About This Class
Are you tired about the same dinner every week? Don't have time to go to supermarket? Want to try a typical meal from Spain? Want to surprice your family and friends with something new? Have to take something for lunch at work? Don't have money to buy expensive ingredients?
Have you ever heard about Tortilla de Patata? Because maybe this is your answer.
It is very Simple to make if you know the tricks and advises, made only with eggs and potatoes, and this is what I going to explain in this 12 minutes class. With the help an experience from my mother in law, we will cover all steps, from peeling the potatoes until it is ready to eat in the plate.
The great part about this meal is:
- everybody likes it.
- the ingredients are at most houses (eggs&potatoes), no need to go to the supermarket.
- you can customize it according to your taste.
- you don't need to measure anything.
- great for a dinner family or to share in a reunion.
If you want to know more about it, also can look up about it in wikipedia link

Meet Your Teacher
My name is Daniela Alonso, but my friends call me Colo because of my hair color.
My studies of Industrial Design allow me to work in Argentina, Italy and Spain in technical design. But in my spare time I develop my artistic flair, creating my own candles, restouring furniture with decoupage, making origami, knitying, sewing, backing muffins etc...most of these activities I make them with my two kids (10 and 7 years old). They just love to make craft-work as much us me.
Everything I make has my personal touch and a piece of my essence. Thats the way I take care of my family and people around, why not to share it with the rest of the world?
I have actually two classes published about QUILLING and one about DECOUPAGE, TORTILLA DE PATATA and wha... See full profile
