1. Welcome and most common chords: Hello, guys, my name is Gib Felix and welcome to my course. A major courts. I'm gonna teach you everything about the special courts. We're gonna teach the focal part, practical court the most common utter shapes. We're going to teach you, very nice short kids. Sugar is play this course. Very easy. All my lessons, you go to find a complete term material with court shapes. I'm gonna help you a lot. A special poster. You prints. You can print in high resolution and use as decoration and education purpose. As one as I'm going to teach you in my score that you can use almost every n of sction. So it's a great step by step for you that is a beginner cis or a la guitar. Are you ready? Let's go to the first lesson. Major chords are very important music. I think all the songs already created by songwriter composing artists. We have at least one major chord. Okay. So it's important to learn all this step by step, this shortcut tris that I'm going to teach you right now. The major chord is a major. We just introduce finger one. You're going to play right here on a string number four, three. Okay, so simple like that. And you need to pick string number 45, four, three inch. Sometimes you can take one as well because the same note that you play here, the open string one is on the string number four, but in different active. So it's not a problem at all, right? A Video play this E note right here. I know that's the same note as the first one. But it's important when you are learning, play chords, play the chords with the right bads. I mean, with the right lowest nodes. That's why we pick string number five, because its nodes A, right? This is a measure, and you can find a lot of songs, such as back and black. By ACC. On the great or is D major. It's very easy as well. So finger number one, three, pick strings number four, three, two, and one, the same approach as the first score. This string number four is D string. That's why so, right? If you have a big hand, you can put your finger right here. Mute. The string is going to be easier for you, right? Next cod is C Masur. Grade Co is very important. So is finger number one, two and three. Just tate. Same thing as the first score. Play strings number one is not a problem at all. Right? Next score, you can play the F major chord that you can play right here. Is similar to C, right? If you play C, you just need to put your finger tree into one string down. So in this case, you pick just strings number four, three, in. But this chord have an other approach. You can play like this, or if you prefer like this. This is a bar chord. Sometimes bar chords are very difficult for beginne but it's a. I think it's important to learn both ways. So finger number one, finger three, four, in your middle finger, right? And you pick everything. Score is great. And I have a great short cut. Shot is guitar shape right here. This one and this one right here. But let's talk about this later. Next chord is going to be G Major. So it's a very famous chord. You can find a rough songs such as not have a score. To be honest, all the chords that I'm talking in this lesson, it's very common in music, so you can find in several songs. As you can see in this knocking on Has door example, we have D and sys all the chords that we were talking about. In this case, this or looks very difficult, but I have a short u Start to play square if you are pink and ring finger. Strings number one and two. And put your finger number one. I think it's going to be easier. To memorize and play square correctly. And the next quord, is going to be B or, you can de Lectis or lis. So in the first option, you play a bar chord with your ring finger. In the second option, you put instead of the bar chord, finger number two, three, and four plus your index finger right here. In this case, you play just tings number five, four, three and two. 2. How scales and chords works: Important to learn how we create major and minor scales. I know this course not about this, but I need to talk a little bit about these shortcuts. To measure scale, you have a formula. I minor scale, you have another formula. We have hostep in hatte. Hate is when you play fret by fret, for example, C sharp shark, sharp and so on. This is hatte. Hete is when you skip one fret and play the other one. So S Skips sharp, play Skip sharp play Skip F and play F sharp. This is hole statep. Do not react. Hatep, one, single frat. Hotep, you skip this frat and play the 01. If you play this using this formula that you see on the screen, you're going to have major or minor scales, and this sales are very important in music. Let's go to the practical emphatical part of the courts and you'll see how these formulas are so important. Lst time you'll learn the theory about the major chords. So the major chords, we need to play notes number one, three and five of a major scale. So for example, if you're playing C major here, we are playing C E engine. The tree shoes. Remember about this shortcut because it's always the same. So, for example, if we play a Cord, you are playing the three notes of a major chord, A, C sharp and me. You need to play this every single time, using the same step by step. So just notes number one, three and five. And you're going to have your major chord, correct? But you're probably thinking. Okay, but here you're playing four notes. Okay. But I repeat one of the notes. The A notes, I repeat is not a problem at all. You just need to have bit sectional notes. Okay? The same step by step with F major, with g Mazure and so on. This theocal part is very important, and you're going to help you sertand the other chorts, more advanced concept in the future. Now you know how to play a chord and know the fury. My shortcut is try to memorize all of them. It's going to be very important if you memorize all of them. These chords, you're going to find in several songs. In half times you're going to repeat the same chords in different songs. For example, in what side by rehouse and peppers, we have a minor. F Masur C Major, G major. And knock on Has door by Bob Gillan, you're going to have Gj D major and C. So as you can see, C Cor and G Cord, you're going to have both songs. So it's important. You memorize the chords. 3. What is power chords: Course of very special chord. This course is not even major or minor. If you have a doubt about, should I put a major chord or a minor chord in this song, use part chords and you're going to save your song. Words really good in rock and roll music. Sk or latter guitar, especially if you play with distortion. It shaped power chords, this one right here. You have this one as first option, you have number one, three, and four. You can play this start on string number six or on string number five. Both ways going to work perfectly. Remember, the lowest note is the most important nodes because this note is going to give you the name. In this case, is G nodes, so G power cord. If you play one string down, have C node because this is the lowest note. C power chord. Remember that you just need to pick the strings that you are playing, the notes that you are playing. In this case, I'm playing on a strings number five, four and three. Pick 54 and three. If I play right here? My G power chord strings number 65 and four. Don't forget about that. This chord, you can play the short cut that you just keep repeating the same utter shape. Here's G power chord. If you play right here, it's going to be G sharp. If you play right here, eight, in so wars. Necessary to follow that you have the notes. 4. Shortcut to memorize chords + ending: Nice short cut for you to memorize measure or minor chords or any kind of course you want. Just follow the guitar shape. But be careful because this shortcut does not work with every single chord. I'm going to explain. Let's take f s. You just need to memorize the guitar shape. In this case, it's going to be F chord because we have the nodes of F measure. In this situation, the lowest node is F. That's why we call this guitar shape F. If you play right here, It's going to be a sharp, so you have. Sharp major. I play right here? G major. Play right here, G sharp so one. You can repeat this step by step in every single ter shape, so let's take this another one. F Major chord in this a position. This is a Major or F major chord. If you play right here, you're going to have short Major chord. Play right here, Major chord and so on. But this short does not work with ever cingular shape, so let's take C Major chord. C major chord, we have this node number three S open. This g string open. If you play the same step by step, in another threat, it's going to sound really weird and different because you have to compensate this open string. If you keep playing, This string of a tree is still raining, right? So this shortcuts not going to work. So focus this step by step just with court that you don't have open strings like this shape right here, this one right here. This base right here works really well. Even the dense, but if you don't play this open string, so you can play sharp and so strings number one to entry. Thank you so much for watching this course. I hope you enjoy all my lessons and all my set. Now, the next step is memorize all the courts. And try to find songs that you can apply those courts. I have a very nice list. So please bring this list, put on your wall and memorize often. It's time and look patient to memorize everything. So do not think that next weekend can memorize everything or warm memorize a itient, and learn the songs, play the songs that enjoy, and you're probably going to find nine 9% constant I'm talking about. Hope you enjoy and, please take a moment to check my book file the form. I had very nice courses for you. And do not forget you. We ve this lesson. Lesson helping you. Learned this special part, please with you your feedback going helping out on his p, right? Thanks so much. See you next what.
