1. Introduction: My goal is for you to become a true soul. Open your, which means you have a diversified business with no employees that's portable, scalable and produces passive income. Now who am I? My name is Greg Grouse, and I'm just a regular guy who realized the job. Even a good job is never going to give me the freedom and lifestyle I wanted. I also realized the business wasn't necessarily going to do it either. But then I discovered solar preneurs ship and the rest. Well, that's history. The real question you need to be asking yourself is, Are you learning from someone who hires a bunch of people and then has demanded them? AII time someone who's working 40 or 50 hours a week to run their business or from someone who has built freedom into their life and found a way to support that freedom with passive income and no employees? Well, here's where I live. I built a log home up in the mountains in Idaho with my family because I had the time, resource is and money to do it. I basically get to go out and play in the outdoors all the time, which is something we really love. I get a coach, my kids teams. Here's the coach of my son who won the two a state championship his team did in 2016. And then I get a just spend time with my family, which is a really important thing with me. Yes, I have a large family. They're a bunch of goofballs. Is my son's trying to bite my years during the picture of Anyways, we like to have a lot of fun. Now I know plenty of entrepreneurs to get all caught up in building a huge company, and then they realize they have no spare time. I really don't care personally to create the next Facebook or Amazon. I just want enough time and money to do the things I love. So the first thing we're going to do is cut out all the fluff I like to teach straight to the point with short step by step work sheikhs. Plus, I try to keep all the videos to five minutes or less, which forces me to get to the point fast. The goal is to get results fast and not waste your time and avoid overwhelm. I love this quote by strength coach. Give me a one page bullet list of exactly what I should do that's worth more to me than a stack of books. I may give you 50 bucks for the books, but I'll pay you 5000 for that one page. If you want to get things done, the one page worksheet is way more valuable. So I'm not going to talk about esoteric terms, special enhanced thinking models to exponentially grow your business. That's all really just a bunch of bs. The key is modeling were following a proven system that works. A system is basically a step by step road map of what to do. Systems are both scalable and repeatable. If they're a good system, scalable means you can do it for one or 100 without requiring more work and repeatable means that you can do it over and over again with similar results. I'm betting you didn't. I'm betting you don't want to leave a 50 hour a week job just to work the same amount of time on your business. You become you become a solo preneurs to find freedom. That's it
2. 2 Solo Master Plan: All right, here we go. Let's start with the solo master plan or designing your lifestyle. So first is an overview. We're going to talk about the rat race, and we're gonna talk about what true freedom is, and then we're going to dive into the soul. Open your lifestyle goals, design that life you want. So what is the rat race? Well, you start off of that job and you're flipping burgers, making minimum wage, and you start earning your first money. It's new, it's different, and you were able to buy stuff like close movies music. Pretty soon, the money winds up not being enough, But then you discover credit. You start making payments, maybe by a car on payment, that kind of stuff. And now you have debt. Realizing flipping burgers won't hack it. It's off to college and student loan debt. Soon it's time for a family, and before you know what, there's a spouse, a baby and a whole lot more bills. You finished college and maybe get a better paying job. But along with that comes a bigger house and more things, and pretty soon that pays gone. Then you feel trapped and frustrated working not because you're inspired, but because you have to pay the debt. What happened to the dream? The lifestyle. When you ask people what stops them for pursuing their dreams to start a business, save the world or just travel, they often say, If I just had a little more money and the funny thing is, it isn't just money that most people need. You see freedom is what they're looking after but true freedom. And see, there's two kinds of freedom. There's time freedom because you could be poor and have all kinds of time on your hand. Or you can be rich and have no time on your hand and have plenty of money. The key is you need both to be truly free. You need time and money and be ableto have that. I'm gonna help you do that and find both is a cela preneurs. So let's develop a plan. Let me teach you a new way of doing goals. See, most of us start out with great intentions. We have big plans, big goals, and then life gets in the way. I like these quotes. Life is what happens to you while you're in route or life is what happens while you're making other plans, meaning most of your time will be spent in between your goals. That's the bulk of your life. So why not design a solo producer lifestyle that focuses on the everyday life, everyday lifestyle, taken average work day and not a weekend or special occasion, or that big trip to Europe or whatever? But on Monday or Tuesday, you're still going to do those other things now with as much detail as possible. Describe your ideal regular day start in the morning and work your way through the day where, how and with whom did you wake up? What were you wearing? What was the bed like? Details, details, details. Now what does the rest of the morning look like? Did you shower and where What was it like? What did you eat for breakfast? With whom and where? Now, go on finish the rest of the day. You need to focus and vividly visualize your day when you do this. What you're using is a principle, a scientific principle called the particular activating system. See all of your senses, gather information and said thousands of piece of information for processing to your brains . This is where your particular activating system basically comes in. It's like a filtering, sorting, evaluating and then prioritising that information. Have you ever noticed that once you drive a certain car that all of a sudden it seems like every other car on the road is like the one you're driving or the same color or model, it's your It's your as for Short is working its business by filtering out all the other cars. The secret is that the razz cannot differentiate between reality and imagination. It tends to believe your messages, so make sure you have a clear and detailed picture than put all your feeling passion, excitement and enthusiasm into imagining your ideal day. Enjoy yourself as you fill in the details, the more the better. It's like the movie I. I like the movie Ground Hog Day, so you're gonna live this day over and over, so make it the best day you can. So here's an example. So I'm gonna wake up without an alarm in my log home on my force did ranch in the mountains . I'm going to read the scriptures and pray I'm gonna exercise outdoors in the forest with my wife for cardio. I'm gonna make love to my wife. We'll leave that there. Take a steam sauna followed by a shower that's tall in private work from home, developing products and services that help others succeed and be payed abundantly for it. I'm gonna eat brunch with naturally healthy foods with my wife, spend time studying and learning new things. Check emails, etcetera. I'm gonna play in the outdoors for fun with my big boy toys. Take a nap that I'm going to snack during the day on naturally, in natural and raw foods, I'm gonna do ranch chores and playing the outdoors in the afternoon with family and friends . Eat an early, wholesome dinner with my family around the table. Provides service to others in like church callings and coaching kids sports. Then I'm going to sit by the fire at the end of the day with my family talk, study and read the scriptures. Gonna watch a movie after that, before bed with treats in my own home theater. I'm gonna talk with my wife, then an empty my head before bed so I can sleep, and then I'm gonna sleep in a comfortable bed in a cool bedroom with my wife and get a good night's sleep. So that's an example of an ideal day, right? You could even be more detailed. I have more details on that, but that's just kind of a general. It's amazing. But once you do this, your particular activating system is begins to focus on it, and it be then becomes a reality. So here's where I live in the mountains, in my log home unite a hole on my own ranch. I've got a fireplace that we sit by. I get to go out and ride the four wheelers and play in the outdoors, and I get a coach. My kids sports. So now you need to go on design the lifestyle you have always dreamed of, and that's it.
3. 3 Solo Finances: All right, let's get into the solo finances and figure out how to fund your lifestyle. So is an overview. We're gonna cover the three numbers that really matter, and then we're gonna talk about funding that lifestyle. So there's three personal finance numbers you need to know about. First is spending or your lifestyle budget. Then you need to know your savings or emergency fund, and then you need to know you're investing in retirement fund. So spending this is how much you need toe live. Well, it goes through three stages in life. You have your young adult family years and empty nester time. Simply calculate how much you're currently spending. Look at your bank statements, then increase it by the cost of all the extras you would like to have in this new lifestyle , then group it into categories. Housing, taxes, basic living expenses, insurance, etcetera. Now savings. This is the money you would need if you had to start over or had a major emergency. You want it liquid in some safe forms, such as like gold or silver cash. You need to figure out what it would take if you lost everything you needed to start over. You also should have some food storage and other essential set aside if hit with hard times . It helps when you know you've got you where your next meal is coming from. And then finally, you want to set aside a portion for the short term emergencies, you know, and I do find those is something that breaks, like if the car breaks down, usually 1000 bucks or better, you know, $5000 or something is a good emergency fund now investing. It's the money you would need for retirement. Put in extremely safe investments like a proven solar preneurs business model rental, real estate, etcetera. You need to figure out what it would take to live on in your retirement years so that so take your spending budget and usually multiply it by 10 for a safe number. Retirement. Everything should be paid off by then. Hopefully, and your expenses should be less so. A safe 5% return on your money should be enough. So let's say you have 120 k a year and you times that times 10. So you're looking at 1.2 million and at 5% then you're getting around 60,000 year. And don't forget, you can still have your solo preneurs business models working for you. You can scale them up or down, and you can even selling if you need to. Now, for an analogy to explain how you use these three numbers to become financially independent or truly wealthy. Adapted this from Mark Ford's explanation of the simplest system he knows for building wealth. And I like simple. It's always the best. So imagine you have three barrels to fill with a bucket from, Well, one is your spending barrel. What is your savings barrel? And one is your investing barrel. The goal is to take your income bucket and fill each barrel. The only rule is that you must feel you're spending barrel first, and however, there is also a problem in that you're spending barrel has a hole in it and you keep spending. So every time you fill it, the water keeps running out. So how do you fill it and still have income left over for the other barrels? The answer is simple. Extra income. Get another income bucket or two i e. Sola preneurs models, right one bucket can keep filling your spending barrel, and then the others can fill your savings and retirement barrels. So now let's figure out how to fund your Priscilla preneurs lifestyle. So solo preneurs money. You need to take out a piece of paper and write down on one side all the things you need for your soul. Open your lifestyle from that master plan We went over, for example, a house I needed a log home, a car, toys, vacations every year, etcetera. Remember, this is your spending barrel. Your purchases and expenses also included, like utilities, food, etcetera. Now figure out your savings that you need and you're investing. Now break it all down into a monthly figure. This will give us what we need to make for your solo preneurs business. So lifestyle budget. Here's an example. So let's say you got housing and taxes to buy your home 2500 month. Basic living expenses and food, etcetera. Um, you got insurance about two grand, and then you got entertainment fun, even vacations, as you say for purchases. So you got 1000 a month that you're putting towards different purchases, and then you have savings and you have investing, so a general figure would be 10,000. Now, I know this is a simplified, you know, look, but it's the idea of I'm totally in all this up to get my basically my monthly budget. All you need now is develop your income buckets or solo business models that total $335 a day, or 10,000 month. For example, that's one membership site with 104 members paying you $97 a month. That could be one income bucket. Heck, I know a guy that lives in the south of Spain. Who knows his per cost was per day costs, I should say for his beach house for his phone, food, electricity by breaking it down even further. Small little successes, like five a day, will cover his phone, electricity, etcetera. Then he just rinses and repeats until he covers all his little expenses. It works pretty slick. How do you eat an elephant? Basically one bite at a time. So now go. Go for it, I should say and start developing your income buckets. That's it.
4. 4 Solo Business Setup: All right, let's get into the solo business Set up is an overview. We're going to talk about business entities. We're gonna talk about your office and then time management. So, business entities, you've made the leap and picked a solo model to follow. Now what? You need to basically protect your company in your money from lawsuits, government, etcetera. It's not what you make. It's how much you keep that really counts. So you need to protect. You need to protect it with a legal entity and also something that helps in taxes. So what is an entity? Things like a sole proprietorship partnership? C Corp s Corp L Pllc. A lot of soul preneurs are sole proprietors, but one lawsuit and you could be done well, I'm not allowed to give legal advice. The one that makes the most sense is the LLC. So what is Ah, Elsie? It's a limited liability company. The limit liability aspect basically is like a corporation, and the flow through taxation of a partnership is included. Owners of protective from personal liability for business nets and legal claims against the business. The only reason most people want An S Corp is for the employee tax and benefits. Remember, we're Sola preneurs. We don't have employees. And when it comes to taxes and L. L C can be treated any way you want for tax person purposes such as could be treated like a sole proprietorship, a partnership and a corporation, it's really the best of both. Best of all worlds for a solo preneurs. So setting it up, how do you file a limited liability company? You could do it. Basically, with your state, you can look online. You can go through LegalZoom or you can outsource it. You will need to maintain timely filings with the state you need to prepare your tax and an entity tax return. You need to maintain a separate bank account for your business. I use PayPal, and you need to hold annual meetings of managers and members again, your sole proprietorships. So it's a great time for vacation with the spouse. So what does the Solar Producers office now look like setting up the office? You don't have to go to an office or get dressed to go to work. I often working my under her all the time or, you know outside. I do it on vacation. Wherever one of the benefits of Sola premiership is the ability to work from anywhere, it just needs to be mobile. With technologies growth, it's becoming so much easier every minute. There's new app showing up all the time. So how do you access your stuff from anywhere? I like Google and at products to I think they're some of the best. So our Apple products, I should say I use Apple because I like to work for my iPad and I try to run my whole business off my iPad. And because of iCloud, I know if I do something on my phone, I can access it on my iPad or my computer. They're all connected. Another option is using Google and its cloud services, such as Google Docks and Drive, and I do use those. Also, the key is to find a solution that lets you use various programs from word processors, press processing, the presentations and etcetera for my mobile file cabinet. I, like Evernote, has so many options that can even help you to automate different tasks, and I cover that in the automation toolbox with step by step videos for banking. I used PayPal. They have tax forms you can use at the end of the year. I just put him out and given to my tax guy. He does the rest, so I outsource it and we'll cover that in the outsourcing video. It's really about basically trying to run a paperless office. The key is cloud based services that auto store your work and allow you access and collaboration. Finally, now let's talk about time management. A big problem with Sola Preneurs is trying to do too much. You need to become very guarded about your time. There's only one of you the honey do list can take over or the other distractions. Because you're at home, focus is the key, and I like time blocking. Basically, you use an egg timer or an app where you set aside time to do a task and nothing else that gets your attention. You turn it all off and for, say, one hour of focus. Time is worth 10 for not of not focused time. So I like to follow a daily routine in my business that helps me to stay productive, and I call it the roads to success, and it's an acronym So R. O. A. D s. Basically, each letter reminds me of what to do in my basically my routine for work. The first thing I do is I read, So I do time blocking to do this, and I set aside time to read or listen to inspiring content. Then I focus on one thing, and that's the one thing that grows my business for me. It's email for you might be something different. Then a stands for answer questions, and I answer basically customer service questions, outsourcing things or things that I've delegated that way. Then D stands for develop new stuff. So I set aside a block of time to create new content products, services and then finally s stands for social media and email cause you're going to do it. So that's when I check and handle all that for a specific amount of time. Now it's time to watch the keeping it solo videos for automation and outsourcing. So let's get on the way
5. 5 Solo Automation: all right, keeping it solo with automation. There's an overview were basically in a cover system ization and then automation. So my personal test is, Can you take a year off and your business will still run on its own? You might not be there yet, but the closer you can get to this, the better and the better. Automate er you are all right. Many an entrepreneur built a business that took over their life, and they had no time to enjoy it. Example is the suit maker. So let's say you're a custom suit maker who makes one suit a week to support your family. Then one day, the suit maker gets an idea. What if I hired some employees toe make more, so he hires his first employees, trains them now he's produced in four suits a week. Of course, with success comes competition into another's copy, Um, and Mawr. Inventory on the market leads to lower prices. New employees also come with more management issues and hidden costs like taxes, health coverage, time off training equipment facilities, not to mention the social issues like drama, family problems, sick leave, child support and the list goes on and on the simple act of hiring employees has until unintended consequences. Now he's producing more suits but making less profit the days where he could work when he wanted to, or surprise his family by coming home early or gone. Is there a better way? You bet the solar preneurs away used technology and automate, such as buying a sewing machine. But first we need to systematize, and then we can automate. So what this system ization a business is nothing more than a series of processes. Think of someone buying a franchise. Basically, they're buying a system. A franchise just breaks down every task in that system. In a clear manner. The system save time and money and increased quality. Plus, they're easily, er, easily repeatable. System ization can be a simple as creating a checklist. You think of a pilot of a plane uses a checklist every time they fly. So take every task in your business and make a mind map or outline of it and then create a checklist. Each solar model you'll be receiving is a system. A marketing sales funnel is an example of a system, so get started because after you systematize your business, you can more easily automate outsource it. So automation technology is changing the game. Just in the last five years, things have boomed for Sola Preneurs. What you need to do is make a list of everything you do repetitive Lee, then research software that can handle it. The cool part is that I've already done this for you in the automation tool box, where you get step by step videos to automate just about everything. Every month someone is coming out with some new kind of technology, so keep your eyes open. But I remember when I had hired a V A for me, and then I found a software that did exactly the same thing. It's safe, me a fortune and not to mention a bunch of hassle. So what are the biggest time? Sucks are the five biggest ones in a business customer service, email, website, management, content creation and marketing management. There's others, but these air kind of the big Five for a solo preneurs. So customer service, first and foremost, don't follow business models that require a lot of customer service. But if you do, or if you need some, which everybody does create a frequently asked question page. Keep track of the questions you keep answering and then create a page for it. You can use video or whatever and answer those questions. Have all your customer service requests sent to that page automatically, then say something like if you need more help and then include a different email so they can get further help. This not only saves you a ton of time, but it also drives traffic to your site, which is an added desio benefit. Now email first for your in box, set up Gmail and use filters to clean it up. The solar printer Life has articles on that. Next use and roll dot me to clean it up further to get you out of a bunch of lists that you're on. Then, for your email list, use an auto responder that includes an automation software with it. Again, I've included links to the Automation Tool box. One of the programs there automates all this. Remember, email is a two edged sword. It can increase productivity and can be one of the greatest productivity killers at the same time. No website management programming. Updating security, etcetera. You need to automate this and focus on other things over the past few years. There's all kinds of services popping up that handle this for you. Um, with point and click tools, it's never been easier. There's really no reason to waste your time on this. They even let you customize the program. If you're into, you know, CSS and all that the days of managing a WordPress site or gone. I've included links in the automation toolbox again for great services content creation. There there are ways to automate. This is well, First. For example, I've included the dumb few digital products to help. So you've even got products that are completely done for you, but also their software I recommend in the automation two boxes will allow you to automate the stuff like social media posts, aggregating your content, other properties, etcetera for the stuff you can't automate. That's where you try to outsource it, and we'll cover that in the outsourcing videos. Now marketing management. We cover this more in the solar marketing videos, but there's really no reasons for me to blabber on about it because there's programs. I suggest that automate everything for you and yourselves follow again. I've included links and the automation tool box, which I know I'm sounding like a broken record there. But it's a great resource. Remember, we're in a technological boom and new programs air coming out daily as entrepreneurs trying to solve problems. So keep your eyes open. There's always something that you know new comes up and you can share it. In the solar Producer society, our Facebook group, it's a great time to be a solo preneurs.
6. 6 Solo Outsourcing: alrighty. Let's, uh, keeping it solo with outsourcing is what we're going over today as an overview. Basically, we're gonna cover outsourcing versus insourcing. So now let me share with you what I've learned about solar print or outsourcing because most so called experts don't really know what it is. A lot of articles, websites, etcetera, think Sola Producer ship involves hiring a team or someone overseas to work for you. I used to think the same thing. They call it outsourcing, but I think most people get it wrong and actually do what I call insourcing. Let's face it, if you have employees working here or overseas, they're still in employees with all the headaches taking time off at the worst possible time playing on Facebook family problems, sickness, etcetera, etcetera. Don't get me wrong. People are basically good, but no one really wants to break their back for someone else's business, and it shows overseas or locally. It's still an employee, and that means management and management means time, which we don't have is a solo. My goal in this video is to teach you true Sola preneurs ship outsourcing, not insourcing, where you have to manage people Sola Preneurs Outsourcing The key is not to manage people, but to manage outcomes. Management takes time. You want to be as hands off as possible. You don't want to manage whether or not they're playing on Facebook. You just want the outcome. When you focus on outcomes instead of full time work, it becomes what we call project based outsourcing. No more management worries. I just Did you deliver it or not? Simple. Think about it. What's an outcome based activity? Everyone outsources all the time. Food. You don't go into the back of the restaurant and manage the chef Wise cooking you focused on the outcome. Was the food good? Outsourcing is really the ability to leverage other people, skills and time. Kind of like the chef of the restaurant. If someone could do it as good or better, and you can afford it, why not hire them? You need to be spending your time on high value activities if you're making 100 and our any task which could be automated or properly out Sore for outsource for less should be taken off your plate. So what do you outsource? You can outsource content creation like writing a book or whatever, although I'll cover some easy ways to do that in the self publishing model. Design, work, programming presentations. Heck, even this presentation was outsourced. Not the content, mind you, but the actual slides so they could look good. Had a gun, fiber. Do it. Outsource what you don't like or what you procrastinate. Basically decide what you're not good at, and then if you can automate it, automated or outsource it just about anything that doesn't require someone to be present continually meaning there all the time can be outsourced. I've included links in the Facebook group for the best outsourcing resource is I use. I'll have a document in there for you. Um, when it comes to solar produce ship, the more you can systematize, automate, outsource, the more freedom you're going to gain
7. 7 Solo Tips: all right, Here we go, Some final solo tips for you. As an overview, we're going to all comes razor more questions. Paralysis by analysis and testing ideas and focus. So welcomes razor, a problem solving principle that states the simplest path is often the best. So keep it simple, boy. If nothing else sinks in, figure out ways to simplify things as a solo preneurs. Now an example be this simple three step funnel, which I think is one of the best. It's easy to do. First drive traffic to an opt in, and I'll have traffic the traffic vault in the Facebook group. So you have all kinds of different ways to do that. Then do one email a day. They call it the one email a day business, and I'll have AH form in there. A document that shows you how to do that with some great resource is for it in the Facebook group as well. But basically, you just send one email a day, and you need to make it some kind of infotainment or entertainment. They call it email, where it's a benefit to him and then the final step make offers every email you make an offer, and if it's included in a you know a way in which you're providing, you know, entertainment and information, it's gonna be well received. The research just shows that it works now. The ideal offer is some kind of continuity offer where you sell it once and it keeps paying you over and over, such as a membership. We'll cover that in one of the models, but basically that's a simple three step funnel. Also, I like to cover the, you know, 1000 fan rule so you could read the article. You can Google it, but the 1000 true fans just search it on Google. It's a great article, but basically, if one out of a 1,000,000 people were interested in what you had, that's potentially 7000 people on the planet. I think you can find 1000 people for just about any Mitch. So before the Internet, people basically had to live close to you in your vicinity. Now you can have global reach for near zero investment. All you need is a way to sell directly to them and with email automation, you have it. So quit worrying about being everything to everybody. You don't have to be everything to everyone. You just need 1000 fans to spend $100 a year, not a month or anything or date a year with you. So let's look at the math if your average sales 100 bucks now, that could be where you sell five products to get to that 100 or one product, or you do a membership whatever but $100 in a year's time. Basically, if you have 1000 customers for that year, the math is simple. You're gonna be gross in six figures over $100,000 a year. That's about as simple as it gets stopped trying to be everything to everyone. Just find 1000 fans that love what you have and are interested in people that you want to serve. And if you confined that you've knocked it out of the park. Now more questions that often come up. What do I do? First? I got all this information. Where do I start There. What part do I focus on doing day to day? And how do I run my business and do all of this stuff that you're talking about and still enjoy a great lifestyle. Well, first habits and routines are crucial to stay in productive as a solo preneurs. There's no boss standing over you or oclock to punch, so I recommend you read a book called The Miracle Morning. It's a great book, and it establishes what you call a morning routine and kind of winning the morning. It's great. It's a great way to start your day. And then I've got that same acronym Roads to Success Member. And so this needs to be your routine for your business. And if you do this every every day for your business, you are at least five days a week during your work week or three days. You know, whatever your work week becomes, cause you're a solo preneurs. You do what you want, but basically, Member R stands for reading or listening to some kind of inspiring, uplifting content. You want to do that first, and I time block this. So I got a little time for each of these, and then do your one thing remember, you want to find that one thing that grows your business and so example in that last one was one email a day that you're one thing that you make sure you do every day. Then a stands for answer questions you set aside time to answer any customer service questions or outsourcing things that you need to follow up with. And then D stands for Develop new stuff, create new content products services for you. It's gonna be develop one of these solar preneurs models and spend your time on it. And then finally s stands for social media and email. You're going to do it so set it aside some time and then handle it. If you follow this routine every day, you're going to see huge gains because it's just gonna become a habit and you're gonna get results. Now, how do I overcome this? Paralysis by analysis, that often happens. Well, I like Colin Powell's P equals 40 to 70 formula and basically, you know, if you remember who Colin Powell was, he was a great general, one of the top generals in the US, and he came up with, you know, here's a guy who's gonna make this life and death decisions and move forces all around and do that. So he came up with a system, and he says P stands for probability of success in decision making, and the numbers 40 to 70 indicate the percentage of information acquired. So the second step says that once the information you have for a particular decision is in the 40 to 70% range to go with your gut if you make the decision with less than 40% of the information you're shooting from the hip. But waiting for more than 70% of the information delays the decision unnecessarily. And these are people that study decision making in the military. The idea is that by having 40% of the necessary information, you should have narrowed down the possibilities enough to make an effective decision. So I've given you way more than you know 40% here. But the ideas you know, once you've got enough information act, quit waiting now, testing ideas. You're gonna be trying different things and testing out new stuff. So I always like to use this acronym or whenever I climb a mountain like marketing or starting a business, whatever I use the rope analogy or acronym, I should say, and it stands for our is research always optimized Pia's promote and ease evaluate. So basically, I research on idea. I then optimized based on that research, and then I promote or test the idea. And then I evaluate the results. So your research it in, you know, optimize it, test it, promote it, and then evaluate and see what happened and then repeat, do it again and keep doing that till you find that winning combination. Finally, how do I improve my focus? That's always a question that comes up. So I like Warren Buffett's 25 5 rule, and basically, what happened here is it's a story where Buffett was talking to his pilot, his personal pilot, when they're flying to a business meeting or something about career goals. He was asking, obviously Buffet because he was successful, he told his pilot, whose name was Mike Flynn, to write down his top 25 career goals. He then told him later on the flight back to certain into circle his top five from that list. Then Flint replied, Well, the top five or my primary focus, but the other 20 come in a close second. And that's where Buffett replied, No, you've got it wrong. Mike. Everything you didn't circle just became your avoid at all cost. Lis, no matter what these things get no attention from you until you have succeeded with your top five. I think this is a great way to develop focus. There's all kinds of things we want to do. And you know, entrepreneur Sola preneurs, you know, are easy to get caught up in the, you know, shiny object and that kind of thing. You need to find those few 3 to 5 things and you need to focus on them until you've succeeded at him, period. Avoid everything else, make your list and circle the ones and then just everything else it gets put in that avoid at all costs list. And I think that's great advice Now on to the funding the foundational models. They're basically the first ones that are released to you. They're kind of the foundation of, you know, Sola Preneurs ship. They apply and can be implemented in a bunch of the others, and they can be combined to be effective. And I've got him right there for you, ready to go, and I'm excited to see what you do. So sign up for the Facebook group and we'll hear what happens
