1. BUJO CLASS PRODUCTIVITY: you guys, it's just Ginger and I'm coming to you from Patches, the Airstream. And today we're gonna talk about being effective with you. More journal. So this is a class it's actually requested by students on how toe people that more practical, you pull a journal. So we're gonna talk about logs and difference along and a tracker and some other pages that will really help you boost your productivity and use of a talk about using military more by putting more things need into it because more you put into it and got it. We're gonna talk about some tips on how Jews your key reflective me. We're gonna go over a bunch of examples and a few in class together. So whether you're a seasoned borderline, you just need a moment of inspiration aware your brand new two bullets When you first pull adrenaline hand and you're all set up, you ready to start doing some belongs, inhabit, tracking and productive with your whole journal it here in the right spot. While this class is not difficult, it does require a little bit of prior knowledge of electoral weeks. I'm not explain basics, and there is a class over in my classroom, Cold bulletin. We're in your way and I hope you get everything set up of your branding and never old room or more. But if you are like I'm ready to start your still welcome and you get a lot out of it, So let's get started.
2. BUJO TOOLS: So the first thing I want to do is just go over the materials that I'm gonna be using and referencing in class. You can be familiar with them and know where to get them. So I will also reference the principal sheets that you confined in the description off the class. And you can grab that link and print them if you want. That's just a list of ideas to get the juices flowing for for what kind of things you want to love. What kind of things you wanna have it track other productive pages. And there's just an area on that page for you to start brainstorming. So those air there if you want them, you can always use a scrap of paper if you'd rather thes air some of the markers that I will be using or have used in the examples. I'm going to show you today thes air chalk markers and actually has started using these this year. And I really like them. Their match they don't believe through, and they just come in really fun colors, teams, Tom Bo pens, Of course, I used frequently. There's zebra mid liners and then my favorite fine liner. These dead lor try. Plus, these are some of the bullet journals. I'm gonna reference for some examples. This is my current bullet journal. This is the what? A day planner? Ah, Bullet journal plan our template that I created for folks. And then this is just a sample book that I've been doing some tracking samples to show you guys and we'll practice in today. These are some stencils that I like to just have on hand. This is the projector that I have with me all the time. It's nice and small, four inches wide, straight edge. And then this curve comes in handy pretty often. And then, of course, this stencil is handy for using wheel trackers and such with all the different sized circles. So I'll be using these tools today and let's go ahead and jump right in.
3. HABIT VS LOG: So now let's talk about the difference between a tracker and log. So a tracker is keeping track of whether or not you did something. Check it in our or not or fill in the space or not. Did I work out yes or no? Did I wake up at seven AM? Yes or no? A log is measuring how much you did or something describing how you did something or how long you did something. It's more of a measure. So, for instance, is a monthly habit. Trekker and I have all the dates of the month and their respective days. And then I have did a workout on Friday. And if I did I feel in that dot if I didn't like on Saturday, I leave that blank. You could do it for as many tasks as you want for the entire month. A work log is going to measure I measuring how often I worked, how much of the day I worked on. This is helpful if you have multiple tasks or areas of business within your work. So I have two different types of business and I have how many hours I did with the square here. I did three hours of that type of work on the first, and I did five hours of this type of work on the first. And then it just varies. And I measuring throughout the whole month how much work I did not only in total, but each day. And then what kind of work I did so I can fill it in with the colors here, and then you would have a line graph, which is measuring. So if I take that this color and I draw a line between all of the circles ago and I made a little bit of a boom there, but I can always take this out as I made that mistake there when I was connecting the dots . Sometimes it's easier to do it as you go, but I wanted you to see what it looks like before, cause you can't just leave my stops and squares or you could fill it in, which is kind of a fun look. Eso That's a long you're measuring how much and what kind. But you can just measure one thing. For instance, here's the water log, and I just measuring how many cups of water I'm having in the whole month. So that's an example of a monthly tracker and a monthly work or water or whatever type of log you like toe have. You can also do this in a weekly form where you keep track of these things within your weekly spread, which is what I do most often. Although it is nice to see the month over a large span here in March, once a day I measured. This is a log of my water and take. So I wanted to measure how much water I was having each day and then down here, this is a log of how I spent my time. So I have work. And then I have, like, chill or entertainment. I have other tasks, maybe house duties. You can get really specific with this with cleaning and entertainment or TV or errands, whatever you want to do, phone time, things like that. So this is a log and keeping track of how long or measuring how long I spent doing what? So that's just a description of what's going on the over here. I have my tracking, so I have a habit. So did I. study and read on Monday. Yes or no? Did I work out on Monday and Tuesday? Yes or no? I check or I don't check So that I know whether or not I did something versus measuring on , keeping a log of what I did for how long or what type of things I did for that period of time. Another example is over here is just another version of it. Here's another one of those and I just checked. Hydrate, yes or no? Read yes or no. This is yet another one. This is a weekly log of my two different types of business. He was another way to just track. This is supposed to be exercise. When I wanted to do that five days a week and I only did it to. So I'm just keeping track of the goal. And then how often I did it. And then these are how much I did. So how much I do this work? How much should I do about this work? That's why I'm keeping a log versus tracking whether or not I did something
4. HABIT TRACKING: So let's talk about having trackers as previously defined as a tracking of whether or not do something answer to a yes or no question. Did I take out the trash? Did I walk the dogs on bits? More of keeping track of longevity, of doing something consistently or not. Hence the word habit. So I showed you this example of a long span with several tasks there and the ones that really easy one to set up for your entire month. And you can, of course, you that you're weak as well as I have shown. This is a really common type to do, and this is actually what we're gonna do our example together with. But I just want to show you completing version. This one's really fun. It could be a little bit complicated if you don't have the right tools and frustrating, as I have done several times without the right tools, and it's just a lot easier to get stencil engine that way. But you just have your categories here in this row and just goes around here. Date is on the top, and it's just really a feeling that I kind of fun change makes a little bit more fun to fill out. So that's the wheel. And then, of course, there's the being monthly grid. So the big monthly grid is kind of a nice one. Innocence that very gratifying when you're done because you have all of these colors either building or not. I guess it could be non gratifying if you didn't do a very good job. Like in trying something new. He got a lot of blanks face. It's so anyways, you can set this up by having a two stacks of your grid squares and you have seen no sugar . And then we have an entire month's worth of dates right here on the to grid squares. So want your 31? Each one of these is an entire month's work of dates. That's where I like them to be. A different color just kind of helps break it up and helps me see it. You can also make the lines in between each set a little bit darker so that it's easier to keep this. That's different if you do just want to have one color, but I like to do different colors. You can also do different continents. You can scribble it in color than do adopt over it. You do stripes or you could do it X. And actually, meeting your goals is a really good one to have at the very end. Because, as you can see on the 25th I did all of these tasks except for taking meds. So I wasn't able to criss cross off met goals down here on the 25th of that month. So it makes it a little bit more motivating to be able to cross these off to all these done that, of course, there is the bullet tracker, which is probably the most simple and easy to put into your week so or your month. This is a month. So I showed you what it looks like starting from Saturday. Excuse me Sunday to Saturday, as opposed to Monday to Sunday. So it's your choice, depending on how you started in your bullet journal. It's good to keep it consistent throughout, so I usually do Monday through Saturday. But you just do. Your Friday was the first, and just to put a bullet for each day, and then if you did it, you feel it in really quick way less time consuming than the other ones. So there's that if you I want to try that version and you can also do this within your week , as I have showed you before. But for example, down here you have days, days across the top and be tasks down here. And then you just fill in dots where they need to them over here. Same thing just categorically. And then however many days that week, you want to accomplish them and you fill it off, fill it in based off whether or not you did it. So what kind of things do you track? What kind of habits do you track in truck whether you read or not, if you took a medication worked out, drink water? If you are trying to cook at home, war could be really gratifying to make a trucker and fill in the days that you cooked at home. Same thing with no spending was actually relieved. Productive to make one that reminds you to fill your logs. Did you feel like you're a long study? Did you update your sitting? Yes or no? Did you wake up on time? Did you go to bed on time? Eight hours asleep. Did you journal? Did you do your skin care routine? Did you have any sugar? A lot day. Did you try something new? That could be just like a fun gold. How did you make your bed? Um, did you accomplish all your tests? This is a good one, too. I kind of mentioned that in the last bit about at the very bottom. Did you accomplish all your goals? And that's a good way to motivate yourself to actually finished things and then maybe an act of kindness, things like that. So down below, I encourage you to make your list of things that you want to track. Habits that you want to take note of and say that I finish. These did accomplish these things. Or maybe you want to motivate yourself to accomplish them more, or just see how often you do them. So I encourage you make that list
5. HABIT TRACKER PRACTICE: Now we're gonna do our well tracker together. So if you don't have one of these, it's a really good thing to pick up from your craft store. It's like five bucks definitely worth it. Otherwise, you're kind of resorting to the inner circle of a roll of tape or the bottom of a glass, which is kind of hard to find in the correct descending size. So you recommend investing in one of these, but yeah. So we're going to start with the biggest one, and we're gonna kind of center it on her page trying to line up the side ticks with Don't bring going across. I'm gonna grab my straight edge using this right here, going to center it. And I want the center of this part of my straight edge to be on a dot that lines up up here right here while I'm horizontally on the right on even Dockery plane. So I'm gonna make my mark in the center there on that dot Don't come in handy, leader. And keep that in place because we're gonna draw a circle on this point coming out there. So there's our outer circle mind I gotta skip one circle, but on to the next, we're just gonna keep descending in sizes until we get by circles and four rows. Now that we have all of our circles, we're gonna go ahead and draw a line from this stott up to these lines to connect him. Stop right there. So that's the beginning of our circle tracker. And we're gonna line here to mark off categories in the date. And now we're gonna fill in our numbers. I like to leave this open ended in case my days run a little long. I have some space here to let it go over, so I'm gonna number Days one there ended up being perfect. How dry I am going to through all this line here. It looks like it came up a little short on all of my circle. So extend those lines Now. We're gonna close this over here. You can make it a full circle if you would like. I like to even open. It's just my personal preference. And now we're gonna go ahead and get our grid on here with the circle and we're gonna use this line again, and we're just gonna draw a line between a free number. And if you use this dot that market you have made consistent meat and you did make it in the center, then everything should be right even or close to it. So we're just gonna keep going around until the Here we have the finished rid and we're just gonna put categories. And now So I'm gonna write DEETs on top, and then maybe we'll do, uh, healthy. You know, I was asleep and work out. So maybe this is the health. No. And then we cannot are color So usual blue thing this time. So I want to eat healthy, and you can color these in or you could do that stripes, Or you can just do it dot like I showed mislead. Really similar colors. So there is 1/2 or have its track, a real and companies he could start to a month on. And this is just the basics, but you can turn it into a lot of different things. This one, for instance, could be really cool. Some flowers intertwined, or you could do a bicycle wheel and bring this folks into the center. But a basket of flowers on the top or making into sports ball a sliced orange and half something of that nature. Do something really fun with it. So these are the bones of it. I find it. This is really while not completely perfect. Really A time efficient way to do a real tracker. So I hope that was helpful. 1 10 just before we are finished with this Is it the end? Something helpful to do is just put little numbers here then. So if you finish your month and you look back and go Oh, I eat healthy 26 days out of the 30 you could put it from six year and then you got eight hours sleep 15 days out of the month when you worked out Levi 16 days also. So then you can right those totals done at the end and apply them to a log. If you have a yearly log keeping track of those things in, you can transfer the moment that
6. LOGS: talk about logs. I've already described it to you as opposed to a tracker as age heart that will measure something you're doing and sometimes even describe or get a little bit more detailed about the task you are doing. I showed you this one of the previous segment with the work log. So we have the measure of how much and what type Then we just have the simple measure of how much here over here is the sleeping law, which is a very common type of love to do and bullet journaling. And you just simply set it up by putting the hours that you are thinking you'll probably sleep between. We've got 10 p.m. to nine AM I most often do not sleep past nine AM so that's a good gauge for me. But you're trying to figure out with your own schedule, and then you just keep track of each day of the month. How much of this time span were you sleeping? And you just put dots. You can fill it in as you go or at the very end and get this fun graph to observe GNC patterns. Maybe on weekends you see that you're sleeping, Maura, Maybe on Mondays you're not sleeping well, because you are stressed about work or something like that. You can start seeing patterns. This is an example of a little bit more of a complicated log where you're keeping track of exercise and not only read keeping track of how much exercise, but we're keeping drag of five different types of exercise. You could do pink cardio got the fluorescent peach as yoga, the yellow strength training Red is running, and then the blue is stretching, and you can keep track of how much total exercise we're doing in any of those Soviet the end of the month. You want to put a total over here or down here, So total for cardio was, you know, six hours this month, etcetera. You can really keep track of those things. You can also do a weight loss, a law where you have a measurement of how what your waist is now and then each month how it has changed, Or maybe this circumference of your legs or your arms to see if you've built up or lost weight. If those of your goals, and then just keep track of the different the changes within that week or month. So keeping track of your health logs are excellent for that. Next, we are going to look at how involved your goals. So maybe it's savings. Maybe it's a you want to be able to run a 10 minute mile. I don't know. Something along those lines. You're gonna create your graph here, and then you're gonna fill in all the different numbers, with the top one being the fulfillment of that goal. And you're just gonna start filling in as you go. So maybe you want to put a down payment on a house or buy a new car 12 books in the year and at any pace. But you can put a date next to it so that you know how long it took you to get to that point. So maybe between 10,000 and 15,000 it took you a month, but between 20,000 and 25,000 dick you four months just because of life. But then you can kind of keep track of how it's going and really just have a little bit more detailed log in your a bullet journal. So that's goals. Pretty simple, pretty straightforward. You can draw a picture, block it out and fill it, and this one's kind of a no brainer, but I should. But I just wanted to include it in the long is because you are measuring how far you are along in something not whether or not you did something. I also just want to remind you, as I showed you in the previous one, that you can use logs with in your week. So here is the example of logging the work versus the play with in your week, and you can do this with the line graphs and you could do work, play cleaning, schoolwork, studying, sleeping. You could do all that within one graph, and each one has a different shape, for each one has a different color. And then you could just put the miniature version of this within your weak and you are keeping weekly box so just kind of depends on which one, Sometimes the time a matter. You don't have the time to put in a weekly log. Every time you do your weakness spread, you can stick to the monthly, but sometimes the monthly ones are a little bit more overwhelming to me, but I will say I think there was something to seeing your work over a longer span of time as opposed to just a week.
7. LOG PRACTICE: Let's do that. Practice, study, log. So what we want to do is we want to measure how long were studying and how much total time we spend for the day and then eventually for the week. So we're gonna put down on the side here the days of the month. So many given about three squares. I'm gonna start it close to the top and come down and finished that line. And now I'm going to come across the top of new lineup here, too, and we're gonna put hours at the top. I'm not going to fill the hole grid if maybe you're familiar with that. But I am gonna do a span kind of like in the sleep law. So here for the days of the month, I'm gonna start right here second from the top, and you want to and so on. So there. I've done my 30 days along the side there, and I'm going to do ours. So at the top here, we've got a full 24 hours. So we're gonna go ahead and are 1 24 what we're gonna do maybe, like, 1990. So now we have our full 24 hours here. And then we can go along the side here and put days. You Oops. And I know that the first date of this last month Waas in my day. Okay, so now we have the days of our weekend. We have our hours written down and then we could potentially start recording How often were studying. So maybe on this Monday I studied from remember, this is 90. So maybe after class I study from 12 for more and then we need again. I was a good student. I went back and I studied for a couple hours from nine to through 11 breaking drop with us here. So there I study from those two times and then maybe I didn't study on Tuesday. It wasn't a very good student. I maybe didn't have class on Wednesday, so I studied all morning and then maybe I still begin at night. So you feel in your bars and you could go all the way down. And the fun part about this one is at the end of these days, you can go ahead and list of Hey, so I study for 123 456 hours that it's like six hours there and then just keep track of on Monday. The first I started for six hours and you can go all the way down more log keeping track of that for the entire month and you might see powder. And so I need to step up my studying game in the weekends for me. And I thought I was spending so much more time studying, and I'm actually not according to my walk. So this is a better way just to keep track of not only when you're studying, but also how long they're studying and then what days? Your studies, your measuring, a lot of things, the other perfect in this is that you are able to track when you study well. So maybe you had a test on Friday 12 and you look back at your study habits. You do really well in that test and you look back in your study habits like this was really good. I need to repeat this. So now you know, places that were you did really poorly and you can tell Oh, I just study very well, or I did all my student at night Maybe that's so lots could be really beneficial in that way. So that's a sample. You can use it for sleeping this'll way. If you're a nap, take her. This can also be used for sleeping.
8. PRODUCTIVITY PAGES: next, we're gonna talk about productivity, ages and what I mean by that. Our pages that are not trackers or logs but are really helpful for just a life. So I'm thinking indexes routines like this one to do pages project ages, where you need to keep track of phone numbers and other people's tasks or meeting meeting clients and taking some notes, things like that. So this is an example of one of those productivity pages and to daily schedule. It's really nice kind of fun to draw little pictures and then to block out your day and see this is how I want to spend my time or I want to have free time during this time of the day . Maybe you wanna have returned during this time. Thanks. You could figure out How do I make everything they need to do fit around, being able to be free during that day so I can spend time with my kids or your sponsor way ? So that's a daily schedule, and that's what example. Another example is to do an index of something. Maybe it's food. I am not the type of person, although I really like Taco. Tuesday and do not make the same food every single week. So I'll go a whole month before I make kissing Neil again. And I like to have a good index for all of the different meals. That way, I can quickly go. Oh, I don't know what to make this week right over my index. Check it out, though. Oh, I haven't made Montecristos in a while. Let's get that this week I got to my list so you could do a breach of the different meals. Snacks, things like that helps you go to a grocery list. Just makes you more efficient on get some things out of your brains. You don't have to remember everything. It's written down for you. You have a year. This page is a really fun one, a pen test page, or even just to remember what pens you lead to use and hope. You kind of figure out what color scheme you want to use for your next page, whether it be weekly or productively page. So maybe you want to combine dusty pink in corn yellow and or you want to combine two or three Tom Bow with small losing, but now you know what kind it is. You can get out of your pen box of just sifting through a pen, caps, things, pages, actually, one that really probably believes over a little bit with having trackers. But I think it's a very practical ones for the productivity. Fiji's because it's cleaning. And I really hate cleaning, to be honest. But this has been really helpful for me to use this style, and I break it down by weekly, biweekly, even monthly. Some people do yearly by nearly as well, but I just don't think that far so weakly. We have 52 weeks here, and then you're just feeling, if you accomplished these things on Ben Bye week, 26 weeks monthly, 12 months. So a little visual way to keep track of all the different things that you need to do each week. Otherwise, it goes 10 days, and I forget that I just didn't do it that week. So now I can keep track. I know how productive I've been as faras keeping things nice and 50 goes a really practical , not very cute example is when I do class planning or product planning, I totally ready down in my bullet journal, and I just brained up on these pages, take down my notes when I think of any way I down here to do this, etcetera. So the more that you put into your bowl journal, the more things that you have in here means you have to come to it more often and take a look at you. Remember that phone number or you need Teoh. See the schedule for something or reference a to do list. Then you have to come back to you, which ultimately means you're gonna use. So that is definitely about it. These are templates, but they have a lot of good examples in them. This three. So this is birthdays really common, extremely practical, productive page to have on. Of course, you could make this on your own. It's just a wheel with months and then draw the line. February 3rd is Elise. The last time I did is kind of any practical application of the 50 cleaning page I showed you earlier, and it tells you, when was the last time I did something? Oh, in December. While it's probably time to do that again, don't worry, I change the sheets before that is just another page. I am a big time believer, and especially if you are a very busy person. Schedule is very full. Is the critical commotion page. And that is where you have one thing that Haas to get done on that day. If nothing else happens Tuesday, I clean house or on Friday is totally visa for work. I get really busy. I just revert to this kind of style of work because I know that many days get away. I don't trust them out like this, and I have to. Police get this done today, my ideal week similar to the routine page or the schedule page, but kind of puts it into perspective of the entire week. So you were able to just put the Knicks where you want to break down your hours and kind of go from the beginning of the date. End of the day. You can add hours over here and try to set aside time for doing certain things again. If you don't write it down and kind of put your eyes on it, it's harder to put it into practice. One more set of ideas. It's just really simple. 30 days of gratitude, right? You're 30 days down here vertically. You just write things that you are grateful for. Brainstorm. Brain dumps are all over my goal. A journal, as I have probably already mentioned a few times. But some things I just want to write it down. And it's a little bit of a unburdening from my brain toe. Have it on the paper and not have to remember anymore. And to know I wrote it down in the place and I'm gonna go back to which is a boardroom. Because again, more things you put into this book means you're gonna have to come back to in reference it more often. So it means you're gonna be using your pages more. So I encourage you. Put it all in here. But all in one place don't have notes Stickies floating around everywhere. Keep it all in one place. So what kind of things do you add into journal as productive ages? And these are reminders. Planners schedules, indexing project pages, etcetera. So birthdays, bullet journal color schemes, pens, washi tape. Like I said, picking all the different washing tapes that you like keeping them all on one page so you can see him in one spot and maybe take your colors came for the week. Sprint meals and snacks. Your routines. You wanna have gold pages that Are you just a big list of goals you want to accomplish 2019 or the following Your baby your plans for the next five years? You can put a five year, 10 years What here? Gland on there and make out one of your brainstorms. Brain dumps. Meeting notes Having those all threat of war journal help you again to use them and have to reference back to them, and it creates a kind of a revolving door out of your religion. Allies. You flip back and forth to be effective with it. So again, here's a spot for you at the bottom to make a list of the productive pages you want to your bullets.
9. EXTRA TIPS: So finally, I just want to show you some tips on how to use your role journal a little bit more effectively from your data day use of it now that you have some extra pages and examples of how to do trackers versus logs. So one of those ways is the key. A lot of us maker key, and then we kind of forget about it and don't use a great often or don't use it to its full capacity. So my simple key is tasked Gold Place to be, and then the action points are moved. Cancel. Don't forget or it must be done. So if you don't interact with them, your keys really more of a disservice to you than anything. It's just not being used. So if you finish it, you feel it and need to move it with that arrow over it or cancel it or make sure it gets done with that exclamation point. These air, some examples, and sometimes with bulls. If I only get part of it done, I like to fill it in half way, so just a reminder about the key that's there. But you need to interact with that during your week. So, for example, I had a website report. We need to go over early this week, and I didn't get time, so I put an arrow through it. I notice you don't see it anywhere else in this week. I did not reschedule it, so that's okay. Just keep that in mind. I did that with something today, as Wells and I have two things that have moved but have not been rescheduled because I don't have more time this week to do those things. So they also have scheduled into me week news spread down here. Um, I sometimes forget at the end of Sunday, I usually put my Sunday things within my Saturday as well. They just kind of get called together. But a lot of times on Sunday when I finished my week, I forget that I should do my new spread and go. I get that all set up, and money will go a lot better sometimes that we got Monday morning and I'm like, Oh, no, we haven't done my spread. So sometimes I need the reminder, and I put it in there. I actually schedule that out, which sounds silly, but I can do that because it's true. So I do. But when you go to make your new spread, it's really important to consult and what you've done in your previous week. So first thing agent that is moved tasks. Are there any tests that I didn't finish? That I moved? But they need to move into this coming week. So look at your previous week before you start your new one and check. Okay, you didn t scheduled on it. Report, review, and I need to reschedule putting up some lumber. So I'm gonna make sure I reference that when I make my new spread, So I like to just start from small and go large because you cannot make your new spread out of all brand new things. Yes, you're gonna have new tasks for next week, but you have to consult all the work that you put in previously in your board journal in order for it to actually be effective for you going forward. So start with the previous page, which is your previous week, and move tasks, things that got canceled. Or maybe you're like, Oh, actually, I still want to do that. Then maybe you go back to your, um maybe you go back to your month spread and you realize there was a goal there that I wanted to accomplish. Let's see, Did I accomplish filming last? Great. But it didnt booked my flight. So I need to make sure that I scheduled in next week, if I can't, So I'll applying my goals. Maybe you have a specific goal page. Continue back farther past your month. Paging goal. Your goal page. What goals can I enact this coming week? Right. Those in schedule them into your week and it can be work on the global as a task. And that could be finishing. That falls at the end. You go back to that gold page and update your progress. Critical commotion You just scheduled. I didn't go back to that page this page right here or if you don't do anything else that day, you get that one thing done. Maybe that needs an exclamation point. You can go back to your cleaning page that I showed you on Go. Oh, Is this a bi weekly weak words the every other week and I need to do the sheets this week schedule that into your coming week. Reference that page. What about birthdays? Go back almost in the beginning of your book and hit up those that birthday page and see if you need to put any of those birthdays. So we're going into may. I need to write in some birthdays, maybe write them into my month, and then they're a little bit closer at hand for me to use it within my weeks. So you need Teoh. Use your past pages and put them into action on your current. Meet me, Spread Help! You actually not. Just forget what you wrote down in the past. Some people also like to adopt a color scheme. It I personally don't do this, but I just whipped up this little, um, spread for you guys in the what A day Toughly. Full, eternal. And this is using a color code like so. So blue school. Yellow work, Brown house related. And Pete is entertainment. So you can You can kind of figure that out. It's better to have a finer tipped pen. I don't usually do this, so I know how to find her tip. But the Stetler try plus, fireman does come in a variation of colors. So if doing a color code is really helpful to you definitely recommend it depends above all of it. So this can help you with just realizing what your day needs to consist of or looking out at a glance of going, Oh, I have a lot of work to do that day or, man, that looks like a day where we need to be at home and I can't be doing a lot of errands. So that could be really helpful application to keep you working with one last thing. And I have actually been kind of dancing around it for this whole course. But you can schedule your successes or attract your successes. So, like I showed you here in the form of this one, uh, you can mark off when you completed all your goals. You could do this in the monthly grit, or you could do this in the weekly grip so you can actually put in each individual day. You can track it like here. You can put a check mark here and then do a little bullets and fill them in. If you did complete all the tasks for the day all about golden. Nothing got moved. Nothing got canceled. You really productive. Go ahead and feel about in. And then if you finish the whole week, you can go back to your grid, feel buttons, and I made all my goals. So that can be really rewarding. Way to try to be more productive using your board journal and then comparing your week with your month and then even to your year. If you want to go that far on gun hate, you finish everything in your week. Maybe you reward yourself. Get your candy bar or whatever. The other thing I just want to mention is trying to track some things with your week. It's really helpful to have your menu in your week and toe have some things that are smaller, that you leave your more important to you to track every day within your week because you're gonna look at it more. It's all of them place. Imagine slipping through everything, but I still do recommend the monthly trackers and logs because it's great to see things over the grand scheme. Just your progress go up. Hopefully
