1. Creating a Content-Generating System: Have you ever wondered how some Instagram users create such beautiful fees and never missed a day without posting something? Professional social media managers like me are often behind those accounts, and I'm going to share with you how we do it. In this course, you'll learn my personal system for creating an organizing 30 high value images that you condemn schedule toe automatically fall in a prearranged grid, creating a beautifully branded instagram feed. Hi, I'm Christine Rice, a social media consultant and alternative lifestyle blogger. I help creative people and savvy business owners build their online presence. Web traffic leads and sales with Kick Ass strategies. I'm also a pet sitting digital no Man, based in Melbourne, Australia. I've built my lifestyle using some the same techniques and tips that I'm about to share with you now. So grab a pen and paper and let's get started. So with Instagram, one of the biggest challenges my clients face is not having enough content post. So one of the ways to overcome this is to create a little content generating factory line. It starts for thinking about what kind of basic content will appeal to your target audience so take some time before you start to really get into the head of your target audience. What will most appeal to your target audience? What kinds of things are they interested in? Make a list of the kinds of images or graphics that they would like to see. You didn't want to get realistic about how many photos you can create in a month. If you could take a photo every day, that's great. But most people are way too busy to create that many photographs, So what I suggest is to break it down into five different categories that you could been. Batch. Create original photographs about you, your brand and your business stock imagery that you can download for free. Or that you'll buy re shared content from other INSTAGRAM accounts that you get permission for. Or you'll be creating a graphic image that is entertaining, inspiring or educational, or a graphic image that is branded and promotional well, gathering and creating all five types. We'll take a lot of time to set up in the beginning. What you'll have if you spend time making images for each category is literally weeks and weeks of content that you can share without having to think about it for several weeks until you start to run out. Then you sit down on another day and bats generated all over again. It's worth the time to do this right, because it will help keep you consistent on Brand and never having to worry about what to post are having any end of the day dread that you haven't updated your INSTAGRAM account. I created this system because I manage so many accounts. I had to streamline the process to save time. But more importantly, to save my brain power, I need to always know exactly what to post with this system. I never waste any time wondering what to post next. Ah, work on a client's content on only one day in the first week of the month. That allows me to enjoy the lighter work of engagement each following day until the schedule content ends for this specific project today, and to help you just get the system set up for yourself, aim to make just six images per category for a total of 30 post one whole month post. Now let's go through how to save time creating each of these five types in the next five videos
2. How to Batch Original Photos: first for original content. Now, this is basic tech. Set up 101 For those of you who may not know, you must get your smartphone onto an auto sync with either Google Drive or Dropbox. Whenever you snap a photo with your phone, it automatically gets uploaded onto your PC so that all the images air there waiting for you when you get back to your office. What you need to do is either in Seoul drop bucks or Google. Drive onto your PC and sink it up with your phone. Now I won't go into the technicalities of how to do this, but it's a massive timesaver, and it is necessary for the time saving organizational method. I'm going to show you in a bit. So spend some time gathering up all your best original photos new and old into one file and edit and resize them so that they're ready to post on Instagram. So that's your first type of content. Okay, so your first task is to get six original new or old photos ready to post so batch edit and resize them all to fit on Instagram Square at about 1 81 80 is the most common and easiest to work with, I find, then you want to place him in a file and label it original photos.
3. How to Batch Stock Photos: The next type of content to use for Instagram is stock imagery Now, To be honest, I really don't like to use too many stock images. But if a client doesn't have many high quality original, far does stockpiles are unattractive. Backup. Unless you're a photographer or have paid for professional photography, most of your images are not going to be as eye catching is what you confined in a stock file. There are so many great stock imagery websites catering to all kinds of styles for every kind of image you can imagine. So it will be easy for you to find images very specific to your industry. One that I love is Ken Stock, which is about $2.50 per photo. There are also great free image websites, but be careful about downloading from them as they could be risking. I recommend recording yourself downloading from any free sides just for legal proof. Spend a couple of hours downloading all the photos that are relevant to your brand on target audience and put them into one file. I didn't resize them all and make them ready to post your task to get six stock photos ready to post search for images relevant to your brand or industry. Be creative batch, edit and resize them to fit on Instagram, of course, and then place them in a file and label it stock photos.
4. How to Batch Shared Images: For the third type of image, you will need to download an app that will allow you to save other INSTAGRAM users images. Now this is the most time consuming of all five types because it requires that you contact the user on INSTAGRAM and ask them for permission to share their image. Never share an image without asking for permission. It doesn't matter how many people seem to be doing it without asking. Instagram's terms of service clearly state that you must ask permission to share images as instagram is not an image sharing app. Otherwise, it would be an option there to do it. So if you have, ah, Apple fun going to iTunes, if you haven't enjoyed going to Google play and you'll find lots of different APs for image sharing, one that I've used recently as fast save and I'll show you how it works. So after you install the apple into your phone, you go into instagram. You'll pick the voters that you want, and then you click on the three little dots. Here, you'll see one of them says Copy URL. You click on that, and the apple automatically download that image into your phone storage. Now you don't need to find those images that have the watermarks. Some maps put the watermark. If you ask permission, you tag the user. Everything's fine to go for the apse that have a nice, clean image with no watermark looks much better in your feet. So here's my first bonus strategy. Tip. With Instagram Contacting users on politely asking to use an image will increase your engagement as you make more friends on Instagram, and it may not. It may even encourage those users to share your images if anything and ensures your but won't get sued. Pine angry photographer And believe me, it does happen all the time. I'm a moderator with Facebook group of about 19,000 professional social media managers. And believe me, I see posts about users getting sued or receiving letters to desist all the time. Do not re share without asking, and always be sure to tag the users instagram account. Keep notes on what you've saved with the insane up and where you found them and label each photo with the tag. You'll see an instagram, put all of the images in one file and have them ready to re post on INSTAGRAM. Okay, so your task for this section is to get six shared images ready to post download an image, saving out like fast, save the one that I like to use. Get permission to use every image you save. Be safe, be kind. Edit them if needed, but not too much. You don't want to annoy the original poster and then place them in a file marked shared photos.
5. How to Batch-Create 'Emos': OK moving on. So the fourth type of content that you're going to batch create is what I like to call the emotional graphic or m O for short. If you don't know how to use Photoshopped, you can easily create graphics using free websites such as Can Vote or pick monkey Search online for inspiring quotes or funny sayings, or make some up yourself to align with your Brende. Keep it simple and aimed to elicit a good feeling. Emotion. Make the graphic as minimal as possible with a solid color background and no more than 2 to 3 colors. I'll tell you why in a bit. Create assed many as you can and keep them all of one file ready to upload on Instagram. Your task is to create six original branded M O graphics, make them inspiring educational or entertaining. They've got to be emotional. Give them a mostly solid color, less busy background and use only 2 to 3 main colors maximum, then place them in a file marked emos
6. How to Batch-Create 'Stops': Lastly, if you're running a business account, you're going to want to Sprinkle in some promotional type graphics now and then. So for the fifth type of content that you're going to batch create, it's another type of graphic, which I call the stop. The's stops can quickly sum up what you're brander businesses about if people come to your instagram profile and take a look down your feet. So since my Instagram is about my blawg, this is my blog's stop. These images should include your logo and maybe your website address, but keep them simple and again. Use a solid color background and no more than 2 to 3 colors. Your task now is to create six original branded stop graphics these air for promoting a sale, a giveaway, or to sum up what your brand is about. Give them a mostly solid color, less busy background like the emos and include your brand logo or website. You are well and then place them in a file marked stops
7. How to Pre-Arrange Your Instagram Grid: now for the fun part. This is my favorite part about managing client instagram accounts. Once you have five full files of matched content to Graham from begin arranging them on a non square grid template, you could make the template yourself, as I did here in a photo shop. Or you can use APS like plano li dot com to plan them out yourself. This is not a free up, but it's a very useful one that a lot of professionals use and they love it. I made my own in photo shop here, so here's where the these solid color background images come in handy. Use them to break up the busy pictures when you place them side by side. Try to keep a pretty pardon with complementary colors and shapes. Work from the bottom up, and as you go rename each image with number and the source or type of image that it ISS. You will need to open each image and say vows with a new name, then pop them into the same file. Once you create a full grid of nine, it's time to schedule, so these are all ready to go and numbered your task now is the fun of pre arranging your instagram grid. So create a grid template in photo shop or use the plane Oli app. Keep post occasion dates in mind as you plan. Don't forget about the holidays and where that fall used the emos and stops in between the busy photos to break up the business, work from the bottom up, right to left, then place them in a file labeled by the month.
8. How to Schedule 30 Instagram Posts: Now that you have at least 30 photos, it's time to upload them into a scheduler and give them descriptions. Hashtags on the publishing time and date I did this in Hoot Suite, but there are dozens of other scheduling platforms, including Plan Oli, which is out just for Instagram. The beauty of these services is that you can schedule days, weeks, even months ahead if you want to. So it's well worth the cost if you're serious about growing your instagram following. So this is the Hoot suite dashboard, and I'll just show you how it works. You go to choose your social media accounts, then you choose the prearranged image that you want in order. Right? Your descriptions. Add your hashtags here, wait for it to upload. Go into the calendar, choose what date. Choose what time and schedule it. Then you will be able to see in the publisher over here all the scheduled post that you have. And if you want to make any edits, you can just go in and change them there. Now be sure that you include any APP tags. Werth shared images that you got permission to use from different users on Instagram. They'll show up and tag the user automatically. So that's how you schedule a post. And another thing I'm on add is that this only works. If you have a business account in Instagram to go through automatically, that is, if you don't have a business account hits, we will send you a notification to your phone and then you can push it through manually. Um, okay, so you want to keep a record of all of your posts and the time that you schedule them. So this is the record that I made in using Google docks on. I use it to keep track of all my scheduled images and for analyzing what worked best at the end of the month. So I like to make notes of how many comments and hearts each image received so that I can learn what resonates with my followers and just keeps me organized. I also have other social media accounts that I can use this with, Um I can share this with clients, which is handy as well and adjusted. Teoh, each client, if you'd like to grab a copy of the same social media post record here, um, you can grab it in the attached file section of this course and now for the final task. Scheduling your post. So sign up for a scheduling platform if you haven't already, such as Hoot Suite or Play Noli and tax all the shared images that you've used in your description with their at user names, make sure you schedule everything based on when your audience is most active. Use your instagram analytics to find out and finally keep a record of all your posts. So that's how you can save yourself a massive amount of time and brainpower on Instagram while creating a beautifully organized feed that reflects your brand and speaks to your target audience. Use this professional system and you will never have to think about what to post on instagram again. I use this system to manage multiple client accounts and I say about a month ahead off everyone with no stress. It frees up my time so that I can engage with people more instagram, lacking commenting and doing all those things that create community and increase engagement , which is what it's really all about. So I hope that you enjoy this course and you feel like you can get started all these things with no problem. If so, I kindly ask for you to leave some feedback for me to let me know. And if not, and if you still feel a bit overwhelmed by your instagram or you just hate managing it yourself, contact me. And I can do all this for your instagram because I just love managing Instagram accounts. So they were watching and happy posting. Oh, and there's one last task. When you finish scheduling all 30 post, it's time to pop the champagne and celebrate and please share your grids in the Project gallery for my feedback. Thank you.
