So welcome to the program and I'll see you in the next video. 2. Getting Started: Welcome, welcome, welcome to the seven-day unbreakable mindset program. And I'm absolutely thrilled that we're here together today. And I know that you're physically not here, but I do feel like you're here with me today, so welcome to my home. This is where we're gonna be shooting today. It's very casual and we're going to be spending the next seven days together. And I'm really, really excited about the transformation that I know is going to take place for you. And I want to help manage some of those expectations in this introductory module before we get into the seven days together. So there's a lot of different types of people that go through the program. He might be a professional is somebody who's been working in your career and have been doing exceptionally well for many, many years. And you've gone to a point in your life where you realize that the thing that you love doing is no longer the thing that you love doing anymore. And you might be sitting in this question around, you know, what is it that I wanna do next? Or maybe you don't know what you wanna do next, but you're feeling the fear and at some level around moving out of the zone of security, moving out of the zone of comfort that you know, you've created in your life. And I can relate to this. And I mean, there have been multiple times in my life where I once had a dream and I woke up from it. And all of a sudden I found myself that I no longer want to be living this dream that I'm sort of in no man's land, not knowing exactly what I want to do next. There is a time in my life where I was working for a company and I was doing business development. And I had this idea. I have this vision of starting to move into working for a blockchain startup. And at the time there wasn't a lot of information trust regulation around blockchain. So you can imagine how scary that was. This was back in 2017 and I had this vision of helping grow this company and I wanted to execute on it. So I'm going to be able to help you navigate through those waters and hope you go through that transition in the same way that I did. Splitting that you can really step into your full potential, into something that's inspiring and purpose-driven, and something that you're really passionate about so that you can move forward in your career and your business and your life. And you might be a corporate professionals striving to accelerate your career, or an entrepreneur, or wanting to grow your business. And it's something that you really, really love. And I gotta tell you, It's so easy for our passion and our purpose to become something that we love. But just another thing to do. And it might be just another thing that we have to service in our life. Where we feel like the thing that we care about the most, we've become a slave to it, and we are no longer in alignment with that passion. And that's really a mindset issue. It's really about finding ways to overcome all the unconscious distractions and alive And all the disruptions that are taking place that you might not even be aware of and get reconnected to the reason why you're doing what you're doing. So. I'm going to be able to help mentor and coach you in those areas of your life over the next seven days so that you can move forward and take your career and business or your entrepreneurship spirit and passion to the next level. So maybe you want to increase your salary by 1020, 50%. Maybe you have a six-figure business that you want to take to the next level and grow it to seven figures. But ultimately it comes down to the same story, which is in order for you to make a quantum leap, to make that progress. It's not about you doing more. It's about you becoming somebody different. It's about taking action from a different place of being. And unfortunately, that's not something that anyone has ever taught us how to do. And to be honest, I think there's a time and all of our lives that as corporate professionals, as entrepreneurs, where you realize that we start focusing more on ourselves than until our work, that it's time to get more in touch with who we really are so that our careers, our businesses can become an extension of that greater self that we're creating. So I look forward to working with you this week. And you might be somebody who's already crushing. You might be somebody who is already operating at this higher level, who's developed a level of mastery around whatever it is that you're doing. But you're putting so much attention when so much focus on your work at the restaurant. But areas in your life have become completely unbalanced. That you've sacrificed your relationships. Maybe you believe you have to sacrifice your relationships in order to have that professional success that you're craving. And maybe you've even sacrificed your health. Or maybe you don't have hobbies anymore. And you've created this idea that you have to sacrifice all of these things in order to have tremendous success. And I've gone through this myself. And I've gone through this throughout my life. And there is a time when I was operating at the height of my industry, but I was simply never satisfied. I felt like I was doing so much. But there's never enough time. There is no boundary between my personal time, I downtime, I fun time, my work time. And so the irony was that all the time I felt like I should be working and I started to feel guilty. So what's going on with views that does this a place for you to be? And I want to be able to be here for you and support you and really help untangle the confusion around the fact that you've achieved a tremendous amount of success in your life, but you're not truly fulfilled. So in order for us to do that, I want to tell you a little bit more about myself and will wait for that for just a second. And I'll bring that up inappropriate times as we worked together over the next seven days and seven modules. And I really wanna spend more time on the program structure. So we are going to be working together through this process. And I want to summarize it for you really quick. It's really about looking at the decisions that you're making, your life. And we're going to be looking at decisions in depth and very clearly. And I don't mean the decisions that what you do to go on throughout your day and do the simple things that we always do. I mean, the decisions that you're making about things, the decisions that you're unconsciously making about yourself, or the decisions about your business, your career, about money, about relationships that tend to lead us to a place of an inauthentic like. So what's happening when we're making all of these decisions is that where ultimately not living a life that's congruent with who we really are. And they're not really can run with what you want to create in your life. And ultimately, these decisions hinder you from becoming the person you really want to become. And what's happening is you're making a decision about your career, the workplace. She might be telling yourself that both of those things are extremely cut wrote. And this lends you to being in an emotional state that is not filled with energy. It's not a resource will stay. So we're gonna be looking at decisions that you've been making unconsciously in your life. And we're going to create conscious awareness of that. And then you're going to see how in any area of your life that you felt like you've been struggling to get to the next level. It can be in your relationships, it can be in your career, your business, could be in your health. But it's really about making different decisions from a place of empowerment, from a place of resourcefulness. And the problem here is not, you're not spending enough time or that you're not doing enough, or that you don't have the right people around you. I mean, that may be the case. But the real core issues that you're not bringing enough energy to that area of your life because of decisions that you've made or putting you in a really, really crappy state. So we're going to look at decisions. We're going to look at the energy. And ultimately what happens is we're going to take action from a more energetic and resourceful state. Because if you're bringing a tremendous amount of energy to any area of your life, you're going to have higher quality ideas. You're going to have higher-quality thinking, creativity, intuition, inspiration. And frankly, you're gonna start to become more attractive in that area of your life. Because life's about energy. And when you start attracting the right resources and the right people. And this really isn't woo-woo stuff. These are the practices that some of the most successful people in the world, whether they know it or not, this is what they do. They bring energy to all areas of their life that matter the most to them. So a lot of this conversation is not about what you're doing. It's about being, it's about who you want to become. So with that said, I'm going to ask you to commit the next seven days, about an hour of your time. And my goal is to spend about 45 to 50 minutes teaching and sharing these trainings. And I'm going to ask you to go through the work. And the work will entail these 45. The minutes on the modules themselves. And then I will ask you to spend about ten minutes afterwards journaling, writing down your thoughts, what came up for you, what you felt, what was valuable, and write down the suggestions and the guidance that you want to start to implement, implement in your life. And then another thing I'm going to ask you to do is really spend just five to ten minutes in the evening thinking about your day. What showed up for you in that day? That's related to what we taught in the morning. So everyday, I might ask you to do a little bit of work that's slightly different. A little bit of work in the evening. You can manage your schedule. Dot would be extremely great. Because if you can do this work in the morning, you're going to bring a tremendous amount of energy throughout the rest of the day and throughout the rest of your week. And it's going to be extremely extraordinary. So I encourage you to do that. And if you can commit to doing this, we're going to have a much more productive, weak gather thing I'm going to ask you to do is to get a journal. And I know I've been talking a little bit about journaling that want you to get a journal if you don't have one yet. And I want you to buy dedicated journal for the work that we're doing together in the unbreakable mindset program. And I want you to use his journal to document all the thoughts, the feelings, the learnings from this week. It's really important for you to start documenting every experience that you're having. Because oftentimes, it's really hard for us to just do the work with these things in our mind without actually putting them down on paper. So I encourage you to also download the unbreakable mindset workbook. It's going to be a supplement to all of the modules that we're gonna be working together through. And there's going to be some supplementary work that will help guide you. And really staring you in the right direction to that can unlock a lot of this energy and look into what are your beliefs systems, what decisions you're making and we're gonna walk through all of this together. So go ahead and do that. And now that we've gotten that out of the way, I want to provide you a tremendous amount of support throughout this program and share with you about my learnings, my journey, and talk a little bit about that right now. So as I mentioned, I've spent a tremendous amount of time studying psychology and personal development. And it's really something that I valued throughout my entire life, I was passionate about understanding the laws of attraction, metaphysics, neuroscience, brain chemistry. So you're gonna hear me reference these bodies of work throughout the entire seven day duration. And I know people come from different worldviews, different religions, different cultures, different mindsets. Some people are logically oriented, Some people are creatively oriented. We call it the left and the right brain. And some people might be more spiritually grounded. Some people are more scientifically grounded. And there may be times where I share things with you, where you react or respond in a way that you're going to want a sharp down. So. With that said, I really want you to embrace than Eunice and understand that there are so many things that we're going to uncover over the next seven days that are different and are unique to these learnings that I've discovered throughout my life. Because it's really not about the language or the vernacular that you've been using. I just want you to keep an open mind. Because what I found is when we combine all of these different bodies of work, it's the bridge between psychology and science and spirituality that you can really tap into a new power that will allow you to create whatever it is you want your life. So with that being said, I just want you to understand that this journey is really about empowerment. It's about achieving more and it's about succeeding. It's about having more and our lives more time, more energy, more confidence, more financial abundance, more relationships, more passion, more connection. It's really about having more. And it's about growing into more of this newness. So the way to get there is by doing more, as I mentioned before, It's the process this week that's really going to be about self-discovery. And I'm gonna walk you through some of these processes where you're going to realize something about yourself. Mostly the way you think, the way that you didn't realize things before. And you're going to have this self-discovery and self-awareness. And you're gonna start to notice that these mental habits are these patterns that pop up for you are not necessarily congruent with whatever it is you want to create your life. And I'm gonna give you some exercises into tools that are really going to help you change your brain. Because the conversation, as I mentioned before, spirituality is about brain change. And we're going to be changing your brain over the next seven days. And I'm gonna be giving you the tools to continue to do that for the next seven weeks, the next 70 weeks, the next seven years, and the rest of your life. So we're going to discover some things about ourselves, become more aware of it on a consistent basis. And you're gonna go through this brain change. And that's where empowerment comes from. That's where you can show up as a different person. And you can really, really start to operate more creatively, more compassionate, more energetically in your life. And then another thing is that this is practice versus perfection. I know is high achievers that you want to get through all of this right off the bat. And it's not our nature or reality to go through this and operate very quickly from this new state of being. I know you're really, really good at what you do and you can apply it in different areas of your life. And you're probably naturally talented at so many things. And this type of work is a little bit different. You know, most of us have never really gone through and explored our inner world. None of us have ever really been taught in the right way to think are the right way to operate or the right way to process our thoughts and our experiences. So I want you to have a little bit more grace for yourself. So I want you to go through this process. Don't worry about doing it perfectly. You're gonna get better and better over time. And you're going to develop an incredible awareness of your inner world and be able to take and create massive transformation in the outer world as a result of it. But just give yourself some grace. So treat yourself like you're not you, but you're actually somebody you're caring about or you're wanting to help transform. And part of this process is going to be about helping you learn how to take care of yourself at a deeper level. So last thing, This may seem a little bit cliche, but it's really important. We're all really busy and we all have a lot going on in our lives. We might have our relationships, we might have children, we might have employees. We might have people reporting to us. We might have a manager that's asking us to do two things for us. Whatever it is, you're managing your life, the areas where we can tribute in our life this week. Make the commitment to yourself to do the work, and to give yourself permission to go through this process. Because there's going to be all types of reasons that show up for you. They, you can't spend one hour on a daily basis or to break this pattern of routine that you're committed to. So I've put together a document called the powerful living PAC. And the reason why I call it the powerful living is because I believe that you can start to apply it. What I'm going to be teaching you and start to live powerful. You literally will start to tap into so much energy, an abundance, and create a massive vision for your life. So I want you to review this document and I'm going to ask you to sign it. Commit to yourself, commits other people, commit to other people in your life who might be going through this program as well. And print it out and put in a high-visibility place for you to look at on a daily basis, to serve as a reminder for yourself, for the commitment that you've made to this program and the reasons that it's important to you for your family, for your career, for your dreams, for your passion, for your business. I don't care where it is in your life. Makes sure it serves and shows up for you as a so that reminder. So stay committed to this work this week. We can do this work and completed together over the next seven days. So I'm excited to get started with the work with you and we're going to start going through it right now. So if you're an overachiever and I know you are, feel free to go ahead and get started and move on to the next module. I'm excited to see you there and we'll talk soon. 3. What is The Inner Conflict: Welcome to module one. Module one is called the core conflict and it's a little bit misleading because in today's module, we're going to identify whatever inner conflict you're having that's preventing you from creating more in any area of your life. And figure out why that's very important to you and what the inner conflict is. But the inner conflict is one of those kind of ethereal things that continues to resurrect itself. So once you kind of identify and shift one core conflict, there's And the next thing, which is the next thing that's blocking you. And then there's the next thing and the next thing and the next thing. And that's why in the personal development spheres, we always say that the work is never done. It's a journey, it's not an endpoint. And today we're going to start that journey together. So I wanted to talk to a little bit about time. Because if there's anything that I hear more than anything from most of the people and the clients that I work with, is that high achievers like yourself never have enough time. Because there always seems to come about this excuse or the reason why all of the things that you want to create in your life aren't happening and that they're simply just not enough time. And I understand when we kind of look at the physical world, it all seems the same way. But what I've learned is that the issue is not that we don't have enough time, is that we're not using our time wisely. So I hope you're open to hearing some feedback. Because the real issues that were dissipating so much of our mental energy on the crap that's not important to us, that we really don't have enough time to spend on the things that are actually important to ourselves. So the most successful people have figured out that in order to consistently put focused attention on the things that they want to create. And what happens for the rest of us is until we become the most successful people in the world, is that these inner conflicts drain our time. So I want you to think about this as we get into the module today. And how much time do you spend on worrying whether or not you're making the right decision or thinking about the past or anticipating in an anxiety producing way that the future or the questions that arise of whether or not you're doing the right thing, whether you're being the right type of manager, whether or not you're being the right type of employee, whether or not you're being the right type of bleed leader or partner, or the best possible person you can be in that specific relationship, or how you might show up for your children. And you want to think about how much time do you spend in anxiety and overwhelm and question and doubt. And it's really about answering this question honestly for yourself. Because, you know, for many, many, many years, even today, because this is just a part of being a human and a part of being in this human operating. Them, I find myself driving from point a to point B and I think about how I get there and the whole time. I'm so grateful that actually made it there because I was consumed by so many other things. And a lot of the times I been consumed with the thoughts that don't feel good. Or a lot of the people that I worked with really think about all the things that they're suffering through that moment and they're not focused on the present moment. And that's the inner critic. That's the voice in our head when we're getting ready to get up in the morning and you're looking at yourself and you're realizing that you're not necessarily happy with who you become. Dots, the inner critic, the inner voice that judges not only you but a judge's other people in your life. And you're saying to yourself, Well, I wonder whether or not this person is thinking about me a certain way or my partner is thinking about me there right away, or my managers thinking about me in a way, the right way. And you start to tell yourself a lot of these stories, and that's the inner critic. So, well tastants question again. If you add up all of the time that you stay in this moment where you're constantly in the state of suffering, how many hours would not be for you? Really? Take a moment, answer that question for yourself. How many hours do you spend on a daily basis in a place of overwhelm anxiety, doubt, or fear. So take a moment to do that. And I've asked this question of almost everyone that I've ever worked with or anyone who's ever worked on my team, any manager that I've ever had. And the common answer is that arranges about 20 hours a week. Sometimes a very, very successful person who's really honest with themselves and they're constantly in Self-criticism, self judgment, the judgment of other people and worrying and overwhelmed about what's going on. Very successful people might narrow that down to five hours. So if you think about what that is for you and you just look at the low end of the spectrum and you add all this up, that's 250 hours a year. And if you look at that over a decade, that's 2500 hours of your time that we're spending and putting all this attention and energy on something that we don't actually want. And if you added all of that up, you're basically spending a year and a half of your life in a state of software. So what would you do if you had six weeks every single year back for you? What would you do at that time? I think about that for yourself. Well, I may guess there's going to be a lot more possibilities in your life. You can start a side business. You can help your family, you could volunteer, you can do so many other things that you're passionate enough. Yet we always feel like there's not enough time. So the issue is, and, but there's not enough time is that we're not using our time wisely. So this phenomenon that I just described to you is that it's stealing our time. It's the inner conflict. That inner conflict not only steals our time, but it's deals energy. Because if you think about when you're in this mental space and it doesn't feel good, it drains you. It's the reason why so many of us need three, maybe four coffees a day just to get through that day. It's the reason why we don't have enough energy to even go to the gym or do their things that are important to us. Our time at steals our energy and it steals our presence. That's the voice in our head, which is really just a manifestation of the inner conflict that we're gonna be talking about today. A lot more in depth. It's the reason why so many successful people that I work with have their biggest regret is that they'd lost a decade of their presence with the people that they care about the most in their lives. With their husbands, with their wives or their children, with their coworkers, with people on their team. They weren't present to capture the magic moments, which is really what life is about. So today we're going to start talking about these inner conflicts. And let me give you a couple of examples of what these inner conflicts might look like. So inner conflicts come in many different forms and they show up in many different ways. And here's the thing. If you want to create something consciously in your life, you wanna make more money at work. You want to go buy some expensive luxury item. You want to start a non-profit. You want to take your business from six to seven figures and you want to meet the man or woman of your dreams. It's something that you want consciously. But what's happening at an unconscious level is that you believe about a lot of different areas of your life that are not congruent with what you consciously want to create. On one hand, you wanna make ten to 20 to 50% more salary at work. You want to land that next promotion. You want to grow in your business. On the other hand, you're not even aware of it. What you believe, maybe that money is hard to make or you believe that you have to work really, really hard to be super successful in your career. Or you believe that you have to vice lie in order to be tremendously successful in any area of your life. And you might not even be aware of this today, but you will be by the time we get through this module. Because the grievance is what creates that inner resistance that saps your time. It drains your energy, and it's what's preventing you from becoming present in all areas of your life. And ultimately, if you're in this state, you don't have the energy, the resources to actually go out and do whatever it is that you want to do. And it's kinda like you're moving three steps forward and taking two steps back. Because you're carrying around this incredibly heavy backpack full of your inner conflicts and you're simply not aware of it. So today we're going to start to identify and deconstruct these inner conflicts. And we're going to start getting into what I call the core conflict. At least in this moment in your life, which is the thing that's preventing you from really creating whatever it is you want to create. Whether that be more money in the workplace, more money in your business, more fulfilment in your relationships. So in order to do this, I want to stop and I wanna go through an exercise called the life evaluation process. It's a really important process because rarely do we stop and really look at the important areas of our life. And to get clarity on how fulfilled we truly are in each area of our life. And to really look at what's the next level and what is it that we need to create? What is it that we need to do in order to take some sort of decision and go in a new direction. So a lot of people that I worked with, they have this level of discomfort in their life, but they don't actually stopped to look at their life. So they might say that my life and scrape my career's great, my family is great. I got a great relationship with my kids. I have a ton of financial abundance. What is it that I'm even who played for? All I know is that I'm truly not satisfied. And that's what I hear often from my clients. And when we go through this process and they start to observe something about themselves. And one of my clients that I recently worked with, she's a former professional tennis player and she's had an extraordinary light by any measure. And as she went through this process because she was feeling some inner disturbance, we identified an area in her life, which was her friendships, that she rated her fulfillment to be a four out of ten. And she had written off this idea that relationships were important on her life. She realized that in order to truly be fulfilled, she needed to be surrounded by other people who are doing extraordinary and incredible things at a world-class level. So by creating that clarity for so we were able to identify a lot of the inner conflicts as well, where she had been successful on the tennis court, but not necessarily successful life. So every time she runs into somebody who she'd loved to connect with are developed. Friendship. She finds them interesting. She finds him to be the people who are contributing significantly, significantly in the world. She never feels like she's good enough to really put it out there and to truly connect. So we kinda work through this process. And now she's been able to take her friendships from u4 108. Now we're looking at an eight to attend. So what I want you to be able to do is be honest with yourself. And in order to have all of this realization, we have to evaluate our life. So what I've done is put together a process for you. And it's the first process, the unbreakable mindset workbook. And it's a life evaluation pastas. And what we've done is we've broken this down into major areas of your life, whether it's health, wellness, and finances, your career, your mission. And what I want you to do is go through this process right now and give yourself a score. Don't overthink it. Give yourself the intuitive response and pause the video right now. Go through that process and come back. And we'll talk a little bit more about what this all means. 4. Visualizing Your Perfect 10 Life: Thank you for going through that process. And you know, some of these processes the mine is going to say, these are so simple. Is it really worth going through? And the answer is yes. And every experience that we go through of self-discovery or self-awareness is kinda like peeling back the layers. And they're going to help empower us to really create everything we want for ourselves. So don't be fooled by the simplicity of some of these processes. And hopefully this process provided you some insight that maybe you weren't aware of and maybe sometimes we don't take the time to evaluate or whole life. You might feel content in one part of your life and what you just discovered or new about yourself and realized that, gee, I didn't realize I was so unfulfilled in that area of my life. One of the ways to maximize our energy and to bring more resourcefulness to our lives is by having a balanced life. So if you've had the time to plot this out in terms of fulfillment, different areas of your life or if you haven't, I recommend you go ahead and do that right now. And really what this exercise is about is looking at it and figuring out how do we create balance. And what you can see on your completed exercises that there might be some sixes, sevens, eights. And I'd really like you to eventually get to tons. And I know that we can get there by doing the work together and luck. Some of you might be saying that, hey, I'm at all tends in all of these areas in my life. And I have to tell you this, that doesn't last very long. So part of Energy and part of human nature is that we're consistently in motion and constantly growing and constantly expanding. And what we really need to know is that even though we can be really satisfied with some of our tendencies, is that it doesn't last very long. And that doesn't mean we have to constantly be striving for more, but we will continue to constantly grow and expand and change. So if you're at all tends in every area of your life, then I would encourage you to think about how do you get this two 12s and 13s and that area of your life, because it's always about the next level. And this may be a little bit like driving a car, right? You're at the helm of the wheel and you're having all these different experiences, but it might be pretty bumpy. And you might feel that a certain area of your life is more bumpy than another. So one of the things that we're doing in this process is really discovering the core conflict. And the matrix of inner conflicts that exist in our lives. Because ultimately we want to smooth out that road and really have a much more pleasurable experience and driving that car. So this exercise provides you the perspective and I really hope that it was valuable for you. So the next thing that we're gonna work on together is to create this awareness and really help you understand and visualize what it looks like to live in the tense. So I'm gonna take you through a very simple process of visualization where I want you to imagine what your perfect day would look like, where everything was clicking for you. Everything was at a level ten, your health, your business, your passion, your purpose, your adventure, your relationships, your spirituality, everything was at a level ten. So I'm going to want you to imagine you're perfect day and don't worry, so much. So much of this is really about understanding what that lifestyle would look like and what it would look like to have unlimited time, unlimited energy. And I want you to do this by starting to imagine what that looks like. Because again, it's important to be clear on what it is we actually want in our lives. So we can start to kind of chart a course in that direction. And more importantly, what I'm going to take you through next is to really help you identify the inner conflicts that are preventing you from operating at a ten in every area of your life. So here's what we're gonna do. We're gonna ask you to put down everything right now, everything in your hands, your phone, make sure to put it away from you and make sure to put on silent. If you have a journal or a workbook or a pen, put it down away from your computer screen. We're gonna spend about five to six minutes on a visualization exercise. And what I'm gonna do for you is guide you through this exercise and really provide you an anchor. Because this is going to bring you to a very high energy state because your thoughts dictate how you feel. And if we can get you to imagine your life at a ten, at every level, it's a very high energy state. It's a high resourceful state. And I want you to anchor on that because it's a place where a word, a, go through time and time again together to get you back to that point in your life where you're operating from an incredibly resourceful state. So make sure to put everything away right now. And I welcome you to close your eyes. Close your eyes right now. I invite you to relax and join me and taking a couple of deep breaths and really settling into your physical body. And invite you to take another deep inhale. And along exhale. And another inhale. Enjoying a relaxing exhale. And one more final relaxing exhale. I invite you to allow whatever pictures, whatever images, whatever thoughts, whatever feelings that come to mind to just come to mind. Allow this movie of your perfect day to unfold. And I want to invite you to begin with your morning. Why you didn't imagine waking up in your perfect day. Imagine waking up next to the person that you love the most. This incredible man or woman who is on the journey with you in this life. And what would it be like to wake up on your perfect day when the sun is shining through the window. And maybe there's a light breeze. You get out of bed. And you think to yourself, I'm so grateful for my incredible life. I can hardly believe it. You'd put your hand over your heart. And you look out the window. And you notice how beautiful life is, the beauty of nature and the ocean in a beautiful garden in your home. And you acknowledged yourself that this dream, this vision that you've had for your life, has all come true. You're waking up and your dream home with the most incredible family you could ever imagine. And on this perfect day, there's no rush. There's no worry. There's no pressure. Because you've become the person you knew that someday you could be. And as you wake up and go into your day, notice all the miracles around you. The miracle of your physical body. As you go through your morning workout, you never felt stronger. You never felt more energized, more alive. You feel absolutely unstoppable in your perfect day. And as you see your beautiful family getting ready for the day, laughing, sharing, playing, you think to yourself. I've made it. As you look in the mirror, you see who you've become. Someone who people are proud of, someone who people call leader, someone that you're proud of. And as you see this new you staring back at you from that mirror, you can't help but smile. Because you know you've done it. And you start to think about the day where you're going to do everything that you've ever wanted. What you're going to do with your mission, your career, your purpose. What is it that you're going to create today? Prepare for. Who is it that you're going to help? How will you be contributing? Because in this day, your perfect day, you're unstoppable. And I want you to imagine what you would do with all of the resources and all of the time, all of the people around you supporting you in your contributions to the world. This is what you would do if you're perfect day. This is the impact that you create and the life that you would love. While you're making your difference in the world. Allow all of the images to come to all of the incredible people, all of the extraordinary places, and all of the beauty and abundance. Welcome back. You can pull up again. You can grab your pad, your paper, your journal, whatever you need to scoot on and get close to me again. And I want to explain to you what this process was and to construct your future. Because so often what happens is we get stuck in our conflicts, in our stories, in our limiting beliefs, and were no longer living as the person we need to live in order to create all tens in all areas of our lives. So the next thing I want you to do, now that you've gotten this down as I want you to take a couple of minutes right now, just pause the video and write down everything you saw. Write down everything you experienced through the visualization exercise. And I'll see you in the next video. 5. Identify Your Inner Conflict: Alright, we are doing a lot of work together in the first module already. So I wanna give you a little bit of the lay of the land and explain why we're doing what we're doing. And if it's not clear, the first thing that we did was kind of evaluate your life and we wanted to see where your fulfilled and where you're not. And the next thing we did from there was really look at your whole life and really get clear clear with the vision of what a perfect day looks like for you. Because when we can start to connect where you are today with where you want to go, it becomes easier for us to really assess what action you need to take. So what we're really going to do now is identify your core conflict. We're going to identify whatever it is that you've been believing that you're not aware of, that's been draining all of your energy and putting you in a resource list state. And it's been causing you to take actions that frankly are really inactions or reactions to everything that's been happening in your life. And this is really the main reason why you haven't been feeling fulfilled. It's the reason why, if we're going to be honest, why you're feeling stuck? So in order to really identify the core conflict, I want to peel off those areas in your life that are added ten. And once you look at your life evaluation worksheet and you also want to identify where those areas in your life are that are at your lowest score. So if you go through and go through a quick scan of everything on your life evaluation worksheet. I want you to be honest with yourself. And really think through some of those areas in your life where you might be suffering because where you are today is not necessarily where you want to be in the future. And in order to be able to help you go through this personal process and really understand your own inner conflict. I do want to share a quick example of somebody that I've been working with that has gone through the same process. And she's extremely successful. She's a director at a Fortune 100 company. And when I asked her to go through this exercise on her own, she identified areas in our life where she wanted to work on and she wanted to elevate it to a ten or even more. So maybe a higher score than that. But she wanted to focus on her career because she wasn't fulfilled. And you might be able to relate as well. And what she said was that she's extremely passionate about what she does, but she just wasn't happy. And she told me that she considers herself to be at a level five. I asked her what would a level ten look like for her? And she said, well, a level ten would look like two different things for me right now. Right now I'm making $300 thousand a year and I really want to be making $500 thousand a year. And I also want the people at my workplace to really truly it for me to support me, to empower me to believe ME, because right now I feel like all of them have been draining my life. So on we started to dive into this conversation around why she feels the way she feels about different areas of our life. We realized that she had been telling yourself these stories, these beliefs that she has to sacrifice certain areas of her life in order to yield the success that she actually wants. She said she'd been in this role for about 18 months now, but it hasn't necessarily been promoted. And she knows she has all the right skill sets, but people weren't necessarily noticing her. So when we started to have this conversation, she started to get a lot of clarity and because she had realized she had been telling herself and convincing herself of these different stories that she wasn't worthy and people weren't noticing her. The problem is that people at our company aren't noticing her. Other problem isn't that she's believing that she needs to sacrifice different areas of our life. The problem isn't that she doesn't have enough time or doesn't have enough resources. The problem is a core conflict. Because as I'm going to show you through the next step in our journey together and in the next module is that the core conflict dictates everything that you're going to be capable of in your life. And your core conflict is simply a mirror or reflection of your entire internal belief system. So I'm excited for you because as we move on to tomorrow and start the next module, which is my favorite module and my favorite day and the power of decision. I'm looking forward to really diving deep into your belief system, helping you unpack your core conflict. So as you go into the next day, as always, I welcome you to spend about five to ten minutes at the end of the day and really write down what you experience, what you felt through every step of the process today and take inventory of how you felt through that process. I'll see you tomorrow. Many blessings. 6. The 5 Primary Drivers: Welcome back to day two, module to today's an exciting day for us because I have to be honest with you, I do have a favorite module. And today it's the power of decision. And the reason why it's my favorite module is because it's my attempt to take ten years worth of work and distill it down into one distinction that can transform somebody's life. And this body of work is extensive. It's layers of conversations and distinctions and the processes and the teachings that I've been fortunate to learn throughout my life. And we're going to take one week's worth of this program through this body of work. And if we could really boil it down, it's really about transformation and it's really about the power of decision. So we're gonna get into that today. We're going to get into the power of decision. And I want to start by looking off at where we left off together. So we accomplish three things in module one, we looked at how to assess what your perspective of your life as today. We looked at major areas of your life where you're looking to move from maybe a six or an eight to ten. And then we went through a visualization exercise to really understand what does the Perfect ten look like for you? And if we can really start to chart a course from one to another. And we peeled off the layers behind it and we looked at one area of your life. We looked at how to get from point a to point Z. And we talked about some examples. And we looked at, well, maybe you're trying to get a promotion at work. Maybe you're trying to expand your business and go from a six to seven figure business. And maybe you're telling yourself this narrative in the story that you have to work extremely hard and you've been working your ass off. And in order to achieve tremendous success in your life, you'd have to sacrifice your freedom. So we looked at really what's in the middle. And we looked at a lot of different people and kind of these examples around the narratives and the stories that we're telling ourselves that money is really hard to make. And in order for us to grow this business or to grown our relationships or to develop more wealth. We have to do more. We always have to do more. And that's really the construct of the core conflict and that's what we broke down in module one together. So we agreed that many people, oftentimes who are high achievers like ourselves, will always say that there's not enough time, there's not enough resources, not enough people to support us, to get us to wherever we want to go in our lives. And again, this is the core conflict. So why is it so important? Why is it so important for us to identify what the core conflict is or what our beliefs are. And the answer is, is that our beliefs predict and produce our destiny. And yes, we've heard this in many formats. We've probably read it on Instagram, post, social media posts, maybe a fortune cookie. But I want to sort of explain the psychology and the science behind it. Because whatever it is that you believe. Produces the results in your life. So the reason that this is so important is that there's a function in the human operating system called the five primary drivers. And I'm really gonna summarize what these five primary drivers are there also detailed out in your workbook? So feel free to follow along there. And I really want to summarize this for you by providing an example, a real life example of how this works. And I want you to pull together this worksheet in front of you and really go through this exercise with me. And let's go into what these five primary drivers are now. So we've talked about whatever it is that we believe we become. So if you go back and look at the core conflict and you look at your beliefs about any area of your life, in your present moment, experience and in whatever it is that belief system is, that isn't perfect correlation with the belief system from the past experiences that you've had. So your thoughts are going to produce feelings in your life. And you're literally going to experience those thoughts through those feelings and the belief systems. Gandhi had this really great quote, and he said that a man or a woman is a product of the thoughts, what he thinks he becomes, and the becoming is the feeling. And it's the embodiment of that thought that we can actually study the brain and see that every single time we have a thought or brain releases a very specific electrical pattern. And that specific pattern produces specific chemicals in the body and you experience that thought as a feeling. And if you look at what happens after that feeling, it always produces an action. And sometimes that action is an inaction or a reaction or being still. But your feelings dictate the quality of the action that you're going to take in your life. And those actions ultimately produced the results. They're the cause of the action and the results are the effect. And so what's interesting about this system is that when you have to step back and perceive your results, they reinforce your beliefs. So I'll give you an example. I was working with a client and this client was extremely successful. They were in a director position. I won't mention the company. But essentially, we had a conversation about their belief system rent as we just learned that our beliefs drive our thoughts or thoughts drive our feelings, our feelings drive our actions, would drive our results. So we had a conversation around his belief system. And what he said was, I'm extremely good at what I do in my job and my sales position. But I'm not always as confident speaking in front of senior leadership. He's confidence speaking in front of clients, the one-to-one relationships. But when it comes to broad public speaking, which many people are fearful of, he was afraid, and I found that really perplexing and surprising. And what we discovered was we peel back the layers and we looked back at his life and his belief systems. We found out that when he was six years old in first grade, his teacher told him that your terrible public speaking that stuck with him. And this was playing over and over and as mine again, and that became his belief. He had convinced himself that he's terrible public speaking. The teacher never said that your terrible one-to-one conversations, but you're not great at public speaking. So what essentially happened was this manifestation of his beliefs that drove the thoughts and drove the feelings, the actions and the results. And when he started to rewire and really understand that you can create new empowering belief systems. Everything changed form. So that's what we're going to go through together more in depth for you. And there's a lot more to layer in here. But I share that example because it's a powerful story of somebody who's able to go through this process and really assess what's happening in their life and how it's impacted them, and how belief systems at a very early age impact this. So what I really wanna do is kinda look at this broader question of what it looks like to be trapped through the lens of your core beliefs. And we're gonna go back and look at everyone's childhood and really understand what are some of our belief systems that we've created in our lives? And I'm going to show you how to do that in a few moments to really dissect your belief systems and the impact that they're having on your life. So we now have this revelation and understanding that the five primary drivers aren't the problem or the solution to understanding how to actually navigate what it is we want to achieve in our lives. And there's this way that most human beings operate, that most of us are constantly in survival and any area of our life that we want to improve and to really move from a survival state to a thriving state will require this work. And it will help you create these empowering beliefs that will move you into the thriving state. But in any area of your life where you have this core conflict up, we've discussed where you're feeling stuck. You're not able to break through to the next level because you sort of caught up in their cybernetic loop where the beliefs come from and where you're able to understand that. If I start questioning what's happening in my belief system and how it's manifesting my life. Then I can start to realize that, okay, this is how I change. But oftentimes, those old pass limiting beliefs that suffering state that survival stay will always come to the service. So it requires work for us to really change and rewire the brain. And I want you to understand that we've established that this is the first part of the conversation because our beliefs do dictate our destiny. And it's not just some fancy quote on a wall somewhere. There's an entire process for this whereby. Whatever results that we're getting in our life, either we're going to maximize or minimize them based on our beliefs. So I want to really go little bit deeper and understand where to beliefs actually come from. We're gonna go back to childhood. And most of those beliefs, as we discuss, do come from childhood. And we're gonna go a lot deeper about it. So a lot of our beliefs are formed in the first five to seven years of our lives. And I'm going to give you a little bit of neuroscience around this and how it really works. So one, we're born, we're born with about a billion neurons in our brain. And these neurons are unique in the sense that they conduct electricity. They're electrically excitable cells. And we're born with about 25 billion synaptic connections or connections that these neurons have formed. And in other words, our entire neural net is not yet built because we have less than 25 billion connections where there are actually a 100 billion neurons in our brain. So what's actually connected? Well, what's connected? Or the important critical parts in our body, the breathing, the sleeping, the crime that pooping, all the things that we need in this amazing body Sue that we've been given to be able to function from the ages of 0 to five. And where we go from there is really to start creating the rest of the neural pathway, those 100 billion neurons that we create in order to create the synaptic connections in our brain. So what's happening is our brain is starting to get built. And this internal network is based on all of the experiences that we have between the ages of 05. So you can think of the brain as this extraordinary technology. It's like a hard drive. And we'll take an example of the first time you may be experienced a dog. So you experience a dog and what happened as you started collecting the data through your five senses that we're gifted to you from birth. And these data collectors took in the site the sound, the feeling, the touch, the smell, the experience you had with that entire dog. And the neurons started building connections between them to represent the experience of the dog. And depending on the quality of the experience that you had with that dog, it also associate some sort of meaning are feeling with it. So that whole structure starts to become your memory. And if you had a friendly experience with that dog, you'd come to this conclusion that the dog is friendly. You'd literally believe everything about dogs is that there are friendly because this was stored in your neuro synaptic connection. So every time you have another experience with the dog, the brain goes into survival mode because it's not programmed for thriving. And it asks itself a question of what experiences do I have with dogs? And it matches the data and pairs it up with the question and it says, you've had a great experience, the dog. And therefore, that is the process of learning. And that's where the brain takes these experiences from the past and, and applies it to the new experience that you have in the present moment. And it's important that we have the capacity to learn because it's a critical part of our survival. The brain is designed to survive really not to thrive. And that's really a function of how we are as human beings. We can't change that, but we can learn from it. Because if you can imagine every time you went up to a door and you had to figure out how to use that door, you would go crazy. You don't have to figure that out. Every single time you approach a door knob, your brain says this is a this is a door. Turn the doorknob. And that's how it functions, right? It's as simple as that. The problem is here when we haven't experienced early on that's limiting. In other words, say you haven't experienced the dog and it attacked you. And the brain now says every single time that you have a new experience, the dog, that you don't have a great recollection of that dog. And now your brain puts you in a survival mode, a suffering mode. And the brain will actually find evidence that's in alignment with the first experience that you ever had with the dog. So even if the dogs aren't dangerous, the brain, we'll actually interpret the movement of the dog or the barking of a dog. And look at that dog as something that's dangerous out in the world. So you'll start to experience this new experience with the dog as dangerous. And what happens is the neuro synoptic connections in your brain begin to thicken, then thicken and thick. And as this original evidence starts to get reinforced until you literally start to believe that all dogs are dangerous. And I'll be honest with you, this happen with me, but with cats and a few bad experiences as a child, my parents, friends had two cats every single time we went over to their house when I was very young, the cats, for whatever reason would jump on me, attack me. And to this day I'm not the biggest fan of cats, but I recognize that those are the experiences I drove my current belief system about cats. My body and my brain put myself in survival mode every single time I experience cats. But that being said, I understand that, that is without experience comes from, and it's so important for us to go through this process and understand what's happening in our lives is that you're living out some sort of pass that you don't even remember over and over and over again. And it's creating limitations in this area of your life where you're feeling stuck. So if you were three years old or at the time you maybe saw your mom and dad struggling and there's some conversation around money. And you had this experience at that present moment, your brain would store that conversation that your parents had about money. So what you might come to a conclusion today is that money is hard to make. So later on your life. As you're around money because of the five primary drivers, you're going to have new thoughts about how money is hard to make. And what's so interesting about this function is that the brain is producing an opinion, right? The dog is dangerous, money as hard to make, or that relationships have never worked out in the past. Therefore, I can't trust people and re-experience that thought as an opinion. And Buddha had this incredible observation in the eight Nobel Truth where he said, Your thoughts are not your thoughts. And oftentimes we talk about this as the voice in our head. But as we go through life, what's actually happening is that the brain is constantly giving us its own opinion. And we just start to follow that opinion without questioning it. And we follow this opinion and it puts us in a limited and resource list state. So what's actually happening is that you're literally experiencing life through the set of beliefs. And it's constructed this matrix through which you perceive everything in the physical world around you. And that part of the brain is called the reticular activating system. And that's really what's known as the lens. And what it does. It decides what information comes in and what information gets filtered out. Because there's so much sensory information that's going through our brains all the time, it would literally be crazy if we could process it all at once. So when we try to adjust it all at once, our brain narrows it down through a field of lens, through the experiences that we've had. And that is the band through which we form our belief system. So you're always going to see and find evidence for the things that you believe in. You're going to filter out the evidence for the things that you don't believe. And this is why, for example, when you decide all of a sudden that you're going to buy a new car, you start to see it everywhere. And what you've done is really enrolled your brain into finding evidence of something that's actually important to write. A belief that you have, which is the car that you want is now out there in the world. So you have a lot of information to find this car out in the real world. And it's important to understand the way that we operate. There's no way that you can tweak your internal systems because that's what we are gifted at when we first started life. So wherever you're stuck in any area of your life and you're not living into unlimited possibilities. It's because we're viewing life through the lens of our belief systems, through the beliefs that were formed in the first five to seven years of our lives. So through the constraints and the construct of limiting beliefs, we're literally looking at life, but we're ignoring the possibilities and the possibilities that are around us. Our thoughts are not aligning congruent with what we actually want to accomplish. And we're putting ourselves in a really bad state. Because we're not bringing resourcefulness to this area of our life. And it's all because for the last 304050, maybe 60 years ago, you came to a conclusion before you were ever fully conscious. And you've been living this conclusion over and over and over again. And this is the week where we literally changed your mind, rewire your brain, and develop an unbreakable mindset through a new belief system. We're going to rewire your brain and change the neural synaptic connections so that you can actually start to perceive reality completely differently and take different action from a more empowered stay, you're literally going to become a different person. And you're gonna produce different results and ultimately become limitless. Now, I want to speak to something right now because we've talked about this so far, is that we're shaping the world through our beliefs. And some of you might be saying, I get it, that's logical and make sense. You've given me the science, you've given me the psychology. But I'm actually having all of these experiences in my life. I'm finding evidence for the existing beliefs. And it's happening right in front of me. And I know that I've told myself that I can't trust people and relationships. I can't trust my partner and my manager, my business partner, whoever it might be. In your, not only viewing life through the lens and the construct of your beliefs, but life has no choice but to actually show up for you that way. You're literally 100% responsible for everything that you see in life and all the experiences that you're creating may sound a little bit woo, but you're literally looking at what I call spirituality or quantum theory, is that this extraordinary technology between your ears. It's a vibrational technology. And as you have thoughts, it's emitting vibration. So we live in a vibrational reality. And that vibrational reality some people may associated with luck or grace or God or a coincidence, but it's also a manufacturing of our beliefs. So every experience that you have in your life is a product of what you believe about life. And that's the beauty of life. And this extraordinary intelligence is in fact design in such a way where when you have an experience, if your present for it, you'll notice that you become consciously aware of the beliefs that you've created in your life's. Because the beliefs that you created or a re-creation of a past experience. So I want that to sink in for a second. And the problem is, is that no one ever taught us this. So we, when we actually have an experience, we react to that experience. We don't pay attention to our reaction. We don't understand where it's coming from or what's triggering it or where it's coming from. So what I want you to do right now is to pay attention and to look at the five primary drivers exercise that I put together for you in the worksheet. Because this theory is really useless unless you start to experience it in your own life. And that's really how I got started in my life and rewiring my brain and changing my belief system and start moving towards living a limitless life. So these experiences and this exercise is all design for you. And I want you to see that whatever you believe in life around this area of business, of your career, of your relationship can be changed. And that's the basis of this exercise. So I want you to see the thoughts that are related to your beliefs and all of the actions that you've been taking are the reactions that you've been taking thus far in your life. And when you have them and want you to think about when you're in that state and you're having these thoughts about what you do, what action you take. And I want you to be honest with the results that it's produced for you or the result of that it hasn't produced for you. So once you do that, we're going to come back and we're going to talk about the first of these four XNOR, their extraordinary principles of what I call power. And they're really these micro mine hacks that are gonna allow us to rewire our brain over the next five days and literally start to deconstruct all of the narrow synaptic connections of the past that represent our old memories and beliefs and construct new ones. So that you're able to become the person that you need to become to accomplish whatever you want to accomplish in your career, your business, your life, or your relationships. Go ahead and pause the video right now and go through the five primary drivers worksheet, and I'll see you on the other side. Many blessings. 7. The Power of Decision: Welcome back. And I want to thank you for taking the time for going through the five primary drivers exercise because it might not seem like a big deal to you because you're such a big deal and you're a high performer. But the fact of the matter is, is that by going through these exercises and participating in the process is really about taking these ideas, these intellectual concepts, and making them real for you. So I want to acknowledge you for going through the work and going through the exercise itself. So now that you started to see how you can practically take these beliefs that are dictating the results so you don't want and transformed them. It's really important to understand how do we actually do that? Because one of the challenging things that I found in my life early on when I went through this process is, as I mentioned before, beliefs are kinda like clouds. They float by and when we try to wrap our arms around them, we don't always know how to transform them or to change them or to mold them. So I wanna give you the two millimetre distinction on how to do that. And I'm gonna tell you this is that It's going to make a 180-degree difference in how you look at life, how you look at yourself. So I want you to write this down that the distinction is a beliefs or decisions. Now I'm gonna repeat that for a second because it's so important. Beliefs, our decisions. Why is that so important? What we've done is we're basically making beliefs effectively materialized. What we're doing is taking beliefs and actions and making them physical, something that we can work with in our life. And now that we understand that what we can do next is to decide something different. When we decide something different, we actually start to construct a new neurophysiology of our brain. And we can start to see this pass through in this personal development lens and actually make practical sense of it. So I want to read you a quick passage from one of my favorite books. And it's really about the power of decision. And it's by Raman Charles Barker. And I think he's done an incredible job of actually articulating the power of decision in our lives. A barker basically said was that nothing is impossible to those who decide upon possibility. He says in addition to that is that the infinite response by corresponding to the becoming of the thing that you determined. It's this idea that whatever we decide structures our brain and we literally become our own perception of reality. And in addition, he kept going on to say that the framework of these preconceived opinions that we talked about before is the only limitation in our life. The framework of these preconceived notions is the only thing that's actually limiting our success in life. So these are subject to change at a moment's notice when you've arrived at a decision. And that's where we're going to really talk about now. How do we change your reality by changing the decisions that you've made? Your career, your business, yourself, money, relationships, maybe a dog? And the answer actually is a lot simpler than you think. It's almost as simple as a distinction that beliefs are decisions. And if you want to make a new decision your life, you simply have to allow yourself to make a new decision. So I'm gonna repeat that. If you want to make a new decision in your life, you simply have to give yourself permission to make a new decision. And what happens is most of us simply don't give ourselves permission to make new decisions about our life. Because if you take the example of that, It's hard to make and you want to change it to be a new decision that money flows easily to me. But we've lived our entire lives perceiving this evidence in our life that money is hard to make. So we're kind of caught in the cybernetic loop. And essentially it's really hard initially to make a new decision and provide a body of evidence that supports this new decision. So what I really want to do now is share with you how to go through this process because you may have done a little bit of this work in the past. But it's important to recognize that we've enrolled our brain into supporting the evidence that we don't necessarily want to see manifest in our life. So every experience that I have, regardless of how it goes, is always a learning and teaching experience. So I'm going to ask you to start looking at your beliefs. Because the key here is that if you want to live in the tens, we have to make new decisions at a conscious level that are congruent with moving us to the ten itself. And we have to look at these unconscious decisions that we're making. Now, we might not even be aware of. And that's really the conflict. And that's really all these experiences that we've gone through. And it's the inner conflict that is not allowing us to operate from an energetic and resourceful state. So the first question I typically get from most of my clients that I work with is, what decision do I make? And the second question follows with that is, can I really just make a new decision? I mean, is it really that simple that I just decide and despite all the evidence I have in the past, yes. The answer is yes. You're able to make new decisions in your life by finding supporting evidence that already exists in front of you. And that helps to recreate these neuro synaptic connections in our brain. So people often ask me, how do I actually go through this process and what if I want to maybe be in a new relationship? And I realized that the people that I'm meeting my life aren't necessarily out there. And when I tell them is that instead of deciding who you should be meeting, it's about going with it and understanding who we really are as an individual. And making sure that whatever we're seeking in the external world is congruent with who we are internally. And the moment that we make this new decision, that we form, this new believe that we want this personal life and that we actually can find the right people in our life. We start to see it show up for ourselves. So we went through this process of visualization together in the last module. And many people write off visualization. And I'm gonna share with you why it's so important and why going within and understanding what our belief systems could be and what we want them to be and start to visualize this in the physical world, why it's so important. So one of the things I've learned in my life is that visualization is one of the most powerful tools that we have available to us. And it's really backed by science. So I've mentioned this in other formats, but I want to share this with you is that there's a research study done by Harvard Medical School. And they brought a group of pianist to play the piano. And they studied essentially which parts of the brain lit up in the pianist while they're playing the piano. And then they had the PNS essentially, imagine what it was like for them to play piano and play the exact same song. And what Harvard Medical School discovered is that the same exact parts of the brain lit up because of the electrical stimulation or brain. So I want you to process that for a moment. And what essentially we learn and what we discovered is that our brain actually doesn't know the difference between what's happening and imagination. And this gives some scientific context to all of the inspirational things that we've heard up that help us envision our future. If you think back to the moments you think of something inspirational, you visualize something, your brain is at a higher energetic state. And Walt Disney was actually a pioneer of imaginary space. And he created this entire empire out of his mind, which really reminds me of one of my favorite quotes by Winston Churchill is that the empires of the future will be the empires of the mind. And imagination is the key that creation. So what happens with imagination is that since our brain doesn't know the difference, but you're allowing yourself to entertain the new decision is that we literally start to build new neural synaptic connections in our brain. And your brain starts to record the experience like we talked about. And even though these experiences aren't happening in the physical world, it literally starts to create a memory out of something that doesn't exist, but that you're imagining. And now that is the important part of brain change. And that's what starts to attract these ideas to become whoever you want to be or achieve the things that you want to achieve. So we often get it backwards. We refuse to commit to a decision because the body of evidence that we have in the past doesn't necessarily support this. Because we can't see the how, when in reality it's committing to the decision. And it's about the possibility and allowing the mind to entertain the idea that brain change is possible. So you can figure out that this is one of the most extraordinary things we can do in terms of rewiring and changing our brain. And this is why the power of decision is so powerful. Because decision activates a couple of things that activate a immediate brain change that sort of helped me become a different version of yourself and a different person. And the incredible thing that happens out of making a decision is the enrollment of the brain. It's the reshaping of the reticular activating system so that you can start to find new evidence for what you actually want life. And the problem in finding this evidence for whatever you want, but not realizing what you wanted was that money is going to show up for you, or that opportunities will show up for you, or that relationships will work out for you. And the incredible thing with all of this and the power of decision, which I sort of alluded to earlier, is that there's a second side of the coin, which we're now really hacking and rewiring our minds to give us a new perception of reality. There's also this corresponding, There's this response by life. And that's really important to understand because brain change takes time and brain change requires visualization. A requires us to respect the operating system that we're given and to create electrical changes in our brain that create new neural synaptic connections. So as we keep moving forward, I want you to understand that everything we've experienced up until this point in our lives, we all experienced things in different ways. And we look at how, how do we intake all of this information is what we're, what's happening is we're not realizing that we're not utilizing our entire internal superpower. And it comes out of this shift in brain change and the power of decision. So what I want you to do now is I want you to go through an exercise of consciously constructing what I call the decision matrix. Because you've been living in this matrix of your own past that's not congruent with what you actually want to create life. So to really go through this exercise, here's what I want you to do. I want you to write down all of your limiting beliefs and the core conflict that you've identified in the first process in the first module. What I want you to do is I want you to write down a new decision. I knew decision that's more empowering than decision you've been making before. And then in the third column, what I want you to do is find any evidence in your life that supports the decision and then go through this process. And I want you to literally write down any limiting beliefs and bind the supporting evidence. Because ultimately, what we're going to be doing is creating a new belief system. And I understand that this might feel uncomfortable at first. And it's a natural response that's going to happen because our brain is naturally feeding us information from the past. But allow yourself to go through this process. And what I want you to know is that this is the brain change that works. You can stop paying attention to the supporting evidence of the past and you can start making new decisions that are congruent with the life that you actually want to create, with the career that you want to have with the business that you want to build with the relationships that you want to have. And what we're going to start to eventually do is deactivate the old neural synaptic connections in our brain that are no longer congruent with the life that we're going to live. And this is going to help us identify this new decision matrix and really start to embody and lived a life that you want. So I invite you to go through this exercise right now, and I'll see you in the next video. 8. Your Daily Routine : I want to congratulate you on completing your new decision matrix and going through this exercise. Because I want to stress the importance of what you just completed. Because by becoming consciously aware of these old decisions in our lives and by understanding and seeing these old patterns that have been dictating your life and by constructing a new decision matrix, what you're really doing is rewiring your brain. And it's a powerful, powerful process. And despite it simplicity, I want to give you an example of that. And just so you know, it wasn't long ago that I was feeling like I wasn't as far along as I should be in. And it was an unconscious decision that I'd made about myself, where I was in my life. And I started to do the work around it because I'm one of those guys that really eats my own dog food and I go through my own process that I've been sharing with you thus far. And as I was going through this process, I saw all the thoughts, all the beliefs that were kind of percolating to the surface that were in alignment with the core conflict that we discussed. Which is that I'm not as far along as I should be in. And what I saw resulting from that is I would start to really compare myself to others. And I would use that as a measuring stick. So anytime I would notice somebody, maybe it was a different coach or different author that I really admired. I'd starts and notice the work that they were doing publicly, whether it be on LinkedIn, on YouTube, a Podcasts. I'd start to compare myself to them. And I would cut myself off from this really high energy state that we both know we need to be in. Because these limiting beliefs would come to the surface. And I was essentially put in a resource list state. So what I did was I made a new decision. And instead of deciding that because these people are doing such great things and i'm not as far along as I really think I need to be. What I decided is anytime that I felt inspired by one of these people, I would acknowledge some publicly, whether it'd be on LinkedIn or more privately in a no, in an email, in a message, I would tell them that they inspired me and I would let them know. And every time this occurred for me, I would reach out to those people and I would let them know how much I appreciated their work or the message that they put out or the book that they had written. And what resulted was something that was massively beyond what I could have imagined because it really expanded my network. And now I have connections and relationships with people who I deeply, deeply admire, but I no longer have to compare myself to them or look at them as a measuring stick. But rather, I decided to welcome them into my network. And it forged these incredible and powerful relationships that now exists continuously throughout my life. But it's this idea that we can shift ourselves from a resource list state to a resourceful state. Because we both know that that state doesn't feel good. Because it contains limiting beliefs, it's a state that really doesn't allow us to live from a place of empowerment. It's not congruent with who we want to become. It doesn't create this intelligent energy that we want to put out into the world. And it lends to things that we don't actually want. And we start to take actions that we never really wanted to take. So with that said, I want you to understand that the importance to all of this work is that we make it a habit. And in order to make it a habit, we need to put it into a daily ritual. So that's what I really want to speak to you about. Next, I wanna talk about the importance of a daily routine, about reinforcing everything that you've learned today. That by taking these new empowering beliefs and finding the supporting evidence that supports these new decisions that we're going to make in our life. We have to create a routine around it. Because even though it might be uncomfortable for the last 203040 years, we've created a brain structure that is absolutely not alone all in alignment with who we want to become. So in order to do that, we have to put it into practice. And in order to put it into practice, we have to do this every single day. So the first thing I want you to do is every morning when you wake up, I want you to read your new decision matrix. I know it sounds very simple, but it's incredibly powerful. And I want you to look at this new primary decision that you've made in your life about how you want to become somebody that you might have never thought possible. And you don't necessarily have to know how these things are gonna happen. You don't have to know how you're going to meet the person of your dreams, how you're going to land that next promotion. How you are going to find more clients for your business, or how you're going to fabricate more relationships in life itself. Whatever it is that you want to create. I want you to read that out loud every single morning to yourself. And then I want you to look at your new empowering decisions. You knew decision matrix so that you can continuously reinforced this in your life. And I want you to take this decision matrix and I want you to put it in a high-visibility place for yourself. I don't care if it's in your bathroom, your kitchen, a dashboard in a car, it really doesn't matter where it is, but he needs to be in a high-visibility place because I whited consciously be exposed to your new decisions as your primary decision starts to manifest itself into the world. And the supporting decision matrix becomes the reinforced that everything you really want in the conscious mind. And the next thing I want you to do is I want you to obsess it. I want you to obsess you knew decision matrix because this is going to become an important new foundation your life. This matrix has to be something that you're thinking about all the time. Where if I called you and I said, hey lists and give me the three newest aspects of your decision matrix. You could just rattle them off. You are able to actually tell them right away to me without thinking about it twice. And what I want you to do right now is this is gonna seem very simplistic, but it's incredibly powerful, is I want you to record yourself on your phone. This is going to stay private. This is just for you. I want you to make a recording of your new empowering decisions. And I want you to send alarm on your phone to three times a day. And throughout the day, I want you to listen to this recording to yourself so that you can look. And here, these new supporting decisions, he's new empowering. And tell yourself why these things will happen for you and really process this and this will start to rewire your brain. And the first thing I want you to do when you're going through this process of listening to the recording is just to notice and remember that your thoughts are not your thoughts. All your experiencing is the old pattern of the brain. But everything that might come up initially, it's not real. And you can create the space between that old pattern and who you want to become and recognize that. Okay, there's that belief again that came up. But I have all of this supporting evidence now in my life about why these new empowering decisions exist and why i can lead the life that I actually want to, that's congruent with whoever I wanted to become. And when you've noticed this, what you've done is you've consciously constructed a new empowering decision. And I want you to remind yourself of that, that, that old belief system that relationships are hard or money's hard to make is not true. And I want you to believe that money is flowing to are the relationships are easy and I will find the person in my dreams. I will find the job of my dreams. I will attract more clients and my business. And this will start to shape the neuro synaptic connections and reactivate different parts of your brain and create a new neurophysiology. And that's what I like to call the work. That is the entire work that is the process that we're gonna go into. There's a lot more layers that we're going to unfold over the next few days. But I want you to know is what's so hard about this is when you're just dealing with these beliefs until you understand the system as we've talked through today in the power of decision. There's nowhere for these old limiting beliefs to go. You notice that old belief, but the mind really wants to take this energy and go somewhere with it. So what you need to do is basically catch that old belief. And simply move it over to focusing your attention on that new belief. And I understand this is going to be uncomfortable at first. At first. And it's a little bit like going to the gym, right? If you haven't been at a gym for awhile and you start to do sit ups or push-ups, your muscles might be aching. And that's really because your muscles haven't been working for awhile. So the concept is similar here is that this process will experience some resistance at first. But in order to continue to grow and to achieve it, the key to do it is to trust that what I'm telling you works because I'm living proof of it. And there are many people who are by their nature, more successful than where I am today, have done the work themselves as well. So I want you to give yourself permission to go through this work and to start to record yourself. So if you need to feel free to pause the video right now and record this new decision matrix on your phone, set three alarms for yourself. And what I'll say now is really the last thing that I want you to do is to share your new decision. Share your new decision matrix with three people in your life who you deeply trust to hold you accountable. Because what I'll tell you is that this work is ever going. And oftentimes there's going to be moments in our day is that things pop up in our lives that remind us of old beliefs. And it's incredibly difficult to snap back into it if we haven't been doing this work long enough. So what I want you to do is reach out to three people, activate your network, and really surround yourself with people and share with them your new matrix so that if you called them up and you're not doing well, you'll ask them, hey, can you remind me of the new decisions that I've made about my life? And what they'll be able to do is really help surface these decisions, hold you accountable because you're, you know that these are people in your network that you deeply trust and that they care about your success. And I assure you they will welcome it. So I want to acknowledge you and I want to tell you how much I appreciate you going through this work. Because as we expand over the next several modules, I want to make sure that you're processing, you're digesting all of this. And I want to recap just one more time what we've effectively done today because we've covered a ton of ground. And essentially in module one, what we identified was the core conflict, your limiting beliefs. And we went through that entire process together. And then we took into the power of decision. What we did was we talked about our beliefs and where they come from and how belief structure of the brain and how the brain is always bringing in the past, into the present moment. And how we've kind of gotten stuck into this cybernetic loop. Because the way we operate as human beings is according to the five primary drivers, what we believe is what we become and essentially produces our results. So as we look at that and it reinforces our original beliefs or trapped in the trappings of our mind. And we create a distinction where our thoughts are not our thoughts, they just occur. So you're constantly experiencing these patterns of the brain. We made a very, very important distinction, which is our beliefs, our decisions, we materialize beliefs into something actionable. And when we realized that our beliefs and our perception of reality is merely a replay of our past. We have the power to change your belief system. Because when we allow ourselves to make a new decision, the brain experiences the new decision. It doesn't know the difference between imagination and reality. And we start to build this new neuro synaptic connection. We start to become the person we want it to, to start living a Perfect ten life. And as we do that, our brain changes. We start to attract new ideas. We start to attract new people. We start to perceive reality differently. And we've activated this extraordinary power of coincidence. When the right people start to show up the right resources, everything starts to show up in our lives. And what I want you to do is acknowledge yourself because going through this exercise does require work and it may feel uncomfortable at some moment says, things kind of permeates to the top from our past. So give yourself permission to process again journal at the end of the day and understand everything that you've learned. And again, what I want you to take away from this quick module is that it's important to commit to the ritual every morning. Make sure that you commit to reading the new decision matrix for yourself. Make sure to program in your phone and sudden alarm three times a day to listen to it. Because that's how we're going to recondition and rewire your mind. I commend you for doing the work and I'll see you tomorrow. 9. The Success System: Welcome, welcome back to day three, and I'm going to trust that you woke up this morning and started looking at your new decision matrix. So today in Module three, we're really going to talk about the power of gratitude. And as I said in module two, that it was my favorite module, which was The Power of decision. I may have told you a little bit of a white line, because today in the module of gratitude, I find it extremely extraordinary and it's definitely one of my favorite conversations. And I'm so excited to share this with you today. We're gonna be talking about gratitude in a very different lands. And this isn't just your grandmother's gratitude, but this is the power of gratitude and this is really tapping into gratitude as a source of energy to really help you skyrocket and transform any area of your life. But before we get into that, and as I always like to do, I want to recap how we got here and continue to give you a little bit more context. So in module one that we really spend time identifying your core conflict. And we did that by kind of taking a look at your entire life and we did a life assessment. And then we really went in to identify what it looks like to live in your tense and finding one area where you want it to go from a four to 628 to ten. So eventually you would be living in all tens where you were really in the exact relationship with everything you want in your life in the perfect way. And then in module two, we spent a little bit more time on the power of decision. And we saw that there are limiting beliefs in our lives that really create the core conflict that we have inside of us. And it's causing us all sorts of havoc in our lives. And a big part of this conversation is really about making the distinctions around how the human operating system is really working. And we're also going to go through, and we went through these distinctions about how life actually works. And while we're continuously learning and while I'm teaching you some of these principles, you're also experiencing this in live time. And you're seeing what's really coming out and understanding intellectually How this is true and how these processes actually work in integrate together. So in module two, we looked at beliefs, and we looked and understood that beliefs are actually decisions. And that we're really unconsciously making a lot of these decisions in our lives over and over and over again about how life is. Because we experienced a lot of these things in our childhood between the ages of 07. And though we started living this life, it's not congruent with the life that we actually want to live. So what actually happens is when we do this, we create this inner conflict inside of ourselves. Conflict is consistently dissipating energy out into the world. And it's really almost like a small kid who wants something but was told that they can't have it. And inside they're throwing off themselves by living in the state of overwhelm frustration, anger, and anxiety. And then they're dissipating all this energy externally. And we have a tendency to do that as adults as well. So what we're really trying to do is plug that gap. And we're going through this powerful exercise and making this distinction, which is not only that our beliefs are decisions, but we have the power to make a new decision whenever we want. Right? So we went through this process together. We talked about that decisions really are about giving ourselves permission to make a new decision. And we talked about kinda the types of decisions we should be making or shouldn't be making, or how we should be interpreting them. And when we go through this process, there's really a miracle that happens. And these miracles are the classic miracles that we hear about the things just magically show up. They're really about brain change because the brain doesn't actually know the difference or the distinction between imagination and reality, says we allow ourselves to really live in a new decision. We literally start to construct these new neural synaptic connections in our brain and we start to create brain change. And when we start to create those brain change, we start to attract a whole new set of ideas, a whole new set of thoughts. We actually enroll our brain and start allowing ourselves to really work through this new set of beliefs. And we recalibrate our reticular activating system, which starts to see the opportunities and we start to filter out the things that we don't actually want. And we start to live in the sense of harmony with who we actually want to become. So our thoughts are somehow connected to the experiences that we always manufacturing lives. And it's part of this greater intelligence of our internal system and how we were born and produced into the world. And by being able to make a new decision. And by taking your resources and finding supportive people in our lives to support these new experiences were able to again continue to work through that brain change. But we're really also happen in unlocking all of this energy is that we have to couple it with something. And what we're really going to talk about today is about gratitude. And that's where we're gonna harbor even more energy to start taking the action that we want in our lives that is congruent with what we actually want to achieve. Because really all we've done thus far is create alignment between the unconscious way we look at the world and the conscious way that we want to actually live in the world. And by making these things in alignment with what you actually want to consciously create, we're starting to create flow. And now there's this energy through you that life continues to flow through and new opportunities are going to start to arise. And we're going to start to take the action that we actually want. And it's constructive action. Because a lot of what's happening before we start dissipating so much of this energy through frustration, anger, oval, overwhelming fear is we're living through that inner conflict. So we're going to be talking about in this module, the power of gratitude and how gratitude will create a tremendous amount of energy for you. Because the solution any problem is really about giving that energy more, excuse me, giving up problem more energy. And the way we really create a breakthrough in any area of our life is by bringing it more energy. And that way we bring more resources and we really start to understand how a nature and, and in physics, when we start to bring something more energy, you can start to create transformation. So I know we all want to create transformation our lives. That's why we're here together. But in order to do that, we need to bring energy. And if you apply enough heats water, it takes a different form. And we all know that. And there are some areas of your life where we want to see that type of transformation takes place. We want to see it take new form. And what we really have to do is unlock energy would inside of ourselves. Because if we don't find a way to continue to generate energy, we're not going to be able to consistently create breakthroughs in our lives that we actually want. And ultimately what ends up happening is that we run out of energy. I'm sure you can relate to that feeling. I certainly have had those moments. I still have those types of days because we revert back to the old decisions. We revert back to the limiting beliefs that don't require a lot of energy because now our brain has been programmed that way. So the level at which our psychology is directly correlated to that level of energy, we start to utilize energy and it essentially creates our life automatically in front of us. So with that said, gratitude is a powerhouse of energy. I want you to write that down for yourself in your journal, maybe on a notepad and your phone wherever it is that be visible for you. Gratitude is a powerhouse of energy. And gratitude IS somewhat of a sort of a credit line that the universe lens to us to tap into more energy on a consistent basis and really help us figure out challenges that might show up in front of us. So how do we maintain a level of gratitude when we perceive that there are all kinds of problems taking place in our lives. And before we really get into that, before we go deep on the power of gratitude, I want to share with you with what have I, what I've really identified as a success system. And I want to share with you what I found that the most successful people do in the world. And I really want to contrast this with the way that most people operate. So we're going to look at how most people Opera and how successful people operate. And I really want to highlight this for you. And I'm going to switch over right now into PowerPoint fashion so I can kind of show you the steps about the ordinary model on the successful model. So what I wanna do right now is walk you through how most people approach life and what we might call ordinary people. Now, I know that you're an extraordinary person, but if we're being honest with ourselves, there are areas in our lives where we're showing up and we're doing the ordinary thing. And what happens when we do that ordinary thing is that we don't get the results that we actually want. We don't get the extraordinary results that were desiring. And it's really impossible for us to start living in the tens if her being ordinary. But nonetheless, I want to explain to you what ordinary people do and show you how they're not producing the outcomes that they actually desire in their lives. So in order to do that, I have created this model where I want to show you the foundation of how most people operate. So we're going to start by highlighting this foundation that will be represented by an inverted triangle. And this is really how most people start operating for any situation they're alive. And as we discussed in module one, a lot of that is predicated on limiting decisions or limiting beliefs. And that's where we're going to start with because that's where we started with in module one. And what happens from this point of limitation is that they're entering their action through a low state of energy. And because we have this internal conflict, the score conflict, that's disrupting our flow. It's really sapping all of our energy. And we have, when we have no energy, what's really happening is that we have very little clarity. And if you think about the days where you might have felt frustrated, overwhelmed in a state of anxiety, you might have felt sluggish. That's what happens when we have very little clarity in our lives. So now that we know what's happening with somebody who's operating from this point of limiting beliefs from a place of low energy, from a place of flow clarity, we start to ask ourselves a very poor quality of questions. And these questions are often not very good questions and they might sound a little bit like this. Why are things working out for me? Or why am I not getting promoted or why am I not getting all of the clients when the other businesses are or why my relationships not working out, why is my health not way I want it to be. You see, what's happening is that our brain is a little bit like a search engine. So whatever questions we ask it, it'll find evidence from our past experiences and basically find supporting evidence for why things aren't working out for you. Or why you might not be good at x. And it basically says, here's all of the supporting evidence that I have for you. So what's happening when we're asking ourselves all of these scattered questions, our brain goes into a place of fear because literally your brain looks at all of these experiences through a limited decision, stayed through no energy, through no clarity when we're asking ourselves a bunch of questions. And it creates this problem in our mind. And all of a sudden that fear takes over and it can take over and a bunch of different forums, as I mentioned, they can come and anxiety over long stress and frustration and sometimes anger. And what happens is, from that point is that our brain comes up with some sort of action plan, or what I like to call a reaction plan. Because when we don't have that clarity, when we're not asking ourselves, are all the right questions. We're basically responding or not creating anything that we actually want or a lives. This action plan is not congruent with the things that we want to achieve throughout our entire lives. And oftentimes it really doesn't make any sense. It's completely incongruent with everything that we've ever wanted, but it's become the foundation for how we operate. So one more, not congruent with what we actually need are what we want to accomplish in our lives. It's not a good feeling, but again, this is how most people operate. So to help kind of shine a light and help you further understand this, I want to share an example with you with one of my clients that I currently work with. And he's given me permission to share this and he basically he's a very successful real estate broker who has started is on brokerage and couple of years ago. But he came to me recently and he knows this entire process. But he basically said, look, I'm completely overwhelmed and stressed. And I said, okay, well what's going on? And he said, well, my business is really dependent on one buyer's agent. I said, okay, what what percentage of your revenue comes from this one buyer's agent. And he said about 50% of its revenue, 50% of all of his business comes from this one individual. And he really started to approach the situation with this high level of frustration. And I said, well, what is this frustration stemming from? And he said, Well, I started to imagine if this buyer agent were to disappear while would happen in my business. And I said, bulb, what would happen to your business? And he said, Well, the business would come crashing and burning down. And he approached me with this low-energy stay, this resource list stain. And he was in a place of fear and panic and he started making and taking action from a place of low energy. So this action plan was obviously not congruent with what he actually wanted to create with those business. And what he was showing me was as reaction plan. And basically asked them, What do you want to create with your business? And he wants to take his business to the $3 million mark. He wants to drive $3 million in revenue a year. But again, when we're operating, like most people, when we're operating through a place of limited decisions, limited energy, low clarity, poor questions from fear. We're making a lot of reactions out in the world that are not congruent with what we actually want. So in order to operate from a place of success, of power, it's really important that we start to look at what successful people do. So I want to show and share with you this success model. And we're literally going to flip the inverted triangle on its head and start building a very strong foundation. And frankly, whether it's successful, people realize it or not, they're doing this consistently every single day, day in day out there operating through this empowered state. So we're going to start to look at how this really works. So successful people have made a set of decisions. They've created a set of beliefs and their life that are actually congruent with the things that they want. And when they're able to do that, they start to operate through a very energetic state. And they start to take the appropriate action in the world because they have a ton of clarity and they're able to do this by asking themselves the right set of questions, strategic questions, a few questions. And we're really going to go through this in a moment and help you understand how to harness a lot of this energy through the power of gratitude. And we're going to talk about how gratitude is able to create this internal energy and unlock it for you. So that when you have that energy, complete clarity on what you want in life, what you want to achieve that day, that week, that month for your business, for your relationship, for your career, whatever it might be. When we have that clarity, we asked these questions and what ends up happening is we have a few set of strategic questions that we ask ourselves. And when that happens, instead of operating from a place of fear, we start to operate through a place of courage. And when we operate through a place of courage, this also can be lended as confidence. And through confidence, we start to create the right action plan for ourselves that is actually congruent with what we want to achieve in life. So with that said, let's go back to our real estate fund and expand on what materialized for him through the model of the successful person. So I asked him again, what, what do you really mean? And when you're talking about that, your business is going to burn down if this buyer's agent disappears and 50% of your revenue potentially disappears. And he said, well. The truth is, I still have plenty of acids, I have plenty of cashflow. And I started to ask, what would that look like for you? Like, how much money would you be generating on a monthly basis, or how much money would you actually lose? And he said I would lose about probably ten to $15 thousand a month. And I said, okay, I'm well, what is your cash situation look like? And he says I have about a quarter of a million dollars in the bank. So that's great. Oh, do you have any real estate investments? Yeah, I do. They're worth about a million dollars right now. I said a if you need it to, could you sell one? He said absolutely. So I help them see that ease actually in a really strong financial position. So even if there's buyer's agent were to disappear, to walk away, that he could temporarily weather the storm no matter what was to come as well. So now he was able to make this new decision, that his family, as finances were safe and strong and hey, wouldn't have to struggle to put food on the table. And what that did for him was that a brought a lot of energy. It unlocked this energy that was trapped inside of himself. And I started to ask him, what can you be grateful for about your buyer's agent? And he said, well, this person has been a big pan and my bud over the last couple of years. But they have broad me 50% of my business. They've generated millions of dollars for me over the last couple years through everyone that they've brought into my life. And I said, Well, that's something to be grateful for it. And he said, yeah, absolutely. And, you know, this gave him an opportunity to really look at his business and he was incredibly grateful for this conversation that we had because it gave them the opportunity to think about how do I create a sustainable business over the long term. And he basically said, I don't want my business to ever be dependent on just one buyer's agent. And in fact, actually wanted double if not triple, my my business over the next couple of years. So I could tell he started operating from this energetic point. So you've got really, really clear on what it is he wanted to do and what he wanted to accomplish with enforce business. And he started thinking, I really love developing people and I really love to help create this new generation of real estate brokers and buyers. Because that's something that I valued when I was first starting out in the business. So you've got really clear on what he wanted to do with his business, who we wanted to support, and how he wanted to help them. So again, he's he was able to start asking himself the right questions. What do I need to do now? What options do I have? What kind of relationships do I need to create? And I said, these are all incredibly good questions. And I said what else? He said, well, I need to figure out how to generate more leads. What can I do to generate more leads? I, So that's a great question. Then he started to ask himself, How would I develop new buyers age? Where would I source them? Where would I find them? I said again, those are really great questions. And what that lended to is that he was able to develop an action plan that again, was in perfect flow and was congruent with what he actually wanted to achieve, what he actually believed. And he believed that he could create this incredibly successful business and create new relationships with people and could teach so many new people in the US market about what he was creating and how to be successful through this business model. So what he had done is gone through this new methodology. And he was able to harbor all the right clarity, all the right questions, and created an action plan because he was harnessing the power of gratitude. And he was actually creating energy from within by leveraging and harnessing the power of gratitude. And when you're able to do that, you get extremely clear. And we're going to talk about kind of the power of clarity and the power of questions and what that looks like. So what I want you to take away from this is what the success model looks like. Because now you have a very different perspective on how most people operate versus how successful people operating carry themselves throughout every single day. And one thing I will remind you of is that victory is always guaranteed when we do this, but when we're stuck in any area of our life, whether or not you want to create incredible breakthrough in your business, or you want to land that next promotion at work. Or you want to really improve that relationship with your partner, or it's a generate more wealth for you and your family. We start to go back to this model, consist only and resort back to our new empowering beliefs. And this is why we're going to go super deep on gratitude. So you can layer in and stack upon your new empowering decisions and generate a tremendous amount of energy for yourself so that you can get this incredible clarity in your life. 10. Gratitude Exercise: Alright, so now that we understand how the success system works, and it's so clear, it's so obvious. It's really one of those smack in the head types of decisions that we have to make and really create the second layer for ourselves. And at first we got really clear with what you're empowering decisions are. We created this decision matrix for you. We really understood what you need to do in order to create and manufacturer energy, to generate energy in tap into this line of energetic credit that the universe is providing for us. Because if we don't know what's going to happen is we're going to naturally get back into this low energetic state because the mind is always looking for how do you utilize whatever energy is provided to you. And if you start to drop into this energetic state, it's going to go back to the decisions that frankly aren't congruent with the life that you actually want to create. So what did we do? Well, in order to get there, the key is to appreciate where your app and if you want to get to a ten in any area of your life, you need to start appreciating the six, right? So It's sort of an art and we have to really dissect what this looks like organ to expand and extrapolate how to actually do this, because this is really one of those dances that we need to do for ourselves. Because there's a tendency. Once you get really clear on what you want, what living in the tens looks like for you. That unconsciously you start to get very uncomfortable in the six. You start to resent the six, you start to resist the six because there's always going to be this wanting of being in the ten. So all of that will really pull you back into the slow energetic state. So the question really is, what do we need to do to find the gratitude for the six. So earlier I gave you an example of our real estate friend. As he went through this process, he said, you know what? I can be really grateful for this situation. Because as we use this metaphor of the six, He said, I can be really grateful for the six because of it. I built this incredible relationship with my buyer's agent. And this has lended to about 50% of the revenue my current business. And it's because of this situation that I'm in the six, I'm able to see what I'm lacking. May able to see what I'm lacking my business. So now I can start to see the different opportunities. I have this opportunity to grow my business and really expand on where I'm at right now so that I can fortify my business and create more security for my family, as well as for the business itself. And start to grow it from seven figures to mid Southern fingers. So finding the gratitude, finding the blessings in your six is really the key to getting yourself into the ten. And we've talked about this example in different areas of our conversation. But with that being said, we want to start really thinking about how can you make a ten out of where you are? And if you can make a ten atom where you are by changing your perspective on the six itself. The ten that you really want is literally going to pull you into it. Because with that level of gratitude and appreciation, with that level of manufacturing, high state energy, along with the foundation that you've created with empowering decisions, you're going to have the right ideas. You're going to start seeing the right opportunities, how they're going to naturally unfold for you. And the action plan will become very, very strategic. That's one of the things that we saw earlier when I showed you the successful success model. And really we look at people and when we say these successful people are accomplishing a tremendous amount of their lives. And it looks like they can accomplish so much in a couple of years. And they can accomplish more than some people can accomplish in a decade. It's almost like they're manipulating time. And it's not that they're manipulating time, it's just the action that they take is so well constructed and so energetic. That foundation is so strong with the right decisions, the right energy, the right clarity, the right questions with the confidence and the courage that The Miracles added, the action that they actually took LED and lend it to the right results. They're pyramid was perfectly constructing congruent with what they actually wanted in life. So if we look at the real estate broker again, there are so many blessings in his life. And then a lot of people will say, okay, the real estate broker as one individual, but there are people who experience real problems. So what happens when these real problem said? What about when the problems enter into my life? How do I actually deal with those? How do I find that gratitude, the appreciation? How do I find the gratitude when my business is in the process of imploding? How do I find the gratitude when I've just been laid off? How do I find that gratitude? When I find out that somebody that I once loved is in a relationship with somebody else. How do I find the gratitude when somebody's been diagnosed with a life-threatening condition, right? These are all real problems. How do I find the gratitude in the real problems in life? And again, there's a hack here. There's a hack which eliminates all problems altogether because there's really a way to view life and to viewed authentically and honestly and frankly, more intelligent when were problems don't exist. So I wanna give you an example of one of my clients recently and one of my clients called me. And he said that his grandfather was diagnosed with Calvin. And I don't think he's gonna make it. And he said, I understand the system, I know what I'm supposed to do, but how do I really find the gratitude in this situation? And I said, oftentimes, we don't always see that gratitude right away. It doesn't reveal itself immediately. So we got into this conversation a little bit and I said it requires a little bit of patients. And we need to trust that there's some sort of blessing, there's some sort of gift in all of this. And he said, Listen pot into all of your teachings for a really, really long time. But I don't think that there's a way to find gratitude and the fact that my grandfather is not going to make it. So a little bit of time passed, and a week later he called me and he got really excited and he said, I found the gift. And I said, what do you find out? And he said, well, you know, even though it's debilitating for me to see him in this condition. He's also happier than ever. There's a smile on his face when we get to FaceTime together. And I realized that our conversations are more genuine and there are a lot more genuine than they used to be. And I realized that I personally was not present for those conversations and I am now I'm more committed to being present, to being there for him mentally, emotionally, spiritually. And he and he really said that I understand the situation. I understand where he is right now, what he might be going through and even though he might have a shortened lifespan, I get to be more present form. And I get to show up form in a way that I've never showed up for him before. And I can be grateful for that. So he found the blessing in the problem and the beauty is, his grandfather recovered from Coven Just three weeks later. And you could perhaps say that it was this presence, this high energetic state that afforded him the power to stay alive and to defeat the virus. Again, just a thought, but again, my client was able to actually stay president for his grandfather and he found the gratitude in the moment. And in fact, after that we had a discussion. And what I really said to him is that the problem is never really the problem. The problem is the meaning that we give the problem. Initially, he was giving the meaning of the problem. That is, grandfathers diagnosis is going to really jeopardized the experience that he can have with this grandfather if he were to stay alive for so many years. And what he did was he found the blessing of being present for the person that he loved so dearly. So if we can start to realize that life is always working for us, there's no such thing as a problem. The problem is always the meaning that we're giving the thing, the manufacturing that we're creating in our life and the manufacturing of those problems. And what happens is in the moment we can start to connect with the gratitude. We can maintain this flow of energy because no matter what we experience, what experience we're having in the present moment, we can say, you know what? I know, there's going to be something that I can be grateful for. And I know that there's a blessing or a gift in the experience that I'm having. And I know that any perception that I have isn't really a problem. It's not inherent in the thing itself. The problem is being manufactured out of the meaning that I'm giving it in, you know, one of the ways that this was explained to me early on. I realized I want to share with him. And because I found this to be a really profound realization in my life where I had one of my mentors, my coaches working with me and he started saying, look and think about the food that's on your plate from your dinner last night. And then I thought about, and I think the last evening, IA was just basically fish some rice and maybe some cooked vegetables. And I said So on this doesn't seem really complicated. And he said, let's start thinking about how the food actually got there. He said, think about what was required for all of that food to show up on your dinner table? He said, think of the people, some entrepreneur had to show up at the grocery store and set up the store itself that the figure out all the logistics of sourcing the food and the farmers all over the world. He said, some of the greens on your plate came from Asia. Some of them may have come from Europe, from North America. And he said, think about all of the farmers across the world. All of the generations of farmers who had to train their families over and over and over again effectively. So you can actually have this food on your table. He said now think about all the people that were involved initially in building the railroads to freight the airplanes. Now, in order to get all this fresh food on your table. He said go back even further. He said think about all of the inventions that needed to be created to harvest the food, to transport the food, to really get all of the materials and the tools that they need to farm all that food. Think about your fish on that plate. He said, think about all the fishermen that spent the last few months in the middle of nowhere fishing for that fresh fish that you have on the table right now. Think about all the tools that had to be created, the ship's cargo, that had to enable the supply chain a process. All of the food that you're eating today to show up at the store. So you get my point. There's this massive expansion of resources that had to come together to really supply this dinner for myself that evening. And in order for us to have this simplest things in our lives, all of the meals that we've ever enjoy, it showed up in the world through this massive coordination of coincidence. And in fact, one might even argue that all of the evolutionary history that's, that's taken place in order for us to have this incredible meal every moment in our life is really a blessing. So if we start to think about everything in our life as a blessing, every moment that way. And even the moments that we initially see as problems, they have gratitude. In that moment, we just have to find it. We have to find the meaning. And when we buy into that idea that life is really working for us. It's continuously working for us. It might take some time to find the gift and the blessing, but one, we can maintain that gratitude when you maintain this powerhouse of energy inside of you with an unlimited credit line into the universe of energy. And if you are able to do this over and over and over again by staying true to your new empowering decisions, life will only unfold for you. So a lot of this work isn't necessarily finding ways to sugar coat the problems or perceived problems. It's about eliminating problems from our vernacular altogether. So that's the real deep spiritual truth. There's a lot of spiritual concepts that we're going to try to apply some sort of psychological principle to it so that we can actually start to buy into them. And I've been fortunate to do a lot of work and reading around this. And what I found is that sometimes we just have to trust life and trust that life is working for us. It's really about finding the ways to trust life and the blessing and every single situation or are perceived problem so that we can maintain the success model of the most successful people in the world. So now what I wanna do is I want to walk you through another little process. And when we do these processes, what we're actually doing is we're effectively creating brain change. We're changing the brain. And this is something that you can do on a regular basis and you can incorporate and implement into your daily ritual that we've been building and creating together. So now we're gonna go through this process together. I want to ask you to close your eyes. And as you close your eyes, I want you to get grounded. And in order to do that, where going to do what we've done before? Which is we're going to take a deep inhale. And I want you just to relax and take a deep exhale. And take one more inhale and another exhale. And just slow everything down. And we'll take one more inhale. One final exhale. And I'd like to do is invite you into the space and bring your mind to something in your life. The ear, tremendously grateful for. It may be your partner, your children, maybe a pet that you have. It may be your business partner or the business itself. It may be the place that you would. But I want you to think about something that you're so grateful for. Something that you can't imagine not having in your life. And as you do this, I want you to think back to the time when this thing came into your life. This individual in this place, this pet, or your business partner, or your life partner. Now want you to think about what had to happen in order for that to happen. I want you to think about, for example, when he met this person, or what inspired you to go and get this pet? Or who was the person that brought you to your home? How did you meet your realtor? Or who were the people that you met in order to start your business? Or who did you meet to get the role you're in today at your job? What needed to happen in order for that to happen? And I want you to start moving backwards, thinking through all of the things that needed to happen in order for that thing to happen. And then when you notice what needed to happen in order for that thing to happen, you'll move back throughout your life. Now, why does simply notice all of the pupil dot or involved in helping you move to finding this person or this place. And I want you to go one more step back a little bit further. What needed to happen in order for that to happen? Who did you need to meet in order for that to happen? And how did you meet them? Where did that happen? In order for that to happen? Think through the people, the coincidences that happen in that moment. Think of all the resources that had to be lined up throughout the days, weeks, months, years, even decades in order for you to have that thing that you are so grateful for it you can't imagine living without. And I want you to picture in your mind's eye all of these people, all of places, all of these resources that had been an integral part for you in your life, for this thing to come into your life that you're so grateful for. And when you see all of those resources that have come together in this infinite intelligence that is architected for you to put your hand over your heart. I just want you to feel the gratitude. Feel that gratitude. And then knowing this, that somehow we don't know how we can't even explain a, there's been intelligent guiding force. And this whole time, that knows what was going on and what needed to happen, that's so important for you today. That knows what it is that you need in order to be fulfilled, in order to feel happy in your life. And to acknowledge all of the support. All of the people, all of the resources. And maybe people who have come in and out of your life. Just to drop off a mini blessing and be part of this process. Bringing you the gifts in your lives. And take one more breath in and one more breath out. And you can open up your eyes and come back to the video now. Thank you for doing that process with man. I've come now to a very deep, deep realization that every experience that I have is a gift and there's some sort of blessing. And I'm human, Some days I forget. And that's why I'm so fortunate to have a group of extraordinary people my life between my family, my friends, my wife that helped me through those moments and remind me that there is always going to be something that percolates in our lives. And no matter what challenge I might be facing there, there to remind me to find the gratitude and every moment. And this was even before I steeped into all of this work, before I really understood the success model and the success system that we had gone through together. And really was fortunate at the time to build up a very successful career. And men a lot of really different ways. I had a great time during this period of time. But with that sudden, There are a lot of moments of great to fi warehouse passed over for promotions. I even got laid off at a time, what seemed to be the dream job and the dream role at the dream startup company. But I was like, and because of this crisis, the sleigh off, I went back and really look at the structure that I'd learn from, from a few different people and really started to think of the structure through the lens of my career and my life. And I realize that fundamentally there were problems. And I learned a great deal from this process. And I learned how to structure my way in my life that are a lot more secure today. And I took care of my health, my finances, my relationships, my career, my understanding of what I wanna do in this coaching practice that I'm so fortunate to have today. And that's how we were connected. And I learned a tremendous amount in that journey, in that process. And it helped me achieve a level of success that I honestly didn't think was possible. So sometimes we need to let a little bit of time pass before we can really find a gift or the meaning in a moment. And I'm convinced now more than ever that if we look hard enough, we will find it. And that's what I want you to do in the next exercise. It's really important for you to look at this particular area of your life, which we've been calling a six. It might be a four, might be an aid for you. Or even if it's a ten, I don't know what it is for you, but it's where you are today and it's important for you to have some gratitude for that experience of the six. If you've been single for awhile, what are the blessings that have brought you to certain people in your life that you've been able to spend more time with when you weren't necessarily with a partner. Or think about those years that have been challenging for you. And what happened in those moments. Who were the people that you met that help you start your business or help propel your career further. Or maybe think about the moments in your life where you were fortunate to travel or you were fortunate to have a pet, whatever it is for you. We're gonna go through the work right now to really find the blessing, find the meeting fine. The deep reason for why this thing exists in your life. So what I want you to do right now is to find all of the blessings and all the gifts that you have in your six or eight, whatever number that is for you. Because if you can make that thing at ten, you'll bring so much energy that helps pave the way and you unfolding your life from that six into moving into ten and help you create what you actually want to create and create a life that's congruent with your vision. So I want you to go through this process and identify all of these things that you have in your life that you're grateful for. And look at where you are right now and unlock where you want to go. So I'll invite you to please go ahead and pause the video right now. And we'll close out this module of gratitude. And I want you to know that we've done a tremendous amount of work today. But I also want you to find these areas of your life where you can bring in a tremendous amount of energy from gratitude. Because through that process, you'll become more resourceful and you'll become more energetic. And you could start to appreciate where you are today. And you're guaranteed through that energy to launch into wherever you wanna go. Alright, go ahead and pause the video and I'll see you tomorrow. 11. The Gratitude System Recap: Welcome back. I gotta admit, I feel super chill and Zen out over here. And I feel like we're swimming in a pool of gratitude. And again, I want to acknowledge you for going through the work and really going through these processes as we're learning them. Because I'll admit to you there's a gift in the blessing and everything that we're doing today. And it's really critical for developing and harnessing that energy, the second layer for where you want to go to Mars. So one of the things I'm inviting you to do, because we're constantly stacking this daily ritual for you in the morning is when you journal. I want you to add some gratitudes. So many of us have heard about a gratitude journal. And this is really one of those things that is proving out through psychologists and neuroscience that Adam, all the different processes and techniques that they've tried, the gratitude journal is incredibly important for transforming the mind. So what I'd like you to do is every single morning, I want you to write down what you're grateful for in your life right now. And in particular, I want you to write down what you're grateful for in your life that you actually want to transform. Because if we can bring the gratitude, the energy, you can transform that part of your life over time. And in the evening when you're reflecting on the things that have occurred throughout the day. What I really want you to do is look at the new distinctions and new ideas and just sort of book and those for you while you're doing this work in. What's really going to happen throughout the day is that you have great gratitude for everything going on and you're going to see these things show up for you throughout the dam. And as you incorporate this into your daily practice, remember, we're changing the brain and the brain is flexible and it's going to want to go back to where it used to be in those old limiting beliefs. And that's why gratitude is key in making sure that we consistently write down those things. Because we do have 60 to 70 thousand thoughts flowing throughout our mind. And if we could just single out those things that were grateful for, it will bring tremendous energy into that area of your life. And that's why the second level of the success model is so important because it allows us to maintain the progress that we've made in module one and module two with creating this new empowering decision matrix. So let me recap real quick where we're at again, because I believe that repetition is key to mastery. And I know that a lot of this is new for us. And today we discussed the power of energy and we've identified where we're dissipating energy. And it's really in our internal conflict, that core conflict that's destroying so much of our energy. And it's creating this resource list area in our life that we actually want to change. What we do is we've created this new decision structure. And that's what we're really doing right now is bringing in gratitude, this higher level of energy. And we're really identifying what we're grateful for in every single area of our life. And in that gratitude, we bring resourcefulness and we walk through a couple of different examples today, kind of showed you the ordinary model of what most people do and where most people are living in this limited state and making limited decisions. And that provides limited energy that doesn't lend to the type of clarity that they need in their life. And they tend to ask a lot of questions that aren't really strategic. And then they live out of fear, which is the brain's response to the structure. Where they start to become reactive and they start to have this crazy action plan that doesn't actually make sense, nor is congruent what they actually want to achieve in life. But what most successful people do is they implement the success model because they're aware of the unconscious decisions that they've made about the world. And they're really sure about what they want to achieve in their life. And at the same time, what they figure it out is to manufacture more energy, they have to maintain the state that keeps them moving forward. And to do that, we go through gratitude. And what we're doing through gratitude is appreciation. That even though when problems show up in our lives that we may not want or expect, they realize our problems aren't really problems, but it's really the meaning that we're giving the problem. And then they start to identify the gift or the blessing of every moment. Because what they truly believe is that life is working for them. And then we went through a couple of processes and the visualization, and we really showed you what you could experience this high-energy state. So now you've been able to identify the gift or the blessing and any area of your life that was previously causing you some sort of frustration or dissipating the energy that was going to bring you the resources to create that momentum moving forward. So I hope this was helpful for you. And I know it's been a big, big, big breakthrough for me personally. And I know that there's gonna be a lot of takeaways and realizations for you today. So as we leave off again, because I know this is a lot of information, but I want you to commit to this process tonight. Do the daily reflections tomorrow morning, and do your journaling and stack this into your daily ritual. And continue to notice the old limiting beliefs, but start to replace them with the new decisions that you've started to form for yourself and continue to stay in the work every single day. We're going to be layering and some new techniques over the next few days, some new distinctions and some new processes. And again, understand that this is progress over perfection. Because I'm throwing a lot over you over the next seven days. And I really want you to digest and start to implement and integrate this into your life. And remember, we'd never learn how to ride a bike right away. It took us time and we started to get better. So with that being said, Make sure to journal your realizations from today's module. And I'll see you in module four. 12. Clarity About Your Perfect 10 Life: Welcome back to day for module four. I am so excited to see you here for a number of reasons. First and foremost, because you've made it halfway through the program. So congratulations. And I mean, you really stuck with it. You know, most people are really strong starters, but they're not strong finishers in your finishing. So I just want to take a moment to acknowledge you for doing the hard work. And I wanna take a minute to also check in and see how your morning routine is going. Because maybe you've been doing it, maybe you haven't. I highly recommend that you do it. The morning routine is really something that we're sort of constructing over time. And we started out asking you to look at your new decisions every single morning and listen if you want extra credit, you can also write them down. Because that puts even more energy and it reinforces these new neuro synaptic connections even more. Because everything we're doing is really about creating brain change. So every single morning you're looking at these new decisions and you're reinforcing them and you're feeling good about them and you're noticing how you actually feel about them. And at the same time, you're keeping these new decisions in a highly visible place so that you can access them. And you're looking at this new decision matrix that you've created, but you're really also listening to yourself going through this process. And I want you to start obsessing over and thinking about it. What you actually want to create your life. Because it's through this obsession that we create the unbreakable mindset. It's what truly creates brain change. Because let's be honest, for the last 20304050 years ago, you've been thinking the same way. You've been feeling the same way. And what we're doing now is we're essentially moving water down and completely different river. Because this takes repetition, which is maybe one of the reasons why I keep saying the same things over and over and over again to you because I want this to stick. So I want you to start looking at these new decisions every single morning. Both the primary decisions that you've made as well as the supporting decisions. And the other thing that I really asked you to do is to go through your day and start to notice these old patterns that might pop up for you, these old decisions that will pop up. And what I want you to do, simply notice them. I want you to notice when you feel like you're not good enough. Or I want you to notice when you feel like there might not be enough time. I also want you to notice when you feel like you're not doing the right things, that you might not be taking the right actions to land that next promotion or to landmark clients. And that you're really getting frustrated. And notice that. But the reality is it's only been four days. And I want you to go through this process and then y to continue noticing. Because what you're doing through noticing is you're noticing patterns. And that's where we're able to assess how the brain is actually our operating. And it might get a little bit confusing because what seems so clear to us when, for example, you might have a stomach ache. And we know it's not us, it's our stomach. But when our brain is active, it always seems like it's us. It seems like where the one saying this to ourselves and we get caught up in these loops. And that's where we really dissipate energy. That's the reason why you're not able to create the breakthrough that you want your life has because anywhere we've created the space where we allow old patterns to come in. What you end up doing is you're dissipating energy through that environment. So what I want you to do is just to notice because you're going to become aware of it. And now that you're going to notice is voice in your head, you're going to experience some feelings that are associated with them. And in that space of noticing, I want you to remember that new decision that you've made about what's correlating with this old pattern. So does that makes sense? Think about this for a while. You just notice what happens when we put all of our attention and focus on this new decision. And this is actually the way we start to deactivate old narrow synaptic connections because the brain ultimately learns over time. Says, wait a minute, I no longer want to be paying attention to this area. And instead, let's put all of our attention to this area. And this is a place that we're going to start to go by default. And it's going to feel a little bit uncomfortable at first. And at the beginning I may feel like you're not doing anything. But over time you're going to start to feel and sense this brain change. You're going to start to enroll your brain and start literally looking at the lens through this new empowered decision. These new decisions that we've built together over the last few days. And the last thing I really want you to do is to continue listening to the recording of your voice. Listen to it throughout the day, make sure that it's programmed in some sort of alarm setting in your phone. And this might seem a little exaggerated, but it's not because what we're doing is we're conditioning. And this might be a really good time for you to potentially check in with some of those people that you've asked to be accountable to, to kind of let them know how the program is going and sharing some of your successes. So what we're gonna do is look at the last module where we added one more layer to the morning routine and that was gratitude. And I asked you to start basically documenting in your journal what you're grateful for. If it's something that might have come up through the course or your day or in the evening. These are the opportunities where you're able to write down the gifts, the blessings that are occurring in our lives. And document them consistently as we reflect our entire day in the evening. So what we're going to start to do, which is build up a training program for you so that you can actually create the transformation that you want. Because the work that we're doing here together is not the transformation. This is simply the teaching. And as we go through some of these processes, your gonna get primed to go through the transformation. Because that takes place in the daily practice and the daily rituals. And by the time we get through the end of the program, we're going to build this entire ritual for you that's personalized just for you. And we're going to create these practices that will allow you to move forward in your life. So just to recap really briefly, I know that we've talked about the power of decision because that's one of the things that we still haven't really gone through. But as we continue to expand your decision matrix, whatever it is you want, we're going to be able to layer in new decisions into that process. So if you want new empowering decisions, you can keep stacking those because this is a body of work that we're building up together. And this is something that you're going to be able to take through and move forward with you throughout your entire life. It's a permanent tool that you now have that you can tap into. And what is ultimately going to happen is you're going to start to notice other limiting beliefs and decisions that come up in your life. That's only a natural process. So what's going to happen is you're constantly looking and observing and noticing these old decisions. And you're gonna stack new empowering decisions to create this incredible decision matrix. Because remember, if you want to create real change in your life, you're not going to be able to do it overnight. This is the foundation that we're continuing to build together. And we're constantly looking at decisions that we're making about life. And sometimes you're going to revert back told this. So I'm gonna give you some time to come up with some examples. And I really want you to go through the work yourself and really understand what it is we're creating. And we're going to start to really build on this together. Because in module one, we took a look at the core conflict. We said, you want more in your life, you want more clarity, more courage you on more success. You aren't mourn your financial world. Do you want more stuff? And that's okay too. You want more on your relationships. You might want more connection, you might want more adventure, you, you just want more. But what a lot of us have really been getting especially highly successful people is more stress, more overwhelm, more anxiety, more things to do, which means we have less time to do the things that we actually want to do to create the life that is congruent with what we actually want. And what we've done together as we've established the truth is that it's not the stuff out there. It's the stuff in here that's really preventing us from creating what we actually want. And these are the limiting beliefs. And what we've done as we figure it out, what these beliefs are, how these beliefs are our decisions that we weren't even aware of. And now that we understand that these decisions are not congruent with the life that we want to create. And we started to take a look at the internal conflict, where we're dissipating massive amounts of energy. And we've been doing this consistently throughout our lives. And that's when we were able to identify the core conflict. And we realized we had this axis to the power of decision, the first of the four principles of power. And that at any point, we can make a new decision. And in fact, beliefs our decisions. And you can always make a new one. And when they do three really incredible things happen in our lives. When we start to make these new decisions, we start to access new ideas. We start to perceive reality in a completely different way. And we start to activate the power of coincidence. And that's really where the magic happens. It's the effect of brain change that we want to see it. So what we're doing in this process, in this pattern that we're creating is that we're noticing things and we're noticing how things are going and as we're doing get where restructuring and changing the way our life operates. And that's when we really tap into the power of decision. And we looked at module two with a whole new decision matrix that we've created for you that you can use every single morning. And then in module three we said, listen, now that we've unlocked all this energy down here at the Foundation, what we can do is we stack up really empowering decisions for our lives and we perceive the world are entirely different and more optimal way. And we do this to maintain energy because there's always a tendency to fall back on old limiting beliefs that we've created in this lowest state of energy for ourselves. And unless we maintain a high state of energy, we're always going to revert back to that old place, that old place of limiting decisions. And that's what keeps us stuck in our lives. And now we know exactly how to access more energy through the power of gratitude, which is the second principle of power. And when we're grateful for all the things that we have in our lives, it's like we have this unlimited line of credit of energy through the universe. And we're able to address this question, which is the question that many of us had. Which is what about when there are real problems and so on. We did that. We essentially hack problems, suddenly said there are no such things as problems. So life in fact is always working for you. It always has been. And we went through this beautiful visualization process that proves that. And we said, you know what? Every single experience that we're having, there's a gift, there's a blessing. And if we can identify that, boom, that's when we access the power again. And that we're able to do that over and over and over again and create tremendous amount of energy in our lives. Because as I showed you in the success module, I showed you that ordinary people, the way they look at the world where they might make a really bad decision with very little energy and they have no clarity in their lives and are asking a bunch of silly questions. And they're getting and golf and engaged in fear. And through that fear, they're creating this massive reaction plan for themselves. But what most successful people do is they stack up these empowering decisions and they start to create real change in their lives. So what we want to get us to that place to consistently access a higher level of energy through gratitude. And successful people essentially have absolute clarity for what they want to accomplish. And they're able to ask very strategic questions with confidence and courage and faith. They move forward, they take action, and they create extraordinary success that defies logic by most people's terms. So today, what we're really going to do and what we're going to talk about is how to maintain that success module. Because it's very easy for us to slip back into that old one. And if you're not mastering every level of the model, it could be a little bit difficult. So I'm going to give you a couple of different examples of very successful people are going through in the actions that they're taking. But sometimes they might revert back to the old model, the ordinary Model that we don't necessarily want to live by. So whether you knew it or not, we're gonna go through this clarity process and we're going to look at how you're going to get to the tens. And I want to do that with you right now. So in order to do that, I want you to pause the video. And I want to kind of get you in the right frame of mind by going back and looking at the clarity that you establish for yourself around the Perfect ten, right? It's what does life look like for you to live in the perfect tense and you journal about it. And I want you to go back to that right now. And I want you to look at those details because what we're really going to do is come back and we're going to go deep in clarity around this area of your life where you've been wanting to create tremendous breakthrough. And I've been calling it moving from a six to an aid from an eight to ten. But whatever it is, you're here and you want to be there. So we've created a foundation of empowering decisions. We've looked at gratitude in different areas of your life. And in today's module, what we're really going to do is we're going to get supreme clarity around what your Perfect ten looks like in a particular area of your life. So go ahead, go back to your journal, take a moment to reflect. Pause the video right now and I'll see you shortly. 13. How to Get Absolute Clarity: Okay. So thank you for reviewing your ten. And the reason why I wanted you to do that was so that you can see all of the detail that you've put into your Perfect ten. And that's when we kinda get into this state where we allow ourselves to tap into the power of imagination. All sorts of detail come up, all the colors, the feelings that start to fill in and paint this vision of our lives. But the problem is that moves to the time. We don't take the time to go through this process when we're trying to do something in the physical world. I mean, how often have you sat at your desk and really closed your eyes and envision what your career, your business, your life might look like. We really don't do that. And the fact of the matter is that most successful people in the world, that's exactly what they do. Now, remember the study where I told you about the Harvard Medical School, where we have these pianists and they came in and they study their brains and they were playing the piano. And they studied the parts of the brain that lit up. So they were just imagining playing the piano and the same parts of the brain lit up. And that's essentially what happened. And what they were doing was that they were rehearsing their life. So when you get tremendous clarity and you start to define your life, your life has no choice but to start to unfold in that way. Because there's some sort of power sum, essentially some magic that's happening inside of you. Not this woo-woo stuff, but this energy inside of you. That once you get really, really clear about what you want, your brain can't help, but imagine it. And it starts to imagine it the same way as you would if you were truly experiencing it in the physical world. So you literally start to build up what we kind of consider memories of the future. And what ends up happening is you give tremendous access to these ideas. And they start to enroll the reticular activating system. And you start to get laser sharp. And you start to get focused on the things that are going to help you accomplish whatever you actually want to accomplish in the world. And there are too many people that are frustrated or overwhelmed then some sort of area of their life. Because they're really focused on the things that they don't want and they have no idea what they do or don't want to have no clarity. So what ends up happening is they basically start looking at life through this limited state of energy. And again, they're not living out life in a way that's congruent with what they actually want. So I want to share an example of a few of the other datas basically walking down the street and I was carrying a book with me. And this man looks at him and he says, Hey, is that a good book? And I said, I haven't read it yet and it certainly looks like an interesting book. And this is a book that I just recently bought. So I was walking around with it. I was going to the park. And he said, can you help me of something? And I said, what's that? Well, he's like, I have this idea and I want to create this new education online platform. Keep in mind that I live in San Francisco. So everyone's always spitting up different ideas. So I entertain them. And he said, I've been looking into the school system for a long time. My wife as a school teacher, this man works in tech and he said he had this vision of creating an online education platform where teachers from all across the country could support one another and could educate students all over the country, if not the world. I, So that's an awesome idea. I said, But how can I help you? And he said, well, there's a problem. He said, I don't have enough money. And I said, well, why is that a problem to him? And he starts going on and on telling you more about the school. And they said, Well, obviously I can't start the school without money. And I said, well, how much money do you actually need? And he looks at me and he says, I have no idea what that conversation lended to was the fact that he had no idea how much money he even needed to raise for this new education tech platform that he wants to create. So you can never, possibly acquire any amount of money. If you can't develop a plan for how much you want to raise and the amount of money that you actually need. So if he even met somebody in life or a venture capital firm where they started having a conversation about this randomly on the street as we were together. He'd have no idea what the tone. So he had no idea how much it's gonna cost him. And what we ended up talking through was that, look, if you don't if you don't want to have this conversation with somebody on the street in terms of how much money you need or how you're going to be successful with this business. You have to create a plan. And if you don't do that, you're going to lose the opportunity. He was so focused on the fact that he didn't have the money and he absolutely had no clarity and his life about how much money he needs to create this business. And that's what we all tend to do. So today what I wanna do is I want to walk you through a process to help you get absolute clarity about what you want to accomplish in your life and trying to create a breakthrough in this particular area of your life. So in order to do that, I do want to make sure that I share at least one more story with you where I can hammer out this point. So it becomes clear on why we need tremendous clarity and how to access energy in that clarity as well. So one of my other clients that I've been working with, she is a VP at a large company. She's had a lot of different projects going on. And she's also been working on a side project, a new business idea that she's had. And again, she's just trying to raise money for and I asked her how things were going. And she basically stalled for a moment. And she said, well, I need a raise about $0.5 million in order for this project to take off. And I said, Okay, well, how much money have you raised so far? And she basically said, I've only raised 50% of it and so about $250 thousand. And then she said. After I did that, I basically stopped and said, well, aren't you interested in this project? Why did you stop? And she said, Well, I'm really doubting whether or not I even wanna continue with this project. And she said Because again, if I raise the money for it, nominally more responsibilities, I'm going to have more work to do to figure out how to put all of this on my shoulders coupled with my work with my family and frankly, I can barely manage it as it is. So I just feel like I'm burning out. And we kind of went through this conversation. And she ultimately told me that she feels buried. And then we stopped and I said, well, that's not necessarily true. It's just decisions that you've made about what's going to happen if you raise the total amount of money to fund the actual project that you want to work on. So when we get back to that first tier of our successes, them, we started talking a little bit further and she goes on and on about talking about the work that she's been doing. And she said, I still get caught up in my unconscious decisions that had been making about what's right in front of me. And I said, You know what? You can make whatever decision you want. And it's actually always going to change your brain. And it's always going to allow you to create whatever you want life and to take the right action that leads to the decisions that you want so you can further fund this entire projects. So now that you understand that, do you actually wanted to the project? And she said, yes, I really want to do it. It's incredibly important to me. So as soon as she started to look at things to fill in, realised the importance Durer, and realize the trapping of the old belief system. She's talked, she started really talking about why it's important to her. She started having all sorts of ideas that lended to how she could potentially offload some of our workout outward by hiring a few more people and how she can get some more support at home and how she can manage that a little bit better. So she started to get the clarity she needed to figure out how to unlock time for herself, right? So long story short, she and I had a conversation a few days later and we started talking about the fundraising, right? She's still needed to raise 50% more in order for her to be able to carry out this project. And she calls me and she said I funded the whole thing. She said The moment I made the decision to really put all my energy into this, I started to create all sorts of opportunities. I met all sorts of people and people showed up out of nowhere for me. And essentially all of those people that I met are super intrigued by the project and they funded the entire ordeal. So she said, do you really believe that this happened? And I said, yeah, this is what I teach. So the issue for her instance wasn't that she wasn't clear that you want to do this, is that everything in her past, all those limiting decisions, those beliefs kept creeping in. Preventing her from seeing was what was right in front of her, which is these people, these resources, these opportunities all exist in front of her. She wasn't allowing herself, she wasn't giving yourself permission to see everything in front of her that would allow her to take the action that she wants. I wanna make sure that makes sense. So I'll pause for a moment and make sure you can digest all that. So we don't always have to do all the work that we think we need to do. We have to do the work inside of ourselves to change the outer world? We have to be conscious about the decisions that we're making and the decisions that we've made in the past. And we have to make sure that we're consistently bringing energy into our lives and the way that we actually want. And that way, again, you're going to be able to live a life that's congruent with what you actually want. So what happens after that is really that life sort of figuring things out for itself and life starts to bring things to us. And yes, I'm suggesting that we have to still take action. We can't just sit and inaction, wait for life to show up for us. But we have to be conscious of not holding back out of fear. So by creating a huge breakthrough in this area of your life, where you wanna go. And this is what we're going to talk about right now. Where I have been saying that you want to go from a six or an eight to ten. It's not so much about doing something, it's about doing something different. And in order to do that today, what we're gonna do is we're going to bring an additional layer of clarity into this area of real life. And before we get into today's process to really get into more clarity of that area in real life, I want to emphasize the importance of clarity. Clarity is really one of those things. That's one of the biggest, one of the biggest hacks that exists. And it's similar to decisions in the sense that when we make new decisions, we know that the brain doesn't really know the difference between the decisions. But we start to rewire our brain clarity as a way to continue to enhance that. So every time you add additional layer of detail to this bright picture of your future, your brain is constantly visualizing what's happening and it's creating small changes in the brain. And clarity and visualization are very much related. So to do this, to create tremendous clarity in your life, we are going to go through another visualization exercise. And it's going to help deepen those neural synaptic connections. So every time we go back and we envision, we've been visualizing the details that you create around clarity in the sorry, area life. So we can start to thicken those myelin sheath and they're continuously thickening and thickening and thickening. And what the brain does is it sort of goes to these new narrow synaptic connections by default. So again, where replacing the old limiting decisions with the new one by restructuring how our brain truly works. That's been proven by neuroscience. So the idea is if you have opportunities, you see the coincidence that you're manufacturing in your life and you get laser focus in your line with this clarity. So what I want you to do to start to experience this is we're gonna do it now together. And it's almost an identical process to what we've been doing together before, is helping you further imagine you're perfect day. So I really want you to get focused on this one area of your life that you've picked out that you want to have a tremendous breakthrough. And again, we've talked about this before. Maybe you want to land a promotion, maybe want to meet the man or woman of your dreams. Maybe you wanna take your business from six to seven figures and starts to grow and scale it. And again, if not speaking to a particular area of your life, don't worry about it. Go through this process and layer N and create additional detail about what you want in this area of your life. So what I would ask you to do is simply to use my words as cues through the visualization process. And we're going to do what we usually do. And I'm gonna ask you to go ahead and put everything down that you have in front of you. I want to invite you to relax for a moment and just close your eyes. And as usual, we're going to get grounded and we're going to take a deep inhale and a deep exhale. And another inhale, another Excel. And one more deep inhale. And one more exhale. I want you to think about this area of your life that you've been focusing on over the last couple of days. And I want you take knowledge where you are. It's what you wrote down in your decision matrix. And I want you to acknowledge where you want to be. And I want you for a moment to just express gratitude for where you are. I want you to access the energy that's inside of you and appreciate that you're in just the perfect place right now. That by being here, you've learned the things that you've needed to learn. You've met the people that you've needed to me. You've had the experiences that you need it to and have now prepared you for going effortlessly into the ten in this area of your life. Maybe it's relationship that you want to create our foster, maybe it's your business that you want to expand. Maybe it's people that you want to meet out work or in your personal life. Whatever it is. Just hold that in your mind. And I want you to start to build even more details around this goal in this area of your life. If it's a relationship, what is out there? So loci, where might you meet them? What is it that they might do? Are they a successful professionally? Or they enact, what are their values? And where might you go with them to join, spend your time together. And if nor are looking to grow your business or you're trying to take your career to the next level. What does that look like? Are you in the same office or working from home? Or you work in a different country. Has your team grown? Are there team-building activities that you're doing together now? Whether it be remotely or in person, how do you feel about how you show up to work everyday? When your work? Is that a ten? What does that feel like? Maybe you've been wanting to change some habits. No matter where you are. I want you to envision yourself in front of a mirror. And having created a tenon, this area of your life, what does it feel like? What does it look like? What does it look like to be this expanded version of yourself? What is it that you're talking about now with people in your life? What are you doing to share your experiences with them? I want you to fill in whatever detail makes sense to you, where you are. We are with what it feels like. And now that you've taken this area of your life to attend, I want you to continue to expand the details. I want you to make an even brighter, make this vision for this area of your life really bright. Like the sun is shining on every aspect of it. And bring it closer to you. Make it real, make it into a movie that you're projecting and creating array. Now, I want you to put your hand on your heart. And I want you to feel the gratitude that you have for all of the people, all the experiences that you've had, and all the hard work and the accomplishments. Not just in the outer world, but in the inner world that you've been willing to make. And you've gone through this journey of taking this area of your life from wherever it is today into the tens. And I want you to feel this deep sense of satisfaction. That you have right now in your heart. And have the appreciation for the fact that you've done it. And notice any other thoughts that come to mind. Any other details that come to mind. And allow yourself to see this expanded vision. And notice and say to yourself, I did it. I made this leap and this area of my life. And when you feel ready, I want you to go ahead and take another deep breath. And I want you to open your eyes. Welcome back. I hope you enjoyed that process. I always find a magical when we go through this process together because what we're doing is we're really putting ourselves into this relaxed state. And we allow ourselves to access this higher level of energy. And we're starting our gratitude and appreciation. And we tend to attract these details that we've never even thought of. And it's not by accident that those details, those ideas, those thoughts are occurring for us because we're literally changing or brain as we do this process. And we're starting to build new neural synaptic connections that represent the visualization as if we're having these memories that have already happened. And it gives us this access to a whole new level of creativity, inspiration, intuition, resources that make it a reality in our life. So as I mentioned before, there's really two powerful aspects of clarity. One is very practical and if we're not clear on what we want to accomplish, it's very hard for us to chart a course to wherever we want to go. And so I getting in a boat and going offshore from port and hoping you get somewhere, wherever you wanna go with are really no knowing what the destination. So that's not going to happen yet. Many of us do that. And what ends up happening is we wanna create something in our life, whether it's a relationship, work, or with a significant other. But we're so focused on what we don't like or what we don't have, that we want to achieve something new in our career. We want a new level in our business and we're focused on the struggles that we're having right now. And clarity is really the principle of power. It paves the way for successful creation, what we actually want to achieve in our lives. So what I want you to do right now is I want you again to document everything that you just felt and experienced than your journal. Every thing that comes to mind, all of the ideas, all of the opportunities, whether or not they make sense. But I guarantee you at some point in the future, they will say I want you to write everything down. And when you've done that, please go ahead and pause the video right now, and we'll come back and close out module four. 14. Daily Visualization : Welcome back. I get so zen after these visualization exercises. So let's bring back little of energy into the conversation. I hope you saw a true level of clarity that you've never seen before by going through this process. And I really want you to continue to reconnect to the success system, right? Because it's this idea that we've now made empowering decisions in our lives, where we're able to access a new level of energy through gratitude. And we can really now get this whole new level of clarity that's going to help lead us into the next module, which is all about questions. Because with questions we get confidence and were ultimately taking massive action our lives. And being one of those people that other people are finally going to look at and say, Hey, how does he or she do it, making it look like they're able to accomplish so much through this powerful action that you're taking. And it might take some people years, if not decades, to accomplish what you are going to do. And this is really the power of the structure. This is why we call it the unbreakable mindset. And we're gonna get into the principles of power. So what I want you to do is I want to add a node, another level, another component into your daily ritual, which is all about visualization. It's taking this clarity and the details that you've established and reinforced them through visualization. And what that really does is it creates these new neuro synaptic connections that we are continuously building. And you're establishing this level of clarity. And it's deepening and deepening and deepening and deepening. And again, this isn't woo-woo stuff. We can actually study the brain and see that the same neuro synaptic connections are lit up and the myelin sheath thicken and thick and thick and thick and, and this really increases the electrical pulse in our brains and it creates a tendency for the mind to go to these new neuro synaptic connections. And that's what we really want. Because what we're doing is we're taking all this mental energy, all of this focus, all of your attention and putting it into your desired outcome. And the reason why you've been stuck or at some plateau and this area of your life is because you haven't been able to put enough concerted attention, energy, and focus into that area. And you've been distracted mostly because of your limiting beliefs. So what we're doing this week and what you're going to continue to do is really stack everything up so you can access real power in your life. And we're going to add this ritual visualization into your morning routine. And your morning routine by the time we're done with all of it is going to be about 15 to 20 minutes every single morning. And I know a lot of people might be thinking, I already don't have enough time, but this actually creates time for you. This is one of the greatest hacks that I've ever experienced in my life and that I've ever found and implemented and seen the success of it. Because most of us waste so much time in our day on our limiting beliefs on the problems instead of d, gratitude and not being clear on what we want in our outcomes. And if we're able to set the stage in the morning, you'll have so much time throughout the rest of your day. You know, Gandhi had this incredible quote. And he know by now how much I loved Gandhi and his findings. And he basically said, I have so much time that m, that I have to meditate for two hours instead of one. And that's what he was talking about, is that you can literally create a state for the day by going through this morning routine to set yourself up for success. So what I invite you to do is just for about five minutes every single morning, go through visualization. And every time you do it, you can change it up a little bit. You don't have to focus on just this one area in your life. I think it'd be great for the rest of the week if you can go through this practice and really focus on the specific area that we want to ultimately change. But you can apply this to any area of your life and bring tremendous energy there. And sometimes for me, 80% of my visualizations are the same and 20% of them change. And what I want you to do is give yourself permission to see the different areas of your life that you want to perfect through visualization. So sometimes I'm going through my visualization and I might be looking at life through a different lens. I might be driving a different car, I might be in a different home. I'm hallways married to the same person, but you can allow yourself to go through this visualization to unfold however you want. But spend about 56, maybe seven minutes everyday on the visualization. And what you're really going to end up doing is reinforcing your empowering decisions. You're having gratitude for all the incredible things that are going on your life and all of the blessings that you've been gifted. And what you're doing is reinforcing the clarity that we've just established through the visualization exercise. And this whole process will end up taking you about 15 minutes. And by the time we get through day seven, I'm going to ask for you to commit a total of 20 minutes a day to this unbreakable mindset, the process that we've created together to help you rewire your brain. And now that you understand these principles, you understand why they're so, so powerful. We've all heard that visualization is powerful and that we should have gratitude. But this is really the science behind it. And essentially what you're doing is every morning, you're taking 20 minutes and you're rehearsing your future. And the reason why so many great artists are successful at what they do is because when they're practicing there, ultimately, preparing themselves to go out and show the world what they can do in public, right? And the people get rewarded in public for all the time they spend in practice. So what you're doing right now is you're practicing for your future. And that way, inevitably the right ideas, the right resources, the right perception, the right coincidences are going to show up for you. And you're gonna be able to take the right action in a very powerful way, in a very directed way. So I hope you've enjoyed getting some additional clarity today in this area of your life where we're creating transformation together. So this concludes module for day four. I'm really looking forward to tomorrow. So we're going to go through the principles of power and the power of questions, and how you can utilize questions to literally start to craft the right ideas, the right responses. And this is another part of the extraordinary, unbreakable mindset process. I'm looking forward to tomorrow. And I hope you've enjoyed adding some more clarity into your daily routine through the process of visualization. And what we're calling now is rehearsing for your future. Have an incredible day and I'll see you tomorrow. 15. De-coding the Power of Questions: Welcome back to day five, module five. So as always, I want to acknowledge you because as this seven-day program continues, you keep coming back. And what that tells me is that you're going to have an extraordinary life and you're going to understand and develop a habit, a system. And that's really going to help you create a breakthrough time and time and time again. Because that's what this program is really all about. And what we've started to do is we've started to look at the success systems. And the reason why we're working through the success system now is because we've acknowledged that we traditionally been operating in accordance with the ordinary system. And they might not necessarily lend to the type and quality of life that you want to live. Because in any area of your life where you're stuck, where you maybe hit a plateau. The key to understand is that we need to acknowledge this creation of energy. And what we've done through this ordinary state as we've been operating in a low energy state. And the reason we've been operating in a low energy state is because we've gotten stuck. And that first level of ordinary state is really about operating through your unconscious. We've been playing out these consistent limiting beliefs. Our inner conflict that we have learned that we've developed through the age of five. And what's happened is, is that your now really operating your life and constantly bumping into this inner conflict that isn't lending you to the life that you want. So this inner conflict, these limiting beliefs, might be about money, they might be about relationships, they might be about your career, your business. It can be about anything really in your life because we constantly make decisions. We've made millions of these decisions in our lives. And most of the time we're unaware of them where unconscious. So this becomes an incredible opportunity for you to create and literally shift how you think and change your mind. You can rewire your brain and become a more evolved human being. And as you're going through this and trying to break through this wall, you're trying to figure out how to overcome this plat. So one of the things that we're going to understand is that as we think about the inner conflict where these unconscious decisions that you've been making about your life, you're going to be able to clearly see how, number one, they don't feel good. So they keep you in an energy that keeps you trapped. It's really a low energy state. And number two, these decisions, even though you consciously wanted to create something that's over here, created a breakthrough that's exactly opposite. And I literally mean opposite of what you actually want to create, which is a more fulfilling life, a bigger business, promotion or breakthrough of some sort at your work. But on the other hand, what's happening is there's not enough energy and it becomes impossible in this, internal conflict starts to manifest. And what's really happening through this process is that we're not bringing enough energy, enough resourcefulness into the area of our life that really needs that attention, that focus. And that's what we've been talking about. As we've been really operating in accordance with the five primary drivers, whatever we believe determines how we think, how we think determines how we feel and however we feel, dictates our actions. Those actions ultimately lead and lend to some sort of result. And those results reinforce our belief system. So in any area where we haven't been creating the results that we want. Where we now know that the driver behind all of this is really that internal conflict, that limiting belief. And then what we did after that is we talked about the creation, about this distinction. The distinction is really the two millimetre distinction that helps you understand that limiting beliefs, our decisions, and that beliefs are decisions. And as adults, we have an opportunity to respond to our limiting beliefs that we developed very, very early in our lives. Because we acknowledged that they bring some sort of disempowerment, meaning that whatever experiences we had in the past, we have the ability to respond to it and now we can give ourselves permission to change it. And now that you're aware of this, now that you're aware that you have the ability to really tell yourself that money flows to me and that I can create a seven figure business or an aid figure business that I can create better relationships in my life. But the man or woman of my dreams, that I can't have a fulfilling career that I want, right? We have the ability to make these decisions. And even though I might not know the how, even though I don't necessarily know when these things will happen, I know that I can make a decision that all kinds of resources are constantly coming into my life. Certain people, circumstances will show up for me and whatever it is that I try to create an accomplished, I can decide that I'm going to trust the people, my life, that people, my business relationships. You can decide whatever it is. You can decide whatever you want. Those are your decisions to make. And what is so incredible about these decisions is really why we call it the power of decision. It's one of these four principles of power that I've started to introduce you to is that when you take a moment and you make a decision and you truly cleared out all of the limiting beliefs out of your life. You realize that you have full faith to make a new decision. Unconsciously, you might start to visualize, right? We've gone through a variety of different visualization exercises that I encourage you to continue to do on your own as a part of your morning routine. Through that process, you're going to start to build new neural synaptic connections. And if you're experiencing life the way you want it in that moment, the brain doesn't know the difference, right? So when the brain doesn't know the difference, you start to have this ability to truly change your mind, to rewire your mind. And your brain starts to think like this as if that thing has already happened. And that's how things really unfold for the most successful people in their lives. And you don't necessarily have to figure out the how before it happens. You really have to think through the decision itself. You don't necessarily have to commit to taking any sort of action that how will figure itself out through the energy that you're bringing to it. And visualization is a really key component for it because visualization allows us to create that brain change. And the other big thing that we talked about is the power of coincidence, right? The power of coincidence. Where are the right people, the right circumstances? They show up for you, right? You might get a random phone call, random email, or random text. And you don't know where this necessarily came from. But by taking the right actions through this highly energetic state, the right things start to show up for you. And we don't necessarily go deep into this, into this conversation. But if you really understand and start to learn more about quantum reality and metaphysics and the vibration of thought. You realize that there's this magic, there's this intelligence system that corresponds to whatever it is we're thinking about in our lives. That's really the power of decision. At that point, what we've done is we've created a really strong foundation, a strong energetic foundation of empowering decisions, which is whatever you decide to do. Every single morning, you're gonna start to look at your empowered structure and decision matrix that you've constructed for yourself. And you're going to find all the supporting evidence in your life to support this new empower decision. And some days you're going to feel like you don't believe it. But like I said, this doesn't happen overnight, right? Anybody who's ever started working out and doing sit, sit ups eventually create some six back for themselves. And this takes time. You literally start to unconsciously believe all the things that are required for you to create the life that you want. And it's really an incredible thing that if you continue to go through this work, you will start to see these coincidences show up in your life. And your going to sometimes hear the voice in your head. And voice in your head may be the worst enemy that you have, that you constantly judging yourself. You might be criticizing yourself, worrying or lending back into a state of overwhelm fear, anxiety. And so what I want you to really do is to imagine you have this kind of intellectual cheerleader between your ears, which is constantly there to find opportunities for you and helping you overcome some of these challenges and help you see the blessings, the gifts, that gratitude in your life. And that's the ability for yourself to literally retake control of your inner dialogue. To understand that there's tremendous amount of energy and the things that you're grateful for and the life that you've built for yourself thus far in the experiences that you've had. That inner cheerleader is there to support you. The next level we really talked about is about harnessing this energy. Once you go through the gratitude exercises, how do you harness this energy? Because your brain is looking to put energy in some area of your life. And because in the ordinary system, the mine focuses on problems in the world and in the success system, you're actually conscious about what's happening in the world. The way we perceive reality, it's hard decision. And again, this is a new muscle that we're building for you. So this takes a little bit of time and this takes a little bit of practice. You're not necessarily going to wake up every single morning feeling perfect. The goal is really to be able to acknowledge this and to be present in the moment that you might be having a thought or a feeling. And ask yourself if it aligns with your new empower decision. If it aligns with your new decision matrix that you built for yourself. So the goal again is to take control of what we're manufacturing in the external reality. And what you're going to start to do is you're going to start to notice when you focus on problems. And then you remember that we hacked problems. So if we look at it and said, well, this isn't really a problem in our lives. It's a gift or blessing or an opportunity or a learning. You know that this isn't really what it's all about. And what you've learned thus far is that it's important to see what's actually happening in that moment. And then what happens is a little bit of faith kicks in and we provided you a bunch of different examples about how this works. We went through this exercise and visualization kicked in. So literally life has been stacking all of these things in our life over and over and over again. And we gave herself permission to see how all of its unfolded thus far. Not just one we've been alive, but even all the way beforehand. And I'm sure that a lot of things will start working out for him. And when you live in this state, you maintain this high, high energy. You generate even more energy by consistently being more grateful. And that's why we've made it a part of our morning routine. And every single morning you're getting up, you're writing down your gratitudes and you're doing this gratitude exercise in your head or maybe on a piece of paper. And you start to go out on throughout your day and you're building this new muscle. You're literally conditioning your brain and you're creating these new neural synaptic connections so that we can make this our default method. And this is our default method for how we think. And I know a lot of positive people who might not necessarily be positive their entire lives. But they've done the work. They've literally train themselves to focus on what's working. And instead of focusing on problems, which is what the brain really wants to do through the ordinary system. It's the easy way out. But what they've done is they've created this empowered states so that they can operate through the success system. And from there, we were really able to establish clarity. And as I said before, clarity is about wanting to make sure that we're extremely clear about what it is where creating. Because we know that clarity when it's put in tandem with visualization, it reinforces those new neural synaptic connections again. So again, we talked about that it strengthens those myelin sheath in our brain and it thickens and thickens and thickens. And this is the process of rewiring your mind. And it's all about stacking these up forest, stacking these brilliant ideas, these thoughts, and the unfolding of the how. This is how you can quickly and more seamlessly operate through life. And it's sort of a double win. And the reason it's a double win is because not only does everything I explained feel good, but it also changes your brain. It also allows you to see more opportunities and take advantages of them and produce and create much, much more in your life. Because the problem is not that we don't have enough time. It's that we're wasting and dissipating so much of this time by living our life through the ordinary system, through this low energy stay where our mind and the brain just kind of start wandering and start operating in accordance with survival. So when we get clarity, we move on to questions. And this is where we build this energetic Foundation. We're clear on what we want to accomplish and we start to notice this fourth thing, this principle of power, which is questions because again, left to its own devices, the brain is going to constantly spin off really crappy questions. It's going to constantly ask you, how do you survive? And your brain is not conditioned to live in a state of thriving. And until you really start to train yourself to ask empowering questions, you're going to find that it just does what it needs to do. It operates in this lower energy state. It operates the limiting decisions because you've focused on all of these problems and you have no clarity. So let's look at your life and talk about questions. And the best way for me to do this is to really use a metaphor. And the metaphor is that your brain is like a search engine. It's this incredible technology just like Google. And you have to be conscious of what you're searching for. And what you're searching for is based on your questions. So when you're asking your internal search engine, it has no choice but to give you an answer. And that answer is really going to be dependent on the quality of questions that you ask it. So whether you ask your, yourself really, why is it my business as far along as it should be? Why am I relationship's not the way I want them to be? Why am I not getting a job that I want or the promotion that I think I deserve. Why don't I have as much wealth as I want to my life? What the search engine does is it looks at all your past experiences. And it looks at everything that's happened and it is forced to spit back an answer. And if you start asking your mind questions that you don't necessarily have an answer to. Your brain is literally going to tell you that there is no way to do it. Because as good as the brain really is, it only functions on the past. It can only look back on the past and bring to you something from the past into the present. That is the answer that it is providing you. But everything that you want in your growth is really in the unknown. And that's why I've encouraged not to worry about the how. And if you just stick with the success system, especially by the end of today's module, we're going to look at the action plan. That's going to become a lot clearer. Because there is an action plan where the answers exist that the questions that you ask yourselves. So the first thing that we need to do is really be aware of this. And we have to stop asking ourselves questions that are not congruent with the life that we want to live. The other thing is that the brain is always going to give you an answer to whatever question you ask. So if you ask why things aren't working out for you again, it literally takes all these images in your life and it starts to put it back in front of you and shows you why things aren't necessarily working out. Or if you're in a state of self-defeating talk, it's going to show you all the reasons that you've lost or you haven't done well. And so what I really wanna do for use with thought in mind is give you an example. And you know how much I love sharing examples. And again, I was working with him on one of my clients who is responsible for putting on and doing a lot of speaking engagements for his company. And what my client really said to me is, what if this next speaking engagement doesn't work out the way we want it to work out. And he had this big live event plan in front of them is about four to 56 months out. And they said, what if what if it doesn't work out and what if it really doesn't pan out the way we're anticipating into. And what he basically said to me is that we've gone through coaching sessions together. And I understand this whole process. And I'm still asking myself these questions about what if all the marketing dollars that we've put into the event don't materialize and don't attract the right amount of people. What if the people that show up are in interested in the product that we have cell. And I started asking him, are these the right questions or you want to be asking yourself? Because if you're not getting the response that you want, maybe you should change up your questions. So he was telling himself all the reasons, all the supporting evidence that he's Hannah's life while other events might not have been working out and bringing it to the present moment. And what's really happened is that the quality of the questions weren't necessarily lending him the life that he wanted to see in this event. So I asked, what's a better question that you can ask yourself? What, what types of questions would actually lend to this empowered state? And he said, well, I know I have four to five months from now. What do I need to do to actually plan and make sure this is a successful event. So that's a great question. And I said, and then he started thinking a little bit more and he said, I want to make sure that I attract the right people to this event. Who can I partner with? I? So that's another great question. And then he started to think about how to promote this event, how he's going to attract more people and sell more tickets to make sure that this event is ultra successful and he can share the product that is company is selling. And what that lended to is the right answers. The answers twos on questions that were already in his mind. And he started to ask himself really, really good questions. He started to use the brain in a really powerful way. Because what he's saying is, I have all of this life experience. So the brain is going to have to go find all of the people in the past that may be able to help you. But it's also allowing you and giving yourself permission to look at new communities, to look at people who are aligned with this type of work that you're doing. We're open to sharing the message that you wanna share and look and find all the people that exist out in the world. And you start to give yourself permission. And he started asking himself, who and what communities can I tap into to make sure that they not only promote my event, but they believe in it and they want to actually support it in the most powerful way. So these powerful questions really lended to powerful action, a created this powerful action plan that was allowing him to, rather than feel stuck in frustration and overwhelm and fear that this event wasn't gonna go exactly how we wanted. He realized that he has all the answers in front of him. He simply asked to go out and do the work, right? Because initially when we start to ask ourselves these limiting questions, the search result that we get doesn't feel good. So what we have to do is get present with our inner world. What's a search result that we want? And again, Let's go back to the question of, what if I'm not reading. And we talked together with my client and he was talking about, well, what if I'm not ready to go into the savanna? And he was fumbling and mumbling and, and maybe people in the audience, once he started visualizing himself in that event, weren't responding the way he wanted to. And he started thinking, well, what do I have to do to really create a more empowering experience for the people once they show up. And again, he recognized that he has four to five months to plan for this event and make sure that the products and services has companies putting out on stage are delivered in the right way. So he started thinking about all the content that needs to be created. A start to think about the structure for the content. That types of people that would be in the audience, that types of things that those people in the audience actually care about and how they think and how they operate, how they make decisions. This lended TO much more empowered state and this allowed him to remove all of that fear, frustration, anxiety in the actual creation of this speech and this marketing collateral that his company was going to put out at this event. And what that did was, again, it allowed him to create another action plan, a micro action plan to ensure that this whole event would come together the way we wanted. And I said these are incredibly powerful questions. And now he started to not only see but believe that this process works. And this entire process allowed him to create an incredible event. And it allowed him to not only find the right people to promote the event, to support him, them to support him there, but really to also attract new investment in human capital. And the event ended up being five times the size of the event that he initially envision. That's the power of the quality of questions. That's really what this whole process is about to ensure that you can start to ask yourself empowering questions. So what I want you to do going forward is really to think about what types of questions you've been asking yourself. And there's this exercise that I've put together for you in the workbook, for you to go through and think about all the unconscious questions that you've been asking yourself. All the disempowering questions that have existed throughout your life that had been lending to the results that the search engine is providing for you. And I want you to create a safe space for yourself to allow yourself to ask conscious questions that are going to empower you to move forward and really create the action plan that you want in your life so that you're asking yourself these empowering questions. And just like my client ID at the event, you're going to come up with new ideas, new opportunities, new plans that will help you go in the right direction. But as you've noticed, we've been focusing on the beam because if you properly become, life becomes very easily. But I also want you to have the opportunity or to write down all the unconscious questions that have always lended to the things that you don't want. So giving yourself permission to write both the unconscious and the conscious questions. I'll give you some time to do that right now. Go ahead and pause the video right now. And when you're ready to come back, I'm going to share with you some additional distinctions that are related to questions. And this is a really, really powerful way to move forward. So take a couple minutes right now, pause the video, go through this exercise and I'll see you shortly. 16. The Higher Power System: Alright, welcome back. And I gotta tell you, I wish we could communicate right now because I'd love to know what you realize from this process, what unconscious questions you've been asking yourself your entire life. Then. Now you can see so clearly. And these questions are not conducive with creating this high-energy state that would yield the responses that you want. And now that you know this, now that you know that your brain operates like a search engine, you know that you can create new empowering questions that help you develop an action plan to live the life that you actually want. So even though we can't communicate right now, if you feel comfortable and if you want to reach out, feel free to shoot me a message on LinkedIn and let me know how this process is going for you. Let me know some of the takeaways that you've had thus far. And equally of interest to me is understanding what questions you came up with that are empowering because this is really an art. This is something again that I said at the beginning of the program is listen, this whole thing is about progress. It's not about perfection. And I don't want you to be so hard on yourself because coming up with really empowering question is really an art. And it takes a while for us to consciously be aware of what we're unconsciously manufacturing in the back of our minds and start asking ourselves the right questions. Because self-awareness, it's really a new muscle. And I want you to understand that this is about giving yourself permission to ask these empowering questions. And I want to acknowledge you again for going through this process. Because if you continue to do this like anything else in your life, you're going to continue to improve. So what's going on right now is you're starting to write down these empowering questions. You're being aware of the questions you've been asking yourself unconsciously and really getting these unconscious answers. And what I want you to do now is ask yourself what's an even better question? Because the quality of the questions that you ask yourselves are ultimately going to lend to the quality of the answers that you get, which is ultimately going to lead to the quality of the life that you're living. Because whatever answers you get, you're going to establish an action plan for yourself and you're going to ultimately produce these results. So that's why questions are so important. That's why I've spent so much time on this today and why it's the fourth principle of power. Because when you create this energetic foundation through decisions and gratitude and clarity, and ask yourself these empowering questions, you start to create an effective action plan. So what I really want you to think about is what is the best possible question that I can ask myself right now? Because this is going to allow you to get these effective answers that are going to produce the best results for you. And by the way, I want you to understand that when you're going through this process, it's a continuous process of work. So we're gonna talk a little bit more about how to build on this in the next module, which is really about the fear of failure, right? And understanding how fear can sometimes creep n, even though we're asking ourselves really empowering questions. And the reason we're gonna go through this, because I want you to understand how to lead. Towards this ultimate success system. Because if you're constantly asking yourself the power of questions, effectively, what's going to happen is you're going to create that tremendous breakthrough that you never envision your life, but you're going to finally start to accomplish the things that you've always wanted to accomplish. So with that being said, we've talked about how the brain is like a search engine. And the search engine concept is something that I want to apply to a larger distinction because I'm going to share something with you today. That it's not just that the brain is like a search engine, but life is like a search engine. So every experience that we have in our lives, I've come to fully believe that I'm a 100% responsible for everything that happens in my life. So every experience that I have, I have created. This is understanding that I've gained by really looking at the cross section between psychology, neuroscience and spiritual teaching, as well as quantum physics. So it's this idea that life is really this intelligent system that's designed to produce a manufacturer for us experiences that are perfectly in alignment with our thoughts. And I'm definitely not the first person to say this. And in fact, I think one of the most popular authors of all time, Napoleon Hill said this in his book Think and Grow Rich, which is a book that sits on the bookshelf of most successful people. So if you haven't read it yet, I highly recommend you do. But really, he talks about this idea that thoughts are things. And I want to create for you this kind of additional metaphor, which is that our mind is like YouTube. So every experience that you have is that you ultimately get some sort of video result. And the challenges that we have and the experiences that we have that we don't like where we're not clear about what we actually want and we're not searching for the right things. That's the experiences that we've had in our past that aren't in alignment with what we want, then these searches produce this experience that actually goes back to module one, which is that decisions are beliefs. So life has no choice but to reflect back to what you believe about it. And if you look at any experience that you've ever had in your life that you don't like, that you haven't experienced the way things should have gone for you. It is somehow manufacturing itself through the lens of your beliefs. So if you feel frustrated that your career, your business isn't necessarily where you want it to be. And the fact that you haven't seen the results that you want yet. You're putting in over 80 or a 100 or a 120 hours a week into your process and it's not working for you. These are the experiences that you've created for yourself. And what's valuable and they experience is to see that we've searched for this and it's a reflection of everything that's happened in our past. Alright, so we're constantly being aware of the fact that where manufacturing or current experience based on things that have happened in the past. So the beauty of these experiences, the beauty of this sort of search engine, the YouTube like reality that we're living in. As that you're willing to take the time to look within. And when you have that experience, you're actually seeing what the decision or the unconscious belief that you've created. So the mistake that most people make is they think that experience is what caused the reaction. But it's actually quite the opposite. It's what's already inside of them. The belief that things never work out for them, or they don't know how to do something or that it only works out for other people. That's something that they learned very early on that became wired as a part of their neurophysiology. So life has no choice but to bring you an experience that reflects those decisions that you've made. And the beauty about all of this is that if you're present with your inner world when you experience it's something that was once unconscious, becomes conscious. And you go about thinking, oh my gosh, I didn't realize that's exactly I believed as a part of my life. And once you become aware of that, that you've believing that you've been believing something that isn't producing the results that you actually want or the experiences that you don't like. You can use these tools we've talked about in the program and shift your beliefs. And I know that we've talked a lot about the facts that beliefs are decisions, and that if you create a new decision at any point in your life, you're gonna start to operate through a more empowered state. I want you to always take a moment to give yourself permission to go back and look at what are some of your original beliefs that occurred over and over and over again in your life that we're lending themselves to results they didn't want. And if you can see that all of this was just a random conclusion that you came to them. And it was never really true. But what's been happening is that life has been manufacturing all of these experiences over and over and over again for you. Because that is the state of your old belief system. And that's the nature of reality. So they experiences that you have in life are really like search results. And the challenges that we know how to use search engines much better than we know how to use our brain. Because we spend so much of our time focusing on the outer world rather than focusing on our inner world. And if you want to change, and if you want to really understand these external circumstances, you have to realize that your external circumstances are really a byproduct of your internal world. And the search requests that you've been making that are producing the search results in your life, whatever your experiences are, the decisions that you're making based on your belief system. So if you've made a decision that a significant other is unfaithful or you made a decision that You are never going to be successful in your career. You made a decision that your business isn't going to thrive. That is, what's happening in your life is that life is spitting out you the results in the search engine. That is the experience that you're seeing now in the real world. So this is really a little bit of what I want to kind of explain to you about the metaphysics and the science behind coincidence because it's really important for us to buy into this, to really understand and understand how it works. So we can really manufacturer coincidence and our life. Because ultimately there's no coincidence that things show up based on what you believe things show up for you that you don't like. So I want to give you a specific distinction. I call the system the higher power system. You can call whatever you want. You can call it God, you can call a lie. You can call it spirituality, the universe, divine intelligence. But there's this massive intelligence that permeates throughout life. And this is a gift that keeps on giving throughout our lives. The challenges is that a lot of times we're not aware of what we're thinking and we're producing results that we don't want because that's actually what we believe. But the reality is that most people aren't aware of what they're thinking. You look at the processes that we've gone through today and over the last few days together, over the last five days at this point. And there's so much that takes place at the unconscious level that really dictates our destiny. So I share this with you because if you can start to not blame or react to the past experiences that you're having in your life that you don't like, but really start paying attention. So the reaction, this will allow you to be even more constructive and productive and empowered at this very first level of your success system, which is the power of decision where we reveal to you that the unconscious decisions and beliefs that you have about life really aren't serving you the way you want. So with that said, I left you with a little bit of space in your workbook. And again, feel free to expand in your own journal because you may want to think about what's an experience that you've had recently that you didn't like, might be an argument with somebody. It might be a co-worker, might be a conversation at the store. But really think about what happened there. And think about what you expect it to happen there. And I would pick something that's really triggered you that had real meaning and implication in your life that gave you this negative emotional reaction. And I want you to write that down right now. And I want you to pay attention to what you believe about that experience, what you believe about yourself, what you believe about how the people in your life are always showing up a certain way, how things aren't working out for you the right way. And I really want you to write all of this down. Because if you understand the system and everything that I've been explaining thus far and everything that we built upon together, it's really not that experienced that caused you to react that way. It's that these unconscious decisions that you've been holding inside of me for so long are producing the experience that you had. And we talk a lot about hacks and really how to rewire our brand and how to hack time, how to hack fear, how to access different types of problems and really experience a life hack. And it starts with looking at experiences in your, in your own life and understanding that where manufacturing this creation. And if you look at this creation in a particularly different way, you understand that you can really transform your life and you can take it to the next level. So again, what I want you to do is write down this experience that you have this week. Really. Think about what that felt like. Think about what that meant to you, what reaction had triggered and understand that we have the power to recognize the unconscious beliefs that are manifesting in our lives, that we're manufacturing these experiences based on old decisions. So what I want you to do is go through this process right now and understand that we have more to build on together. And tomorrow we're gonna talk about overcoming fear. Because fear will naturally creep in no matter how empowered our decisions or actions or beliefs become, we need to understand and develop a better relationship with fear. So what that said, this really concludes the end of day five and I want to remind you to keep up with your daily rituals so that we're constantly adding and stacking to this ritual. And as you're looking at your new primary decisions that you've made that now have this new supporting evidence in your life, you're starting to create new neural synaptic connections. You're looking at all the things that you're grateful for in your life and your journaling about your gratitude. You're reinforcing this through high-energy. And you're taking the time and you're giving yourself the time to go through the visualization process, which is really about helping you provide clarity and too thick and thick and this myelin sheath and sheep that exists in your brain and it helps reinforce the neuro synaptic connections. So I wanted to continue to deepen this and really deepen this process for yourself today because it's all about brain change. So I want you to stack powerful questions on top of themselves, but also understand that there are things that will come up from the past. And every single day you're going to start to see the old patterns and you're gonna start to supplement them with your new belief system. And you're going to start creating new empowered questions and these empowering questions, we're going to start to ask us what's a better questions so you can continue to yield and lead to better results and better action. And get really specific about these questions. So you want to ask ourselves, and this will become a part of your daily practice that you're going to go into. And you're gonna start to conclude with empowered questions that will allow you to set action in a powerful way. Because once you've made these empowered decisions about the life that you want to live to the energy through the gratitude, you get this complete clarity. And now you're really continuously training your brain. So in the next module, we're going to talk about fear. But for now I want you to take the time to write down about your experience that you had over the last week. Recognize what are some of the beliefs that you have? A rounded, ask yourselves what type of questions you are asking yourself in that moment. And then start to document what are some of the better questions you could be asking yourself. Because this will allow yourself to train how to ask empowered questions and it will stack upon your daily ritual. Go ahead and pause the video and I'll see you tomorrow. 17. Introduction Fear: Welcome back to day six. D6 is really about how do we hack the fear of failure. And again, I want to acknowledge you for being here and going through all of the work or a six out of seven days there, you're doing incredible work. So with that being said, I'm expecting you by now to have some tremendous realizations and some self-discovery is that you've gone through over the last couple of days. I really just want you to appreciate the fact that you're doing the work. Because very few people go through this process. And as always, I want to start off by going through what we've accomplished together and going through the recap. Because I believe that as we commit this to memory, we understand how this process builds. And as we continue to build together and we keep creating this extraordinary life for you. And as we continue to understand and utilize the systems that most of the successful people in the world have used, the principles of power and how to really create this unbreakable mindset and transform our lives by transforming our brain, we can ultimately become a different human being. And that person is who we want to become and that person is who lives their life in the tens and for ourselves, that can mean having more confidence, more freedom, more financial abundance, more success, more contribution, more joy, more connections, more relationships, more intimacy. You want to be passionate about what it is you're doing in your life. And in order to do that, we have to become more. And if we are going to become more, we have to identify our limitations that are inside of ourselves that have been there for so many years. And we've built up in the first five to seven years of our lives because that's what's really holding us back. We've gone through this process. We've talked about what that looks like. And these are really the constraints that are preventing us from having true fulfillment and having success in our lives. So again, I just wanna recap. What have we done? What we've really done is we've identified the type of life that you really want. And we're calling this the tens, right? This is exactly where you want to be. And we identified one area of your life where we haven't been living in the tens and where we wanted to create tremendous breakthrough. And we realize that there's this core conflict, this inner conflict that's been holding us back. And it's centers around our limiting beliefs. And he's limiting beliefs come from a very early age in our lives. And it's not just that these limiting beliefs or some sort of fluff that we experience, but it's literally something our brain has recorded and it gives it meaning and it's attributed this meaning that isn't allowing you to live the life that you want. So this whole process has been about rewiring your brain. And what's happened is, is as you move forward in life, because the brain works, what it's doing is it's always bringing up past experiences into the present moment. So it tries to understand what's going on in the present moment by looking at what's happened in the past and you end up getting caught in the cybernetic loop of everything you've experienced before. And that's not what you want, that's not what's going to allow you to live the life that you truly want. And it's preventing us from creating breakthroughs and from creating this energy that you need in order to apply it to that area of your life. Or you might be at a six or an eight and you want to create a ten. Because these limiting beliefs, this internal conflict, it always drains or energy. And as I've introduced this topic to you and showed you the success model, that doesn't allow you to move forward and take action. And this action is what we need to create the actual results we want in our life. So what did we do in this whole process? What we really did is we kind of academically went deep into our beliefs and looked at what our beliefs. And we realized that those beliefs are decisions. And we made a two millimeter distinction. And what I did was I introduced two to kind of this important distinction around what is work and what the personal development work really entails. And it entails understanding that beliefs are decisions and we have the power to make new decisions. We can create whatever it is we want. We don't have to continue to decide that money is hard to make. We don't have to continue to decide that we can't trust people in our lives because of past experiences. We don't have to decide that all the rules and contracts that were put in place in the corporate setting in the business world need to apply to our lives and they don't have hold us back. We've made this a possibility for ourselves by acknowledging that beliefs are decisions. And when we do that, because we have this powerful technology inside of our brains between our two ears. We can start to manipulate it, and we can start to train it and roll it and start to look at the world by attracting new ideas and really activating this incredible coincidence inside of ourselves. And what that does is create a life that's congruent with what you actually want to literally start to become the person we've always wanted to become and we start to live it out that way. So we started looking at the essential model of energy. We said that once we establish this really important foundation where we've cleared everything out from the past. We really consciously reconstructed everything and we're consciously deciding what we want to decide going forward. So that, that way we can harness new energy through gratitude, through appreciation. And this energy is so important because it's what allows us to tap into a higher level of thinking. And this higher intelligence that we discussed, this creativity, this intuition, this inspiration, and everything that we want comes from the Senate. Because bringing energy and resources into this area of your life, that's where we create more momentum. That's where we start to get clarity. But before we really get into clarity, we understood that there are problems. Problems will naturally arise. And what we talked about is that we now know that problems don't necessarily exist. We deconstructed what they are. And we said that the problem isn't the problem. The problem is the meaning that you're giving the problem, the problems that you're giving meaning to this experience you're having out in the real world. And if we choose to give a different meaning, and we find that there's a gift or blessing or some greater purpose in this experience. I told you about my friend who's grandfather had coded and kind of what happened in that moment, he gave gratitude and realized that this experience allowed him to have more meaningful connection, more meaningful time in communicating with those grandfather via FaceTime every single day. Through that process, through the process of energy, we can transform every single challenge that we have into an opportunity. And then we looked at clarity. We said that now that we've harnessed all of this energy, how do we get really clear about what we want in our lives? And how do we bring this clarity into our lives in a way that we allow ourselves to really create brain change and to define the small nuances in details of every single aspect in our lives. So we start to experience true brain change by imagination, right? We start to experience this new process of rebuilding our neural synaptic connections. We kind of replace the old ones with the new ones. And we start to do this through a process of visualization that we learned. We can deepen and deepen these mile Ethan sheets inside of our brain. And as they thicken and thick and thick and we create new neural synaptic connections. And that's what, that's what this really is all about. And that's kind of this process of developing an unbreakable mindset and really rewiring your brain. And after we go through that process, we get tremendous clarity. And through clarity we start to ask great questions. So we went through this process of question asking. And what we realized is that we haven't been resourceful in our life because we haven't been asking ourselves quality questions. And what we found is that we've constantly been in survival mode and we've asked ourselves the survival based questions. These are really automatic questions that your brain house, right? So what happens is, is when we create Conscious based questions, were no longer living through our limiting beliefs, were starting to ask empowered questions. When we start to ask empowered questions, those questions tend to lend and attract everything in our brain, everything in our search engine that we want to experience in our life, we start to reinforce that we can have these quality experiences. We do have the ability to make better decisions. And no matter what question you ask, not only do we kind of search and our own personal history, but we literally kinda searched through all the thoughts that exist in the sphere. And then we come up with the right answers. And those right answers are ultimately what leads to success. And that next level in our life. That was a mouthful. But we've covered a lot of ground in five days. And again, I want to acknowledge you for going through this process. What we're gonna do today is we're going to look at everything that's preventing you from moving forward. Now that we've set ourselves up for success, now that we're operating in accordance to the mental habits and a mental principles of the unbreakable mindset that the most successful people in the world actually live their life by. But there are things that could slow us down and the answer is really, really straightforward. And as you can imagine, called fear. Fear can really prevent us from one of two things. Either actually executing on whatever action plan that you've created that has evolved out of the good questions in this high-energy state and the decision matrix that you've created for yourself. Fear can prevent us from executing on that action plan. Or as we start to execute on the action plan, as we get the results that we might not expect us, things that I'll perfectly work out as we expected them to. Fear will naturally kick in. And what happens then is you will revert back to the same way you are operating. And as you were before, the pyramid flips upside down again and we start to operate like most people do, like ordinary people. And I know that you're a high achiever, and I know that you're very successful in many areas of your life. And you might be thinking, Listen, I don't stop moving forward in my life when things are not going the way I expect them to, I just continue to make progress. And that might be true. But in some areas of your life, what I found is that different people are comfortable in different areas. And through that realization, some people might not mind being rejected from dating. And they can go out and keep asking the next person and the next person. Some people might not mind being rejected by clients. If you're in a sales role or your owl building your own business, you might be okay with that process, but not everyone handles rejection the same way. So you may be successful in one area of your life. But again, we need a bring extraordinary energy and another area of your life and that way you can create breakthroughs and live a uniform life that is extraordinary but allows you to bring energy into different areas that you genuinely care about in this moment. And that's what this process is really. And I really haven't met anybody who has moved continuously fearlessly throughout their life. In some area of your life, you're naturally going to experience fear and fear may stop you. So what I really wanna do is look at this area of your life that you've been working through the last couple of days and you've gone through this process over the course of these five days because ultimately, there might be some hesitation. And if there wasn't hesitation here, you'd already be in your action plan achieving whatever it is that you want to achieve. And we wouldn't necessarily be talking about this specific area of your life. What I've learned is, as we look at this area of your life, it's because there's something preventing you from moving forward. And somewhere in the success stack that we talked about that the most successful people go through and it's either in your limiting beliefs or you might be finding problems, or it's the absence of clarity, or you might be asking yourselves great questions. Or you haven't created the action plan because fears preventing you from moving forward and doing the things that you actually need to do in order to do one of those five things. So today, what I wanna do is I want to overcome fear. And in particular, I want to overcome the fear of failure. And I'm not talking about primal fear. I'm not talking about the fear of heights. I'm not talking about the fear of spiders or the fear of darkness. But what I really wanna talk about is the fear of failure. Because what really ends up happening is the brain cannot stand the idea of the unknown. And that's where fear really comes from when you start to move into this area of your life. For a, you don't have any familiarity. Remember, the way the brain works. The brain is always looking at the present moment. And it's looking at the past and saying, what do we have from the past to understand the new thing over here? And if you can't find anything, a moves into fight or flight mode. And that's really what the problem becomes. And that's not necessarily where we want to be sitting and channeling energy. So the brain is really, really good at survival, but it's not designed for thriving. It's because everything that you want is actually in the unknown. Everything that you want in the future doesn't exist today. And if you try to think your way through it to allow your brain to do whatever it is it needs to do to support you. Fear will naturally kick in. And that's oftentimes what happens fear whether or not it's going to go right to not working. It's gonna go right back to how it's going to find all the reasons why it's not going to permit you to do whatever it is that you want to do. So knowing that as we pull back, as a result of this fear, it's like we run into this invisible tractor beam and it constantly poses back. So what we really need to do, what we want to do is understand fear and how to overcome this fear of failure. Fear of failure in particular, while we're having this conversation, while we're consciously observing what fear is, we're doing a lot of the work. And that's the important thing to realize is that we're consciously having this conversation about what fear is wall where in a neutral state. And we're consciously designing new empowering beliefs in this process. So the moment when limiting beliefs kick in, we have something to shift our mind too. We have something to shift our attention to. And that's what I've been calling the work. And that's the work that you've been doing over the last couple of days. So now we have to have a conscious conversation and deconstruct this idea of fear. And what we do is we take a look at everything that we've experienced in life and everything that I've experienced my own life. And I've had the pleasure of working with hundreds of other people on the fear, fear of failure. And what I've learned is that there's always one of four things. And I like to call this the four gifts of failure and all kind of go through each one with you really quickly right now. And then we're going to dive deep into this in the next section. And we're going to talk about kind of the fear of failure itself. And I always say that it's really one of four things. Fear is either a learning process, fear as either a redirection to something even better. It's a reflection back to you about something you might not have known about yourself. Or the last thing, fear can be called a setup. And I'll explain what a setup is a little bit later. Because as we define what fear really is and kind of walk through each one of these. We're going to discuss in detail how you may be experiencing each one of these throughout your life and really how to develop a better relationship with fear itself. We're going to deconstruct some of these perceived problems. And we're going to understand that fear is really a gift and we have the power to overcome fear itself. So what I wanna do is make sure that we have a good understanding of what we're about to do together and we're going to explore. So hop on in into the next section and we'll talk about the four gifts of failure. 18. The Four Gifts of Failure: So I want to give you a personal example of the first of the four gifts of failure. Which is that whenever we experience whatever we perceive as failure, it's actually a learning. There's some sort of education that's taking place and that's really for our universal benefit. And so let me stop for a minute and really explained what do I mean by universe. So let me get back into my spiritual mode for a second and really showcase that there is a higher intelligent part of you that actually knows more about what you want and more about what you're going to need to know or learn, or what you need to do in order to experience whatever it is that you need to experience or who you need to meet. But really it's about understanding that it's helping you create whatever it is you want to create in this world are in your future. But it knows, it's constantly guiding you. It's guiding you through the process of learning, through the process of redirection, through the process of reflection, and through the Grand setup. So what's really important to understand and to take in is that while we have certain outcomes that we want to accomplish, there's really another plan at work at the same time. So oftentimes we set out with a particular goal in mind or a particular outcome, and it doesn't happen. And the truth is, it's not supposed to happen. Instead, it's really one of the gifts of failure. So we're gonna go into each one of these. We're going to talk about different examples. And the first one is really about learning. So several years ago, I set out to start a blockchain company and specifically in the energy field them, and I saw an opportunity to build this during the last cryptocurrency boom during 2017. So I made this decision that that's what I wanted to do at the time and I was super excited about it. I'd tremendous clarity, or at least I thought that I wanted to create this platform. And I was asking all the right questions of the time. And as the universe would have it, it connected me with two people who I thought were perfect to collaborate with, to partner with and really start working on this venture together. One of them was based in Israel, the other one was based in Argentina. We both had similar visions and views on how this product can really come together. How does Blockchain technology will enable the future of energy? So we started this business and every week I would meet potential investors and I would pitch this business idea on and hopes of really raising capital for this product, for this vision that we had for the world. And as we worked on this business, I noticed that some things weren't going right. Some of the numbers weren't making sense. And I noticed that the people that I started working with weren't showing up and putting in the effort the same way that I was. And what I really found out later was that my two partners at the time had basically started pumping any capital that we put in ourselves into the crypto market and we're starting to basically day trade with it and figure out how to make more money for themselves. So the long story short is that after six months of work and together we folded up that business. We basically said let's part ways. And at that time I looked at it as a tremendous failure. I mean, I add invested hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of hours of my time and I invested a tremendous amount of energy in my own capital into the business. And I remember thinking at the time, how can I create what I call positive spin out of this, a learning and really figure out what is the gift in this moment. And it was a couple of years later that I actually started developing this business, which is my coaching practice, which is my passion. I love to teach and share this knowledge about how to develop an unbreakable mindset. And I was contributing in my own ways over the last couple of years, but it really all came together. And it was through speaking and through teaching and through my trainings that you might call my mission, my purpose, my greater being and calling in life. That I started this business and this business started to grow. Because what I realized is that I was able to leverage a lot of the relationships that I had Bill while working on that business, that business that I deemed a failure at the time. And these relationships really afforded me opportunities to speak at various companies and events and organizations, and it connected me with a bunch of different clients. What I realized in hindsight was that my destiny wasn't supposed to include the successful blockchain business. The reason why I was attracted are attracted to those partners was because I needed to go through that experience where I could meet these people that I would one day work with, which is now. So wasn't a failure. It was the first gift, which is learning. The second gift. A failure is redirection. And I'm sure that we've all experienced this in one form or another, which is when your girlfriend or your boyfriend breaks up with you and at that time, you're absolutely devastated. You cannot believe it because they were the one you finally had met the one and now the one has left you and the one will never show up again. And of course, what happens is that relationship redirects you to another relationship where you've now met the one plus, or you've been working at a job that you really, really love and you get that notice one day that you've been like and you can't make any sense of it, how could you possibly be let go from this company that you've put in so much effort into. But you look backwards now and you see the job that you have today. You never would have had, had you not been let go from the last one. So there's many examples of this throughout history, and I really want to share this one particular example with you about redirection, because it's a really beautiful example about how this shows up in the world and how some people are redirected to the right place, to their mission, to their vision, and how this process really works. So one of the greatest people that highlights what redirection looks like as virile way. And Vera Wang had spent 13 years as a young person. Training to be a figure skater at the Olympics. So she put in a tremendous amount of effort and time, and it took over a decade of her life to compete at the highest of levels. And just before the announcement of the 1968 Olympics game, she was announced that she hadn't made the cut. It had been announced that all this work, all this effort didn't actually pan out what she thought it would be. And then essentially what happened there. Kinda flipped her career and said, I'm going to go work for Vogue magazine. She became an editor for Vogue and she was vying for the position of editor in chief and shoes overlooked for that position, and that position was given to somebody else. So here she was in her late thirties feeling like a failure. And the two big things that she had set out to accomplish, she did not accomplish. But what really happened was that her life redirected her and she was redirected to the thing that she's doing today, which is that she started making wedding gowns for weddings and is now doing this. And now she's created a billion-dollar business, which is really what she was meant to be doing. So if you think about this and you really look at her history and all the experiences that she had, which could have been perceived as a failure at the time. But ultimately what they were was this second gift, which is a redirection to take place in your life, where we can utilize our talents, our passion or purpose, and ultimately live out the life that we were meant to authentically. So sometimes I understand it gets really, really challenged. It gets tough because until we get there, we don't see how it's possible. We can't, we can't really understand how we're going to move forward from this perceived failure. But as Steve Jobs really puts this eloquently, which is, we cannot connect the dots until we're looking backwards. So part of being willing to endure this fear of failure is knowing that what you're experiencing is either a learning or a redirection or one of the other two gifts. So the third gift that failure is what I call reflection. Now reflection really needs a larger explanation. So I wanna take the time to explain this to you because it's very important. It's really about understanding the science behind how we manufacture every single experience that we have in our life. How were fully responsible for every single interaction and every single experience that we have in our life. And that every experience that we have is simply a reflection of our belief system. It's a reflection of the structure in the wiring of the brain. So we've talked a little bit about how our life is like a search engine. And that whatever question we asked, the brain is simply going to search itself. And it's going to look at all the vibrations in your life and give you an answer. But the reality is again, we know that life is like a search engine. And in fact, I like to say that life is like YouTube. So the search results are the experiences that you're having in life. And the reason why we really don't see that life is like a search engine, is because we're not conscious of the fact that we're searching all the time. We see the results and we call it an experience. And we think that life is just happening. And we hope life happens in a way that's beneficial to us and not detrimental. But the reality is, is that we're manufacturing every single experience that we have. So if the experience is a reflection of the search result or the search request or the decisions that you've made about life. And that's why it's so important and that's why we spent so much time building a decision matrix, because life is always going to reflect back to the decisions that you've made about it. So the reflection is this idea that you may be experiencing something in your life that you're calling a failure and you've deemed a failure. But actually, it's the experience that you're having. It's that personal revelation. So I'll give you an example of what this looks like because I always believe it's important to support this with a clear and vivid visualization of what this looks like. So I wanna give you an example. And I had this client that I was working with who in his own words, he had been screwed out of three senior leadership positions every single time. He said that some bully like VP or C-Suite leader told him that he wasn't ready and he might never get promoted. And that every single situation, something that happened where he consistently got screwed. And in the first situation, he was one of the most successful sales leaders in this company, where he had closed over $25 million in revenue that year. However, his VP of Sales downplayed everything that he had done and he simply said that all of his hard work was a reflection of luck and he didn't deserve anything. And the second instance he said that he had been working for a company where he basically help expand the company internationally. He helped turn it into this multimillion dollar business and became this massive international distribution center. And again, he went through this experience thinking that he would get a promotion. But again, what ended up happening was that company cut him out of the company, he got fired. And the third instance, he said he was about to be promoted to become VP by the end of the year. That's what he was told. But again, instead, the company went through every structuring because it was bought out by a private equity firm. And then what ended up happening was he got cut again. So he ultimately went into tremendous mental distress. So when I met him, he was looking at creating his own business at this time because he felt like he couldn't work for another company and he was entering it with the belief that you can't do business with anyone because they're always going to screw you. So as we continue to work together, I helped them see that this was a decision that he had made a long, long time ago because of something that had happened to him when he was really a and that all of these experiences weren't actually failures. They were reflections of his past. And life was simply mirroring his internal world. And you know, there's one thing that all philosophers and spiritualists in the world agree upon is that your inner world as the cause and your outer world is the effect. But we really, truly don't live that way. When you start to look at life and you start to understand this through this new paradigm. You can see that many of the experiences that you've had that you decided where failures are actually personal revelations that reflect what's inside of us. And that's truly what's been creating them all of this time. Now, the beauty of all this is that once you start to realize this, you can really start to change your internal decision matrix and you can change your external reality. And I know we've gone super deep on this concept. But again, I want you to remember that it's the idea that this technology between our ears is literally manufacturing. They experiences that you're having in life. Not just from the perception standpoint which we've clearly established, but really from the experience that this is what shows up for you because it's predicated on an old limiting belief system. So as you start to move through life now and you can look at every single experience as a learning, or as a redirection, or as a reflection. And it's tremendously empowering because now that you understand that you are fully responsible for your life, this is really what the third gift is all about. It's about reflection of what's inside of us that's created this external circumstance. And again, it gives you the opportunity to become aware of all of your limiting beliefs that have been generating the experiences in your life. So use your toolkit to transform them. And this toolkit will serve you time and time again. And it's really not that complex, because what we've realized is that beliefs are decisions at any point you can make a decision. You can go back and look at the original decision that you adopt it that's causing you this, and understand that there's a gift inside all of it. So what you're seeing is that you have this toolkit that we continue to use and we have this idea that we have that flexibility to interpret the world around us in a very different way. And that life is always working for us and that it's some sort of blessing or a gift. And again, I want to go back to the example of my client and really expand on this and show you how this became a reflection for him. He had started to look at old patterns constantly surfaced and as life and there are reoccurring patterns that he looked at every single leader in his life as somebody who would inevitably betray him. And when we went back and we looked at as life, we saw that of course. And unfortunately, his father had abused him. He had developed this belief that people cannot be trusted, that people in some sort of authority cannot be trusted ever. So what life was really doing was reflecting back to him over and over and over again this belief. And if you go back to the success system, you can see how he was setting himself up for failure because he believed that he couldn't trust people of authority. He saw problems every single time that he encountered them. He absolutely had no clarity about what type of relationship he wanted to establish with people who were authority figures and they simply were not healthy relationships. So all of the questions that he had been asking himself or disempowering around all of these authority figures study madness life. So every single time you had an experience and it resulted in something that he would deem a failure. He had this realization that all of these authority figures again or trying to screw amount of something. But what we did in our conversations is that we talked about flipping the model upside down. And when we flipped the model upside down and started to look at things through the success model. We said, is it true that you had this experience with your father? And of course it was. But then we said, let's look at all the evidence where you've had relationships with authority figures who were extremely supportive, who were there for you, who provided you guidance, who empowered you. And what turned out is that he gave himself permission to look at all the evidence that was right in front of him. He started paying attention to everything in his life where authority figures were actually helping them be successful. And if you start to look at where he was successful, he started to understand that it was because all of these authority figures were consistently there for them. And what's really happening is that oftentimes the pain that we've experienced in our life. And again, there's varying levels of pain. It requires a level of healing. And after that, he feelings really comes the gift. The gift and understanding that we can contribute to the world and we don't have to live life through our limiting beliefs, through these decisions, these experiences that happened in our past. So at once, he blamed his abusive father for everything that happened in this life. And afterwards he started to look at life through the gratitude of understanding that there were people in his life who are supportive, who were there for them. So he could look now back at that experience openly and objectively. And once he did that, he had more understanding of what that was supposed to teach them, what that situation could do form. Energy he could harness from it as hard as it is. He started to realize that there was gratitude and every single moment NADH from the abusive part of it, but from the experience that he was having with other authority people in his life. And he started to ask himself really empowering questions about what type of person you could be, the type of authority figure he could be for other people, how people would inevitably look up to. And once those ideas came up, he started to take the appropriate action. The action that was an alignment with the success model. And what I'm really excited to tell you is that He now has this extraordinary business that he's built with varying partners and he's extremely satisfied and gratified him with everything that he now sees through the lens of the success model. So often times when I think back to the conversations that I had with them, is that we have to go through this process of reflection. And it might not always feel good. But as we commit to the process, we start to realize that we don't have to deem everything as a failure or a missed opportunity. And we have the ability to reflect on it, to find the gratitude and the learning in it, and understand that life is potentially just reflecting back to us what we've experienced through a limiting decision. And the fourth gift of failure is the setup. And the setup is definitely my favorite gift of all four failures because it holds a personal place in my heart. So what is the setup? The setup is, at some point your life, you're going to have something that happens of such great magnitude of failure. And it doesn't make any sense at the time how it could possibly be any sort of gift. And what happens is you're going to try to make sense of it and you can't, and you go through this experience and time simply needs to pass. And what happens is, is that there's some sort of combination of redirection, reflection or the learning in a really massive way. And that higher intelligent part of you that ultimately knows what you're going to want in terms of fulfillment and your life is moving you through the setup to get you to where you need to be. So I want to share with you an example of how this showed up in my life and really highlight how this setup works. So at 1, I was a very successful sales leader in my career and I realized one day that I was incredibly unhappy. I had been working my corporate job and I built this whole life around it and I was genuinely unhappy. I was miserable despite the fact that I was earning a great salary, is well-respected at my company, by my clients, by my peers, by everyone on my team. But I was simply unhappy. And it was through this massive realization and interruption in my life that I actually found what I'm doing now. And for years I've been fascinated with how the brain works. I'd studied all sorts of psychology books, neuroscience books, and really was fascinated why humans behave in a certain way. And then I became fascinated with the brain. And I had a particular coach years ago who introduced me to spirituality and neuroscience. And I started to see how those things blend together. And I had gone through the last couple years of my career really thinking, what if I could do this thing over here where I taught people more about the combination of neuroscience, spirituality, mindset, how it can really empower them. But I was living in the world over here where I was unhappy, OS unsatisfied, and I was making a lot of money, but I wasn't necessarily enjoying life. And this whole event, this whole process was really the culmination of a massive failure that was about to happen. That became this chaotic moment in my life where I was just so unhappy that I quit my job. I basically left my entire salary and said I need to figure out something else and I need to do something else. In my life, I had spent over $200 thousand getting to different masters degrees, invested all this time and building all these relationships, putting probably 80 to a 100 hours of work into what I was doing in my corporate job. And I eventually realized that I have an obsession for learning and I have an obsession with helping people. And that's really what had to happen over the last couple of years. For me to understand that I need to completely quit my job, I need to leave. I couldn't see in a moment the unhappiness, the unsatisfied faction that kept building up and up and up again. And it was through working on myself and understanding this over those time period that I started to understand what had to happen and that it became acutely clear in my mind that I wasn't aligned with my inner world. And over time I really started to notice how other people are struggling. Maybe non their career might have been in their business and their life and their relationships. And I realized that over the years that I've been doing a lot of inner work on myself, but I hadn't been applying it towards a new one. And I essentially knew that the best thing I could do for myself was to free myself of the unhappiness and essentially become a coach and build this program and continue to help supporting others and helping empower them and helping them build their own decision matrix that will help them create their own success system. And it took a couple of years to process this. And it wasn't until I understood the combination of all these different learnings that I had in my life that I can piece them all together and package them in a way that would really empower people. That is something that became so in aids and me and became a core part of my DNA that I realized that this whole experience was a massive setup. And the setup is something that is really difficult to see in a moment. You might be going through the pain, you might be learning through that time. He might be building the relationships in your life that you need to create the mission for yourself and align yourself with your true passion or gift or whatever you want to create in the world. And sometimes it takes the setup, maybe five years to build, maybe ten years to build. It really varies for different people. Some people go through a horrible divorce, some people's businesses fail. People go through 34 layoffs. And that process is really a part of the massive setup. There's all sorts of collateral damage that takes place during this time. And we don't realize we don't understand how to give meaning to it. But as you work to resolve all of this, as you work and commit to understanding the potential damage or perceived damage that you're learning or your redirecting, or you're reflecting, and you're being guided towards ultimate happiness. So that's really what the setup is. And that's really what the four gifts a failure or we have the learning, we have the redirection, we have the reflection, and we have a culmination of the setup. And the reason why I take so much time to go through all of this to really deconstruct the fear of failure is because the number one thing that I see that holds people back that prevents them from moving forward and taking action on the plan that they develop and unfold for themselves is they stop in this place of fear. And what ends up happening is that they revert back to the old success system. And then they start to see all the old problems that existed that they see through their old limiting beliefs. And it's because of this unconscious fear of failure. So what I want you to really do right now is to process everything. You can re-watch the video if you need to. And I really want you to get in touch with your own life. And I want you to look at all of the experiences that you've had thus far. And look at them through the lens of a learning or redirection of reflection or a setup. And we might continue to call things in our life some sort of meteoric failure. And I want you to look at it and identify how these things have been showing up for you. How you have been given the skill sets, the learnings, introductions, the relationships. All of this has happened for you through the four gifts of failure. And again, I want you to understand that you're either a learning, you're redirected, you're going through some sort of reflection or you're going through the grand setup. And the whole reason we're doing this is so that you can get really, really clear about what you want in your life. You can strip yourself of everything that has happened before and you can just observe it. You can see it for what a truly is and you can stop in that moment and allow yourself to let that thought pass because it's not in alignment with your new empowering decisions. So I want you to go through this process right now and really take the time to understand what's been inhibiting you and understand what you can learn from it. What kinda redirection it was. We'll kinda reflection it was or what was the grand setup? I'll see you in the next video. 19. Become Limitless: How's that process for you? Were you able to see that all these experiences that you've had in the past that you deemed as a failure were nothing but some sort of skill development or learning or redirection or flexion or maybe even a setup, maybe a combination of a few of these. And when you realize there's no such thing as failure, when you realize it's all just an illusion. Do you see how much energy that you're able to generate from inside of you, that there's really nothing that can stop you. And if you could truly utilize to success system to develop your action plan, you're going to come and approach it from a more empowered state and want you to know that if you're having any sort of challenge in your life at any point in time. The problem normally is not the mechanics, it's normally not the action plan. It's that something has gotten disrupted inside of the system. Either some sort of limiting decision or beliefs have crept in from the past. Either you're focused on the problems instead of identifying everything as a gift or some sort of gratitude and expressing it that way and generating energy from within. Or you simply might not have enough clarity and solving whatever it is, the problem or challenge that you're addressing that point in time in your life. Or you might not be asking very good questions. You might not be even aware of some of the questions that you've been asking yourself in the past that have really been lending back to answers from your past, from your limited state. And you've reverted back to falling for this illusion of fear or the fear of failure. So what's happening is it's disrupting your ability to execute on your action plan. And again, we're not gonna go into the action plan right now. You simply haven't had enough time to construct an action plan out of a place of empowered decisions. So utilizing the principles of power, utilizing the success system to actually rewire your brain and change how it's operating is something that is enormous and easier said than done. And that's why we've put together this daily routine for you. And I'm going to elaborate this a little bit more in tomorrow's module. In fact, tomorrow's module isn't going to be a very long module. It's going to be a module to prepare you to continue to do this work for living in an unlimited state. And to really help you step in your full power and accomplishing whatever you want to accomplish in your life, whatever you're capable of accomplishing. Because you have such a high potential. Because now you know how the success system works and you're able to create an execute on an elaborate and effective action plan that really is going to help you define time and help you use your time more effectively. So we can accomplish a lot more by actually doing a lot less. And I want to encourage you tomorrow morning to do your daily ritual because I'm gonna continue building on this. And afterwards, I want to ask you to continue to do the work and reinforce all of the decisions that you've made by adding additional layers of clarity as they come to you. Start this process of visualization and looking at the types of questions that you've been asking yourself in the past. And acknowledging some of these questions might have been limiting questions that are not empowering you to act in the way that you want to actually act in the real world. And ask yourself, what are some better questions? What are better questions on those? And be honest with yourself as you go through this process. Make sure to document everything that you're going through. Make sure to journal on your discoveries because this is a huge part of how we bring tremendous amount of awareness into what happened in our past and making sure that we can reconstruct it. And again, reinforce these new neuro synaptic connections. It's all a part of the process. So when you understand this entire process where able to consistently stack on our daily ritual. And these are the things that I really want to accomplish tomorrow. And we're gonna keep building on this morning ritual. All in all, as I mentioned, it's going to end up being about 15-20 minutes. And all of this work is really decide, designed for you to change an array, rewire your brain. Now, I want to share one more thing with you. And that's as we do this work together, as we've continued to do it throughout the week. I'm gonna make a commitment to you. And that's no matter what you're going through in your life at any point, if you ever feel stuck again, I can commit to you that if you come back to this process, to this success module, you're going to be able to create incredible breakthrough in your life. You're going to be able to access the energy inside of you and understand that your empowered decisions, this level of clarity, these levels of empowering questions will give you the energy and help you design the perfect action plan to get unstuck. So that is my commitment to you because with this success system, you can build whatever you want to build in your life if you want to achieve what most successful people have achieved in the world. This is the process that they follow. I really hope you've enjoyed this conversation around how to overcome fear. I look forward to seeing you tomorrow in our final module together. Have a great evening and make sure to do all of your gratitude practice, as well as your daily ritual. 20. Ongoing Daily Rituals : Welcome back to day seven, our seventh and final day together. And I want to say that I am so grateful to have this ability to spend this time together. And this week has really been an extraordinary week of self-awareness, self-discovery, empowerment, and transformation. So what I really wanna do is recap where we started in day one, we were really getting to know each other. We did an exercise where we took a look at wanting to become a ten in different areas of your life. And we narrowed down a specific area where we wanted to spend a tremendous amount of focus where you might have been feeling some sort of inner conflict. And we're looking at this area might be a four or a six, or we've been calling it an eight and you wanna get it to a ten. And we identified some inner conflicts, right? We identified internally that you might have some sort of limiting beliefs that were not congruent with what you wanted to create in the world. Maybe it's that you wanted to land a leadership role in your current company, or that you wanted to create a hugely successful business. But you believe that business is difficult or landing, that promotion is hard or that money as hard to make, or that relationships are hard to foster. And then what we really did is look at Module two, where we took a look at the power of decision. And we said, you know what, what if these beliefs were actually just decisions? What if we can make a new decision at any point in time whenever we wanted. And we talked about the power of decision and we talked about what happens when you make a new decision. We talked about how the brain is flexible. And you could literally start to hack your own mind. You can rewire how you think in order to change your perception of reality. And in the power decision, we said, when you make a new decision, you don't need to know how. In fact the how comes later when you make a new decision, three things happen. These new neuro synaptic connections start to build and you start to attract new ideas, new thoughts. You start to enroll the brain. And the part of the brain that's called the reticular activating system, which really helps change your perception of reality, where you start to see opportunities that have never existed before. And then the next thing that really happens is the power of coincidence. All of these resources, the people, the circumstances that you need in order for you to achieve this extraordinary life, they start to happen. So through this process, we start to build a really great foundation. And this foundation is really about empowering decisions, which helped a lot, a tremendous amount of energy within us. Because so much of our life we have been spending time in a limited state. We read, we were really dissipating so much of our creative energy because of our own inner conflict is core conflict. And we talked about how we can maintain that level of energy. And we started talking about the power of gratitude. And from that moment, what we reveal to you was the success model. The model that most of the success people in the world have been following to create tremendous leverage in their life so that they can take action the way they want to take it. And we talked about gratitude and we said, well, where can we find gratitude in our life today? Where we know we've been simply ignoring it. And what do we really need to do to understand what's happening in this moment of gratitude. And we started to unlock and uncover what problems are. We ended up essentially hacking problems. We said, look, problems aren't really problems. Problem is the meaning that we are actually giving the experience or that moment. And as we're doing this, we're starting to deconstruct and reconstruct the way you look at the world in order to truly become limitless and step into your full power every single day so that you can relentlessly live your life in the way that you want and start to truly develop this unbreakable mindset. Because there are times in our lives where we got caught up and we get stuck and we hit a plateau. And it's the result of not having enough energy. So once we establish this energetic foundations through where we live in the state of gratitude, the next step was clarity. We said where and how can we get more clarity about this area of our life that we want to transform. And again, we're focusing on this specific area of your life. But the point is, is if you put this into practice, you take this powerful tool and you apply it to all areas of your life, you're going to become unstoppable so that you can really take this learning, this process, all of these understandings of different parts of metaphysics, neuroscience, spirituality, psychology, and create an extraordinary life for yourself. And then what we did was we got more clarity around this specific area of your life. And that was the process that we started to unravel. And we talked about how brain change occurs. And when you do this, the brain really doesn't know the difference between imagination and reality. So you get this clarity and you start to literally experience what hasn't happened yet. And you're building these new neural synaptic connections that help reinforce white. You're thinking over time through the process of visualization. And from there we really started to talk about questions. We looked at questions that you've been asking yourself in this area of your life. And we talked about the fact that by default, the brain will always ask survival-based questions. And we could be asking questions that don't necessarily service well, questions like, why doesn't this happen for me, or why is this person getting it, but I'm not? Or how come I can't build this amount of wealth in my life? Or why don't I have the right resources and so forth and so forth? Because we talked about how the brain is like a search engine, right? We went really deep on this process. And we talked about that. All of your experiences or some sort of vibrational information that our brain is uncovering for us when we start to ask questions. Because the brain is just really incredible technology that we have in our lives. And when we're not using it correctly, we start to look at how you have been using all of these disempowering beliefs and disempowering questions to operate through life. But from there we started looking at how can you ask empowering questions. How can you come up with a list of these questions in this specific area of your life. And maybe you've already started to get some of those answers that are the responses to these powerful questions that you've been asking yourself. And from there we continued to build. We said, listen, we've been operating from a place of a decision, a decision that wasn't necessarily in alignment with what we wanted to achieve in our lives. And we haven't been operating from a place of the right decision. And we started to construct this energetic foundation that was steeped in gratitude. We started to understand that problems aren't really, problems are simply the gifts that we're experiencing in life. And we started to reframe all of this together. And as we continued, we got some clarity about what it is you want to create in your life and who you really want to become. And we did this through the power of these empowering questions. But what ends up happening is, even as we create an action plan from those empowering questions, fear can creep in and the fear of failure can creep into our lives. And ultimately what happens is we start to operate from a limited state again. And as I mentioned before, It's not that we can't necessarily control this action plan is that as we experienced some sort of fear, we result, we resort back to this old decision matrix. So what ends up happening? Well, we did something similar to what we did with problems. We overcame the fear of failure. And we said that failure is really one of four things. It's one of the four gifts of failure. It's either a learning experience, it's either a redirection of something butter. It's either a reflection of something that's inside of us that has been operating through a limiting belief, a core conflict. And now we can use these tools to shift, to really rewire our brain. Or we can look at it as a setup, which is a combination of two or three of these. And it's normally something that's quite extensive. And they use the word meteoric because it leads up, it takes time for this to build and for us to truly understand what is the gift in this moment. So here we are. It's Day seven, and we're looking at our daily ritual, which we've been building up day in and day out and over the span of time. And I really want to commend you again for going through this work, which has really been extraordinary work, and it creates a tremendous amount of new awareness for you. Alright, so as we go through this process together, we've provided you the tools to start rewiring your brain. And this is really where the rubber meets the road is after we've concluded the seven days together because there's really four things that needs to continue in order for you to truly live a limitless life. And the first thing is I want you to stay involved in this ritual that you've built. You have this morning ritual and now, which is something that you've built up for yourself. And I'm gonna walk you through today and what my morning ritual looks like. And it's simply a summary of everything we've built up over the last couple of days. The second thing is that you need to actually do the work. You need to continue to do the work day in and day out and go through these experiences where you notice your old limiting beliefs pop up and then you transition into the new empowering belief. The third thing is you need to continue to learn. You need to continue to grow. You need to continue to stay in this conversation. Because we've really just scratched the surface of what's possible over the last week. And whether or not you continue to educate yourself through me, through other great teachers. It's important that on a daily basis, on a weekly basis, you're continuously learning and growing and experiencing all of these areas of personal development, neuroscience, psychology, spirituality, continue to grow and learn. And the fourth thing is, I want you to surround yourself with the peer group that's also doing this work. Because that way you can measure where you are in your life by taking a look at the five people who are closest to you. And it's important that if you don't have these people in your life horn necessarily involved in this work is that you start developing relationships and friendships with those who are start to foster your own community around it. So what I wanna do right now is really start with the first thing, and let's start with the daily ritual. And we're gonna expand about how do we build on this? How do we grow on what we've learned from this week? So I'm going to mix the order up just a little bit because I want to share with you the order in which I do it. When I wake up every single morning, I spend at least five minutes in gratitude. And these practices that I'm sharing with you, you could go and sit in a comfortable place and really go out and do them. And if you want to start with your own gratitude, right when you wake up in the morning, that's perfectly fine as well. Some people like to journal, which further reinforces that even more. And it's important for you to focus on this for at least five minutes on having gratitude. Gratitude for the things in your life, for everything that has been provided for you, the simplest things. And really feel this deep appreciation for the fact that life is always working for you. And that if you really look at life and start to understand examples such as when we talked about how the meal gets on your plate, right? All of the work, all of the resources, all the people that had to be involved in having this extraordinary meal and having this extraordinary life. Having this life that you're so grateful for, having the people in your life that you're so grateful for. Haven, being grateful for maybe you're down comfort or it really doesn't matter. But really going deep and understanding that deep appreciation brings energy. But it's really understanding that energetic state and what it does for you, what it affords you so that you can take that energy into your day and you're more capable of doing all the work through the action plan that you built. The second thing is for you to review your decisions. You may call them affirmations, but what you've decided about yourself and your life really matters. What you decided about your career, your business, your money, your relationships. All of that really matters and that some of your primary goals that we really talked about, you know, where you are, where you want to be, review, where you really want to review your empowering decisions and just spend two or three minutes doing that every single day to continue to build on your empowering decision matrix. So continue to stack, right, starts with gratitude. Look at your empowering decisions. And this is really going to help you reinforce all of these neuro synaptic connections that you've been building and helping you deepen those million sheets. And along those lines, we start to move into visualization. You'll go through five to ten minutes of visualizing your perfect day, visualizing your ten so that you can continue to expand and reinforce the brain change and help attract new ideas, new resources and continue to enroll and calibrate your reticular activating system. And as you do that, you continue to activate the power of coincidence, which is really going to help you bring all of the resources that you need interior life. The last thing that I would suggest that you do is you ask yourself three empowering questions every single morning. You might ask yourself a question like, how do I serve my community of people in the most impactful way? Or how do I really light up my partner's day? Whether she wants something that I haven't been giving her, how do I make that happen? Whether he wants something, how do I make him even happier? Wherever your partner is, how do I brighten up their day? Ask yourself, How can I support my coworkers, my business partners in the best possible way today. That way I can provide them the same high level energetic state. All I'm asking you to do is ask yourself three empowering questions that you can consciously keep at the front of your mind and go throughout your day. Because if you ask yourself these questions, if you set the tone, you're going to notice opportunities throughout the entire day and you're going to notice things and resources and people that pop up. So that's the morning ritual. It can take you a total of up to 20 minutes. And it's very, very, very important that you stay consistent. And if you stay consistent with the ritual for the next 30 days, you're going to experience massive preconditioning, massive brain change, this re-wiring, this transformation of your life. And you're really going to experience something extraordinary. You're going to see the physical world in a really different way. And that's what I call the unbreakable mindset. And if you really want to make this an hour of power, right, take the 20 minutes of this exercise, is combine it with what I really enjoyed doing, which is exercise, include 40 minutes of exercise. Because I know that there's nothing that combat sphere better than exercise. When you allow your body to flow and really unleash all of these different positive chemicals in your body, you're going to be able to combat any fear that comes up. So if you want to make it the Hour of Power combined 20 minutes of this exercise with 40 minutes of 40 minutes of actual physical exercise, right? So we're combining the mental and the physical. The other thing that you can do while you're exercising is to make this even more expensive by putting on something positive, listening to something motivational. Because if you're putting on something positive in your brain, by default, the weeds will start to grow. So think of whatever podcast there might be some motivational YouTube video, some motivational song that you love, but continue to influence it with positivity. Because again, our brain doesn't know the difference between reality and what's happening in our mind. So this is really the morning ritual that I recommend that you start to institute into your life and start to go about your day. And as you go about your day, you're going to notice how much energy you're going to start to emanate out into the world. But I will tell you this, that none of this really matters. Unless in the moment you start to notice the old patterns that are coming up for you, and you start to understand how you respond to it. Because our responsibility is to simply observe the response. There are going to be things that trigger you that make you angry, that put you back in a state of frustration and we'll throw you back into a place of overwhelm and flip that success system upside down back into the ordinary system. And that's where we want to prevent you from going. But in order to do that, in the moment is stopped in that point of time. And notice what's triggering. Just noticed the old pattern and notice it for what it is. And then start to create space between you and the thought. And instead of becoming the thought of having an angry thought and becoming angry, you just noticed that the angry thought exists. And in that space, you can remember the conscious decisions that you've created about your life. You can shift and reframe it into the better decision, the more empowering decision. And oftentimes you're gonna be able to do this even without having consciously created something in advance. As if you were doing the work, you're going to get better and better and better and better and better and better at this as you're experiencing life, noticing the old interpretation of it and creating a really empowering reframe. That is the purpose of this entire process. So the other thing that I want to layer in is that it's really important for you to stay connected. Staying connected to a community. You're more than welcome to join the unbreakable mindset telegram community. That's a private community for everyone who has gone through this program. And I'll share with you the instructions as a supplementary resource. But it's really, really important because the tendency is for us to want to isolate, and the tendency is for us to do the work and just make it another thing that we've done in our life and not start to implement it as a normal lifestyle. And in order for it to become a lifestyle, you have to have people in your life that are kind of styling life the same way that our living through this empowered state, through the process of the success model in this empowering decision matrix. So that's going to be an imperative part of your journey. And I want you to really create accountability partners for yourself. Because as you do these things, as you stick with the morning ritual, you will start to notice the change day in and day out throughout your life. And you're going to consistently grow and learn and surround yourself with other like-minded people who are also doing this work. And you'll truly start to experience an extraordinary life. And you'll have the life that you never thought was possible because you started living with an unbreakable mindset. And I know this is possible for you because you've been committed to doing the work you've gotten this far. So what I wanna do is just say thank you. Thank you for going through this program. It's really been an honor for you to spend this time with me in a virtual setting. And I want you to know that I'm so grateful for you putting in the time. And I want to know that even Someday I really aspire that I can connect with everyone who's ever gone to the program and we'll get to spend more time together in person. So what I will say is feel free to reach out to me directly on LinkedIn. Definitely joined the telegram group. It's been an opportunity of a lifetime to work with you this week in a virtual setting. And I hope it's answered so many questions for you. Thank you so much for participating in the program. I wish you to create an extraordinary life for yourself. 21. Neurosculpting: Hey, and welcome back. I actually wanted to spend some more time with you because I get a lot of questions about doing the work. And I know we covered it briefly in some of the modules and I want to elaborate on it because it's such an important part of the process. It's such an important part of your daily practice and ritual. And the work is really what allows you to do the neuro sculpting. It's what allows you to deactivate certain parts of your brain and to activate new parts of your brain. And this is a really powerful practice. So I want to spend a little bit more time with you right now talking about it and really helping you understand how to incorporate the work into your daily practice and into your daily ritual. And I know you're going to go into your daily ritual in the morning, which is the moment where you're conditioning in your decisions and conditioning and gratitude and conditioning and visualization and gaining the clarity of your future and all the areas of your life that you're conditioning and having these empowering questions. And I know you're going to go through this process because every single morning you're starting to create a new baseline for where you want to be in life. And I really heard somebody say this once, is that, you know, real meditation isn't when you locked yourself in a room somewhere and you turn off all the lights in this isolated and environment. And real meditation is when you're out in the city and you're paying attention to your thoughts. So that's where the work is. That's what's really happening, is this ability to truly pay attention to your thoughts in the present moment. The work is taking whatever you've been doing as a part of your daily ritual and getting out on the court with it, going out in the city and actually experiencing life through this new process, through these new empower decision. And there are going to be many times in your life, many, many, many times, I promise you this will naturally happen. You're going to get triggered. So I do want to take the time and really talk about what is getting triggered. So triggered is when we haven't experience and life. And the way that the brain interprets it, or the data that we have about this experience at the present moment, it matches it up with something in the past and applies meaning to it. And if the past said, It doesn't feel good, the brain says, this is like that. So this doesn't feel good. So we're not in a place right now where we're feeling good. And you might triggered because you're realizing that you're in some sort of anxiety, overwhelm fear, frustration or sadness, anger, resent, fullness, whatever it might be. All of these are emotions that we would prefer not to have on a regular basis. So that is what getting triggered means. And when you're getting triggered, there's this incredible opportunity for transformation. And that's what really gets me excited about doing the work. Because what's happened is a set of neural synaptic connections in your brain become active. They represent that old limiting belief, and now you have an opportunity to deactivate them, to literally take out the oxygen from them. And that's what's so incredible about this work. It requires difficult a discipline because it's really about stopping whatever it is that you're doing in the present moment. And what I wanna do right now is described that further to so early on. This is something that I really committed and I attribute a tremendous portion of my personal transformation to doing the actual work. It's something that I asked my clients to commit to doing the work. So let's get into what the work is when you're actually trick. There is a thought that is occurring for you. And that thought is an old pattern, right? We've talked about this at length, that this is some sort of old limiting belief. There's an unconscious decision that is causing you to experience discomfort. And that's really the first thing that you wanna do is you want to notice that you're experiencing discomfort because that's going to be the key for you. The key is that it doesn't feel good. And we know what that feeling feels like because we've all felt in different ways. And now you remember the five primary drivers. Your belief, create your thoughts and your thoughts create your feelings, your feelings, create your actions. Your actions produce the results in your life. And the reason why you're not feeling good is because there's a thought behind it. And we want to be able to catch that thought. We want to really be able to be good thought a hunters. And the way you do this is by being able to notice that you're not feeling good. And then you stop everything you're doing. And you say, OK, this doesn't feel good. There's a thought going through my mind. I'm thinking about it and I'm more active in the thought. I noticed that it's occurring, that I'm realizing that this doesn't feel good. That is really the first part of the process. And I want to share with you an example as always, which is a client that I was working with who every time she started to approach the next level of anything in our life, the next level of her career, the next level, fun, the next level of joy, intimacy and our relationships. A pattern would come up for her. And she would say to herself that this has for them and this isn't for you. So every single time she started to think about doing something that was outside of what she was already doing, right? Really looking at life through a different lens, pretty much anything was outside of the known. This pattern would kick in and she would feel frustrated over the entire moment. And that was her feeling that she felt frustrated because unconsciously like little child, she said, well, when they can have it, I can't. Why can they have it? Why can't I? Tao is the conscious, unconscious thought that was constantly happening in her mind. And the reality is, is that she can change her, she can notice the old pattern that was showing up. But what she didn't know is that it was continuously dictating or thoughts until we did the work together. Her feelings, her actions, her results, right? It was causing the cybernetic loop that we've talked about multiple times. And that when she got triggered, she wasn't able to notice that she was frustrated. But that's really the important part. The first thing is noticing, noticing the feeling and then tracking that feeling back to the thought. So for her, she had noticed the feeling and then she realized she was thinking that I can't have that because of that is for other people. That's really step one to start to notice your emotions and track them back to the thought, not as the first part of the process. Step two is to really see it for what it is. And for her, it was a story of when she was five years old, where her aunt would tell her that this is for that little boy. He's extremely talented. He has a lot of potential, he has a lot of friends. He's going to be very successful in life. And you won't be because you're not talented and you're not going to be able to be successful. Not a very nice ant. But that was her experience. So now when she notices that she sees this thing happening in her life that she can't actually have, that. She knows she's having that experience, that old pattern from the past. That is the voice of her aunt, which was really telling her that that was her Onsen security that she was projecting onto her and had nothing to do with her, whether or not she was capable or not capable of having success or this tremendous achievement or life. It was not predicated on what her aunt had told her. So step one is to notice the thing that it's going on. Step two is to see it for what it is. What's so incredible is that through all the spiritual teachings, because this is actually a process that I learned from my own spiritual study, is how transformation isn't a result of doing anything. It's really common in Western practice that we always want to be doing something. I'm feeling stress and feeling pressured and filling overwhelm them, feeling anxious. What do I do? The key in creating true transformation permanent only is to just notice. Because if we look at this through and neuroscientific level, what's happened is that experience is triggering the experience of the past and it's activating the old memory of the brain. It's activating this old limiting belief that we've discussed at length. And your brain is saying, this is like that. So this might be like this old experience that I've had as well. And the way that we actually become a different human being, a different person, the way that we transform these limiting beliefs into something more empowering is that number one, we have to notice it, because if we don't notice it, it'll just continue to be active, inactive. You're going to have the same thoughts materialized into your life. And then we can actually see the myelin sheets between the neuro synoptic connections get thicker and thicker and thicker and thicker. And they build up this energy. And then they'll start to show up in more instances in your life. And that's why people that are maybe great problem solvers start to find problems in any area of your life, whatever the brain thinks is working for you, that's where it really becomes because you're allowing it to just continue to operate. Because you are putting tremendous amount of attention. You're putting tremendous amount of energy. It will continue to expand and you'll have more instances of that. Great problem solvers will always find more problems. So step one is to notice it because the moment we noticed that the moment we notice, Oh, that's for other people. It's not for me. Actually see the thoughts for what they are. It's not for us. It's a thought like Buddhist talked about before and we've mentioned this is that our thoughts are not our thoughts. Because when you don't see the thought, you become the thought. So I really want to drive this home. And in order to do that, I actually want to share a story about me driving down the road. And similarly to my client who became frustrated because of her past experiences. When oftentimes we might be driving down the road and somebody might cut us off and angry thoughts starts. And the key here is to really notice it because when I experienced this, I remember when I was cut off on the road for me, I got angry. And what also happened is I was able to witness the anger itself. And I said, oh, well, here's all this stuff over here. And that's where all the stuff is occurring. I can't believe this person cut me off. How dare them they don't respect me. They don't know how to drive. They didn't see my car and over here as just washing it happened. I was thinking to myself, of course, they didn't see my car had nothing to do with me personally. They just weren't looking. There's a fundamental difference in how that moment was experienced. We can experience it just happening, or we can actually observe it. And I said, thank goodness, nobody got hurt in that moment. Nobody got into an accident. And I was just able to notice the thoughts. We start to create separation between the thoughts or the pattern of the limiting belief. And when you do that, it actually pulls energy away from those old neural synaptic connections. And the moment you notice it, it calms down. And you'll notice like for my client, what ended up happening was that she noticed that is for other people, it's not for me. She actually felt less frustrated. And she said, oh, there's that thought again, you can disassociated from them. And when disassociated from it and you create enough space. And then you can go to step two, which is to actually see it for what it is and acknowledge it. And you say, OK, I got it. I understand what that thought is. That is just anger showing up for me. That is just frustration or anxiety showing up for me. It's an old pattern. It's an old Reaction. O that is my on. So literally as we do this, as we're deactivating the old memory, we're pulling our attention and our mental energy, often those old narrow synaptic connections. And as we do this, we start to feel better. The frustration goes down, the anger goes down, the overall mom goes down because we're actually disassociating ourselves from those thoughts that are occurring. So step three, what is, how do we continue to build on this? We've done the work together to consciously construct an empowering decision matrix. So what I really want you to understand is what you believe about this thing. What is it that I've decided about this instance, this moment, this experience that I've had in my life. So for my client, she had made a decision decision that she was capable of performing at the highest levels of any area of your life and that everything was available to her as long as she was willing to acknowledge it, everything was actually available to her. It was her empowered decision that you had come up with and she had layered into her decision matrix so that she can have whatever she wants in her life. So what would happen is when she would notice this experience of This is for them, This isn't for me. She would see that old pattern and understand that she could track down the feeling to the thought and should look at that thought and just acknowledged. And she would let it pass. And then shoud, figure out how do I put my attention back on the empowered decision, the truth. And that's really the three-step process of this pivoting of the work. And this is what I really call narrow scoping. Step one, notice step to see it for what it is and in that space now that you're free, what is my new decision? That is the whole process to the work. And if you do this consistently enough, what happens is is that every single time you have this old pattern and it gets activated, you pull your attention away from it. You're noticing it, you're seeing it for what it is and the brain starts to go. That thing must not be useful for these interaction. So it no longer brings up these things as you get triggered for those experiences in your life and as you're training it to bring up new empowering decisions, that's all it's going to lend you too. So I remember that I used to have a lot of beliefs around money, that we're not really empowering to me and any possible way. And I would really see that other people had all of this money and I would react. What I realized was, was there's a new decision for me that when I seem money, it really means up monies moving closer to me. That the more abundance I see another people, the more abundance is coming for me. So now I've just literally reshaped my lens because I've done the work throughout my day to day life and I've committed to this process. So that is the work. That's what I'm encouraging for you to do is to continue to do this process, to continue to do the work in them breakable mindset program to rewire your brain, to literally transform who you are. And the way you view the world and the way you look at what your belief systems are. And that way through your new empowered belief systems, you can create whatever it is you want to create in your life. This is really the work. Step one, notice, really, we want to track down all of the feelings back to the thoughts and to our beliefs. Step two is technology and see it for what it really is. Understand that this old pattern is happening for us. Understand where it's coming from. Step three is what I've consciously decided that I already want to put attention toward, right? It's really important for us to understand that we have to do this work outside of the present moment. Because if we're in the midst of it, if it's happening so quickly, so fast, and you don't have somewhere to pivot to. You're not going to be able to go anywhere in your old limiting beliefs will surface and plug in that void. You're gonna start to experience everything from that old limited state. So it's really important for you to have all of these pieces noticing the seeing and the acknowledgement, and then pivoting it to something that you clearly consciously established for yourself. So I really hope this provides you more clarity about neuro sculpting the process and helps you marry all of the empowering topics that we've discussed throughout the success module, which is first, we change your belief systems.
