round brush for this again. So I'm adding a few more with the green color and the cobalt blue color is ready. And we are done painting yet another beautiful board. So this was likely a different one than our previous boards. So hope you enjoyed doing this and I'm excited to see all your project.
15. Day 13 - The Stork: So here I have drawn this pencil sketch first. So you're going to draw it, pause the video and draw it or else you will find the pencil sketch reference in the resource section under the project section. So you can just click on back and draw it first and then come back to the video and being with me. So I have just deletes direct likely to meet the pencil lines look lighter so that they're not visible one Sleeping Bird. So now we'll be being triggered. So for that, let's start picking out the bellows that we need. So since this is a nice dog board, this is going to be weight. So we'll be painting the background to highlight the board more. So did all the buildings we did. We had kept the background very light and minimal. And we had focused on the bellows and the vibrancy of the board which we were being done. But for this one it is going to be different. But as we'll be painting the background dark and the board is going to be white with a little bit of theater, of course. So for that we will be needing the vibrant colors for the background. So I have taken the cobalt blue, then I have taken some violet color. Then we'll need this emerald green Gallo. So you indeed out the color which is kind of similar to this. If you don't have the exact same sheet, that's not a problem. You can take any gallows similar to the easily to have. So instead of boiling, if you don't have a boiler, you can take out any border police shield or else you can just stick out some ocean blue, yellow and maybe just add a little amount of crimson. Do I do get awhile and shade. And this is the sky blue color which I am taking out. So you can take any gallows which are similar to these shapes. If you are not having too many shares, not a problem, then I'm taking out some yellow ocher color. I'm just putting a little amount of bone number the way to make it darker. So here's how you create the fringe sheets. So you can also directly observed, but I just wanted it to be a little dark, so I just started with some burnt umber, do it to make it darker. Then obviously we'll also need some black to add out some darker areas and shadows and highlights, etc. Oops, see, I totally messed up with the black on the people. So I just quickly tap it off that their tissue paper. But since it's a black palettes difficult to go because it was bright, highly recommended, so not a problem. It's okay. See, you can get a live example of how even very practice like me can also end up doing these small mistakes. So not a problem, but because I just tried to cover it in the background itself. So Let's just start with the background. So in this one, we are forced doing the background and then we move on to the board. So I'm using my round brush to give a nice wash for the background. I am not going inside the board, so I am just giving a thin water wash to my entire background part apart from the outline of the bird, like I'm not going inside the outlet of the board. Thank you. So make sure that you are nice thin layer of washes completed and after that, they will buy it new in your brush and start with strokes like this. So what are we planning to do is we are trying to achieve or differing background for this. So it does lake, maybe some grass or blonde. So that is the kind of effect degli are trying to get for the background you. So that's why. And also there's going to be completely abstract, as we did for debate. So we are going to achieve some beautiful gala, full abstract background. So that's fine. You can see that the end of strokes I'm going to end with. So now I'm using my light blue color and wing with the similar strokes. I'm not validating the entire thing, but I'm leaving some white spaces in between and I'm going in with different strokes. So the spaces in which I have left in between, we are going to add more and more different elements to it so they will naturally get fucked up by. Make sure not to add too many colors over each of those so that all the hellos should be seen basically. So I'm also taking some viridian green or the darkest green. And again, I'm going with a similar vein of strokes. I'm pressing my brush from the downward direction and pulling it up and lifting it up as I go upwards. So that's how I'm getting these strokes. I'm using a bigger brush for this. This is a number brush, but you can also use all four number brushless six number brush so that you will get a better control. Again, adding a few more strokes. I picked up bass or the ground lane which is there. Again, you can see it's very abstract in nature and not very much concerned about be dealing them out by IMD looking for the detection and for Luder detection and you will get the effect completely right. So now again, an eyelid though boiling Gallo and did the same technique. We are lingered. And now I have added some viridian green and some black color to my cobalt blue color to get a very dark shade of bluish green. And with that, I can start adding the shadows and their dog ADRs so that we'll have to do a bit neatly than what we were doing that now. So you can see I am kind of bordering the board. So by doing this also makes sure that Vanessi, I'm kind of bordering the board. Don't just going euro, draw a complete outline to the board because that will obviously look funny and NOR look really good because it was like Look a lot artificial and we don't want that. So it just gets really observe the locations in which I am giving this color. And the way in which I am giving you can see I am slightly blending with the background so that it does not look very comical or very much like a border. So I am just trying to write a small strokes in the similar direction, just so that DO Boulder, which is there are enough Moses with the background and it doesn't seem like a boulder. Great. So just carefully observe this and just look at the places in which I am giving you look at the amount at which I am doing it slowly and steadily do it along with me so that I end up doing any mistakes. You can pause the video, you can go back. So you have all the facilities just carefully, you observe it and do it accordingly and you will be able to do it. Perfect. Keep. Okay. So now I'm just going again with the yellow ocher, the dark area local share which and again, I'm just giving similar strokes. Now let's start doing the body of the board. So before moving onto this, make sure that your background has completely dried up. Otherwise, you will end up getting your how dark-colored inside the bird's body and it will ruin everything. So just be, be shrinked. Make sure that your background has completely dried up audience. You can also use your hairdryer on a thing for just drying up your background forced. And then we'll move on with the clean water wash for the bird's body. While giving the water wash, I have again avoided the eye as usual and I have given the Bosch to the other areas. So now I'm going with a very diluted cobalt blue color. As you can see, mixed up with a large amount of water. So the payload is almost not visible. You will be able to see a danger of Blue Hill. So that's how much labor of the color you want. Then I am again taking some burnt sienna color. So I feel like even this is slightly darker. So ages tropics lately, then I'll clean my brush completely. I dab it on or they should be pulled. And I'll just read this. It just my damn brush. Then observe the PLA system which I have done this, I'm do it accordingly. Don't make it too dark. We want the board to remain weight. So just do it very lightly like I am doing in gains. You put up a lot of ballo. You can always just press your distributed on it quickly and just stick out decks scholar. Hi loud. So add a little amount of ultramarine blue to this. Again, not very dark. It has mixed with water. And then again, use my slightly damp brush on it. And this strike those lately blamed again and get a nice late color. Now I'll just take some weight and my brush. So this is the watercolor gouache. And I'm just adding some leaders at the edge of the world's 40 just to mark some nice feathers. So do it very carefully that the smallest size brush. And I'm using the same watercolor weight because I don't want to use a different rate. Otherwise there will be two visible. And I don't want that. Also remember to do this when your Adobe layers have dried up completely. And let's add some darker shadows. So for that, again, I'm using the same darker shade which we made worse by mixing the Bushman blue, viridian green with black. So just again, we'll be marking out different ADRs and adding some shadows Stewart. And again, we'll blended in nicely with the background so that it doesn't look like we have just bordered it. So observe it nicely and carefully. Read, I am giving a lot and how I'm trying to blend written. So just be carefully observant about that angle with accordingly. When spreading the color and blending it with the background. Going and less similar vertical stroke so that it doesn't look very different. Or is it doesn't look like a patchwork, but it should look one with the background. Also why it's spreading. It forced clean your brush nicely with what though that predominate the shoulder bake-off the excess water and dense graded. So you can see I'm using a very, very, very light, just a very light tinge of yellow for this. Just to add on your shirt. It does the same color which we use for the Dark Lady Albert, I have added a lot of water to it and I'm just using a very little amount of that gallo to just add some texture for the IV, just forced being a nice chrome yellow door handles the sum for the beak part and we'll leave it to dry completely. Before that we can only delete out with the black, otherwise, everything will merge into each other. So let the yellows dry. They'll then we can read aloud some of the shadows. So with the same dark yellow. Hello. Now we just need to load the eye and the beak with the black color. So just carefully observe the shapes that I am drawing and just do it accordingly. Okay? Now, after the background has dried up completely, again with the watercolor write itself. I am just adding nice stroke so that the feathers of the board are clearly visible at the edge and it will look more natural and beautiful that way. Go with very thin stroke. So since I'm very used to use my brush, I'm using six number brush for this. But I'd suggest you do use a 0 number brush for this if you are just a beginner because that will actually give you ease of creating thinner strokes. And we are done with yet another beautiful board. This was again, are differing techniques, so I hope you all enjoyed doing it. I'm excited. Ceo walks and present sections are due upload them.
16. Day 14 - The Flying Pigeon: So as always, we have foods drawn a very nice rate fences sketch of the ball. And now we can start taking out the pylorus and then bending it. So I adjust. It is slightly forced to make the lines look light bill, because I don't want the length to be visible once we are done with the painting. So I'm just making them lighter. You can draw them for sleep later itself so that they're not those dark visible lines. Now let's start taking out the bellows. So I mean, eating or darker, shade for this though, for that, I already have the colors in my palette. You can mix your violet color and a little amount of Blackboard to get the sheet. Then we'll also need a dark gray share. So for dagger indirectly, my black color and I just start somewhere dilemma of water, do it. Then we need a better deal amount of green so you can just directly take a stab. And then I'm just reactivating my Willard color by adding a few drops of water. Do it as I already have it on my palette. You can just take out some normal toilet up open shade instead. And then we'll also need some blue and some go by the blue color. So we are done taking out the bellows. Now let's start painting the board. So for this MOOC, specially for us to be in style with the background. And after that, we'll move on to the words 40. So for the background, we'll first start with the thin layer of clean water wash. Do the entire background. We leave the board and apart from that, we'll give a water wash to the entire background area. And now we'll start painting the background with this bracketing technique. So flow is defined. I have taken the cobalt blue color in my brush. I'm starting this black dirt on the background for this. If you want, you can just go to your board with a beeper or something, Act for itself. Or as we can just dab off the excess color later on whether they should be perfectly. So I'm trying to avoid the board part and the other rest of the background areas I am giving the cobalt blue colors factors. They are nicely spreading on and blooming due to the weight background as you can see. And we'll get a nice, beautiful abstract background with this technique. Now I'm adding some light blue in the same way. Member to quickly apple of the dots which are dead on the board. So we don't want those darts remaining on the board. So quickly just dab your Anki get off as soon as possible so that they don't dry out and become permanent on the boards 40. Then I also have some foil, it's like those in the similar way. Now we are done with the background so weak for the background to dry up completely. And after that, start giving you a nice thin layer of water wash. Do your entire Bullard have taken a very little amount of go by the blue and my brush and I'm just dropping it. Incident basis. You can see I'm just putting my brush on the paper. After doing this will clean our brush nicely, tap it on our tissue paper, and then slightly spread the color lately so that it looks like it's blending naturally and doesn't look like a patch. It might get a bit confusing due to the background. So just observe carefully. I am getting a closer angle for you, so I hope it will become easier. We start with our darkest way. Let's say that we mere by mixing black and Willett and I am going with the veins. So just look at the brush moment. I am using my round brush for this, you can also use a smaller sized one if you want. And I'm pressing my brush on the live fingered as I go over it and bring it in words to get the strokes. I'm also leaving these small gaps in between. So just to observe this strokes that he carefully and the width in a similar way. For their dealers, well, the direction is changing but the technique is same. I am just pressing my brush on your fingers up as I move with one single strokes coming in that particular direction. Then clean your brush, dab it on the tissue paper. And we'll just lately blamed the strokes again in the desired direction to get a perfect look. So I am just slightly dragging the color more downwards so that it blends naturally nicely. So when you're doing this, just be careful about the direction in which you are moving your brush because back when recombine the kind of strokes you gate. So it should look beautiful, unnatural and not messy. I am again using the same Docker shear, the adopted well-lit shared, which we mean by mixing white and black and the dark. I am adding a few door to needle out a certain area. Then IT my brush with water, dab it on a tissue paper, and then slightly blame those dots by again making a few darks where this time the largest with clean water down donor tissue paper. So we get the Palo Alto and blend it nicely. Now we'll start adding, also done more depth to it. So I'm starting with my black Palo and linked with the wings again. So you can see press the brush I lifted up with a small stroke going in a direction in words. So that's how you'll get these beautiful strokes. So I'll repeat it for all the ring 930 Lidia. And then we'll draw a small i with the black color. And I will add a VG with the oranges shared. So this is orange mix to it, the little amount of bonds sienna and below. So use this scene she did for the legs as well. I know I'm CBOs the bag why lead sheet which we had made earlier to Psyche di dt allowed few parts, not Lady pigment or does mixed with the word dosa that the slate good. And then the wake, his beak with a green Share. This is a subroutine Gallo. And lastly I'll also again IDO dot Java doc lactose, which is the Baptist toilet, which we mean by meting black and wired. Add a few of those, and then we'd be done. So again, this was a slightly different one than the earlier ones. So I hope you enjoyed doing this one. I'm eagerly waiting to see all your projects and all your bean things. So do upload them under the sodium project section. See you in the next lesson.
17. Day 15 - The Rooster: So as usually we have just drawn a single line drawing of the rooster and even start taking our fellows and then we'll start being like this. So you can just pause the video, draw it first, and then you can start being done along with me if you want. There is also a picture of this. Are that the project section? I'm that the resources so you can watch it from there, draw it, and then start being big. So I just did Easter darker lines to make them lighter because I don't want them to be visible ones. We have gun being them. And now let's start digging out the followers one-by-one. So since this is going to be a very colorful bird, again, we need different colors. So we'll need to take out various different sheets. So now let's start with the VAT for seed, which is the vermillion red color. Next I D cout some BB or local law. Then I need a very dark. So I don't directly have a middle in here with me. So I just mix a little amount of black domain grams and red to make it darker. And that's how I have got this declutter modal here. Then islands or take out some chrome yellow. Let's see, because depending upon what kind of shear stack we are getting by the mix of blue colors we need to use differentiates. So I'm also taking some yellow for that in case we want the lighter yellow. And then we'll take out some sky blue. So I already have some sky blue and my palette. I'm just activating it again by adding a few drops of water. Do it. I'm going to regret or medium blue seniors. So for that I'm baking out some go by Luca, hello. Then we'll also need a very dark blue shade. So for that, I am just taking some black and mixing it with some geometry and blue to get a very dark blue shared. And I think I know inside and a good amount of boiler to this. So we get a very nice rich dark bag, mango. And then I think we are done with the gaze. Any other color pops up fed via painting, I'll tell you about that, but for now, I think we are good to start out being so forth. I'm starting with a late water wash boards 44 vector technique. Again, I am not going to be the I bar, but all the other remaining areas Apart from that, I'll give a nice grid laid off or the wash. I have not given this worker watchdog behind said those stack as though Bailey the adhesion feathers off the board because it won't be possible for us to being back quickly. So we are going to divide it into half and half. So for the first half, which is the roosters body, I am starting with my red color. So this is the Will million that I started with. Now stay along with me, keep observing very carefully the places in which I am dropping the hellos and do it accordingly because we need to do it a little bit weaker. As we are asked to blend all the polos nine sleep the wet on wet technique when the water lead is still wet. So be slightly quicker in this and just go on putting your fellows in the places that I am putting Heng Guan, blending it nicely. So now I have taken some VP or local law, which we had already taken out enough palate and I start dropping back, specifying, just forgetting the areas in which I am putting it right now. After that, just slightly over your red. I'm just bringing those drops below to blend them a little bit in the yellow-colored, don't get too much afraid. Noun, otherwise, urine, diarrhea, low particle, uncertain, red and we don't do on that. So just began slowly blending. I am again just taking my vermilion red color and I'm just painting as though fees. After that, we are going in but done light blue color. So it will automatically slightly drawn in blue, a green cell because it will get blended in with the yellow. That's why we are directly using the sky blue. I'm not using another green shade in-between. You can see I just cleaned my brush with water. I just tap the excess water off my tissue paper and then I'm blending it. And now that the yellow because otherwise, if you directly blank button when the color brush has the colors still, then your entire yellow and slowly down in that blue and green, but you don't want we wanted to limit it. Likes why we clean the brush and then describe the blender again. Now I am applying the darkest maroon share in some of the parts. So carefully observe the kind of strokes that I'm making. I'm not completely being fingered. So make sure that you don't do that mistake of being fingered completely, but just add a few strokes just to give it a nice feel of differentiated feed Federalists and you know, the light and shadow. So that's what we're trying to achieve. So just observe my small, small strokes very carefully. I am doing this coil with the maroon red which we made earlier. So with that you can see the kind of intensity I amusing. It's not very big vendor as well. And now just with the brush which already had the color, I just drew a few strokes. So now I have taken some cobalt blue color. And with that, I am dropping it in, in some places you can see how limited strokes I am meeting with that. So this is the dark blue color which we made the darkest pigment with the black, blue and Willard. So I'm dropping a few strokes, did not. So you can see it is like the another feathers which are there, which are Docker and she'd rpa enough visible in-between your colorful light of feathers. So that's what we are trying to do a video. So that's why I am only marking limited stroke. So keep your strokes limited lake I have done it. You can just get fully observe forest and then you can do it to your own Bintang, not a problem. Or as you can watch the videos and doing it until you get it perfectly right. So this is like similar to what we did for the Macau being dangled earlier. So it's very similar like this. The Macau one was like a very straight board, which was easier to do compared to this one. In this, you can see I am making the strokes in the direction of the boards, the neck movement which is there. So that's what you need to get, right? Okay, so now we are almost done with the first 40 parts. So viel, just like it, stay over there right now and we'll move on to the other half part. So for that foster fall, I'm giving a nice water layer water wash, so I'm doing that, that my ticket to a number of select critical number of brown brush. So you can use any bigger brush that you have. Because this watch does not need to be very clean. It is going to be very abstract because the backside portion is going to be quite as abstract and Nieto. So just given a spin level for the wash. And then we'll start with a couple of strokes and keep making it more beautiful. Okay, so right now, I'll first start with a light blue color, which I have. I'm just carefully look at the brush moment again. I am pressing my brush and going with the curve inward stroke with my light blue color. This is eight round brush that I'm using. You can use a nice sized round brush, whatever you are comfortable with. But you need to get the means stroke, direction rate, rest of brash, goal in motion, and lift it up as you go inside. I am also adding some goodbye blue strokes now and also some darkest pigment stroke diabetes, their darkest blue, which we made by mixing the blue black and boil it polio. So I'm also using the darker color and adding a few strokes with back. So right now we have done three colors. First one was we started with the sky blue, then did some cobalt blue strokes and then their darkest colors strokes keep some gaps in between these strokes so that, you know, they don't just thought out and do one single color because we need to see all the colors nicely. I just did does the camera nicely so that the colors are quite visible to you. Yeah. So now you will be able to see clearly the colors that are there. So you can see the three different colors nicely. So do it accordingly. Now I'm adding the woman in red strokes. And now let's go in the dope, chrome yellow strokes. So for that, I will again use the same direction. And with that, I'll just add the yellow strokes. Xor the wall with one single stroke. We don't want to break the stroke in between. So just bigger brush and go with one nice cool. I also have the same drum yellow strokes and the blue Park as well. So we get that mixture of yellow and blue automatically, which will turn into a green naturally. And we get that nice gala full effect. So again, for the bottom area, we had to add some darker shade. So I'm also adding the modern strokes, the maroon color between mere by mixing crimson and black. So with that, I am adding those maroon strokes as well in the similar direction. And then again add a little amount of mammalian red strokes. And finally, we'll also add the darkest fellow strokes, which was made by mixing black, blue, and violet color. So we'll add those darkest strokes in the same direction. Now let's move on to the background Bushman scientist out over the land for the ground. And then we just add a few fellows and make it something beautiful and abstract again. So I start with the lightest blue. You can see here I am going horizontal strokes now. Then the blue with similar strokes. Then some vermilion writes True. And some grooms and drape strokes. Then we'll go in with a darker shade strokes which we made the WileyPlus black one. And now let's just meet the legs of the stone. So that again, I'm doing with their negotiated between mere, which was the WileyPlus blue plus black one. And here comes my favorite background, abstract Bard. We did this back. Those are some of the colors in the background, so forth time going with the sky blue color. Let's drop in some vermilion red. Then let's add some yellow. And we are done with the background is black daughters. So now let's just write a few beepers to the head portion for that. Firstly, I am using a very dark maroon shared. So you can just mix your crimson, red, and black to get this shear. I'm just mark the locations in which I am doing it. And in the way in which I am doing it. You can see I'm using very small thin strokes and very random strokes which has so didn't gap in-between. They are not very clean strokes. I am deliberately making them small, small. I'm very refined natural. So just do it accordingly to map the details of the feathers. And now for the IV influenced goal with the late, I'm then let it dry completely, wait for it to dry up completely. And then only we can detail it out. So then I just draw the legs of the board. And now after the upper portion has dried up completely, then just take some black color on your brush. I'm forced to foreign draw a nice small circle for the border of the eye and then drop in a dot in the central part. And then our eye is detailed out and done nicely. You can also slightly dropped some black for the beak. And then we are done with yet another beautiful colourful Bullard. I hope you enjoyed doing it, waiting to see your creations.
18. Day 16 - The Love Birds: So again here I have drawn these two love birds that my pencil. And you make sure to draw it very lightly. I am just lightly erasing the pencil marks so that they are not visible once we are done with the Bingen. But you can already draw it very lightly. And in case if you don't wish to draw it or if you don't like sketching, then what you can do is you can just go under the resource section and you can download the picture from there AND gate copper in doubt or else you can also insert from a brand doubt. And then you can enjoy painting with me. So this is one thing which I haven't got operated essentially under the results section after I got your feedbacks and thank you so much for that, Let's start picking out the colonial supposed to foil. I have taken the sky blue, yellow or the light blue color. Then I am mixing my light blue with my green, which is the deep green. And I will also add a little amount of black to it. Um, let's get dark greenish here. So this is the last question which we are going to use for detailing out or adding the shadows. Next, we'll also need some light green, yellow. Now, I also need a light green color. So for that, I am just taking out some nice clean Gallo or the lady in Gullah and also had a nice amount of lemon yellow color to it to make it a proper light green or a padded green Share. Then we'd also need an orange shade. So I already has these colors in my palette, leaving Art need them much dessert a little bit. So I'm just rewriting them by adding a few drops of water to get the red and orange color. Then let's start being big. Soviet also need some colorful colors for the background. So I let you know about date eyes and when we start with the background. So for the background, Let's start with the 10 net of water wash all around the worse. So we leave the board ADI and apart from night, we'll give a nice thin layer of water to the entire remaining background. Bullshit. And now we'll start dropping some random colorful colors to fill up the background. So I'm starting with my blue color. So these are two different shades of blue. One is the call-by-value, other is the light blue, then I'm dropping some green. So make sure that these colors should not be very big mentored. I have diluted them with workflow and the background is already watery. So we, I believe are gone right technique here. And also I am again nicely trying to spread it out so that the vibrancy evils are reduced and the color also doesn't look like a blog on paper, so we are nicely spreading it out throughout. Then I drop some violet color. You can see it spreading so beautifully because of the wet-on-wet technique. And you can still use your brush and spread it out more. I am using Dwell number round brush for this. You can use any size brush, whichever you're comfortable with. Then I'm dropping some magenta yellow. And I also drop some yellow color for the bottom portion. Keep your colors not so big. Mentor, keep them late because we don't want the background to over barrel vaults, so don't make it too vibrant. Keep it light and nines and it just should complement your boards are not overpowered. So remember that's what we are intending in this particular painting. So just go with nice my gallows not too vibrant and we are using water for that so that the vibrancy of the fellows is reduced. So now I use my favorite splattering technique. Is it a beautiful abstract background? I'm going with the same colors again. So I'll start with the cobalt blue, then I'll use the light blue Willett being yellow angry to get this seems like doors or we're not going to kilocalorie. Remember that quickly tap off the excess like curvatures fallen and avoid spam mistake when they are still wet so that your boards from behind that goal and now funds, you're done with the background. Lead forward to complete the dry up before we start painting the boards, because we don't want the followers to get moisture into the board's already. So we need to make sure that the background is completely heat rate up before we start beaming with the goods. And now I have a background has completely dried it up and I'll know how extract and California it looks. So let's start with our first word on the left. So we'll start by giving a nice late water wash to the entire boards. 40 will leave the beak portion, the stem, and barred from that. We'll just give a thin layer of water wash to the entire meaning mole. Once you are done with the wash, started the DLAs Luca, hello, I'm start dropping it at the marks that I am doing it. So just observe the locations in which I am dropping the fallow and do it accordingly. At the head portion we need some gaps are in, give me a few drops, some excess color, then just click off by your dry brush and then drop some orange color just about the BK and let the blue and orange nicely blend into each other. Not so much so like the orange remain near the BJT Leoni other top header area. And apart from that, for the entire boards body, you can see the locations in which I am dropping the light blue below forced. So droplet accordingly because we need certain white portions. You can also take your book in this way if you wish to get the follower below or above, because we are using a technique for naturally flow with worker. Then I'm using the darker shade of history made by mixing green, blue, and black. And I am dropping it in certain places. So just again, observe carefully the locations in which I am dropping the color. I'm just worn doing it accordingly. Don't color the entire thing with that collages. Look at how, what kind of strokes I'm using, and then do it accordingly. Don't, where do the Scala because we don't want the entire board to get darker. So keep the strokes limited. Now I am just taking a big Blue Shield. You can just mix your light blue with your darker color, which we just gave earlier to make Vishal audience you can directly use or DOT 4 is a little bit of blue shade if you have it. And I dropped guidance or leases. So it will look like a nice mood change of shale from dark photo later. Now we move on to the second board. But for exactly in half to make sure I got forced bird has unguided lead right up. Otherwise the forced word scholar, we get motion to the Second World Wars and we don't get all one that. So just to be it for your force were to dry up completely, or it is just use your blow dryer to completely naked, right? And then you can start layering your full second board with a thin layer of water wash when still forced vortex completely dried up. As you can see, my knee has completely dried and that's why I have started with the second wash for the second bullet. Again, for this word as well. We have not given the wash for the beak. Apart from that, we have covered all the regions without the lead of water wash. Then I'm taking some light green color on my brush and I'm dropping it in certain pieces. So again, for about the beak ADR via when DO being triggered a frame color. So firstly, I just dropped my light green pencil, the medias. Just see, I am leaving some spaces in between. I'm not coloring it in dire need of the beans in color because we want to achieve a different direction and a different color for all the parts. Then I'm going to the darker yellow which we had meetings with the green, black, and blue. So that is the pellet over time using whether it is looking more like a green just because I am using it over a light green color. So you can take a similar shape. You can also directly they occur deep green instead and use that for thinking this if you are not getting the exact technique to get similar color, because I don't want you to make a Google Doc. Now I am taking my scarlet red, yellow and I'm dropping it in some areas, just about the beak, the head part. And I will now take some orange color in my brush. And I dropped that just the size of the beak. Again, I'm electric, blend in naturally with the audio red color. You can see the orange is not that big military, so that's how we wondered. So just mix a little amount of water to it and then only tropic on the sheet. Again, now I am using the light green color or whether darker shade because I felt like the darker shade was elected to dock. So you can directly use the leaf 3 in order the green instead, if you feel like you have been very good article for pigment in certain areas, you can just move your dry brush over it and pick up the excess follow to reduce the intensity or the vibrancy of any particular fellow. I just use my Romberg fellow, which is the brown sheet for just painting the branch on vegetables are sitting just a thin layer of plain wash with the Romberg color, That's it. Then wait for your board and everything to dry up completely. And after that peak, some yellow ocher, yellow are a lot of water to it to make it less pigment. And then paying the beaks of the world with that Gallo. And we'll also being normal small, Lean circles for the eye. And now we'll start slightly detailing out the words more. So for that, I'm taking my pink or blue, yellow. If you don't have it just makes your light blue with green color and you will get this shared. You can make CR late viewing the green and made the sheet, and then use it at the places in which I am using a load or where do with the shade. Because other ways though in diode light portion which we had created will completely be lost and we don't want that. So just pocket insulting pieces so that it will add a beautifully get to your drawing. And it won't just look like one single Palo patch, but it will get some nice texture. Then I'm again adding the darkish shape which we made by mixing the green, blue, and black. So I'm adding back in certain areas to give even more depth to it and the shadows and everything. So that's my, I am adding the darker shade in certain regions. And we repeat a similar process with the second board. So for that I am full sibling with the light green validate says, and I'll draw some strokes with that. And after that, I use the same dark shades which we made by mixing the green, blue, and black. And that will add to certain areas to give even more. So as I'm doing here, just carefully observe the places in which I am doing it. And observe the gate of strokes that guy and making you can see that our certain gaps that are left in between the strokes deliberately to get the desired texture and effect. So voice Lu don't trash, just to give it some time, just to observe it carefully forced. You can also pause the video or just go back and rewatch certain strokes if you want to understand how to do it exactly. And then only do Word, you can use the smallest number brush which you want, whichever you are comfortable with. I am currently using six number brush for these strokes, but I'd suggest you to go with your own style and your own capacity of using the brushes and use science accordingly. Definitely use a round brush for this, but the size is not a major factor. You can just decided depending upon what your comfortable with. So now I've taken some raw umber color in my brush. This is another small brush. This is a four number brush, and I am bordering my beaks. I might also vCloud my eye with this. So this is a darkest brown Gallo, that guy and using border the beak carefully again, I remind you make sure that your complete drawing has dried up before you move this. Otherwise, your fellow, they just went straight into each other and it will create a big mess so we don't want that. So make sure you're drawing has completely dried up. And then only start with this. For the, I will just make a nice line in the central part. You can also use a black for the eye few one. And then we'd also so-called though I with a thin line of this same Gallo. And now I will again take some raw amber color, which is the labrum Gallo. And I just slightly either few more strokes on the branch. You can see I'm not very much console and I am just drawn it randomly because that's what will maintain the abstractness. And then again at the scene, Scholars Black doors on the background to get some nice sports which are lakes, very solid dots and not blending in with the background this time. So that's why we are going though. Wait on dry technique and staggering some of the thoughts. If you wish to know in detail about these lettering techniques, wet on wet, on dry and everything. You can just draw. Watch my class on watercolor for beginners. Guide everything about what the bellows it does. They don't Skillshare itself, and it has all the techniques and their gifts to begin with watercolors. So in this, you are not electoral with all those techniques. You can definitely go and watch that class because that could really help you just to get more knowledge about it. And we are done with the still beautiful love birds. Hope you enjoyed doing this.
19. Day 17 - The Woodpecker: So as always, I have focused around the pencil sketch. So you can just pause the video Scatchard, what it is. You can just bring down the fold-over does under the resource section. And then start with main thing. I am just using my pencil lines lately to make it lighter. And you can just force to 40, draw it lightly so that they are not visible ones VB and then I'll let start digging out the bellows. So mainly for this, we'll require though a big brown and black sheets. So firstly, I am taking some scarlet red color. Then we need a maroon shear. So if you don't directly have a maroon color, you can just either your dilemma of black to your crimson red to get a darker. Nile need a legal amount of blue, so I am just taking some ultramarine blue. We'll need this so that our black doesn't look pitch black. So we'll also need a black obviously for that. And we'll need at all on board or yellow ocher, see it. So for that I am just taking or darker shade of yellow ocher. I have mixed a little amount of bone Dumbledore, my yellow ocher color to get this shape. And you will also need a sap green or lived in Gallo for the leaves of the tree and the background. Now let's start with the thin layer of water wash. And we do the wet on wet technique. We have given the worst for those round body and they had left the eye, beak, wing and a part for now. So we enforce start with those scarlet red color which we had taken out. And the dash, I am being done for the head part first, I'm just observe the places in which I am putting the gallows and do it accordingly. So now after this is done, I'll just clean my brush with clean water. I dab it on the Sioux people. I'm then I'll just continue blending my colors nicely. So I am just with a clean, damp brush, spreading the color in downward slowly as my bottom portion is already wet, if you feel, you can again clean your brush and continue with the same process because we don't want to drag the red color too much below, so you can see how light officiate I have court below. So that's what we are aiming for. So you can keep cleaning your brush and you can do blaming her. Then. Now I am dropping though yellow ocher share. In the central part you can see it doesn't look very good reminder, it's like an ACL or critical. And I am blending written again. So I'm just lifting up some gallery because I don't want darker color to be there below. So I'm lifting it up with my brush and just dabbing it on their tissue. Then I am going with my black color. But you can see the black is not very big. Main good. I have mixed a lot of water to it to make it lighter. And the darker black, I am going with some random strokes, so just observe the strokes. I am keeping white spaces in between and that's what we are supposed to do. So we have to get that nice texture of the feathers. So that's why I am applying it nicely with different strokes and not loading the entire thing. Now I am taking my mid-tone color. I'm with my mom. I am dropping again at some parts than the head portion is deadweight, so you can see it as semi right now. And I am getting this nice texture. Again after dropping the colors, just clean your brush, dab it off their district people, and then slightly go and start blending your modem with your red color. So we lighten it and soft Dennett nicely so that it blends in nicely. You can see the rate is already wet and that's why the color when we go on lending it nicely, it's going nice and soft. And now it looks much more better than lose by lower dark spots which we hired. We'll see, you can see this is the way in which you get blended slowly and with smallest, smallest strokes. Again, observe the direction of my strokes. You can add a little amount of methadone, does less, and just go with small thin strokes. You can use the smallest number brush that you have for this and observe their direction in which I am giving those strokes and give it accordingly. You'll get a nice texture of the feathers on the bird's body. I am repeating the same process with the yellow ocher. I'm buying the same with the black color again. Remember, they are not again, very big main data. I am using them by mixing them with water first. So I am getting a light dose here. I'm not a very big main good one. So now we'll start with the wings. For that, we'll first give direct the wash of ultramarine blue. You can also use a cobalt blue and stirred. And you can see I am giving a very watery wash. The color restaurant very dark. I have mixed a lot of water, do it because we are going to do a wet-on-wet technique, which we are going to do awake alert on wet color this time. So we have applied a nice layer of blue. So why blue? Because we are supposed to be in the details with the black and now with the free directly start with a black. It will get too dark and it will just look like a black compete black sport, which we don't want. So that's why I am applying blue as the starting lead. I am just picking up some color. I'm cleaning it off their tissue paper because I want to show a highlight in these parts. So I am using my dry brush and picking up the color and just tapping the color of their tissue paper to get this highlighted. Now I have taken the black color in my brush and I am starting with those strokes. So just carefully observe that kind of strokes that I'm making and do it accordingly. In see here I'm trying to leave some bars as a nice highlight and as the boredom feathers are white. So I am leaving that certain bar to give it a texture to work. Again with a black eye ego for their TLS well, so you can see by doing this, we are not getting a very big flag because we had already done a nice blue layer. Also the latest blue parts or gray parts are visible still when we do our black as well. And we exactly wanted that. That's why we started with the blue color. Deciding the details strokes. I think I'll also add a little amount of blue. Again at the wing part. I'm going with Michael by blue color. I'm just dropping it at the upper part and that's it. Now let's add a few more details with the black color. So disrupts that the strokes but I am giving them aren't just do it accordingly. Go with very thin strokes, useless, more list brush that you have, but it will get very, very thin. Strokes. Will again go with the black color, eye and the beak. So observe it very nicely. I'm do it accordingly. I have bordered the iPhone, then I am leaving some way darks and the Lefkowitz pieces. I now am just taking some mid-tone color again and adding the details around the eye and cleaning the brush, dabbing it on their desk to people and nicely blend the colors slowly. Just see the detection of the strokes. I'm do it accordingly. Don't go spreading it too much. We are keeping it very thin in the desired direction. So again, I'll start by detailing the beak now with the black color. And then I like the gray color for the upper portion of the beak. Now let's start with our HDRI drunk. So I am giving a nice thin water wash force. Then I'm starting with my yellow ocher color and I'll give some strokes as a wash. And now I'm starting with my at all on vertical flow, which is allowed ground Gallo. And I'll add a few strokes with that. Now I'll go in with the sap green color. And you can see I'm just tapping my brush on the paper to get this leave Lake strokes. And these are going to be again abstract in the background. So don't go with Jack of a pigment, go on adding mortar and then go on spreading it. Oops, the beak of the bird was not drive. So remember Nigeria, entire painting should be dried before you go with the background. So I just BAP might be should be put on it and take off the excess color. And I just read that, the beak with the black and gray. So here's how you can quickly rectify your mistakes as well. So that's not a big problem, but tried to go step-by-step and slowly so that you're underweight areas do not go merging with your newer being dirty areas. I'll just quickly patch it up over you. And now we've got a few green dots in the background. And I'm also adding a few dots or lines. The GAO ground lines on the trunk of the tree. Once that is done, let everything dry up completely. And then we just draw a nice leg of the board which is on the tree. So I'm doing that, that black color directly. And now I take a darker olive green share. So if you don't have it, you can just mix your deep green and add a little amount of brown or yellow ocher to it to get the scene. And start with these small random strokes with your brush. Abstract strokes completely to give a nice shadow and depth to the tree and the background which will beautify your bowl painting more. Again, a few lines on the tree. And we splatter some red dots in the background and need to be done with this board. And we are done with this board. Hope you had fun painting age. See you in the next lesson.
20. Day 18 - The Penguins: So here I have drawn the pencil sketch of the penguin. I'll just lately it is the lines so that we don't get DACA lens once we start being denied. You can draw the sketch very light forced to foil, and then you can start painting. If you're not comfortable drawing this sketch, you can just pick out the printable, bring doubts that they're under the resource section. And you can just download and print the image. You can trace it on your watercolor paper and then paint along with me. But make sure you painted on a watercolor paper to get the best reserves. It should be a 100 percent cotton, 300 GSM watercolor paper, which will help you get good results. Now let's start picking out the colors. So first of all, I am taking out my cadmium yellow color or the medium yellow color. Whichever you have, you can take it out. And the penguin, we'll mostly require the yellow for attention. And then we'll require of black color and recolor. So in watercolors, because good the noise, use the white color. So that's why I just state the back color out. And if we wish to make a gracious, then what I do is I just use my black with some amount of water. Do you wizard as agreed, I'm also taking out some orange color for a little amount of highlights and dark areas. But if you're directly have a gray color, you can use that oil so in the gray parts. But if you then go and mix your white with black, just either Wardlaw do your black and use that as a very, ok, so I'm starting with the mapping wins body. So I am being done the bigger penguins central body with a thin layer of water wash. So we will be doing electron right technique for this. Now I'll take my guide, ma'am, you I'm the daddy alloy and start dropping it in certain areas. I'm just observe I'm not being done the entire thing yellow. I'll be dropping it in certain areas. And then I clean my brush with water and I just smoothen the color out as we go below. So you can see the intensity of calories so low as we go downwards. So we have only winter the dark yellow at the top portion, and we are keeping the rest of the part later. Here I'll again draw up some cadmium yellow color to give a nice darker shade to this region. And again, you can see I'm just reading it slightly with work that I am not making it too dark. So the Docker abortion little mental image grid and the rest of the portion, I'll just language nicely with water and marked colored with a very dark pigment. Now in a very little portion, I'll also have some orange color. So just observe carefully where I am adding good loan direct too much. I am just giving us late dark area insult and barks. You can see I'm doing this by my yellow is still wet. So that's the reason I am not getting a very defined border of my orange because that is exactly what do we don't want. So we want it to blend in nicely with the surrounding area. Slate, nice faded with your yellow and blend it nicely in the remaining parts. We don't want the ln of the orange to the scene. We want them to be nicely blend grading. It should look like one single color, which is going from dark to light, slowly and gradually. Now we are done with the upper Payment Central bodies of water once. So for that you can see I am directly using a black color which is mixed with water to get a nice green ash. So if you're directly have a regular, you can use that as well. Once you started a lot of water lily of that, I'm just give a nice clean water wash like the wash with your light marks of administered block to get this nice ratio. I also have the orange color to the beak area out of the mouth of the bigger penguin. I'm just going again with the black is shear and adding some shadows are dark areas to the smaller thing when. Now for the remaining part, we go with our black color because we want a nice dark black color. I'm with that though, our 30 days and the remaining body areas. So just observe what I'm doing. Hello. Okay. So to speak. Whoops. Hello. Hello. Okay. So now we are done with all the blacks and we are done with the painting though. So do some nice abstract background. Now for that, I'm picking out some buh-bye, buh-bye, hello, fall asleep. And I also need some light blue Paleozoic is already died in my palate. So you can see I'm adding a lot of water to this because I don't want the pigments to be too dark for this. I am going to keep the background. So let's start with the nice water wash and we'll just do the wet-on-wet technique for the background so that we get a nice abstract effect. And the background is not all part of the bullet. So now I go with my blue and light blue would disrupt abstract horizontal strokes for the ground. They don't need to be very clean. I am just dropping the color as you can see to get a nine, subtract my ground. And you can see it does very, very late already. And then I take megabyte UN Lakeview board in my brush one by one. I'm, this black dot is some dots around the background. If this Microsoft fallen on your penguins than just quickly dab them off with a tissue people. And we are done with these two beautiful boards. I hope you enjoyed doing it. See you again in the next lesson.
21. Day 19 - The Blue Jay: So here I have already drawn this board with us in the lane offensive. You can refer to the sketch under the resource section, there is a JPEG of the scene, so you can refer to it and draw it from there. Or else you can also bring it out. I'm pleaser doubt on your watercolor paper and then paint along with me. So I'm just using the line slightly to make them lighter. As I don't want the pencil marks to be seen after we are done with that. Now let's start digging out the colors. So mainly for this blue jay ball will require all the blue shades. So I'm starting by digging out some new column. Then we need some Ultramarine blue and some dark portion, the portion blue. You can also add a little amount of black to make it for the dock. And we'll also need a lighter blue here. So this is the light blue that I am using for that. So we have taken out all the blues are now let's start by applying a thin layer of water wash to our board so that he can start being done with the wet-on-wet technique. Now I start dropping my equal value w. You can see it does not very highly big men, good, I have my skeletal amount of water to it. And just carefully observe the places in which I am a blanket and the V in which I am applying the strokes that direction and everything. Just being the entire board with that color. Just keep it in the leases that I am giving you and then slowly spread it with your brush. Again, giving a thin layer of water wash to that deal. And after that, I'll start dropping my cobalt blue color on it. And then we'll do the same for the wings. So just make sure that you observe the strokes, get fully the direction in which I am putting them out and just go in the same direction. Now let's give the background nice weight, thin layer water wash and then me to just being valve slightly the background portion of it. So now for the background, I dropped some light blue, the light blue color in my brush, and I'm just tapping on my brush to paint around. Some spectres have for learning or voltages at your paper or neck and just clean them off very quickly. I never had a few more speckles with the light blue. So now in the bottom portion, I am considering the board to be flying by putting his feet in the water body. So I just start making some rebuilds of work done. So you just need your beeper. Do we wait there in Nevada media before you start doing it? So if you'll be but it's not very just apply at the level of water to it and then start bending this with sky blue, yellow or the light blue color. So we then start being denied ribbons of Mordor or underweight. Being with nice strokes. I am doing this with the light blue color. And then I'll also add some goodbye, beautiful edits to this. Oh, I'm so sorry. I just, I just have B before your oil. So this is the way in which we do that a bit. So I am going that smaller circuits in the cylinder. And as we go on going outwards, they want. I'll also add a limited amount of ultramarine blue and the dark highlight a few more. So you get a clear idea of how I am doing it currently. Let's start the dashboard. So I'm starting with my electricity and view. And you can use a smaller size brush for this. Galileo observed the strokes that I'm making. I'm making very small, thin strokes to get a nice texture of the feathers and observe the areas in which I am getting it. And then do it accordingly. Now when smoothen the strokes around so you know what to do for smooth lingered. You need to clean your brush force then wrap it on a paper to get out the excess water out from the brush. And then you go over your earlier stroke and greater blended in with the bike. Do we identify its graduates shift? After that, we did the Bush and blue color, and we have also mixed a very little amount of black gouache to make it darker. And with abortion, blue eyes start dropping your denser places to get that nice, dark federally look at certain places. Hello. Now I take my cobalt blue, yellow, blue, yellow. I'll add a few more details to the body. So highlighting the details. This time we'll again trump some blue and then we'll clean our brush and slightly tried to spread the old layer Gallo angling leg nicely. You can see I am trying to achieve and I inspect, sure do it. So these are not just simply blend washes. Now I will go for the wings. The wings. I'm using the eight number on the stack I have. I am just lingered at the end part. And then I am just going in with a single stroke inside and lifting the brush up as I go inwards. So or I'm doing this with the buh-bye, buh-bye, hello. And you can see in this Android Bartlesville, I have tried to achieve some texture by just tapping my brush in the middle part. So for the wings, press and lift, That's how you go about a diode when creation. So for the second wing, we have started with smaller feathers force and will also give another letter for those inside. So the inside ones we are giving with the ultramarine blue or the bullshit blue. So I have done it with abortion blue. You can use any of these do. And the inside part again leader, just a letter with a nice textured effect, will be the same for the deal. So I'm using my cobalt blue again and I'm just drawing strokes going from downwards due in words and in the similar way using the same technique. Hello This lady being the leg bars with the new. Now I'm going in with my dark portion blue color, and I'll add a few more strokes to just give a naive she do this and it will quickly give a very great effect. So you can see this one's, I am drawing them shorter than the earlier ones so that the bottom, but there is also visible because we don't want to hide the war dem Beleg completely. So I'm just adding a few just to give it that nice highlight and you can see how quickly it's looking more beautiful now. So we'll do the same for their deal as well. This is the abortion blue. I have added a very little amount of black to the bush in blue as well to make it slightly darker. Background part is also looking slightly now Elaine, soil just start a little amount of coal by the blues backdoors in the background as well. And I'll also add a few lines for the cobalt blue color so that it will look like the water is dripping out from the both legs in the water body and how it feels as if the board has touched his legs in the water and is flying out again. Now we'll just add a little bit more leaders with the call-by-value directly. How will this lead to love the eye? You can do this now or shouldn't look less black mixture itself. And the same for the beak as well. How we lead allowed the legs with the same color, which is the portion. And I am adding just a little amount of slack, dot it with the Bushman low below his legs. And I'll also add some ripples in the water with the dark ocean blue, yellow, known that too many just do clean the central part and that's fine. The remaining ones, we'll add the light blue, yellow. And after we are done with that, we will be done by building this beautiful blue table. And I really hope you enjoyed doing it. See you again in the next class and I'm excited to see all your being done.
22. Day 20 - Colorful Little Birds: So let's begin his colorful small boards. You can first draw them with a pencil ready likely. You can also find the image of the pencil sketch under the resource section from various industry set out corals, just watch it and copy it, forced on your watercolor people. And then you can start being done along with me. Make sure they're drawing very lightly or as if your benchmarks are darker, just it is them slightly to make them lighter so that the pencil marks are not visible once these sharpening lingered. Now, for this one, actually we will be requiring a lot of colorful colloids. So I just go on telling you the colors as end been remaindered. So for now, let's just start with a thin layer of water washed. What a diode people, I'm using bigger sized round brush for this. I'm not being done inside the boards, but I am just be ending with a thin layer of water wash about the branch over the boards. The portion below the ground we'll be interleaved on. So for sleep, I am taking my light blue color in my brush. And I'll start with my favorite splattering in the background to get the beautiful California extract background for this one. After the light blue, we'll go with another color, which is going to be the yellow shade. And we'll go with the next sheet, which is the indivisible politica. Hello. You can see I am doing these, trying to do this just about the word for which I am going to use that color. So for the football above it, I use my audience. It's okay for it to go slightly here and there, but I am trying to do with those bars just about the particular board. And lastly, I am going with my light green sheet. After you are done with adequately back off, those exist black a little bit shy. They're on the boards 40 AND gates, they are just tap your distributed on a eucalyptus Baghdad and medium bold, slightly cleaner. We'll then start by painting the boards one-by-one. So for that, for every board I befores giving a nice thin layer of water wash to the entire board apart from his eye and the beak because that is going to be black. And after giving the Washington start doing the beam being with wet-on-wet technique. So for the wash. We'll just give the wash though a proportion of the world's Morty that there's just about the bronchi area. So that's where we'll just end outwash. And then I'll take my light blue color and I start dropping it in certain areas. So for this particular painting, you would need to observe carefully where I'm dropping my colors and how I am blending it with only plain water. And some areas should be dark with colors. Some EDR should be just the white people that I'm being just blame the colors laid P without brush, with just a clean brush in the water layer. So that's how we'll achieve their labor and the darker parts. So I think those who have already seen the earlier lessons, we'll be able to easily follow with this one because we have learned about this in detail for many of our other boards. So you can see I'm just dropping the color in certain areas and then spreading it just with my breath lately. Now I am using the abortion blue-collar do add a nice dark highlights and shadows to this board. I'm slightly diluted out more. So now this new burden still rate. So we'll just leave the next one and we'll do the third one forced. So then the alkaloids will not merge into each other. So meanwhile, Bill started giving a nice later or the wash to the board. And then we'll start being fingered. We do the second one, Lego, once the other birds have radar, which are decisive. So for the total, I'll be using a book with and the pink sheet. So though Margin dollar, the pink color will be for the lighter areas, and I add the dark part with my toilet Gallo. So again, this carefully observe the areas in which I'm dropping the color and then leave certain areas rate and do slightly blended smooth on it with your brush. And don't color the entire thing with the pink leaves, some dark and later radians. You can drop more pink pigment, Don't certain areas to make it darker and shade compared to the other ADRs. So that will actually give it a nice detailed look. Now we'll also drop some violet color in certain areas to give it the money she'd of 1 ninth doc similar follow. After this. We'll move on to that toward the board because we again, don't do want to be in the world besides the pink and the purple one. Otherwise the colors will get more gentle each other. That's why we are now giving a nice layer of water wash to our fifth the board and maybe embed forced with a light green color. And then with the dark green color, we'd follow the similar process. So just to observe that I'm dropping my Carlos and do it accordingly. Okay, so now we're done with these three boards, upper body. So since their upper bodies are still a bit, I'll just do though bottom portion by ground first. And then we'll move on to the second and the fourth board because del then our rest of the three boards will be dried up completely. And that's what we've learned before me. Move on to the middle boards. So firstly, I'm giving a nice layer of water wash to the entire bottom before just below the branch on which the boards are serving, I am covering it with the inlet of water. And now we'll start with our beautiful abstract background for the bottom portion. So I'm starting with the light blue. You can see I am not using a very big man, Good Kahlo. And the paper is still wet so you can see it has nicely going on merging with the background. You can also again use your wet brush and slightly spread it nicely to blend the color in the background. And it is looking very nice now because it is slightly darker just below the board. And it is going on spreading into the background, vanishing and blending in nicely with the people. So first we'll do the blue, then VIV was the pink. Then we'll do the middle part. So for the middle part of the blue and pink will need some yellow color. So this is the cadmium yellow light I am using. And I'll paint and slightly blend those edges. I need sleep. So I've kept the height of the yellow one lower than the pink and the blue as you can see. Then we'll do the green, which is for the last board, just below the last board. So that again will be the entire length. That is just like we did for the pink and the blue. So a nice long background wash and again, smoothen the edges and just blend it in nicely with your people. And I already love how these followers are looking, beautiful, colorful together. So in the middle of the pink and the green one will add orange. And the orange one again leaves lately keep it shorter just like we did for the yellow one, and smoothen the edges and blend in nicely. So after this is done, we'll start a slightly detailed one. So I am just taking a little more pigment, great light blue. And I am drawing these vertical strokes. Laker deal, just wash, which we gave just below the board. And we'll repeated for all the words here. So the pink one, the yellow, cadmium, yellow, orange, and light green. We'll do all of those deals as well. Just adding the same big magnetically and going with vertical strokes, That's it. Hi. Okay, So we are done with the deals and other three words have dried up completely dead now, so I can start painting the second and the fourth board as well. So for the second mode, I'll be using the same technique. It's just that I'll be using yellow and orange color for this. So the cadmium yellow. The audit and just observe my strokes carefully and do along with me. Again given isolator for doors to the full board and repeat the same process. But this time that orange color, I'm skylight red color. I learned outputs are done for now, so we'll just add the darker layers to the field part. So for the first word, I am going with the small vertical strokes, make these strokes denoted says For the second word will add a few with orange color. Next time I'm adding a few mature industrial and alongside a little amount of porpoise strokes on it. Then I'll add some orange colored strokes. And about that, I'll add a little amount of scarlet red strokes. Lastly, few green, that is the light green and the medium remains true. And now this start adding a little more depth on to our boards with the doc sheets. So for the first one I am going in with some portion blue color and I'll just add some very thin strokes. So just observe the places in which I'm doing it and do it accordingly. The second board we'll do the similarity deals with a little amount of orange Kano. Similarly with sample Bigelow for the tall bald. And we'll use a medium green or a leaf green color for the fifth board and add the details to it. Now again, for the bottom portion below the branch area, we will do some sliders or visit Minorca lowest that gets delayed view the cadmium yellow, pink, orange, and green. Now let's be the branch with the yellow ocher. And we'll start dealing the eye and the beak with the black color. So for the I, I just leave a little white dot in the center and draw a black. So good. And for the beak we'll just color it black. So observe how I am doing it and it will be good for all the five boards. Hi. Now we'd also add in links to these boards just with the black Palo, make them smaller. And that this, We are done by painting this beautiful colorful bird sitting on the branch.
23. Day 21 - The Kingfisher: Now let's learn this beautiful again, Fischer who is flying for dagger, have drawn it very lightly with a benzene. You can, as usual pause the video, draw it forced similar domain and then continue to be in bed. And I'm just erasing as glycogen so that the pencil marks and artsy enough that we build. And mainly for this board, the colors that we need. Let's remove that. So I am forced to foil geeking out some pointing shallow. So again, we need those shades of orange. So one will be the bleed orange Gallo, and another will be enough good orange, which will be almost like a war million red. So for the Docker installed, you can just mix some orange with vermilion red to get a darker shade. And you can just simply clean orange color for the right, the orange, normal orange color. After that, we'll need some blue color. So you can just take out some ultramarine blue and you can take out some cobalt blue. So we need a darker shade of blue and medium shield. So that's what we'll use for the blues. Apart from that, we'll need some black color as well for somebody telling bytes, lake ice and oil. And that's it. That's pretty much the main color palette that we need for this game, fish oil. So I have taken some Micromedex in and now I'm just taking out some cobalt blue and I'll make sure to add some amount of water, do it. And as usual, we'll start with the lighter washes and then we'll go on adding layers of feathers to detail it out. So now this time we are not just being done that inside of the board, but we are going to keep it slightly abstract with a very, very different technique. So to do that for us to, for Lyme just been doing the body of the board and the bottom portion of the body as well with a thin wash of water. So you can see, I am giving it the inverse of 4 DO, do the bottom part of the bird's body as well as the lower half of the people. And we are also adding your slightly to the mid part of the Franklin. So just make sure that the OB, but it's nicely wait the water before you start painting. And then simply take your late orange, normal orange, blue, green, orange color. And real forced to fall being the bird's body and the inode bite off the Frank done with this audience. And after that, since the paper is already wet in the bottom portion, now we're to be the world's religious stake. Some orange colored brush and wheels, black dot it on low birth weight people. So though we individually nicely bloom in doing it, and we'll take advantage of this technique and just create a nice abstract background to the board. Learned what Elaine Docker low flew on its own on the whitewater. Now I'm just taking the Docker sudo for them to between made by mixing the vermillion red color with orange. And I'm dropping your done some areas of the boards to give it a nice step defect. So just slightly mark the areas like not literally with a pencil or anything, but just observe in materials I am giving it. And you also can do it accordingly in those particular areas. After you are done with that, I'll give a water wash that a meaning part of the upper side of the board, which is the hair cutoff area and the wings. And I'll say about that because we have when do you use a similar technique which we used below for the upper area as well. So for that color beyond your boards rings and your boards head and also the real part and beyond it. So you can see my people are with dissuade. The shine is clearly visible so that you'll get a rough idea of where all you need to give that Gallo. And after that, I am using Michael by the blue color and the dark. I am forced to fall maintaining the body of the word which is the real part, the head part. And I also do the wings. Certain members though, goal in these blokes when you are doing the wing, that does you start from the outward direction and push the colored in with your brush inside and give the colorway what Bedi so you can see it does not vary pigment good. In the first wash, I have kept it very orderly and very less pigment there because we are going to add layers on this later on. And after that, just take your cobalt blue color diluted nicely with water. And this black direct around on your weak part of the people. Now we are done with the first basic wash. Let it dry completely. And after it has dried up completely, take some go by the blue color on your brush and start painting these small stroke. The central part, which is the ADR near the eye of type bird. I am just leave that portion on some area below the bird's beak. And apart from that, you can do this with the goodbye w. After you are done with that, we'll do the tail part. So again with the same cobalt blue. Now just observe this drugs that I'm giving. I'm just pressing my round brush and lifting it up to get up point. Let me just take some more pigment. And that's how I have drawn some 56 feathers of the tail part. We'll be doing a similar process for the wings as well. So again, I'm taking my cobalt blue color. I'm just observe my strokes. I am just pressing my brush. And as I move in words, I am lifting it up. So this is the stroke you'll need to follow. Just keep some gap between both those strokes. I'm continue doing good in the inward direction. As you walk in off of Lake Cove lion, because the wings shape is like that. So we need to move in that shape and we need to go strokes in words. So just carefully observe how I am doing or just press your brush and lift it up to get a point at the edge. I'm just go on donning your strokes. Let's lake GFS. And as you go down, again, keep moving in a curved direction. So now we'll take some orange color. So this is highly pigmented orange color. Not exactly, they're darker shade, but a nice big branded ones, so it doesn't have a lot of water to it. And with that, we are going with nice small, small strokes. I'm painting now fidelity at the body part of the board. So you can see I've started with slightly darker shade and as I move downwards, I discontinuity the same because the color got Leto as we move down. Because the color from the brush was over. So that's how you can get it. So wherever you want to give their Dockers here and you can do that. And after that you can just continue doing it. And the pigment from the brush will get lighter and lighter. And that's how you get the fringe sheets. So we are doing the same process for the wings inner parts as well as for the body. Now we learnt some orange to the fifth area. So mom, the places in which I am adding it and do this theme. Also make sure to use only the tip of your brush and do it very slowly with no strokes. You can use the lowest number brush that you have for this. Now I'm again using the darker orange, which is the audience plus 1 million, right, apollo. I'm just doing the similar strokes. And so if an area has to give a little more depth after that, just simply blend them in with similar orange draw so that it blends in very well. So now we're done with our Ollie orange bar. So let's just highlight the blue areas now with some darker sheets so you can use a pigment or by the blue color, or else you can also use the ultramarine blue, and you can start doing this. So I have used a mixture of gravity, less cobalt blue for this one particularly. Okay, So I'm just bracketing few more drops of orange color at the bottom bar because the earlier ones have nicely spread it on. And I want to add a few more which I like, prominence like those. So you can do this in the later stages. Well, I am also adding a few specters of the blue colossal. Again with the blue, I'm just dropping some spectres in their top five. So now again, I'm using the w plus ultramarine blue mixture. And with that color, I am again doing similar strokes and giving us again layer to the feathers of the bird's wings. This to observe the stroke carefully and pressing the brush and lifting it up so that gets on the back, the edge. So do it in a similar way. Now let's do the beak of the board for that, I am using my black color directly and use a tunnel size brush for this. And this to me, the beak, nice, thin and point B. The diet legs carefully do the eye. So before you go to paint the eye, make sure that the areas besides that there's the head of the board is completely dry before you being this otherwise your black color will get more done with your doc loads on it won't look good. So I have drawn the eye and after that I am using the black color itself, though slightly add on more the day lines besides the eye to make it vary the data and highlight the idea. So don't overdo these lines, draw them very, very, very thin. And now and just darken the blue part with my ultra marine blue. So I'm using the ultramarine blue color to highlight the feathers at the top of the head and also the bottom portion. Don't always do it again. Again with the ultramarine blue. I'm just hiding a few strokes at the BSW forever. I need to give that dark highlight. And also the ultramarine blue. I'm just adding those legs. So add some darker orange here. Wherever. After that I am again, I'm adding the darker blue strokes at the tail part. I can also add some in the wings if you feel like they are later, if they are already nicely but vendor then you don't need to add these strokes. I didn't just dealing with a black color, not just black. I have diluted in water to make it later. And we are non-binding. If we think for sure. This board is fortunately my favorite from this board. Cds select me know if you enjoyed doing it.
