1. Introduction to the course !: Hello everyone. Welcome to our course on random act of kindness for personal happiness. I'm thrilled to have you here on this journey to explore the transformative power of kindness. And it's profound impact on how our happiness and well-being of others affect through the act of kindness. Kindness is a universal language that has no boundaries and as power to create positive change in the world. Understanding Random Acts of Kindness ?: Now let us understand the random act of kindness. So once you start practicing self-compassion, which is the act of extending fineness, understanding others, forgiving ourselves and others, especially during challenging times, it involves cheating yourself with the same care and compassion we would offer to all lab ones. So once you start understanding your own emotions, your strengths, your weaknesses, and how you react to a particular situation which may be good or bad for some other person. So once you start going and practicing self-compassion, you will start promoting it by creating a mindset. Practicing Kindness Towards Others ?: Let's learn how to practice kindness towards others. Well, every small act of kindness creates a big impact on your life and on the lives of others. Small acts of kindness have the power to brighten someone's day and creative ripple effect of positivity. Just imagine your simple, positive smile once you looked at your boss, can give a great start to your day. And your boss. These act, though, might seem insignificant, have a profound impact on the well-being of the others. Just imagine. On the other hand, if you start your day without even looking at your manager, forget about wishing you a manager, how would you go? Uh, could be very awkward. Pause, just imagine the other way round. You just smile, walk, greeted your manager, expressed the morning greetings, good morning. And you ask the well-being of the person how he turning and you start to work. This is a positive start off really offering a sincere compliment to someone holding the door open for others, helping someone carry their groceries, sending a port for text or email to express gratitude or encouragement, leaving a node for a colleague or a neighbor. These are some of the examples of the day he acts of random kindness, which you can do in your life. Let us talk about kindness and love relationships. Because we as human beings are social animals, whatever we do is form of relationships. So how do we express kindness to empathy and appreciation? Kindness plays a crucial role in fostering a healthy and a fulfilling relationship. It cultivates trust, strengthens emotional born, and creates an environment of MPP and understanding. Now, if you are living in a society and you as an individual wants to make and positive impact on the entire society and the well-being of others. You can do volunteering and provide services to the people. There are many aspects of society which requires people to contribute, not only in terms of money, but also in terms of very tiny, they labor. So you might organize a cleaning campaign and your knee and my locality for that unit to volunteer your time, your resources. But suppose there is a big festival in you provide the services of providing food and water beverages to the people. So what intrigue and local charities or community organization participating in the cleanup drives. So environmentally initiatives, assisting editor early on, who really need your help within your community can express a random kindness in the community. How you can be kind towards your own self when the concept of self-care and self-compassion is very important to understand what is self-care and what is self-compassion, what it is essential for well-being to understand their own emotions. First, when we treat ourselves with kindness, compassion, and care, we nurture a positive relationship with ourselves. We calculate a strong foundation for happiness. We feel good. Just imagine you want to bring a change in the lives of the people, but you yourself are not feeling good. Would you be able to do that? Now? For that, you need to feel happy. You need to feel compassionate. You need to practice self-care. Once you do that, you will be able to bring that positive change to random act of kindness, not only in yourself, but also in the lives of others. So how do we practice self-compassion is very easy to say that you do self-care and self-compassion. But how do you actually do it? The first is acceptance. Might you need to embrace yourself with all your strengths, your weaknesses, the area of opportunities in which you need to work, and what could be not right for you in the future. So you're accepting your strength. Let's suppose you are a very good communicator, but your weaknesses that very frequently you get angry. You are accepting that you get angry quite often, very easily. But because you are good in communication, you somehow get over it. So your weakness of getting angry has to be worked upon. So once you know that you get angry, you will be able to control your emotions once you start practicing how not to get angry. So for that, you need to accept your weakness. You need to accept that you get angry, right? Only then you will be able to practice self-compassion. While so many times we are very harsh on our sense. We make mistakes, and once we make mistakes, we cheat ourselves in a very wrong manner. We judge ourselves and we do not offer any forgiveness to ourselves because of which we are not able to grow LA, so life is all about making mistakes, learning from them and moving forward. But if you as a person is not able to send forgive yourself, you won't be able to practice self-compassion and ends. You will not be able to develop as a person. So it's very, very important to forgive yourself for all the bad things that you've done and move forward. I want to self-care, which is the third aspect of practice and self-compassion. So you need to prioritize activities that nourish your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, such as practicing mindfulness, sitting quietly, observing the nature, listening to the noise of the chirping of the birds, the wind flowing close to your ears. They just experiencing the nature you're engaging in your hobbies. You love gardening, you're planting trees, love to exercise. You go to gym regularly, do your exercises. Jake brakes whenever it is quiet. So you are practicing self-care? 5. Gratitude and appreciation ?: Now another aspect is gratitude and appreciation. Now what does gratitude? There are a lot of things which you get in life which would take for granted, e.g. most of us are born with all our limbs attached. It's a privilege. It's a form of gratitude. Many people do not get that privilege. So you should be thankful to the almighty that you have been blessed with a body which is fully functional. That is a way of expressing your gratitude, gratitude, and kindness towards oneself as interconnected by practicing gratitude will develop a deeper appreciation for ourselves, our experiences and blessings in our lives. This cultivates a kinder and more compassionate perspective towards ourselves. If you have a home, if you have food to eat, if you have proper clothes to wear, you are already blessed and you should be thankful for that every time you go to eat, many people offer prayers. Why? Because they feel to express gratitude towards the Almighty for giving them proper food, shelter, and close. So how do you cultivate gratitude, the feeling of gratitude, even start journaling. You can regularly write down the things you're grateful for, focused on your personal achievements. The work is the positive aspect of your life. Also, you can take some time of the day to reflect throughout the day. Pause, reflect an express gratitude for the small blessings and moments of joy which you having a leaf. Now how do you express appreciation to yourself? Well, you can practice self-affirmation, use positive and empowering statements to reinforce your self-worth and cultivate a positive self-image. I am happy person, I am a positive person. I am, be best. I'm going to become the better version of myself. I am going to improve myself every day. But these are positive self-talk. So once you self affirm yourself each and every day positively, you will start developing a positive mindset, which will eventually help you to develop a positive self-image. Also, you can celebrate your achievements. You can recognize and celebrate the personal milestones and accomplishments no matter how small there, you can also create the thymus routine. How many you do that by developing a routine which integrates self kindness, an act of kindness towards other NB-IoT length.
