their own emotions. First, when we treat ourselves
with kindness, compassion, and care, we nurture a positive relationship
with ourselves. We calculate a strong
foundation for happiness. We feel good. Just imagine you want to bring a change in the

to feel happy. You need to feel compassionate. You need to practice self-care. Once you do that, you

you're planting trees, love to exercise. You go to gym regularly,

get that privilege. So you should be thankful
to the almighty that you have been blessed with a body
which is fully functional. That is a way of expressing
