1. Welcome!: Writing cover letters, a little challenge food. Maybe you've written dozens or even hundreds of cover letters and the interests even single reply. That is really frustrating. And it's also really sad because I'm sure that you're super passionate well what you do, and that you're so ready to work with clients and give your very best. You're just stuck because your efforts don't result in reply. And you're not the only one there. So many freelancers who are stuck because of deaths. So if you're a freelancer who is looking for client projects on online shop platforms or freelance websites than these glad is for you. I am medical and I've been a freelancer for nine years now. I mainly use a platform Upwork to find clients. And I've written mini cover letters. And of course in those nine years I've learned quite a number of things. And I've also found a way to really works well too easily, find new clients. What I wanna be sharing. Now I know there are many tips online about how to write your cover letters. And I'm not saying that my way is the only best way obviously, but it is a different way. I think different is good. Because if you do something different than you will stand out. And the way to stand out, the way that I will show you here in this class is how to really show the clients that you care about. How you make your cover letter, all about the clients and other about yourself. By doing deaths, the clients will really feel that you understand them. They care about them, and they will feel a connection with you, right from that first interaction that will help them to trust you much more quickly, which of course will increase your chances of getting hired. So I really hope that this class will be helpful for you so that you can also be on your way to work with amazing clients who really appreciate the value that you can give them. 2. How Will You Stand Out?: First of all, let's talk briefly about what elements of cover letter traditionally contains. So we have the basic details about who you are, how many years of experience to have your qualifications, your approach, link to your portfolio. And of course, all of that is good information. But it doesn't really create a connection with the client. Besides all that information is in your profile to right? If everybody is just mentioning all those things in their cover letter, then how are you going to stand out? Also, keep in mind, deaths declined may receive lots of cover letters. And all the freelancers are saying how much experience they have, how amazing their portfolio is, how willing they are to go the extra mile to so that the clients will be totally satisfied with the project. So how are you going to stand out? How are you going to make a difference for them? Something very important to keep in mind is that while we're nuts talking about applying for a job at the company, were talking about the relationship between freelancer and clients. So that is a one-on-one relationship that you are building. And this gives you an advantage of being able to establish a personal connection. There is a sales advise that you can actually keeping mind. The advice is people don't buy what you sell. They buy how it makes them feel. Now you are not selling a product, you're selling a service, but how do you want to meet your clients feel? Will they feel anything at all when they read your cover letter? So that's something good to think about. And what we're going to talk about in this course. How you can show that you really care about your clients so that they will feel understood and that they will feel the connection with you. That it's not just a trick and it's not just about using some specific words in your cover letter. And then the magic happens. It's about how you really think and feel about your clients and about how you make them feel, how you make them feel understood, and how you can create that feeling of dressed right from the start. So how do you do that? Well, that's we're going to talk about in the next video. 3. Building Trust: Our next question is, how can you show that you really care about your client and their projects? How do you show that you care? Well, to answer that question, we're going to use an example. An example of two doctors have all been visiting doctors. So we know that it's really important to feel comfortable with our doctor, that we're comfortable sharing how we feel and we need to trust our doctor to follow their advice. So what is the decisive factor to trust a doctor? Well, let's have a look at these. The first one is Dr. Tim, the other one is Dr. Kelly. Dr. Tim. When you visit Dr. Tim, he asks what your problem is. You tell him the problem. And he me, he says, Oh, I already know what's wrong. Because in my 30 years of experience, I've had so many patients talk about these same symptoms. So I'm just going to prescribe it these treatments and you're gonna be totally fine. Then there's Dr. Kelly. When you visit her and talk about your problem, she asks you lots of questions about things that even didn't think of, that you got symptoms that you didn't know they should be related at all. Then after awhile she says okey, based on all these information you gave me, we would need to do a couple of analysis. And then she says a possible treatment is she explains treatments, says You should try it for a couple of weeks, then come back and she's going to evaluate to see if some adjustments as needed. So those are two very different approaches. And the exercise is to think which of these doctors do you trust the most or what you feel most comfortable with? And maybe some questions you could ask to know the answer is well, which doctor has most years of experience? We know that because they'll Dr. Tim told yes, 30 years of experience, but Dr. Kelly didn't say anything about dads. So we can compare. We could also think about which doctors most skilled. But for us who are not doctors, it's hard to know that we can be the judge of that because well, we don't have a doctor's degree. Which of these doctors is the most expensive? It doesn't really matter that much, right? Because we just want to get better. So even if we have to pay more, we will do it because we just wanted to be healthy. So those criteria are not really the most important for us to get his feeling of who we trust. But I would like to ask, you know, who of these two doctors you trust the most? Well, probably it's Dr. Kelley writes. Why do you trust her to most? Because she was asking you all the questions. She wanted some additional information by having some analysis done. And she also knew that the treatment she prescribed was possibly not the perfect solution right away. So she said that she would be happy to adjust and have some mixed revisit. So dad gives us as a patient to feeling debts. She took the time to understand the real problem, to go to the source of the problem. So what is the point? Why do we trust a certain Dr. Moore? Just because we feel understood. And that is something very important to keep in mind when you apply for a client projects. Because of course, the experience or skill, your skills, your price, it is all important. But what matters even more is, how do you make your client feel? Does declined feel like they can trust you? Just for meeting your cover letter? If you can make them feel understood, they will trust you and they will want to work with you. So how are you going to achieve gas? You're going to need to use a combination of hard skills and soft skills and convey that in your cover letter. And that's what we're going to talk about. 4. Hard Skills & Soft Skills: Hard skills, soft skills. What is that? Let's start with the hard skills. Hard skills are like the technical skills that you learn in the classroom through books or other training, or the skills you've just learned on the job. This can be like a software that you master or does decide principles that you learn, research techniques, computer programming, typing speeds, fluency in a certain language. All of those are hard skills, and it's usually what people talk about in your cover letters. The soft skills. They're also known as people skills or interpersonal skills. They help you relate and interact better with other people. This can be like good communication, empathy, your work, ethic, flexibility, leadership skills, patients. So just by listening to those skills, you can already sends that it's much harder to show that you have those skills. It's not something you can, you can have a degree in patients, for example, or a degree in work ethic. So that is probably why often D skills are neglected. Maybe also because of their name like soft skills. But actually, in order to really show those skills, you need quiet, some inner strength so they're not as soft as they sound, but they do help to create a much better connection with the clients and to have a very enjoyable collaboration and to establish trust right from the start. So it's very important to show both hard skills and soft skills. Cover letter and in your first interactions with the clients so that they will feel the connection with you. And then of course you're going to have a much bigger towns. It's Atlanta deaf rotate. 5. Find Your Niche: Something else that's really important to show in your first interactions would be potential future clients is enthusiasm. You know what they say about those. Yasmin hasn't, has a nice contagious and it is right? Just think of it when you, for example, talk about your plans with a friend or a relative. And if they react truly enthusiastic, how is make you feel? Doesn't make you feel awesome or like, Wow, they support me. They think it's a good idea and it just makes you feel very happy, right? So imagine how is the client going to feel when they notice that you are truly enthusiastic about their proteins? I did say truly enthusiastic, real enthusiasm because you can't fake it. If you fake it, people will eventually notice. And yeah, that's not a good thing. So how can you be truly enthusiastic? Something that helps is if you can find your niche. Now what is a niche? A niche is actually like finding your perfect match. It's about what you do and who you do it for. So you can think about a group of people that you feel very comfortable with and that you're happy working with. Then you can think which specific services can you offer to those people to help them find that perfect match where there is like the Spark. Let's look at some examples. First example, a website developer. Instead of just saying your website developer and you could say your website developer using Webflow for the music industry. So that is much more specific. It's a specific service using Webflow for the music industry specific group of people. Now how does that help? Because maybe you're just totally into music. And whenever you need a potential client and music industry has something to talk about apart from just a project. And you are easily going to show enthusiasm because it's just what you love. So it's going to be perfect. Match. Second example, social media copywriting related with wellness MSI. So instead of just offering copywriting services in general, this is very detailed social media copywriting. And the group or the topic it's about is wellness and massage. Because maybe that's just the one topic you know so much about or you feel it's very easy for you to do right about that. And you can relate to it. So you have lots of knowledge about it. So again, That's a perfect match. Third example, logo designer for brands. I care about the environment. It's also not just any design, its logo design. And specifically for brands with care about the environment, because that's something that you care about a lot. So you're going to have a common goal, common values. And it's just going to be fun working together. Again, perfect match. So it's really important to find that perfect match because the better you know who you can truly help with lots of enthusiasm and dedication, the easier it will be for those people. When to get that feeling from reading your cover letter, they will know that you mean it because it comes naturally to you. What's your right heel? Feel authentic to them and people can sense that. So I encourage you to think about what's that niche is for you. Well, you may have heard about leasing before and many people wonder, but isn't the Xing going to limit my options? Because it's so specific. They're just not going to be lots of clients in that niche. Can feel like that. But if you just think about it, there are thousands and thousands of clients out there, right? You're not gonna be able to help all of them. And you're not gonna be able to resonate with all of them. You're going to have to choose anyway. So why not choose those that you really feel disconnection with? Why does go for the proteins that you're truly enthusiastic about. It's only going to increase your chances of getting hired for that specific projects. Because people will feel what you mean is that you know what you're talking about. 6. Example: Job Description: So we've been talking about the importance of showing that you really care about your clients. We've talked about your hard skills or soft skills, showing your enthusiasm, finding your niche. So now let's dive into it. Let's create a cover letter. For that purpose, I'm going to show you the job description there will be using. And I'll read the job description first. Hi, I'm Lisa. I'm a coach for creatives who struggle with impostor syndrome. I have a basic website setup, but it needs to grow and look professional. I'm thinking of a blog, a forum, calendar functionality portal for students to access videos and exercises. I need to help to make my program visible to as many creatives as possible. If necessary. I'll hire more than one person. I'm open to all suggestions. Looking forward to hearing from you. Ps attached to the screen shot of my homepage, which is all I have at the moment. And this is the screenshot of the homepage that she attached. We can see your name Coach Lisa. This picture and a title. Say goodbye to your imposter syndrome. She already put some pages, are names for pages there, but that's about it. There is no real content, it's just dummy content. But at least, well, this is giving us an idea. So let's see how we write a cover letter for this description. 7. Reflect Before You Write!: Probably the most important part about writing a cover letter is what you do before you start writing. And that should be to take the time to really reflect, to think about what is it that's actually needed. You could start with imagining and trying to understand. For example, what's it like for Lisa? How does she feel? What drives her? What obstacles makes you face? What would a successful end results look like for her? For example? I think she feels very happy with what she does because he helps people who are struggling. And after she helps her, they feel more confidence. They can be happier with their job. So she must feel very satisfied about helping those people. She probably also cares a lot about him. So she must be a very caring person. What obstacles may she face while there are so many coaches out there, so she has lots of competitors. And how is she going to stand out? That may be real obstacle for her, real challenge, right. The standouts Wo De successful end result will look like for her while she was talking about her website. Of course, it takes work perfectly. It should feel really right for her, but it should also really feel right for the people she's trying to attract creatives, you wants to help. So there's lots of things to think about and take the time to really imagine what's it like for Coach Lisa? What's a person issue? Then you can think about what does she need? She needs copywriting. She needs to design, web development, photo editing, social media posts, probably some other things too. But it's really good to take the time to think about who she is, what she needs. Because that will help you to show more empathy, to show and use words that may really resonate with her. Something else that you can think about is what could you recommend? Because if you can add a recommendation in your cover letter, and he doesn't need to be long list of recommendations because that is what you going to do later on when you actually have a call with her. But in that cover letter, if you can just add one specific recommendation, something that you have been thinking of a little tip for her. That's also shows her that you gave it some real thought that you know what you're talking about. And it gives you an idea of the value that you're going to offer. So for example, in this case, it could be that she could reconsider their phones for websites, because if her whole website is using that font, it's going to be a bit hard to read. It doesn't look professional. Could be. About her logo. Ask is that logo really the most suitable? Or the children decide her tone of voice? What solution would be the best option for her student portal? There are probably many other things you could think about. If you really start imagining about these, Coach Lisa, what she needs. But do debts, add at least one specific thing that really shows that you gave these projects some real thought. Something else you can think about is, can you give a compliments? Why lot we all like receiving compliments. Don't play. And it makes us feel happy. And it makes us feel good about the person who gave us the compliment because it's the kind thing to do. So in this case, well, again, a compliment, just like we said before about showing enthusiasm. It should be real, that got implemented also be real. We should not lie about it or *******. I cannot see, like your website is amazing because I don't think it's amazing. But you could say something like the photo of your website is, Given that feeling of hope and freedom. That's really nice thing to come to. A nice feeling to convey. Or something like that. She makes a real change for those creatives and how you are really admiring what she does. Or it could be that two sounds so friendly and helpful and that it would be such a privilege to work with her. So it could be a number of things, but it should again be something that really feels true for you. Something that you really admire about this person, that you can give them a compliment for. Something else. Very important also is to think about questions you could ask. Why is it important to ask questions? Because it shows the client that you really gave it some thought and that you really are interested in what they do. And a well-thought question also shows your value. Because the well-thought question shows what you find important and how you're going to help them by guiding them with your questions. So in this case, it could be like asking about what she has in mind for the student portal. Does he already have ideas about how to promote our services? So to really useful questions are not just about when do you want this project to be finished or what is her budgets? It should go a little bit deeper. Really show that you gave it some thought and that you want to help them. 8. Example: Cover Letter 1: Okay, Now that you have a good idea of what these job descriptions about who this client is, what she needs. Let's have a look at a cover letter for this job description. It's a cover letter that right. Butt together and all first read it and then we'll go over it and see why it works. Hi Lisa. What do you do is amazing. It's true that many creative struggle with the imposter syndrome. I totally believe it's your message should be hurt and that your program will help many people. It's great that you already set up a basic ID for your websites. It certainly feels hopeful and inspiring. In order to improve your message and other marketing materials. I would love to know more about your goals and vision for your coaching services. Then we can have a look at some options. And together we can decide the most appropriate direction for both the design and writing style. Let's create a brand that feels exactly right for you and your audience. I would like to share a project that is similar to yours. For this project, I did copywriting and the layout for your websites. This is what the client said about our collaboration. And then I asked the feedback. That is exactly how we'd like you to feel about our collaboration as well. It would be a real pleasure to help you eat your strategy, design and copywriting. However, I won't be able to take on the technical side of your websites. So if you could hire somebody else to help out with that, that would be perfect. I'll be happy to meet you over vehicle so we can get to know each other and see how I can help you the most. You can ask me any questions you have. And we can talk more in detail about how to make your project successful, wishing you all the best, might equal. What did we do there? First, I started with a compliment. I gave her some recognition. I showed my enthusiasm because I am saying that what she does is amazing that I totally believed that her message to be heard. I'm giving you a compliment for the website because it's feels hopefully inspiring. And I'm telling her dad, I believe there are miss it should be hurts and that's her that's her program will help many people. So this should show her that I understand her, that I know what her goals are and that I am on her sides. And then I want her to reach those goals. Then I'm talking a bit about my approach. Here. I'm showing some of my soft skills because I'm not directly saying this is the only right solution. No, I am actually asking her that I would love to know more about her goals and visions for coaching services. That I will present options and that together we will decide what is the best option. So it shows also that I'm not like pushy or I already know it all. But that's I recognize that she's the one who knows the most about her business so I can give her options, but, um, she's the one who who can see which option will work the best. And I'm talking about the end results of brands that feels exactly right for her and her audience. So that is also keeping in mind what she needs. So again, he or she will feel understood because obviously that is what she needs. Then in the next part, I'm referring to another project that is similar. I am saying what I did, copywriting and layout for the websites. That's my art skills. These are the hard skills that she's looking for. And by adding the feedback specifically about those hard skills and that projects and building authority to and establishing trust because she can have a look at that website. And it says what the client thought about it and what it is that I did for it. So that gives her a reason to trust me that I can do the same for her than I am telling her what specifically what specifically I can help her widths and what I can't help her widths. So that is important, it's honest. And it also shows her that I can give her a reliable advice about, for example, that she needs to hire somebody else for data specific tasks. So again, that's also helps to gain more trust from her. Then of course at the end is there is an invitation for a video call. Because if the person's beliefs close, it could be talking person. That would be even better. But most of the time it will be a video call. But it's really important because seeing each other, hearing each other, being able to exchange ideas, ask questions, it really helps to build that connection, build that trust. It goes much faster than just writing messages where sometimes words are interpreted in a different way than we meant them. So really always ask your client for a video call and ends in a kind way, wishing you all the best, for example. And also obviously I started with hi Lisa. In this case, the name of the person was available in the job description. So if it is at all possible to mention their name, that obviously also helps in establishing death or personal connection. 9. Example: Cover Letter 2: Now let's have a look at the second example. In this case, I wrote cover, cover letter for the position as a web developer. This is what I, hi Lisa. What a wonderful mission you have. It's true that many creatives struggle with impostor syndrome. It must feel so rewarding to help them. Great to see that you already set up a basic version of your websites. It certainly feels like hopeful and inspiring. To further improve your website. It would be good to have a chat about your vision for the websites. I'm very curious to know more about the student portal you wanted to set up. Once I know more details, I'll be happy to present you some options. And together we can decide on the best approach. We definitely want to make sure it works great on mobile too. Because a large number of your students is likely to use the portal from their phone to make sure that everything works perfectly. I always double-check my work and schedule sufficient time to test all the functionality. And of course, I highly value your feedback in every step process so that the end result feels exactly right for you and will be easy to use for your students. I would love to share one of my portfolio projects, but it's similar to yours. This is a sample projects to show you the work I can do for you. Feel free to login with a username and passwords. So you can have a look at the student portal. I'll be happy to meet you over video calls so we can get to know each other. I would love to learn more about your project and how I can help you create an amazing and successful websites. Please do feel free to ask me any questions you may have, wishing you all the best. So again, let's have a look at different parts here. I started with compliments, recognition and my enthusiasm, again, saying that it is a wonderful mission that she has. And recognizing that what she does is really something very valuable. I'm also talking about my approach. I'm asking you a question actually that I'm saying that I'm curious to know more about student portal that she wants to set up. So I'm asking for more details there. And again, I'm showing my soft skill of not being pushy bots, being collaborative, thinking together with declines presenting options and then choosing the best approach. In this case, I'm also sharing one recommendation, a tip. Since in this case, as a web developer, I shoot give like an idea of how good my heart skills are and how AI can really help her. And I'm talking about that it should work well on mobile because that's what many people use. Now. I tell her that I take sufficient time to test everything to make sure it works perfectly, which is something that she really appreciates. That is something that also builds trust because obviously obviously she doesn't want to assist them to fail. I'm also talking about the results, that it will feel exactly right for her, but that it also will be easy to use for our students. Here. I'm also showing that I am thinking together with her. I want what's best for her because when she reads this, she may think, Oh yeah, that's right. Of course it should be easy to use for students because if it's not easy for them to use them, maybe they do sign up, but then don't come back because it's frustrating. So this is a very important part that also speaks of my work ethic. That's another soft skill. Then I'm sharing the link to one of my portfolio projects that is similar. It's also a Student Portal and I'm even giving her the ability to login and have a look. I am also saying that he's a sample projects. This indicates that it wasn't down for real clients, but it was just something that I sit up as an example. This is a good idea if you are just starting out. If you don't really have much client work or reviews, then at least you can think about what is it that you would really like to do. For example, if you really like developing such portals, Walden set one up as an example. So at least you can show that to the client. And if it's looks good enough and if it works well, then that is great for m2. It's not like you're going to say, but you didn't do this for a client yet, so I can't trust you because you did do the work and they were able to see that it works. So that is a great way to do this when you're just starting. Obviously at the end, again, there is an invitation for a video call where I'm already saying what it is that I would like to talk about and then I'm open to all questions. So that's also showing that I am a good communicator. Again, the soft skill. And at the end, obviously nice and wishing you all the best. So I hope these two examples give you some insight about how you can actually show your hard skills and soft skills, your enthusiasm in your cover letter, without actually having to be talking about yourself all the time or seeing how much experience you have and how great your work with such and such program. Because all of that is just like technical stuff or the clients probably won't understand anyway. Meanwhile, when you really focused on what it is that they do what they need and use examples or recommendations specifically for their projects, then they will feel that they understand what they need and everything that you say will be like. Oh yeah, that sounds good. So there is hand, they feel understood. They feel the connection and it will want to work. 10. You We I: If you ever hear the advice that if you want to build a connection with somebody that you should use the words u and we more than the word I. This works because, for example, the client is more interested in themselves than in you. They want their project to succeed. So if you only talk about yourself and I'll use I all the time, it may give the feeling that or they may feel like and what about me? So, yeah, it's a good idea to actually think about this. And not just think about this as a trick. Like, Oh, I have to make sure that I use the words u and v more than the word I. It's actually a way of thinking. You should think about declined more than about yourself. Now, if we take a look at the cover letter that we use in example one, I marked here at Awards, in other words u and we in blue and the word I in yellow. So you can see that I used towards you and we more than the word I. Now obviously, it's a normally I never count how many instances or if it's worth I wouldn't advise you to do that either. But do think about it. When you read cover letters as you have written in the past. Just have a look at it. How often they used the word I. It's very likely that you even start at your cover letter with the word I. And what a difference it makes when you start with you. For example, I start, what you do is amazing. I talk about your message, your program. It's great that you already set up your website. And I talk about your message and your goals, your coaching services. And then gradually I go towards, because obviously I want to work together with that person. So we have to use the word we. We is great because it establishes a feeling of we are a team. It's not you. It's us working together toward powerful and your cover letter. And obviously at a certain point, you will need to use the word I. And that's okay. But really try to focus the other person focused on the clients, what they need, right, accordingly, right? You can do the same for your profile. Or if you write content on social media, right? U and we instead of I. So that is another tip. In order to be able to let the client feel that you're a team, that you're a collaborator, and that you're really kinda helped him in there. You have their best interests at heart. 11. How to Choose Your Projects: Here are some more thoughts and how to choose which projects to apply for. Because we've already talked about finding your niche, finding that perfect match. And it's obviously helps if you apply for those jobs that are your perfect match. Something else that you should consider is the length of the job description, or more specifically, not necessarily the length but the amount of detail in the job description. Because as you could see with this job description that we use as an example for Coach Lisa, there was quite a number of detail in there. We could learn what it is that she does. There was lots of description about what she needs. There was also linked to our websites. So that gives us plenty of opportunities to try and come up with something, a personalized cover letter, something that she can resonate with. But if there is no detail, for example, if it just says, I need a new logo for my business, what are you going to work with? You didn't know what business it is. There's nothing about the style of the logo. Maybe what they're looking for is not even something that you're comfortable doing. So it's going to be very difficult to stand out in your cover letter, especially when you're just starting out and you don't have much client work to show or you don't have many reviews, then you really, really are going to benefit from this approach. Showing the client that you care and making them feel understood. But that's only possible if there was a lot of detail in the job description. So keep that in mind and look for that sort of dealt descriptions. Additional benefits are looking for those job descriptions is that if the client took the time to write all that to give specific information, it means that those clients are serious about the results that they want and that they will probably also appreciate a details serious response. So then all the effort you put in, into writing a great cover letter, it'll probably really pay off. And Ds D splines to exactly be looking for that connection for someone who can give good advice and really mean. 12. Bonus: Use Video: Here's a bonus tip for you. If you are really comfortable about your message. Because he thought very well about who this client is, what they need, you know, what value can give them, you know, how to make them feel understood and how to show them that you care about them. Then instead of writing your cover letter, try sending it over video. Because when you record your message, they can hear you, they can see you. They will see you as a person. So all these course was about was getting that connection with the client, building that trust. And what better way to do that than by video? Because it doesn't get much more personal than that, right, except for in-person meeting. But this is the best you can do to establish these personal connection. So this is definitely something you could try. Of course, make sure just like your cover letter and it's a personalized message. Don't send the same figure to everybody because then people are going to know that it was just a standard video that you send to everybody. But he started with their knee. You talk about what they do, how you love it, you compliment them. They're going to love it. I've been doing this recently, sending my cover letters, nine, reading, but by video and clients loved it and it was easy to get the protests because they can see that you care about them, right? That you fit the efforts. So at least you, you will get their attention. Because think of it. How many people apply for a client projects? Maybe it's 5350 cover letter. So you're gonna be one of 50. But if you send the video, It's gonna be one video and 49 cover letters. So you will stand out. It doesn't mean that that the client will necessarily like you, but at least you will have their attention. So you can give that a shot. And I hope it works for you too. 13. Recap: Let's quickly summarize this class. What tiller, I hope you learned about the hard skills and soft skills and how you can show that you have these in your cover letter. How important it is to emphasize on both of them. Like, for example, your hard skills. You can talk about without saying Aye, aye, aye. All the time. You can just make reference to it's by asking smart questions, by showing relevant work if you have already done that is applicable to this job description. For the soft skills, you can show how you're a good communicator, how you are going to be a good collaborator. How you're going to have good ideas to help the clients. How you are respectful and encouraging, giving compliments. Insured how it's going to be an amazing experience for the clients. Hard skills and soft skills both are very important. We also talked about showing enthusiasm, which you can do by choosing your niche, finding that perfect match, and then truly showing the client debts you would love to work with it. You also talked about the importance of choosing job descriptions order is enough detail so that you have something to work with. So you can find your angle to make it personal and make that establish the connection with your future clients. So obviously, it's all about writing personalized cover letters. It's impossible to just write the same cover letter, sent the same cover letter to everybody and expect that they will feel understood because every client needs something else. So every client needs a different cover letter. And we talked about using the words u and we more than the word I. But we also talked about it's not just about counting the words or a trick to use you. And we, more than I, it's about thinking like deaths. We want to think about what's good for your clients more than what's then what we want. So it's really about shown that we truly care about the client and their needs.
