Hello, I'm Amelie.

I started drawing with a pencil when I was sixteen, initially focusing on pencil drawing classes. During these early years, I developed a strong foundation in portrait drawing, figure drawing, and facial features design. I also honed my skills in working with colored pencils, ink pens, and watercolors. These diverse experiences have given me a comprehensive understanding of various techniques and styles.

As my interest grew, I discovered a passion for character design and animation, which led me to pursue professional character design classes. My university education in the field of animation further deepened my expertise. At the age of twenty-four, I began teaching character drawing with a pencil, combining my knowledge of traditional drawing techniques... See full profile

1. Introduction: Hello friends, welcome to my caricature drawing course with pencil. One of the most fascinating areas of pencil drawing is drawing human caricatures. There are many types of caricatures due to exaggerations in different parts of the body. This means that several varieties of caricatures can be created from only one character. That's why learning how to draw caricatures helps you a lot in order to increase your creativity. In this course, I will teach you how to draw all kinds of male caricatures. My focus in this course is teach you how to draw male caricature heads. In this course, you will learn how to exaggerate different parts of the face, such as this size of the head, nose, mouth, teeth, eyes, and eyebrows, and even mustaches. I hope this course is useful for you. Good luck everyone. 2. The basics principle (exaggeration in the form of the nose): Hello to all of my dearest friends. I'm back with another new course for you. Well, in this course, you are going to learn how to create caricatures or cartoon characters. There are some information that in the beginning, I should've tell you your work would be a start better. Well, basically creating a caricature is making exaggerations and exaggerate different parts of a face or a body. For example. If I consider face like this here. If I consider this face and the side view, first, I'll complete the head. This is a normal face which we have, and it would be looked like this. But what you want to take it to a caricature shape. We can actually play this form, play with this form and shape. And we can actually exaggerate on some parts of it. I mean, we can add to some places and reduce some others. For example, starting from here behind my skull and I'll come inside a little. Then this would be the back of my head. As you can see, I've created an exaggeration over here. And I can also do the same for the front part of my face. The first exaggeration that you can create in your caricature face is actually to create an unnatural nose for your character. You can basically make the nose a lot more bigger than usual. This is the simplest way and the simplest exaggeration that you can use for your character. As you can see, I've extended the news a lot and I've made it so much bigger. Therefore, it can turn into a caricature or a cartoon character. This is one of the ways though. And in the jaw area of my character, I would also have some more exaggerations. I've considered this area Center and more narrow than usual. Then I can even create em unusual chin for my character. I'll consider it bigger than usual again. And I can even create a very thin, very, very thin and narrow neck for my character. As you can see, we've created so many exaggerations all at the same time. First of all, we've deformed the shape of our character's head. We brought this part in wave, considered our character's nose bigger than usual. We've made actually a thin gel for him or her and we've changed the shape of the chin. Therefore, if I want to complete my character more so you would understand better, I would also create my characters I, which would be placed here. And this would be almost complete. For creating this caricature. I've made so many exaggerations simultaneously. I can also create his ear and even Harris style for our character. So this is our cartoon character with these exaggerations. Okay? Now as you can see, this nose is big and white. And now we can create another character that actually we would only create long nose for him. I mean, we would not exaggerate the whiteness on it. So I'm going to consider the skull and jaw. Then I can only exaggerate the nose and I'm going to consider it only long and I'm not going to consider it wide anymore. See, this can be also a shape of the nose. It's like the character in so many cartoons. Like despicable Me. We can create these shapes and these exaggerations in so many shapes and some in different parts. For example, this exaggeration is more focused on the nose area and move change that part a lot more. You can also apply this exaggeration in so many different parts that I'm going to show you into continuous of our course. 3. The basics principle (exaggeration in hair shape and face volume): Hello and welcome back to all of my dear friends. We are going to continue our work and our exaggerations in our caricature course. Well, I'm going to apply some more exaggerations here on his mouth. How am I going to do that? First? Be creating my normal shape of my mouth. And in normal shape It's very small, usual. But if we want to actually exaggerate this area, we can create a very wide and a very big mouth. You can also show the shape of the teeth completely. I'll be creating the gum on this upper area and I will have this shape for the whole mouth. Then I'll create the lower part of the mouth like this. And you can clearly see the exaggerations in this part. And if we darken this area, we can show the big mouth even better. Just like that. This is an exaggeration for our character's mouth. Or we can do actually exactly o positive that we can create a very tiny mouth for our character. Must ask how well, I'm gonna tell you. For example, we can create our character in a normal way. This would be the skull and this would be the jaw of our character. And then for the mouth area, I'll be exaggerated in a way that I will actually create the mouth. A smaller than usual. As you can see, it's very tiny. So we are doing, actually are positive exaggerations. So when I say exaggerate, I don't mean just make stuff bigger. You can create the face parts. Are the body parts bigger than usual or smaller than usual? Both ways are possible for us, and actually, the combination of them would make a great caricature. And it would be more unique when you use both of them and you use both ways. For example, we can also create a long face for our character. We can create this skull. And then for creating the job, we can get out of its normal way and make the job a lot longer than usual. Obviously, I'm going to explain all of these models and types when we are starting our course. And I'm creating different models for you right now. I'm just explaining generally for you that how you can create these exaggerations and different types of them. When you want to create your head longer, you can make it taller and also thinner than usual, so it would get out of its normal shape. Basically in caricature, you would have to get your shapes out of the ordinary and out of their normal shape. You can also create your face like that so you can show the exaggeration even more. You can create very, very tiny eyes like this and almost a big nose. So again, I say it's not a necessity that you would have to actually create everything too big. It can be bigger or smaller. There is just something that you should know. You should keep a balance between creating things big or small. For example, as you can see, while I've created a small and tiny eyes, I've created eyebrows thicker and bigger than usual. So I can keep the balance in overall of my character. Again, because I want the balance to be kept, I'll create a tiny mouth for the character. This way you see the balance should be kept all over your character and in the overall and general view of that. Alright, now we can also do this in the other parts as well. This part, and this part, our mouth was our focus so we can make it bigger or smaller. We are moving on. 4. The basics principle (exaggeration in hair shape and face volume): Hello everyone and welcome back with the rest of our course. I'm here with you. Okay? Now, I'm going to create another kind of exaggeration for you. So if you want the character that you're creating to be a female character, you can create your character's head. Then. You can exaggerate your characters hairstyle. I mean, for example, after creating your characters face, you can create a hair more than it really is. For example, I can consider a volume and a shape like this above my character's head. For having her hairstyle. You see, that's another exaggeration. You can actually applied on her hair. So it's not actually necessary that all the characters would have big nose or small eyes are big ones. You can actually use your creativity to create exaggeration in different parts of your character. For example, here, my character's hair is exaggerated. Therefore, I'd be creating the rest of my character's face very normal. The balance would be kept here are, for example, you can create another type, another model for your character, for example, we will consider our character's head is smaller than usual. And then we would consider big amount of hair for the character. For example, if this is the nose of the character and this would be the mouth of your character. You can create the hair even as big as I'm doing right now. I mean, you can apply this much exaggeration to the hair. You can create, actually can add to the volume and shape of the hair from this part. This is another shape of Haritsa that you can actually have exaggeration of. Again, I say for female you can create a very exaggerated hairstyle. Or for male characters, you might actually show that have less hair than usual. For example, for a person like this, for a character like this, would actually reduce the hair. For example, small part on this side. Or you can even create several hair in the central of his head just like that. So this is also the exaggeration on the hair. I'm going to say that if you want to even create more here for the characters, for your male characters, you can create them above his head and you might actually get the hair growing up like this. You can also create exaggeration in the hairstyle like this, bringing them all up. Or creating almost a very unique design for it. This way, you can also show the hair more. Again, I say wherever and however you want, you can have the exaggerations, but just be careful to keep the balance. But the most common exaggerations would be applied in these parts. I would also want to create different shapes on the face. For example, here we have a very thin phase, a very long face. And we can also create our face choppier, bigger than usual. For example, we would consider the shape and the volume of the jaw so big. Therefore, you would have to create your skull a bit of smaller. If you consider this as your skull, you can create a very big jaw for your character to make it look fatter or Chevy or better to say. This is for the shape of the face or it can be long, chubby, it can be thin, or some other deformations. So there's all the different kinds of exaggerations that you can apply to your character. I mean, part by part. So now we're going to use our creativity and create different types of caricatures. Altogether. I'm going to do them one-by-one for you from 0 to 100. So you would see it clearly. 5. Chubby man with a mustache: Hello To love, dearest friends. I'm here again with another tutorial session for you. Well, in this session, we are going to create a male character who is chubby or overweight. Alright? Starting with creating the general shape of my character is a skull, as usual. But this time, I'm going to create my characters skull slightly smaller than usual and smaller than normal because we are going to have a caricature. So I'll consider the shape of the skull and little bit smaller. Then I would determine the direction line for the face which would be like this I wanted to go through here. Then after that, for my characters jaw, I will consider a big, big volume and a very big shape. This would be actually my characters Joe. I want exaggeration to be applied here because I want to show that my character is overweight or chubby and it's a caricature. So it should be exaggerated. Then. For the neck, Starting from this area which is close to our ear and from this side ib, coming out from here. For my characters Nick, or basically the part that connects the head to the body. Then I'd be determining the placement of the characters here. This would be his ear in this place. And now I'm going to create a general Harris style for my character. Well, create the general shape of it in this way. And I also want to drag it a little bit out of here behind his ear. And then I'm gonna do the same on the other side, I'll create the hair. And the hair which has came to the face. I'm just going to create a very, very small, barren little. Basically. Now. I will make my face is shape even more complete and then I can create the face bars inside of it. So first I have to start from this part of the skull. We come down until we hit the jaw because now we have to shape the face basically. Then in this area we have a turn. And just like that, we will create the volume of the jaw and making it more complete. Time for me to create this shape of the eyes, eyebrows, and the rest of the face parts. Well, I want the eyebrows to be placed here on the top of his head because I want a part of the eyebrow to go over the hair and cover actually covers a part of it. And I'll do the same for the other eyebrow on the other side because our face is in a three-phase says view. I'll create one eyebrows is smaller than the other one which is closer to us. Then I'm going to create his eyes. Well, actually I am going to create two eyes near the eyebrows. And as you can see, they're rather small comparing to the rest of the face. Now, I'm going to create the shape of the nose. Because we want to create a caricature character or a cartoon character, I will create the nose in this shape. Right? As you can see, with a very sharp and angular shape. I would form the nose. Then I will also want to create a mustache for him. So I will start the mustache right from beneath the nose. I want to create a mustache in a way that it would look cute. And I'll just do the same for the other side as well. I can also bring the massage a little bit out of the face as you can see. And then again, I bring it back and I take it to beneath the nose, to depart beneath the nose. Now, because I want the character to be more complete. In this area. I will create this shape of the chin right over here with this curved line and also small line beneath it, below it. Then after that, it's time for me to add the details to my character. Well, if I start from this area below the ear, I can continue this way completing the jaw, getting to the chin. And then I can also create a cola for his clothes, probably his shirt or t-shirt. So actually complete the shape of his clothes in this area. I can even shade a little. Therefore, I can shape the edge of my clouds, just giving more textures to it. Then I would also have to create some lines for inside of the ear in order to show it has a depth. And then after that, I would want to work on the face parts. I would complete the eyes just like that. As you can see, I've just emphasized on this upper part of the eye, which would be the upper eyelid. Then I'll create the pupil inside of the eye. And then I'll darken it. Very, very simple. Then after that, I would also darken the lower eyelid as well. Then I will work on the second eye and I'll do the same. For my second. I emphasize the eyelids, I mean the lines around the eye and then create the pupil and I'll darken it. Then I go over the nose one more time making it darker and more complete. And then I would add several more lines for the mustache area just to show the texture of it as well, as well as its shape. So we will complete the volume of the mustache and the shape of it. Even for this area on the chin, we can add some shades. Or even in this area, I can add a shape like that. In order to show the big face. Then for this area behind the ear, I will darken it. I'll darken the hair. And then in here, I will shade some parts like this. And this area again, I would come up and go down. Okay. Now I'd be erasing all these extra lines and then our caricature, our cartoon face, is completed. So here we go. I'll take my eraser. And now I'm erasing only extra lines of my face. And overall, my character. The shape of our face, the shape of our character would pop out. And this caricature would show itself better and more obviously. Because when you erase the extra lines, it would be just more clean. And so many parts will become more clear. So here are the extra lines and the guidelines, even some lines instead of the eyebrow. Because the eyebrows are covering a part of the hair, they should be erased as well. Here we go. This is our complete character and this would be our outcome, which we've created a step-by-step. 6. Mysterious man: Hello to all of my dearest friends. I'm here again with another tutorial for you. Well, in this session, we are going to create another caricature together, which is also overweight or chubby. Want to see how it's done clearly. Alright. I'm starting with creating the general shape of my characters hit. But because we are creating the caricature part of the head, we would have to create the shape of the skull as an oval. And then I will create the shape of the jaw for my character. Well, basically because we are going to create the shape of our character's head. More than usual. I mean, we want to create bigger head for our character. I be determining the direction line for the face, which we'd go through here. Then after that, I'll be creating my characters Nick, or better to say. The part that connects it to the body than x ahead to the buddy. I'm going to create a wide area for him as much as it can show our character's face, very big and chubby. Alright, then from here, I will create my characters clips this way. Basically, this would be the color of my characters clips. And then I'll create the other side of his kohler. Alright, For this central part, for this part between the two sides of the color, I'll create a part of my characters TIE. Obviously later I'd be adding the details to my character. Now, first of all, I would have to create my characters ear on this area. Then after that, I move on to create my character's hair. And because we want our character to be a caricature. Well, from here, over there, I create an unusual hairstyle for him and a small part of it with several lines only. And then from the top of the head, I will complete the shape of the head with a line like this. I bring it to your right and then I bring it down again because I want the character to look funnier and to look more cartoony. I just created that flat line, straight line for the top of the head. Then I create the rest of my character's face. Then in a circular way, I go down around the jaw. Now, I'm going to create the risks of the hair as we did here right next to the ear. I'm going to create the hair with several lines. In this way. I'm just creating the shape of the hair. Now. For the parts inside of the face, I would get a bit out of its normal way. It will give my character more characteristics and it gives him a specific personality. And it will be really good to actually to help us make caricature shape. Okay. So we've created the first eyebrows, the shape that we've considered for the top of our scope, that I create the other eyebrow the same way for this side. But because our head is turned a little, we would not see this side, the right side very completely because it goes into perspective. So for this side of the eyebrow, I would come up a little. And then I bring the eyebrows down. Then we, as you can see, we are creating our character's personality very serious and even a bit angry. Then for our character, we will complete the shape of the eye. This way. I mean, I will create the eyes very small and completely close to the eyebrows. Then I will determine this lower part of the eyebrow a bit more. Then I can complete the shape of the eye here. And I will consider this area very thin and close to the eyebrow again. I say, then I'll create the pupil inside of the eye. And then I would do the same for the second eyebrow, which is on the right. I just add some more volume to it. Now for my character's nose, I will come down right next to the eyebrow. And in this area, I will shape the nose. As you can see, because the nose is a bit turned and we have an angry and serious character. I want to actually emphasize on it. We want to show the characteristics of this person using a simple notes. Now I want to create a mouth. Again, because our character is a bit serious and even slightly angry or mischievous. And we want to show that in his characteristics, I will give him a Crockett mischievous smile. So now you can see it this way. Alright. Now, in order to show the volume of the face more, I mean, if we want to emphasize on the fact that it's more than usual, it's bigger than usual. Just below our mouth, I will create a curved line in order to show the chin. So this would be the chin and the rest is just the choppiness on his head. And then I will add some details, some more details to my character. If I want to start it from the clouds and add the details from the clouds. First of all, we can darken this area below the chin. And then I can have almost a design for his tie, for my characters tie. And then for this lower area. Basically, I can create the volume and the shape of the clouds a bit like that. Then again, we get to the shoulders after we've created the cola. And then with a line like this, we will finish our sketch. And I'm showing that I'm creating my sketch up to this part. Now. For the phase itself, first of all, I would apply similar lines inside of the ear. I'll complete my ear to show its depth and it's inside. And then I move on to create the neck area. Then with a straight line, I will show this part. I can also emphasize on the tip of the hair a bit more and go over the hair on top of his head again. And in this area, in the forehead, I can create more textures to show the shape of the eyebrows. And we can actually feel the more. Then for my characters, I, I will go around it and darken it a bit more detail. Upper eyelid, the lower eyelid. So I can, again, I say I can emphasize on the fact that our character is mischievous. And as far as I am darkening inside of the eye, the pupils, I would also have to dark and the upper eyelid and the lower eyelid. And I can complete the shape of my face even more. And then I'll obviously darken the eyebrows as well. The volume of it and the shape of it would be seen better and more. Then I would take my edge eraser and I will erase all the extra lines and the lines, therefore, my character would be complete. So I'd be erasing the extra lines on the face just like that. And my character would be actually showing more. Now it's clean and perfect outcome. That's it. This is our second chubby or overweight caricature. 7. Serious man: Hello to all of my dearest friends. Welcome back. I'm here with another tutorial session for you. In this session we are going to create another caricature altogether. You want to see how it's done. We're going to create it from scratch, from 0 to a perfect complete outcome. Alright, might be starting with the general shape of my character's head. And because I want my character to be a caricature, or better to say I want him to be a cartoon. I will create this skull is smaller like this. And actually I bring it more to an oval. It's something between a circle and an oval. Then I will add the job so my skull, because again, we're going to create another chubby, overweight character. I will create the jaw lot bigger than usual, especially because we are creating a character. Alright. Then also from the back of his head, I will add the neck area just like this. And then for the front part of the neck, I'll be starting from here. And I'll get it done like that. Okay? This is the shape of my characters neck from the back and from the front. Now I will place the ear In this place, in this position. And then I would work on the character's hair. And because we are going to have a small amount of hair, I'll create the front part of it like this. I take it back to the skull line and then I bring it out again to the side of the ear. Then for the top of the head, for basically the top of the hair. I'll create a general shape like this. Not so much because again, I say I want to show small amount of hair than I bring it back to the back of the head. So I'll just give a volume and a shape to the hair. And then I'm going to work on the face parts. So because my character's face is turned, I can create a direction line like this. We can bring it to the side of our face. Or we can knows even consider it because we've already created our face and we want to actually tear in his face a lot. So from here, from the side of the hair, I would go down to shape the side of our face. Alright. Now I'm going to create my characters eyebrow. And I'd be creating it this way. I'll create a very simple shape for the eyebrow, just like this. And then I'll create a second eyebrow on the ending part of our face, which would be the other side of the face. So I'll be creating it like this. Then after that, I will create the shape of the nose. From the side of the eyebrows going down and out. It goes out of the face and then it comes back again towards the inside of the face. So in this way we would also we are also considering a big nose for him. And then just like that, I will create the rest of the nose. The side of the nose. Created the nose first because we're going to see the other eye very, very slightly. I mean, we do not see a lot of that AI and we only can see a part of its pupil. So we can not see the other eye. Well. Therefore, I've created dinos first and then I've created die on the other side of it. After that. Then I'll create this eye which is closer to me, very simple and I'll create the pupil afterwards. And I will consider a line below DUI to show the texture of the eye better. Alright. Now I want to create my character's mouth and I will create it completely simple and linear. As you can see, again, my character has a completely serious face and I want them to have kind of a usual face. As the shape of the eyes and the eyebrows. You can get that our characters should not have any smile. If you wanted him to have his smile, we should have created the eyes a bit kinder, but I've created the eyes and the eyebrows in a serious way. Therefore, I'll create the mouth, this linear for him, like a poker face. And then I've created another line below the mouth to create the chin. And I will go over this line on the bottom of the jaw, shape, the volume of my face completely. And then I will create the face parts. Just like that. We will work on the more births on the hair. And as you can see, I am going over the top of the hair and all the way down. I'll just complete the shapes inside of the ear very easily. And then I will erase the extra lines. And I'll complete my character. Now. Because we want our character to have more personality and more characteristics. We darkening D eyebrows. And you can also shade his hair. Just like that to make it darker. Then. Iv erasing all the extra lines throughout my work, all the guidelines and the extra lines that should be erased and limited. Especially this line behind the nose because it cannot be seen anymore. So very easily, I erase these lines. Here we go. I've got my complete whole character. Just chubby but a bit serious sign. He has almost a very simple face. But he is serious and is still has lots of personality and characteristics. That's it. The end of our work. 8. The villainous man: Hello to all of my dearest friends. Well, I'm here again with another tutorial session for you. And in this session, we are going to create another chubby or overweight caricature face together. Alright? As usual, I'll be starting with creating the general shapes. And for doing that, I should start with my characters, the skull. Because I want to create an overweight character, I should consider a small shape for the skull because I would have to create the jaw a lot more bigger than usual. Therefore, I would consider an oval for the shape of the skull here. Okay. Now I will bring down the jaw from the side of the skull. I bring it down ward and then I make it a round shape over here. Turn to the right and would go up. Then from the other side of the skull, I would come down. And then from here I turn in to get it connected to this other side. Alright? Because we are creating a person that we are considering actually a big face for him. We would also consider the rest of the body very big and volumes. From both sides of the body. We will have the shapes and we will add them to the jaw and the whole head. Now that the general shape of our character's body is being clear. I'm going to add the other parts to my character. First of all, I'm starting with my characters here. So after adding the ear to him, I will create my characters Harris style. And in order to show the shape of the jaw even more, we will actually consider the skull even a smaller than this. Alright? Then from the back of the head, which it gets to the ear, who will bring a line down straight. And then in this side, we will create the shape of the hair. Just like that. And I am going to create the shape of my character's hair this time. I start from inside of the face. And then for this outer part of the hair, I will consider a shape like this. And then from this part, I will get to the line that I've created. Okay? Now from the size of the hair, I come down toward the ear. Then I also want to consider a shape for my characters beard, which would look like this. Alright, now, because we've created my character's hair like this in this area is because we are also going to show that we are tightening the hair of our character, the back of his head. So we've created a part of the hair at the back of the head like this. And as you can see, it's kind of a ponytail. He has tightened his hair from the back. So if you want it to tighten a male character's hair and showed from behind. You should create it in this three phases view. And you should create the top of the hair like this, very tight and stretch. Therefore, in this area you can show the texture and the feeling that his hair is tightened. So the viewer would actually understand that easily. Then with even several lines, I can emphasize the stretch in the hair. Alright. Now for the other side of the face, which is. In an angle and it's in perspective. From here. I will also consider small amount of beer as well. From this side of the face. I will create the shape of the face parts. First of all, I'd be determining the direction of my face, how much I want my face to be turned from this side and how much I wanted to be seen from each side. But I haven't created this line at the beginning of my work because for all parts of my face, I want to use this line to dive created. So if you've created this line before, we create the hair and the ear, and even the beard, we might not get the angle that we want for the face that we have here, but that way is also correct. You can do that. You can create your direction light before or after creating some face parts. I'm just going to show you different ways. So I'll be working, I'll be starting my work from the eyebrows. But as you can see, I am creating the eyebrows. Lot more unusual than usual. So I brought this eyebrow a lot above because I want to get the characteristics for the caricature than I have here. For the other side, we will also take the eyebrow up, but not as much as you will have this eyebrow which is closer to us. And then after I've created the second eyebrow, I will determine the placement of my character's eyes. So I'll create the shape of the eye this way. Because it's an N special angles and a specific angle, we would see the other I make this. Now I'm going to create my character's nose. Well, for this, we would see most of the nose from a lower point. Because I want my character's face to be facing up a little. Therefore, we can see beneath and knows more than the tip of it. So I'll consider nose like this for my character. And then we are completely seeing the nostrils here as you can see. Now. Because I want to create a big mouth for my character. I will show it with a shape like this. So this would be line for the top part of the mouth. And then when the general shape, I'll create my character's mouth. I mean, dad, we will create the open shape of the mouth more than usual name. Like it's like he has a very big mouth. Then I will actually consider a line to show the lower part of the mouth and then consider another line for the chin area. Therefore, it can show the chin below it and above it. And it also is showing that our character isn't a three-phase says view. Then in this part, I would also want to create my characters teeth. So I would have to create his teeth like this. And we've created the mouth completely open. Therefore, we can show the teeth completely like this. And also we can create the lower teeth as well. Just as you can see it. And then I'll consider a line like this for inside of the mouth. And I will darken inside of the mouth so I can separate the teeth from the mouth. And the shape of the tooth would be seen more. Alright. Now for different parts of my character, I would like to add some more details. I'm starting with my characters clothes. So I'll create his clothes like this. Color. And then I'll create, Here's a slave, like here. It would be separated like this. Now, because we are going to show our characters characteristics even more. We can create a tattoo on his arm, has the shape of a skull. This would actually show the characteristics and the personality of our character even more. And then I would also have to consider another shape for the top of my skeletons head. And I'll create another part for here. I actually, I'm just adding some details to his tattoo is a skeleton tattoo. Right now. I would also create a necklace for my character, maybe a gold one. We are creating a character which obviously isn't negative character. And as you can see, here's kind of a villain has a mischievous, crooked laugh, laughter, and he has these details and we can actually show the characteristics of our caricature with adding these details to him. Then after creating the other sleeve for my character, my character's body would be completed and finished. Then for the details, I will be starting with my character's hair to create the rest of the details will be darkening the whole hair like this, which shaving them. It's just that in this part that the hair has been stretched. I'll add shadings at the end of the hair. I just leave these lines to be in order to show that our hair is stretched. Then I would work on the parts that I've considered for my characters beard. Then we will continue the rest of the hair which was tightened and was in the back of the head. We should also shade this area. We can make it completely dark or we can have lighter shadings. It doesn't matter that much. You can do the both. So I would also have to darken the eyebrows. Then. I'll create the darkness inside of the eye, the pupil. But I will consider the pupil very, very small. Therefore, I can emphasize on his villain characteristics. In this way. Right? Now, I'd be erasing all these extra lines. And then my character would be completed. Here we go. I'd be erasing all the extra lines and the guidelines. For example, the lines which are connecting the head to the body. And all the extra lines all around the head. So we will erase these parts and we will erase the line between the jaw and neck again, I say because we want to show the overweight of the character even more. So. After erasing all these lines, my character would actually show itself better and more than four inside of the ear, we will complete our lines like that to show the depth of it and more textures for the ear. And for the ending part of our characters beard, I'll create some more shapes and designs. I'll actually let the lines go at the end of the beer. Therefore, the characteristics of our caricature would pop out and it would look more natural. This is our mischievous and a villain character, which is completed now. 9. Smiling chubby man: Hello to all of my dearest friends. I'm here again with another tutorial session for you. Well, this time in this session, we are going to create another overweight or chubby character. And we want to see how it's done. Alright. I'll be starting with creating the general shape of my character's head. But I'm going to create his skull smaller than usual, obviously, because I don't want to create a big job for him. Therefore, I should create the skull smaller than usual. Okay. Now I will create the shape of my characters. Joe. I bring it down here, bring two lines from the jaw. And here I'll be completing it. Alright. Now I would place the ear. The face over here. Here would be the placement of the ear. And then I will create a direction line for the face, which I want to go through here this time. Just like that. Okay. And now I will actually combine the line for the skull and Joe together. I want the head to be facing up a little. I want it to be tilted up a bit. I adjust, emphasize on the lines of my face. And I would know that how can I create a face parts? And now I'm going to create a hairstyle for him. Now, again, as I said, because I want the head to be facing upward, I will create a hair more in the back of the head. So I will show the part that I want my character to have hair like this. Then I'll create the rest of the hair like this on the back of the head. Now I will work on the parts of the face with the eyebrows. I'll create the eyebrows over here on the top of the head. Because again, I say the head is facing upward a little and it's a caricature. So I would also create ions, one of them closer to me. The other one will be placed over here. Alright. Now I will determine the direction of the eyes. I mean, I want him to look this way so I can easily create darkness and the pupil inside of the eyes in this direction. Okay, and now I can move on and work on my character's nose, which can come down right next to the eyebrow from this side of the eye. And then over here I can have the tip of the nose. Basically, I would have the nose in this shape. Because we want our character to be a caricature. We will create the nose bigger than usual. Then I would also want to create a mustache for my character. Just like that. And from the other side, I'll do the same. I'll create the other side of the mustache as well. Now, for his mouth, I'm going to create this shape. I want him to have an open wide mouth. Therefore, I'll create this shape for it. Okay. Then after Dad, I would also create two of my characters teeth in order to make it look more fun, more caricature like and cuter. And then I'll create my characters tongue inside of his mouth. And then I will create a curved line for this area below the mouth. And then for the chin area. I'll create a shape like this. No. Okay. No, because our character has kind of a big face. We will do that to show the placement of the chin as well. And then I'll go all around his face. Now. I will erase the extra lines and the guidelines from my work and then I be applying the details to my character. Alright. Now I to be adding days, sorry, I'd be erasing these guidelines and extra lines all over my work wherever. I think they are not needed anymore and they are useless. I will be erasing them. Just like that. Okay. Here we go. Then. I would love to work on the details afterwards. Just like that. Okay. Now I am going to add the details to my character. Well, I'd be starting from the top of my character's head. And I will darken D eyebrows this way. And I'll darken both of them one on each side. Then I would also complete this area between the eyebrows like that small curved line. And then for this part on the side of the face, I will complete this line like this. Then I would move on to create my characters. I. And I will darken this area as well. Then I would work on this second I here. I'll darken it. Then I move on to create the nose and make it more complete as well. Just shape it a bit more. Then I can move on. To create his mustache. I will actually darken the mustache. And then I would also have to apply the darkness inside of his mouth. Because this way we can actually separate the tongue, the teeth, and the rest of the area which belongs to the mouth. Now that we've darken the parts that we wanted, we are going to go over the lines for the mouth sash. And for the mouth. Basically, I'm actually going over the border lines and the edges. The edge lines. We do that in order for our moustache to show itself more and better, then I would work all around the mouth as well. So it will also show itself more. Then I'll do the same. I mean, I'll be darkening around the teeth as well so the white part of the teeth would show themselves more. And then I apply this line below the mouth and I darken it a bit more to emphasize on the fact that his mouth is open. Then I'll create several lines inside of the ear in order to show its texture. Alright, now it's time to darken the hair, just like this. So I'll be darkening the hair, shading it with my pencil, just as I did for the mustache. And then also I can create a border for the hair. I mean, I can go around lines, the border lines of the hair, making it darker to show the shape of the hair even better. Then from here I come down to complete the jaw even more, making it more obvious and clear. So this is our next character that if you wanted your character's hair to be very small amount, you can use this way to create it like that. 10. Angry man: Hello to all of my dearest friends. I'm back again with another session for you. Well, in this session again, we're going to create another overweight or chubby male character. We wanted to see how this caricature can be different from our previous ones. Alright. I'd be starting with the general shape of my character, the skull. As the shape of a circle. I will create. My character is a skull. And then I will create the jaw area. I'll actually add it to the skull. Just like that. Very well. Now that I've added the jaw to him, I'm going to create the direction line for my character's face, which would be this. Okay? As you can see, I've created the shape of the skull as a circle because I want to have a very long forehead for my character. And then I want to create my face bars in the middle part of the head and the lower part of the skull. Therefore, I would also add the shape of the body a little to my character. And then I'll get to the long forehead. Okay. First things first, I would add the neck to my character, just like that. And because my character is an overweight character, we will create its neck very wide. And for his clothes. I'd be also create a shape like this. I'm going to create his Kohler with this design. And then I'll create my characters jacket and I'll add it to the cola from both sides of the shoulders. I would come down to create his jacket. Then I can even create a small part of his tie over here. I'll create a tuple of the tie and bring it down a little like this. I'll continue it just a little, not too much. And then I bring down the size of the jackets, the suit, maybe downward toward each other. Alright, now that we've created the shape of the body, I would also determine the placement of the ear for my character's head, because character is in a three faces view, we would only have one ear on this side, which I've created. And then I can work on my character's hair. I'd be starting to hear from here and to top of the skull. And I would not bring it into the skull because as I said before, I want to create a long forehead for my character. I be creating the hair in this area. And with this shape. Then for this top part of the ear, I'll create the hair. Then for the front part of the hair, I'll just get this much into the skull, so little. And then I'll continue that until I get back to where I began. Okay, this is the general shape of our character's hair. So I would also have to create a face parts of my character over here close to each other. Either start with creating the ears, the eyes, sorry. And then like that, I will determine a line for the placement of my character's eyes. And then I would use a very simple shape like this for the eyes. And as you can see, my character is going to be a mad character. He is better to say upset, he's sad, and he's a bit angry. And he's also talking. So I'm going to create the eyes like this. And I would completely eliminate the eyebrows because I want to emphasize on the feelings and expressions in my face that he is sad and angry, is upset. I would do that. Then I'll create the nose. Simply. After that, I'll create an open mouth for him. Because I want to show the sadness and the madness in his face even more. I'll create his mouth in this shape. It's open, but as you can see, it's sideways. The shape like this, it kinda looks like a triangle. As you can see. We will create the upper part of the mouth. And then for the lower part of the mouth, I can create a shape like this. This would be actually our lower lip. And then I add this area to the chin. I connect it to the chin to slag that. I will darken inside of this triangle that I've created before in order to show that this is inside of our mouth. In this way. Then I will darken the outer lines so my volumes would actually show themselves better. Now, I'll be erasing all these extra lines and guidelines. And then I can move on and add the details to my whole work. Before that, I will complete the shape of the jaw so I can erase the extra lines. So first I would have to complete the lines for the whole face. I mean, I should determine the border lines and the edge lines for the face. I would know where it would end. And now I can get my eraser and erase all these guidelines. And next drawn lines that I have here, the skull lines and all the other extra lines that I have inside or even outside of the head or the face. Wherever I see a line that is not necessary. Just be erasing that. Just like this. Okay? Now that I've erased all the extra lines, I can easily add the details to the face. Well, I'd be starting to add the details from the hair. I will create several lines over here to work on my characters hairstyle and show it better. I'm actually showing the volume and the shape of the hair and also its texture all at the same time. Also from here, I'll come down, I'll go to the back of the hair. And from that side, I would also come down and shade this inner part of the hair. Just like that. And I'm just going to shade it in the direction that I want my hair to be going. Okay. Then I would also create several lines inside of the ear. And then I will move on to complete the jaws shape and also the chin, which is going to be connected to the lower lip. I would like to work on my characters. I, well, I'll darken this line above the eye, actually on the top of the eyes. A bit more so we can show the feeling and the expression on his face. To show the sadness and the madness in his face. I'll go around the eyes and then I will darken the pupils. Which is going to be actually stuck to this straight line on the top of the eye. I brought it closer to that. It's almost stuck to the line. Then I would also work on the nose, making it more complete. And just like that, I would work on my characters, Kohler. And then I work on his clothes a bit more, adding some more details to these clouds. So it can be shown better. I can even create several sideway lines over here in order to create some design on his tie in order to show it better and separated from the rest of the clouds. And just like that, I would almost complete my work. Alright. Also for this area, I can darken this suit or this jacket a bit more. Therefore, we can separate it again from the tie and his shirt. So I'm going to shade this area to separate all parts of the closing one with shading, with lines and one would be untouched. With this contrast and the colors and shapes. The tie and a shirt would be seen more actually. Alright. Here we are. A bit chubby male caricature with a different shape and different expressions and emotions and different clothes. 11. Man with a plump face and glasses: Hello to all of my dearest friends. I'm here again with another tutorial session for you. In this session we are going to work on another character altogether with a caricature face and we want to see how it's done. Alright, be starting with the general shape of my characters, the skull. And for that, I will create a circle. And then I will add to draw to it. Because this face is supposed to be a caricature. I'm not going to create a normal under usual shape for the jaw. Therefore, I'm going to change it and play with it. A little. Basis of the shape is the same, but as you can see, we have created some differences in some parts. Now that the general shape of some parts of the face and basically the head is created. I will be determining the direction line. And my character is something between a three-phase says view and the front view. Now, I will separate, apart from my character's body. And then I'll create a shape for a jacket or a coat color. And as you can see right now, I'm just creating general shapes. And then later I'll add some more details, mostly to the face and maybe a little onto clothing. This is a general shape of our characters coat. Alright. Now I can determine my characters ear. The ear would be placed here, one of them on this side. And the other ear will be created on the other side as well. Just something we should consider is that how our head is placed. Therefore, we can determine derived place for our ear. Well, obviously this year we'll be seeing completely because it's closer to us and the other one would be less because it's further and it's in perspective, and it's behind the face. Because we're creating a male character. We're not going to create a big Harris style for him. And also from this side, I also create a part of the Harris style, not too much. Okay. And then in detailing, I will add some more details to the hair. Now I'm just considering the general shape of the hairstyle. Then for the top of the head, I'll create shapes like this. And then we can go over all over the head and make it more prominent. Now I would be working on deface parts. I'm going to create a line like this for both my eye brands. Actually. The shape of our character's face is supposed to be looking very innocent or maybe gullible, and also maybe even a humble person. So I'll create his eyebrows like this. Then I'd be determining the placement of my character's eyes. I want to create them. Actually, I want to create the eyes closer together. Therefore, this featuring my face, which show itself more. And I will also want to have glasses for my character. Therefore, I would also create the shape of my characters glasses like this. These things will actually show the characteristics of your character. Much more bitter. Especially when you create a frame for his glasses like this, it will actually help you a lot to emphasize on whose features and his personality and characteristics that I'll create the other side of the frame. And I'll bring the handle of the glass behind my ear. His ear actually. Now be creating the general shape for my character's nose. As you can see, I'm creating almost a big nose for him. And I'll will create a shape like this, and I'll create the nostrils. And the size of the nose will be created as well. Then I would also want to consider mustache for my character. Therefore, from both sides. I will consider mustache for him. Just like that. Then. I'll create a line over here in this area in order to show the lower part of the mouth, because the upper part of it is actually underneath the mustache and it cannot be seen. Then I'll create this shape for my character's chin because the character that we're creating is again over rate. Therefore the shape of the chin would be placed here. Then I'll consider shape for the neck and also the lower part of the face. Just like that. Alright. Now after I've determined the general shape of my work, I will be erasing all the extra lines and guidelines to get to the details of each part and make each one of them more complete. I'd be starting with erasing the guidelines. And also wherever I see a line that I have no use for it anymore, I be erasing that as well. I erase the direction line of the face as well. I'll be erasing the line of the skull as well. Wherever I said again, that's very rare. We don't need these lines, we're going to erase them. Now. I will add the details to my work. Well, also erase this part between the two parts of the frame. His glasses frame. Because I want to create between the two sides. I want to create the part between the two sides of the frame again. Okay. I'm done with erasing and now I can add the details to my work. I will sorry, start detailing for my character's hair. And for his hair. I'll create some of the lines inside of the hair. And then I would also have to create several lines out of their hair and they would be floating in the air. So it would keep the balance of my character's personality. Alright. I would also separate several parts for the hair. And then I will shade some areas for the hair. And I'll do the same on this other side as well. Okay. So I'll create some lines getting out of the hairstyles lines, border, and then very easily just shade it as well. Now I'm going to complete the shape of my characters eyebrows. Well, my characters eyebrows is. Thick as you can see there for even on the top of his eyebrows, I will get it out of the balance. I will make it out of its normal shape. Therefore, I'll add some random and disorganized lines to the top of the eyebrow in order to make the eyebrows thicker. And at the same time, I would show my character's personality even more. Then I can work on my characters frame. I mean, his glasses frame, just like that. And then for my character's eyes, I will darken the upper eyelid and then I'll create the pupil inside of his eyes. I'll do exactly the same for the second. I I'll darken the line on the top of the eye a bit more. And then I will add the darkness inside of it. And for joining two parts of my frame together, I'll create a handle between them. And then for my character's nose, I will create the nostrils. And I'll actually emphasize on them a bit more. And for this part below the nose, I'll add some more shadings. And then I will move on to create my characters mustache. And I will actually show it which shading like this. Just as easy as that. And then I can also work on my characters lower lip, a bit more. Also his chin. And then for my character's face. I'll show the lines even a bit more. I will also work around the face and around the hair. Then I'll be creating several lines on the ear, in the ear basically to show the depth of it. And then I move on to create the top of the skull. I mean, I will go around the lines and over them. Just to show it better. Then I will create the other ear as well, making it more clear. And we will actually darken the frame a bit more than the hair because I want to create difference between them. I can also create some sideway lines for the glasses. Therefore, I can show the texture of them better. And now it's time to work on. My character is closed so little. For this area, I can add some details as well. For example, as you can see, I am considering some kind of a cola for his shirt. And then I emphasize on the lines which are for the coat. Then I would also complete the color off the coat. And then from here, I'll make my body more complete. I'll do the same for the other side as well. Create a little bit on top of the code on the shoulders. And I can also create a part of the arms. And then I will also create a tie for him inside of his code on his shirt. And this way I can make a complete, alright, this is my characters clothes. And I can also shade this area, which is my, which is the color of my characters coat. So it would be in a separated. And then from here I can also separate line for the hand. I would also Shea this area as well. Therefore, I'll actually separate the code from the shirt. Alright, this is our character which we can create just like that, is actually a fun and cute character, which looks very innocent. 12. Man with a plump face and a big nose: Hello to all of my dearest friends. I'm here again with another session for you. Well, in this session, again, we are going to create a chubby character. And we want to see how it's done and how we can create it different from the others, obviously. Okay. As usual, I started my work with creating the general shape for this skull. And as you can see, I'm getting this skull out of its ordinary shape. I'm creating it as smaller than usual because again, this guy would be chubby as well. So I would have to consider a very big shape and a variable volume for his jaw. So I'll create the skull smaller. Therefore, I can show this contrast in our character better. Okay? Now, determining the direction line of the face. Well, our face is supposed to be turned a lot in turn too much. Therefore, we will consider a direction line like this for him, the character that we want to create is actually a proud character, which is looking on one of his sights. Very proud family. I definitely want to create this aspect in my character. Therefore, based on this, we are going to create our character. We will consider a very cute and fun ear for him with this amount. Then behind his head, I mean, on the back of his head, I'll create these lines in order to emphasize on his overweight. Okay? Now, for the shape of my characters here, because I want him to have not too much hair. From here, I will consider shape of the hair a little on the back of his head. And then for this side, next to his ear, I will add another shape just like that. Now, I'm going to create the face parts for my character. Well, IPs, starting with shaping the skull, making it more complete. And then I'll create the eyebrows. Because a character that we're creating is very proud. We would be creating the eyebrows in this shape in order to show this pride in our character's face. And we want to show that he's looking to others down. Then based on my characters eyebrows, I'm going to create a shape like this. And then I can create his eyes. The eyes that we are going to create for this character should be completely narrow in order to show his features and his characteristics more. Maybe he's looking at someone who is on the right side. And we will create the other eye based on the direction that he's looking. You'll see the other eye much more, less than the one that I've created on this side and is closer to us because it's on the other side and our head is turned a lot. Then I'll create his nose and I want to create a strange nose for him, a very big one. And then this would be his nostril. Despite all of these, he is very proud. And then I'll create the other nostril. And then I would add my character's mouth and his lips. Well actually, I will create his lips like that. Therefore, I can complete my character more. This is the shape of my character's mouth and. His lips. I would also want to create some mustache for my character. But the point is that the amount of my characters Mustache, His very, very little from both sides, I create a small amount of mustache for him. And then I'll complete the shape of his chin and his jaw. Basically. I'll make you a more complete now that I'm done with the face parts. All completed with my lines. Alright. Now it's time to create the line for the chin over here, a curved line just below the mouth. And then I'll be erasing the extra lines and the guidelines so I can add the details to my character. Okay. Now I can start erasing the lines from here, from the skull area. And then I'll erase these lines inside of his hair. Then I will move on to the nose and on the side of the face. Basically, wherever I see any extra lines or guidelines, I will erase them. The lines and I'm going to create for developing my character would actually be seen. Okay? Emphasize on these lines which actually show wrinkles. The overweighting wrinkles on the back of his head. Then I'll erase the direction line for the face. Now I am done with the extra lines, and now it's time for me to add the details to my work. Well, start adding the details from the top of the head. As I said before, on top of his head, he doesn't have any hair. But we can create several here. Just like this in order to make him look funner, funnier and more fun. I mean. Okay. Then I'll, we'll create several lines for the wrinkles on the top of the head. All right. And then I can easily determine the lines for the hair. I just easily create a hair. Then with shadings, I will darken the hair. So for this area which we have our beards line, I will be determining these lines just like this. And then for the eyebrows, I will add some more darkness. And I will darken the upper eyelid for the eyes. And then I'll do the same for the other. I darken the upper eyelid and then I can work on his nose. So I'm applying some more darkness on the nose. Then I actually create another line for showing the wrinkle just below his eye. Alright. Now, I would also make my characters mustache more prominent, more emphasized than I will create some darkness for my character's lips. And then I'll shade this area below the lips. And then I can work on the chin in order to make it more showing, make it more clear. Okay. And then for my characters clothes, I'll consider a tie. I'll actually add a tie to my characters clips. Alright. This is our character which has been created like this. And you can have it like this. Character which is overweight. Who is overweight? And at the same time, he is completely proud and he's looking down to everyone. Well, mostly river can also create some freckles on his nose in order to add some more details. That's it. This is our final outcome. 13. Young man with a long nose: Hello to all of my dearest friends and welcome back with another tutorial session. Well, in this session we are going to create a character which has a long face. You want to see how we can create long faces in a caricature way. Well, starting with creating this circle as the skull usually. But here because we want our face to be very long, we will not consider the skull very wide. And we stretch it a little. So it will be something between an oval and the circle more toward the oval. Alright, I'll start with creating my characters Joe then. And as I said before, because you're creating a long character, I will stretch the jaw area. Very much. As you can see. I'm stretching it a lot because I want the head to be tilted a bit forward. I'll create the shape of the jaw in this way. And if you paid attention from a normal shape, we will have created the jaw more stretched and longer comparing to a normal shape. Then I will add the neck. Because we are creating a very long face or stretched face. We should actually create the neck according to this area, then we should create a thin. It's actually on the contrary of the other characters that we were used to create, which were overweight and chubby. They had very thick necks, but this time we are going to create almost very thin next based on their heads. Okay. Then I'll create the ear and determine the direction line for the face in this way. And then I can work on my characters Harris style, and I will shape it as well. I start from the back of the head, I go up. And then for the top of the head, I will make a shape like this. And then four inside of the head. I mean, for inside of the hair or fur, the front part of it. I move on to forehead line. A little bit more above that, I'll create another curved line to show to turn and twist of the hair toward inside of the hairstyle. Then I'll connect this line to depart, which should be our parting for the Harris style. Then also from this side, I'll bring a line down. Then I'll create this inner part of the hair. Then for the back of the hair, I'll create a shape like this. So it would be clear that the hair is going behind the ear and got to the back of the head and it's not just suddenly stopped or abrupt it then I will complete the face parts inside of my face. But before that, I'd have to shape the forehead a bit more so I can make the shape of the head and the face complete. Now. I can make them more complete. Then. I will move on to create de eyebrows. Well, this eyebrow is closer to us, therefore we would say it's more comparing today other one. Then I create the second one which is further from us and is on the other side of the head. Alright. Now, I will create his eyes. And just like that. I'll create two walls for my character's eyes. Just like that. Then I'll bring the nose bridge from the side of the eyebrow, right next to it, bringing down from the side of the eye and then I bring the nose also of the face, actually take it out. As you can see, I'm taking the nose all out of the face. Then again, I take it back inside. And then that will be then knows, sign and a nostril. Well, in this way, we've created a very long nose for our character. Therefore, we can emphasize on the caricature aspect of our character. Alright. Now I can create a leaner mouth for our character because we've created long face and also a long nose. Therefore, we're not going to create a very complex mouth. We're going to create the mouth simple. So our character would not lose characteristics or personality. And at the same time, it can look like this. Now, I'm going to erase all these extra lines and these guidelines. Wherever I can see any guidelines or extra lines, I'll erase them. Create erase all these lines. And the one which has gone through the nose, because the nose is covering that area right now. Now after we've erased all these lines, we can add the details. We are going to add the details from the top of the head and the hair. For this inner part of the hair. The hair is twisted and turned. I will create some shadings. So we can show this area is inside of the hair and this part of the hair is actually turned and twisted. So that part would be darker. Then I will also create several lines for inside of the hair in order to show more textures. You know, then I will add several on the top of the hair as well. Then I'll create several lines for inside of the ear to show its depth. Then I will darken inside of the eyebrows. And then I create a line for front part of the eyebrow, the one which is closer to us than I darken the upper eyelid and I will create the pupil inside of the eye. Then I'll do the same thing exactly for the other eye. And after that, I will create a line for our character's chin. Because you want to show that the chin area is very long. So I'll create this line in here so we can show that we have a long face. Therefore all consider this line to show the chin area. Then I'll go over the neck. And this is our character, which is done with a long face and a long nose. 14. Surprised young man: Hello to all of my dearest friends. I'm here again with another tutorial for you. The assertion, again, we are going to create another long faced caricature. We want to see how it's done step-by-step. Alright. I'll start with creating the general shape of my characters, the skull. And instead of creating the skull as the shape of a circle, I'll transfer it a little bit toward an oval. I actually, I will stretch my circle. Okay. Now that I've created the skull, I will add the jaw to my character. But as I said before, I will consider the job very long because I am going to create a long face for my character. And also, I might also consider a thin face for him. His face would be long and thin at the same time. Now that the jaw is determined as well, I can add the neck to my character. Just like that. I'll add his neck. Then. For this part of the neck, I will create a color for him just to make it look better. Okay. Now I will determine the placement of the ears because our face is longer than usual. Because if we don't consider this area, we can create a years in a very normal way in here. So I will create a shape like this for my ear. That it would be more fun. And it would be more different. Because we've created almost normal ears up to now. And this time I want to create it a bit a normal. But as I said, because the face is long, I would not consider it that much. And to keep the balance of my character, I'll create my ears in this place. Okay? Then considering the guidelines, I'll check the measurements of the ears and then I will create the rest of the parts. Now, I want to work on my characters Harris style. Well, my character is going to be shocked and surprised. Maybe a little stoned. Therefore. Create the hair. It bit busier than usual because I want to show this expression of being shocked or surprised all over my character. Then I can add more details to this character. We will consider a busy shape for our character's hair. And now I'll be determining the placement of my face parts. Because I want to create this character. In the front view. I bring the direction line of the face exactly from the middle of our face straight down. Now I would also create this front part of the hair which has came to the face a little. And then I can create the eyebrows because I've said so our character is going to be shocked. Later. I will create the eyebrows in this shape in order to show our character's feelings better and more. And then I'll move on to create the eyes. And I'll create them completely circulatory. For a person who is shocked, we will always. Consider the eyes round and circular. Then we will connect this pupils to the same side. Actually it's the opposite sides of the eyes. And as you can see, his pupils are getting closer to each other. I can also consider a big nose for him. And then I can apply the nostrils the rest of the nose as well. Okay. For my character's nose, I mean, I will add several more distance between the nose and mouth and then I'll create a shocked mouth. As you can see. I've created more distance over here between the mouth and nose. Okay? Now that my general shape is determined, I'll be erasing my garden lines and extra lines. Therefore, I can add the details to my work comfortably. I'll be starting my erasing with this central guideline, which was for the direction of the face. And then I erase the rest of the extra lines and duress of the guidelines. The lines inside of the hair, the lines around the eyes. All the extra lines should be erased. Just like this, as you can see that. And then I will add the details to my character. I will erase the lines inside of the hair a little as well. Now, I will add the details to my character's face. I'd be starting with the hair. So we'd only several lines. I will determine the parsing of the hair. Then. For the both sides of the hair, I will create several more lines to give it more texture to separate parts of it. And better to say a stylet a bit more. Another line would come down here. From here, from the tip of the hair. Again, I go toward inside, bring it back. From this side. I will create the rest of the hair like that coming into the face. Them from the side of the ear. Go back up. And another one would be cool in here. Here we are. This is the shape of our hair which is completed. Alright? Now I'm going to darken the eyebrows a little. In this way. I'll do the same for both eyebrows and then I will darken the lines on top of the eye, the upper lines of the eyes. In order to emphasize on its shape a bit. Then I'll darken the pupils. And at last I'll create two lines, two curved lines below the two eyes in order to show some wrinkles and to emphasize on his feelings. And basically I can create the nose bridge bones a bit like that very lightly. And then I'll create the nose itself from the side of it to the nostrils, to the tip. And then going back up the other side. We will also create the lines inside of the ears. In this way in order to shape the ears better. And show that our caricature is not just the surface. We want to show the depth of our character. Therefore, in order to show the volume of the year, we have to create these lines inside of that. And then I would also work on the mouth again and go over it and the chin shape. Now I will complete the jaw line a bit more. And then the nose after that. And then I get to work on his clothes, which would be starting with a color. It's kind of a turtle neck here. And also several lines just in order to add some more details. Alright, this is our second long face character that we've created altogether from nothing. 15. Man with a long face and a big nose: Hello everyone, Welcome back. I'm here with another tutorial session for you. In this session, again, we are going to create another long face caricature. Or better to say, a male caricature who has a long face. Alright. I'll start with the general shape of my characters, the skull. And as usual as I said before, I stretch it a little because I'm going to create a long face. Then I will add a long jaw to it. A jaw that has been stretched. So we will create the jaw a lot bigger and a lot longer than usual. Okay. As you can see at the end of the jaw, I've just brought my lines closer together and I will have a very thinner or almost sharper edge at the end of my jaw. Then I'll determine the direction line for the face. After Dad, I can easily create the ear. Something that you should know about the character that I'm creating is that our character is a sad character here. And I want to express it and show it in the face, or better to say in our whole character. Then after that, I can create our Harris star from where we want to be our hair parting. Then for the other side, I'll create another part of the hair floating in the air. Because our character's face is in a three faces view. And then I will create the skull for the character. Actually, I am completing the head of my character with the shape that I want. Then for this front part of the hair, I will create a shape like this with completely angular lines without making them any around lines. Okay. Now I'm going to continue this line downward, which is related to the hair. I bring it all the way down to the jaw. Then from here again, I go back and I moved past the ear. Okay, this is our character's hair. Now for the other side, also, have to create a small part of the hair. I mean, I would have to create a small part of the hair on the other side as well. But before that, I want to create my character's nose here, which just stop. I want it to be very big. As you can see, I've considered a very big nose for him. And then in this area, I'll bring one line down and then I'll connect it to my character's mouth. So as you can see, I've changed the shape of his head. And then I brought it down create very sharp. And as I said before, our character is sad. Therefore, we show that with this line going down, actually it's been curved downward. Then we'll create the rest of the hair coming out from this side of the face. This would be the rest of the hair coming down and coming out from behind the nose. Then I will create the eyebrows in this shape. Therefore, again, I can express this sad feeling in his face and his whole character. Create the other eyebrows. Well. And then I will create my character's eyes. Consider them like this. And of course at last, I'll create his pupil. Then a line. For creating wrinkles below DJI. Then we can see a very small part of our second eye because most of it is being covered by the nose. I would also like to create a very small glasses for my character and I'll place it on his nose. Therefore, I can complete the shape of our caricature even more. I mean, I want to emphasize on the caricature aspects and features of this character. So I'll create the glasses for my small glasses. Again, we would not see the other side of the glass very well because most of it is covered by the nodes. Alright? This is a shape of my character's eyes, glasses, and nodes. Now I'm going to erase the extra lines from my character, add a little bit more details and my work would be done. First of all, I will erase all these extra lines and guidelines with my eraser. Wherever they're not needed anymore, they will be erased. Also, I'll erase the lines which were created for the jaw. And then I'll add the details to my character. Here we go. And now for his hair, I will add some more details. I will be creating several lines in order to show the texture of the hair and also its direction. Also the part which has came to the face. I'll make it more prominent and more emphasized. Then I'll create some lines inside of the ear, just as you can see, to show inside of the ear. Then I'll go around the lines for the ear and then I move on to the nose, the eyes. Making some parts darker, would be enough for detailing. And character right now is ready. This is our final outcome. 16. Young man with big teeth and glasses: Hello to all of my dearest friends and welcome back. I'm here with another tutorial session for you. Well, in this session we are going to create another type of mail, long faces, caricatures. As usual. I start with my work with the general shape of my character's head first. So I would start with the skull, and then I will add the jaw to the skull. Alright. The shape of my character's head to be in a way that on the top, it's a bit why they're good. And as it gets down and as it gets towards the neck, it would get thinner and thinner, more and more narrow. Therefore, I've created the skull a little bit bigger. Just as I'm getting down, I will definitely make these lines go getting closer together until I get to the neck area. And then in this part, I will just connect the lines altogether. And also at the end of this line, I'll create a part of my characters color and a bit of his clothes on his shoulders. Just a little, not too much. Alright. Now I get to create the direction line for the face, which I would create like this. As you can see, my character is supposed to be in a three-phase says view. Therefore, after that, I can add his ear. Just like this. Now, I can create a general Harris style for my character. Well, I want his hair to be long and on the top of his head. And wherever I want my hair to start, I will consider it going upwards. From this side. It will go down again until the part that I want to have, the shape and volume of my hair going up. Then for the rest of the hair, for the lower part of the hair, I would also create a shape like this. Then for this inner part, I should consider a line like this. I would do this for inside of the hair. I'll create several lines inside of the hair in the direction that my hair is going. Actually, I create these lines to emphasize on the direction that the hair is going. Something that is actually a little different than this character. Is that for this character, I want to create almost a very big glasses. So it would go over the eyebrows and it will definitely change the shape of my characters. I am not change, basically it affects it. So for anaphase sports, obviously, first of all, I'll create the shape of the eyebrows. And then I will create glasses for my character. As I said before, I'm going to consider the shape of my glasses frame. Very big. As you can see. Then I create this connector part between the two sides of the frame and the second glass of our glasses. Okay. Because the head is turned, this actually this glass can be seen more and the other one is actually getting a little bit out of the face. So I can again go over my glasses frame. And I will start from this inner part of the glasses. And then four here, I will get the shape and design that I want. I'll just do the exact same thing for the other side. So I will create the shape that I want. Okay, now that the shape of our frame is determined and complete, we are going to create the eyes. It's just that we can actually do something else, Which is because we want our characters glasses to be dark. And I don't want the shape of the eyes to be too clear. I just creates some lines to create a general shape for the eye. But I'm not going to create it completely because as I said, I want to show that the glasses are dark. So I'll apply some darkness on this area over here. Basically. Where we have our eyes. We will darken our area a little like this and we'll shade it basically. Okay. Now I'm going to create my character's nose just like this. And the nose will actually cover a part of the glasses. Because the character that we're creating is supposed to be a caricature we've created denotes a bit bigger than usual. So that's it. For my character's mouth. I will also create a big mouth and I will my characters teeth to be seen more than usual. So in order to do that, I have to consider a bigger volume and a bigger shape for his mouth. We will consider this as the shape of the mouth. Then we will later create the teeth in this area. Okay? Then I will create several teeth for my character. And as I said before, and as you can clearly see, his teeth are a lot more bigger than usual. Then I'll create a part of the lower teeth as well. Because we have considered the t is bigger than usual. We've came over here and created them one by one. But remember that if you want to create teeth in a normal way or smaller than this, you can actually create all of them as the same thing with the same line. But because we are exaggerating something over here, you can do this. Okay? Then from below the glasses, I will come down like this. And then I move a bit forward and down again. So it would also be the same from this side. I'll get to the ear this time. So now that's all parts and all general shapes of our face is determined. I can erase all the extra lines and all the guidelines so I can add the details to my work easily and more comfortably. Don't know too much of them. I mean, they're not too many of them, but It's better to first erase these lines that we didn't need. And then we can move on with our work. So I will erase this area as well, which was the connecting part between the two sides of the frames. But I do that because I want the frame to show itself more. And I would also erase all these lines which are in his teeth. Okay. Just like that. And then I can erase all these extra lines just like that. Very, very easily. Now it's time, Dad, I would add some more details to this character. Obviously, I start adding the details from my character's head. And the top of the head would be the hair. For example, in this area, I bring some of the hair out of his hairstyle and then I bring it to the side of the head. And in here, we actually would have several more lines to show that we have hair here and to show the texture better and more, I wanted to show also that they have a specific volume there. Okay. So I'll be continuing these lines upwards and downs. I mean, I'll make them go back and forth just like that because I want to show the direction of our character's hair. That's why we do this. Okay. So I would bring all these lines down which I've created on the edge of the hair style. And then from down, I would also create some lines upwards. And just that easily. We have created the details in our characters hairstyle and also the texture and the direction of it as well. I'll do the same thing for this lower part of the hair, bringing some lines down. And then for my characters, eyebrows will create several lines like this. As you can see, I'm creating this completely disorganized and randomly. I'll do the exact same thing for the other eyebrow. I create several lines like that, very disorganized. And then I will actually shape this inner part of my glasses bit more. Therefore, we can see the distance between the glasses and what's inside of it, or better to say what's behind of it. Okay. I'll do the exact same thing for the other side of the glass. I mean, first, I'll go around the lines which are separating the frame from the glasses. And then I'll darken the inner parts again as well. Then I would also want to work on this lower part of the nose a bit. I mean, I'm going to shade it a little and I'll complete his nose as well. Okay. Now I would also create the lines inside of the ear just like this. And then I can work in his mouth. I mean, I'm going to add some details to his mouth on these parts at the top of the teeth. And the parts which are a bit darker and it's a part of the gum. Actually, I'll be adding them like this. And then I want to say I would not go over the lines for the teeth because it will lose its shine. And obviously it doesn't look realistic anymore. I mean, natural anymore. Therefore, if you wanted to darken any lines over here, tried to do the top line and the lower line. The bottom line. Then I'll create this darkness inside of his mouth. Just like this. And their work is done now. Therefore the teeth and this inner parts of the mouth would be completely clear. Okay. I would also work on the lower row of the teeth a bit more so we can see the difference. Then I'll create this curve lying below the mouth for my character's chin. And just like that, I'll create a line right next to the neck. So we can also create the shadings of this area a bit more. So this was our character that we've created like this. And we can create another caricature just like that. And for his clothes, I'm sorry, before I forget, for his clothes. We can have several lines like this. And you can also have a design on his clips. From this side, I can add some are shadings to him. Therefore, we can separate the neck and bottom of the head from the rest of the clouds. This is another long phase character. 17. Gentleman man with long mustache: Hello tone of my dearest friends. Welcome back. I'm here with another tutorial session for you. And in this session, again, we're going to create another character which has a long face. And this time he has both glasses and a mustache. Well, I'd be starting with creating the general shape for my characters skull. And because I want his face to be long, I would also create the skull stretched. Okay. Now I will add the jaw to him like this. And then I'll create the jaw longer than usual, obviously, like this. Okay. Now I can add the neck to my character in this way. And then I will add his clouds. This sketch. Then I will create the color of my clouds like this. And then I shape it very easily like this. Okay. Now it's time for me to add the details to my work. Now, I will determine the direction line for my character's face, which should be like that. Then I can create my characters ear. Okay, That's it. This is the shape of our characters ear. Alright. Now I also want to create my characters hairstyle. Well, I'll create the shape of the hair like this. I create a big volume and a big shape for the front part of the hair. Then I get to the back of the hair. Okay? Alright. Now I'm going to create this inner line for the hairstyle, the line on the forehead. And then I would also add several more lines to work on this sides of the face. Okay? Now I will create my face bars and I'll be starting with the eyebrows. Well, I will create my characters, eyebrows like this. We are creating almost a new face for our character. Okay? Okay. Then I will consider the eye lines. I mean the eyelids and the pupils inside of the eyes. Okay. And then I will create a pupil for the other eye as well. Because our character is supposed to have glasses. I would also determine the shape of the glass. I'd be starting with my characters, Glasses, frames. And create the frames around the eyes. Then I will create the handle of the glasses to the back of the ear. And then I'll create the other side of the glasses, the frame and the glass hoods itself. And I'll do it according to this one that I've created at first, because our face is in a three-phase says view. Well, part of the glasses will just get out of the face a little. In order to show the perspective of our work. The frame would come out of the face a little. Okay, Now that we've created data frame, we will add the nose here. From here that we have the frame. We bring down a line to have the nose bridge. And then I'll shape the whole knows just like this. And then I'll create the nostril and the sides of the face. Okay? Now for Mike characters mustache, I'll start from the nostril actually, from below the nose. I go down and I go out of the face. A little moustache is supposed to look like this. And it should come from outside of our face toward inside and out. Again. Special design, you can say for his mustache, special style. Then I'll do the exact same thing for the other side of the mustache as well. Just like this. Okay. Now that we have created two sides of our moustache, we will create his mouth here. And we can also consider apart from below the mouth. And we will create a small amount of beard below the lips and basically below the mouth. And we go over the shape of the chin and jaw just like that. Then I'll consider the shape of the cheek bones more prominent. And then I'll do the same for the forehead. I make this part, this side of the forehead more prominent. And then I can erase all the extra lines and guidelines of my work. So I can add the details to my work comfortably and easily. I'd be starting from here and erase wherever I have any guidelines or extra lines which I don't need anymore. Okay, I'll create all these lines. And even the direction line that we've created in the beginning. I will also erase all these guidelines that I have here. And then as you can, all the guidelines and extra lines that we've created would be erased because you don't need any of them anymore. So that I work with look much more better. Okay, now, we've erased these extra lines and guidelines. We will add details to our work. Just like this. Now I'd be starting with my character's hair. And I will create the details in his hairstyle. I'll create some lines going up. And then I will create several shadings for these parts. For this area. I will shade it here. And as I come towards this side, keep some parts. I mean, on the right side as you can see, I have more shadings, but on the left side, I have more details and detail lines. I can even keep some lines over here in order to keep their hairs light. And then I will create some lines a lot more darker. I'll emphasize on some lines. Therefore, you can see the direction and the texture of the hair here, how it's been styled. Okay. Then for this part, again, I will darken some parts. And then I'll get to the ear. Let me know. I'll create these lines until I get to the air, then I'll work on the ear. I would also have to create several lines inside of the ear to show its depth. Alright. Now I would also dark and glasses handles. So you would see it has gone behind our ear. Therefore, I would also darken the frame a bit more. So I can get a good shape out of it. And you can see the shape very clearly. I'll do the same for the other side of the frame. Then I'll go over day upper eyelids. Then I will darken the Pew pills and I'll do the exact same thing for the other eye. Okay. Then for here, consider another line. I'll will go on the line which is for the rest of our face and it's behind our glasses. Okay. I can also darken the eyebrows a bit more. So they would show themselves better and more. And then for the mustache, I will create some more shading. In this way. I'll do the same for this. Must, this side of the mouth slash actually as well. Then this lower part of our moustache should be a bit darker, you know, because we would have more volume of that in here. We have more concentration of the mustache on its lower parts. Therefore, it would be dark and then I can also darken that small beard below the lips. And then I can also darken the nostrils. Then I can move on the lines for the neck. And I will create a shape like this as well. In order to emphasize on the shape of the neck. Then I'll make it even a bit darker. And then I'll add some details to my clouds as well. Then I can add some lines to my clouds color. Then I can continue my work like this and it would be finished. Alright. This is our character, which we've finished it here. You can also go over all the lines around our face and our head. Also. This side so the mustache can be darkened a bit more. Okay, this is our character which is complete. Now. 18. Man with long face and short hair and mustache: Hello to all of my dearest friends. I'm here again with another tutorial session for you. In this session we are going to create another long face character together and wanted to see how we can create another different caricature with a long face. Alright. I'll start with creating the skull of my character. And I will consider the skull thin and stretched. Because we want our character to have a longer face than a usual. Therefore, we should also consider the skull more long. I mean more stretched and longer. I would also create a long jaw for my character. Therefore, the whole face would be longer than usual. Alright, now I will determine this direction line for my character's face. And then I will also create some clothes and neck for the character. And actually I want to create a turtleneck for him so I can bring his collar up over his neck. Okay. Then from the side of this line, I will go down and I'll create my characters Kohler. Okay. Now, for the lower area, again with another line. I will connect these two parts together. And from this size, I move toward the shoulders. And now with these lines that we are going to create, we will complete this shape more. So from both sides, I've created two lines because our characters into three phases. The right side would be seen more, the other side would be seen less. And then between these two parts, I'm going to create a tie for him. Then I will bring down the sides of the codes together. Just as easy as this. We've created the clouds that we wanted for our character. Now, I'm going to determine the place, one of the ears. Okay, now we're going to make this character more realistic. Therefore, we are going to create a normal long ear for our character. I mean, they've created our ear as long as our face. I mean, they should be compatible together and that's why I've created long gears as well. I want him to have a small amount of hair. Therefore, I'll just create the hair around my characters here. Ok. And for the other side, we'll do the same thing. We will create a very small part of the hair because it's in perspective and we can not see it completely. And then I will also create a very small part of my characters ear on the other side of the head. Just be careful that your lines would be on the same level. Now, I will complete the shape of the skull. And then I can move on to create the different parts of the face. I'll shape the rest of the skull like this. I mean, I make it more complete and smoother. If I want to create eyebrows, I would have to create a very cool or poker face character, which is looking in some direction. But you want to show that this character is very cool. He doesn't have any excitement or strong emotions. So I create the eyebrows like this. Then I will create several lines above the eyebrows because we want to show that the eyebrows have moved up. Then I'll create the eyes According to the eyebrows. So as you can see, I'm creating the eyes a bit further from the eyebrows. Know too much, but I bet. And then as you can see, I have created the shape of the eye very, very simply. And because he's looking this way, we have to create our pupil in this area. Okay? Now, on the same level, I'll create my second i and then I'll create the darkness inside of the eye as well. I mean the pupil. And then I'll create some depth below the characters. I put several lines, as you can see. Now it's time to create my character's nose. Because we have created all the face part and now it's time for the nose. And I'll bring it down like this. As you can see, I've considered a very big news for our character or mayor to say character. Okay, Now for my character, I will create small amount of mustache. Then for my character's mouth, I will create a very simple mouth with simple lips. And we will not create a smile for our character or anything like that. Because the character that we're creating is basically cooling, maybe emotionless, better to say. We'll create the mouth very normal and very simple. It's not smile or it's not frown. It's very simple, showing almost no motions. Okay. Now I want to erase all the extra lines and the guidelines. Therefore, I can add the details to my beautiful character. I start erasing the lines from the clouds, erasing the guidelines that I've created before for the color and stuff like that. Then I would also erase the extra lines and the guidelines which I have in the face, but they are useless now. So then I will create some lines for the skull. And then I will erase the guidelines. Okay. Now, for adding the details to my character, I'll start from the character's head. Basically, he has a small amount of hair, but I'm going to start from them to step into the detailing phase. So it's some shadings are just show the volume of the hair around the ear. And we are going to leave some parts white because we want to create a contrast in our shavings. Therefore, it wouldn't be all in one color. Otherwise, it will look like a surface. Work on the eyebrows and I darken inside of them completely. Then I'll create several lines on the forehead. And then I will create several lines below the eyes. Actually, I am emphasizing on the lines that we've already had. Okay? Then I will shade this area a bit more above the eye. And then very little, I just darken this area, the upper part of the eye, just in order to show that our eye as some kind of a prominent shape. Then for this area below the eyes, I will consider a line like this. Then for the nose, I can also create some freckles. And then four here below the nose, I can add some more shadings. So I will actually shade this area among the mustache. And then I will darken the mustache even a bit more. Therefore, it would be different from the shadings that I've created below the nose. Then I just go over the lines to make them more clear. And then from this side, I will come and create some shavings like this. For my characters chin. I will create several shadings like that with several lines. Therefore, we can complete our face. And then again in here, I can show some shapes for my characters ear. As you could see, I've separated the ear from the hair area. And then just like that, I will move on and finish my fork. Okay. I can create decode or the suit. Little bit shade. I mean, I can darken it with my shadings. Therefore, it would be separated from the tie and a shirt. That said, because we are working like this, it's better to have a contrast in colors are shadings. So our work which show itself better, this is the character that we've created all together from the basics. 19. A man with a big beard, mustache and nose: Hello to all of my dearest friends. I'm here again with another tutorial session for you. Well, in this session we are going to create another character together and we want to see how this one is done. Again, this character would have a long face, but it would be different from the others. I will start with creating the general shape of my characters, the skull. And then I will add the draw to the skull. Create a draw a longer than usual for our caricature. Because again, I say we are trying to create an unusual shape for our face because it's a caricature. Alright, now I will determine the placement of the ear. It's here, just like this. Then I will create this shape of the hair, the hair cell. Because my face is in a three faces view, I will determine the direction line going down. But as you can see, I have not continued this line completely till the end of the face because I want to create a very big nose for my character. And I just need this direction line for determining the direction for the eyes and the eyebrows. As you can see, I have not continued this down. So I don't want to create any hair on the front part of his forehead and in the middle part of his head. I want him to have the hair over here, the back of the head. And then I am creating the general shape for the Harris style. Then later, I'll definitely add some more details to this one. Then for this area for inside of the face. I will start from here, from this corner and this side. Tour down and toward the ear. I would also love to create massage for my character. And because it's going to be connected to this area, I just leave it for now. Therefore, I can determine all the face bars and then I can connect the parts that I want. Alright, now I can place my face parts because the hair that you're creating is going to be a bit sloppy. I'll do the same for the other side. And we should also pay attention to the age of our character when we're creating a caricature, the age is very important. The character that I'm creating right now is definitely older than our previous characters. That's why I've just left the forehead area, MT without any hair because I want him to have hair loss. And as I said before, her hair his hair, sorry, is a sloppy as well as his eyebrows and adds the same time you would have thicker eyebrows. Usually for younger caricatures, you should create more hair and better eyebrows. So while you're creating a caricature or any character, you should definitely pay attention to the h. Now, I'm going to create the eyes of my caricature. One of the other things that you can have in all their ages in order to show your character better. Is that we will consider the eyes smaller than usual, because as the age goes up, you can consider the eyes smaller. Okay. Now I'm going to create a big nose for my character, a very big one. And it's very wide as well. And that's because I'm creating a caricature and created in this very extraordinary shape. Then for the eyes, create several wrinkles below the eyes. And then I will add the mustache to deface. Okay. Then from here I will actually, as you could see, I've connected the mustache, the hair as I told you before. And the rest of the shape, the rest of the volume would be coming out of here for the other side of the face. Okay? Now that we've created the general shape, we would have to go over the lines on this area to complete the shape of our character's chin. Just like that. Then I would move on to erase the extra lines and guidelines. Before that, I'd have to go around all over the face. I would have to go around the lines on the skull and on the jaw to shape them better and make them more complete. Then I'll be determining the shape for the skull. And after I'm done with completing the shape of this skull, I can get an eraser and erase all these extra lines and guidelines in the face. Forever we have them. I would erase them. And then for my character's chin, I will erase all the lines which are not needed. Then for this area again. So wherever we have any extra lines or any guidelines, I will erase them. Okay. Then I will erase the lines like this. I erase the extra lines around the eyebrows as well. Okay. Now that I'm done with erasing, I can start detailing my character. I would definitely start from my characters forehead. And I'll create several lines on his forehead in order to show the wrinkles on his forehead. I can also emphasize on his age. And I can show the wrinkles at the top of the head, which would be the forehead. I can work on the hair. As I said before, I want to consider the hair very sloppy and not neat really. I'm just creating random lines here to show that it's not really a neat hair. But in this inside of the hair, we would have to determine an order for the hair because we want to show that our hair is a sloppy, but as you can see, it's hair. So all should go into same direction here. Especially at the bottom of the hair. We would have the hair very smooth and all organized. And we want to also show that the hair has been thinner since his aged. Okay. I can also create several more lines in here. And then in here that the hair is separated from the mustache. I'll just add some more darkness so we can separate these two parts from each other. Okay. Now for the top of the forehead, I will add some more darkness here so I can show that the hair has started from here. Then I can work on the eyebrows. And as I said, again, on the eyebrows we are going to create a sloppy eyebrows. Not very neat. And it's a bit busy and I will not consider any. Or they're four the eyebrows. We can also create a part of the eyebrow out of our face. Okay. So I will create the lines on the eyelid darker. Then I can also emphasize on the wrinkles on the face a bit more. Again, I'll do the same for the other. I'll darken the eyelid. Then after that, obviously, the pupil would be darkened. But here I'm going to work on the nose. And the nose should be definitely darker. I mean, the line for the nose should be darker and he has a big nose going to the nostril, going to decide of the nodes. And then over here, I will darken some more lines which are related to the mustache. Okay? Now this is our character. And after we add the lines inside of the ear, our work would be definitely completed. And then also some lines will just be darkened from inside of the hair, I mean, among the hair. Therefore, it can just create a contrast in the hairstyle and just some lines randomly. Then we can also bring some lines toward inside of the face from the hair. And this is our work which is done now. 20. Cowboy Man: Hello to all of my dearest friends and welcome to another session of our caricature sketching. And in this tutorial, we are going to create cowboy. And obviously a cowboy who has a long face, but it's going to be actually more different. Okay. So we would have the hat and the scarf around his neck and also the specific mustaches style. That is usually where it by cowboys. Okay. I'll consider a very long jaw for him because I want him to have a long face. Alright. Now it's time to determine the direction line for the face. Our face is not supposed to be tend too much, but it's going to be turned a little. I mean, it's going to be turned slightly. And it's almost you can say it's almost in the front view. Then I'll determine the placement of the ears. And then with another guideline, I'll create the other ear. The guidelines for the ear is usually for when you want to complete your character. And it's usually come to use for you when you're working into front view like we do right now. Because when you're working in the three faces view, it's not that useful for you. I mean, this guideline would not be that useful. I want to create the shape of the hat for my character. How am I going to do that? Well, I can say, I am creating almost a shape of a novel for my character's face over my character's face basically. And then from this side I'll continue a shape just like that. Then from both sides I make it like this. And then I'll take this front part of the head towards the inside a little. Not too much, but a little. And I'll do it from this middle part of the hat. Then I will create this shape of, you know, as you know, on the top of a cowboy's head, you have the top part, which is almost like a cylinder. So I will create a cylinder coming from the sides of the skull. Therefore, I will shape it over here. Like this. It would be very easy and very clean. Okay, Now for my characters neck, because we are creating a cowboy, I would have to create a scarf around his neck. So usual for Cowboys. Just like that from behind our head, we will create an oval like this. Because in that area we are going to have the not for our scarf. And both size should be the same way, the same shape basically. From here I come down. And from here I will consider a shape for both sides, but I do not connect this area together. I mean, I would not connect these two lines together. I bring this down and then I create the tip of the scarf. And then I go up again. Then I move up. Just like this. It's very, very simple and we just created like that. Okay. Now for the note on the scarf, I will consider almost a circular shape. And then I will create both sides of this, not like that. Very, very simply, I'll create this with the shape that we need for the tip of the note. And from this side, I'm going to create the neck orbiters, say make it more complete. Now, I'm going to create the face parts inside of the face, okay, now we can show a bit of our character's hair inside of his head. Therefore, we can show he has hair underneath his hat, so we'll bring some part of it out. And then I would work on my characters, eyebrows and shape them like this very, very simply. And then I move on to create my character's eyes. We are going to create almost two very small eyes for our character. Just like that. And then I will shape this line for the top of the, I mean, the upper eyelid would be shaped more. Then I will create this dark line over here. And as you can see, you can create DI bit wide shot. And we can have a line above our eye. We can have an extra line above our eye that we can show that his eyes are wide shot. I mean, you can see that his eyes are not completely open. Then I will create a nose in this shape so I can keep the caricature aspect of my character. And then after that, I will create a specific cowboy mustache for him. Then I move on to 4D inside of the face. And also from here, I'll complete the shape of the mustache. Then for here, after I've erase the extra lines, I can create several points to show the beard. The basics of my work is complete, so I'm going to erase all the extra lines and guidelines. Therefore, I can move on to apply the details. So first of all, we will erase these lines that we've created for shaping our hat. Then we will also erase the extra lines on the skull, on the job area where we can see any guidelines. We will actually erase them. So we can move on to do the details very easily and comfortably, facing no problems. Then I will Erase also these lines which are behind the mustache. Here we go. The lines that we've created for the scarf should also be edited. I mean, a part that has gone behind should be erased. Obviously. Then later I will add the details to my work. Alright, here we are. Starting the details with my characters cowboy hat. Well, in here I'll be considering a line for the edge of the hat. And then I will shade this area. In order to determine the top part of the hat. Then I will go over this line on the edge of my hat to show that this part is in the front. So I'll make it darker. And then I go all around the hat just to make the lines a bit darker. Then I shade this area so we can separate hear from our head. Just like this. Okay? And now I am going to separate this area from the head and the hat. And I can also darken this small amount of hair that I've created before. Then again, I bring down these lines and I can actually add some hair to this area. Again in order to show that we have here underneath the hat. Then I can create my characters ears. Coming out from the hat. I mean, actually coming out of it. It's mostly below the hat. Then I will determined lines for inside of the ears, but just I have to erase these areas which have gone behind our ears and it's been covered by the ears. So after doing that, I can easily create these lines for inside of the ear, for both ears to show their texture better. Now, I'll emphasize on the eyebrows a bit more. And I will darken the upper eyelid. Then I move on to work on the pupils, a little, darkening them. And I'll do the exact same thing for this other eye. As you can see, we are working on different types of eyes and eyebrows and all the face parts. Therefore, you can do each one of them that you would like. Would it make any boundaries for you? Okay. Then I will darken the mustache area. I mean, I will shaped and most sash a little. I will also make some contrasts in the shades so it would look better. Then for this lower area, I will create several random lines are basically dots. We just created several random dots to show the placement of the beer. Most of the cowboys have this kind of texture on their skin. That's what I'm showing here. Then I can work on his scarf around his neck. I would emphasize on some shapes a bit more. Therefore, the general shape of our work would be seen better. Okay? So this is our character that's done like this. 21. Young man with a big nose and mouth and a tattoo: Hello to all of my dearest friends. I'm here again with another tutorial session for you. Well, in this session we are going to create another caricature that has a bit wider face. I mean, it's not going to be as long as our previous caricatures. Alright? As usual, I'll be starting with the general shape of my characters skull. And then I will create my characters jaw. Actually, I'll add the jaw to the skull. But just the point here is that because we are creating almost something between a wide and long, we would have to pay attention to the size and the measurements on our skull and our jaw. Because again, I say this time to character we're creating has a wider face but it's a bit long as well. Then I will create a neck from the back of the head going to the shoulders. And I'll do the same for this side as well. Bring this part forward and connect it to this area below the chin, below the jaw? Well, the direction of our face would be in here. So I'll just create this direction line and we are going to determine our face parts with this direction. Now before all of that, I will create the ear like this. And then I will create my characters Harris style. Well, I want to create a very small amount of hair for my character. And from the front part, I will create a very, very thin shape just like this for his hair. As I said, I want him to have a small amount of hair. Also from outside. I will consider a small area for his hair. Okay. The most part of our face actually, the most part of our head is going to be the face, the skull, and the jaw that I've connected them together just like this. A simple line. I've just connected them together. Now, I'd be working for the face parts. I will start from the eyebrows. One of them will be over here. And as you can see, I'm creating it in this shape with a curve facing up. Then I will create the other eyebrow, which we can see smaller part of it. We can see the other eyebrow list because it's on the other side of the face and it goes into perspective. Well, I'll consider a shape like this for the character's eye. And as you can see, I'm considering a various small i for the character. So I will create this line, this curved line in order to show the fact that our eye is small and it's a bit deep into face. I mean, it has gone into the face. You have a depth or MDI. Because I want to consider a very big nose for my character. First, I will create the nose line over here. And then I create the second eye over here next to the nose bridge. Alright. Then after that, I will create his nose. Shaping it like this, bringing it up a little. And I will create a completely angular nodes. As you can see, it's not round at all. Then I'll determine his nostril as well. Then I move on to create my character's mouth. I'll be creating the mouth in this shape. All parts of our character's face has are actually Angular. And some parts would be just more angular. But overall, all the face part and even his head is angular because we want to show that he's a rigid characters, a tough character. Therefore, we would have to create More angles for his head and his face. I've created this line for showing the teeth rose. And we are going to show, we want to have a more general shape of our teeth, which are placed on top of each other. I mean, we don't have to create each tooth one-by-one. We've just created the shape of the teeth like that in order to show his a tough character and this type of mouth, we'll just look better on him now for his face, I'm going to create some more lines. So you can feel toughness and the rigidness of this character. Okay, from here, I will add a part to my face. I mean, I'm going to add some more shapes and volumes over here because I want to create some tattoos on his face in order to show that he's kind of a gangster. Are basically again, I said a rough character. I'm going to add some tattoos on his face. So I would have to erase this in order to show the tattoos better. Okay. After adding that part to the face, as you could see, I've arranged the previous lines and now I have more space to create to tattoos that I want. Now I will add the details to my work and tattoos. Well, first of all, if you want to add details to this character, I can start from the hair, shading it a bit with some contrast. Then I'll create some lines inside of the ear in order to show its shape. And then after that, I will work on the eyebrows dressed like this. And then I would have to work on my character's nose. I'll bring down the nose bridge going to its tip to the nostril and the part that has gone up Enter and then I can work on his mouth. And I'll create his mouth in this shape again with very angular lines. No route lines would be needed here. So it can show it better and more. Now, for this lower part of my character's face basically on his chin, I'm going to create some tattoos. You can create a tattoos in different shapes that you'd like. I'm just creating some shapes that I like to be here. I'm just adding these shapes to my character's face, but you can use any other design that you would like for your characters. Tattoo creates several shapes like this is a good place for you to use your creativity, you know. And now I'm going to work on his body a little bit as well. From the back of the head, I'll create a neck bringing down to the shoulder. And also I'll create this other shoulder as well. And now again, I can add some more tattoos even here. The tattoos would look nice and his body because it actually gives the characteristics and the personality that we want to our caricature. Well, as you can see, I'm creating some triangles on this shape for him. Then I'll create some more lines below that are next to that better Say. Again, I emphasize on the fact that you can use any different design that you would like use your creativity here. The tattoos are a very good opportunity for you to show your talents in being creative. Then also some other lines would be coming over here. And that's it. Now. The other part is also in an angle. I mean, it's in perspective, but I'm going to apply almost the same tattoo on the other side as well because it has gone into perspective. We can not see this shape as clear as we can see on this side. It wouldn't be too clear or too big. But we can create just a general shape from our tattoo on the other side of the body as well. For example, creating the triangles over here, but we can not see them clearly. Therefore, as you can see, I'm just creating shapes similar to them. So I can show it's the same tattoo just on the other side. And then well, very easily, I will create several lines over here to show off his muscles, actually to emphasize on the shape of his muscles. And another line on the neck. Then I'll be darkening the tattoos that we've created on the face, making them darker from inside so we can show the shape of the Man, the volume of them just better. So this is our character which had a wider face, but he also had a long face, not as long as before, but long enough. Then I'll create this line for the bottom of our body so we can show, we are showing our character up to this part. And we're not going to just leave it like that. It's really cool to leave your work like that and D, and you can just create a line like this so you can show your work is done just like our work is here. 22. Young man with a very big mouth and nose: Hello to all of my dearest friends. I'm here again with another tutorial for you. Well, this time, again, we're going to create another character which has a bit wider phase, just like the one that we've created before. Of course, it's going to be different. I mean, generally. Well, I'd be starting with the general shape of my character's head. And for doing that, I have to create this skull first. And then I will add to jar to my character. Just like that, with two lines, I come down and I'll create digital. Alright. As you can see, I'm dragging the jaw a little bit longer than usual. I'll create the drill longer than normal characters. And then with my clouds, kohler, I'll finish it. But as you can see, it's a bit different from our long faced characters because his face is also a bit wider. Then I'll actually show this part for my character's chin so I can determine where my face is going to be. End. Is going to end, sorry, because my character is in the front view. I will just divide my character's face into two parts, right from the middle. And now I'll create the placement of the ears. Well, I'll create one of my characters ears over here. And then based on my guidelines, I mean, with the help of my guidelines, I'll determine the other ear as well. Okay. For the front view faces would always get so much help from the guidelines because both sides would be on the same shape, the same level, and the same size. Okay, now I want to determine the placement of my character's hair. Obviously, I start from this inner part of the skull and I'll be creating my characters parting from both sides. And then from above the skull, I will create the outer shape of the hair. Okay? Now that we've determined the general shape of our character's hair as well. I would love to work on my character's face parts. Well, my character suppose to have a face with a very thick eyebrows. And I'll consider the eyebrows like this. I'll shape the eyebrows like this. I want them to be thick and a bit short actually. Then I will place the eyes and the face. Well, I want the eyes to be too close to the eyebrows. Basically, the upper eyelid of my eyes would be the lower line of the eyebrows. So the eye is basically stocked to the eyebrow. Then I'll create the pupil for him as well. Alright. Then I will create two lines below his, I mean, beneath his eye. To show the texture's of his skin better. I would also thickened day eyebrows even more because it would be a little bit more forward. I mean, it would be a bit longer and more forward comparing to our character's eyes. I'll be creating the general shape of my character's nose here. So just like that, as you can see, I am considering the volume and the shape of the nose. I'll create the nostrils and I go toward both sides of the nose. And I'll create its shape just like that. Then after that, I will consider two lines for two sides of the cheekbones. And now I can move on to create my character's lips. I would also want to create thick mouth for him. So first, I'll start with creating this line between the two lips. Then I'll create the top part of the lips like that. And then for the lower part of the lips, again, I'll do the same thing. I mean, I am creating very thick lips for him. Here. As I said before, I would have my character's chin, which is in the lower part of the jaw. I'm going to emphasize this line a bit more. And then I would also want to create another line for this area below the chin, which is actually on the neck. Then I will determine a part of my clouds, maybe the cooler or some other edges of the clubs. Okay, then I actually fade this edges like this. Just a bit. Now, I'm going to erase all these extra lines and guidelines so I would be able to add the details to my work without being worried or concerned that I might create some mistaken lines, some wrong lines because of the guidelines. Okay. As you can see, I'm erasing all these extra lines and guidelines. I'm doing this for all the lines. And John discover ever we don't need them. As I said many times said before. I want to also erase these lines around the head as well. Okay, well now I'd be adding the details to my character. Here we go. Alright, and now I'd be adding the details from my character's head. Then I will create several lines in the direction of my character's hair. And some other lines from this side toward this direction. Actually with these lines that I'm creating in his hair, I'm showing the direction and the texture of the hair. And in the middle, I'll consider just a parting. And now for the eyebrows, I will also add two more lines. Therefore, I can show the features of his face. Actually, I'm emphasizing the features of his face with these two lines right next to the eyebrows. Then I will darken the appeal pills. And then I can work on this lower line for the eyebrows because at the same time, it would be the upper eyelid of our eye and I want to show that better and more. And then later, I obviously did to actually darken the lines below the eye and the lower eyelid. And then I move on to work inside of the ears. I mean, first I'll go around them and then I'll create the parts inside of them. It's the same for both eyes and I'll be doing this for both of them. Okay. Now from both the size of my head, I'll come down. And then I move on to create these lines next to the nose, which are going toward the lips. I just work on them a bit more. Then. I will shade this area below the nose. I mean, this lower part of the nose should be shaded a little. And obviously I can show the nostrils even more. Okay. Now I'm going to work on my character's lips. So just like that, I will determine it even more. With some shadings. As you can see, I am darkening this lip. Then I'll shade this lower part of the face as well. Then for the clothes. Again, I will add some more shadings. Therefore, the clothes would be separated from the body and it would be seen better and more. Okay. I think it's good that I will also darken these lines as well because we can show the wrinkles of our character more. You can also give a very light shade inside of the ear just to make it look more different. So that's our character here. 23. Shy young man with big face: Hello to all of my dearest friends. Well, I'm here again with another tutorial session for you. In this session we are going to create another caricature and we want to see how it's done. Okay, I'd be starting with creating the general shape for my characters, a skull in this way. So I'll create the skull. Then I will add to jar to my character. As you can see, I'm considering the jaw a bit longer than usual. And at the same time, I'm going to consider it a bit wider than usual because that's the shape of the character that we are going to create right now. We want to create a long face, but not too long. And at the same time we want to create it wider than usual. Okay. Then I will add the neck to my character, and then I will have my ear In this point, this position. And then I'll determine the shape of my character's hair. Just like that. Now that we've created the outer shape of the hair, I will also complete this frontline of the hair, which is basically on our forehead. And then from this side I will bring down to here, to this side of the ear. Okay. Now, I would also have to determine the direction of my face, how much it's turned and where it's going to be. So with this, we can determine our face parts. I mean, it's not turn too much to the right or to the left. It's something between the three phases view and a front view. Then I will determine the placement for the face parts. First, I'll start with the eyebrows. High. As you can see, the shape of the eyebrows are a bit different. And our character is suppose to have specific or special face expression on his head and onto his face. That at the same time, he is, you know, kind of shy and with a bit of fear. He is looking at a direction. I want to show this feelings, show this emotions on my character's face and on his face parts. Now after creating the eyebrows, first, I would have to create the nose bridge. And then I will create the tip of the nose nostril and going up. And then after that, I'm going to create the eyes. Actually. It's a bit similar to the shape of the eyebrows, which I'm creating for the eye. And then I'll create a pupil at the corner of the eye. As I said, he's looking this way with a bit of fear in his eyes. Okay. And the shape of the eyebrows. Rav similar to the eyes. Okay. Now, for my character's lips, I am going to create a smile that this is actually going to hide the feeling of being shy and scared. So this is smile will actually cover that. You can also see very, very small part of our characters teeth. And that's why I'm just adding some lines as the representers of the teeth. Alright. Now I will add a very more complete shape to the skull. And then that just like that, I will get my characters cheekbones a bit out of his face. Therefore, we can emphasize on this smile, on this crocodile Smile. And then I'll bring out a bit of my character's chin, take it out from its normal shape. Alright, and then on this lower area, I can consider a shape for my character's chin that we would have to show. We have a chin here and that's the end of our jaw. Okay. Now I'm going to add the details to my character Reno. Before that, I would have to erase all these extra lines and all these lines as we did before. So I'd be erasing the guidelines from the center of my face. Just like that. And wherever I see a line that I don't need, I can easily actually, I should easily erase it. Now, in these extra lines that we've erased, there were lines or extra lines or the primer lines. Now that all of them are gone, I'm going to start detailing my character. Well, first of all, I'd be starting with the hair as usual. And as you can see, I'm just creating silver all lines on the hair in the hair basically to show the direction of the hair and to give it a better volume. And in this area I'm just going to shave the hair. And I also shade between these lines a bit more as well. We also have to consider a small spots of delight. Then, because I've got here, it's better for me to determine the lines for inside of the ear. So I'd be creating their main line and the smaller one inside of it. Then I'd want to work more on my face bars because we want to show that our eyebrows have gone up. I'm going to create several lines on his forehead so I can show that the eyebrows went up. Here it is. And I will darken my eyebrows as well as you can see that both of them no difference. And I will create the nose bridge. I mean, I go over the line of the nose bridge because it's already completed. I just wanted to add some touch ups here. Okay. Child create a whole nose and both sides. Then for the eyes. What I forgot to tell you is that I want to darken the upper eyelid of the eyes. I mostly do that. Then I will actually create several lines below his eye as showing some wrinkles on his face maybe. And then I will make the lines more clear just like that. Okay. Now after creating this Smiley mouth, I would also like to add some lines on the neck in order to show that there are also some wrinkles on his neck because it looks like a big character. Therefore, that's what I do. And I can actually add some more details to the neck. So just like that, my work would be completed. This is our outcome, which is a very different caricature and the basics. And in the details. Here we go. 24. Boy face with big nose: Hello to all of my dearest friends. I'm here again with another tutorial for you. Well, this time in this session, we are going to work on another character all together. We want to see how it's done. Alright, Well, I'd be starting with creating the general shape of my characters, a skull as the shape of a circle. Then obviously, I'll be adding the jaw to the character in this way. And then after Dad, I will add his ear. Okay. We've created ear to our character. I can easily determine the direction line for my character, which would be this. Then I would also create his neck. Here we go. I'll shaped and neck like that. He would have a thin neck, as you can see, especially comparing to the others. Then I would also have to create a part of my characters clothes. Not all of it, but a part of it. Okay. Now, I would also have to create my characters Harris style. Well, his hair is supposed to be placed inside of his face a little. I mean, as you can see, I'm bringing the hair into the forehead a bit. And as you can see, I'm just separating these hairs part by part. And that's actually me shaping his Harris style. I am creating hair part by part to create another new hairstyle for him. Then it comes forward and then with a good curve, it goes back again. Then who will determine the general shape above our head? And then for this area, for the back of my character's hair or his head, we will actually separate the hair into two parts. One part would be going over the head and the other part would be actually coming toward the back of the head, passing through the ear and then ending in the neck area. Okay. The general shape of our characters hairstyle is determined and created. I can easily work on my character's face parts. Well, I can start with creating the shape of the skull and the job. I mean, I'm going to combine these two together and determined the shape that I want. And then I can work on the face parts. I might caricatures face. So from the side of our skull we'll start and we come down. And then it comes in a little. And therefore, I will shape his jaw like this. Then I move toward the ears. Actually one ear basically because we can only see one of them. Then we are going to show the jaw even more because we want to have the basics of our face more than this. Now, I want to work on my characters eyebrow. And because the eyebrow is covered by the hair, LDL, I mean in some parts, the eyebrow would be covered by the hair because we have brought the hair into the face. Therefore, for example, in here, we can only see a small part of the eyebrow. Alright. Now I would also create DIs And then below the eyebrows a bit lower, I will create my character's eyes just like this. And then as you can see, the other eye is a bit in an angle and is in perspective. So I'm going to create it like this. Okay? Then I will be determining the shapes inside of the eyes. I mean the pupils. And I would do it for both eyes. Then after that, easily I can determine my character's nose because our character is in a three-phase says view, the nose would come toward this side and it's a bit turned. Actually. Just like that. I will create my nose. Basically he's noise. Then. I'll create the nostril and the side of the nose. And then after they're dead, I can work on my character's mouth. So I want to finish the basics and then move on to the details. Okay. So one line for the upper lip and one line would be for the lower lip. As you can see. So just like this would also have our mouth, I mean, his mouth. Now it's time for me to erase all these extra lines and see what's going to happen. So I will erase all these extra lines and guidelines because we have no need for them anymore. Then as you can see, I'm still erasing all the lines for the ears, for the skull. Anything in our primer is sketched as is useless now, is going to be erased. Now, I can work on my character's face. But this time I'm going to create details for them. Alright, here we are. Now, I'm starting to add the details from my characters here. As I said before as usual. And I'll start from above my character's head, going over these lines, making them darker. And then I'll create the hair just like that. And just part by part with several lines, they would be separated. And then just as you can see, I'm giving some shape to it and I will shade it down toward a bit. Here we go. Now. I'll do the same for this side of the hair. First, I will take my pencil and I go all around the hair on the lies that I've created in the basics. And just for here that we have a parching, we have almost a party. I just create several hair in order to show the change over here. So for the back of the head, again, I will make the hair part by part. I would go down. We would also complete the shape of my characters ear. I mean, first, I'll go around it and then I'll create the lines which should be inside of the ears. Then after that, I'm going to go over this front part of the character's hair. So I'd be completing the shapes and the lines. Now I would also shade this area. A bit slightly shading over here for this part of the hair. Because I want the hair to show itself the best way. As you can see, I'm just shading here, but I'm shading it literary. And as you can. Pay attention. I am using vertical lines to show the direction of the hair as well. As you can see, when the hair is changed. I will change my shadings too, because sometimes it's needed to show the texture and the direction of your character. I mean, mostly textures. Okay, So this was the hair. Now I want to work on my character's face parts. First of all, I'd be starting with the eyebrows. So we will also dark and inside of the eyebrows a bit. Then for the eyes. For both eyes, I will create pupils, making it darker. I would also keep a light inside of his eye, just like this. And then I'll do the exact same thing for the other eye as well. Okay. Here we go. I've already created our eyes as well. Then I'll create these to smile. Lines below the eyes. And then another one above the eyes. Okay. Now I'm going to go down to create the shape of the nose. I mean, I want to make it more complete. Then. I can move on to create my character's mouth. I'll be completing that as well. I would also create another line for below the mouth. And that's it. Then I'll be shading this area on genetic below the chin. So I'd be shading it as you can clearly see. So I've completed the neck and then I can work on his cola Moreno. And then I will shade it a bit in order to separate the clothes from the body. Actually. Here we go. This is another one of our characters, which is done like that. 25. Man face with small nose and eyes and big mouth: Hello to all of my dearest friends. We are back again with another tutorial for you will. Again, in this session we are going to create another caricature figure for you. And I'd be starting with creating the general shape of my characters, the skull for his head. And it would just look like this, as you can see. And after that, I can add the jaw to this character. Okay, here we go. Now, I will add the neck to my whole character's head. This would be the neck. And then I will create the direction line for my character's face. Just like that. And I also determine the placement of the ear. And as you can see, it would have been in this area. And then for the neck, I will create a color. And the shape of our clothes will be created over here. Okay. Now for this area, I'm going to create a tie. And then I'll create the other side of the cooler. Because there isn't a three faces view. We can note see that other side clearly and it's obvious that we would have seen it less. We would actually see it's less. So just like that, I'll continue my work here. And now I want to work on my character's hair. And I will create Hayes Harris style. Just like Dad. I'll determine the upper part of the hair above the skull coming down and toward the back of the head. And also the nick. Alright, now this was the top part of the hair and now I'm going to create the inner part of the hair. I mean, inner line for our hair style here. On his forehead, going down or getting down to be over here next to our ear. Alright. Now I will determine the placement of the face parts. But before that, I will complete the general shape of the face. Therefore, I can create a face bars easier and I would see how much space I have for each part. Then in order to do some exaggerations, as you can see after creating the eye spot, I went to the cheekbones. I make them more prominent. And then just very angularly, again, we know around lines, I'll come down to shape the chin as well. Alright. Now I'm going to determine the different placements of our face parts. Obviously, I will start from the eyebrows, create one of the eyebrows like this. And then the other eyebrow would be placed over here in the perspective because my face is in a three-phase says view and it's more turned. Therefore. From the other side you can see small parts and small shapes to create glasses for my character. And because the eyes are going to be placed behind the eyes, we are going to create a simple shape just for his eyes. Then later I'll create his glasses. And then in the detailing phase, I can develop it more and better. Okay? Now because we want to create our characters, glasses. I actually, I am saying that I want to small glasses for him. Therefore, I will create my characters glasses frame. As you can see, I've created a small glasses here. You can do this in so many different ways. Actually, you would have a lot of options in creating the glasses because it's very creative and you can just create so many different frames for each character, for each personality. Alright? And then at last, I bring the handle of the glasses toward behind the ear. Okay. Now, I would also have to determine the shape of the nose here. And then I will create a small yet very sharp nose for our character. Character is going to have a very, very biggest smile therefore, because it's in the three faces view, I'll be starting the smile or the laughter from here, from behind the nose. And then I bring it up. Okay. Now for this lower part, I'll just do the same. I mean, I create a shape going down and then I'll bring it up again. And I'll connect it to my first-line in order to show his mouth. And he's obviously laughing. Then I will create the line on the size of the face, and then I'll create one line to separate my characters. Teeth. When mouth is supposed to be closed, we are going to consider only a line between the teeth. We're not even continuing that. I mean, we are not going to continue the line until the end. We just created in the middle. So our work would look more natural and better. Now I want to develop this area a bit more as well. And with creating this, he showed the jaw even better. Okay, here we go. We just do these linings because our characters and the three faces view and we might miss some things. Okay, now, it's time to take your eraser and then erase all these extra lines and guidelines from your characters. Then I'll do the same for the lips. I'll erase all these extra lines or guidelines. Then I'd be erasing all these lines so I can get to the detailing phase and I can develop my character pretty well. And then of course, we are going to work on the details of our character. Alright, here we are. We are done with erasing and now we're stepping into the detailing phase or developing phase. And as usual, I'd be adding the details from my character's hair. Okay, now what am I going to do this time? For this part of my character's hair, I will add some shading just to give our hair a bit of color. That's why I've shaded. And I can also as a very small part of the hair on this side because we want to show that we also have hair on the other side of our characters heads. So then I'll be shading the rest of the hair. As you can see, I'm not doing it very hard or very strong, just lightly shading. Then I'll create several lines like this in order to show our character's hair texture and its direction. Alright, then for this side part of the hair, then as you can see, I'm going over the lines for the ear. Then I will create several lines for inside of this character's ear. Okay, then in the back of the head, we're going to add some more shadings. And because this part is completely in the back and it doesn't get any sunlight or it doesn't get enough sunlight or any light. This part in the back of the head should be darker. Okay. Now for my character's face parts Festival, I'd be darkening D eyebrows like that, short eyebrows. And then I'll work on the eyes. I mean, I will create the pupil very, very small because the most part of it has gone through two glasses. Then you would also create the other eye, various small. So I would also be creating the other eye as well. After that, I can go around my character is a frame and just work on it a bit more. Then F there. I can move on to create my character's nose. And I will emphasize on the lower part of the nose a bit than usual. As you can see, I've created very sharp and dark tip for it. Okay. Then our mouth is almost complete, but I'm just going to go over the lines one more time, making them darker in order to pop out. And another line, as I said before, between the teeth. Now, for my characters clothes, I'll be starting from here, just below my character's chin. And I will actually darken that area which shading. And then I will darken my characters coat or suit because I want to create a contrast between the colors and I want to actually separated from the shirt and a tie. Basically. I will shade this area, the suit or actually to coat. So that's it. Then I can even determine the other part as well. The light shading on the TI as well. This is our character that we have created all together. 26. Old man with a big nose: Hello to all of my dearest friends. I'm here again with another tutorial session for you. And in this session, we are going to create an old caricature together. We went to see how we can create actually an old man in caricature shape. Well, as usual as the rest of the characters. Starting with creating the general shape of the skull as the shape of a circle. Then I'll add the jaw to just skull. Just like this. Okay. Now I will determine the direction line for my character's face. As you can see, I want it to be like this. Not too much and not too much in the front view. Then I will add the NIC to the face from here and here. Then after that, I'll add the shape of my characters clothes here. So create some cola for him. And then I'll continue this shape just like that because character is in a three faces view would also have to see this side less. I mean, it's very normal that you see the left side less because it goes into perspective. Okay? Now I will also create a bottom for my characters class, and then I can move on to create my characters ear this time. So I'll be ending the ear just like that. Alright. Here we are. Here's my characters ear, and our character is supposed to be an old man. Therefore, I will just change the shape of the face and little slightly. I'll do it for the skull. And then for my character's chin. I will add a shape like this to the face. This would be my character's chin. Alright. And then later when I want to create the mouth, I'll tell you that why I have added a shape like this to his chin. Okay, so I'm starting with my character's hair and because our characters and open, well, we're just going to create a part of the hair for him, which is here on top of his head. And then we'll create the rest of the hair above the ears or even behind the ear. Okay? So if you are creating the hair in this way, it's because we want to show the age of our character more and more. Shy is going to have a small amount of hair because he's old. Okay. We've determined the general shape of our character's face and face sports. I'm actually going to apply the face parts here. I will consider thick and big eyebrows. And the other one is actually the other eyebrow is coming out of the face on the other side because our character is in a three faces view. Now that we've created the shape of the eyebrows as well, I would have to add the shape of the nose. And I want to create a very big nose for this character because we are creating a caricature shape. Creating a caricature, therefore, Elvish, we actually have to have creativity in so many parts. Okay? This would be our old man's nose like this. Then I would have the nostril and I'll turn it to an inside here. I have a very big nose. I can add my character's eyes. And in order to do that, I'll create the upper eyelid. Then the lower eyelid will be added to it. To this shape. I mean, just one thing that you should pay attention to is that we have to create our pupils inside of the eyes as well. Then I can move on to create the other. I exactly the same way as I did here. It's just the difference is that it's the red sun angle because of the perspective. That's it. Alright. Now for this lower part of the eyes, because we want to emphasize on the characters age. I'll actually create a line below his INR there to show the wrinkles. Alright. And then for our character's nose, I'm going to bring down the line because we want to show that our character is very old. So we will create it like this. We will create straight lines coming down. Tour de hit the mouth. Okay? Because our character is old, we have to create our character's mouth a bit squeezed or smaller because as the age goes up, there are not so many teeth in our caricature. Therefore, I can just show several lines like this. So you can see the character. Alright. Now I'm going to erase all the extra lines and I'm going to work on my characters details after that or say afterwards. So I'll be erasing all the extra lines and all the guidelines because you do not need them anymore. So here we go. Then. The line that we've added at the bottom of our face was for our character's chin. And again, I say that because we are creating a caricature, we have made just some exaggerations on the nose and on the added chin area. So our work would look much more better and prettier. Alright, so these are the extra lines. And then I will actually add the details to my work because now I'm done with the erasing. For adding the details. I'd be starting from the top of the head, which would be the hair. I'll be starting from the hair. Just like that. And then I will use some shadings for my character's hair. Then for this area, for this part of the hair, again, I'm going to use some shading is very randomly nodes, various specific envy actually shade it in the direction of his hair growing. Then wherever I need to do some darkness or some shapes, It's time to do it now because now it's the time to add the details and edit. So after going around the skull, I get to the ear and then I create a line inside of it. Then I will move down and I'll create my characters clothes. I'm actually just going to add some more details to it like a button, as I said before. And I just complete the characters clothes with the simplest techniques and simplest shapes. Okay, so that he would have a bit more details. Now we will add the details to our character's chin. And then we will go over these lines because they should be darker. Then I would want to work on my character's nose and creative details there, okay. And even over here, I can leave a beauty mark on his nose. Okay. I'm just saying that you can consider a shape like this, like a beauty mark on his nose or everywhere else. Because I believe it can make your creativity increase and it would be, I think, fun. As you can see, I've darkened the eyebrows and then I have created, I mean, I've gone through DIs upper eyelid and the pupils should be darker. And then as you could see, I've created a line over here. And then I'll just add several lines over here to show the wrinkles on his face. Alright. So all of these are in order to show our characters age better and better. This is our old men caricature that they've created all together. 27. Serious old man with big mustache and hat: Hello everyone. I'm back again with another tutorial for you. Well, in this one, we are going to create another old caricature together. I mean, an old man, which is in the shape of a caricature. You want to see how we can create it in a different way. Alright, be starting with the general shape of my characters, the skull. And then I will add the jaw to my character. Alright? No, for his neck, I will consider a shape. I'll consider actually a part for the neck. But then later, I will add some more details on it. And obviously I'll be adding my characters coal are in this area. Alright, now I'd be determining the placement of the ears, but before that, I want to determine the direction line for my character's face. And I want to have this character into front view. Therefore, the direction lie would just go straight from the middle of the face or the center of it. So I would consider simple ears for our character. And I'm just using my guidelines to create the second year in the exact same place, on the same level and the same size and shape. Okay, now, be actually considering my characters Harris there. But because I want to create a hat for the character, I can only create a small part of the hair in front over here on his forehead, just in order to show that there is hair underneath the hat. So I just grade this frontline of it on the forehead a bit. And I also have to create the other side of the hair as well. The part that has came out of the hat and is being seen. Then after Dad, I'm going to create my characters hat. I want his head to be sideways, therefore, I will create a general shape for the hat. And then for this inner part, actually, I will complete these shapes. And then for the front part of the hat, I will consider a shape like this. Okay, here we go. Then. I will actually shade hair and add details to my head. But I'm going to do that in next step. Right now. I'm just creating the basics. And if I want to create the basics of my face bars, I would have to start with the eyebrows. I want to create one of the eyebrows going down. And the other one would be completely the opposite. And it would be going up. So I just can give I can just give us a special shape to our face. I mean, it just makes it more unique and different. Alright, then after Dad, I'll create the eyes the same way does I've created the eyebrows. I mean, I want to create one eyes smaller and the other one would be bigger. This will actually affect all the way on our character, on our caricature because I wanted to get it out of its normal shape, out of its normal way. So I'm Wendy, eyebrow has gone up. The I obviously should be created bigger comparing to the other eyebrow which has came down and our eyes kinda squeezed. And it would be creators smaller. As you can say, our old men is having doubts and he has some mysterious face. And you can just create. What kind of character in these kind of situations which are mysterious or doubtful. And you can use this kind of eyebrows and eyes in these situations. Then I'll just connect the nose bridge to the eyebrows. Then. Because I gave a different shape to the eyebrows, I can just create several lines on the forehead. Because I want to have lots of mustache and beard for my character. Right from underneath the nose. I'll start creating my characters mustache. Just like this. Starting from the center, from the middle of the face. And then I bring the mustache out of the face from both sides, both left and right because mustache should have balance. Okay? The best way is that you can also use guidelines in order to check the level of the tip and the lower part of the moustache. But because it's a caricature, you can also give one side of your mustache more volume. You can create a bigger and more volume to massage for one of the sides. The other side would be smaller. That's your choice because it's a caricature and you can do that. You can do it differently, or you can just do it the same way as I did here. Very symmetrical. And then for this area, I would want to consider the beard. And then after erasing the extra lines and the guidelines, I can add some more lines for the details. Okay. Now I'm going to go over the skull and the join order to connect them to each other and shape the face and the head better. Okay? And the hair should just be separated from here because they have to be shaded later. Okay. Oh, just add a bit more volume to the massage and I'll do it on both sides. Then I'll add it to the mustache. Okay. Now, it's time for me to erase all the extra lines and guidelines. Therefore, I can start detailing my work. Okay. As you can see, I'm just using my edge eraser to do so. Then the extra lines for the mustache. Dislike that all through the character, all through my caricature, very-very. You can see useless line, which is an extra line or a guideline. You can easily erase it. You know. The guidelines are really vital in our primaries staffs and in our basics, especially when we have the front view of our character, guidelines are very vital. And it can help us actually, they can help us a lot. A lot and a lot. Okay. So just like that, all the extra lines are gone now. And now, it's my turn to add the details to my character. And obviously, as you know, I always start detailing from the top parts. So here it would be his hat. I'm creating these lines on the head. Therefore, you can see the direction of the hat and as you can see, the head is sideways. That's what I'm going to imply. So just with creating these lines, I've Determined the direction of the hat. I would create just some hair on the forehead. And then because I want to separate the hair from the hat, I will shade the hair. Just saw between the hat and the hair would stay be white. I keep this line between the hair and the head light, and therefore, I'll just shade to hair in order to show it and separate it. Okay. So you should keep this line therefore, you can see the separation between the hair and the hat, okay? Some of the hair has just came out like that. So busy and EBITDA sloppy. Again, they are olds people naught. This one is not that old, but I will also bring some of the hair on his ear. So you can actually understand the characteristics and the personalities. Okay? Now, as you can see, I've considered one of the ears bigger than the other. It's just because our character's face is a bit different in the face parts. You can also apply it in your characters ears. Because we're going to create caricatures. Therefore, it's better to create these things. Burberry can darken the eyebrows and these two lines going up again. Alright. These lines would be more prominent and then I will darken the upper eyelid For his eyes. Actually, basically, I'm adding to all the darkness around DEI or inside of the eye. And as you can see, this eye is wider. The other one is more shut. Then for the nose. I would just add some more darkness, this lower area. Then I'll create my characters mustache. It's just that in parts like this, I'm going to add some more lines. Therefore, the shape of the mustache would be more complete. As you can see, we just several lines. I've showed the direction and the texture of them. Mustache, lot more. Okay, Then I'll get to the chin and create also several lines over here. Then I can move on to create a part of his clothes. And then we will come to these parts a bit more. We will create some designs on his clothes. Therefore, we can show that our clothes has been turned. I'll do it for both sides. It also add some more horizontal lines over here. Rather to say toward here. And just like that, create a design for our characters clips. Now, you can also bring some lines down or making them more prominent or darker. You can just leave some of them by because it can actually show the volumes into shapes a bit better. Okay, Thank you. This is our character which is finished now. 28. Old man with a big nose and a cigarette: Hello to all of my dearest friends. Welcome back. I'm here with another tutorial for you. And in this session we are going to create another old character altogether and we want to see how it's done and how we can create it and make it into a caricature. I'd be starting with creating the general shape of my character's head. And to do that, I need a skull as the shape of a circle. Then after that, I will add the jaw to this character. Then from here, from the back of the head, I will create the neck. I bring it down. And now the general shape of his head would be determined. Now, for my characters clothes, I will also consider a shape like this. And because our character is in a three faces view and it's almost in a three-phase says View, which is going to be a profile because our head is turned a lot and it was near to become sideview, but we are in a three phases view. So I'll create the shape of the clouds in a way that we can see most parts of it from this side, from this angle which is closer to us. Okay, here we go. Then after Dad, I can easily determine the placement of my characters ear. So it would look like this. I'll complete it just as well. As you can see, I've changed the shape of the ear a bit. I make it look more real or realistic. Then I'll create the direction line for the face. And as you can see, the direction line is a lot closer to our skull line, to our heads line because it's really turned. And because we want to create a hat for our character, we can only see a small amount of the hair. So I'm only going to create the hair that can be seen. For example, over here. Behind the ear, I would have some shape or some hair. Then I can see a part of it in front and a part of it next to the ear. Okay, Now I'm starting from here and I'll create my characters hat. I'll create this shape for the hat, and then I bring it in again. I wanted to create a face part. So from here, I'm sorry, before the phase part, I'm going to create the edge of this. A hat on his head. Basically, it's a cap. So I'll turn and I get to the other side of the face. And then I'll separate this area. So you can also see the inside of the cap because it's going to be shaded later. With a very simple line. We have the twist of the hair, or better to say twist of the hat, a cap and analogist bring some hair downward also from here, just get some hair out. Alright. We will add the rest of the things is step-by-step whenever I want to add some more details. And now it's time for me to work on my character's face parts. Obviously as usual, I would have to create a specific shape with the forehead and basically the skull and the jazz. You can see I have connected them together all at once, but they've handled it very beautifully. Alright, then I bring this line up until I hit my ear. Now it's time to add the eyebrows and the eyes to this character. And then I will consider this area as the placement of the eyebrows and eyes. But we are going to show them very low ones, small and little. But then I'm going to create this audit eyebrow which is closer to us. Then I'll create the eye in this shape. Because the face is turned a lot. And we would have both eyes in the same angle. But this one can be seen more than, I will create lines just below the eyes. In order to make some wrinkles on the textures. These are some wrinkles with the lines that we've created here. Alright, now it's time for me to create my character's nose. Well, I would have to create a very big nose for him. Therefore, I can emphasize on the caricature aspect of my character. I bring the nose out of the face and then it's too big. I'll make it round. I bring it back inside. Here would be the nostril. And it's done now. Okay? Then after dad, for my character, I will create a mustache. And I'll create the massage from right below the nose. And then later I'll just add some more details to this caricature. Also from this side, the hair is coming down. Okay. Now it's time for me to erase all the extra lines and the guidelines. Therefore, I can actually add the details very easily. But first, we've got to erase all these shapes. Okay? Too, I'm just erasing all the extra lines and all the guidelines. That's it. Doesn't matter where you see it. For example, the lines which are covered now by the nose. Just like this. Here we are. It is very important that these lines would be completely erased because it can make your face more complete and more advanced. So it's really necessary for you to erase all these lines. Now that we've erased all these lines, it's time for us to add the details to our work. Well, I'll start the details and that will be the top of my characters ahead. And I will consider a line on his cap. As you can see, he's wearing a cap and I just gave some designs to it. Then for the edge of the hat, I'll create another line which would look like this. Okay, then I can move on and create some details in my character's ear. Just in this way that I'll create two lines for it. Then I will shade this area to show that It's the hair. And I'm just shading them to separate the hair from the other parts. These shadings it's possible. Then also, I have some hair coming out from underneath the cap. And I just determined the more than I just go over the edge of the cap and I'll make it more complete. Alright. Now for his eyebrows, well, you can add some more darkness. Then. I'll do the same. I'll do basically the exact same thing for the other side as well. I'm just darkening the eyebrows in order for themselves to show them better. Then I'll continue that on the nose coming here, creating several lines over here. Then I can also create a small part of my character's mouth. And another line behind it in order to show that here is my link. Okay? Now I can just add some shading on his mustache in order to show the direction of the mustache and obviously the texture of the mustache. Alright, now, I would also like to create a cigarette in his mouth. So I'll just create a cylinder shape, but very thin. And then for the tip of this person, for the tip of this person's cigarette, add some more darkness just like that. And then with a simple line, I'll create this smoke coming out of that cigarette smoking. Okay. So this is our face are their old caricature. And I just said it's not necessary, but if you'd like, you can just create that cigarettes seen or anything else. Then I will complete my character's chin. And then several lines to be on Dominik show that delicate place. And here we have the neck. So I'll be continuing to work and adding some more lines in order to shape it. And our character has almost a very thin neck. Can be better, I think. Okay, then I'll be adding some more designs and shapes on the clothes. Okay, so just add some designs over here wherever. That is not seen very much. But I just create some design for his clothes and just for the back of the clothes. From here. I'll just create a shape. Okay? Here we are, Here we go. Okay? So the shape of the clouds is very clear to them. And we've done it all together. And then for the bag, It's just saying, alright, that's it. This is another old than caricature that we were going to do it right now. And he has a big nose and a cigarette in his mouth. That's it. This is the final outcome.
