1. Welcome to the course: So something's quietly changing in how information
is sold online. You see, a new model
has emerged where you can run a profitable
online course business without ever appearing
on camera and without creating a single
piece of content to yourself. It's a system driven by a concept called
course licensing, powered entirely by AI. And this is the exact
blueprint that you're going to get inside of this
master class right here. Now, think about how
traditional retail works. Grocery stores don't manufacture
the food on their shelf. Clothing brands don't always
see their own fabrics. They partner with suppliers, put their own brand on the
product, and then sell it. And course licensing works
in this exact same way. You see, instead of spending half a year trying to create
a course from scratch, you legally partner with world class experts that have already produced incredible
training programs. Leverage their expertise, you acquire the rights
to resell them. And after wrapping
your own brand around them, you
keep the profit. And you see, after being in this field for more
than six years, I can guarantee you that online courses are the
ultimate digital product. You got zero inventory,
no shipping costs, near 100% profit margins, and you can sell
them infinitely. But until recently, launching a business like this required a massive and super
expensive marketing team. But this all changes with the introduction of
AI to the system. Advanced AI tools like
Claude can completely collapse the expensive
and time consuming parts of building a
business like this. AI can now handle
your market research, write your high
converting sales topic, design your website,
and your landing pages, and connect your funnels that will convert
customers in seconds. What used to take months of frustration and
thousands of dollars now takes just a single person with a laptop. So
my name is Laros. I used to be a doctor,
and three years ago, I walked away from
medicine to build my own creator
business from scratch. Since then, I've taught
60,000 students and generated more than 35 million views
on my content and built three active online businesses
that don't require a team, and we're all built on the same exact system
that I'm going to be handing to you in
this masterclass. Inside of this master class, we break down your whole journey into four super clear phases. In phase one, I'm going to show you how to actually source your first licensed stores that you will be distributing
to the market. In phase two, we're going to be outlining your ideal buyer, and I'm going to show you how to find people who are super hungry for the information that you have acquired in phase one. Then in phase three, we're
going to build the AI machine. A live demonstration, I'm going to show you how to utilize the power of artificial
intelligence to create a brand identity, a beautiful website,
and a funnel that converts strangers into
customers of your horses. And finally, in phase four, we're going to be
populating your funnels. We're going to be launching
together your plug and play marketing system to get
buyers to these courses of yours without a
huge budget or without needing to be a
marketing and what used to take years of trial and error back in the
day now literally takes a few days because AI does the heavy lifting
and the boring stuff, and you get the exact roadmap
that you need to follow. So enough with
this introduction, let's actually get
your first online course licensing
business up and running. I'm going to see you in the
first lesson of this course.
2. Start Your Course Dropshipping Business: To welcome you to Lesson one of the Course Dropshipping
master class. In this lesson right
here, you will know exactly the value proposition
of course dropshipping, what it really refers to, and the insane profit margins that come with this
business model, which is arguably the most easy to start
and most profitable business model to follow in
the modern greater economy. So I'm super excited
to have you here. Let's dive with this lesson. So welcome to Lesson one. If you're watching this,
you've likely already tied your hand at the modern
digital gold rush, right? Maybe you run a Shopify. Or maybe you've tried
Print on Demand or spent three weeks building
a faceless Tiktop account, let's say, for an
affiliate program that paid you $12, right? You already know how to build a landing
page or maybe not. You already know what pixel is. You aren't exactly a
complete beginner, right? But you're likely here because you're tired
of the thin margins, the supply chain headaches, and the constant feeling
that you're working for the ad platforms
rather than yourself. So today, we completely
rewrite the whole playbook. We're going to take
the exact skill set you already possess, sourcing, funnel building,
and traffic generation. And if you don't
have these skills, don't worry because I'm
going to be breaking down everything in this master
class right here and apply it to an asset class that actually
rewards your effort. And this is what I actually call course dropshipping
because I'm the only one currently talking
about course dropshipping. It's a business model
that I have been following for multiple years. I haven't seen anyone on the
Internet talk about this, and it's actually mind blowing. The margins of this business model are actually mind blowing. So by the end of this first introductory lesson right here, we will understand the structural mechanics of
this business, right, why the microeconomics
favor us right now, and the five part framework we will use to build our own
digital empire from scratch. So let's start with part one, the operator versus the guru. So let's clear the biggest
mental hurdle right now. To make money selling
online courses, you don't need to have a PhD. You don't need 20 years
of industry experience. You don't need to show
your face on camera. All of these are
limiting beliefs of people that are afraid to
enter this business model. You see, Hollywood producers don't act in the
movies that they fund. Book publishers don't write
the novels they distribute. They are operators, right? They find the asset, they
build the distribution, and they manage the revenue. And this is exactly
who you will become. You are, and you will become, if you're not right
now, the operator. There's a huge
difference between the guru and the coach
and the operator. So course job shipping is the
act of selling high value, transformative digital
courses that you did not personally
create completely legally under your
own brand and through your own funnel and keeping the vast
majority of the profit. So the expert
focuses on teaching. You leverage the
fact that the expert that produced the course
is a great teacher, and you focus on the marketing, the systems, and scaling. And this is simple, pure division of labor. And that's what I'm going to show you in this
class right here, in this master class, how
to become the operator. So let's talk about
the brutal math of physical versus digital. And if you enroll in
this course right here, you probably know the huge difference between
physical and digital, and you, of course, probably
gravitate towards digital. But let's actually put
this to perspective. Why courses, right? Why now? Let's actually look at the math. Why out of all digital
products choose courses? So think about traditional
physical dropshipping, the art of taking a
product and selling a product that someone else
has produced to other people. Let's say that you
find a plastic gadget on Alexpress for five bucks, you sell it for 25. And this sounds great
on paper, right? But then actual reality hits. You pay seven bucks
for shipping, right? You spend 11 bucks on Facebook ads to
acquire the customer. A bunch of orders get
stuck in customs, leading to a 5% refund rate, and then charge backs
eat another chunk. So at the end of the month, your 20 bucks growth
margin gross margin has shunk to nearly $2 profit. So you're carrying all of this
risk for a 10% net margin. And if your ad cost
spike by $0.10, let's say, you will start
losing money, right? So now let's look at the
digital equation of this. When you sell a digital product, it couldn't even be course. It could be a simple digital
product for 100 bucks. Your cost of goods sold
is literally zero, right? So Again, in the digital
product superpower, you have net zero
marginal cost, right, which means that it costs
you the exact same amount to deliver the course to one person as it does to 1,000 people. You got infinite
inventory, right? You never run out of stock. You will never get a text
at 2:00 A.M. Let's say, saying that the factory
in Asia is shutting down. You get instant
perfect delivery. So the second checkout hits, the student gets an automated
email with their login. No tracking, no number,
no loss packages. You are completely dismissing these three huge problems of conventional drop
sipping businesses. So if it costs you 40
bucks in advertising to acquire a $100 digital customer, you keep 60 bucks.
And guess what? There are advertising
pathways in which you don't need to
actually spend money. You just can invest your time
and energy to advertise. So this is 60% net margin. And because the software
and inventory costs are effectively locked at zero, the only remaining variable in the entire business
is attention. And attention is a completely learnable,
systematic skill. So in this course
right here, yes, we will be structuring your
course job shaving business, but the most important skill that you will
develop is actually the art of grabbing attention and funneling people
to these offers. Now, let's talk about
the timing, right? And the timing is perfect currently due to the AI level
that we currently have. So people aren't buying information anymore,
you probably know this. Information is free
everywhere, right? Information is free on YouTube. Information is free if you
ask HGPT if you ask Cloud, but people buy experience and
people buy transformation. If someone purchases information and someone purchases a course, they purchase the course
due to the fact that they want to be
transformed to someone. For example, you purchase this
course because you want to be transformed to a course
drop chipper, right? You're not interested
in creating a funnel, and you're not interested in learning about
course dropshipping. You are interested in
learning about dropshipping, and you are interested in
learning about funnels because you want to become a
course drop chipper, right? So they buy a shortcut to a
specific painful problem. They buy a better
version of themselves. And right now, the demand for targeted niche skills
is at an all time high. So historically, launching
a digital education company required an entire
team, obviously. You need a copywriter
for the sales page, a media buyer for the ads, a designer for the funnel, an expert to record 20
hours of video, right? It took months and
thousands of dollars, if not tens of
thousands of dollars. But AI has completely collapsed
that barrier to entry. Today, literally one single
operator like you and I using the right AI prompts
can handle the research, write world class
direct response, copy, design high converting funnels
and generate ad creatives. And even help structure or
script the product itself. The only part that AI
can't tackle right now is the production of the educational
products themselves. And after being in this field
for more than six years, I have produced more than 40 courses in this studio of mine. I can almost guarantee
you that AI will never actually
completely replace the instructor of these
courses because people want to genuinely
be informed and transformed by another
human being that has the exact same
problems as them and can relate to this
person to this teacher. So you're no longer
the solo funnel. You're a CEO with an army of specialized AI
agents working for you for 20 bucks a month if
you're using HVD, right? So, let's talk about the
five part master map. Throughout this master
class right here, we're going to build
your business using a script five part architecture. Right? Every moving piece fits in one of
these five buckets. So first, we're going to
start with the course. What you're actually selling. So this comes from one
of these three places. The first one is
creating the course with AI assistance or at least
creating the course yourself, having a camera, having
a studio, having lights, having microphones, and actually shooting the course yourself. The second place
is actually hire an under monetized expert to record it for a split, right? So leverage someone
else's expertise and experience to create
the course for you. And thirdly, to actually license existing high quality rights.
You can also do this. There are libraries of courses out there that
you can leverage, and you can license
the courses from these libraries to actually
drops of yourself. Then comes the person
and the problem, right, the exact target outta
that you're going to be targeting with these
courses. So who is this for? We do not sell broad topics like marketing or social
media, right? We solve hyper specific, super painful problems
for specific people. And this will be, let's say, the magic dust that will
make your course sell, the fact that we're going
hyper specific here. Then we're moving in
branding and offering. Of course, in order for an
educational product to sell, especially if it's a course
that promises transformation, the branding needs
to be on point. It needs to appeal
to this exact target out that we're targeting. So now we package the course so that it
feels like a premium, irresistible
transformation rather than just a collection of videos. Because at the end of the
day, what a course is is just a collection of ten
to 15 different videos. But if we pack these
videos, we add bonuses, we add downloadable resources, we add quizzes, we
add assignments. We hosted some, we add
branding elements. Then suddenly this isn't just
a collection of ten videos. It is an educational experience, a premium educational
experience. And premium educational
experiences are the types of again, businesses that we
want to be creating in this course job saving
roadmap right here. So then it's time to
talk about the funnels. And our funnel is going to be a simple three page
machinery that turns strangers that
have just stumbled across your offers
into customers. We're going to have
one landing page, one sales page, one
check out page. That's it. The pages,
super easy to create them. I'm going to show you how
to create them with AI. So don't worry if you don't
have any coding skills. I also don't have coding skills, and I have sold 80,000 courses. So don't worry about this. Finally, we're going
to talk about traffic. And traffic is the fuel of your whole course
dropshipping business, right? And traffic is something that is teachable and is learnable. And you can actually understand how to drive traffic
to your funnels. It's a skill, right? So how we drive targeted
high intent human beings into our funnels using a mix of paid ads and
systematic content. I'm going to show you
how to create content, right, to drive traffic
to your courses. I'm going to show you how
to run ads to your courses. I'm going to show
you how to combine these two to create, again, a systematic machine
of bringing eblls and bringing strangers to your
funnels that will convert. So let's talk about the
core operating principles of this again, business
model right here. Before we take action, you
must internalize three rules. And if you break these,
your business will fail. Rule one is that specificity
here always wins. You do not want to go abroad. The Internet does not need
another course on how to code. The Internet has changed. The great economy has
changed from broad to hyper specific and hyper
niche and hyper focused, and it makes total sense because when you enter this
global market, right, this global
market of the Internet, you suddenly have 8
billion people to serve. So it makes total sense to keep niche down and niche
down to a pool of 1 million people or
2 million people because it still makes sense financially for you
to target these. Right? So again, the Internet does not need
another course on how to code, but a course on how to use Python to automate
bookkeeping for real estate agents will be a money printing
machine, right? Specificity commands
high prices, right? And this is why this type of course would be a
money printing machine compared to a HA code
course that would be like, completely lost in a C of
other HA code courses, right? So rule two, lead with the
wound, not the product. Amateur course job
seepers talk about how many modules are
in their course. But professionals talk
about the pain the customer feels when they wake up at 3:00 A.M. For example,
and how to fix it. You need to sell the destination
and not the plane ride. And this is something that
we're going to be tackling on the funnel creation and the
marketing side of the course. But for now know
that in general, you need to lead with the wound and not the product itself. And finally, we want
total legitimacy. We only sell what we have the explicit legal
rights to sell, right? Then this is why it's
super important for you to understand the three
ways to source a course. The first one is to create it. The second one is
to pay someone, pay an expert to
create the course for you if you're going for a very specific course
that you couldn't find licensing rights towards. And the third one
is to actually go ahead and license
courses yourself. Right? So again, real
verifiable value is the only sustainable long term marketing
strategy here. We building an
actual brand asset and not a short term trick. So this is the end
of Lesson one, and this is the action that
I want you to take before you hop on the next as an office master class,
which is Lesson two. I want you to open
a blank document or grab a piece of paper, and I want you to write down
three distinct industries, hobbies or professional
subcultures that you personally understand or have spent time in over
the last few years. Now, again, in this
business model, you will be able to target any industry and any
niche out there, right? You will be the operator,
again, not the instructor. This means that as the operator, you can literally work
with all niches out. That being said, if you
do understand the niche, if you have engaged with
this niche in the past, it's just going to be way easier for you as an
amateur, let's say, copywriter or as an
amateur operator in this stage to
understand the problems of your target outer and have way more efficient key
performance indicators and again, performance wise,
make your funnels and make your landing pages
and make the copy convert. So this could be crypto.
This could be day trading. This could be local
restaurant marking. This could be fitness over
40 or high end woodworking. Literally, anything
that you like, could be content. This
could be marketing. This could be AI.
This could be AI for productivity,
literally anything. Pick something that you
like and write it down. We need to identify where you
already speak the language, right, even just a little bit, because that is where you
have your unfair advantage. So get those three industries
again, written down. And in the next
lesson, we're diving straight into part one
of this framework, which is sourcing your course. In the next lesson,
I'm going to show you exactly how to acquire, create, or license courses
that you will be able to drop ship in the
next lessons of the course. So thank you so much
for being here. I'm going to see you the
second lesson of the scores.
3. Find Profitable Courses to License: As we discussed about what
course dropshipping is, and you've actually seen the real numbers and the real margins in this new business, it is time to talk about
the first pillar of actually starting your online course
dropshipping business, which is, of course, sourcing the course, right? Sourcing this digital asset that we're going to be
distributing to the markets. So this is exactly what we're discussing in this
lesson right here. In this lesson, we're
going to be analyzing the three different ways to
actually source your course, your first info product. And then from there
in the next lesson, we're going to talk
about everything else regarding
branding, funneling, marketing creating
a target avatar to target with your marketing campaigns
and all of that stuff. But for now, let's actually
focus on sourcing your asset. We're going to talk about
the three different operator tracks
that you can take. So in the last lesson, we established our position. You're not the guru, right? You are the operator, something like a
Hollywood producer. So your job is not to chase
validation through teaching, but to build an asset
that generates revenue. Today, we answer the
biggest question every operator faces. And this question is, where does the product
actually come from? So if you were
starting a traditional agency or coaching business, this is where you
would get stuck for about six months, to
be honest with you. You would spend weeks
scripting modules, buying expensive cameras, overcoming stage fright,
editing video files, and we don't do this in
this business model. As an operator, you
have three distinct, highly leveraged
tracks to source a high value course
without wasting any time or without
wasting any money. And funny enough, of course, you don't even need to be
an expert in the field that you will be marketing
your course and distributing your course
towards as you will be, again, the operator
and not the producer. So let's break down the
three operator tracks so you can choose
the one that fits your budget and your timeline. So, Track one is the AI
assisted systematic build, pretty much creating your course while leveraging the power of artificial intelligence to help you with everything regarding the externals and just
instructing the course yourself. So this track is
for the operator who wants 100% ownership, zero recurring payouts
to third parties, and absolute control
over the curriculum. So you aren't writing
this from your own head. You're using AI as your
subject matter expert. Now, this can be a bit risky if you're trying to script and outline a course on, let's say, a niche that you're
not an expert in, right, and you want
to instruct a course, but you use AI to script. This can be a bit tricky, but it actually could
work if you already have some knowledge in the field that you're creating the
course towards. So the strategy here
is that you identify a hyper specific
highly paying problem, which we will be mapping
out in lesson three. Right? Then you use a script
AI prompting sequence to extract a comprehensive
logical step by step curriculum to
solve this exact problem. So up to this point, you have identified a hyper niche market and you have scripted a
comprehensive logical curriculum. Then you use AI to generate
the module by module scripts, the action worksheets, and the slide presentations
of your course, right? So then to turn it
into a video course, you don't even honestly
need to record your face. You can use high quality
AI voice synthesis tool like 11 Labs, for example, paired with clean on screen slide recordings or use an automated
video generator. Now, in order to
actually execute this, you will to balance three or four different
AI software out there. You might need a
text to speech AI, a video generation
AI, and of course, an A that will be able to create all of these assets
of the course. It will be a bit of a pain in the ***, and it
will take time. And honestly, the end product
just wouldn't be the same as you sitting in front of the camera and actually
instructing the course, which is also a
process to understand. But the advantage here
is speed and margin. So you can go from
a blank page to a fully finished professional
four module video course in less than 48 hours and almost $0 if you manage to leverage the correct
AI correctly. That being said, it needs time, it needs energy, and
it needs expertise. And if you're trying to
instruct a course on a subject that you don't
really know that well, it might be at the end of
the day small disaster. So my advice in Track one, if you're actually
going to utilizing the power of artificial
intelligence to create a course, I would say yes, use AI to
identify your target avatar, and we're going to be
also talking about this in third lesson
of this course. Yes, use AI to outline and script the lessons
of the courses, but don't use AI to produce
the videos of the course. If you want, create
a course yourself. Find a camera, create
a studio lighting and everything and microphones and actually instruct
the course yourself. It's not that hard
to create a course. It will take time and
it will take energy. But of course, if you don't want to show your
face on camera, if you don't want to create
a course from scratch, you can also use Track
two and track three, which in my opinion, is
the best track to use. So in Track two, I like to call this the creator
Arbitrage because we're going to be leveraging the
expertise other people, and we're going to
be hiring them to create courses for us. So as you know, the world
is filled with brilliant, hyper talented experts, or
completely broke, right? They understand their
niche inside out. Whether it's advanced
tax strategies or high ticket fitness training or specialized
software engineering, but they have absolutely no idea on how to build a funnel, run an ad, or write copy. So this is where you actually execute the so called
creator arbitrage. So the strategy goes as follows. You find an under
monetized expert, right, with a small but
highly engaged audience. This could be YouTube,
TikTok, LinkedIn, right, or someone with massive
technical credentials, but no digital footprint. You approach them with
this simple proposition. You record the genius. I build the machine, and
we split the profits, or you can completely hire them. I will give you 100
bucks or 2000 bucks to create the scores for me and give the course to me, right? So you design the
curriculum framework based on market demand
and hand it to them. They sit then in front of their camera or
their microphone, record the content and
send you the raw files. You brand it, you
build the funnel, you edit the files, and
you run the traffic. So the agreement here is
that you can either pay them a flat upfront fee to buy the rights to their
content completely. So again, pay them 100 bucks, 2000 bucks, 3,000 bucks, depending on their
level of expertise. Get the course, and this will be your course or more
commonly used, you set up a 50 50 or 60 40 revenue share
with them, right? They will love it
because they get a hands off revenue stream, and you love it because you get a real human face
and elite authority to market without being the
expert yourself, right? So compared to Track one, I would probably
recommend Track two. Now, here's the thing
with Track two, though. These people probably aren't
online course experts. They're experts in their niche, yes, but they're not
online course experts. This means that
they will require a serious amount of guidance to produce these info
products and to make these courses genuinely deliver educational value
and retain students. On top of that,
it might actually be a bit more expensive than you think to
completely hire them, and revenue share will
be a small pain in the *** if you also run
paid ads to the courses. Let's say you have
a revenue share, do you also have a cost share who pays for the ads, right? So all of these questions need answering
before you do that, but definitely Track
two is an option here. And now let me introduce
you track three, which is my track
of choice and what I would recommend you for
this course right here, the licensing plate, right? You license PRL or IPO. This is the fastest
track to market, and if you don't know what PRL is or if you don't
know what IPR is, I'm going to introduce you
to this in just a second. In track three, you unlock courses by licensing
them immediately. You do not communicate with
the creators of the courses. You just license the
courses directly, and they're way cheaper to
do that than Track two. The fact that on Track two, you reach out to the
creators, right? So you have something in mind, and you pitch a course, and they need to go ahead
and create the course. So we already need to undergo this whole thing
from the beginning. But in track three, the
courses are already ready. They're already
up for licensing, and you just go ahead
and license them, right? So this is the closest
digital equivalent to traditional
physical dropshipping, but without the shipping delays or physical cost
of goods, right? This involves licensing
existing digital assets. So courses that
have already been existed are up for licensing. So the strategy goes as follows. Right? There are thousands of premium professionally
produced courses sitting in private
libraries right now where the original creators sell
the private label rights, right, or the intellectual
property sales rights. These websites exist, and
I'm going to introduce you to one of these
websites in the next percent of the scores. So what you do is that you pay a one time licensing fee to
legally acquire a finished, high quality video course. This license allow you to
put your own logo to it, put it behind your own payroll, rename it, bundle it, and keep 100% of every dollar that comes
through the checkout. And the advantage here is that deployment time is
virtually instant. Once you pay for the
license of the scores, you get to download
the whole course and you just have
it on your library. So you skip production
completely entirely, right? Your only job is to
change the graphics, upload the modules to
your hosting platform, and focus entirely on
the marketing engine, which is something that
I will show you in next lessons of the course. Now, Long Story Short, during
the past six years, I have been producing courses, and I have produced about 40 courses that have been battle tested in multiple online
course marketplaces. These courses have
enrolled about 80,000 students and have
gained awesome reviews. So I know, as I've battle tested these courses that they can
deliver educational value, and they can deliver
to the promise of the title and the
description of the course. I know that the market is super
hungry for these courses, as I am gaining students every single day, right,
in these courses. And all of my courses, by 40 again, courses library
that I have created, I am also giving up for licensing in the next
session of this course, I'm going to show you where to actually license some of
my courses if there's something that you would
like to do and if you would like to drop ship my
personal courses. So let's talk about the
sourcing matrix here. To help clear your mind
on which track to choose, let's compare them across the four critical metrics
of any digital operation. And these are upfront cost, time to launch,
net profit margin, and long term advantage. So in Track one, well, you build the course yourself, the upfront cost is, again, near zero because you don't need that much money
to produce a course, especially if you're
shooting it yourself. Time to launch will
be anywhere 2-5 days depending on how much time it will take you to
produce the course. And the net profit margins are 100% because as you create
the course yourself, you get to keep 100%
of the revenue. That being said, you really
have a high asset here. You have a very high
long term leverage here because you have
full asset control. In Track two, which is
the creator arbitrage, paying someone else to
create a course for us or splitting revenue
share of the s course, you get zero upfront cost
if you have revenue share or one to $3,000 upfront cost. If you do have a revenue share agreement
with the creator, you get two to three weeks to launch the course
as you will need to create the scores and edit the course and make sure that everything
looks great. And I would argue
that in Track one, two, this would take
also two to three weeks. Right? And the net profit
margin is way lower. So it's 40 to 60% due to the profit split that you
have agreed if again, you don't have any upfront
cost to hire a creator. That being said, again, you have very high long term leverage as this is a real human brand, and this course has
been created by a genuine human being with genuine expertise in this space. Now, in Trac three, when you're licensing the rights of
the course to dropship, you have insanely low upfront costs for the
price of the courses. You can license courses
from anywhere 50-200 bucks, and this is a one time purchase, which is absolutely insane. Regarding the fact
that you're gaining a course that's 10 hours long created by a professional in a professional studio that
has been battle tested. You can launch in
less than 24 hours. Again, you just
download the course, you download the
rites, and that's it. And you have 100%
profit margin, right? You don't have any
revenue share, any revenue split, you
get 100% of the margins. On top of that, I would
argue that you have a very high long term
advantage here because, again, the courses are produced by real human beings
if you manage to license a quality course
produced by an expert here. So I would say that the long term advantage is
actually very high, just like track number two. In my opinion, what I
would recommend you for this business model is to
go with a licensing plate. That being said, if
you don't want to spend like 200 bucks licensing, of course, you can, of course, try to create the course
yourself or try to find experts that are good at
creating courses too. So this is the core operating
principles right here, the so called value trap, don't fall in this value trap. The value trap is
the amateur belief that a course needs to be 40 hours long with 200
modules to be worth money. But people do not want to spend 40 hours watching
videos, right? They are busy, they
are stressed and looking for an exit of
their current problem. They want the fastest
path to resolve. And if Track one, AI or track
three, which is licensing, delivers a hyper clean, 90 minute mastercard, let's say, that takes a customer from
point A to point B clean this is infinitely more valuable than a bloated 20 hour
course encyclopedia. People don't gain value from
more hours in the course. They gain value from genuine
educational experience delivered by an expert, which you can
definitely find in, again, track one or track three. So again, you're selling speed, efficiency, and execution,
not course length. And this is one of the
biggest misconceptions that beginner course
graders have. So this right here is your actionable step before we move to lesson number three. I want you to look to the
sourcing matrix above and look back at the three
niche markets you wrote down at the
end of Lesson one. Then I want you to
check out this, again, sourcing matrix right here and choose which one of these
options would fit you the best. And the next term
of this course, I'm actually going to browse the course library for you to gain some ideas of the courses
that I license, right? So make a definite decision on which track you want to
execute for your first build. We need to identify where you
already speak the language, even just a little this is where your unfair
advantage lies. So get your track chosen,
and in lesson three, we're going to nail down the exact market and
the painful problem that will make your chosen
asset completely irreversible. So in the next lesson,
what we do is them be diving straight into part
two of the framework, which is choosing your market and who you will be targeting. Going to show you exactly how to identify desperate buyers
that are super hungry for your info products with broad wallets before you
even start marketing. Before we move to Lesson three, let me actually show you the whole course library
that I am licensing with about 40 info products
that are again battle tested and can
work for you immediately. So thanks so much. I'm going to see you in the
next son of the square.
4. License Your First Course: Previous lesson of
this master class, we discussed about the
three ways to source a course to launch your first course
dropshipping business. And in the first way, again, you create the course yourself, which is a bit time consuming. But then again, it's
worth because you got 100% profit margins. So if you have a studio, if
you have cameras, lights, and something to teach, this is an awesome way to
start your business. In the second approach, partner up with an industry expert, and you leverage his expertise, and potentially you split up the revenue share
from this course dropshipping business
to also serve him and serve you in
order for you not to pay that much upfront to
have a course generated. And the third approach
requires you to license a course that you
will be able to download, have all of the legal
rights to resell this, and then be able to resell it as your own course in your
course dropshipping business. Now, if you're interested in the third approach,
which is, of course, the approach of
licensing a course, I have something
to present to you. And what I have to
present to you is my own course licensing website. During the past six years
in the learning space, my team and I have produced about 40 high quality
info products, 40 high quality courses
that were designed in very high demand topics
in the online world. Now, this right here is
the landing page of IPR, which stands for info product
rights and opportunity. And if you go to
course library and I will have a link for IPR
for you to check out, you will be able to see all of the different courses
that you can actually preview and license for your first course job
shipping business. So let's say, for
example, that you want jobs a course around
content creation. You can license the ult 2026 content creation master
class for beginners, or you want to sell a course around AI digital
product creation. I have so many courses for you to check out, and of course, some courses that could be
also sold in b2b approaches, not only b2c approaches. And we're going to be
discussing about marketing and your target out in the
next Assumpti course. But know, for example, that the 2025 AI Office
Productivity Master Class is a course designed to be sold to big enterprises that teaches employees how to
install basic AI principles, again, on their everyday work. We have so many courses here, courses around AI voice
agents, for example, that would work perfectly
with meta ads if you want to drive cold traffic to this
landing page right here. And with these courses, when you license these courses, which by the way, they're
very cheap license. If you take into consideration
the hours of premium designed and produced and edited content that
you're licensing, you will be getting
the thumbnails and most importantly, the
introductory video. And what the introductory
video of course is, it's pretty much a 12 minute installment sorry one
to two minute video in which we break down exactly what's happening
inside of the course. Those are professionally edited introductory videos
that will also plug in in the landing pages that we will be producing later on in this master
class right here, and we drive enrollment
to this course. So I urge you to
browse this library. Again I have so many
different courses for you to preview and license. You can preview
multiple courses. You can preview the
whole library if you're building a huge course dropshipping business
for you to leverage, have multiple Canva courses, notion courses, digital product, online business,
masterclass courses. And if you want to preview
these courses before you license you can
click on Preview and Uremi and you will be redirected in the Uremi
landing page of each course. So for example, this course
right here has 269 students, 4.6 star rating out of five, and you can preview the
introductory video of the course by clicking on
this but right here, right? You will see exactly how
the inter Video looks like. It looks like this, for example. The most complete online
business master class. In the next 2 hours, you will learn how to take what you love and back it into digital
products and valuable as. Yeah. So all of these
right here are, again, courses that have
been produced during the past six years
with a lot of love, a lot of time, a lot of energy, a lot of input from
multiple people to design the curriculum,
to edit the courses. You know, I, of course,
am the instructor. I'm the instructor of
all of these courses. And I genuinely believe
that those are some of the best info products for
you to drop ship right now, and it's the fastest way and also the cheapest
way, honestly. To license a course and start your course job
shipping business. So after you've chosen a
course from this library right here and you have licensed it and you have
downloaded the course, the next step is for
us to actually outline your exact target out
and the market that we will be distributing
these courses towards. Because to give a smart example, the 2025 AI Office
Productivity master class can be sold to multiple
different target avatars. It could be sold
through freelancers. Sold to content creators. It could be sold to employees. It could be bulk sold to
multiple big enterprises. So how do we tailor each
one of our courses to serve an exact target avatar
of the niche that will be? And what are the best niches
to drops courses towards? That's the answer. That's the question
that we're answering in the next lesson of
this master class. So I'm super excited
to have it here. See you in the next
lesson of this square.
5. Choose the Right Market (B2B vs B2C): What is the fourth
installment of the course dropshipping
master class? In the first lesson
of the course, we discussed about what course dropshipping is and why
this is a huge opportunity to start as a business model in 2026 and 2027 and going on. Then we actually brainstorm the three ways for you
to source a course. And we discussed about
this in huge detail. We previewed a course
licensing solution and all of the 40 different courses
that you are able to license today just by clicking some buttons and
downloading the courses. And now, after you've sourced your course and you
licensed your course, it is time to talk
about market demand, which targets to market, and what especially
you should be looking for when actually
targeting a market. So welcome to this choosing your market
lesson right here. I'm super excited
to have you here. Let's dive right into this. So in the last session, you committed to again,
your sourcing track. You decide exactly how you're going to acquire
your digital asset, whether you're
building it with AI, partnering with an expert or
licensing a premium asset. So today, we tackle the absolute most important
strategic decision of your entire
business operation. And this is choosing
your market and the exact problem that
you're going to solve. So if you get marketing right
and not exactly marketing, but choosing the proper
market and targeting the exact target ad that will see educational value
in your course, your direct response marketing. So everything after
we have hosted the course will
practically write itself. If you choose to run ads
towards this info product, your ad costs will
stay shockingly low and your checkout conversion
rates will stay high. But if you get this wrong, if you try to sell
the wrong course to the wrong avatar or even the right course to the wrong autor, it doesn't matter how
beautiful your funnel is or how great your
course content is, right? You will be screaming
into an empty void. So let's make sure that you get this right and you actually
target the correct people. Cause I'm going to tell you
something after selling multiple courses outside of
online course marketplaces. So by hosting them by myself, you know, doing the marketing
of these courses by myself, I know exactly which audiences
tend to convert better and which audiences are just
better for you to target, and this is what
we're going to be tackling in this
lesson right here. So let's talk about
the critical shift here in this first
installment of the statsm which is B to B
courses versus BTC courses. Pretty much, in
the course world, you can sell courses either directly to consumers
or to businesses. And we're going to
discuss and nail down which better fits your case
in this lesson right here. So when you look at your
handwritten outline from the beginning of
this master class, you'll see that we divided our market options
into two main camps, b2b, business to business, and b2c, business to consumer. And to win as a solo operator. So as a one man show, running a highly profitable
course dropshipping machine, you must understand how human psychology changes
across these two buckets. These, of course, both
of these cases refer to humans and humans will be gaining educational
value from your courses, the course that you
will be dropshipping. But the purchasing
decision is made by two completely
different avatars. So let's start by business
to consumer courses. This means selling
to individuals, solving personal
problems, right. Examples include how
to play the guitar, how to lose weight after 40 or how to train a disobedient dog. Or, for example, in the case of a content marketing master
class, for example, that I licensed in my course
licensing website, right, how to perform basic content marketing,
right for beginners. So people buy these out
of emotional desire, usually, or personal
frustration. Emotional desire and
personal frustration are going to be two of the biggest key
factors that drive enrollment to BDC courses. So they're paying out of their own personal
checking account. They are highly
sensitive to price. They can be also
notoriously fickle buyers. I have sold courses in the
past for 20 bucks, 50 bucks. And these buyers of $50, again, digital products were a bigger
pain in the *** compared to bigger enterprise
that would have paid me $5,000, right? Trust me, B to C is hard, but if you manage to
sell B to C at scale, you will see crazy results. Now, let's compare this to b2b business to business courses. This means selling
to professionals, entrepreneurs, freelancers,
or business owners. Examples include how to use AI to automate real
estate bookkeeping. Or how to close corporate
sales deals over Zoom or how to run
local restaurant ads, or in the exact same
case of the again, content marketing master class. The same exact master
class that could be sold to consumers
as how to become a content marketer could
also be sold to businesses as how to train your
marketing team in content. Do you understand, it's the
same exact educational value, but packaged in a
completely different way to appeal to two completely
different customers. This is why we started
by licensing our course, and then in this
Dason right here, we're choosing our market. Right? It doesn't matter. The course license doesn't really matter as
we're going to be performing branding in the next lessons of
this course, right? So what we need is just an
educational experience, right, an info product,
which you have licensed. So now it is time
to decide who we're targeting and brand
towards this direction. So these buyers, B to B buyers are looking
for just one thing, and this one thing is
return on investment. So they're paying out
of a business account, and it's completely
different than paying out of a personal
checking account. Don't look at a 200 or a
$500 course as expensive. They look it as tax
deductible investment that will make or save
them thousands of dollars, if not tens of
thousands of dollars. And as you can see, these two buyer personas
might be human beings, but they are completely
different human beings with completely different
purchasing powers and completely different
perception of value, right? And that's what you
need to understand, especially in the next as of the course in which we're
going to be branding, again, our info products. So while both models work, if you want the highest margins
with the least friction, I personally suggest
you to tilt towards b2b or high income
b2c skills, right? So tilt towards b2b courses
or high income b2c skills. High income B to C skills
could be learning AI to launch your first business or using AI for productivity,
let's say, right? So it's infinitely
easier to sell a $300 solution to a
business owner who needs to solve an operational
headache that needs to sell a $30 course to someone
who just wants a hobby. Trust me, I've seen this over
and over and over again. I've sold multiple BDB courses. I've sold multiple BDC
courses, and BDB courses, and I can guarantee
you that selling to businesses is way
more frictionless, way easier and way profitable
than selling to customers. So let's not talk about problems because at
the end of the day, the value that you provide
with your info product really comes down to the
depth of the problem that your target outdoor
has regardless of if this is a business or if it's
a, again, consumer. So amateurs look for a niche
like fitness or marketing. But professional
growth operators, especially in the information
space, look for a wound. They look for a specific
bleeding neck problem that a customer is actively
losing sleep over. So to qualify as a hyper
profitable dropshipping problem, the issue you choose to solve must pass the
three part pain test. And this right here, I want
you to screenshot this. I want you to download this
document and keep this in mind whenever you're brainstorming the course you're
going to be selling and, of course, branding later on in the next dozens
of the scores. So first of all, high urgency. Does the problem
need to be solved right now or can it
wait until next year? For example, when you're selling AI training
to companies, this is a very urgent problem
because other companies, their competitors are installing AI solutions to their employees. They're training their
employees on how to utilize the
artificial intelligence. So, you know,
there's urgency for them to actually install A
solutions to their company, too, today, not next year. And examples of this
outside of the AI for employees course would be fixing an Ad account suspension, right? This is highly urgent because
if someone is running ads towards their business and their Ad account is suspended, then they have a huge problem. Or learning general branding
principles, for example, isn't that crazy urgent
of a problem, right? Secondly, high economic value. If they don't solve
this problem, does it actively
cost them money, time, or massive
mental distress? Need to position your way in which you portray
the problem that your course is solving as something that will
cost them money, will cost them time or
massive mental distress. This is why AI courses
have been selling so much. And this is why during
the past two years, I have shifted my whole
production, right, with courses that I'm licensing towards AI courses because AI sells like warm bread these days because
everyone doesn't know. People don't know what AI is. They're afraid that their
competitor will sell using AI, and they will be left behind. So this is one of the
highest purchasing factors when someone purchases
an AI course. Finally, indefiable audience. Can you easily target this
exact group of people using simple ad platforms or
specific organic content? You will be able with your
messaging, with your content, with your videos, with your ads, regardless of how
you're targeting, you might you need
to be able to target these exact people who have
these two problems, right? So let's look at
how we transform a weak broad course topic into a high converting
irresistible operator asset. So let's say for example,
that the course that you have licensed is how to use Python. A hyper specific
problem would be Python automation for
commercial real estate agents. The exact same course
could be, again, positioned as Python
automation master class for commercial real
estate agent, right? And this sells because it saves an agent 10 hours a week
extracting properly data, for example, and has a very
high return on investment. Let's give another example of a course around
digital marketing. Let's say that you have licensed a course around digital
marketing, right? The hyperspecific problem that you're solving would be how to get local dental patients
using meta ads, right? And it sells because it directly impacts a dentist's bottom line. Solves an empty chair
crisis or video editing. A hyper specific
problem that you could target in the
video editing niche with a video editing course would be a short form content system
for soul printers, right? And this solves the burnout of managing TikTok and reels alone, which is a massive timesaver. So again, this saves time. This saves money. This saves urgency. And scarcity, right? So let's talk about
the third part here, which is the demand to
validation checklist. Before you commit to a problem, we must validate that people are already spending
money on it. So we do not want
to create a market. Creating a market is hard, it's time consuming, and it needs a lot of
effort to work. We want to find an
existing river of cash and redirect a tiny fraction of
it to our checkout page. So run your chosen problem through this three step
validation protocol. You've licensed
your course and you thought of who you're
going to be targeting, BDB or BDC and you've
analyzed the anatomy of a desperate problem and you've actually
brainstormed your problem, it is now time to run this chosen problem
of yours into this three step
validation protocol. So step one, aid competition. I want you to type your
problem or your course, the general idea of your course into Google or Meta Ad library. And what Meda Ad
library pretty much is is that it's a
library of all of the businesses that
are currently running meta ads in the selected
keywords that you use. Do you see other people running paid ads for similar
courses or solutions? If so, this is good. This means that you
have competition, which means that your
problem is validated. This problem actually exists, and people have been
capitalizing on this problem. So if no one is running ads, there's usually no
money to be made. Then you check for search
volume and intent. Go to YouTube, go to red it, go to Facebook groups, go to basic Google Trends and check. Are people actively asking specific frustrated
questions about how to fix this
exact issue, right? You should look for
high intent words. For example, how do I fix
this specific problem? If you're a dentist, for
example, with empty chairs, how do I fix client
acquisition problems or let's say patient
acquistion problems as a dentist or the best tool for short form content editing if you're selling
this course right here? So you should check
for search volume and intent after you
have validated the fact that you have paid
competition in addressing the problem that
you want also to solve. And finally, the
transformation gap. Any student clearly see the distance between
when they are right now, which is point A,
the point of pain, and where they will
be after your course, which is going to be point B, the point where this pain is completely eradicated and
they have been transformed, again from point A to point B. If transformation gap is muddy, then the sales copy will fail. If you make this transformation
gap sharp and distinct, then your sales copy, the whole way that
will be structuring our landing pages,
our sales pages, our checkout pages
is going to be streamlined and easy
to follow along. Right? So this is
your actionable step before the next
lesson of the course in which we're going to
be tackling branding. Take the three niche ideas you wrote down in lesson one and look at the sourcing track you committed to in Lesson two. Today, you must pick
one definite problem to solve around the course
that you have licensed, created, or collaborated
with an expert to produce. And I want you to fill out this exact sentence right here, template on your worksheet on this again sheet
that you have right here before you click
on the next video. And this sentence
goes as follows. I am going to help
a specific person. You type your exact
target Avadar right here. This could also be a business. Solve the exact problem, and then you type your specific painful
problem that they have, so they can achieve, again, their desirable point
of transformation. This should also be
specific and measurable. And I want you to
lock this sentence in and once you
have it finalized, you are now ready to
turn that raw idea into a premium digital brand asset that we're going to be doing in the next lessons of the course. So in lesson four, we dive directly into part three
of your framework, which is branding overview. And offer creation. We're going to be brainstorming the best offer that appeals to this target after of yours, and then we're going
to be structuring and setting up a whole brand. So this whole thing
looks premium and is going to be able
to sell on Automode. So I'm going to show you
how to package your course, so it looks like
a premium, again, $1,000 asset, even
if it only took you 48 hours to source. And that's the real beauty,
of course, dropshipping. You source something that has already been created that
has already been produced, and you leverage it under the umbrella of your own
brand to sell it with credibility to businesses
and to cost consumers, which is simply awesome. So I think that we're
starting to shape, again, your course
dropshipping business again, I think that you
really are starting to understand the real value of this business
model now and I'm going to see you in the
next as one of the squares.
6. Master AI Prompting with Claude: To this point of
this masterclass, you have chosen and licensed the course that you're
going to be dropshipping, and you've also chosen the direction you're going to be taking with the angle
of the marketing. Are you going to be
selling this on a B to B basis or on a B to C basis? Now, at this point, this master class here turns
from a theoretical approach, the completely
practical approach, and I'm going to show you
how to utilize a pw of artificial intelligence to
create your landing page, your sales page, and
your checkout page, and start structuring
this funnel before we host the course and
we start marketing. So in this lesson right here, we're going to be
setting the stage, and we're going to be preparing the correct prompts that
we're going to be giving to Claude in the next
son of this course to actually start structuring
our landing page. So I have a series
of four prompts, which you can see right here. And those are four prompts
that we're going to be inputting to Cha GPT to let these AI again algorithms know exactly who we're targeting and what we're selling before we start actually
engaging with Claude, which is going to be, again, the AI software of choice to create the landing
pages, right? So you're going
to have access to this document right here
with all the prompts. So let's go ahead and
actually start engaging. So the works will overview. This protect here helps
students move from choosing a licensed course to build
a clear B to B offer. So in our case, we
are going to be targeting businesses
with our offer and our course job shipping
again approach due to the fact that it's just way
more profitable, right? So we're going to be using TBD as an offer strategist and then pass the final brief to Claude to create
the landing page. So, again, the flow up and the loss point goes as follows. Course selection, you have selected and licensed
your course. Then we have chosen the market, which in this case, is going
to be a B to B market. Then the business outcome after that, we're
packaging the offer, creating the landing
page strategy, and actually handing
everything to Claude to build the
landing page for us. So for the first
prompt right here, this prompt will help you stop thinking like you're just
selling a course and start thinking like
you're solving a business problem since we're targeting B to B customers
with our course. And this right here is the prompt that we're
going to be using. I'm building a B
to B offer around a licensed online course
that did not create myself. My role is to package, position and sell this course as a course growth operator. Course that I selected is, and I'm going to be
pasting the link of the course right here
that we license, right? I want to sell this
course to companies, teams or organizations
rather than individual customers,
right, consumers. Help me define the best BTB
market for this course. Please analyze which type of companies would benefit
most from this course. Who inside the company would
be the best decision maker? Who would be the actual
end user student? What business problem does
this course solve and what pain points would make a company willing
to pay for this, right? What is the strongest BB again, use case for the scorse? Give me three possible
B to B target markets, then recommend the strongest
one and explain why. So again, we're
going to be copying this right here,
the whole prompt. I just moved to another
operating system regarding the prompt list, and we're pasting it right here. So regarding the course
that we selected, let's just go to iPro. Okay, let's say, for example, that from the course library, you selected this
course right here, the 2025 AI office
productivity master class. So what we're going to
be doing is that to give as much details as
possible to JTPT, we're going to click on Review on uremi and we're going to be copying the
title, right here. And we're going to be also
adding to this prompt, this is the live uremi link, right, for you to preview
this course, right? So we're going to
be also copying this link and pasting
it right here. So now, we give this prompt
to GPT, and we wait a bit. So I will evaluate this as a B to B training officer rather
than a mi course, right? Market fit, bio economics, internal stakeholders, and the most sellable
enterprise use case. I'll quickly verify the public
course positioning first, then map it to target markets. So based on core positioning, this is not best sold
as a generic AI course. It should be sold as a practical productivity
implementation program for non technical
office teams, right? So best B to B positioning, AI productivity training
for office teams, help employees write
faster, summarize meetings, automate repetitive admin work, and standardized daily
workflows with AI. Three possible B to
B target markets, professional services
firms, right? That's number one target
market that we could do, real estate, property management and construction admin teams. Target market number
two, SMB corporate teams adopting AI for the
first time, right? So smaller and medium
sized businesses, companies with 2,300
employees, right? And recommended
strongest market, right, professional
services firms. This is the strongest
BB market based on GPT, and then we also break down
the best buyer persona. So right now, what
we're doing is we're prompting GPT to gain as much information
as possible about exactly the course that we're selling and who
we're selling it to. So let's move now to prompt
number three, which is, I want to turn this course into a clear b2b business
outcome, right? The course is
insert course name. The target market I chose
is insert target market. The decision maker is, again,
insert decision maker, and the end, students
are insert and students. Right? So we're
going to be copying, again, this prompt right here. And pasting it right here. Please give me the
main transformation this course creates
for the company, the measurable business outcome this course could support, the operational
problem it brings, it helps reduce or solve
the cost of the company not solving this problem and a compelling before and
after transformation, five possible offer angles for selling this course B to B. Now, in your case,
if you know these, you can actually insert them, okay? And I urge you to do so. But for the sake of saving time in this
demonstration here, what I'm going to do is that I am going to delete
these, right? And I'm just going to give JAGPT the creative leverage here to just brainstorm
all of these without me giving all of these
prompts right here. So let me click on Send, and let's see what
we get, right? Here's the business
focused translation. You're not selling a course
about AI productivity. You're selling a practical AI workflow adoption program that helps office teams reduce
repetitive admin work, improve communication speed, and standardized
daily execution. So the main transformation
for the company is a team from a team where employees manually handle
repetitive office work to a team that uses AI assisted workflows to complete emails, meeting notes, reports, SOPs, project updates, and
daily admin tasks faster and more consistently. So measurable business outcome this course could
support reducing time spent on repetitive
office communication and documentation by 20
to 40%, let's say. Operational problem, it
helps reduce or solve. Operational drag caused by repetitive knowledge
work, right? Cost of the company
not solving fraud. So all of these are
elements that we will be adding to the landing
page to the sales page, to the checkout page, and
to our marketing efforts. So now let's move to
prompt number three. And of course, in your case, you could be engaging
more with PD. It's just that I want to
not waste your time here. I'm just showing
you the prompts, but you need to
undergo this process right here to create, you know, a prompting SOP inside of GBD before we move
into Claude, right? So in prom number three, I now want you to package
this licensed course into a B to B offer, right? I'm not going to be
engaging with this for now, but you can, of course, insert your course, insert
your target market, the decision maker, and
the students, right? Help me create a complete B to B offer around this course. Please define the offer name, the one time sentence
value position, the core promise, what is
included in the offer, how many employees this
offer could include, right? And sets, whether it
should be sold as a one time training team
license onboarding program, internal Academy or monthly
training subscription. The strongest pricing model for this offer, possible
pricing tiers, the main objections a company might have and how to overcome each objection. So
make this offer. Sounds like a serious
business training solution, not a simple online
course, right? So I'm going to be coping this. Let me try this one more time. I'm going to be copying this and I'm going to be
pasting it right here. Let me just remove these as GBD. I think that in my case has
enough context to recommend me these elements right here and complete
BTB offer package, offer name, AI Office
proactivities sprint, right? Alternative corporate
names here. But it recommends AI office
productivity sprint. One sentence value precision. AI office proactivity sprint helps office teams reduce
repetitive admin work, speed up communication, and
standardize daily workflow using practical AI
tools and templates. Core promise. In
seven to 14 days, your team will know how
to use AI to complete everyday office work faster
with better consistency, less manual effort, and less, again, managerial
back and forth. Most direct vision. Your team will leave with
practical AI workflows. They can immediately apply to emails, meetings, documents, reports, SOPs, and
project communication. And then what's
included in the offer. So I'm scrolling
downwards now, right? And again, this is the full
value stack of the course. I'm not going to bore you with
this course specifically, but this is what you should
be seeing right now in GPT. You can see all of the copy and all of the value
proposition, and, of course, pricing tiers to
being recommended by GPT. And you can see, by the way,
the pricing tiers that it recommends for a course that
you probably licensed for, let's say, 300 bucks, you can sell now for a
lower ticket of 1.5 K, and that's what GBT
recommends here. Right, you got all of this data that we're
going to be working on, which is exactly
what we wanted here. So let's read the
strongest sale positioning before we move into
the next section here. So your team is already spending hours every
week on emails, meeting reports, updates, SOPs, and repetitive admin work. AI can reduce that workload, but only if employees
know how to use it inside the real
daily workflow. So the AI office productivity
sprint gives your team a structured
practical system for mapping AI everyday office
work so they can save time, communicate faster, and
execute more consistently. So this is awesome,
considering the fact that we just gave the title and
the gi description, of course, that we are
going to be selling. So the final prompt that we're going to be
using it is right here. I am preparing to create a landing page for my BTB
course job saving offer, right? Before I ask Claude to
create a landing page, help me create the full landing
page messaging strategy. So give me the main
headline, the sub headline, the primary CTA, the
main problem section. Why now section, the
offer breakdown section, the benefit section, the
business outcome section, credibility trust, the objection handling session section, the final CDA section, and the
overall angle of the page. Also, give me a short
creative brief that I can paste into Claude so you can create the actual landing page. And here's the beauty
of this whole model. You do not need to be
a pro copywriter or a pro developer or a pro
landing page expert. All you need to know, of course, all you need to
have is a licensed course ready to deploy, and you just need to ask the
correct questions to AI, which is exactly what
we're doing here. I'm going to be copying,
again, this prompt here. I'm going to be pasting it TGPT, let me just delete these
once again, right, so we don't need to remind
JGBT of her details, right? And let's just shoot this prompt TGPT and see
what it will come up with. And this right here,
what we're gaining right here is the final
prompt that we're going to be giving with all of
the information to Claude to actually start generating
our first landing page. And spoiler alert, the first landing
page that Claude will generate will
not be perfect. But we're going to be, again, tweaking stuff inside
the landing page that Claude creates to
make it actually better. And then we're going
to move to the sales page and the checkout page, and it's going to be a super streamlined process due
to the fact that we already so much information about this whole
course generated. Right? And again, the
more the more details you give to AI, the better the outcome will be. So, again, the more
descriptive we are on exactly what we're selling
and who we're selling, the better the copy that we'll be creating
and the better, of course, the funnel will look like the funnel that
we're creating, right? So all of these are the different elements
that we're now going to be giving in the next
lesson of this course to Claude to actually start
generating the landing page. So again, I hope that this
whole thing makes sense here. I hope that again, moving from
a completely theoretical, the first theoretical
part of this course to this practical
section that we're currently undergoing
is beneficial for you. And in the next lesson,
I'm going to show you how to take the
results that BI gave us and plug them into
prompt to actually start developing your first Course
Dropshipping landing page. So I'm super excited to have you here see you in the next lesson.
7. Build Your Landing Page with AI: Up until this point
of this master class, you know exactly what
course job shipping is. You have chosen and
licensed your course, and we have taken
the exact data from this course and prompted
JAGPT to actually engineer one complete total
prompt that we're going to be inputting inside of
clothes to actually create the landing page and
the checkout page. And based on this exact value position
regarding who we're targeting and the structure of the landing page
and the checkout page, we're also going to be directing our whole
marketing approach. Now, in this lesson right here, you will be completely amazed by the
capabilities of Claude. What we're going
to be doing in the next 10 minutes would take you at least two weeks if you were to do this like one year
ago or two years ago, without the power of artificial
intelligence and Claude. So enough with
this introduction, let's take this huge prom trait here that we engineered
with JJPD at the end previous lesson
and go ahead and copy it and then
open Claude cowork. Now, if you're not
aware of Claude and what's the difference
between Claude and Jach Bit, it's mostly the fact that
Claude actually takes control of your
computer and it's also able to develop websites, right, and develop designs
and develop illustrations and develop copy
on a live website. So that's the biggest
difference here, and this is why we're currently
moving from GBT to cloud. So what I want you to do
is that I want you to download cloud right,
open Cloud cow, which is this option
of cloud that enables you to develop alongside with this AI and paste this
huge prompt again from GBT to clod and we're
going to hit on Send now, this will take some time as
this is a huge prompt here, and Claude will analyze every single aspect of this prompt that we
engineered right here, right to create
the landing page. And keep in mind that the
landing page won't be perfect. We're here to tweak some stuff and tweak certain parameters, specific parameters
of the landing page to make sure that
it's optimal for us to deploy and have live and start bringing traffic
to the landing page. But just like that,
without you needing to expert developer or again, an expert copywriter or
an expert illustrator, you are now able to produce landing pages for courses that
you haven't even produced. What a crazy time to be alive. So I'm going to
be back here when this AN page has completed
its loading process, and we will be able to
preview our landing page. So Claude has stopped loading, and it has actually produced the landing
page for us, right? It took about 5 minutes, and let's check the result here. So done, a single file responsive BTB landing
page with all 14 sections. Stick enough, hero with
a capacity recovered, stat card, problem,
win now split, six business outcomes,
offer breakdown, eight items included grid, employee benefits, so
everything that we asked for. Copy is written to
your positioning. It frames the offer as a productivity
implementation system, not a course and consistently
leans on time recovered, consistency, adoption, and safe use rather
than learn AI high. Right? So two things to wire
up before we going live. Point the book a
team training called buttons at your
sched link and swap the placeholder
industry names in the Trust row for real client logos if
you have them, right? So let's actually check out the landing page that has produced. And this is it in
5 minutes, right? So train your team to save hours every week using
practical AI workflow. So now we're going
to be previewing the standing page right here, and we're going to be suggesting any changes that we don't want. But again, this
looks pretty good. So let's see, a practical 14 day AI training implementation
program that helps office teams reduce
repetitive admin work, improve communication speed,
and standardized daily workflows using AI, right? Your team is so every week
to repetitive office work. And this looks good. Right?
I see a lot of copy. Right, your team
is already using AI just without a system, AI adoption without structure, AI adoption on a
repeatable system. What your company
gets out of it, recover time, faster
communication, standardized segmentation,
safer AI usage, faster onboarding, right? Introducing the AI
productivity sprint. A 14 day training and
implementation program that turns AI from a random employee experiment to a repeatable productivity system your whole team uses for
everyday office work. This looks good. This looks
professionally created. And yeah, it just
always like you know, drives me crazy how fast this whole thing
was produced here. A breakdown of the days
throughout the course, a simple 14 day rollout, right? And one flat program
price per team. So we got standard
Team, growth Team, and company Enable them, right? With book a team
training call because this course right here as it's positioned in a B to B basis, it's going to be sold
usually in calls, right? So you're going to be again, sharing this landing
page with others, running traffic to
this landing page, and then funneling
people to book a call. This is going to be
a book a call funnel to sell this course usually for selling this for such a high
ticket, right? It's great. And I really like also the Wow, the frequently asked
questions section right here. You know, everything's
super smooth. I don't like the color
here on this button. And I would like to have more, let's say, visual
like diagrams, right? Illustrations. So let's
actually change this. I'm going to actually paste
this prompt rate here, or I'm actually going to be
prompting cloued with this. I like, right, the landing page. It's just that I
would like to have more visual elements
to it and diagrams. Add these. Right?
Just like that. Don't need to optimize
for spelling here. I did some spelling
mistakes, but it's fine. Like this AI is super powerful. So let's see how much time it will take for Claude
to analyze this prompt right here and actually add some more visual
elements because I think that up until this
point, this looks good. It has a lot of words to
it and a lot of copy. And I'm not sure that someone
who's just, you know, who spends the first 20
seconds looking at this, who'll be engaged just by
reading all of these things because people won't read
the whole copy of the page. That's why we need some more
visual, let's say, elements, just engage people
who stumble across this landing page here. But
this looks really good. This looks
professionally creative. So let's give Claude a
second you've got it. Let me add a set of
custom SBG diagrams, right, and visual elements
throughout the page. So let's give it a second here. You can see it's editing
the file currently. And by the way, this is
privately hosted currently, so it's not deployed online, this page right here, right? Yes, it opens on GoogRm, but it's a file, as
you can see up here. So we need to host this Sommere so you need
to purchase a domain, right, and you need
to host the Somere, which by the way, Claude can
help you do all of this. So now the hero card, adding a mini before
and after bar chart, now the problem section, adding the weekly time
drain bar diagram, right, after the cost callout, now the win now section, adding the random experiments to repeatable system flow diagram. So all of these are, again, the visual elements
that we will be adding to the landing page. And again, any changes
that you want to do because maybe in the
course that you license, you see other problems that, you know, game after Claude
developed the landing page, you can, of course,
prompt anything that you want to be changed. But in general, as
a rule of thumb, know that the landing
pages that come out of Claude are good. The result is, let's
say, seven out of ten, but we want to make them an eight out of ten or
a nine out of ten. So our marketing efforts aren't diminished from a bad
landing page, right? So now converting
the hardwork section into a visual
timeline and adding a small script to render the
Roy people icons, right? Adding the script to render
the Roy people icons before closing Body tag, verifying everything
is valid and in place. And 10 seconds, I
think we should have the new landing page
created, right? All balanced, all diagrams
present, marking complete. So we wait a bit, and let's
see what it comes up with. Present the file thinking. Added five custom visuals, all build in line, so it stays as a single file. These are the five custom
visuals that it added. Everything is responsive and the diagram data is illustrated, labeled as such on
the time drain chart. Why we add a
comparison table for the three pricing
tiers or animate the bars time on scroll. So let's see first to the page, and then we're going to be
answering to this, right? So see it added
this, for example. It used to be like this.
Now, it's like this, right? Let's scroll downwards
and see other visual. Okay, so here's another visual element that
we just added, like this. Again, in seconds. And I have been creating
landing pages for a while now, actually for multiple years, and I can almost guarantee that doing this with a
developer would take at least one day
and money, right? But now you're doing
this immediately just like this with Claude, another visual
element right here. This is a great landing
page, by the way. Like, this landing page
is great, and it works. It will convert if positioned properly and delivered properly
to the correct audience. I'm very pleased with
this. Let's see. Another thing you
can do with Claude, and I'm just playing
around here to show you all the
capabilities of Claude Cow. But by the way, again, what
we have created up until this point is absolutely mind blowing and it can
finely be used. But another thing you can do is that you can ask Claude to give you three different design
variants of the landing page. So I want you to give me three different
design, let's say, styles for this
landing page right here and recommend me
which one you would Select based on my target
avatar. All right. So now, Claude will actually
go ahead and redesign this landing page or at
least certain elements of this landing
page three times. And it will, of
course, recommend us which one of these designs it would probably choose based on the target
avatar that we have. Now, I know that this looks
very straightforward, and it is really
straightforward, but it is really straightforward because we actually prompt engineered this huge prompt with hachPT before we
imported it into Claude. So know that if you would be if you started to engage with Claude and try to prompt
engineer inside of Claude cow, the result wouldn't
be that good. That's why we started with JGBT and now we are inside of Claude. So great idea. Seeing the same offer in
different visual languages, make the choice concrete. Let me build three complete, distinct design directions
as separate files, then give you a recommendation
tied to your buyer. So we're waiting a bit, and as you can see,
prompt is generating. It's literally writing
characters, writing copy. And I want you to know that if you have the
free version of Claude, or if you have the paid version of Claude which is
like nine, I think, or ten bucks a month, you will have a limit
on Claude usage. In my case, I pay for the
more premium, let's say, version of Claude in
which the usage is way, way, you know, higher. So I can be engaging with
Claude as much as I want, and I pretty much never
run out of usage. But in your case, if
you run out of usage, there is a cool down
period of 4 hours. So you just wait for
hours, you know, keep up with your life,
you do something else, and then you come back and you start reengaging
with Claude. And your usage is back to zero. So if you run out
usage, don't worry. You just need to wait for
a cooldown of 4 hours, and then you can still
keep engaging with Claude. But in my opinion, after
working with Claude for about three months
now or four months now, I can guarantee you that as an online business owner
and as someone who, you know, transacts
with the online world, it's absolutely necessary
to have this AI, and it's actually way
more powerful than HGVD. It's just that for prompt engineering and
actually engineering, you know, awesome text
prompts that are, you know, not that hard to do, we can definitely
utilize the power of HGVD and then to Claude. So let's wait a second
here for Claude, to write these files and give us the three different
visual languages, and then we're going to
just continue from there. Okay, so all three so all three validate
cleanly balanced tags, no broken anchors, all sections and CDAs present,
marking complete, right? So three complete style
A, boardroom, right? Sheriff headlines, Navy
Ivory bronzed palette, thin rule lines, and a ledger style what's
included, right? Feels like a
management consultancy or a professional
services firm proposal. Reads a serious trustworthy
and premium low risk with conservative buyers. So let's see style A. Right, style A boardroom. Let's check it out. Okay, so this is way more minimal, actually, than the previous one. This is the one that we
used to have right here, and now we move to this,
which is, again, board room. I actually like it very much, especially for consecutive
again, BTB buyers. I feel like this is
perfect, actually. Really good. Let's
move to the next one. Style B momentum, airy
white space, indigo, steel gradients, rounded
cards with soft shadows, colorful icon lines, a most popular pricing
card that pops. Feels like a modern B to
B SAS product, right? So let's see style B momentum. Let's click it. Okay, so
this is Style B momentum. I really looks like
this one, right? So the first one that
it was produced. Again, more modern SaaS type of product I really like
Style B too. I don't know. Maybe I would go with
Style B, actually. Everything that we generated is just better than
the previous time. The more we engage with this AI, the better it gets.
This is really good. This looks really
good. All right. And style C signal, high contrast near black with
an electric lime accent, oversized uppercase
headlines, monospace labels, a scrolling industry ticker, hard edged grid blocks,
so let's check this out. And actually, Claude
recommendation is style A boardroom, right? So let's see style C for now. Okay, way more bold. Honestly, I don't
really like this, especially for B to B courses.
I don't really like this. I would either go with
style B or style A. And I feel like style A really resonates to more
conservative buyers. And yes, it looks professional, but it doesn't have
this, you know, futuristic type of layer
that we would look for. But, again, this is really good. So I would probably
go with style B, to be honest with you. It also has the illustrations. That's what we asked for. In place. This
looks really good. And just imagine that we made this in less than 10 minutes, which is just absolutely mind blowing every time that I create a landing page with
Claude, right? So again, up until this point, you've licensed the course. You know exactly what
course dropshipping is. You've chosen your
market. We're going to be targeting
me to be markets, and now you have your landing
page just like this ready. It's like we have, you know, a product and a shop already
created and hosted with, again, minimal of spend. So now the final step here after you've done with your
landing page and you feel like your
landing page is good, the next step is to actually go ahead and host
this landing page. And to host your landing page, all you need to do is go ahead
and purchase your domain, and you can do this
through name chip, which is a website in which you can purchase domains
and license domains. And by the way, keep in
mind that the fact that we're going to be sending
this landing page to people, especially if we're
targeting BB markets, and we're going to talk
about traffic, right, and how to bring ibls
to your website. But for now, keep
in mind that for this style of
courses, BB courses, we're usually going to be
sending this landing page out to people rather than bringing people in with content. So if we're sending the
landing page out with people, we don't need crazy domain
that is super expensive. With something like ten bucks, you can purchase a
domain that works and host your website. So the next step here is
to take the landing page, engage with Claude and
actually ask Claude to go ahead and host
this website for you. So I'm going to leave you to do this by yourself.
It's not that hard. I don't want to open
my um you know, name cheap preferences because you can see all the domains
that I have and stuff. But it's super straightforward. Just ask Claude, Hey, I want to host this, guide me through purchasing a domain
and actually hosting it. It's a very simple process. It's going to take
less than 5 minutes. And up until the end,
again, of the next section, what I want you to
have is one link to the landing page that we have
created and now is hosted. So at this final
section of the course, we're going to be discussing in the next final section
of the course, we're going to be discussing
around about marketing. So you're going to be learning exactly how to drive traffic to this website of yours
and how to actually sell on a B to B basis, which is the most potent right? And revenue wise, also the best way to sell licensed courses. So I think that
this session right here was completely
mind blowing. Every time that I
engage with Claude, I just have my mind
completely blown, right? And I'm going to see you
in the final, again, practical section of this course right here in which we're
going to be discussing about marketing and bringing eyeballs to your funnel.
So I'm going to see you.
8. Host and Launch Your Course: So up until this point, you
know what dropshipping is. You have licensed your course. We have tailored our whole
marketing approach and our structuring of
the landing page to be on a B to B basis, and we have also created
the landing page. So what's missing is to actually host the course somewhere
and ensure that students and companies that
enroll to a course have a smooth educational
experience and then connect the hosted
course with the landing page. So when an institution proceeds to actually pay
inside of the landing page, they get forward to
the hosted course. So in this session Right here, I'm going to show
you two ways to host your course after
you have licensed it. So I'm going to explain again, you've licensed the course, you have downloaded the videos, but where will these
videos be hosted? This is the exact
question that we be answering in this
lesson right here. Now, I'm going to give you two hosting options in this
lesson right here. The first one is
completely free and either costs like nine bucks a month if you want
the full version, and this is school. Now, you probably
are aware of school. Until this point, it is
an online course and community hosting
platform created by the one and
only Alex Or Mozi. And I have personally hosted
multiple courses that have also been sold on a B to
B basis inside of school. This is an example of
one of these courses. It is called the IADC or International Academy
of Digital Creation. And you can see this how the
user interface looks like. So you have a general
discussion section right here with multiple subcategories
if you want to add them. In the classroom section, you will have all
of the different courses, again, host here. And I'm not even go into
too much detail on how to actually the courses
here because it's super easy and super
straightforward. If you go to school
and you follow the step by step guide
inside of this platform, you will be able to
host your courses and upload the videos here, and all of the courses that
you will be licensing, for example, will be
hosted right here, right? You also have a calendar
feature if you want to create live events with the people inside
of your community, and you can also see
more information about your members right here. Now, your community on school has multiple different
features that you can tweak. If you go to
settings, you can go, for example, in pricing, and in pricing, you can change the different pricing
model of your community. You can have it a one time
payment subscription based, if you want people to
paying you per month. But if you go in
one time payment, you get to choose how much you will be charging
for your course. So you click on here,
you change the price. Let's say, for example, this is an enterprise
type of course, and it it will be sold for 1.5 K. So in the Invite section
of your school community, after you have set the price of your course,
you click on Copy. And this right here is
the link that you will be referring people to in order
to enroll to your course. And it is as simple as that. Once an institution
has purchased your course and they have
fulfilled the payment, then you can instantly
invite all of the members of their team
with an invite link, so it's super easy to onboard people inside of your
school community. So again, my
personal software of recommendation when it comes to hosting your
course is school, but I got one more actual
software to suggest to you. If you're super serious about b2b courses and you
want to make the most out of the
educational experiences you provide these institutions, you can also use
Propov training maker. And the thing with this software here is that it's
completely free. It's completely open source. The educational flow of the videos won't be
as good as school. That being said, a lot
of companies that I have worked with and I have seen actually in the learning space, use Pprov as it's
completely bulletproof. It doesn't lag. It
doesn't have any bugs, and it just gets the job done. So I want you to analyze the course that
you have licensed. I want you to
analyze your target out there in your
target audience. I want you to think
how many people you are comfortable in
enrolling the course, for example, you can sell a
course to an institution, but if this institution requires 20 or 100 employees to
enroll in your course, things are more
likely to break with more members inside
of school community. That's why you can also
consider props training maker. So I want you to weigh these
two options, choose one, and actually go ahead and host your course on any
platform that you choose. After this, we have done
with the landing page. We're done with
hosting the course, and it's time to
talk about arguably the most important category of this whole master
class right here, just driving traffic to our courses and actually
bringing sales. So this is what we're
going to be doing in the next as of the course.
9. Market and Sell Your Course: Congratulations. Up until this point, your
course is hosted. The landing page is live, and you have one
link ready to be shared with the world to
start enrolling businesses, especially in this
funnel that we're creating in this master
class right here, which is A B to B course
dropshipping funnel. Now, in this period here, we're going to be
discussing how to populate this funnel of yours, how to drive eyeballs into the landing page that
will be converted from, again, complete strangers
into customers. And in this session
right here, we're going to be breaking down all of the way drive
traffic to your course. And the way that I would
suggest you to follow, again, in this specific course
that you have created and this exact target market that we have chosen
together to target. So welcoming to Sasan
which we're going to be discussing how to get
buyers for your course. We're going to be
analyzing the four ways to drive traffic to your funnel and the one that wins for a
B to B course like yours. So here's a plan of the stain. You've built
the course, right? The only thing between
you and revenue. The only thing standing
between you and revenue currently is traffic. And there are four ways to actually acquire
traffic to your course. Those are organic content, paid ads, warm outreach,
and cold outreach. And of course, each one of these ways works. It
has been working. It has worked with
multiple courses that I have scaled with
all of these methods. But there's a trade off in
all of these methods in which you need to understand
in order to choose properly. So the five criteria that separate a channel
that prints money from one that wastes your time will also be elaborated in
this class right here. And we're going to
be talking about why for a B to B course called Adag beats
every other channel. And more specifically,
why Linkedin is where everything
happens and why you should focus on this platform. Finally, I'm going
to show you exactly who you should be targeting, which are HR department, usually and small to medium sized business
founders, right, and what to say exactly to
them and how to reach out to them in cold outreach, right? So your course is
now built, right? It's hosted, it's launched. You have the landing
page and the website created with Claude
and now it's live. What happens now, right? Again, you source the course, you build the funnel, you build the offer, you did
the hard part. So now, right, it just sits
there, finished and polished. So this is where most course
businesses quietly die, and they don't die
from a bad product. But they die because there
is no traffic to the course. There is no traffic to
the standing page, right? And if you build
it, they will come. The statement is a complete lie. No one comes to your course
unless you go and get them. You need active effort to again drive buyers and drive
enrollment to the course. So the next decision here, where buyers actually come from, decides if this is going
to be a business or simply a hobby sitting on your CV or sitting on
your LinkedIn page. We want to turn this course
into a business that keeps enrolling and enrolling people. So how do we do this? There are four ways, again, to drive traffic to your course, and we're going to be
elaborating and analyzing and breaking down each and every single
one of these ways. The first one is
organic content. And organic content means that you create media,
you create content, and you post it completely for free on all of these different
algorithms out there, all of these
different platforms, YouTube, Instagram,
Tik Tok, right? And this content is designed
and tailored in a way that attracts buyers and
compounds over time. This compounding
effect is potentially the most potent right, point for you to start
creating content. Content compounds over time. It's powerful, but
it's slow to start. Then another way to drive
traffic to your course through media is
through Aid media. So paid ads. And ads pay for Clicks Day. You can literally pay for clicks and pay to drive
traffic to your course today. It's super fast, but the traffic dies the second you stop
paying for these ads. So it's easy for you to turn a ad campaign
into a money bit if you are not proficient in ads and if you've never
run a single ad before. That being said, if you
know how to run ads, if you know how to structure a proper ad campaign correctly, this can be one of the
easiest way to scale a course due to the fact
that it's fast, right? Then outside of media, we have warm outreach
and cold outreach, and warm outreach refers to reaching out to your
network and your list. This could be an email list, a list of email subscribers, people who already
know and trust you, and they have given
you the emails, right? You reach out to them and
you upsell them the course. It's high trust, but
it runs dry in days, and you also need to have
an email list, right? A way to reach out to people who already know like and trust you. So if you don't have
an audience, right, warm outreach pretty much
doesn't exist, right? But then we have
also cold outreach, and cold outreach is the secret golden key
for you in this stage, especially the fact that you're selling a high ticket DB course. So in cold outreach, what we do is that we
reach out to cold people. So people who are strangers, people who don't
know who we are. These are strangers who
fit your buyer directly. Now, cold outreach is
manual. It requires time. It requires energy. It
requires daily input, but get buyers from day one if you're correct
with this approach and if you actually target the
exact person that has this huge problem that you're here to solve with your course. So these are the four channels, and only one is right for a brand new BTB
course as yours with, you know, not a very solid brand that has been
established for years. It's a new brand that
you have created. It's a new course that
you're launching, right? So one of those four channels
will work perfectly. And in my opinion, this
is called outreach. So let's actually go ahead and score each and every
single one of them because maybe you see something in the other outreach methods
or in the future, you want to scale a different type of
course that could be leveraged with different
again, traffic routes. So let's start with
organic content. And organic content,
first of all, is completely free,
which is awesome, and it compounds over time,
which is also something very valuable for any
information business out there. The only problem here is that
organic content is slow. It's slow to produce, slow to
grow and slow to monetize. That being said,
again, it's completely free, and it
compounds over time. So in organic content, what
you do is that you publish content that attracts your
buyer for free, right? And it keeps working
for you for years. I have videos that
I've posted on my personal YouTube channel
years and years ago, and people still view
these videos and gain value from these videos
and take action based exactly on why I have tailored these videos and
why I have tailored these videos to do so. The catch here is that
organic content is slow. You should expect months of posting before it
reliably brings qualified leads to book a call with you or
to directly purchase your course depending on selling and who you're
selling it towards. So for creators with
time and patience, this is the best long
term engine out there. If you have time, if
you have patients, if you have the systems to
start producing content, this is the best
solution for you. That being said, if
you're in the course dropshipping because you don't want to be in front of a camera, you just want to be
the growth operator, and you don't have time to
create content yourself or you don't have the resources to hire someone else to
create content for you, then this probably isn't
the best idea out there. Now, for a BV course that
needs revenue right now, waiting on the algorithm is a luxury that you
probably don't have. You don't have the time, the
energy and the patients to upload 100 YouTube
blonFm videos, 110 minute YouTube long form
videos and see what happens. So the verdict regarding organic content is that
it's powerful long term, but too slow to
launch with, right? If you're scaling
another type of business and if you have the time and if you
have the energy, and if you have the willingness to start
producing content, it's my go to method to scale a course and to
drive traffic to a course. If you don't move to
the other methods. And the next way to
drive traffic is, of course, paid ads, and paid ads are pretty
much fast clicks that you have to rent from
other platforms out there. So in paid ads, it's
super straightforward. You spend money and
you get clicks today. It's fast, it's measurable, it's scalable, but on paper. The catch here, you see, is that the moment
the budget stops, the moment you stop running
ads, the traffic stops. You do not build
a brand identity. You do not nurture
people with ads. You just shove your offer in their faces and hope that some of these
people will convert. And many times, these
people convert. They do convert and
they do buy and you do scale in for products if
you know what you're doing, and if you tailor
your ads properly, but you don't own anything. You don't own the media,
you don't own the traffic, you don't own the brand. You rent it from other platforms like meta like Instagram like
Google, right? And on top of that,
B to B clicks. So having another business, someone that's an HR
department, for example, of a business, click on your
course will be expensive. A LinkedIn ad click can cost several dollars before
anyone replies to your ad, and it all comes down
into how you have structured your ad campaigns and how your funnel looks like. So paid math needs a proven
funnel and real budget. And most new course
sellers like you don't have a budget and don't
have a proven funnel. Yes, our funnel is great, and yes, our landing
page looks professional. And yes, our landing
page will convert eventually if we
drive traffic to it. But on paid ads, you
need to be super confident before you start
pumping money into this. So the verdict regarding
paid ads is that it burns cash while you're still
finding out your message, while you're still tweaking your offers to maximize
your profitability here. So let's go with
warm outreach now. And warm outreach
isn't media based. It is text based. And in warm outreach,
we have high trust, which runs dry and it can run dry actually pretty
fairly quickly. So in warm outreach, again, you have an
email list of people, and you can also
rent email lists from other people because
other people have also been generating email lists around the exact target
after the Juan target. And again, in warm outfits, you reach out to people
who already know, like and trust you. This
could be your list. This could be past clients. This could be your network if you have been in the
business for a long time. So trust is already there. They have seen already
value from you. They have already been nurtured. So it converts better and
faster than anything else. The catch here is, of course,
that your warm network, this network of people
who know like and trust you is tiny and finite, right? It's not infinite. You exhaust it in a week
or two if you start driving traffic and if you
start pitching to them, right? And again, these people might convert and you might
drive sales from this. But again, this email
list is finite. So it's great for your first sales and
your first testimonials. Let's say you already have
credit recurs before and you have some leads coming
in from this course, people who have already
bought from you, right? You can upsell them to
another course of yours, or you can give them free access to another
course of yours to gain some testimonials and
gain some students reviews, but this is not a
repeatable, scalable engine. So the verdict here is that you can use warm outreach to start. You can use warm
outreach to test, but you run out of people
almost immediately. And now to conclude, we have Cold outreach. And in my opinion, in your case, based on the course that
we have been creating and licensing and
hosting and deploying, Cold outreach would be the best bet to start
driving traffic to your courses and start gaining revenue from this
course immediately. So in Cold Atreg you
have direct access to the exact buyers that
you want to target. So researching strangers who
perfectly match your buyer, right, and starting and
conversation with them directly. There are so many tools out
there in so many places. Everyone's online
nowadays, right? There are so many different
places online that your exact target out
there hangs out, right? And it's up to you to
source these places, figure out where
these people hang out online and actually go
ahead and target them. So in cold outreach, you do not rely on an algorithm. You do not have an ad
budget and you do not wait. You control exactly who sees your message and when
he sees your message, and you just pull the
trigger, send them a message, be like, Hey, I created
this, want to check it out. I will bring value
to your company. And we're going to
be breaking down the exact message for
you to send them. So you can put your offer
in front of, let's say, 50 ideal buyers today for
the cost of your time. So the cost here in Cold outreach is that you
need to invest your time and your energy actively to bring engaged eyeballs
to your funnels. That being said, these
engaged funnels will better key performance
indicators compared to other ways to drive
traffic to your cars, since these are
exact people that we target specifically
with intention. So again, it scales
with systems and tools. AI can really help
you out here, right? And not with lack budget and praying that the algorithm will push your content
to more people. So the verdict here is that
the only channel that hands a new this is the only
channel that hands a new BTB course buyers
for you on day one. This is the fastest
and easiest way out of all of the ways to
bring traffic to your channel, to your offer, again, to drive sales called Outreach. So this is what we're
going to be optimizing. So how do you choose which one again fits
your course the best? Those are five things to score
every single channel on. So the speed to the first sale, if you're optimizing
for speed and you want your first sale
tomorrow next week, right, it can get
you can it get you a paying customer this
month or in six? This is what you should
be asking yourself. Then the cost start. Does it need a budget you don't have yet or
just your time? If it's just your time,
it's a green flag. If it's just your budget,
you need to analyze, of course, your business and how much you're willing
to invest to this. Then targeting, can you reach your exact buyer or do
you just spray and pray? Finally, control, do you own the channel or rent it
from another algorithm? Also, super important point
that you need to understand. If you own the channel,
if you own the lead list, then it's super easy to reach out to them and bring a sale. If you don't own the channel, right, should you rent
it from an algorithm? Should you run ads? And finally, the B to B fit, which is the thing that we're optimizing here for this course. Does it actually
reach the people who buy business training? Does, you know, organic content reach the people by business
training, probably not, especially if you're posting
on TikTok, for example, do you think that HR managers
or founders of small, medium sized businesses
hang out on TikTok? Probably not. So you need to optimize for all of
these questions. Get these questions, screenshot this side right here,
answer these questions, and you will have a
clear understanding of which traffic source
you will focus on. And again, for a BB
course, in my opinion, cold traffic, cold
Atreig always, always wins because
we have speed, right? Cold Atage gets a reply today, whereas organic takes months. So cold wins here.
You got cost because your only cost is your
time and your energy. And, you know, at this point, you can directly exchange your time and your energy
for some enrollment, especially if each enrollment is more than 100 bucks paid with
100% profit margins, right? So again, paid needs cash
upfront, whereas cold doesn't. Then targeting
Cold lets you pick the exact company entitled
that you're targeting. Nothing is this
precise compared to the other ways to drive traffic to your
funnels and control. Now, people
underestimate control, and when you're posting
content, for example, you don't really
have control over these algorithms, right? But on cold traffic, you have 100% control of your
traffic systems, of your client
acquisition systems. So you on the list, you own the conversation, no
algorithm can switch it off. For example, if you
stop paying for ads. So the one place organic beats it is long
term compounding here. But you need to
launch with cold. And if you see that
cold works and you start enrolling
people with cold, right, and you start
having some cash reserves, then I would suggest you
to potentially research some organic content ways to bring traffic and
eyeballs to your offers, and potentially then
after organic works, you move into ads. But this is a correct
sequence of events. You start with gold outreach. If you don't have an email list. You start with gold outreach. You reach out to people,
you gain some enrollments, you get some cash reserves, and then with these
cash reserves, you reinvest organic
traffic after knowing exactly your target Ater and what you will gain
from your course. And then after organic works, and you've seen which types of angles and which
types of videos work, then you can scale
with cold ads. This is how a complete
course business runs regarding client acquisition. So where are we going to be
focusing on your cold outage? We'll be working
inside of LinkedIn. LinkedIn is the platform that we're going
to be leveraging. And with cold, again,
LinkedIn works. LinkedIn is where
b2b decision makers already exist in
professional buying mode. The same people you
can see on Instagram, they won't have
this professional buying mode switched on. You can filter also
exact job title, company size,
industry, seniority. You can have surgical
targeting in this marketplace, which is absolutely awesome. So also, a message there
is expected, right? People expect to receive messages on LinkedIn,
and it's professional. It's not a cold email
lost in a junk folder. People see who
sent this message. Why did this person
send a message, and they're also, again, on professional mode when
they're in LinkedIn. So every profile tells you who they are and what
they care about, so personalization
is super easy. And it's the highest
intent place on Earth reach people who
buy business training. This is your unfair
advantage with this course right here in this course job
shipping master class, the fact that you
can sell B to B with cold traffic on LinkedIn. So it would be a shame for you not to capitalize on this
unfair advantage of yours. So who are we going to be
targeting inside of LinkedIn? The answer here is
that we're going to be targeting HR departments and small and medium sized business founders
inside of LinkedIn. So the two buyers move
fastest for a BB course, HR and L&D leaders and
founders of small businesses. So regarding HR and L&D, they have training budgets, right, and a mandate
upskill their teams. There's a huge demand for
information out there. There's a huge demand for
transformation out there, and especially with AI courses like the one that we
license, for example, for the sake of this course,
shipping master class, there is demand
because there are no big institutions
teaching AI currently. So your course is a line
item that they already fund. On SMB funders, right,
they buy outcomes. These are outcome based
decision makers, right? So if you frame it as a Roy, right, as their
return on investment, more revenue, save time. They will move fast,
and they will buy, especially if they
book a small call with you and you guide
them through the course, you guide them
through the, again, transformative experience that they will be gaining, right? So both are reachable on LinkedIn by the
title, for example, he head of L&D or HR manager
or founder or owner. Those are, again, the keywords that you're
going to be searching inside of LinkedIn before
reaching out to these people. And you need to match the
message to the motive, right? Deams for HR, revenue
for founders. And this is what a proper
cold message looks like. So let's break down exactly
what you're going to be saying in the message and how you're going
to be reaching out. So, first of all, we
start the message. When you're reaching out
again to HR specialists or founders of small and
medium sized businesses, you start with a personal hook. So you reference
something specific about them or the company just to capture their engagement and just to prove that
you're not a bot. And for this stage
of the course, I actually urge
you not to use AI. I urge you not to
use GBD and urge you not to use Claude when
typing the message down. It will take you 30 seconds to 2 minutes
to type a message. And it's going to be worth it. So then you address the problem. You named the exact pain
that your course solves, but in their world's language, after you phrase the problem, and you can see that this
really looks like the breakdown of the landing page that
we created because again, the art of persuasion, right, of persuading
someone to enroll in a course and understand the transformation
that a course deliver really comes down
into hooking people, outlining their problem,
outlining their solution, and then calling
them to take action. So after we've outlined the problem in a cold
message to these people, then we highlight the outcome. The outcome is, again, one
sentence on the result, not the curriculum
of the course. We're not going to be focusing on the
curriculum of the course. We're not going to be
focusing on how the course is structured or how many hours of content there
is in the course. We are only going to be
focusing on the result, the transformation that
the course delivers. So you sell them the
destination of the course rather than the information that they're going
to be getting. And we discussed about this in the first lessons. Of
this master class. After this, you give them
a soft call to action, and this doesn't need
to be in one message. You might have a dialogue
with them, right? And with this dialogue, then sometimes after you
see that they're engaged, you hit them with
a call to action. You ask for interest, right? Worth a quick look, right? It always beats the by now. Would you like to
hop in a call right, would you like to
arrange a meeting for next week to
talk about this? You just ask for permission to directly access
them into a meeting, and you keep it again to
four to five sentences. You respect your time, and this is the respect their time, and this is how you earn
the reply with respect. And again, this needs to be an ongoing dialogue where you deploy the
hook, the problem, the outcome and the CTA
you want them to be replying to your messages
before you hit them with the problem and the
outcome and the CTA, right? This needs to be a
dynamic relationship between you and the
HR departments. And the best way to
train this is to actually go ahead
in the battlefield, in the market, start sending messages, engaging with people, see what works, see
what doesn't work, and then tailor your, again, preferences and your strategy based on your experience, right? So Claude can actually
turn this into a system, and you can definitely leverage Claude to
help you with this. But regarding writing
the message itself, I actually wouldn't
suggest you to do this. So Claude builds your
ideal prospect profile and the exact linking
filters to find them. Because currently in Claude, you have the exact target adders you're going to be targeting. It has the whole landing page that we have created
and deployed together, so it knows exactly which is a direct best person to
purchase your course. And can also write
personalized openers, right? So the first line of
your called Adige at scale in your brand
voice tailored to HR, for example, versus founders. So you can feed the profile of an HR specialist or, you know, from the head of
the HR department or from a founder clothed and ask for five headline
recommendations. You can also of course draft a full follow up
sequence, right? So no lead goes cold from
silence if your again, follow ups doesn't work, and it can also generate
messages in bulk. So 20 message variance test
with the reasoning fridge, so you learn what converts. So your actionable step
for this TsonR here is to actually go ahead and build
your first 20 prospect list. I want you to open
the Cloud project you've used since Lasan
one and pick one buyer. This could be an HR specialist, I can be an LND leader or an SMB founder in a
specific industry. And I want you to use Link
Links filters to pull 20 real people that fit
this list with their names, their titles, and the companies, and then have Claude draft a personalized opener
for the first five. And then, guess what? You send these personalized openers to each one of these five people. You see how they react, you see, how they reach out,
and what they answer. And then you move forward with this list right
here, which is, again, problem, the outcome, and the soft call to action. We do not push
people to purchase. The whole concept
here is to start nurturing people
from cold outreach. Again, those strangers,
for example, these HR department
specialists or the founders of small and
medium sized businesses, you reach out to
them and you start nurturing them by outlining
the value of your course, outlining the problem
that they're currently facing and how you can
solve this problem. And just like that, after
four or five messages, they're not strangers anymore. So then you invite
them in a call, you invite them to take action and book a small
meeting with you. And in this meeting,
you highlight transformation of the course
that you have produced. And at the end of the
meeting, you actually pitch for them to gain access to the course and test
it with their team. I know that this might sound
like a lot of time and a lot of energy
investment and a lot of effort, but at
the end of the day, we are selling a course which
you have licensed or you have even created a very
low amount of revenue, you have 100% profit margins, and you're selling this course
for $1,000 plus per seat. So it's worth trying
and investing this time and investing the energy and start enrolling businesses.
And guess what? Once you start enrolling
businesses and once businesses start to see the transformation
from your courses, you will gain testimonials. You will gain proof of work,
which you can leverage when you're outreaching to
other cold buyers. And on top of this, if you don't want to be
doing this yourself, after you figure out which
systems and which, you know, messages and which types
of angles work the best, you can hire someone for very cheaply to actually go
ahead and do this for you. So there are so many ways to actually scale
with cold traffic. And what I would suggest
to you for now is to just take action,
test the words, go out yourself, see which
messages get the best replies, and then start optimizing. So thanks so much
for being here. I hope that I didn't
overwhelm you with this traffic
lesson rate here, but it's super important
if you want to drive sales to your course, and I'm going to see you
in the final thank you message of this master class.
