About This Class

Thank you for making a decision to change your life for the better - good job! :)

This course has been designed from working with personal coaching clients. I have seen first hand their personal struggles, challenges, and desires to create a better life for themselves. For myself, I have been down similar and dissimilar roads and experienced many angles of life. My desire is to share and to teach a perspective to better understand and to navigate life's chaos and our world. We often feel confused, directionless, and lacking motivation - If this is you then you are in the right place! :)

I desire to help you move into your own personal power and to have you see your own inner greatness by taking action.

At the end of this course you will have the tools to:

1.) Build a firm foundation of good habits

2.) Learn the basics of quieting the mind through Meditation

3.) Cultivate Discipline, Focus, and Accountability

I believe that success in life, for either personal, business, or both, is built off of fundamentals.

I've come to identify these top THREE:

1.) Implementing strong positive Habits which are the GGAQ's:

  • Setting Goals

  • Practicing being Grateful

  • Affirming yourself &

  • Asking Questions of your sub-conscious

2.) Build a daily practice of Meditation

  • Learn to cultivate this essential tool of quieting the mind

  • Learn to listen to your own inner wisdom and direction for life

  • Gain clarity, focus, and inner stillness

3.) Accountability to yourself and to others

  • Writing down your GGAQ's and posting them to the group's page

  • Committing to this class fully

  • And to make a concerted effort to do your very best

It's one thing to "want" change and it's another to actually take action steps towards the change!

Again you will be adding new tools to your tool box and then learning how to use these most importantly. You will complete a thirty day reboot of your life by seeking to reorient your mindset to one that helps you move forward in your own personal power. You will walk away with a renewed sense of meaning, direction, and purpose for your life!

That's what this course is all about, having you take actionable steps towards the future you desire and actually begin seeing positive results in your life. All of these steps WORK if you stay dedicated, focused, and choose to have it work for you. You have to be open and willing to change and take the necessary steps for that to happen.

You have the inner greatness and I see it - seek to take this next step in your life and take ACTION TODAY by registering for this class!

Disclaimer: It will be difficult and you will fail - however this process is about getting back up and choosing to be better then you where yesterday and to recommit to the process of self mastery.

100% 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - Sounds cliche, however I know if you commit wholly you will admit that your life has changed just by going through this 30 day class that is designed to help you see who you really are - a powerful person far beyond their wildest dreams! I'm confident enough in you and this class to offer the guarantee!

Namaste :)

First of all, I just want to say thank you so much for signing up for this class. I'm really, really excited to see what you can be calm what you can obtain from this class and see the power that is in your life that is inside of you, that I hope that if you take this seriously that your life will be transformed over the next 35 days. The next five weeks, we're gonna be talking about your habits. We're gonna talk about my strategy called the G a cues, which is your gratitude, your goals for affirmations and questions. So that's the fundamentals. We're always going to be talking about the introduction to meditation, which is stilling and quieting your mind and helping you to really formulate and to integrate your different aspects of yourself so that your more centered and more balance so that you're gonna face life with a more contemplated and cool mind. We're also gonna be talking about vision, boarding vision. Boarding is essentially visualizing what it is that you desire in your life person foremost by putting pictures and words together on an actual board. You see, this class isn't just about an education or teaching you something. I found that over the course of my life that as I've studied personal development and self improvement, that is really about working and having hands on things to do. What is it? Is it writing is a kinesthetic? Is it me actually taking something and putting it together? You see, if we couple new habits with actions and then we see it every single day we start building this and start integrating this into our lives, we will begin to see the power manifest in our own lives. So what are the tools that you're gonna be using in this class? Well, if you haven't ordered them already, please go ahead and do so by following the link on my kit dot com for their total reboot class. Right there, you'll be able to select the Amazon. I've created an Amazon link with all the various products that you'll need. So if it's easy, just go ahead and go right there. Click and buy him and you'll have everything you need. But essentially, this is what you're going to be using. I found that if you have a journal and I'm a big fan of colored pens and markers, you will see these air Really good tools person. For most, these ey're nice products. And as you develop yourself and start to integrate new aspects in new fundamentals in your life, keep a journey. Keep a record of it because you won't be able to references later on in the future. So you're gonna be ordering the tool junior notebook, and this is pretty neat notebook. You actually are able Teoh, change out and add new pages and paper to it as you go along. It's a very nice writing surface and coupled with the tool pens, which you can order here. You have multiple colors, so every day you can shot try a new color. Or you can jot new colors in extra ideas and thoughts as you go along, so those would be the first to things. Next you'll be ordering the complete vision board kid. Now this is by John Assaraf. Hopefully, I'm seeing his name correctly, but I really like this because it's essentially it's a kit, and when you're first starting out, sometimes you need a guideline for what's gonna be best for you. Now, I chose the actual physical, physical aspect of a vision board because again, I want you to begin to integrate and right and actually have a class assignment and a homer project for you to work on over the next five weeks in which you can add to this. So find a really cool wall in your house and empty space in your kitchen and go get some foam board and build this out because this is gonna be something very, very powerful for you. So the complete vision work. It essentially has a foldout with words and pictures that you can start to use and put on your vision board. It also has a nice little book about what it is and some testimonials of success stories with vision boards and a CD as well. So with this, I'm gonna have you also order Sharpie Sharpie markers, which you'll use again. Get colors because I love colors and you're also going to be adding to your list. E spiral bounds three by five cards with different colors. Now again, I'm all about colors and intensity because it helps solidify things in your mind. So you're gonna order these and you're gonna order this cool little notebook and you're gonna find when we get to the week on affirmations, which is weak Number three, you're actually gonna be writing down your affirmations on these different colored pages and these air what you're going to be used using to review daily and nightly even after the classes done, because I want to leave you with something that you're gonna be able to take away and use in the future to help yourself. Okay, The next aspect. Next tool is a little pocket mirror cosmetic pocket here. And I like this guy because I can pull it up and throw it in my backpack during the day. And essentially, you're going to be using this guy for again your affirmations. And we'll talk more about this on week number three. But just keep that in mind for right now and then The nice last little thing is my favorite . The Power Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale. This guy's a classic, and it's nice because it's a pocket guide. I can throw it in my pocket, which I don't have in my shirt. I got thrown in my notebook, my my backpack or my purse if I had one. And essentially, this is just really, really nice toe have and read through it throughout your day. Just keeps your mind sensor, and I feel like it's just a good bull tool toe have for you. So those are the tools that you're gonna have and you're gonna order. And I want you to get those together for by the end of week number one. And essentially, these are going to be the things that you're going to use going through actual process. So what are the G A cues? It's something that I want to teach you about and hope you understand the fundamentals of this process. I created the G accuse over the last several years, based on my own personal experience, and when I felt worked best for my life. It did a worked very, very well, and I started to integrate this into the lives of the clients that has started to coach and see how he worked for them. Was it successful? Was it also a transferrable amount of information that would help someone else and it does . It works. And with that my client started Give me feedback on the sense that hey, it is working. I am seeing positive results in my life. So the GI accused stand for gratitude your goals, your affirmations and your questions. Throughout the next four weeks, you're gonna be learning each week about one particular aspect of the G A cues. So this week, week number one is about gratitude and gratitude is ultimately the most important thing that you can learn to develop in your life. So gratitude is from the simplest aspect of I'm alive right now. I have a heartbeat. I could draw oxygen in. I'm healthy. I'm alert. I'm grateful for that. How about another gratitude? I'm grateful that you're in my class. I'm grave over the fact that you're here learning and wanting to improve your life, to not be settling for the status quo, but to really once and to really desire change in your life. I'm grateful for you that you're here in my class, So gratitude is ultimately the most important aspect that we can learn to develop into our lives. That's why it's the first thing that I put as the first week because once we learned to develop an attitude of gratitude, we start to see all that positive and beautiful things in our lives, and that helps shift our mind into a positive, high frequency status. You see, we're always running around being worried and anxious and negative and wondering why things aren't the way they should be in our lives and always focusing on lack. Well, unfortunately, that's what we attract. You'll be learning about this and that about about that in this class about love, black and the fear in the belief system that we have all ingrained in our lives. However, we could shift that, and the first shift is by being thankful for what we have and for the little things, having a car, having a job. Even if we don't like the things that we have, you do have them, so always be grateful. That's the lesson in this first aspect. So the G a queues again. You just We just talked about gratitude, and that's really the first fundamental thing that I want you to grasp is being grateful. In weeks 23 and four, you're gonna be learning about goals which will be next week. You're gonna be learning about affirmations, which is in week number three and your final week or the second last week, which is weak. Number four Going to be learning about questions asking very specific questions for your life. So with that, that's just a introductory to the G A cues. So you've learned about gratitude. Next week we'll talk about your goals. What else do I wish a desire for you to get from this class? So let's talk about the next aspect. We talked about the G accuse and what they are and what you're going to be learning within this 35 day class. But the next aspect that is ultimately fundamental and most important is that a meditation . Now I don't approach meditation from the wu standpoint, but more so in the sense of thinking of it, in the sense that you're going to the gym to lift weights and your strengthen your body, your strengthen your muscles. Meditation is essentially that very concept, but for your mind you're going to the mind gym. You're going to be lifting weights. You're gonna be exercising your mind in the process of being still and quiet Now. By doing this, you were able to build up a resiliency and a strength in your mind to be able to handle the different aspects and the fears and the turmoils, a common your daily life and just the unknowns and to be grounded into the center. Think of it like a willow tree. Will the trees that a willow tree that's planted by this peaceful river and its roots go super super deep down into the dirt? And it's beautiful and it grows large, and it has all these hanging aspects of the tree. Now. When the wind comes and blows, it's strong, it's fortitude. It's dug deep into the soil of the dirt, and it's strong. That's what you were going to be doing through the process of meditation. Now, with this, I'm not going to teach you exactly about meditation other than the basic, very fundamentals, because I don't want you to learn it for me because I'm not an expert in meditation. However, I will be putting links, and resource is for you in the class notes for you to sign up, either in an actual five week for week or five week class or something simple. If you want to just get the tit, tit bits of it and you're going to download an app such as calm or headspace and these APS air free. And they're essentially really, really good ways to start building a daily practice of meditation. Now you're gonna do this class five days a week. I essentially think you'll do it five days if you want to do it. Seven days Great. But I really look at having a cheat day at least one sheet day within the course of the week. And what you can focus and relax and take in all the things that you worked on throughout the week. Meditation. I would suggest you do it every single day, but again also have a cheat day, so work with it. Practice. And essentially, when you're working with meditation, it's about drawing in a deep breath, closing your eyes, just having the thoughts that air. They're not to shoot them away, but just to recognize them. See them for what they are, and then since her back on your breath. And by doing this, it calls your mind. It calls the thought processes when I talk about weight training in the gym, the way training for the mind. That's what meditation is when your mind goes away in streams on a thought. The thing you have to do or who knows your mind is always running. It's that monkeys that shatter box, you acknowledge it. You see it's not about chasing away or fighting, but it's just recognizing it for what it is. Taking that deep breath and re centering back on the breath. That's your rep. Do you think about it like being in the gym? Think about being on a bench press or lifting weights when your mind's trees on a thought. That's the push. That's a push up on the reb, and when you come back and recognizing you, see that thought that's coming back down. That's for the rest. And every time you do that, the mind strays with the thought. You bring it back, mines trees and bring it back. That's the workout. That's the lifting. That's the process. As with shrinking is your mind. Think about it. The more you do it, the stronger you become, the more resilient you get. I could tell you various instances from my own life where I believe they're just practicing meditation for one month, Save my life. So keep that in mind. Then you'll immediately take away if you practice it for the very minimum. And this week you're gonna practice just 2.5 minutes. I would say, set your alarm for 20 minute, 20 seconds or 30 seconds more and really focus on setting up for that 2.5 minutes. Okay, try that. Well, the last thing we're gonna cover in this lecture for this week is vision boarding. Now, we talked about in beginning of the tools that you're gonna need. But again, make sure you have this The Complete Vision Board kid by John Azraq. And essentially, some people were into doing their vision board online, which is completely fine. And I would encourage you to also have it. There's APS, and really the easiest is to use Pinterest. But get something that you can actually work with. Go to Walmart, go to Home Depot, Office Depot, not Home Depot. That's the wrong store. Uh, but however, get yourself some foam board and in this kids, you've got a book and you've also got a nice foldout, which is full of pictures and words that you can start to decorate your vision board with. So that's a start. But also use your your markers that you're gonna get you border, and then you're gonna go through and you're gonna take your gratitude is in this first week and you're gonna find things that inspire you words, pictures, your family, your pats, whatever it ISS. And I want you to start taking the 1st 10 things. And that's part of your homework assignment. We'll talk about, but you're gonna take the 1st 10 things you're absolutely grateful for. And I want you to find a picture, either words or pictures, and I want you to start decorating your vision board with those things. What? You're gonna have the vision board somewhere in a kitchen in an office, where you can see it every single day, and you're gonna take whether it's in your kitchen or your office, whether it's in your kitchen, your drinking, your coffee in the morning. You're looking up at your vision board and you're seeing all the things you're grateful for . Your seeing pictures of your family. You're seeing pictures of your pets or you're seeing pictures of the vacation you're gonna take or the money you're going to make. Whatever it ISS, put that vision board somewhere in a place that you're going to see it every single day and in minimum, you're gonna look at it twice first thing in the morning and last thing you're going to do at night have fun with this because this is arts and crafts time, and you're gonna do this every single week as you go through your gratitude as you go through your goals, affirmations and the questions. I want you to take those every single day and come up with a new picture on new word. By the end of this, 35 days is five weeks. You're gonna have one giant full of life vision board that is gonna inspire you and empower you to move forward in your life and to see and tracked the things that you desire. You see the power of a vision board is so much more than just thinking and seeing it's visualizing when you give your minds something to visualize on. The ridiculous remembering in your brain will suddenly start to see that everywhere for me . I love the Tesla model s That is, on my vision bore in Burgundy, which is the Tesla model Red, the P 100 D. That's the car that I have on my vision board and I feel it and I see it and I picture myself in that car one day and I will have it, and I'll have that exact color. He was crazy. As soon as I put that on my vision board, I started seeing that car everywhere. The very next day I see it, I'm attracting it. And every time I see that car go by and like, thank you. That's my car system reminder. So keep that in mind. Whatever is that you desire, you begin to start seeing in your everyday life. Think about it. As soon as you heard someone say the word particular remembering there's a good word. You're suddenly going to hear it on the news. Tomorrow you're going to hear someone saying in the coffee shop, it's the way our brains activate when we start to see and focus on what it is we want soon . Your assignment this week is the power of vision boarding and to start working on building this and crafting this magical new life for yourself, which is part of the total reboot. 3. L1 HW: so that completes the overall objectives and the understanding for this week. You're gonna take the next five days the next six days. I only expect you to do five. But essentially, I want you to go every single day, review this video and pull out pointers that you may need, But you're gonna have homework. And this is really for you to go every single day and have accountability and the sense that you're going to be putting together person foremost your 10 gratitude. Every single day, you're going to start writing those down in the quadrant map that you've been given and downloaded, and you're going to write 10 gratitude every single day whether it's the same gratitude. But I encourage you to always add new gratitude is to it at least the minimum of 10. Okay, you're gonna 10 graders. Who is you're gonna write down? You're also going, Teoh, get your tools if you haven't already assembled them again, we talked about in the beginning. It's your vision board book. You're your pocket Mary color pens, your junior notebook and, um, power positive thinking and three by five cards and Sharpie markers. So those are your tools, So if you haven't already gotten them, go get go order them. The next aspect that I want you to focus on for your Homer is to download a meditation app or join a class or do both. And again, this is really to start building in you, the foundation for quieting your mind still in your mind. And it's a way to eventually. What will talk about is tapping into your higher consciousness your subconscious, because we are all a source of power and we have to learn how to tap into that. And part of this fundamentals are to teach you how to really work on new, habitual aspects of your life, how to get more power for your life and how to center and to still the mind and to visualize and to attract what it is that we desire into our lives. You're here because you wish form or or desire more for your life. So this is what's gonna enable you to do that vision board who talk about that with the meditation aspect. 2.5 minutes. Set your alarm. Always set your alarm because it will keep you focus and allow you to just say for the next 2.5 minutes this is all going to do. Just gonna focus on my breathing. That's are you gonna do not chasing away thoughts? Just focus and center on your breathing member gym workout case of 2.5 minutes. You're going to take the vision Bore. Okay, so we talked about the vision Border talked about meditation. The next couple things I'm gonna have you do for your homework and sounds a little crazy for the next one. But I want you to write your own obituary as if you were to die tomorrow. What would people say about you? What would you say about yourself and the life that you've lived up to this point? The purpose of this exercise is to really see where you're at and where you're headed. Are you living a life to your own personal goals, dreams and desires? You see, so many people go through their lives with the expectations of someone else. Did you go to school and did you study a degree in engineering or medical science or something? That is another person's idea that you were living, but you were completely unhappy with could be that you could be completely living the life that you're happy with. However, writing your own obituary is a very powerful, powerful exercise. And it allows you to see that where you're at right now, I can almost guarantee you is not where you want to be. So where do you see yourself right now? If you were to pass away tomorrow, what would your obituaries say? So that's another homework assignment you want to do this first week. And the last thing is I want you to take at the end of this week. You worked on your gratitude. You worked on your after me are not your affirmations. But you weren't on your gratitude. And you worked on a vision board. And you've worked on writing your obituary and you've taken notes over the last couple days , and I really want you to distill this is best you can and write it in a summary and an essay format. And it's basically I'm looking for a three paragraph essay about what it is you learn this week, how you came into it. What did you expect? And after the first week, what are your takeaways. I'm always curious to see how my students interact with this class. Order their questions. What other challenges? And I want you to do that, and you're gonna be posting this on the Forum or the Blawg, and you're going to be discussing this with the other members of the class so that this is a community. I don't want you going at this alone. We aren't able to go and things alone by ourselves. And it's always better if we have a community. It's about building a new tribe. I desire for my students and those that come through this class to really develop and build a new try for themselves. Surround yourself with people to support you in this new endeavor, and you won't fail as long as you take it seriously and you push and you do the assignments and you work hard and you actually take this seriously, your life will be rebooted by the end of this 35 days. Hey, thank you so much for this for joining on this class. And I'm super excited for you to complete the first week and I'll see you again in week number two. Here's your greatness. Take care 4. Lecture #2: Well, welcome to week and lecture number two. Hey, congratulations. You made it through the first week. And I hope hopefully you've seen that by laying Cem foundation and some new concepts for your life through the practice of meditation through the practice of setting gratitude and beginning on working and your vision board. Hopefully you're starting to have some fun with this and really start to see the potentials that this process will create inside of you. So we number two is really about building upon what we talked about in week number one. So we talked about gratitude in the G A cues. Now we're going to talk about the second G, which is goals. And really, what I would I desire for you to take away from this particular lecture on goals is to really figure out what it is that you desire for your life. And a lot of that has to do with with setting some type of short term and a long term goal . So what I always advise my students to do is to take five short term goals that being immediate, such as do my laundry or pay the bills or what have you something that's in a week or two weeks out, So that's a short term goal. And then to pick five long term goals or at minimum and long term could be hey, pay off the house or were pay off the car or take a vacation next year to Hawaii with my family. Okay, so you're looking at something that's longer term, and that's what you're going to be doing. This week is really focusing on goals setting now. The purpose of goals is really to, uh, to help your mind really stay focused on a trajectory on a trajectory. Think about this. If you were to take a road trip right now, I'm in Colorado and I was going to go to San Francisco. I would pull out my map or open up Google Maps or Map Quest, and I would type in my current location, and then I would see where I need to go in order to travel to San Francisco in the next week. Along this map will have waypoints and introductory at a time and give me an idea of how long it would take me to drive from Colorado to San Francisco. California think about the San Francisco is my goal. That's a like a long term goal or short term goal, and with that, it gives me a roadmap. It told me where there's construction, where the best roads are to take for the shortest amount of time or for the least amount of mileage, been maybe more time and really that destination, that gold San Francisco That's my goal and same thing with your life as you go through, you need to set up trajectories and places of where you're going to hit. So again you're focusing on building short and long term goals. The importance of the goal is to really start building in yourself this foundation of seeing what it is that you desire. Like I want to accomplish this by X date. I want to do this by this state, and it allows you to be less reactive and allows you to dial in your mind and think of ways to hit that goal that you so desire for your life. If its advocation tow away with your family that you've always wanted to do, it's a Disney cruise to Alaska. What is that that excites you? and fires you up. The last point in this is to then take your short and long term goals and to put them on your vision board. We talked about the vision board in week one, but is that much important to be adding? Your gratitude is not only your gratitude to the vision board, but I want you to be adding your short long term goals to your vision board as well. So with that, you can see that by developing goals and having a trajectory, you will help your. So stay on point, I will give you this something I found that's burned Very interesting as I have been doing this over the course of many years of setting goals is that my goals constantly change. And I've always thought, This is so weird. Like, if I set a goal, why don't I hit it cause something else. Let's say I have a three month goal of getting acts and I keep saying I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it, I'm gonna do it and I am. I'm tracking on that goal. But for some reason, as I stay focused on obtaining that goal and my personal development grows, and I changed. My mindset starts thinking differently. Soft and times I found my goals actually changed, or what I thought I wanted is no longer what I want. So keep that in mind as you're going through this. Be flexible, being nimble and realize that your goals can track differently. They can go off on a completely different area, so it's more about not necessary that go itself but the practice and the habitual habit of setting a goal and going after it, because you'll find that that practice is a resiliency training that says yes, I want to go for this thing. But I also am desiring to figure out what the steps and the actions are, and through those actions and through those steps on the way to the goal. That's the journey. That's what life is all about. It's not the destination point is that we've enjoyed and we figured out Maybe maybe what we've always wanted isn't exactly what we want. And maybe it's something different. So keep that in mind. Your homework this week is gonna entail. Continue non with 10 gratitude. You'll now be adding 10 goals, which will be the five short. Five long term goals. If you can add more agree, but I don't expect you to add five and 55 short five long. I also want you to put these on your vision board and start thinking about what the things are that she wants. Remember, your vision board can be. It's not static. It's dynamic. As your things change in your life. As you growing as you develop as a person, your own goals will change. So that's the other part. You're gonna put this on your vision board, and then the last aspect is continuing, continuing on with your meditation practice. So in the first week, we talked about setting up a routine of 2.5 minutes, so hopefully you've begun to see some kind of positive results. Maybe maybe you're finding yourself less reactive, who knows, But instead of 2.5 minutes, we're going to increase it by another 2.5. So now you're gonna be a five minutes for this week. Gonna practice five minutes a day of sitting and stillness and quietness and doing your best to remember push up with the rep as your thoughts stray and come back down as you center your breathing. And that's what you're gonna work on. This week is your meditation. Five minutes work on your vision board, and that will be vory good exercise for you to focus on this week again. At the end of this week again, I want you to post an essay of three paragraphs at minimum what you took away this week. How did you start this week? How did you finish over some of the challenges? What were some of the limitations and the things that you had to overcome in order to complete this course this week? Hey, I am really excited that you're progressing. The more you do this, the longer you stay with this, the more habitual habits you'll be creating your life and you start to build the resiliency . They say it takes 30 days to build a new habit in your life. And I have created this class to last five weeks or 35 days because the last that fifth week that last week is really just a culmination of all the things you've taken together, and you're gonna look ahead and you're going to stay stay on course and you're gonna ask yourself, how do I continue on? Continue on with all these habits and all these new things I've developed in my life. So I'm really excited and proud of you. And I want you to continue on and see yourself and see the greatness that you're creating in your own life. I am excited for you. We're all in this journey together. I'm not perfect. I still have my own struggles that I deal with. However, I have learned things that have helped me. And if anything, I want them to transpire into you. Have a great week. Leave your comments. Leave your suggestions. I look forward to listening and reading your essay at the end of the week and have a phenomenal week. Take care. Bye. 5. Lecture #3: Welcome back. Lecture number three Week number three. How how are you doing? I'm just curious. You've went through two weeks so far and you've learned about goals. You weren't about gratitude. How are things going for you by we? Number three really starting to see how these developments and these fundamentals that you're taking in your life are working for you. You've now come through roughly two weeks of meditation practice which you've increased now five minutes a day. Hopefully, that's working out well for you. And you're hopefully my My desire for you is to hopefully see that your mind starts to be calmer and you really start to see new aspects emerging from your life, setting goals, setting gratitude, all very, very important use of the fundamentals. In week number three, we're gonna talk about really the aspect of affirmations. I don't know how much you know about a privations or what you've heard about in the past. Some of them could be a little woo woo and weird. I just keep it simple. Affirmations are essentially what I desire to see out of myself what's inside of me and what I really desire to create in my world, you see, affirmations are basically it's a statement of yourself in order for something to come about. When you when you affirm your life, your you're affirming the things that you're good at, the things that are are internal to you. You see, we all have a spirit within ourselves, and this spirit is connected to a higher source. Some people call it Ah, a religious aspect. I don't call it religion. I call it zero or the universal intelligence that we all have connection to. Calling it zero or universal intelligence allows it to be non religious and really allows everyone to start seeing that within themselves. There's a still small boys, which is your higher intelligence, your higher self and we want toe. Learn to affirm that within our lives. Because when we learn to affirm that still small voice that we all know we have, it's that intuition. We start tapping into it and start allowing it to bleed into all years of our lives on a consistent daily basis. The pain and the suffering that you and I experience on a daily basis will suddenly begin to be reduced once we start learning and we start adapting and we start applying this universal intelligence that we all have inside of us affirmations is incredibly in powerful because it allows us to essentially acknowledge our higher self. Our higher self is the wisdom and the intuition that we all have. I can guarantee that you've had a moment in your life somewhere in the past, of an intuitive feeling. You just knew it was at six cents. It was that that premonition that is your intuition. If you take, for example, women Women have a very high intuitive aspect already. How do they know what their kids are doing without even being in the room? How do they know when things were gonna happen? How do they know? They just feel there are much more intuitive and much more connected to their higher source of being, whether they want to call that our higher self or not. The beautiful thing is that we can all tap into this. We can all tap into our higher souls and bring about this higher wisdom that we all see for our lives. So that's really the key aspect there. The thing I think that is really important about affirmations is that when we were kids, when we're really, really little, whoever raised us or parents or guardians or grandparent's, whoever raised you at a very young age taught you fundamentals and beliefs about what was right in what was wrong based on their own set of beliefs. You see as you and I as adults are or young adults or older older folks, we all have a belief system that we've created within ourselves based on the experiences that we've all gone through in life. Hey, it's Don't touch the hot pan because it's hot, it'll burn you. That's a belief, but it's also an actual reality thing. Another belief that comes from my own upbringing is money doesn't grow on trees. Well, that was a belief that my parents held. Unfortunately, I took that belief of money doesn't grow on trees, and I somehow adopted that into my own belief system in my life. And I wonder why pursue many years I struggle financially and all these other areas. Until I really started digging deep and started really working with this aspect of affirmations in my own life, it started firming my soul food. Hey, I do have the fundament. I do have the financial wherewithal to create whatever I want in my life. So three, when he does grow on trees and that's a new belief system or a new affirmation that I wrote in my scripts and replace the old one of money doesn't grow on trees. You see, my parents had that believe for that adopted system, and they taught it to me because that's what they knew. However, I grew up in never question that until I was much later as an adult and realize that that never serves me. In fact, that's a that's not a good affirmation, so you'll be amazed as you go through your affirmations, you starches see and start to write down new scripts for your life. New belief scripts. You'll suddenly begin toe unearth a lot of belief systems that you actually didn't know existed in your life. It's what's called an unconscious script. It's something that it just plays automatically without us ever giving it acknowledgement. So if you always have a way of, we all seem to struggle with money, and that seems to be a common one. If you find yourself pushing money away and never having enough, and you are always struggling. You can't figure out why. Well, perhaps that's a belief system that needs to be uprooted, and a new script needs to be put in place. So these scripts are these affirmations. I'll show you my affirmations. And so these were some of my affirmations, and you're going to be doing this as well, with your three by five cars and a spiral bound that you've gotten, and then as well as your permanent markers, which I love. Here are some of my what I call my success notebook, and essentially, it's It's basically what I've written down. So I wrote this in April 24th of this year. This is make your creative mind work for you. That's what I have on here. The 1st 1 I have is far as an affirmation says. I am holding positive mental images for what I desire for my life today. That's an affirmation. The school, the next one says I am a success, and opportunities for greatness come opportunity for greatness float towards me today. Another one says, I forgive myself for past wrongs to others. Another one says don't be finished be relentless. Nothing is ever finished. So what I've done is I've written affirmations that I felt were very powerful for my life, and I put him in a notebook and essentially, what I do is they carry these around on my in my backpack, and I don't do it as often as I should. But essentially, if you do it every night before you go to bed, which is very important because there's been scientific research done that says if you do something positive right before you go to sleep at night, your mind will focus on the last thing that you worked on. If he worked on these saying something positive about yourself. It's a good chance that you will manifest itself in her life. So I go through these and I basically allow it to work on my life. And I focused on a read about these 6. Lecture #3 HW: so your homework for this week is essentially to continue on. Continue on with doing your 10 gratitude. You're 10 goals by short, five long and now affirmations. You know that I have one more thing. We threw affirmations. There's something very powerful abounds using a mirror. No, I said, beginning on Week one, that this is one of the things we're going to talk about A week. Three. But power of a mirror is essentially looking yourself in the eye when you say your affirmations, and there's something that resonates within your spirit and confirms what it is you're saying when you look inside of a mirror, you say I am destined for greatness and things and elements in life work for me and flow towards me. I'm looking in the mirror, looking in my eyes, and every time I say that, it resonates with my spirit and it confirms it. It's a very powerful exercise, So this week you're going to be doing your affirmations, your 10 affirmations. You're gonna be writing them down. You'll be seeing them into the mirror at least once, if not twice a day, and then you're also going to be adding these to your vision board. So now we got three weeks of adding gratitude, adding goals Night Granada affirmations onto your vision board. Hopefully, this vision boards really, really big at this point. In fact, I hopefully you've gotten three phone boards or four phone phone boards, and you've laid at your vision board, and it covers a massive section of your wall. If not, make that your goal. Hey, I'm excited for you to continue on this week with the assignment and the last expect that I will talk about is doing again poster results three paragraphs on the form of the blawg and just let me know your questions. What are the things you you had challenges with this week? What? What were some of your affirmations? I loved a hero. I always loved to listen to what my students come up with for their own personal informations. Because oftentimes they're ones. I haven't thought of it all. My Yes, I will incorporate those into my own life for my own applications. So think about that, and I look forward to hearing from you and the last thing you're going to do again. Meditation. This is the fundamental just keep increasing. Your practice is to now go 7.5 minutes. So the first week we did 2.5 second week, we did five minutes. This week, you're gonna focus on 7.5 minutes again. Give yourself a couple of 20 to 30 seconds, buffer on your timer and again work on that 7.5 minutes. Set the timer because it allows you to really not worry about anything other than pushing up doing reps. As the mind strays, you come back to your breath and re center. Hey, again, Congratulations. You made it through Week three. I look forward to see you on week for lecture number four and we'll finish up with questions. Next week will be a very powerful exercise. And I look forward to seeing you, and I encourage you to keep moving forward. I'm proud of you. And here's to your success in your greatness. Take care 7. Lecture #4: Well, welcome to lecture number four. Really excited. You made it through now. Three weeks coming in your fourth week and you've really begun to work on all these different aspects from the G A cues, which is your again, your gratitude, your goals, your affirmations that we talked about last week. Now questions, questions are imperative. When I first started working on this, I never really understood the power of questions in my own life. And when I started working with affirmations and starting to figure out how the way expand my mind, expand my world, work on things that I'm struggling with and things I need answers with my life and I read it. I read a book, a couple of books about questions, power questions and one What of all will actually be in my book recommendations that Power Questions book. But I actually watched an interview from Tony Robbins, and he really got me thinking about this aspect of asking highly specific and role of in questions. So that's where we're going to talk about today. Real quickly is really figuring out what are all the things that you desire to accomplish in your life? You've set goals. You set your gratitude, you set your affirmations, but more so with the goals. How do you How do you get forward? How do you start getting action? I start getting traction, So let's talk about that for a little bit. Questions. Power questions are essentially you think about. Most of us go through our lives asking why or why not? Are things working our lives like, Why am I struggling with finances, or why is my relationship not going anywhere? Those questions are questions, and we're posing themselves, posing those questions to ourselves. However, they're not power questions. When I say power questions, I I'm speaking to the fact of It's a very ambiguous, unfulfilling, unsatisfying answer of those questions like, Why is my relationship not going anywhere? The answer is, Well, maybe you're not being better. Maybe you're not working harder on yourself. Or maybe you you tripping yourself in your self, sabotaging their really the relationship. So there's a lot of leg answers you're getting. But however, a power question is OK. Instead of saying why is my relationship not working? You could say, How'd oh, I craft a very fulfilling a meaningful relationship in my life with my partner or my spouse in which I can be fulfilled and see that our relationship with each other is growing and expanding. How do we do that? Wow, Now there's a power question, and the power question comes in the sense that you are taking all these little elements and specifics and asking your higher self. And that's the key. You're asking your subconscious. You're asking your higher self. Hey, Hattaway, how we craft this new relationship in my life now, Once you start experimenting with this, the significance of this will start to probie profound in all areas of your life. That's a I'm struggling with my finances. How do I create a passive income stream by passive income streams in which I can generate 1000 2000 extra all month? Again, there's another power question. When you ask yourself your higher self, these questions, these subconscious questions, you'd be amazed the answers that comb, and they may come from very unexpected sources. For example, you could be on the Internet one day or on your phone and surfing the web, and suddenly an ad comes up or on article draws your attention or you open a book or you turn on the radio or the TV, and suddenly that thing that you've been looking for suddenly appears and it's there. Okay, so you're activating your subconscious. You're asking those power questions. You're asking high roll events, highly specific questions for your life. And now you're starting to see that the answers were coming, Teoh. Well, the answers are the clarity, the focus. And now, the biggest aspect that one that I struggle with and didn't really realize it Teoh, most recently within the last couple months and years is the fact of taking action. You're gonna ask these specific questions, you're going to get the answers. Well, it's up to you now to take the action. Are you going to change your relationship? Are you going to start putting in the hard work? And I'll put a cabbie on in here When you you can ask these questions and you start receiving the answers, Don't be freaked out about the answers because a lot of times they're the things that we need most in our lives and that action component that change component, which is the action. Hey, I'm not gonna do that. anymore. I'm gonna take a different way When I'm gonna listen to my higher consciousness. I'm gonna listen to my spirit. I'm gonna listen to the answers that were coming and I'm gonna put a plan together and I'm gonna cree focus and purpose and clarity around that action, and suddenly your life will begin to change. That's it for right now. That's the end of this lecture for this week. But I really want you to focus on for your homework, asking highly specific, highly role of in questions for your life and be thinking about all the things that you've been struggling with and maybe asking questions that were very vague. That's the problem with with a lot of things that we do as humans is. We're vory bagging her questions. However, we have a supercomputer in her mind and a connection to infinite intelligence. And if we learned harness this and uses for our lives, you will be blown away by the amount of change and answers and things that start arising in your mind for your life. Hey, I'm excited again that you've come through four weeks. Next week will be our wrap up lecture and it won't be very long, but I just want to give you some takeaways for you to focus on for the coming weeks and months and years. Thank you again. Here's your greatness. And I'm really excited for you taking the steps, doing the hard work because I know its not easy. Trust me. I've been on this path for a long time and I still struggle. However, my goal and my intent for my students, is for me to be a Trailblazer, to figure out the things that work for me the steps, the components, and really work on putting those together for my students in order for them to see massive and a successful change in their lives again. When you finish your homework for this week, look at the lecture notes, but I really want you to focus on anywhere between 5 to 8 highly relevant specific questions that you can begin asking for your life. Hey, how wonderful day. Thank you again for your time. And I look forward to see you on last week next week. Take care away 8. Lecture #5: Well, congratulations. You just made it through four weeks. And now you're fifth week. Your final week of working through total Review. 35 days to a personal life transformation. You've done it. You're finishing out this week. You put in the work you put in the time you put in the work written though to Britain, your affirmations. You've written your questions. You've written your goals and your written your gratitude. We covered a lot of ground in this five weeks, and I hope I really hope and trust that you come away. And you found elements of this class that are inspiring to you and are going to help you in the long run to really established brand new habitual good practices in your life. Really? This this last lecture is to wrap up all the things we talked about and to figure out a way for you in the coming weeks and months and years to not just take this class lightly or just for these 35 days. But my desire for you is to really have this be the pivotal turning point in your life in which you are able to thou go forward in your life. Take these tools that are now in your toolbox, your personal life toolbox, and begin to continue to work on them. Continue to grow this process of transformation and growth. This metamorphosis is a long term process. It's not an overnight, it's not a short thing. You can see immediate results, but to really dig down and to really be the change and to really find the things and inspire you and empower you and push you forward in your life and help you to obtain the things that you so desire for your life takes a lot of work. Think about your job, your school, all the things you have to go through. You were a doctor you had to go through undergrad graduate post grad, all those things, medical school, and then you had to do everything in between to get actually to the position of a doctor years in years of experience and work. Same thing with this he put in the work. I just say do a little bit every day because they say Who said it. If you do 1% a day every single day for a year, your 365% ahead of the person that doesn't do something every single day. That little thing those little habitual is that's the point of this class is to build the habitual things in your life so that you can begin to direct and course correct and position your life where you want to go. Think about this. Your captain of your ship. You have a periscope or telescope or some kind of scope that you're looking at and you're looking at the future and your your sales are full of winds and you have your crew members looking at the map and the waypoints and you're sitting there is a captain and you're looking Where do you want to go? That is what I desire for you to use this for your ship. Your strengths. Your individuals are what's gonna help you propel and sail you through bill Challenges of life. Life is not easy. None of us are experiencing any kind of bliss Onley. If we are, we're taking the hard steps and the work. You get bliss, you get rewards. When you take the hard work, you'll see it. The more you do it, the more it will inspire you to do more of it. Because good actions breed more positive actions in our lives. Think about this. At the beginning of the class, I had you write your obituary. Your obituary was really Where am I now? Where do I see myself and what have I done? If I were to die today, what are the things that that I would be remembered for? Are they good? Are they bad? Are the indifferent where dough. I fall with that. Now that you've come through these past four weeks and you really dug deep and you worked on these thes concepts on these fundamentals, I want you to take one more step and rewrite your obituary and see your life where you really desire to be. Where do you want to accomplish? Empower yourself. Figure out what it is that really likes you up If you're doing a job that you absolutely despise and it feels like you're driving into the gates of hell every single morning, I would encourage you to leave that job. First of all, find something that empowers inspires you on the side that you can then go into before you leave your job. But I can tell you from personal accounts how many jobs I've left because they were unfulfilling. And I knew that it was sucking the life out of my soul. Why do it? Life is too short. Life is too precious. If you're on your deathbed today, you're 90 years old and you're looking back over your life. That's the importance of the obituary is to see that the things that were most important to us, where the relationships and I can guarantee you that's gonna be the number one thing that you wish for an desire for on your deathbed is to have more meaningful relationships in your life. So that's your family, your friends, your spouse, your kids, everybody that's important to you. Those the relationships you need to build first and foremost looking back over your life thinking about the regrets, the things you wish you would have done. Will you have the future in front of you right now? What are the things you desire to go make manifest in your life? Do you wish you were an online blogger and you could travel all over the world? Then get blogging. Go sign up for the for WordPress, go center for blogger and start writing. That's how you do it. Today is the action steps. Make the meaningful connections make the hard choices, make the hard steps. So with all of this, keep in mind as you go forward in the coming weeks and months, keep building your vision board. Keep working on your meditation practice. Your meditation should become an integral part of your life every single day. Take the five minutes. Take the 10 minutes if you're sitting in traffic and you're waiting for that three minute red light to a turn and you're sitting there and you have nothing better to dio take three depressed light turned green. Feel more calm. I feel more centred. I even feel more calm just doing that exercise with you. Think about the moments in your life instead of chunking out time to do these things which some of us haven't. Some of us don't take the time bigger out the moments. If you're in the elevator of your walking up the stairs, your shopping through the grocery store, you're on a plane. You're waiting in line. You could always take the moment. Did you center yourself with a couple breasts and you have meditated for the day about slowing down. Focusing. Okay, so really work on those aspects of meditation and continue looking at your vision board twice a day. Continue on with your G A cues. I want to say one thing, and I mentioned earlier in a couple weeks ago, is building a routine of rest. It's a cheat day. Remember, you're going through this. This is a long term process. This isn't an overnight sensation. Anyone who has an overnight sensation has built many years and many hours of struggling and striving and pain and suffering to get to the success of these seat today. A movie, the movies, the Hollywood actors. They busted their butt to get to be where they are to be in that motion picture, making millions of dollars. They didn't just walk into that. You can ask every single one of them. They've been on a hard journey and a hard road to get to that point. That's the reward. That's the harvest that's your wish is being fulfilled. But it's in order to take the hard steps. Okay, so every single day is best you can five days a week. Meditate vision board and do your G a cues. Always remember to be grateful. Always remember to be setting your goals even though they will be changing. Always remember to be affirming yourself, coming up with newer affirmations flipping through your book That notebook always be writing new ones. Always be asking large, specific, relevant questions for your life. What do you struggling with? How do I come through these things? These are the things you've built, these air, your tools. These are the things that are gonna help you empower you, inspire you and keep you moving. Poured in your life when you build good habits, It's called book ending Your day You start your day with positive success. You injured a with positive success. Who cares about what happens in the middle? Rather, that's the thing that's gonna keep your life center be moving for all hell could break loose in the middle of your day. But if you started with the intention of strength and you're ending your intention with strength and you go to bed, you know that you can come through any kind of storm within that day and be OK I just want to thank you again from the bottom of my heart. I put a lot of work into this class from filming from the from the work, from the materials from just all the hours of figuring out how to put this together for you to be the most inspiring and impactful and the thing that really works. And I know that it works because I've done it in my life. But it's not about me, it's about you and I've transferred this into my other students in my other coaching clients, and it works for them, and it is working to take the baby steps, do the hard things, be proud of yourself, take their days of rest, do the things that you need to do but also balance it with the aspects of rest and relaxation. And to that journal that I that I had you get to the beginning of really journaling and looking over your weak and reflection. That's that's such a key component. There's a thing in the Jewish belief system of resting. On the seventh day it was called the Shabaab, and that that day is really a day off. No, no work. You're supposed to relax, supposed to just just be reflective of your week. Take time to meditate and to take it easy. Because when you're pushing, pushing, pushing, pushing, pushing, pushing and he never break. Unfortunately, just like a piece of machinery that is always running and never gets maintained, it's gonna break, and it's gonna fall apart. We are the most important thing in our lives. For families, for relationships. You are the most important aspect in your life, and you have to take care of yourself. So keep that in mind. That's part of the whole aspect of balance. But again, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting up with all these weeks with all the work. I want to hear your success stories. A leafy back. Tell me what I did. Well, tell me what I did Bad. What would you like to see More of? What would you like to see less of. And in the coming months, I do desire to create a secondary class to this because this is really just the foundation . There's so much more to go over and so much more to dig into all these different aspects. However, there's on a time to do that. But another class is what I will be creating in order for you to dig deeper into this this whole aspect of spiritualism to enhance your personal performance and your business. All of these areas of personal development are what will transpire and to a greater success into all areas of your life. Relationships, business, health, family, all of it. You could have a beautiful, wonderful, accelerating life and something you're proud of. When you're on your deathbed. You'll look back and you'll see all the amazing things that you created because of your hard work. Here's your greatness. I am so excited. Thank you again for all your time for working through this lever feedback. And I look forward to seeing you in the next class. Here's your greatness. Have a wonderful future. Thank you so much. A life
