1. Travel inspo!: Hi, I'm Jennifer Lynn Adam. And I was born with partial lives. That hasn't stopped me from living in an entrance light. And it hasn't stopped me from traveling the world. The topic that I'm very passionate about. Travel, opens the door to see the world and yourself in a whole new light. And I've had the opportunity to travel all over the world. I've been to Eastern Europe, namely Warsaw, Poland. I have been to Stockholm, Sweden, and the surrounding areas, and also Chile and other parts of South America. Travel is one of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences you will ever have in your life. I highly recommend it because you will learn so much about yourself and the world at large. I think it's so important for every person to journey outside of their comfortable entity and see other places in the world. Because you get to know yourself on a whole new level when you're out there traveling and it's century. Without further ado, let us begin our class tips for becoming a world traveler. 2. Planning ahead: Hey, future world travelers. I'm glad you're here and I'm proud of you. You've got a trip coming up that you want to plan for. And I want to help you get everything in order so that this trip, it's been organized and goes as smoothly as possible. Let's drop some knowledge. The first piece of knowledge I would drop for you about real travel. And this pizza knowledge goes across anything that has to do with travel. Travel is all about specific. Because everything that travel is about specific, there's always going to be in a specific time. Specific gate is propelled. A bus number, I mean, whatever it is. And the more that you are in tune with the specific, the better that your triple go, and the more fun you'll have. The first specific to look at is the date of your trip. I always like to start first with booking a flight for the trip. Okay, join me on my process for finding an inexpensive and efficient flight. I use Kayak as my search engine. And what I'll do is I will do a search within the parameters of the flight that I'm looking for. And then I looked through all of the flights and I see which company is offering the, the least expensive flight. Something I also like to look for is the least expensive, but also with the least amount of stops. And hopefully you like the most efficient trip where you're not having to sleep in the airport and things like that, that's really important to look at. So it looks like this one right here is a really good deal. And the parameters are what I'm looking for, you know, theoretically. So what I would do is I would look at the company that's offering that flight. I'm not going to say that over this video or this lesson just because I don't want to get flag. But you see what I'm saying? You go to that to the website of that company and you then look up that air line and you look up those flight time and those parameters. And I usually you'll find the same match. Sometimes the prices will be a little bit different. But I always recommend that you don't book through a third party. You just use the third party to find the best deal. And booking your flights, there will always be an option to purchase insurance. Always get the interference. Usually 15 to $20 extra. And believe me, it will be worth it. Because what the insurance allowed you to do most of the time. 3. Travel day: Travel opens the door, either world and yourself in a whole new light. Alright, so you are packed and ready to go, and now you're on your trip. Here's some things to think about. As you are lying, traveling, taking taxis, stay in hotel. Here are some tips when you are on actual light. The first thing to think about, if you are extra abled like and you use a wheelchair, you always want to make sure that the people on your flight know ahead of time that you're in a wheelchair and that you're going to need assistance. Being in an airport can be incredibly overwhelming. Believe me, my heart goes out to you. I, myself have been in many airports and I remember when I was first starting to travel, how much I just felt so overwhelmed and not to lie scared and airports because they're so big and it's so easy to get lost. And you want to make sure you've got specific, you don't miss your flight and there's all those things to think about. So let me give you this comforting piece of information that you can always take with you when you're at the airport. And that is that there's always someone around that can be helped. You need it after the number one hit by. Light travels, it stay hydrated. To help you stay hydrated on your flight, it is suggested to drink one cup of water per hour, so bottoms up. Another light traveled tip I have for you is to bring food. So now you are in flight. Here are some tips for enjoying your long-haul flights. This is a great time to take out that sleeping mask that is packed in your carry-on and to just pop that baby over your eyes and put on those noise canceling headphones. And just take a nap or asleep, and just enjoy the peace in your own little world. I also suggest that as you're in flight, that you eat really well and just enjoy it. Sit back, eat some good food, and every once in awhile get up and walk around. It it helps us circulation. Just get up and walk to the restroom because you're drinking one cup of water per hour. And that actually keeps you moving. And if you need anything, there's always someone, as I said, there to help. And just sit back and breathe and relax. And think about the fun things you're gonna do when you land. Now that I've shared flight, I want to share with you some hotels hit just as Taylor Swift travel if miserable. Alright, here, nestled in here hotel. The first thing I always do when I get to my hotel room order because, you know, because you've been traveling and you're probably always going to be hungry. And it's just comforting to have a meal the first. And it's comforting to have a meal when you get there and it helps you relax and just feel like you're at home alone with that too. I always order some groceries from the intricate card or Uber Eats. And I just stopped. I stopped the fridge with snacks and things for meal, breakfast, and lunch at the hotel. And most hotels offer free breakfast. That's one thing I would say while you're looking at hotels, when you're booking them is kept book. Hotels that offer free breakfast and that way you never have to worry about breakfast. And then stop your mini fridge with lunch item. And that way you can save money and send them your money on fancy fun. And it also means that you have the munchies in the middle of the night or if you just need something, if they're in your fridge. Another thing I always stop the fridge with two water. You never know if you want to drink the water in the hotel, matter where you are. So it's Ellie or bottled water just in case. So now your smuggled into your hotel room. What I suggest is again, get that sleep mask out and your noise canceling headphones and try to get a great night's sleep. Because you've got some adventuring ahead of you to do. 4. Adventure is freedom!: Congratulations, you did it. You took your flight, you got to your hotel, and now you're here. And now it's time to go out and explore this big beautiful world. To go have some adventure and make some memories. You are here now. And now it's time for the best part of travel, which is the wanted. I wanted more than I can. I would sing it back but I don't want okay. Yes, adventure is such a fun part of travel. You get to see places you've never been before and you would never meet and just really enrich your life if new cultures, new experience it. So get out there, have some adventure, and have fun. You don't always feel your best when you're traveling because it's eating great food. You're sleeping, industry plays. You're taking flight and things like that. You might feel kind of off. But I would say just get out there and enjoy the day. Get out there and see the site and go live life. Because eventually your body will be like, okay, and you'll end up getting a good night sleep. Usually for me, it's a couple of days into the trip trip where my body is like, Okay, we're in a new place, readjusted. Everything is okay. And then it's like just relax. And then that night I'll usually a really good. But until then, you know, don't don't just stay in your hotel because you don't feel good or whatever, still get out there and do some things. Because that actually helps with jet lag, is to get out either sunshine, go out, grab a meal, both take a little walk and do something simple to go to be the area you're obtain. Adventure gives you the chance to experience yourself as even more green than you were before you had the experience. Because adventure expands, it expands your world. It gives you wings. His see the world as big as his view yourself as free.
