About This Class

I have designed this class to show you how you can make a simple hand embroidery design using very simple hand embroidery stitches. According to me, you don't need to use a different variety of complicated stitches to make a design beautiful. You just need only few simple hand embroidery stitches to make a work neat and unique. That is what I tried to show in this class. This class is for those who know hand embroidery already and just need the practice to explore more. For those, this class might be the first step to hand embroidery design patterns. When you make something very simple in hand embroidery is going to make that work unique, connected, and lovable.

1. Class1 Introduction: Hello, I'm Kimberly. I'm an embroidery artist and it extends is in it. In this class, I'll teach you how to make a symbol. Hadn't brought a design using very simple hand and brought his studies also due to hold, to praise the design on the fabric and how to do them brightly in a step-by-step manner so that you can get a neat and a finished design after completing the hand embroidery. 2. Class2 Materials: In this class we are going to see what are the materials that are required for random Bradley class. This is a nine inch hand embroidering frame. This is a cotton fabric. This software pin by 14 inch measurement. These are some of the hand Android clause. You can take your new color as partner, wish. This is offensive. This is for raising the design on the fabric. These are head bins. This is an, a local carbon paper. This is a needle. In this weekend use a needle or you can use any other needed that will suit. Strands or hand embroidery floss. This is ASSR. We will use the scissors to cut the extra thread. This is an old book. We will keep this notebook underneath the fabric so that we can easily trace the design on the fabric. 3. Class3 Design Tracing: In this lesson, we are going to see how to trace the design, the fabric. This is the design that we are going to embroider today. This is the design which was designed by me. This is our fabric with the software team by 15 inch measurement. This is a carbon deeper and look on in feedback, I'm keeping this form the paper, the fabric. I'm going to keep my design over the carbon paper. I'm going to pin this design with the fabric and the Department report using headings. I'm going to directly trace these designs, the fabric. If you want to keep this design part more than one project, you would just erase the design on debt tracing paper, then use the tracing paper to trace the design on the fabric. Now, this is a notebook. I'm going to keep the notebook underneath the fabric that it is very easy to trace the design. I'm using this normal pencil to trace the design dissenter. Then I'm going to trace these heart. The heart. You can see the design one hard disk, smaller one. The one is the larger one, the smaller one. Surplus. The SOPA. In this movie I'm going to crease on the, I decided this center portion is smaller. Then I'm going to trace the letters starting from here. Praising the design. Just use Godwin paper. You will see new carbon-based where you can get the nice design. Trace. Don't so much need plea. At the top portion we have Dre stoned up like this. I'm going to trace down the lawyer bought them later. Now, we have praised on the design. I'm going to remove this. Dating the design out. Carbon paper. Dizziness beautifully traced out. Can you see here? Now, what I'm going to do is I'm going to fix this fabric on hand embroidery pain. Just lose it out. Here. In this circle. Disciplines to break it out. Keep the outer circle over the fabric, and keep the inner circle underneath the fabric. Have you observed that we have losing this knob very little worldly, we don't need to lose them that a lot. We have fixed to the fabric, but the fabric is not that much tight. They disown lose portion. So I have to win the fabric. You're just holster, hand embroidery frame, little bits. I'm using. Popping public. Public is very tee off caught in public. You can also use linen fabric on any other paint off cotton fabric. I'm using this fabric because for hand embroidery, part of big network practice, this fabric is very much easier for them to frack this kind of bright as the tightening the plastic, just type them the knob that we have losses earlier. Once again, chimp the fabric. If the disk tight enough with the hand embroidery frame. 4. Class4 Stem and Leaf embroidery: As I said before, I am going to embroider the stem portion and the leaves, but the time going to use this lime green color. As you know, Hannah broader clause has fixed strands off hand embroidery thread. I'm going to use three strands of hand embroidery thread for this stem portion. The leaf portion. This has six strands. I'm going to separate it into 33 times the thread make nodes in-between. While we are separating. So be careful. We have successfully separated three by three strands. I have taken this cruel needle. You just choose the needle depending on their strengths of hand embroidery floss you use. I heard thread, my needle with three stands up hand embroidery floss. By pulling through the whole of the Medial. I'm going to embroider stem portion. The leaf portion of other in Brighton design. I'm going to embroider this temp portion with the stem stitch. Now I have taken my needle from the underneath to that top portion of the fabric. At a particular distance. I'm going to inject my needle through the fabric. I'm pulling through. Now we have made this teaching. Stem students. Once you have made this great stitch, come back. And BC, if I take the needle through the fabric, the top of the fabric, then in-depth immediate with the same lintels depth previous stitch. This is salary, second stitch. Can you see this is our second state. Back, a dissenter ends up the Benito. I think come back. A dissenter injected the needle from the underneath of the fabric to the top. This was the method part. The beginning is to start their embroidery. Know how to do the stem stitch in your foster manner. I'm just rotating my frame. Go to that. Inject the needle at a particular distance. To dissent. We have come last two of the other stem. I'm injecting my needle underneath the fabric. Now we can see how to put an end node. After completing a stitch. Your needle through deep stitch. In. This kind of loop is the needle pass through the loop? The noughties do this once again. Now the stem for the leaf is finished with the stem state. Like I'm not going to put an EndNote here because I'm going to make this leaf week Fishbone stitch. Foreign debt. I'm rotating my embroidery frame. I want to give you a suggestion here. Whenever you start a leaf with the hand embroidery, just to store from this really shows the corner. I'm taken my needle from the underneath of the public to the top, this corner. Then I'm going to solve a particular length here. Injected this needle underneath the fabric and pull through. Then come back left side of the shot on the right side from the underneath of the public IP data saying that shots on it. The left now injected the needy from underneath the left side. And the right side. We have finished our stem and the leaf portion. 5. Class5 Petal Embroidery: In this class I'm going to teach you how to fill these. In deciding Institute. You can see the battleship is lying this a little bit, maybe sheep, how to fill up better. Whenever you do a Patel just stored from the center. In this outline, I'm injecting my needing from the underneath to the top of the fabric. The bottom center. I'm going to fill this petal with satin stitch. Satin stitches or kindof stitch that is used for filling in hand. And rightly, we will finish the pastor half using Settings page. You can find a very small gap here, but the bottom with this very close to each other. You can observe that at least center when we have started, the stage was so much straight. Gradually we are moving to what side of the petal? Just illegitimate slanting one. We have finished one side of the bag, Dylan, you are going to under half of the petal. I'm using three strands of embroidery floss or funneling this petal. I'm using pink color. This is done. Brown sand off the fabric. I'm going to put an end node here. I'll say how told already you just pass your needle through the nearest stitch. Make a loop. Posture meeting through it. Made this more than one times. This will make very strong or not. I hope finished on the petals with the second stitch. 6. Class6 Flower Center Embroidery: I hope finished on the petals with a second stitch. Nobody sent it. I'm going to do French knot. This. I'm using what is trends up hand embroidery plus my needle on the top of the fabric. I'm going to grab the thread. I don't need it because I am using close friends. I'm going to wrap only one time. One time. Strapped it underneath. Slowly, pulling my needle through the fabric. Under minute french. This similarly, I'm going to fill the ship center of wrapping it around the needle. Making French knot. Once you wrap the needle, fleas, French study. I homemade three French knots. I have definitely this interior circle shape. I will show you. Look at these mesenteries pulled a bit. You look alive French knots. And it's looked beautiful. 7. Class7 Circle and Heart Embroidery: The next one is the heart. I'm going to fill this heart. The bigger one. Model colored satin stitch. I'm using three strands of hand and brighter last five, this filling. Say how CEDAW and running. We have started from the center in a similar way, but a heart-shaped. You have to always start your embryology from the center. That you will get a very neat finishing on either sides of the center. Injected. And indeed, the short book on Baltimore, hot the gap. I heard me this expert, so I'm making a switch. That Spain side so spilled. No way I'm going to finish the one side of the heart. Once the heart dismayed really neatly, in a similar way, I'm going to fill the, another side of the heart. Right? To make eaten a bliss, to just sort neatly on the outline that we have placed out. Our heart is beautifully with models. Hello, hi them broadly flows. Now I'm going to fill in this circle shape markets. And so I'm starting my embroidery on the center shape. What shape? Then you can start intimidating embroidery from the symptoms. This may mucus gets finished the invite, and once you're completing embroidery, I have finished doing so good shape because already we're finishing this class, we have filled our circle shape and to hardship, saddening, filling stitch and with no other hand embroidery floss. 8. Class8 Letter Outline Embroidery: In this class we are going to apply these letters veteran institute funded. I'm taking my needle from the underneath of the fabric to the top. Now I am making this riling stitching and running stitches, the fastest stitch that we are learning in hand embroidery. I'm seeing blue colored embroidery floss with three stones. And it's a daily basis teaching. I'm making these embroidery very settled by making outline because we have a large flat. If people are left as ISO, it will look a little bit messy. So I have just to give an opening to the lead test and either reminding heart and soul of this, I am making this looked at. Yes. Once I helped me to be slippery, I will finish. All the remaining are blind. The running stitch. Our embroidery is completely finished. Each and every letter is outlined with the running stitch. 9. Class9 Project: I hope this class might be very useful deal. This is the time for project. I'm giving you a new app project that is, you have the juicer design and a trace it onto fabric. And it starts embroidery. Use the hand, a broader stitches that we had used apart today's class, advanced to congratulation, five-year project. I asked you to summing the project on the project shifts. If you have any doubts or questions to ask, Lisa is going out. I feel happy to help you. Once guidance. Thank you for attending this class.
