me towards your success. So without further
ado, let's just get decided and welcome
to the course.
2. Understanding Faceless YouTube Channels: Now, before you're
going to get to creating a faceless channels, you need to understand
one very important thing. You need to understand what
faceless tub channel is. Now, phasic let's address
Alphat in the room, and it is how
faceless te channels actually used as a
marketing gamer. In reality, any channel of
the YouTube can be faceless. You don't really need to use your face or voice
in the channels. But AI, you can actually lend
AI's voice to your message. So basically, in essence, faceless YouTube channel is just a YouTube channel
that cannot be directly linked to a singular
person. In this case, you. So basically, this is a
channel that anyone can do. Anyone can be behind the channel and it's not tied
to a single person, unlike faced YouTube channels, where it's built around
a certain personality. De channels need to be built around by the singular person. Well faceless can be built
not just around the person, but around the group, and no one will know the difference. You also need to understand why faceless Stub channels
are so popular. And Wu is popular
takes it not just among creators but among
the viewers as well. Pul Festing first,
P Festings first, it's easy for the
creators because of how easy it is actually to
make the faceless content. You don't need fancy camera. You don't need fancy lighting. You don't need studio
to record all this, and you don't need to have skills of speech in
front of the camera. And trust me, the skills of
speech of front the camera is probably one of the
most difficult things to achieve because
you cannot buy it. You actually need to learn
a dedicated practice and long practice at that. I can personally be
witness to that. But it also can be because
you are insecure with your appearance or with your
voice or with your speech. For example, for many people, my accent can be an issue. And for many and
for many people, they would not want to record
videos with this accent. For me, I really don't care, but for many, it
can be a problem. So what you need to do.
So facelessETU channel basically solves all these
problems all at once. But even that Fales Tub channels is loved by the viewers as well, because how easy
they are to consume. You're not getting
annoyed by voice, you're not getting
annoyed by face, and you are getting
straight to the message. Those views are easy
to consume because they're getting
straight to the point. Yes, there are a lot of bad
faceless videos as well. But the good ones are getting
their job done very well. But for that reason
viewers also love to watch the faceless videos,
not just creators. But there can also can be differences between
faceless channels. Again, any channel in any
niche can be faceless. That's another method I want to break about the faceless nel. The faceless channels can
only be in a certain niches. Which is wrong? Any niche can have a faceless
channel. Absolutely. A and every single one of them. So what are the types of
the facelestum channels? Well, there are no
specific types. Every type of channel
can be faceless. That means that there
is no categorization of the facelestum channels. Yes, you can't put them in
an arbitrary categories, like the ones without the voice or with an AI generates voice. But in reality, there
is no differentiation. List not more than between
any other type of videos. You can create reviews with
the faceless channels, you can create a motivational videos with the
faceless channel. You can create tutorial videos with the faceless channels. You can create a gameplay videos with the faceless channels. You can create summaries,
demonstrations, data visualizations,
top ten list, tips videos, and bunch
and bunch and bunch more. Every video you've seen on YouTube can have their
faceless analog. It's just another
proof that faceless YouTube channels are
just regulated channels, but built technically different. Technically. But there's also one more important question. How faceless Tub
channels can actually manage to engage viewers
without a personal presence? Oh, that's because
the viewers for the faceless channels are not
coming because of the face. They're coming because
of the message because of the
topic of the video. And that's usually happens with every single one of the videos. Even if you have the
channel with a face, no one knows you
in the beginning. They come to your channel
not because of you, but because of your message. And it works exactly
the same way in a faceless Tub channel. But for example, if you create a workout motivational video, People will come to your video because they want to
work out motivation, not because this video
is faced or faceless. And those videos
engage audience in exactly same way as every
single other videos. Through correct structure,
distinct beginning, middle, and end, with a correct
promise of the content, and with an
interesting delivery. It's not as difficult as I
made it sound right now. It's actually quite simple when you understand
how to do it. And there is also one more important thing that
you don't understand, and it is the legal and
ethical considerations about running faceless YouTube. Many people think that
faceless Tub channels, other channels that are stealing other people's content and repackaging them
in a different way in order to make it
look as their own. This is not how faceless
Tub channel works. You should not steal content. You're not restricted
to use stock footage. You're not restricted to use other people's footage for
the specific purposes, but you need to understand well enough what you are doing
and why you are doing this. You always need to create
a correct attributions. I view someone else's videos, make a correct attribution and write in a
description that you actually use someone
else's. Not steal. YouTube will not tolerate. Do not steal the content, YouTube will not tolerate this. Trust me, banning faceless
YouTube channels is far more easier for them than any other
types of channels. YouTube will do that. So we need to be very careful of everything
that you need to do. And don't worry I'm going to teach you everything about that. Now that you understood what faceless youtube channels are. Next lecture, let's
discuss what other the benefits of having
faceless YouTub channels. So I'm going to see it
the next one. Take care. A
3. Benefits of Running a Faceless YouTube Channel: Everyone knows that
running faceless Tub channels are beneficial, but how exactly
they're beneficial? That's an interesting question
that we need to answer. Because, yeah, you
to the need to know why you need to start
faceless DTUbe channels. That is how to do it.
Why is also important. And that's why we're
going to go through five different benefits of why you need to start
faceless Tube channel. And let's start
with the first one, which is very important and probably why you want to
start faceless Tub channel. And it is privacy and anonymity. Well, not everyone wants
to be known as a content. People just want to
create content without anyone actually knowing that
and want to be anonymous. This anonymity can be for
the different reasons. First, it can be
because they don't want their face to be
shown everywhere else. Second, they might not
want to be popular, and third, it is actually
for their own safety. You can't even imagine how dangerous content
creation can actually be. Not just for you, but for
your loved ones as well. Anything that you will say, no matter how correct you
think that you are, will piss off someone and that someone can actually
be someone that is very dangerous and is capable of finding you or maybe
just knows you. So why do you need that
type of risk in your life? Many people are actually doing this for the
safety reason, but most people just
want an anonymity, just don't want to be known
as a content creator. They're just doing this for fun, and maybe for additional income. And the theme is not the thing
that they're looking for. Reason number two,
and we actually talk about this a little bit, and it is a lower production
costs and requirements. Again, you don't need a camera, you don't need a microphone, you don't need fancy lighting. You don't need the
studio to recording. You don't need to have a skills of speech in front
of the camera. You don't need to
have a good look, you don't need to have any looks, and all you need is just a computer and an
internet connection. That's literally And in the case of tools
like in video AI, you don't even need to
have a particularly powerful computer as well. Because AI literally
creates videos for you. And, trust me, the cost of the face channels like this
one can actually go very, very, very, very high. Like recording
equipment can easily go a few thousand dollar alone without even studio
and anything else. So why pay more when you
can actually pay less? Stason is, of course,
extremely important as well, and it is a potential of
passive income streams. This claimer here,
I really don't like the word passive income because nothing that
you will be doing with the faceless channels
can be called passive. You will be actively
working for your income. But passive in this
case means that you will continue making income, even if you'll stop
creating videos, at least for some time, and
that is extremely important. Trust me, good, faceless
YouTube channel, that know exactly
what they're doing, and you will know that by the
end of this course as well, can generate quite significant
amount of income or in the worst case scenario and additionally come to their
already existing ones. Because you don't have a lot of upfront costs at the beginning, it just all goes
into your profit. How amazing is that?
Next reason is scalability and ease of
the content creation. But the face Tip channels, because it's quite difficult
to create a content. You cannot actually create multiple different channels or focus on multiple different
streams of income. But with the faceless,
you actually can. Because creation of such videos is extremely fast and easy. All you need to do is
just have good ideas and constantly pump out the video
after video after video. You can even control multiple
different channels and pump out multiple different
videos every single day. All you just need to do is a
few hours of spare time in a day and just some motivation
in order to do this daily. But when income
start pouring in, here you are going to have
more than enough motivation. And last but not least
reason number five is a broad audience which
without personal branding. Fasless YouTube channels
and faceless videos have far easier time breaching
much larger audiences. Because those videos usually are actually made quite well, and the messages of those
videos are usually quite broad. Lot of different people that
would watch these videos, and not just on a
single platform, but on a multiple
platforms as well. Mean that you're not
actually restricted by a single YouTube channel. You can at spread
those videos on multiple different
social media websites. And this broad appeal
helps you quite a lot to reach huge amounts of audiences. And this way, it also gives you a huge potential
of large incomes. And overall with
these five reasons, there is no reason to not
do a faceless channel. Even if you already have the face channels like
I do, for example. And the next lecture,
we're going to focus on a few case studies to show you how faceless channels can actually reach
a huge success. So we're going to see you
in the next one. Take care.
4. Case Studies of Successful Faceless YouTube Channels: There can be as many different successful faceless
YouTube channels as there can be any
other YouTube channels. Because again, in its core, there are no differences in how you can successful the
faceless channels. Only real difference is how
much work you're going to put in it and how much of yourself you're
going to show in it. So in this lecture,
let's discuss f of the successful YouTube
channels and see what made them so successful and how you can actually replicate and what you can
learn from them. In this case, we're
going to learn from three different
faceless channels. And all of them are working in ale bit of a different ways. Let's start with the
traditional one. The traditional one
is moti versity. You have started any type
of motivational videos. There's high chance you
have seen the videos from sees pretty big child with more than 3 million
subscribers on YouTube and more than 750
videos uploaded. But what makes
them different and how the channel
actually operates? Well, first first,
there's niche. Niche of the shell
is motivation. The niche that every faceless YouTube child tries
to replicate. But how does it is different? What this child is
doing is not using almost any type of original
content, neither using AI. What they do is
they take some of motivational sub videos and also audios from different
speeches and podcasts. Where they're
creating content from something that people
are familiar with, and they do this with an
epic music on a background. The upside of this
type of videos is that they can create a lot
of different videos, and they can generate
a ton of views. Because in many cases,
people are familiar with the voices and the
speeches of those videos, but there is also an
issue of a copyright. Because this video
is using hundreds of different elements from
different sources. Many of them are copyrighted. Most likely those
videos are getting a lot of different
copyright claims. And most likely source of
income for the channel is a revenue sharing with
the copyright holders, which will slash the revenue
from mon by quite a lot. Almost likely they are generating the revenue
somewhere else. For example, from the website or from the merge. And
don't get me wrong. The channel this size, most likely would generate
quite sizable revenue. But Necto channels are more interesting because
those channels are actually using the power of AI and have more regional content, allowing them to most likely monetize all of those videos. Let's start with the juggernaut, the bigger one of
those two what. What actually became more
of a big production. In this score, it's a
faceless Tub channel. They're most likely
using AI voiceovers, which in today's Ng is very difficult to differentiate
from real voiceovers, which you will use within in
video AI for this course. However, they're also using
bug of different footage. But what is notable
is that a lot of those footage is actually
free stock videos, or licensed stock videos. So most likely what they're
generating from those videos, monetization wise are
going 100% to them. They're just paying a little bit more for the stock videos. But I don't think that's a sizable chunk of
overall income. So what if is actually
generating quite a sizeable You have
to understand that they're almost at 8
million subscribers and with 1,200 videos
on the channel. So they are like an old beast. What you should be
interested more is with the newer channels.
Like now next. Now next is the space
centric faceless channel, which is using AI voice
for their videos. This channel is
relatively new with just 90 videos and 27,000 subscribers at the moment
of the recording of this and with more than
3.5 million views. What this channel is using is creating documentary
style of videos, where they're using budge of
footage with an attribution, which most likely
will not be claimed, and then they're using AI voice, and most likely using also AI
script generators as well, allowing them to put
a few people's work in just one with the help of AI. And even though all of those channels are
faceless channels, they're actually
quite different. Is using almost exclusively other people's footage
which I do not recommend. Another is using a lot of different paid and
free stock footage but also using power of AI. Last one is mostly relying on AI for the speech and
for the script writing. Which one should you
follow the most? I think the last one will be the best case scenario for you? What the sprinkle
of the second one? Because in video AI is ridiculously good at
generating stock footage. Not generating finding
stock footage. All you will need to
do is just good topic that you think will be
beneficial for your viewers and use the power
of in Video AI to write a great script that
you can always modify, find the best voice and just allow the indo AI to
generate its magic, which you can always
change if you think that something is off,
which you should always do. What I also suggested
to do is to check out other faceless channels
in your niche to see what they are doing
and how you can actually implement their
strategies for yourself, for your own YouTube channel. This will be for this section
and the next section, we're going to actually
start creating our faceless YouTube channel. I'm going to see you
there. Take care. Oh.
5. Choosing Your Niche: Choosing the niche is not a thing that someone
should overlook while creating a
faceless YouTube channel or any YouTube channel
for that matter. This is not a thing that
should be taken lightly, and I would say this is one
of only few things that I would suggest you to take a
lot of time to think about. Now, what most people are doing, they're going and seeing
the YouTube channels that have a lot of uses and
have a lot of subscribers. Just choose them
as their inches. Technically, it makes sense. You want to create pace as YouTube channels because you
want to make some revenue, and you're choosing the
channels that most likely will work because if it
works for someone else, there's a high chance that
it will work for you. How most people are overlooking
one very important thing? How old those YouTube
channels are and how advanced they are already in
their content creation game. Most likely you
won't have any of those things at least
in the beginning. How to choose the second
thing that people would think is the
profitability of the niche, mean that how much niche
can actually generate. And that is also not a
wrong way to look at this. Some niches are just more
profitable than the other ones. For example, if you're
going to create the videos about finances, there is far higher
chance that you're going to generate
far more revenue. I mean by far more revenue. Talking about RPS
means that revenue per 1,000 views north of 20 or $30, which is huge for YouTube. However, even then, I do not recommend to
go with this way. But if you still decide to choose the Niche
bye profitability, because you really want
to choose a really profitable give
you a few advices on how to identify those niches. Well first first, let me get
this straight out of way. If you want the most
profitable niche, you need to go to
the finance dish. This is by far the
most profitable one. But if you want to identify more other profitable niches,
look at this this way. If there are many people
who would want to put an ad in front
of your video, then most likely your
niche will be profitable. There are not a
lot of people that would want to put
an ad in front of the video because
of the competition or just because of
your audiences, that means that your niche
is not a profitable one. If your niche is very general, means that anyone can watch
this no matter what time, that means that your
niche is not profitable. But you will most
likely accommodate this by the number of views. But if a very specific type of people will watch this video, your RPMs will be very high, but you will not get
that many views. For example, if you
create the face legit channel about woodworking, only people who are interested in woodworking would watch you. And RPMs will most likely be north of $10, which
is pretty great. But most likely you will never get the video
that will get somewhere even close to ten
millions or even 1 million. Generate videos like
fun compilations, Mm, things like that, will
most likely generate those. But now I will give you
honest recommendations of what neede to choose if you want to create a
faceless DUP channel, and this is coming
from the person who is creating content full time
for the past five years. Choose the niche that
you're interested in. Yes, that's as simple as that. If you are interested in a
specific niche and you're most likely no we out of
stuff about this niche. I just create the videos or channel or channels about that. Might be interested in
multiple different niches, so we can just create
multiple different channels. Faceless GT channels will
allow you to do that, and you will not have any
huge issues with that. Just create multiple
DTU channels for multiple niches and just start
experimenting with that. Now, you will need this
to not burn yourself out, because if you're
interested in your topic, most likely, you're going
to know a lot of things in this topic and be able to create a lot of different
contents with that. And many people are looking
at the facelessGTb channels. I just straight
dead cold business. And yeah, it can
be that as well. But you also should not
miss the creation part of the content equation
is a creative job. And if you burn yourself out in a topic that you don't
know anything about, you will most likely not be doing this for really,
really long time. I'm pretty sure the channels
like diversity and what if are very much interested
in their niches, and that's why they're
doing that well. No YouTube channel were
successful for a long time. One creative was not interested
in that specific niche. In order to make your faceless YouTube channel successful, you need to put a lot of work. In order to keep up
with a lot of work, you should love what you're
doing. So just do that. So just choose niches that aligns with what
you love. But okay. Let's say that you
chose the niche. What type of videos you should create for your
faceless YouTube. Be fair, anything with
speeches will work. Don't work. We're going to
use AI for the speeches. Videos with speeches
can be essays, reviews, how to, tips, stories,
and things like that. Meaning that you will
actually be talking, or rather AI will be
talking for you in the video because those videos
are usually most unique. And to be fair that not as difficult to create
with the power of AI like in Video plus your videos will be
actually really helpful. And you'll be using a lot
of other people's content. So the chance of demonetization
will be quite low. And one more thing that I
want to re tell you again, not every niche will
generate millions of views, and not every niche will
need millions of views. Usually, the niches
that are quite small also have quite
high CPMs and RPMs. Meaning that if you take
two different dishes, one with $1 CPM and
one with $20 DPM. To make $100 for first one, you will need 100,000 views. While for the second one, you
will only need 5,000 views. To be fair, both
of those number of views can actually require
the same amount of work. Just don't think and go for
the high number of view wise. Always take into account that some niches will pay
you more for less. While others will pay
you less for more. So the next lecture, we're going to actually
start creating ETUbe channel and go into more specifics. So I'm
going to see there.
6. Creating Your YouTube Channel: So it's time to create your
first Faces YouTube channel. Creation of the faceless
YouTube channel is really no different than creating of
any other YouTube channels. What you need to do is
just have a gmail account, go to YouTube and
sign up. That's it. However, what many do
not know that you can actually add existing
channels to your channel. Meaning that you can have
a multiple accounts, tie your existing Gmail account
or your YouTube channel. For many qureion of such channels is not
very straightforward, let me just show
you how it's done. Only to this go to
your YouTube account. Don't need to go to
Studio or anywhere else, and just search for settings. On the setting, do you need
to go to account step, which will usually
be open right away, and just click add and
many YouTube channels. After that, you just
create a channel. Just name your channel. Your channel is
basically created. Now, before you're going to
move on, you need to turn on some intermediate
and advanced features, which is not
available by default. By intermediate features,
I mean something very important like custom thumbnails and a video logger
that 15 minutes. By advanced features is like appealing of a
content ID system, uploading more videos daily, or even be eligible
for the motiz. To do so, all you need to do
is go to your studio tap, which you can open like
that, go to your settings, go to channel, and go
to feature eligibility. Now, your standard features will usually be on by default, and you're going to
have to activate your intermediate features by verifying your phone number, and advanced features by providing one of those things
like video verification, valid ID, or just have
a channel history. By channel history means that you need to be very active for around two months with the standard and
intermediate features. You're down with A, you need
to customize your channel. And by customizing right now, I've been adding YouTube
channel title and description. We'll be focusing on the logo and the banner in
a future lecture. To customize the channel, go
to your customization tab in your YouTube studio and
go under basic info. Just make sure that your
channel name is very memorable and is not using any
special signs or numbers. Also choose a good
handle for your channel and make sure that you
write a great description. And by description,
I mean explain very thoroughly what your
channel is all about. And use a lot of keywords in it. And by keywords,
I mean the words that you think that your
channel will be searched worry, we're going to learn
more about keywords in one of the future
sections, but right now, just think of it as detailed
explanation of what your channel is all about and just fill it
out in a basic info. Also make sure that you
have a contact info like e mail included because people might want to reach out to you. And yes, it can happen very, very soon in your
channels lifecycle. So just have it right
there. Now, what you need to
understand is YouTube very strict with
the policies and guidelines with the
new YouTube channels. That means that any
small violation will cause the deletion
of your channel. So try to not break any
of the YouTube Nick that, you need to disclose everything while you are creating
your YouTube videos. For example, YouTube recently added a clause in a description. You need to inform YouTube if your video is using AI or not. So if you're using AI and we will be using a lot
of AI discourse, just make sure that you
disclose that and make sure to fill out all the
content correctly. Do not spam anything, do not spam keywords, do not spam tags, and do not violate
any rules of YouTube. Trust me, you are more
likely to be banned after you upload your first
video any time else. So just be very, very careful with the rules. Do not break YouTube's rules. I repeat, do not break
YouTube's rules. Do not spam, do not steal, be very careful with the
copyrighted content, and do not play with YouTube's rules. They
do not like that. Now that's for one of
the important parts of uploading on YouTube. It's a schedule. They'll multi tach really quickly
and really briefly. Many people are pushing
the consistency and sticking to your schedule. And they're actually right.
The better schedule you have and more you'll
stick to your schedule, the better it will be for you. But unfortunately,
it's not always possible What I would
suggest you to you is choose a very
realistic schedule that you will most likely
fulfill no matter what. If it will be once
a month, so be it. If it will be once
a week, so be it. If it will be every day, just make sure that you every day, and just stick to that schedule. It won't be as important
for your viewers. It will be more reportt for you because more videos you will upload and more consistent you will be with
your discipline, higher chances of
success you will have.
7. Branding and Designing Your Channel: Now, it is very important thing to brand your channel correctly. It doesn't matter whether it is for face or faceless channel. It's imperative to brand
your channel correctly. To do so, you will
need a few things. First, you need to come up
with your brand colors. This is a thing that many
people are overlooking. You need to come up with a gray color palette
for your branding, and you need to use those colors consistently in everything
on your channel. And I mean for the
visual things, chosen palette release is not that it won't cause you any big issues in the beginning of your come up with a
general color palette, and make it as
simple as possible. Don't overdo it.
Just as an example, all the channels
that we talked about previously like now
next modi versity, and what if are using very
simple black and white colors. This makes it very
easy to distinguish both on dark mode and on
a bright mode as well. So we can come up with a
very simple color palettes. Now, as for where to find
those color palette, you can actually use different
websites like coolers, for example, or just simply Google the beautiful
color palettes. It's not as difficult
as you might think. I'm just doing so to come
up with channel logo. Now, this is probably the most difficult not as
much as you think. Here you can actually use
the power of an AI as well. You can use tools like Mt
Journey or Leonardo AI, or even Bing Image generator to generate great logos
for your channel. Just explain what
your channel is, explain colors that
you want to use. Usually those ema
generators will generate quite great
images for you. Now, the important part is not what your logo
will look like. Important that they should
look very professional. It should be consistent with
the colors of your branding. That is an important
part. Also, it must be very simple and
very recognizable. Now all of this is
a matter of taste. But as soon as it is consistent alongside
everything on your channel, including logo, banner, and your thumbnails,
you get to go. At last but atleast you need to focus on the channel banner. Now, channel banner is
actually quite simple as well. Channel banner is not as
important as it was in the past. All you need to do is just
utilize an image that is consistent to
your channels niche and consistent with its colors. And all you will need
to do additionally is convey any additional
information that you want on your channel. Like, for example,
your upload schedule, if you have one,
your channel model, if you have one, of course, similar to modi versit,
just simply reuse your logo on your channel
banner like Now NX is doing. Additionally, you can use some of the interactive elements. Like, for example, you
can add a subscriber bar. Services like Stream
elements allows you to add a progress bar that shows your desired number of subscribers and your
current number of subscribers and to update as your subscribers
numbers will grow. Now, this is the fun and
interactive parts of your bar. One more thing about
YouTube banners that many people
are overlooking, is you understand which parts of your banner
will be visible. Right now, I'm
going to show you a graphic which shows which parts of banners will be
visible on different devices. Like for example, TVs are
featuring the largest banners, mobile phones are featuring
the smallest ones. So we want to populate the
banner with information. Based on this chart. And in order to build
the banner like that, you can use the
tools you can use the very simple
tools like Canva, for example, put
there a logo that you generated on mid journey or
any other air generator, and just populate with the
information that you want. Like for example, the subscribe
bar from stream elements. Now, what you need to also understand that your
channel logo should also be consistent with your
channel thumbnails as well. If you want something that looks great and is very subscribable. Now, to give you really
good expectations don't really need that
in the very beginning. Man that you don't
really need to build consistent thumbnails
in the beginning, because you will really
not know what works. Also, you need to choose the
style of your thumbnails. Also, you need to understand
the types of the thumbnails, that we're going
to talk more about understanding SCO section. Also, you need to focus on a brand consistency on a
different platforms as well, means that you need
to upload basically a similar thumbnails at banners or other
platforms as well. And yet, after you're
done with this, we're going to go to
an essential tools and equipment to go and start
creating our first videos. So we're going to see
there. Take care.
8. Essential Tools and Equipment for Faceless Channel: Now, despite your thinking that faceless YouTube channel does not require anything from you, well, it's kind of lie. You might not need
that many equipment, you might not need cameras, microphones, lighting, studios, et cetera, but you
will need some things, and you will also need a
lot of different software. So in this lecture, we're going to cover what
you'll actually need to start creating your first faceless
YouTube channel. Or rather creating your first
faceless YouTube videos. Open wise, all
you'll need to do is a device where you will
be editing your videos. Technically, it can be any
device, it can be a phone, it could be a laptop, it can
be your personal computer, anything that can run
video editing software. If I would choose one, I would choose
something more robust than a phone or a tablet. Yes, phone and tablet video
eating apps have gone a really long way and are
really powerful right now. Let's say they still cannot go near full fledged video
editing software. Plus it's much easier to work
with different AI tools as well on a PC or a laptop
than on a tablet or a phone. So what I suggested
to do is just have anything that
can edit videos. Now, this is hardwaree. Otherwise, do you really do not need anything else?
I really mean. You really do not
need anything else, because everything will be
done on that computing device. Another thing that you
will need that we're going to build that
we're going to use to create a lot of different
videos is in Video AI. In Video AI is a
service that allows you to create videos using AI. It includes script generation. I will generate script for you if you don't have one,
voice generation, which will basically speak
the script that it will write or it will even allow
you to clone your own voice. If you want to use that feature. But since you want
to face I generally, probably don't want to use that. But if you want, you have
that ability as well. But individua is not
doing just that. It also creates videos for you. Basically search
deferent stock videos for you and add it
in your videos, including the premium
stock videos. So basically, all you
need to do just explain everything to Individual I what you want the
final video to be. How you want it to be or for what platform that
you wanted to create, and it will create, 90%
of the work for you. And in many cases,
that's literally it. But if you not like
the final result, and want to add some
of your own touches, you can always download
the video from there and edit it a little bit with
the Daventure result. This is my go to videotic software because it's absolutely For graphics at Dubil, the only real tool that you will need is any photo
eating software. Like in your case, it can be
something as simple as Cera, or if you're using on Mac, I'll recommend pixel matter Pro or you can go
with photoshop. And if you don't
want any of these, and want something that
is absolutely free, and as powerful, you
can go with the Photop, which is basically
photoshop bottomline. Now speaking of
tools and software, even though I said
that computer will be the best option to use because of the power
of an individual AI, you are actually not
restricted with that as well. If you'll solely rely
on an individual AI, which you absolutely can, you can go with only
your smartphone. So basically, you'll
need your smartphone, and if you want
something a quiet, it a qui environment, you all need to do
is just headphones. It is as simple as that. You can actually
try in video AI for absolutely free to see what
it can create for you. Trust me, it creates some of
the most amazing things that I've ever seen that requires
almost no work for me. Just make sure that you review everything that indo AI
will create for you. Even though the
software actually makes quite a few mistakes, it will still make mistakes because this is a
downside of any AI. Or it might be the downside of you not correctly
explaining what you need. Don't worry. I'm
not blaming you for need to learn how to correctly
to AI what you need to do, and it requires some
time and effort. So what else you will
need? Well, basically. We will also use some
additional tools for SO like VA or two body, but that's only after
we're going to be done with the creation of
the videos themselves. Now it comes to the
moment of truth, and the important part is actual creation of the
videos using in video AI. I'm going to see you
in the next section where we're going to
be doing exactly that. I'm going to see
there. Take care.
9. Planning Your Content Strategy: First first, let me be the first one to congratulate your
creating of your channel. Ft List have done everything that we talked about in
the previous section. If you haven't, I
have suggested you do that because it will
help you to keep up, and keeping up is
important here. In this lecture, we're going
to be talking about how to actually plan your
content stretch. And we're going to be talking about some of the
techniques that I use to plan my content. And
this will help you as well. Now that you have created your channel and you have
clearly defined Niche, at you should by now, you need to define your
content goals and objectives. Does that mean? Who you want
to reach with your audience? You want to reach far and wide as many people as possible. You want to reach out
to new audiences, and that will be always true
if you have a new channel. Or if you already have
some people watching you, do you want to reach them? Do you want to focus more on your already
existing audience? Now, this is very important to define while you're
creating your videos? Because the videos
that you're reaching new audiences can be
a little different, then the videos that are focused more on returning audiences. And they have a little
bit of different goals. You're trying to
reach your audiences, you're free to experiment with different formats and
different types of videos. But if you're reaching your
already existing audience, that means that
you need to check out what videos people are watching your channel
and double down on those and create the
similar types of videos. But how to actually research different content ideas and where you can find
and see the trends. But that's actually
not very difficult. Verdi vers you can do
it on YouTube itself. See what your competitors
are doing and see what they're focusing on and see if they get a attraction or not. And if it is, that
means that topic is trendy, and you
can focus on that. If there is nothing
like that, if the competitors do not have
anything that different, then you can use other
tools like Google Trends. Go to go to Google Trans Gob, see all the trending topics
and all the rising topics. And also, you can
search different topics and see how they are
performing right now. Can see whether they're trending upwards or they have reached
their peak long ago, or they're trading
downwards or everything, all in all of an existence
of YouTube and Google. And yes, you can focus separately on a YouTube
search in Google Trends. Also, one neat strick there, you can actually compare
different topics to see how they're trading
against each other. So for example, if you
have a gaming channel, and you want to see which game
is more popular right now, you can use Google
Trans for that. And also what's very
important trans actually shows you the popularity
by the countries as well. So if you're focusing on
separate and specific countries, you can use the Go
trend data for that. Just write down all those
different topic ideas and choose the ones
that you feel like will get the most
hues or just reach the most audiences that you
want to reach right now. And after that, I
will suggest you to create a content calendar. Now, cada in itself does
not have a huge power. Well, just setting dates to create different
videos. That's it. But in reality, it's
actually far more powerful. By setting up a
content calendar, s is giving yourself deadlines. And by giving
yourself deadlines, you see clearly where
you are in your journey. Like for example, if you have a once a week upload schedule, you choose one day where
you upload the video, and you create deadlines
for yourself to upload those videos every
single week, no matter what. And contrary to the
popular belief, this is more for you
than for your viewers. Yes, a lot of YouTube creators and lot of traders
are telling you, you need to be
consistent because people are expecting
videos from you, but in reality,
absolute majority will not be waiting
anything for you, especially if you're a beginner. And this content calendar and this consistency rule
is important for you. Create a portfolio of videos and also
different data points for you to measure how
popular different topics are with your audiences. To an absolute reality,
this consistency trick or this consistency rule is
not for your viewers. It is for you. Even that's not all, of course, with the
content creation. There's much more
to that as well. So when you research
different trends, you are more working
on a trending topics, but this is not the only type of videos
that you can create. You can actually create and
ever bring videos as well. Now, what many people will be telling you that you focus on a high search volume keywords with a very low competition
and things like that, in order to succeed on you. That is a bunch of BS. You do focus on high
search volume keywords, but also that are highly
relevant for your channel. For example, if
you have a channel that reviews microphones, does mean faces or faceless. You also quickly find out there are many videos talking about the best microphones
or how to choose the ferent microphones or explaining different
parts of microphones. And with all the mentality that a lot of people
will be teaching you, you should not be
making any videos about that because there will be
too big of a competition. In reality, it's again, BS. You not just should create
this type of videos. You must create this type
of videos because this will be considered as an
evergreen and core content. Will be the type of the
videos that will be viable for years to come and will generate your
reviews from there. And this videos will have one unique trait that no
other video will have. It will be your touch. Yes, you will not be there, but you will be putting
your knowledge there or you will be putting
your AIs knowledge there with your touches. This makes it different
from everyone else. With the correct usage
of AI in this key case, in the video AI,
you'll be able to craft videos that
will be irresistible. Also, you will have
one other advantage. Your video will be
much newer than all those old bores that you are trying
to compete against. Video age actually matters. We're going to be
discussing this a little bit more in SEO part, but telling you right now, videos age matters quite a lot. So in the beginning of
your channel journey, I would suggest you to
create the videos that you know will be beneficial
for your viewers. The general topics. The general videos that
will be explained by you in a bit of different way because it's explained by you. Well, not directly by you, well you will write
a script for that, that AI will be talking. And also where AI will be
putting Bur footage over it. So yeah, in order to plan
your quanta strategy, you intro dou these things. Then this is summing everything that we
sit in this lecture. First focus on goals and
objectives of your content, that view different trends
in your similar insies. That check trends with
Google Trends tool, plan your evergreen content
as well and create a content Cledar with a consistent
schedule for your self, not for anyone else,
only for yourself. Should end of the
next lecture, were actually going to start using it VideI to start writing
our first scripts. So I'm going to see you in
the next lecture. Take care. A
10. Scriptwriting for Engagement with InVideo AI: Let's now talk about scripting. Scripting is an important part of creating faceless videos. And it's important part
for any tube videos. Here right now, we are going to be using and incorporating the help of in Video AI in it create very powerful scripts. Now, technically, with
the faceless challenge, you can go with three
different ways of scripting. And you can choose
any of those paths, but I'm going to start with
the most difficult one and then get to the path. First, and of course, most difficult one is
to go with the manual. Just write the script
all by yourself. Every single word will be yours, and every single thing
will be written by you. Usually, this is most
controlled environment that you're going to be
able to achieve the most. But it's also most difficult because it will take the
most amount of time, but an effort in order to get to the ideas to actually
write something. The second way that you
can choose is to well, incorporate the help of AI. In this case, you're going to
use any generative tax AI. Like, you can use cha GPT,
Bing, whatever it is, you can use just ask NAI to write it for you,
and it will do it. That's actually not
that difficult. But after that you will need to start actually making
the video, right? You need to create a voiceover, you need to create video
itself, et cetera, et cetera. And to help you with that, we have the third way, and it is using it Video AI
for scriptwriting. But how it is that. Now
before we're going to move on on how to Do this. Let's say that you have
the first two written. How we can use the
help of InVideo AI, if you have written
script yourself or if you have used other AIs, how to use IVideo AI to actually to actually
create the videos for you? Well, you can actually do this. Because in Video AI actually has a script to video feature. But before we're
going to do this, you need to have an
inideo AI account. That's rather easy. All you need to do is just
register for the free count, and you are good to go. Video AI has
extremely simple UI. All into you just choose a
script to video workflow. In this case, you will
have an additional prompt, additional ways to edit your
prompt to create a video. Now, block for example, you
can choose a video type, you can ask to create
a regular video, YouTube video, TikTok
video, Instagram video. It will adjust a way of creating video based on what
you'll ask to do. After that, you just
got a pate script. Choose the background music, and you can choose
the background music literally by writing a prompt. You can ask it to be dark or upbeat or happy or whatever the way that
you want it to be. And then you can ask it to
use any voice that you want. Male, female or through different accents or you can ask it to use your own voice. If you have one, of course.
And that's basically it. You just click continue and
it will start analyzing Gf. I'll ask you for additional
information about the video, what type, like additional
information or what type of video it will be or what
type of things to add. After that, it will generate
a video just like that. If you have a script, of course. But let's say you
don't have a script. Let's say you don't have
a time Well, actually, InVideo AI can generate script for you as well
from absolute scratch. What you will need to do is either choose one
of the workflow, you will have something that fits in the work
flock, for example, if you're going to for example, if you're going to go would
you take explainer or just you tube short or
recent events video, things like that, and you
put the information there. You can just write the
prompt right then there. You can just give the topic, give the detailed destructure of what you want this video to be. And what invido will do is to actually generate script
for you using AI. It has never been that simple to make the
video from scratch. All you need to do
literally is to explain what you want the video to be in as much
detail as you possibly can. Because if you are creating
the YouTube video, you most likely have
something in mind and just explain everything
to in video, and that's it. And you also have plenty of characters to explain as
much details as possible. I can actually generate
quite long videos as well. But that's not all. But in video AI will generate
a script for you. It will also generate
a video for you. But it will also give you an
ability to fix your script. In Video will not
just create a script. It will divide the script into paragraphs
and into chapters. And it can actually edit all of those things. And not just that. You can actually addit
Media keywords as well, but we're going to
talk about this in one of the future lectures. Just take a look at
the script and fix some inconsistencies or
mistakes that you might see. And that's practically it. Creating the videos has
never been that easy. You can duplicate the chapters, you can add chapters before
you can add chapters after. And yeah, it will actually
give you the chapter T Stems as well if you want to put it in a YouTube
video in the future. No quick tips with the script. That it's very
important. Pay really, really close attention to the first chapter or first paragraphs and
to the last ones. Now, what you need
to do is to see if the first synthesis
or first paragraph is hooking the viewer
and explaining the videos beginning in very engaging and
interesting way. Open video usually will
generate a great script, but hook is all up to you. Unfortunately, in
this day and age, AI is not as developed to create an amazing hooks
every single time. It creates a great video, but it cannot understand what hooks work right now or not. So you need to be very
close attention and choose different interesting
hooks in order to grab people's attention. Because on YouTube. First 30 seconds, if you
have a long form video, is deciding factor and make
sure that fs 30 seconds is as crafted as it a possible. Also make sure that the last
chapter at the very end, you have very correct
call to actions. Like if you want someone to
subscribe or if you want someone to go to the link
or purchase something, and also just make
sure that you put a little bit call to action like subscribe the middle
of the video. But I suggest you still to focus only at the end
at first because people that usually go all the way to the end of the video
are more ten to subscribe than the ones
that you ask right in the beginning or in the
middle all of that, and you're going to
have an amazing script. And in the next video,
we're going to be focusing more a little
bit on the voice. So I'm going to see you
in the next lecture. Take care.
11. Voiceover Techniques and Tips Using InVideo AI: Now to be fair, if
you've got to focus on a voice of individuo I. It's not really that difficult. I would say it's very
easy and straightforward. Because while using a voice, you either have
one of two things. You're either using
your own voice or you're using the AI voice. Now, judging that you want to create your voiceless channel, there's a high chance that you don't want to use
your own voice. And by the way, by
your own voice, I mean that you are asking in Video AI to transform your
own voice into AI's voice. It will speak with your voice
as closely as possible, but not exactly like. This way, you will
kind of like have a personal brand touch if you
want to use it, of course. But I would suggest that because you want
a faceless channel, there is high chest
that you don't want. But in case that you want,
that's what you need to do. You actually need to add
your own voice to invid AI. And to do so, you need to just use the clone your own voice, but Cloning your
own voice is not very easy task, but
it's rather sad. Student, you have the
recordings of your own voice, and it should be at
least 30 seconds long and the longer it
will be the better. After that, you will have
to mention the few phrases, so you just cannot use
any random voices. For example, you must
mention the phrase, I give in Video AI the
permission to use my voice, et cetera et cetera,
whatever it is. I'm not going to be
saying it right now, but you can actually see it
in in Video AI dashboard. You also have to pause it between sentences like
you normally would, and you need to record in high quality equipment to have as high quality
voice as possible. So if you're recording
in a noisy environment, and your microphone
is very bad or it's not sufficiently edited, well, I would not
suggest you to do it. But if you decide, yeah,
equipment like mine, more or less high quality, you record you record in
very good environments. Yeah, that would
be quite helpful. If you want faces
cha, that because you don't want to show
your face or voice, but you want to diversify your portfolio and
have more channels, and you just don't have time to record every single
thing by yourself. Let's say now you want to use just you want to use AI voice. Video, you have quite a lot
of choices in this rod. At the moment of the
recording, unfortunately, you don't have an ability to review what different
voices sound like, but hopefully by the time
you watch this video, the preview is
actually available. So what you can use
in some workflows, you can actually choose the
voice using a special menus. But if you but if you are not using wor actually
use the prompt. But ask which voice
that you want to use. But if you want the list of
the voice, this is the list. First, you can ask
it to use any voice, or you can ask it to use a
male voice or a female voice. Then you have a choice of
different accents like clear American voice,
like Californian accent, like New York accent,
Southern accent, Midwestern accent, like
Transatlantic voice, and et cetera, et
cetera, et cetera. You have everything
given, including Indian English voices, or even Australian voices, or even British voices. I do have quite a lot
of choice to be fair. But all of those voices
have one thing in They are extremely,
extremely high quality. Like any person who have
not listened to all of those voices would never think that this is
actually an AI voice. It sounds like very very, very good quality voiceover
and a voice actor. So it's extremely
good voices there. Now, you can actually
use any voice depending on the
content that you have, and it's better to use the
same voice consistently. But I want to give
you a few advice that you have as higher
quality voiceover as the voiceover is using your script in
order to understand what to say and how to say it. And it's extremely important to have your script very correct with very correct
punctuations and pauses and spaces
and everything. It is extremely
important to have that. The quality of your voiceover
will be purely dictated by the quality of your If the script is purely
generated by individual AI, usually you will not have a
lot of mistakes like that. But if you're writing
script yourself, then you might have
those mistakes, and you have to be very
careful to not have a need to regenerate everything
from a scratch and then wait for
the generation, and then check the
for mistakes again. Again, it is very important
to check the Other than that, just make sure that you request correct tone and dresses
up to experimentation, whatever the tonality and voice that you would like
to use in your videos. That's basically it. It's very simple to use in video AI to generate
amazing voices. Hared with a great
music and videos, yet, it will sound that
look quite amazing. But speaking of
music and videos, let's focus on that purely in the next lecture after that. So I'm going to see your
next one. Take care.
12. Finding and Using Royalty-Free Media with InVideo AI: Now we're get the
interesting part of individo AI to actually finding the B role or a role of the footage if you want
and using the great music. First of, let's get
a very simple thing out of the way. It is music. What Id is doing, it's actually scouring through royalty free music and
add it to your video with a correct volume and correct docking based on the moods that you
want to create. This way, it will create
exactly the mood that you want, and all you will need to
do is literally just to say what type of mood you
want your music to be. That's it. That's literally it. There is no much else. At least not much
else to populate your entire video with
this amazing music. But music is. But now
you have a script, you have a voiceover, and
now you have a music. But that's not a video. You literally need video. How you can use in Video I to actually generate the video? First, express what in video
it will use as a video. And Video has a large base of stock videos and pretty
high quality stock videos, Bc sory blocks and I
what in video will do. Now it will scour
through script and divide the entire
video into paragraphs. And then it will scour
through those paragraphs and find the keywords that will
perfectly fit your video, and then it will try to find the stop footage based
on those keywords. That's how it works.
There's no magic there. It's just very clever AI work. But you can actually change this media in whatever
way that you want. Now, fic first, it will
generate the entire video. Then you can scour
through the entire video and you can edit
everything D so, go to the video
that will generates for you and press edit button. Now we can edit the media
in one of a few ways. You can just edit
media or edit script. And let me know why
you need a ded script. First let's start
with dit media. With an added media,
you will have basically a timeline of your media
files that will be visible, and you also have your script. It will also highlight in which part of your script certain
media files will be visible. What you can do is you can
select the media file that, for example, that
you do not like, just do a few off things. First things first,
you can click this triple point button, and just adjust the ideal
duration, for example, which duration, how long you want the certain
media file to be? Also shows the actual length of the sat media file as well, so you would not overdo
it and do not ask to use this media file for longer than actual
media file is. Or you can just select the file and just
change the media. You can search different
media file that you want. Or if you have your own videos
that you probably have, you can actually change
it with your own videos. And then just click
replace. That's it. And you can do this with
every single media file. But let's say that you do not like everything and you want everything to be regenerated.
You can do that as well. You do that, you go to
edit script and see this play button with every
single paragraph of the text. What this is, this
is media keywords. Now, this is basically what keywords that you want to
use to search the media. And the in video is actually populating everything
this by itself. But you can actually
change this. But for example, if you want something
completely different, nothing related that you are talking about,
you can't do that. And you'll find this completely
unrelated media files as well when you regenerate
the video in its entirety. And you can do this with
every single That just that. You can actually
add the title text two videos and by
judging on this text, you can understand
that it's very, very powerful, especially if you have some type of educational
content because yeah, this text actually helps you
to understand things more. To do so in the
same added script, you can actually
change a text element, like adding a title text
overlay or over third. And then you can just write the text that
you want there to be. That's it. It's very, very easy. Invidia AI understands perfectly that the words that you
are speaking is important, the media files are important, and it also gives you the
way of controlling how AI is finding those media files and also gives you the
ability to add text. That's actually not all. Video AI actually
allows you to add subtitles with the
different styles as well. This usually works more with YouTube shorts and other
short style videos. You can actually add
those with the prompt through a dropdown menu like from the YouTube
shorts workflow. Elect for example, you can add a different styles of subtitle. This way will make video
even more engaging. Now we can manipulate and
change all this on the fly. Trust me, it is much easier than making all
the video from the scare. Basically, in do is creating
everything for you and gives you an ability to fix and change in the
way that you want. And yeah, it's much easier
to do everything from zero and searching and downloading all the stock
footage by yourself. And with enough, it's
also cheaper as well. Because even if
you're going to use the premium stock footage with the individual
subscriptions, it's much cheaper than
actually going and getting this premium stock
footage by yourself. Lina. Basically, you're
not just getting a very competent video. You're also getting a
free stock footage. How amazing is that. But speaking of free stock footage and speaking of editing, there are a few things
that I want to talk about and discuss
to make using of in Video AI as easy and as productive as possible for
your pasteles channel, and also you're going to use some other tools to make it
as productive as possible. So I'm going to see you the
next lecture. Take care. Oh.
13. Editing Videos for Maximum Impact with InVideo AI: Now, really enough,
you know how to use in video AI.
Yeah. That was it. That's extremely
extremely simple because inVideo AI is simplifying
everything for you to the max. AI is doing 95% of the things
that you should be doing. And all it is required from you is to make
everything coherent and to make
everything usable and to well basically have
a reason for the video. And here are a few of
my tips to do and to use in Video AI as effectively
as possible for faceless. One that I want to
tell you is just to make sure that
script is perfect. Just before you're going
to go and watch the video, read through an entire script and make sure that the
script is per pack. Mean that there are no
mistakes because it's a AI. AI is making mistakes. Just make sure that
there are no mistakes. Also bonus for the script, and I said it before,
and I will say it again, M sure that the first 30
seconds of the script, basically the first few
paragraphs are per pack because this is the thing
that most people will watch. Absolute majority of
people will watch. Your goal is to retain a 50 to 70% through
first 30 seconds. Because if they will go
through the first 30 seconds, they will most likely to go all the way
through the video. Not all of them, but
a large number of them will get all the
way through the video, and you want that to be
reality. That's what you want. Also make sure that there is a clear call to
action in the video, whether it's just subscription or whether they're
just going through different websites or just asking to check out
the description, make sure that it is clear in every single
one of your videos. We don't have call to action. At least ask you at least ask
people to L and subscribe. In every single video. Next is, make sure to check out every single media file
that in video will add. And also make sure that the
lengths are good enough. Yes, you're going
to actually change the length of these
media files as well. Make sure that
transitions between media files are in more
or less organic places. Not a mid sent.
It's better to have transitions near end of the
sentence where full stop is. Also, I highly suggest you to always add your own footage. Some footage should be
unique and not be stop. Sub footage is literally
there to replace you. Like, for example,
in this video, I could use entirety of a sub footage just
to replace me and add only the
relevant information and videos on the screen. Find some relevant footage to your video and add it there. Also be very careful
with the music. Make sure that it has
the correct mood. Because if you find
the mood incorrectly, it will ruin the entire video, and nobody will understand
why the video is ruined. But yeah, it's actually
the music fault. Not the perfect music, but
perfect mood of the music. Also make sure to use Tex
video and use it a lot. If you're not going to be
using subtitles everywhere, at least use different titles
and lower thirds and text, because yeah, texts
actually help you to get higher engagement. Because it actually changes the pace of the video
a little bit and grabs attention
to a certain part and certain point of the video. And more you will be
grabbing the attention to certain points of the
video, the better it will be. Ba it will kind of
reset their attention, and people will stay
for the videos longer. That's just how the video works. That's why usually the very
highly at videos work. And you can replicate the same similar results with your own footage or with
different titles and texts. And the same thing
with subtitles. Another tip is to not
over use subtitles. Burned in subtitles in
the long form videos. Long form videos really do not require burned in subtitles, unless you really feel like
it helps a video life. But for example, in the
courses, it's actually helpful. Yeah, you can agree with me,
especially with my speech. With my speed of speech, it actually helps you to
understand more what I'm saying, and of course, with my accent. But usually, you do not need any longer You do need them in
a short fall video though, because with short fall videos, attention spans are much shorter and you
required to grab and keep people's
attention as long as possible and actually
text help you. Now there's also one
personal tip of mine. This is the thing that
I'm actually using with my own videos and you can
use it for your own as well. Mostly make horizontal
videos in in video. I'm talking about the
long term videos. If your video is long
form, like two, three, 4 minutes, do not make them vertical videos. Make
them horizontal. Because what you
will do is you will download those
videos and repurpose them into vertical videos and in video software
elective to resolve, to make it look much
better for the vertical. Because if you'll just stretch the video to the
vertical, look great. Or otherwise, if you just make the vertical videos very long, you cannot just strike
them in horizontal. It will look very bad as well. And to make it
actually very good, we just need to
duplicate the video, or resize the back portion of the video to the maximum size of the screen for
the vertical video and add a blur on it. Yes, and very heavy blur. Then add your regular
video in front, shrink it to the optimal size
by not really filling out the horizontal video and
just cut a little bit to the side and make it look like
a little bit like square. And that's it. But
the back blur part will feel like a lighting and will make the
video look much more pleasant than just adding a
black parts on the top bot. Trust me, this way it works. Overall, my most and most
important feature and most important tip will be to just always check
what AI will create. To just click one button
and just click export in the hope in hopes that in video AI will create
a perfect video for you. Yeah, there is a
chance that it will, but there is also a
chance that it will not. Just take a little
bit of extra chat, few minutes to check that
everything is alright, and then just fix the mistakes. It will not take a lot of time. And it's much better to do it at the moment before
you export it than to try to fix it later when what someone
else will discover the. Also, most importantly,
start using individuo. It's absolutely free
to start and you'll be able to check every
future and how it works. It's actually very powerful
and quite impressive. Now when you have everything to create videos and
the next section, we're going to focus more
on SCO and analytics, the important nerdy
parts of the YouTube, that will help you a lot. So I'm going to see
you there. Take care.
14. Understanding YouTube SEO: So understanding YouTube SCO
is very important for you. And it's not as difficult
as you might think. Many people are
painting CO was like this big analytics type of job that you need
to do for really, really long time in order to understand what you're doing. But in reality is
extremely simple. In its essence, SCO
basically means putting all the information in
your YouTube ides, titles, and descriptions
in order to make it as easy to understand for YouTube alg Motu Video is to serve it to the
correct audience. That's That means that you need to
title your video and put the right description in order to make it as
discoverable as possible. But to do so you need to
understand two things. You need to look
at your video and think of what type
of video is this? Is this the video that what
people stumble upon or whether this is the
video that people are actively searching for? This is actually important
to differentiate before you're going to
start creating your video. So think about this the next time you're going to
create your video. Now, why it is important anyways, you need to optimize
your video for a CO. But you need to
think of this that way because if your video
is highly searchable, you need to focus on what
people are looking for. And if the video is
highly discoverable, you need to intrigue
people with your title. This must be
something interesting that entices them to click. This of course, alongside
of the thumbnail. But let me put you in a
little secret title is actually far more important
than a thumbnail. Thumbnail stops
attention of the people, but title actually
entices them to click. No one is clicking thumb nail. Everyone is clicking a title. Usually, the attention of
the viewer goes like that. First is Stumnil,
then it is title, then is the video itself. How to accommodate for that
and what you need to do? Of course, we're going to go to details two other lectures, but first, you said what
you need to focus on. What parts of UT video
you need to focus on more or less?
First, the title. Title is the most important
part. Do not overlook that. Do Do not have hazarly
tit your videos. The titles are the
things that will get you the clicks and
will get you the views. And of course, com
that will get you matter how great your video is, no matter what amazing thing that Video AI will
generate for you. If the title will not reflect
that, nobody will watch it. So title is single
most important part that you need to be focusing on. Don't worry, I'm going to teach you everything about that. The second important
part is description. Description is actually helps the title to be more
visible and more underst description is a part where
you should put every bit of information that you can put
about the video in there. And that's where the
most of the keywords and most of the SEO is
actually happening. And most of the
description is for you to valuate them and less
for the actual viewers. Unless you have specific links in that does you want
viewers to click. And that's why usually take people into your descriptions. And last, but actually
least the tags. Contrary to the
popular belief that is extremely old and outdated. Tags very little impact on Video discoverability.
Little to none, I can say. And doesn't matter whether
you fill out the tax or not, it is just not
affecting that much. Is that affecting your
vidal discoverability? Almost at all? Does mean
that you should not the tax? No. Tax I have actually other
uses data I will teach you. What are the tools that
you need for yourSEO? Actually, you don't
need that much. But if you insist for
the specific tools, I'll suggest you to install
social blade extension, VDIQ, and two body extensions. Yes, VQ and two body are doing
basically the same thing. Going to be using free
features of both of them. So let's reiterate
everything really quick. SO is important for your
video discoverability, and that actually
gets you the views. A is important for algorithm to understand what your
video is all about. SO is important no
matter whether you are creating discoverable
video or searchable video. And important wise, the
most important SCO part is title that description
and the last tags. In the next lecture, we're
going to start focusing on keyword research and actually finding the best keywords
for your videos. Also, we're going to talk a
little bit about tagging. I'm going to see the
next lecture. Take care. M.
15. Keyword Research and Tagging: Now let's get to
your practical part? How you can research
your keywords. Now, in a previous stuure, I
said that you need to focus on whether you
want your video to be discoverable or searchable. The key difference is that nobody is searching for
the discoverable videos. They are just
stumbling upon them. And those videos usually
get the most used. But in many cases, especially in the beginning of the
Channels life cycle, those videos are gambled. I never suggest anyone
to focus on that. I would always suggest you to focus on a searchable
videos first, something that
people will actively seeking and where you will
solve their problems. So how do you find the
effective keywords? Well, first things
first, you need to think about your
video is all about. Mean literally, if someone
will search for your video, what words will they use? So for example, if
you're creating videos about best microphones and $100, what people will be looking for? Well, they will be searching
for best microphones. That's as simple as that. Those two keywords
are searchable. But what else? What
are the keywords that you can use in your titles? Well, you see YouTube is actually helping you
quite a lot with that? Because you can
just can the title your videos as a
beast microphones, but it won't be enough. It's just way too broad. Des not explain
what exactly you're talking about,
cheap microphones, expensive microphones for music, for gaming, for communication,
or whatever it is. It does not explain everything. So you need to
expand your title to accommodate more
long term keywards. How to find the
best ones and what that other people
are searching for? Well, see, you don't
need any tools for that. YouTube is actually telling you exactly what you need to do. All need to do is just put in
the keyward that you want. Now for this case best McPhone. YouTube will fill out
the rest for you. Usually, those
search predictions that YouTube is auto
filling for you, are the ones that
people are actually actively looking for
at that very moment. That means that those
topics are in demand. For example, it can be
best McPhone for YouTube, best McPone for gaming, best Mc phone for iPhone
or whatever it is. Basically, YouTube is
giving you all the information that
you want Basically, very simply and very easily, you have an exact
keyword that you want to use in your title.
But that's not all. There is actually
a way to predict whether your video will
be successful or not. Like, for example, if you'll search for the best
keyword for YouTube, well, it will show me all
the videos about that. But all those videos
are your competitors. Now you need to
position yourself against those competitors,
and how you need to do that? Well, you need to
analyze whether it's a good idea to go
against them or not. And I will tell you
how you can analyze. And I'm going to
use VDIQ for that. VDQ is absolutely free, so you can install it and
use it for yourself. What VDC is doing is VIDAQ is actually analyzing
the search results. There are a few important
parts that we acquire. Like for example, when you search for the
specific keywords, you will actually see how many
times in a top 20 videos, those keywords are used
exactly in a title. But that's not all. You actually can get more information
than just top 20. We're going to scroll
down a little bit, we're going to scroll
down the videos and allow YouTube to load all
of those videos. All of this information will
actually be loaded in a VIQ. That VDIQ, will actually read all those
information from all of those videos and
will actually allow you to analyze all of
those videos at once. And when it's scrolled back up, VIDAQ will give you analysis
of all of those videos. And you can analyze hundreds
of videos like that. And what it will give you is
a few important bits of s, how many videos are actually using those exact
words in the title. If you see the keywords
used less than 10%, that's a perfect keyword to use. If you see the same things
in the description, and I mean the
first two lines of the descriptions and
if it's less than 10%, this keyword is
actually a good target. Last but not least bit of information is average
age of the video. If average age is more than
a year, this is a slam down. Also VA Q is given the volume of the Anything about 50%
is a good keyward. That means that a lot
of people are actually looking for the
videos about that, and most studios are
actually one year or older. That means this is the
perfect opportunity for you to use this keyboard. And all you need to do is put this keyboard in a title and in your description,
and don't worry. I'm going to show you
exactly how to do that. You have a maximum chances
for king, and that's it. All we use was YouTube's
own search predictions, and we use the free version of DAQ where we can
analyze hundreds of videos to get a very
detailed dalytics and predictions of what
we can actually create. And all the left for
us to do is just actually start creating.
How simple is that? But let me tell you a
little bit about tagging. Why tagging is not important and where you can
actually use the tax. Tag actually don't have
that much effect on actual regio And
that was actually conferred multiple
times by UTP themselves and prominent tagging
tools VDAQ and two bodies. So why would you use the tax? Well, you can
actually use them to see where you rank for
those specific tax. You see, when you put the tax, and if you have DAQ installed
or two body installed, they will actually tell
you where do you rank. Meaning that if someone search
for the specific keywords, will you be visible on top or you'll not be visible at all. Takes the hustle away from you manually searching for
those specific Qs. That's the only reason
why you would use tax. Other than that, they don't
have that much impact, and I would still suggest you
to use them just in case. The next video,
we're going to focus on how we can actually optimize your video titles and
descriptions in order to maximize results in
order to rank very, very high for any keywords. We're going to see you
the next one. Thank you.
16. Optimizing Your Video Titles and Descriptions: Now we have an
approximate understanding what you want your
videos title to be. But that's just an approximate. We need to actually craft a good title and optimize
our description for that. So let's get start
with this one. First thing that you need
to understand is that the YouTube video title always
consists of several parts. And usually those are two parts. One part that works toward algorithm and one that
works towards the viewer. One part should be the part
that is easily searchable and another one that is
enticing people to click. Look for example, if your
main keyword is, let's say, the microphones review
sure M V seven review. You're just putting Sure MV
seven review in the title. But this is just one part. Other part needs to work
towards the viewer, meaning that it an
entire step to click. Now, you can actually use other part as an
additional keyboard. Like, for example, I can
say Sure MV seven review the best microphone
for voice recording or best McPha for streaming
or whatever it is. And this way, I can actually
the gate much more click. Because I will be targeting
two long tail keywords. But the second part,
the best microphone for streaming also works
towards the viewer. Because the viewer can easily understand the sentiment
behind the video. Because yeah, the
entire video will not be just a reviewing
Sure M seven, but it also building it up to answer the
question whether it's the best Mcphon for streaming or for giving or for
whatever it is. So this gives the
correct sentiment. Now we need to be very
careful with that and always give the correct
sentiment because otherwise, your video will count
as a click pate. And contr is the belief click
pate is not a good thing. I click bit will get
you a lot of use, but it will not get you
a lot of subscribers, and it will put you in a
bad way with the algory. You don't want to
do that. So do not, no matter what, use a click bit. Always use the words and
phrases in a title that are true and are
connected to your video. Do the same with a thumbnail. And always I repeat always have at least one long tail
keyword in the title. By long tail, I mean that
something that has a few words. If, of course, it's applicable
towards your video. If you followed our
previous lecture, it's very easy to find out
what people are actually looking for and what you
need to put in the title. When I say a title
actually decides whether people will w
you or not, it is true. You need to work on
crafting a good title. There is no definitive formula
on the successful titles. Use me, I looked everywhere, experimented with everything. There is no definitive formula, no matter what people will
tell you, there is none. Something might work
for specific type of people for only
very specific time. Though if I will teach
you that, I will just be teaching you
outdated information, and it just But one
thing always stays true. You need to use the
keywords in the title and and the title should be true and explaining
the sentiment of the video very precisely. If people will not
click the video, it's not because
the title is bad, it's because the actual idea of the video is not good enough. Man that people just don't
want to descriptions are also very important
and very often overlooked. C YouTube algorithm
not just scours the title and tax for
an actual keywords, so it does less for
the tax though. It scours the
description as well. YouTube needs to understand
what the video is all about, and if description
is correct and coincides with the words that you see in your
video because yeah, YouTube can actually
transcribe your video and understand of the video
is all about as well. YouTube will use the words
from description as a keyword. Now there is actually
a way to put keywords correctly in the video. You can actually create
an entire paragraph explaining what the video is and incorporate the
keywords that you want to be searched with
within this paragraph. You can do this
manual. Or you can use the AI text tools like a GPT, and ask it to write your
paragraph explaining what the video is and ask it
to use specific keywords. Way to craft you most likely
quite a good AI description. Or alternatively, you
can do things like I do. Just use the tools like VDAQ, find a good amount of tax,
put a text in a tag field, copy all the texts, create a separate section in your description titled
topics of the video, and write all the
texts in there. But make it look nice. Don't just throw them
in there with a comma. Just make them look quite nice. Also one thing that is often overlooked description
is call to action. You need to include all the call to actions in description, L subscribe or go to the
different stores or websites, just to generate you some
contradict the popular belief, many people are scouring through descriptions and many people are actually click in
different links. Why not put a good call
to action there as well? Also know that you can actually change the titles and
descriptions anytime, you can actually experiment
with different titles and descriptions to see
what will work for you. Now again, none of
this matters if you do not choose your titles
correctly and by correctly, I mean truthfully,
all the titles and descriptions should give a correct and
truthful description of what your video is all about. YouTube will understand
whether you're Because again, it can transcribe your video and understand what is
happening in your video and if it does not coincide with your description and your
keywords, they will punish you. So do not use your
relevant keywords to not keyword stuff and
just be truthful. It is not as difficult
as you might think. And also important
thing. I'll suggest you to create aplo default. It's done through your account setting where you
can actually set up the description which will
feature the structure or all the relevant links that is the same for
every other video. All you need to do is
just fill out with the information that
is relevant for that specific video,
and that's it. You will not need to
craft the description from zero every single time. But one thing is crafting, another thing is actually
understanding and analyzing it. I the next lecture,
we're going to focus on analyzing your videos and
the channel performance and see what you can change
and what needs to be changed in your
title descriptions or overall in your ICO. I'm going to see the
next lecture. Take care. M.
17. Analyzing Your Channel’s Performance: I cannot even stress
enough how important it is to learn how to read analytics of
your YouTube channel, and of every single one
of your Tub videos. Whether it's a faceless channel, fake channel, any
type of channel, analytics actually tells you what you're doing right and
what you're doing wrong, and you need to adapt
to it accordingly. And this way, you can
modify your future or even the existing
videos in a way to be visible to as large
audience as possible. So they just learn how to
read analytics and how to associate success or
failure to the numbers. Before you're going
to go into analytics, you need to learn
one thing about your video success or failure. If your video failed,
the first thing that you deject how competitive
the video topic was. Maybe because when you uploaded the video
about that topic, someone else or a lot of other individuals uploaded
the same video as you did. Basically, they practically took a with the spotlight
from you because yeah, there was not enough audience for all of you and you lost. That's the first thing
that you need to check. After you, you need to
check a few other things. Important parameter is CTR. The CTR is, of course, dictated purely by video title
and T thumbnail. If you want real
numbers comparison, title has around
70% impact on it, and Tamil has around 30. So for example, if
you're competing with other video for the same
spot and for the same topic, if you have a very
similar titles with the one with a better
thumbnail will win. But if you have a better title, even if they have a
better thumbnail, So if you CTR is low, that means that you did not entice people to
click on your video? That means your title was bad. It was not intriguing enough, it was not search u, and you
need to work to fix that. That is probably the main
thing that you need to do. Now, that sad, if your
tubnil is really bad, it doesn't really matter
how great your title is. Everything that I said
about title implies that your Tubnil is
actually somewhat good. It's not click
radio or anything. It has nice colors. The texton is clearly visible
and everything like that. Title and the real ID of the
video is really important. Be if no one looks like it, why does it matter
whether it's your faced, faceless, or anything else. Next important and
probably the more important for you will be
the audience retention basically shows how
you are retaining your audience and whether your video was
actually good or not. Because the first thing is
to enticing people to click. But the next thing is to make people stay throughout
your video. Because if people
are not staying, they're not watching your video. That means that
your video was bad. And this retention graph
will actually show you. Now, granted, there can be also one more reason why people are not watching your
video roughout. It's because your SCO was wrong. YouTube showed the videos
in the wrong audience, and you failed because of that. So you need to take
that into account as well while you are thinking
about audience retention. So how to read
audience retention. But the most important part for you is the first 30 seconds. If at least 50%
of the people are staying at the 32nd mark, that means that
you're doing some the actual goal should be
somewhere around 60 to 70%. If you can get higher,
that's absolute perfection. This way, you two will
understand that your video is actually quite Good
and be watchable. If they don't say they
are either a few things. First, your title and Tamil was a completely different
thing and your video was completely about
something else. I assume that you are not doing that because
you should not. Or you did not deliver anything of value with
the first 30 seconds. Use the first 30 seconds
to deliver something valuable and also explain what the rest of the
video will be about. Basically, your first
30 seconds should be very detailed and very thoughtful YouTube
title basically. So you'd explain everything else that will be in the video
in the first 30 seconds. Also make sure to check your average view
duration as well. Because first 30
seconds is important, but the rest of the video
will be as important as well. Because you don't
want any point in the video where your viewership
drops significantly. Sure to check out
every single piece, every single part of the video
or people are dropping off to never make the same
mistake in your video. Maybe it's something
that you said, maybe something that you showed, and if people are
dropping out from there. Do not repeat that mistake. Now, a lot of people would
say that you need to do X Y and Z in order
to retain people, but they would be actually lying because only you
with your niche, with your audience, can know exactly what your
viewers actually want. And to do so, you will need to experiment to see a lot
of different things. And CTR, audience retention
and every guion will give perfect understanding what
is working for achannel, and what's not, and you
will double down on fix at work and remove
anything that doesn't. That means that every
next video that you'll create will be better
than the previous one. No one is reaching success on YouTube out of the
blue in a vacuum. Everyone who reached success
on YouTube very quickly with the first videos had a
substantial background that they did not show
on their channels, especially on the paceless ones. So if you will make a lot of mistakes on your first videos, do not be discouraged. It's just part of the process. You will fix those mistakes
if you're willing to do so. It's a difficult job,
and if you'll treat it as a job and as a
job that you like, you will reach success with
no worries about that. Also pay close
attention to likes like Even though not everybody can see that anymore,
you can see that, and you need to understand
perfectly where people are liking and disliking your videos, and why
are they doing that? So y, Pay Clos you
to that as well. In the next section, we're going to focus on
the thing that you're probably waiting for
monetization strategies. So I'm going to see you
the next one. Take care.
18. Overview of Monetization Options: Now, what many YouTube creators
and especially the faceless YouTube creators do
not understand is how to actually monetize
their channels. Most of them think that
YouTube Partner program or rather what YouTube
motization in titles behind it is just showing of ads in front of or at the end during the
middle of the video. While there is most
common way of making money from YouTube channels,
it's not the only one. And by far, it's
not the largest. And I can say it down right, it can be actually the smallest, but you need it
because this is truly the closest thing
to the passive up that you can get on
faceless YouTube channels. So let's start
talking about that. What is YouTube Partner After you create your
channel, upload some videos, and after fulfilling
some requirements, which we're going to talk
about in a few seconds, you'll be giving access
to UTU Partner Program. Well, if you are
eligible, of course, and have not violated any rules. And with the two we
will have access to multiple different ways of
tiz channels, not just ads. Because Tub allows you to motize content in multiple
different ways. First, of course,
is watch page ads, which is ads for the
longer phone videos. Then there are short speed ads It's kind of calculated from the revenue pool
for a short ads. There's also membership that
people can sign up with. There are also super basically super chats and super stickers that can be sent to you through comments or chat if
you're doing lis tubes, which you probably
will not be doing rough have a faceless channel. There is also brand connect, which basically allows you
to fight motization directly through YouTube and there is also option to add
your own shop. All those things can be done through YouTube Partner program. So it's not just ads,
but that's not all. You should not
focus only on that. Because you require a few
things in order to gain access And you also need to be in constant good sending
with YouTube. But there are also other ways to make money from the
faceless Tub channels, it does not even
require you to have a partner program or anything
else for that matter. All you need to do
is all need to have, is just have a YouTube channel
and just have some views. And by alternative methods, it can be by selling
your own merch, selling your own
digital products, affiliate marketing, and
sponsorships and partnerships. This is where true money lies. And also, in order to
maximize your profit, you intro send
your demographics, mean that who is watching
you and from where? Because based on the language of the content that
you will create You're going to have far more or far less income from mozation. But usually, what
I suggested to you is just create your
content in English. Since you'll be using AI
to create content anyways, it's just safe as bad
for as many viewers as possible for as high
revenue income as possible. But there is also one more thing that is
extremely important, and this is a balancing view experience
with monetization. Your video should not
be filled up with ads. Your video should not be
filled up with sponsorships. Because otherwise, people
will just stop watching Balancing of Monts view experience is
incredibly important. You need to have far
more viewer experience, positive one than just
trying to sell something. That's just extremely
important that many people are overlooking this because nobody likes to be sold a lot of
things in front of them, especially if they're not
interesting in those things. Introdc in perfectly
what your viewer wants, why they're watching
your videos, and if you can sell
them something, what you can sell them, and why you think that
they will buy. Anything that you
will promote and anything that will
generate your revenue. Should solve some problems. And those should be the problems
that your viewers have, where they will gladly pay
you to solve those problems. You should not be just making money for the sake
of making money. You should actually be
solving some issues, and those issues
should be solved through your videos or the
products that you're selling. No matter whether it's a course, a T shirt or ad for the sponsor, it should be beneficial
for your viewers. The earlier you will
understand this, the better it will be for you, and eventually more
you will earn. Do not break the trust with your viewers just to
make a quick buck. It is not worth it.
It is never worth. Let's start talking about
montation strategies and the next lecture
we're going to focus on add revenues and how to maximize add revenues from
you to partner program. I'm going to see the
next lecture. Take care.
19. Maximizing Ad Revenue with Engaging Content: Okay, maximizing
your add revenue is not as difficult
as you may think. You just need to follow
a few simple steps to maximize your add revenue from your YouTube
Partner program. Before we're going
to move on to that, I didn't tell you
about what you need to have in order to qualify for
YouTube Partner program. To do so your channel should
have 1,000 subscribers, and it also needs to qualify one of two requirements.
One of them. You don't need both of
them, only one of them, and 1,000 subscribers, of course, which is
the requirement. One of two requirements is
that you need to have at 4,000 hours of watch time
in the last 12 months, mean that all of
your long form video should collect 4,000
hours of watch time. Or if you're uploading short, you need to have at least
10 million short views. If you're uploading both long
form and short form videos, whichever will happen first, will qualify you to e
to partner program. After that YouTube
will evaluate you and tell you whether you're eligible for partner program or not. And yes, you might be
ineligible if you're breaking some community guidelines and have a lot of
claims and strikes. So again, as I said, be careful and do not
play with YouTube. They do not like it and
will not tolerate that. When you will get accepted
to the part of program, which I'm shot it you
will what you need to do in order to maximize
your ad rates. Now, all of this is not
a common information. It is changing quite fast.
But overall, it states. There is only one metric that dictate what addrate you're
going to have on your videos. And it is your audience. Who is watching your videos. Basically, the more valuable
your audience will be, the higher add rates will be. So how to have a
valuable audience. Well, you should create
a content for them. And to create a
content for them, you need to understand
who is valuable. So first, let's get very simple things straight
out weight. It's a language. Usually, the English
speaking videos will get you the highest ad rate because they have the
highest amount of. There are a few languages that will get you
much higher ad rates, but you will get much
wer reviews as well. So if you want to have
the best of both worlds, create your videos in English. I know that most of you do
not require this reminder, but trust me, some of you do. Second is the maturity
of your audience. Your content should be mature. I meaning that it
should not be childish. You have to be very serious with your content and your content should create a serious value. This way, you to attract more mature audiences which
have more spending power, allowing you to have
a higher add rates. Next is specificity. Your content should
not be very general, it should be quite specific. That topic should not
go all over the place, it should be very, very
specific to the video. But not too specific. You need to find a
perfect balance in your niche between
the broad appeal and very narrow appeal. It should be somewhere
in the middle. Because if the
appeal is too broad, you are attracting a lot of different audiences,
dropping your d rate, and if it's too narrow, you're
not getting enough people, meaning that you might
get the higher add rates, but not enough viewers. And also, you need to have
kind of understanding of the financial status
of your viewers. For that reason, the finance
content works the best, because usually
people who are watch your finance willing to spend
more or need to spend more. And that's why the ads are
also more expensive there. But if you create daily blocks, even with the faceless
channel, trust me, you can create daily locks, even with the faceless channel, your audience will be
way too broad and you are not going to
gather high add rates. Even with all that in place, you can actually affect
your add rate further. And is by using
your ad placement. Things first, you erertand where ads will be
placed in your video based on the length of If your video is less
than 8 minutes long, ads will replace
at the beginning and in the end of the video. There will be no other please. However, if your video
is 8 minutes or longer, you are entitled for
the meteral ads, meaning that you can put
ads anywhere in the video. Technically, you're not even restricted with
the number of ads, but now here are a few tips. You have to be very, very careful with where you
put ads in your video. If you overdo it, people will be clicking
off the video. They will not be
watching your video, and overall, it will harm
the videos performance. And well, you will going to get less views and less
revenue from them. So where you should
put your ads? Now, before you'll be able
to put ads on your video, you probably have quite a
sizable catalog of videos. The video that you
created before you joined a partner program. And what you need to
do is go and take a look on average watch
time of those videos. For example, we'd
say it is 3 minutes. Now, my rule of thumb
is no matter what, do not put ads before this
three minute mark. Do not. Only add that should be
shown there's a pro ad. Do not put a miral ad anywhere inside the
average watch time. You will drop your average watch time pile lot. So where
you should put it? Pull fine, this
average watcht and add another 30 seconds to 1 minute and put your miral ads there. But put those ads in
very organic points. Meaning when you're
move to a different chapter or when you're changing subject or when
you're evolving the subject, only after you're
done with sentence, do not put adds in
a mid sentence. This feel wrong for the viewers and that
might cause them to click So pay very close attention
to the your experience, and you will be
rewarded for that. But after you've done all this, your work will not be done. You need to pay really
close attention to analytics on what works
and what does it. You can think that you
maximize your ad rates, but it might be
something different. So pay close attention
to your analytics. Se which videos, get
the higher add rates, and try to understand
why did they get that? And try to replicate that.
It's as simple as that. Pay close attention
to where you put your ads and whether it had an impact on your
revenue or not. The best teacher in this
case is your own experience, and you use it extensively. In the next video we're
going to be focusing on something else
something different, and we're going
to be introducing a felt marketing to our videos. So let's see there. Take care.
20. Leveraging Affiliate Marketing through Videos: Now let's talk about
affilate marketing. This is the thing
that many people are thinking that it is an
easy way to make money. But in reality, Ka
is, but is not. Is a little bit of work in order for you to understand
how it works and how it operates
and how you can actually integrate
this in your channel. Let's talk about afilate
marketing and how you can integrate it into your
faceless YouTube channel. Now, before we're going
to do that, let's explain shortly what
affilate marketing is. Affiliate marketing is
a form of marketing. Basically, you're
using your platform to market other
people's products. Many people are painting this as a business model, but
it's actually not. Affiliate marketing is
not a business model. It's a marketing model. You're meaning that your
role is just as a marketer. You're not creating the product, you're not selling product,
you're marketing it. If you don't know what
marketing in this case means, this means that you're
getting as many eyeballs as possible to the product. Obligation is not to
sell the products. Your obligation is
to show this product exists and why someone
else should buy. Sales are obligations
of the company itself, who is providing the
product services. Earlier you will
understand this, the better it will be for you. And you also need
to make sure that the product provider
understands that as well. Why? In a few words? We cannot be responsible for the
sale because you have no control Sales happening with the customer
sees the product, the product that
you do not have. So how would work in YouTube? Well, depend on the puro type of videos that you're creating. Not every video can integrate the filed marketing seamlessly. The filed marketing,
you're basically taking someone else's product and trying to promote it
to make sales from it. You are not selling it again. You are trying to promote it to make sales from it afterwards. So in order to integrate the filed marketing
product and your videos, your videos should
feature some products. That's easiest if we're talking
about consumer products. For example, if
you're doing reviews, if you're doing comparisons, if you're doing how tos, it's much easier to integrate affilate marketing programs in those videos that an
in any other videos. But doesn't mean that other
videos cannot integrate that. Now we'll give you a
very simple example. Put you create a
faceless YouTube video, you are using some tools, right? In this case, you're
using invideo AI. Well, individuo has
an affilate program. What you can do, as you can
actually say in your video or can say new video or show it with a text or title somewhere, this video was created
by individual AI. When put an affilate link in
a description of your video. This way when someone else will purchase the pay plans of DII, you are going to
get a kickback That is the simplest way to
use in the fp marketing. Doesn't matter what type
of video you create. As long as you're using in
video AI, you're not lying, you're still showing the
product because this video that you created is made at least
in part within inideo AI, and you're just telling
other people that you did that and allowing
them to purchase it. That's just it.
But if your videos are featuring the products, all you need to say in the
video that the links to the products will be in a
description down below. If your video is
about the product and the product is interesting, people will click the links. After that, everything
is out of your power. If they will make a sales, you're going to get a kickback. If not, you're not, but how to choose on how to find
affiliate programs. Well it depends on the product. Different products have the
affiliate marketing programs and also joining diffing
affiliate networks. So if you have a
product, just search and Google product name
and affiliate program. That's just it. The simplest way to do so is through Amazon. If your product is
featured on Amazon, Amazon has an
associates program, which is basically Amazon's
affiliate program. That means that every product that is being sold on Amazon, you can just put the
links in the description and every time people
will make sales, you're going to get a kickback. And what's great about
Amazons afiate marketing is that you don't need to
sell the specific product. If they will click the
link, and then they will proceed to buy
something else, you're going to get
kickback from that as well. Now important part about the field marketing
is that you are required to disclose that
links are affiliate. So make sure that in a
description somewhere, you disclose that
links that you show in description are affate
or can be a filed links. You always need to do so. You are required
despite the law. Just make sure that
you sign up for the field programs that
are truthful and will hide actual sales from you because some small afilt programs are actually doing had a bad
experience with this, and I hope that you
will not have it. Make sure the
company that you're working with is trustworthy and will adequately compensate you for your affiliate
marketing services. Now, interesting
part is, how much you can expect to
make from this. Ness, it purely depends on what type of sales
that you're making. Some affilate programs
are very generous, giving you 50 or
even after 70% of sales to you and even giving you monthly
recurring revenue. Affiliate programs will generate you quite large
amounts of income. But if you're for
example, focusing on the smaller affilate
programs like from Amazon, it is not small but
pays you small. You most likely will not be making huge amounts
of income unless you have a very large number of views and large interest
behind the products. So I would say that if you focus on affilate sales quite well, you will earn as much, maybe a little bit
more than what you can get from from YouTube's
own monetization systems. But where real income
and real money lies is not with the Filate program or UTS partner program. It's somewhere else, and
one of those such places are sponsorships
and partnerships. So in the next lecture, we're going to focus on exactly that. So I'm going to see
you there. The care.
21. Exploring Sponsorships and Partnerships: Oh, boy, sponsorships
and partnerships, the holy grail of
YouTube's monetization. Everyone wants to reach
at this stage because it's the most lucrative way
to make money with videos, but it's also the
most difficult one. And there is reason why. You see you need to
understand what sponsorships or partnerships are to get
people attracted to you. You need to understand
that very well. So sponsorship is basically
an ad on your video. Someone is paying you money directly in advance to
promote their product, and your goal is that to
promote their product. To get as many people
to the sales, I mean, sales team or lending
page or whatever it is and to encourage people
to purchase the product. That means that it's not just their duty to pay you money, it's your duty to help them, not generate them, but to
help them generate sales. When you understand
this, you'll most likely understand how
to do that for them. So how to attract a secure sponsorships
for your channels. Te what is important is the choice of
your channels niche. Your channels niche
should be very specific. The more specific
your channels niche is without being too specific. It will be easier to define what type of audience
is watching you. And when you have perfect understanding of
what the audience you have, sponsors will also be able to see what type of people
you have on your channel. And this way when
they will want to sponsor you and they
will contact you, they will most likely be already ready to
partner up with you. So you need to
have clear neiche. Now, this clear
niche is important, not the number of subscribers, not the number of
views you generate, even though this is important. The niche is more
important because it's easier for you to be
discovered by the sponsors. Easier to start
working with you. As an example on my
YouTube channels, because they were very
specific on their topics, I managed to get
my first sponsors before I even hit
1,000 subscribers. Yes, you can do that. I
can't guarantee you that, but these things can happen. You don't need tens
of thousands or even hundreds of
thousand subscribers to get your first sponsors. Second thing that is important, you need to position yourself
as a professional in your. Based or faceless
doesn't matter. All your facts and all
your information in your video must be
very precise and true. The more precise and
better the information is more professional
you look at their eyes. Also, one thing that you
should have already done, you should have a very clear
branding on your channel. You should have ability
to be contacted. I mean that it should not be very difficult for sponsors to contact There are two types of sponsors that you'll
find in a channel. The ones that you will find than the ones
that you will find. For the faceless channels, most likely you will find
the second one. But let's start
with the first one. The ones that will find you will most likely be ready to
partner up with you, and it's just a matter of negotiation how
it will continue. Negotiation will be the price
and size of deliverables, and deliverables are basically the things that you
will create for them, the videos or the
sponsor segments. The second one is actually
a little bit more difficult in some cases and the easier in the other cases, and it is defining sponsors. If you have created channel, you'll most likely know and
understand what type of tools or services that your
users will most likely buy. So you will just reach out to those companies and tell them that you have
YouTube channel, and you and you would like
to be sponsored by that. Now, most of them
will just ignore you, or all just say
straight out, no. It's completely normal. Do not get worried about that. It's completely normal. I would say that 90% of
the company that you will contact will go to
not an answer at all, and more than half
of the ones that are left just say straight out no. The rest will want to negotiate
want to see your numbers, they will want to see
who your viewers are, want to see what you can promise them, and how we price them. Now, it is important to have all those negotiations in an
e mail form written form. Because if some
issues will arise, you will always
have the proof that what sad phrase was sent because it was
written on an e mail. Also, it is very important
to check out the contracts that will be sent to you when you will agree
with sponsorships. It's a legal document
hi suggest you to find a lawyer that will take
a look at this for you. But if you're going to go and
check this yourself again, this is not a legal advice, just make sure payment
terms and deliverables are very precise and exactly
what you negotiated for. Now, the payment
wise, some companies will actually give
you their services for free or just give you the products for free in
exchange for the deliverables. Make sure that you want those. Also, one thing that
is very important, when they're sending
you the free products, make sure that they will be
covering not just deliveries, but all the taxes and duties. Make sure to do so.
Make some products can be expensive and will
require taxation, and you will have to
pay out of your pocket. So make sure that they
will cover all the costs. Otherwise, otherwise, just
do not agree for any three. For the amount of money that you want to ask from sponsorship, now that purely depends on
how big your channel is, how many subscribers you have, how many averages you have, and what is their budget. And it's usually the
part of negotiation. You need to discover these
prices for yourself. Just make sure the
prices that they're suggesting is worth it for you, or otherwise, it's not worth it to work for a
small amount of. Sponsorships are actually much easier when you grow
your channel quite big and you've got to
have a lot of people reaching out to you.
Trust me, a lot. Just make sure that you check every single one of them before you're going to continue
contacting them because many of
them are scammers, and also make sure that you check out the contracts
that are sent to you, because sometimes
they might have some small clauses that will
invalidate the contract. I also make sure that you
agree on a payment term. Sometimes they will just
force you to make the video, and they will not pay
you because yeah, because they would say that
they will pay you later, and they will just
completely ghost you. Just make sure that you save yourself from these
things as well. Not a legal advice, of course. Ven those sponsorships and partnerships are very lucrative. They are very easy to make, but they're very hard to find. There is also one way, one more way to make money from your YouTube videos
that is far more lucrative than any
of those would most likely not require
any third parties, and you can start doing from very beginning
of your channel. Ti is selling your merchandise
and your own products, and we're going to
talk about that in the next lecture. Take care.
22. Selling Merchandise and Digital Products: Now, we got to the most
interesting and icy part of the YouTube motization. This is the way that
absolute majority of the large YouTube channels
faced or faceless are generating the
most amount of income. This is the way to
make money on YouTube. And from any platform, doesn't matter
whether it's YouTube, takeok Instagram,
doesn't really matter. This is the way. And this is creating
your products and whether it's
physical or digital. First things first, what is very important and what
is very difficult. Understanding and finding out what type of products
that you want to create. And that's again, purely
stems out from niche. Now many people would go
and suggest you to go for T shirts or
for hoodies or for just print demand or
just different type of peril or different
type of funny stuff. I can say like that.
And to be fair, it works for some niches,
but not for most. Like, for example, if you
have a niche of memes and something like funny stuff and some interesting humor self, your t shirts might work
if you have a good design I can't guarantee large
amounts of sales because usually merchandise is
not the best way to go. Now it will generate you
some good amounts of sales. At least it will teach
you how to do that. And if you don't
know how to do that, if you don't know how to sell different t shirts and
print and prints like that, there's of course
print on demand model. Print on demand
model is basically a business model where you
do not own any inventory, and you're kind of
like a marketer that is selling products
that you do not have. Basically create a design, get an order for
a design and send this order to special
printer demand service. The individual
this individual to print this product for you
and fulfill it for you. Usually, they will
take their fixed cut and dress is left to you. To be fair, this is not the
best way to make money, but this is one of the
ways to make money. But what are the better ways? Of course, you can go with
creating your own product, designing your products
and everything like that. But this takes too much
time, and it's not worth it usually unless you
have very large channel. Alternatively you can
try drop shipping, even though I do not suggest The best way to sell
the products are through the digital
services and products. Many people do not like to
hear that because many fake, knowledgeable individuals
ruined it for everyone, but it's still a good way to make money and provided
with value of customers. And is through selling
digital products. Like for example, courses. Now, again, this all
stems out from the niche. You can create courses
for some issues, but you cannot create
courses for other issues. Like as an example if
you have the Mm pace type of course you
can create for means. But if you have a YouTube
channel of teaching something, even without a
face, you can have a specific course for that.
Then it's perfectly fine. Again, if it provides
a good value, having a course to
sell for the sake of having a course to sell
is not a good way to go. It should be a good course, and it should be a valuable one. I will never suggest you to sell the course just for the
sake of selling the course. That's all but that's not all the things
that you can have. For example, if you're
teaching photography, you can have a preset. If you're teaching
video editing, you can have a template. If you have motivational
channels, you can have books. If you have, let's say
astronomy channel, you can have different
beautiful prints or even paid wallpapers,
and things like that. There are a bunch of different products
that you can sell. To do all of this, you will
need the place to sell. Usually, you will need to
create an online store, and I would suggest that you
go with shop and services. Now, Shopify actually has a direct integration
with YouTube. So that's a great thing to do. Mean that you can actually sell the products directly
from the YouTube. But how do you sell this? How do you market your products? First thing first, you need
to have all your products always in all of your
descriptions. That's a must. In every single one of
them, it should be there. And because you
will most like have dozens if not hundreds
of videos eventually, a lot of people will
see those products. Second thing that you need
to do, you need to actually talk about those
products in your videos. Doesn't matter what
face or faceless. De't matter if it's
faceless channel. You can make it Video AI
talk about your ducts It will be like sponsor segment, where the sponsor is you and you're promoting
your own product. This way, you can literally
have a sponsor on every single one of your videos. Well, you will not
be paid upfront, but you will be paid for every
single sale that you have. Just like with sponsors,
you need to do all of this with an
appropriate videos. Like the same example,
you have a MM channel, promoting your course about woodworking, will
not make any sense. But as a crude example, you can have a course about creating the MM channel itself. Even though it kind of
sounds like a pyramid, but yeah, you basically will
explain what you're doing. And if someone will
want to learn this, they will buy this. I do not suggest you
to do that to be fair, but that's just one of the
things that you can do. You can also promote different
services that you can do. For example, if you are
a good video editor, we can promote your videotic services through your videos, or if you're a music
creator or copywriter, whatever it is, you can promote
this through your videos. Your product does not have
to be something package, something physical and package. Anything that can be paid
for can be a product, and you should be promoting
that in your videos. Now again, it might sound
something a little difficult. Trust me, it is not. It will just take some time just like with
everything else for you to craft a perfect product that you will love to create, and other would love to buy. So, but just give it some
time. Man, trust me. If you do everything right, this will be the most
lucrative thing. Just as an example,
I managed to sell a few thousand dollars
worth of courses. Wail that was created around a month ago with
less than 10,000 followers. Same thing can be done
on YouTube as well. I uploaded with YouTube shores. I would do the same
thing there as well. So yeah, you don't really
need tens of thousands. In some cases, even thousands of subscribers to have
some good sales. Again, it's all about the
value that you provide and your faceless Tube channel
should provide the value, and if you want to make as
much money as possible, it should be as
narrow as possible. The broader your channel is, the more mixed your
audiences will be and will be more difficult
to have larger sales. On those channels, it's much easier to make money just
through YouTube multi. Won't be making that much
money, just as a comparison, niche 10,000 subscriber channel can generate easily
$10,000 a month, while a very broad
channel will generate that amount of money with hundreds of thousands
of subscribers, which will be much
more difficult to get. So you don't really
need to aim for highest numbers in order to make highest
amounts of income. We just need to work
very smart on this and focus on providing as
much value as possible. So yeah, this will be
all about amantization, but that's not all. We need to talk
about growing and expanding your channel
as much as possible. And the entire next section,
we'll be dedicated to that. So we're going to see
you there. Take care.
23. Promoting Your Channel: Now, promoting your channel is not an easy task.
Don't a me wrong. I will never tell
you that. But it's actually pretty doable
if you have a plan. Chinese lecture, we're
going to talk about a little bit of a strategy of how to promote your channel, including cross
platform promotions, influencer collapse, and
community engagement. Now all of this will
help your channel grow. But you need to
have a plan to do so and you have a
correct expectations. Let's start with an
actual simplest way to promote your channel. And you're doing through
cross platform promotions. Now, cross platform promotions means that you will be uploading a different variations of your video on different
social media platform. For example, if you're
focusing on YouTube, you can upload your videos on
multiple outer platforms or you can upload the parts of your video on multiple
other platforms. Let me tell you what
I mean by that. What you can do, for
example, is take your same long form video and upload it on multiple other
platforms like for example, Facebook, because
Facebook allows you to upload your
long form videos. You can also upload the
same video on Tek talk. If it's no longer
the 10 minutes, yes, you can upload
length videos there. You can even upload
it on Instagram. Yes, if you transform the
video into vertical video, you can upload it on reels no matter the length
of the video. Of course, if it's not so long. But that's understandable.
It's not a cross promotion. It's not really a
cross promotion. Actually growing your other social media platforms
with the same content. What you can do also is create different types of content
around your main full content. And let me tell you
what you mean by that. What you can do is take the
best parts of your video. Cut out from your content
and make sure that they are less than around minute long and upload on multiple
added platforms. You can upload the same
videos on YouTube shorts, even though it's not
another platform, you can still upload
on the same channel, and it will gather you
different audiences. You can upload on TikTok, which has high chance
of going viral. You can upload it
on Sagram reel, which has high chance
of getting you very dedicated followers or you can an apology on Facebook, which works in a similar
way as reels do, but where audience
is a bit older. So if your perfect audience
is a little bit older, most likely you're
going to get a lot of followers from Facebook, but if they're a
little bit younger, most likely you're going to get more followers from Instagram. They're basically
interchangeable in this case. Make sure that in every
single one of your videos, you mentioned that
a full length video explaining everything is on
your YouTube channel and make sure that you mention the
name of your YouTube channel and have the YouTube
channels link in your bio. This is extremely important. Need to make it as easy
as possible to discover you for the people who will
want to know more about you. They should not
need to put a lot of effort into finding you. It should be as
easy as possible. What you also can do is collaborate with other
influencers on YouTube. At first glance, it
seems a little bit difficult since you have
a faceless channel. But it doesn't have have
a faceless channel, but you don't have a souls or
per personal less channel. By collaborating,
doesn't mean that you have to be featured on
each other's videos. By collaborating,
it means that you can contact you can contact other pages and create
some type of series of videos where you will
reference each other. Like for example, you can create a two part series on
a specific topic, where the first part will be uploaded by you and
where at the end of it, you will say that the second
part or the second side of the same story will be uploaded
on this other channel. The other channel
will do the same, where they will tell
their half of the story, tell you the first half
will be on your channel. This way, you will be cross
promoting your audiences. But how to do that with
whom you can promote it? You need to search
for the channels at around similar size as you are and have the similar ideal
audience as you have. And well, you can just contact them and you will create
the content together. It's not really that People usually are looking for
collaborations like that, but they're just usually too shy to initiate it themselves. And if you don't know how to
contact those tube channels, every single YouTube channel usually feature their
contact e mail. So make sure that
you're going to reach them through that
channel or through their social media
because people are usually promoting their social
media channels as well. Now, what about
paid advertising? Let's talk about People
think that they can't just simply promote their channels by using the paid advertising, but is it actually a good idea? In my opinion, it's really not. But there is only one reason why you would use the
paid advertisement. That reason is if your
channel niche is very, very narrow, then
you want to create your core audience as
quickly as possible. By very narrow, I mean
that the ideal sides of a channel should be around
10,000 dish subscribers. Again, it sounds not a lot, but depending on the topic of the channel that you create, 10,000 subscribers might be quite a lot and quite lucrative for you
because it might have very high CPMs and have
very dedicated audience that will buy any products from you in that
niche, of course. Unless you create
that type of content, do not pay money
for advertising, because you'll need way too
much money in order to be reaching way too
broad audience that most likely will
not care about you. And I mean about your channel because you have a
faceless channel. So no, don't do that. And last but not least, the thing that you can do is start engaging with your Now, we're going to dedicate the
entire next lecture to that. But in short, you
need to be engaging with your audience
in a regular basis. And by engaging,
you need to show them that despite your
channel being faceless, there is actually a human
behind the channel, meaning that you need to
answer their questions, so different Q&As, answer their comments,
et cetera, et cetera. Don't worry, we're
going to talk about this all in the details in the and growing your audience
is not a difficult task, but it only takes
time and effort. And if you do this gradually and consistently doing
extended amount of time, and by extended, I mean
just few weeks, few months. You will most likely
wish the success. But you need to understand
this one thing. You should not look like
you're doing something. You should be
actually doing this. If anything that you do is not giving you
immediate results, no matter how small, that means that you are doing
something wrong. Don't do things for the
sake of doing that. Engage with your audience
and do stuff that I talked about in this video
to grow your channel. And I mean, cross promote, collaborate, engage
with your community. Maybe use a little bit
of pain advertising in some cases and your
channel will grow. But now let's talk about
engaging with your audience. So I'm going to say your
next lecture. Take care.
24. Engaging with Your Audience: It's extremely important
to engage with your audience no matter whether you're faceless
channel or not. That's just how it works. People should like
being there on your channel and you should make them as comfortable as possible. Because if they don't
feel comfortable and if they don't take a
value from you, you're just doing things
wrong. You're going to fail. Because this audience will
build a bases around which entire channel will be built and be practically in destructive. You can say that
you need to create a foundation where entire
channel will be built upon, because if you start building
without natural foundation, eventually, it will crumble. An audience engagement for your channels growth
is absolutely vital. It's not even
important. It's vital. You will not survive. Your channel will
die without that. How many channels have you seen that have tens of thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands, maybe even millions of
subscribers that can barely get few hundred views
on their videos. That's because they do not
have their core audiences, and way they do not have
their core audiences. They are not able to
grow consistently. All they do is just
trying to reach newer and newer and
newer audiences with every single views, and like that, they'll be losing their older audiences without
ever creating any core. And without that
core, eventually, any channel will die. There is just no
saving from that. So what you need to do
to save your channel. So what you need to do to
engage actively with your Now, now, first things
first, you need to encourage viewers feedback. That means that you
need to actively encourage people to
engage with your content. Agate bitwise. There are not a lot of things
that people can do. They can like your video, they
can comment on your video. They can subscribe
to your channel, and they can share this video. Only those four things can
be done with your videos. Additionally, they
can also check out descriptions, go to
different links, but this four is a
core for YouTube and most important things that
YouTube itself loves. That means that every single
one of your videos should feature core to
those interactions. Now, let me tell you this one. Know that for many, the culture actions like
that is just stringy. But if you integrate
them correctly, they will do miracles. Just integrate them in a way that makes sense for the video. No, for example,
instead of asking for the like in the beginning of the video that does
not make any sense because people have not
watched the videos anymore. Making them like the video
does not make any sense. You can ask them to like near the end of the video because
that's where they're more likely to actually
click the like button because they're already there
that far into the video. You can encourage them to come a near the beginning
of the video, to ask them for what they
think that near the end will. Ask them questions
in the beginning that you will eventually
answer in the video. This way people actually will answer the question.
Some of them acleas. And then if they got
it wrong or right, they will answer
the question again, and they will tell you whether
they were right or wrong. This way you're encouraging
additional comments. Subscription wise, you can tell them that if they want
more videos like that, they can subscribe, but
they need to subscribe. If they want more value, or if they want to miss any
future videos that you are going to tell them
what future videos will be, ask them to subscribe. This way people will
more likely subscribe. As for the shares, now, that's a little
bit difficult. Doesn't really matter if you ask people to share
your videos or not. Usually, a video is shareable
mean that it's funny, it's interesting, and it's
usable for someone else. Usually this video will
be shared anyways. So just make the
video that is shared. That people would
want other people to see that video for
different reasons. This way the videos will
get much more shares. But even that is not all. Next part is actually engaging with the comments that
the people will leave because if your
viewers are giving you time to write the
comments to your video. You should also give them the time to respond
to these comments. Matter with their
positive or negative, try to respond to
every single one of them because it boots
your videos engagement, and it also allows you to
connect do viewers more. That is very important.
I've created dedicated viewer base just
by answering the comments. And many of those
dedicated viewers were my initial haers. But when we talked
in the comments, even though they did not agree that I was right or
they were wrong. Started respecting my opinion, and they started to
view my videos more, and they become maybe not fans, but at least loyal viewers. And you can do the
same thing as well, and you must be doing
the same thing as well. Whether showing
your face or not, you are still a person
behind the video, and you should be answering
every single comment. Trust me, there is
another reason for that. You see the comments
are actually a great way to find the
topics for the new videos. Because if people will
be asking the questions, they think that these
people are actually looking for the answers
for those questions, and what is the better way to answer any question
than through the video? And if those people are looking and answer
for this question, highly likely chance that other people are looking
for answers as well. So this is an amazing
opportunity to gain a lot of viewers
of those videos. But even that's not all. There are other ways to
interact with your viewers. Now would say host slight trips and sections and
things like that, yeah, channels are faceless, so you cannot really do that. What you can do instead
is be active and engage with your community
in a community tab. YouTube actually allows
you to use community app. You can upload different posts, textbooks, sharing
different videos, sharing different images, polls, Q&A sessions, quizzes
and things like that. You can do all of those things. And I would suggest you to use those community apps daily. This way your viewers will be able to see you
every single day, no matter whether you
upload the video or not. And you will be active
in their feeds. And if they're active on
these community posts. Most likely when you
upload the video, they will see your
videos as well. And that's actually a
very powerful thing. But again, even that's not all. You see building the community within the YouTube is good. But you really need to build the community outside
of YouTube as well. If something will go wrong, if I don't know, if you'll get banned
or your channel will get hijacked or anything
bad will happen, you need to have this core
audience somewhere with you. And there are a few
different options that you can use that. You can create a Facebook
groups, or for the best option, you can actually create a
discord server where people can actually join you
and communicate with you on a daily basis. Share videos there, you can
share additional tips there, you can just communicate
with people, ask the questions,
and things like that. So yeah, I suggest to
create a discourse service. It's extremely extremely
powerful and will allow you to cultivate
your viewer engagement even more and more. Just make sure that
you don't just create server for the
sake of having a server. You should not be
ghosting them. You should be actually
communicating with them. Well, these are
just a few examples how we can engage
with your audience. But the next lecture,
we're going to focus more on how
you can engage with other people's audiences
because the collaboration is a great way to take clip
into other people's channels. So we're going to
be doing just that. I'm going to see you your
next lecture. Take care.
25. Collaborating with Other Creators: Collaborations. Those are important things
that many people are overlooking because it seems like way too
much of a hassle. Well, it's actually not, and you should not
be overlooking that. No matter it's a
faceless channel or not. And it is extremely important. So let's talk about how you
can actually collaborate. First, let's ask why you
should be collaborating. You see it all ties with
an audiences that you have on your other audiences that
you want on your channel. If you're growing
just organically, you are purely relying
on YouTube's algorithm to understand who is the perfect
audience for your video, and you also rely
on how it will be delivered to your
perfect audience. And it's not always
very efficient, and especially it's not fast. What you can do
instead is contact other people who are approximately
the same size as you. Doesn't matter face
or faceless channels, really does not matter. They just need to be in
a similar topic that you are and have similar
audiences that you have, and just ask them to
create the video series together or collaborate in
a single video together. Why you need to do
that? But because now you're mixing and
matching your audiences. Audience will see
this other creators and possibly will
subscribe to them, and other creators audience will see you and possibly
subscribe to you, or at least they will
have a chance to get to know you and decide whether
they like you or not. Trust me. This makes miracles. You will grow much faster at least in the
beginning if you are going to collaborate with the channels of your
size and your niche. And this is especially true
if you're a larger channel. You will basically be
doubling your reach every single time you
collaborate with other creators. And this sets up with more
creators you collaborate. Also create a connection
with those other creatures, allow you to exchange ideas and create something amazing
for your channels. Again, it doesn't
matter whether it's a face channel or faceless one. You really don't need to show your face in those channels. So how you can do that? What
do you need to do to start? First thing first, you
define those creatures. As I said one of the
previous studios, it's not as difficult
as you might. You will simply
search the videos of the similar topic,
and that's it. And then you will see other
creators in a similar topic. Or at least you will
search for the videos. You don't need to search for
the same videos as you have. You might just search
for the videos that you have ideas for and you want to create and
see if other people that have created the
similar thing or not. If you use tools like VDAQ, you will be able to see
those channel sizes and their subscriber numbers right from the search window. Man that when you see the video, you'll see the creators, you also see their
subscriber numbers. So you will search for
different topics and find a creator that has
a similar mode of subscribers as you have. Ideally, they should have a little bit less than you have. Now doesn't make any sense. Why you would want someone that is actually
smaller than you? Well, that's because
of psychology. In their eyes, if
they will collaborate with you because your larger
channel than they are, it would be more
beneficial for them. But in reality, the
channel size difference of ten per to 20% does not really
make any big difference. It will be practically the
same thing for both of you. But you will still be in that little bit
dominant position, and you can dictate
rules a little bit more. So this way, it's a win
win for both of you. They think that they're getting the better part of the deal, or are you getting an
easy collaboration? And no, you won't be losing
from this. Trust me. Because you can be
doing this with multiple and multiple
different channels. Okay, you found a channel that is a little
bit smaller than you around 80 to 90% of your size, how we
can contact that? Well, that's very easy part. Almost every single YouTube
channels ballot action features a contact e mail. Or they feature
their social media, or they will feature
their social media in the YouTube
channel description. And especially if you are
both smaller creators, I mean smash like around 10,000 subscribers or less,
especially if it's less. Probably be paying very
close attention to the e mail so the social media
if you will contact them. So they will probably
not be here. What, what you need to do? Well, you basically tell them that you like
their channel. You channels are
very similar topic, and you want to
collaborate by uploading one video on your channel or
one video another channel. And then all you need to
do is just talk around different topics and discuss what type of videos that
you can create together. It's not very difficult, especially if you'd understand
your niche perfectly. Again, you don't really need
to have a face channel. Face channels can do exactly
the same collaborations. But now, let's talk about
some legal and ethical considerations of those videos. See, when you upload the video
on other person's channel, or whether you'll be featured or another person's channel. Usually, that means that
they can do whatever they want with this video.
The same is with you. But you should not be doing whether you want to
with this video. You should not be
taking it down or they should not be taking
it down before time, and you should not
be tempering it or you should not be
negative towards each other. Ethically, you are
working together, and you should respect each other's work and
each other's self. Otherwise, what's the point in collaboration in job
ethical considerations? Let's say that
everything is fine. You contacted each other, you
collaborated and then what? Well, you will be
doing it some more. Collaborating on a single video usually is not the best idea. You can collaborate on
multiple different videos and see if it will
help both of you. If it will not, if you see that you created videos together and with each subsequent videos, you're getting less and
less cross promotions. You're going to say that
you can take a pause, and then you can
say that you will return to this
collaboration later. I mean you will continue to
create newer videos later. You will not abandon the
existing collaboration. That and after that, you will
move on to other channels. You will collaborate
with other channels. Eventually, a lot of
channels will know you and would want
to contact with you and would want to
create videos with you because it will be
beneficial for everyone. Now, you need to also
understand one thing. Do not make every
video collaboration. You can contact ten
different YouTubers and every single one of them might want to collaborate you. Doesn't mean that you actually
should be doing that. I mean you shouldn't
be doing only that. Because if you will be collaborating with the different tobers every single time, D tubers will get less and less engagement
from you because yeah, creators would not want to
jump from one channel to another every single time
over and over and over again. They just do not like
that. It's uncomfortable. It's too much work.
It's too much hassle, and they will just
not be doing that. So just have a very
tame amount of collaborations on Let's say
in the best case scenario, every third video
should be a coll. No more than that. Not every second video,
especially not every video. But if you'll find
a perfect balance, you will also grow perfect. These are all about
collaborations in the next video. We're going to be talking
about scaling your channel for a long term success using a little bit
of in video AI. So I'm going to see you in
the next lecture. Take care.
26. Scaling Your Channel for Long-Term Success with InVideo AI: Now we have all the
information that you need. But can you utilize invidioA for a channel growth? Well,
you actually can. You should be using
in Video A for a lot of different
things because yeah, because creating single type of videos in a single niche will not be beneficial
all the time. It might be beneficial for
some time, but not always. So you need to be using Video AI's powerful tools
to diversify your content. That you need to have
a long term strategy. What do you mean by that. Let's say that you're
creating all the reviews. You're creating reviews
about the movies or books or anything else.
You know what will happen. Initially, the channel
will have a blast. It will grow really
fast, but then it will reach its maximum
potential audience. If you're creating only
single type of videos which are the reviews, it
will not be that large. You will eventually set losing all the viewers faster than you will be
gaining newer ones. YouTube does not like what
someone loses viewers. They like what they
gain viewers, almost What you need to be doing
in order to alleviate that, you need to diversify your content to push people
to other types of content, or to pull new people to those new type of content,
and how do you do that? Well, you need to diversify
and explore new formats. Malo new formats, you need to add different
types of videos. For example, instead
of just doing reviews, you can do also comparisons. In video AI will create a mazing comparison
videos for you. Or for example, you
can do just top tens or top five or top 25, no matter what, whichever number will suit you, you
can create those. You can criticize the same book, for example, if you have a book reviews from different sides, from the bad parts,
or criticize talking about the bad sides or talk
only about the good sides. This way you can have
much more diverse videos. But it will not easy. You will actually need
to invest a little bit more into Video AI to create
more different videos. So if I will say
that all you need is a free subscription to
Video AI, I will be lying. You can start with
free subscriptions, but quickly you will outgrow it, and you will need
something more powerful. And you will need
some additional tools that indio AI will
provide for you. Unfortunately, not for free. But because the channel
will grow and most likely will generate quite
sizable revenue for you, I don't think that it
will be a big issue to invest a little
bit more in vid What you need to pay
really close attention to is analytics. You need to analyze all
those different types of videos and see what things work and what
things do not work. Because if you don't
look at the numbers, you will never know
what will work, and eventually, your
channel will start failing. Again, dedicated audience is a foundation of your channel, but your content are the walls, and you need to build your
channel brick by brick. Well, each brick will be a video and your content.
Not just videos. It can be commit pots
or anything else. Every type of content will work. So we need to be building
the channel brick by brick. And analyze all the trends and
also adapt to the changes, because, yes,
changes will happen. People are viewing
different types of content different
times of the year, and the different times
in their lifetime. People grow up, they grow older, or sometimes younger
audiences are joining and we want to different types of
content that you create. And you need to be able to see those trends and adapt to it. Otherwise, if you'll be
creating same things over and over and
over again for years, you will eventually fail. So you need to
plan for this from the very very beginning. And what you also need to do is setting correct milestones. Think that reaching thousand
and 10,000 subscribers is very easy because other
YouTube guru pated it to you. Well, may be a
bearer of bad news. If it was that easy,
everyone would do it. It's not really that easy. But it's not really
that difficult as well because all it takes is some time and dedication
and will to do that. Understand that it will take around the same
amount of time to reach 0-100 subscribers
as it is 100-1 thousand. As it is from thousand to 10,000 as it is
10000-100 thousand. As you will grow and understand
more and more things, you will start
going exponential. You reach the peak plateau. And you should try to not reach this peak plateau as
soon as possible. Basically, you should
try to reach it as late as late as possible.
That's what I want to say. And you should have correct
expectations with everything. Don't think that your
success will come overnight. No matter it's a face
or faceless channel, it will require same
amount of work. The difference between face and faceless channels are not
how fast you can reach it. The difference is that amount
of equipment and amount of skills that you need to have
are a little bit different. B faceless channels, you just don't need the camera
microphone or lighting, but you still need a
good video ting skills or at least good vision for the good videos and
good video topics. It's not just a
matter of clicking one button and
everything will be do Video AI will be doing
80% things for you, but you need to give it the
correct instructions and also fix the mistakes when
they will eventually happen. Overall setting correct
milestones will help you a lot. And I high suggested to do so. And yeah, that's basically
it with this course. Yeah, in the next lure
the last lecture, we're going to be wrapping
everything up and giving you something
SD for the future. So I'm going to see
you there. Take care.
27. Course Recap and Next Steps: Well, he did it,
congratulations, more than 2 hours of
content consumed, and you now know everything to create your own faceless
channels using a VDO AI. Now, it's very
commendable that you managed to go through
everything and you're here. But it's one thing to learn
how to do everything, and another thing is
actually doing action is what differentiates winners
from just every other people. And if you will not
start doing it, it doesn't really matter of
how many things you know. Trust me, the more
you will be doing it, the more you will
be learning how to do it better and
better and better. Your first faceless videos
might not be great. Even though because
AI is creating it, it will be far better than
your first based videos. But still, it will be the worst, be the worst video
that you will create. But don't get me wrong.
It doesn't mean it's bad. It's just the quality
will only go higher. InVideo AI will generate
amazing videos for you. And by making more
and more videos, you will learn how to utilize invideo AI to its
fullest potential. Not just its potential,
you'll utilize your own potential to
the fullest very soon. Do not miss this opportunity. It has never been that easy
to actually become a YouTube. And you have everything
right now to do it. Well, unless you don't have
it in your AI account, and I will suggest
you to go and get it. Again, congratulations on
finishing this course. Thank you for taking it with me. I really appreciate it. And if you have any
questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate
to reach out to me. I'll gladly answer every
question that you have. Thank you again.
Congratulations, and have an amazing day. Thank you.
