1. Class Introduction: Hello, everyone and welcome. My name is Dennis. I'm the founder of Reverse Cuts Master Video Editing School and that will be your instructor for this place. Where it created this quest is by gathering a lot of my tutorials where I explained, step by step, help to analyze, dissect and replicate visual effects from a top tier music videos. This way will have in one place everything that you need to bring your video editing game to the next level. Besides showing you how to create this effects in premiere pro and photo Shop. Sometimes by learning with me, you will realize how to replicate other advanced effects by yourself. I think that I wanted to mention is that this course will be updated really frequently. As soon as I break down some new effect, you will be the 1st 1 to receive the tutorial. This is barely a start. If you want to know more about this class, you can read the description and check out all of the lessons. I will also provide free footage to help you follow me and practice. I did put Premiere Pro in the thumbnail, but you can achieve all these effects in any other video editing software by following this quest, as I'm sure none of these effects were actually made in Premier probe, that is just my personal preference. But that means is after effects, Sony Vegas final, cut pro and any other will work just the same. Join me now, unless yet your video editing game to the next level. That's great. We can do it. 2. Lil Tecca "Ransom" Face Effect Premiere Pro Tutorial - Inspired by Cole Bennett: All right. So before we actually get into senatorial, I have something to address. So, please, please listen to this is gonna take just a minute. But I wanted to say, is that the reason? Because my recreation doesn't look like the same isco Bennett is because I added my started . I know how to create the space trip effect for a while, so I finally put it to use. But this tutorial, if you follow it, it will surely have to paint a face on a face so you can do whatever you want. But I'm going to be personally painting this face Jim Faget effect. But of course, by following the story, you will realize how the faith drawing works and you will be able to re create the same thing as co Bennett it. And I'm going to create the face trip for this tutorial. So if there's something you like, you can follow me step by step. And if you want to create the same thing at school, But it did, you can just try it out. And, of course, used unique that I used in this tutorial. Thank you for it. Time. Right now. I'm photo shop, and I basically created a file project, which is 1920 by 10 80. But of course, it's whatever the preference off your video is. For example, if you have 12 82 7 Sons 120 video, you can create that for the picture. It literally doesn't matter, since we're going to cut the face out in Premiere Pro. So right now, once you added it, it should look something like this. If you created a project out of a picture, if you create a project they just slapped on a picture, it's just a background right here. You can keep it. You can delete it. It's whatever. So the first thing that we're going to do is split right here on this ransom effect and in our layers, of course, and click control. Plus, Jake is going to copy earlier. So right now I'm using a windows, as you can see, So it's control plus something for me. I'm not sure about you. Mac users don't trust me on this one, but I think it's command, unless you don't know. But I'm pretty sure you know was the alternative for control on a Mac. So just used that since I was using a lot of shortcuts. But don't worry, I will be explaining each one of them. So right now we have this copy right here on we're going to do is click right here on this thing to create a new layer. We're going to use this layer to create our outline and we're going to call it color one. Right? So right now we're going to do is pick on this right here on to click this thing right here . It's the brush to We're going to get this and chicken do is right. Click this and choose the size of your brush. So let's say about let's say Santini would say and hardness you can, of course, use a different brush right here, which you choose on. What I'm going to do right now is just click out and looks like the color so you can find whichever color you want. You can use depend to to get the same color which go Banik use butts. We're just going to use some random one, which is basically similar. Do that once. So let's say these blue face right here. All right, so what I'm going to do is use this right here on Zoom in on what I'm going to do right now . Actually, zoom in a bit more. So we're going to job face. I mean a line on his face. We're going to do it by, as I said, click on the brush thing on. There's a shortcut that we're going to use. I don't know. I don't know how to hurt a call. This I'm not a native English speaker. I don't know how you call this, but I will leave the keys on the screen so we can find them. And that's how you zoom in on your brush and zoom out. So there will be some 10 reliance, bigger ones. I will just leave the keys right here on the monitor saying we understand what I'm using to zoom in and out. So right there, What I'm going to do is basically create the drip face as an outline. So we're going to do that by starting. Let's say I don't know, like what eyes. So right here hopes we're actually going to use the black for the outline, just which is right here in the black Should be at the background. So what I'm going to do is create an outline right here. You don't have to be a perfect drone artist, either. Leave. My drawing sucks. You can see. But let's redo this. All right, There we go. So I'm just going to speed up this process because I want to show you how it looks. But of course, as you can see her like, let's say right now, I created some kind of a drip right here. And, uh, this is how you're going to create the drip. So this'll basically high created a drip effect. So just these slow things right here, which are looking like a drip on. That's how you create a drip effect. So at a lot of these, and it's really simple, and I'm going to speed up this process now, so you don't have to watch all of this. All right? So I'm not gonna just overdo it, because for the sake of that story, also, there's a last so long. So right now, what are we going to do is make another layer on this'll a er we're going to keep it under the color, So jacket under the color. And from now on, everything is gonna be under the color one, because this is our outline. So once you click on this play right here, what you're going to do is go right here, right? Click it Interest this polygonal lasso tool where we're going to do right now is create a mask around this subject right here. That's just drop a simple mask. So I'm going to speed this up. Right? So now, once be officially created, our mask. What we're going to do is which these colors up right here on. We're going to choose the brush tool right here on. But I wanted to mention is the reason why I'm spitting up this video, not just keeping it. I mean these parts where it's boring. It's because I wanted to give you a feel and to understand what you could do. So for those of you who want they actually watch the whole part, you can just go into the options on YouTube and slowly on the video we're going to do is zoom in right now my keyboard, as I showed you, and I'm just going to paint the whole face. Really? The whole face. And you can see our mask is helping us, Not ours. The lines and paint everything good. So this is just a simple process. You don't need to be careful. You have a mask that is doing the job for you. Just paint the whole face on. And what you painted, we're gonna continue being are other parts on right now. As you can see, I've finished. Let me just see if there are any other touches that I can do. All right, so right now we're going to do is click right here and create another layer. We're going to call this one eyes on. What we're going to do right now is go right here and select a color for our eyes. You control whatever you want. I'm just going to stick with the blue and to remember that that we don't have a mask here. So again, you just make your burst smaller and tracking all to dodge any lines. It's like painting where you were little kids. And this is also a short part. So I'm not gonna start. I mean, I'm not gonna speed this up, but for the other parts, we're gonna have to speed it up because it's a bit boring. All right, so right now we're going to do is create another layer right here above the eyes, and it's begin to call its mouth. Thank you's a different color from mount. Click on mouth on going to the colors. Make sure you click on these layers. Don't mess that up. So we're going to do is what you get is something like this. Basically, I was just trying to point out our character on with these colors is gonna do a pretty good job. Something speeches this part up. All right, so once you're officially colored, your mouth but we're going to do is click on the new layer again. And this one, we're going to crawl the eyeliner. So we're going to click on this and those air going to be these lines right through that John, which I found pretty pretty interesting. And let's choose a yellow color like I did in my previous video, because I really like this color for this part on getting for this up. All right, so once we finished our eyes, it's officially a part where our image is going to stand out and we're going to do that by coloring shadows and lights were going Teoh keep right under eyes are shadows and what are we going to do? Is name is, of course shadows. And here's how you create shadows. So click our shadows, Click right here for color and click this blue color that we created right here. So basically, just find the fitting point where it's a bit darker, so it seems like a shadow to this color. So just click around and try to find the perfect image. In case you missed something up where you don't like the color, which you can just do is click control policy to undo, for example, just like I did right now. So I want the darker one on. All right, that's perfect. So we're going to do right now is just let's say this is the part where our shadow I mean, our light is coming. So this is going to be our shadow right here. This thing that I'm painting right now, so of course you can make your hopes just leader this So can she. Looking you, of course, do is make your other with smaller your brush and here's how you're going to create the shadows. Just paint from the different side of the sky. That's what I did. So I'm going to speed up this part. As I explained you, Were you going to do on Yeah, you Once I finish right. So if I haven't finished my shadows and if you followed as you can see, it gave way more detail through the character. So what I'm going to do right now is at another layer right here under the eyes, and I'm going to call it like So here's Here's how you create the light is basically the same thing, but opposite, actually. So what are you going to do is click right here, and I think the color from this part again and basically just get a brighter color. So once you get it, just test it out, see if that's it on. And yep, I think, actually got a front. First. Try this good work, so you create the lights just from the opposite side off the shadows. It's that simple. So here's what I mean by that. So basically, if I have a shadow right, you're going to do is actually creates a light right here on from this side, right here and right here. So this is basically I'm going to create a light just dropped from the opposite side right here on. What are you going to get? Is this nice little field off a shadow on off course? What you need to do is keep the mask on for this part because this is where we're going to draw the most light on on the edge of the faces. So that's where you going to We're going to keep the field off the shadow on right now, going to speed up this part so you don't have to watch this. Oh, and I will see once I fish. So what? You're finished drawing your lights. As you can see, I'm seriously not any professional artists, So I don't know exactly how these things work and art, so don't judge me. All right? So what I like to do also is create little dots on its face to give it more details. So what I basically do is the next. So I switch around what my drunk will make it bigger and make it smaller, and I just at these little dots all over the face. So create one big big one. Maybe right here, here I see. So just to give it a bit more detail and this is just a personal preference on, I think we're pretty much donkey. So what I'm going to do right now is export this image to make sure that export in the bigs quality for our brain for project. And here's how you do that. So once you're finished your face but you can do right here is just soon out film scream, right and clicks based Control D And what are we going to do right now? As quick file right here. Export with quicker export less PNG on and basically find your locations. So mine is right here. Let's call it a ransom for you on. That's totally you just export your picture export because for S, P and G and that should be get, you should have your picture. So right that we're going to do is take our face drip monster and imported into Premiere pro. And right now we'll show you how to actually use this in Premiere Pro and how to mask it out. All right, so we're officially into Premiere Pro and right here I will show you how to mask it out and have to make it disappear step by step. So go right here. I have the video where I created the slip it or the preview as the original one, as you can see, but I deleted the part where I had my mask because we're just going to create right now. So what I want to point out is, as you can see right here, the mask looks thin. So as soon as he starts removing the mask as a transition, he as this black, thick part, which basically seems like it's removing the mask. So what I wanted to say is, this is really easy to create. You can literally create this in Premiere pro with a line or drawing, but I personally think this is not as a big of a detail. So you don't need this if you want to. You can create this, but I'm just not going to create it because it's on. It's not a necessary. I mean, it's not necessary. So I'm going to go to the part where I have it right here. And I'm going to take my ransom effect for this tutorial. Add it right here. And as you can see, the mask applies right away. Because we have this picture on top we're going to do is the next Make sure you line up your video and your mass right here. So what we're going to do is click on our on our mask. They click this free job easier. It's, uh, mental, which we're going to draw it We're going to do right now is go right here on the preview box right here, Penna Group and maximize bulletproof. Also, where you can do is go right here to fit on ticket do about, Let's say, on your 50 that's b enough. Actually, do hundreds on right here. We have our mask as close as possible. We're going to do the same thing as with it in photo shop where we mast out our face so we actually can create it. So just show this mask easy and done, like really right here. So just so we can have this face cut out some speed up this part because you understood, and you don't need to work this whole thing. All right, so I just created the mask, and what I'm going to do is go right here again and go to Penn. Book size Wister panel group size on. Make this 200 back to fit. What we're going to do is drop down the mask. Better to zero, because we're going to lose all the black line that we created on right now. It's time to animate our face. We're going to do that by clicking away from the Masters. Nicosia, Damascus Selected. So if we drag this out is going to drag out this line that we just created. But quickly cow on click on motion right here and started moving. This is a QC. We only have the mask. And this little decker that you see in the background is actually right here from this video. So we're going to animate it right down we're getting used for This is you know, our scale is good. It's direct in the face, and we're going to do right now is the position and the rotation of the masks. So click right here at go. To start where it happens, I would suggest zoom in a little bit, and we're going to do right now as the next When we just joined us up here, right? All right. So let me just get the mask at a place where it is on. Let's zoom it in a bit. Actually, no. See how much weight needs? So let's see, right here So we actually see what we're doing. So right now, I would be going to do is click one frame ahead, actually, Go back, go back. So I say, I say click right here on the stopwatch on position and rotation. So that way, we're going to be able to animate it right now. What I'm going to do is on right now. I'm going to move a frame ahead, drop it down a bit, move frame ahead, drop it down a bit. And as you could tell and did rotate a bit, so I'm going to rotate it just a little bit. All right? So make sure you line it up again once you're rotated and one frame of heads shot down a bit, rotated a bit, wants to rotate exactly to the angle of its face. You're going to find it up as it is. So as you can see, this part is basically just repetitive like this, and I'm going to speed it up once again because you don't need to watch all this thing. So basically, we're going to do is move from ahead and make sure you position the mask off the face. Well, so look to stop right here, because the fingers are appearing and I'm going to cut out the image, and I'm going to lead the rest of it because we donated. So here's to think we're just created. So it's tracking Kiss face right here. It's for the simple. So what are we going to do right now? As you remember? And I think that CO Bennett created is this face removal? I mean, this mass removal right here. As I said, you can create the line, but I don't want it. So what I'm going to do right here is see for how long we actually created effects. I'm going to click right here in the masks on and count the French to 4123456789 10 11 12 12. All right, So what? I'm going to do is go back, and I want to leave five frames of it as a normal picture because I wanted to stand out. Don't want people to see the mask. So 12345 That should be where the mask shit here normally. And we have the rest of these frames where we're going to create the cut out. So we're going to that by creating another mask and what I wanted to do to make sure I don't mess up anything is just right. Click this and nest it. So what's your next picture? Only the picture right now is actually this is clear. And what I'm going to do is create another mess. So this could be literally a just a any any type of a mass because we're going to be removing his face. Make sure you drop the Federer down to zero because we wanted to be choppy and let's start so as we can and we have 12 frames. We left five as to be normal wants. So basically was going to happen is we're going to have seven frames of the face mask removal, but I want to do is click inverts right here. So the mass, but actually appear on top and we would remove it step by step. So what we actually have right here is the next thing right here on our fourth frame. We're going to click massive path and click again on the mask and reveal our whole face. And you have the face. Once you move, step forward, she can do is revealed some of the face, as as I just did. So once you do that, it's just up a bit to make a choppy all right, that So what do you do that to go frame ahead on? Just remove desperate here, and it's literally just revealing the face like this. It z pretty simple. So I'm going to speed up this part, All right? So once you actually finish the mask and you reveal the whole face, this should be your final output, so you would have the face for five frames and damage to start removing. Let's check out. What we just created so far is the original. Let's get this back to fit right here on. Let's watch it. As you can see, it's for the simple arm asked. Did remove a little bit faster is because his mask removes at about 10 frames or 11 I think , and are did removing seven frames. But basically you could say this is the effect, so we have the face revealed for a couple of seconds. It's tracking his face and the mask starts removing. So yet that will be it for this tutorial. I know it was a little bit longer, but I just had to show all the steps and I want to go in depth about this. And after all this time, I seriously don't need your life. I don't want to bother you with that. So all I want to say it is subscribe to the channel if you want to keep learning premier print with me or the school little effects. As I said, make sure you subscribe to stay learning. Let me know down the comments. We should think about this video and thank you. For a time I melt. 3. Post Malone "Circles" No Mouth Effect - Premiere Pro & Photoshop Tutorial: Hello, everyone. And welcome back to bring you tutorial and reverse cuts here. And this is going to be one of our serious where we recreate a music effect video. I mean, in effect from a music video. I'm sorry, I don't know what I'm talking about, right, So, as you know, Post Malone uploaded this song circles on in there. I noticed on the fact that he's using quite a lot. I need to adjust something. So in order to create the mouth, no mount effect, your your target needs to be study. It's going to be have things. You're gonna have to be a steady shock. Your character is not gonna have to move a lot because it's really, really hard to track it and to make it look natural if your characters moving. So if you go back to post Malone's video, you will notice that whenever he does, I mean, his editor, whenever he does the amount, the person the girl in the video is not moving, it's literally as that he shot so but I need you to do is get your footage in. This is gonna be my footage. I got it from the travel version of stock footage is Shut off these guys. So basically I'm going to do is get their first shot. And I'm going to click this right here, this camera to export this frame, I'm going to name it the let's say shop. And just being George a bag is the same thing on make sure you select the path, right, So you would know where it goes so you can get out there and click cake. So basically, we just exported shots to write that we're going to may my spirit pro and go to a photo shop. Once you get Photoshopped, create a new project and make sure it's the same width and height as your project and printer pro. So what I'm going to do now is go Teoh my destination where I saved the photo. I'm gonna get recordings, video, everything right here. No malt shot. Important. Right here. Okay, so here's what you're going to be. Oh, right. Here. See this effect? It's called a clone stamp tool. So basically, what this is doing is if you click on it, and as you can see right now, it doesn't let me do anything so What I have to do is hold old and select the layer where I want to copy. So just choose some part of the skin that you want to cover the mouth wet. So I'm going to take this. And if I hold out, press right here. Basically, what happens is I selected the or which I'm going to copy if this appears. It says that this needs to be rast arised, just like okay. And as you can see, I just selected this right here, and you can off course change the size of this brush, but just make small movements will make them do hard because it will take up a minute, will mess of the picture. So here's what's happening. As you can see, while I move this, you can see a little plus above her head. I can't show it to you because I need to use my mouth. But as you say this month, this plus above the circle is what the surface is taking off the copy. So basically, forget to right here and do this, as you can see, going to copy a nose and that's something that we don't want. So we're going to do if you run to problem like this just covered the mouth covered amount , and once the plus comes to the nose or something that you don't want, what you're going to do is hold Ault again and select again this surface and then start from here. So it's going to repeat the process from here on. That's how you're going to save up your shot from not going into nose or something else. And you could see I'm repeating the same process. Just make small movements. And after we finish this 60 I got that enables. I'm resetting it. So after I finished covering them out, what I'm going to do is what I'm going to do is make this smoother. Stores you can see we can see the rough patches. And what I'm going to do is is the next thing. So let me just there are some parts that I messed up. All right, so what are we going to do now? Once we covered them out is the next thing. We're gonna go right here and we're going to, right? Click this. It should say blur toe for you. You need to select this much to on we're going to do is go right here and mess around with this and for the strength is gonna be a touch it for you. But I would advise you to do is get it down to about 15% or 20%. That's normal. And just make slow movements around the edges. And we're going to do with that is you're going to smooth out the edges and you're basically going to blow around the edges, and it's gonna make this effect look natural. So just press around and make this Pagis food, er, maybe from this up a bit on going to speed up this process on I'm see you once we're done. So once we're finally done with the mouth covering what we're going to do is exported a picture because that's all we need. So good to file right here. Export export, S P and G and save it that same location of being crawling about shops. If I know on was exported, just exit Photoshopped because we don't need it anymore. What I'm going to do right now is take the gnome of shot final on placing Inter project into Premiere Pro and I'm going to place it above above our video right here. Drug it to as much as you want your video toe last four on What we're basically going to do right now is go right here. It says fit on. Change it to 100 per game to zoom in like this. So we make a mask we're going to do is click on our shot and click this Ben Tool. This free job as here on capacity on Once you click it, just make a rough mask around this subject's mouth. So what we did right here as we created a mask around its mouth and we're going to do is animate dancers. You can see right now from our picture. Just get this back to fit from 100 if it so from our picture, we only have our mouth in the background as our shop. So if you want to track its to the object, I would advise you to use after effects and look up story for that because after effects has this face tracking feature, which is really amazing. Unfortunately, bring it doesn't have it. So what I'm going to do, Speak right here. to track are selected mask as best that it can. But trust me, it's not gonna be looking pretty good. So what else you can do right here? ISS mess around with the mask, feathering off course. You can increase it a bit or drop it down. Just find it. Decide. Look for yourself. I'm going to zoom in again and see what I can do with this. So basically way. Select the mask on. And if we do the mask expansion right here, we're going to get more blurred. And if you job capacity, of course, you can mess around with the shot, so basically will be created. Right? Here is something that would like to write their way. Click this. Track it. I'm going to speed this up. Right? So our mask finally finished. And as you can see, it didn't deal. Well, job. So what I'm going to do right here is zoom in. And as I said, if you don't using after a fact that struck me, is gonna be painting. Yes. So I'm going to do is right here, cut out the part where my character shakes its head and it's right about here. You get the right here is going. Three video transitions go to dissolve and what I'm going to do is take the white right here. Just Thies too. So I don't myself anything. Make just shop The diff toe white on it says that I have some repetitive frames which I don't mind. So right here is our effect. Of course, you could do a better thing with the tracking writers. You can see it's not moving what the target can do a better tracking of that. But the purpose of this tutorial was to show you how to actually lose the mouth. So they for me here, guys thinking for learning with me. If you did enjoy, make sure to subscribe and make sure you turn on the notification post cannot miss out Condit tutorials, tutorials pretty often. And let me know down into comments which want to see next tutorial. Thank you for having me here. Make sure to check out skills share. You think like the first link in description below you will get two months of skills share for free. That sounds awesome if you want to keep learning. So I think around me here I'm out 4. Lil Tecca "Out Of Luck" Scene Split Transition Premiere Pro tutorial - Inspired by Cole Bennett: Hello, everyone. And welcome back to bring you tutorial and it's reverse that's here. And if by any case, remember from my last tutorial, I tried paving a cold Bennett visual effects which went pretty well, So if you want to check that out, is the link will be down in a description. So right now I will show you how to recreate this. I've seen him use this pretty like a lot lately, and that's why I decided to recreate it. So as you seem to preview video, I think I did well, job. So let's start right here. In our timeline. I have two shots. This is going to be the one that is going to be covering. The intros I remember from the Decker's video had three same shots was she placed one here , one here and one here, and the two on the sides were rotated. And this shot, I will be using Teoh come out like from the bottom like he did. So let's start where you have to do first is hope Ault and drag out the first clip so you would actually get a duplication of the first steps. That will be three same shots and just stack him up in three video, three video tracks and get the woman our model on top or whatever you're using. So what I did right here is like like this I to to hide it for a second because we first want to work with these watch scenes, and later we'll make this woman appear from the bottom. So right now, I just like this right here to cover her, and I'm gonna go to defect step and search for an effect called Cross Get Thanks, Bar. I'm going to place it or every single cliff on after I place it. I'll explain you what we're going to do. So let's start from the bottom from the top to the bottom. I'm sorry. So click on the 1st 1 and from left to right weekend just the crop. And let's say at 35% to left, 35 to bottom on and you probably won't notice any detail. But trust me, way will see the detail once we aligned them. So what we're going to do right now is G Oh, this one. Lets say click motion right here. Actually not motion. I'm sorry just use this position thing and drag it out. So lie it up to where you think it fits. So let's say right here. But I also wanted to mention is used the bottom one for the left side. This one from the right side, on the one on the top for middle. Because we're going to need the one to be on the top, which is in the middle because of this woman model is going to pop out. There's the reason I was going out this 2nd 1 on Just dragged a bastard it right on line it up like this. So for now, we actually got the effect. And right now, what is happening right here? We just got three same shots. So what are we going to do right now? Is you wanted a woman on click 25. 35 left and bottom. Same process. But once we reveal her, as you see, it covers right here. So what are we going to do? Is use this right here in the position to drop her doubt and is going to drop her down from the start we're going to do now. Let's say she s So, basically for one second it's a normal clip. Same thing, as in the next video, and then from one second is going to start dragging up for, like, one exact second. So it's two seconds. She should cover the whole screen. So what are we going to do? Is click this position right here and make sure selected her the model on top. And what we're going to do is move up to one. I mean two seconds. Sorry, and change this back to 5 40 So you can see what basically happened is she's covering this right here normally, as in the video, but we don't want her to cover it. We want to push out this middle watch, so we're going to achieve that by doing pretty much the same thing. So basically, farm going to the one second where the clip starts appearing and at position right here and we're going to do right now is go two seconds and make sure it's lights office cream. So let's go back a couple of seconds so we actually see what we're doing on every drug. It to the left is gonna go up. So let's say at about minus 540 on, Let's say happens at exactly two minutes. So what we have here? I think this was a mistake. So basically, here's what's happening. As you can see, we're just recreated the whole thing. So it's basically pushing out the effect. But it's remember, right here was the middle middle video appears it is going to push out the other two on the size and is going to fit the whole screen. So we're going to animate this by clicking on our woman again. And here's what we're going to dio we're going to animate our crop now. Basically, we animate the position for from down to up. Right now we're going to animate left. I mean, our crop. I'm sorry. So let's go back to two seconds. And as I remember from the practice video, as soon as it reaches top is going to spread out and put this themselves. So basically a two seconds created this key friends right here by clicking the stop watch for animation right here. And let's say that tree seconds exactly. It's going to cover the whole screen. So what are we going to get this back to zero. These 25 0? Yep. And right that we're gonna have to do some stuff with these watches on the site. As we did. The one in the middle is going to put them out. So let's animate death. What we're going to do right now is go at exactly two seconds. Go to the first watch on. Let's, uh what should we do? We should animate the position. I think so. Click the position right here on it on at exactly three seconds. Moving up to three seconds. Actually, let's go back a little bit so we can see what's happening or just go to three seconds. Exactly. And where you're going to do is drag this out on. If we go back, we can see the Clippers getting covered, but it's not getting covered enough. So what we're going to do is make this a bit bigger on right now. As you can see, it seems pretty normal. We're going to just get this key frame and drag it out a bit closer, so it should. It should finish pretty normally, and whatever going to do right now is repeat the same process for the right one So go right here and at a key frame on position on, go down three seconds on track this. Let's see if we should drag this out or I mean the right to left. So it's right, All right, so let's three seconds it's keep from right here. Check it out. Check out if it's good, Askew can see it's a little bit late on the clip in the middle. So what we're going to do is off course. Make this a bit faster by increasing this increase this way. More Andre. Now it's a bit too much, so I'm going to be dropping Cliff a bit. So let's say 2 to 0 just a bit outside. All right, there we go. Way officially create the video you can see. As you can see, it's pretty simple. Cell Woman comes. Then it pushes out the other clips, and that's how it creates the effect which Kobets has been using a lot lately. In his videos. It actually turned, turned out pretty simple. So basically we did right here to Capitol off its wear it crop effect told off. These were placed three same at the 1st 3 tracks and on top. We created the video that is going to be pushing out all of these. So we had a 25% on left and right to all of these. Then we animated the woman to come up with the clip, which is in the middle. And then we have an animated the woman to push out the sides by removing these videos from their positions. So basically doubles it. I hope you enjoy this video, and I hope you liked it. If it did, make sure to subscribe. Seriously. Don't need your life. So I'm not gonna bother you with that. I just want you to subscribe to keep learning on this channel. But you think about this video on I'm out. 5. FREE Paper Rip Transition - Inspired by Lonewolf: Hello, everyone and it's reversed. Gets here and welcome back to another tutorial. So this story I decided to give you something for free has been a while since I gave away something. But I want to stay something before you just go into description and download this way. Oh, and you have no idea how to use it. Please stick around and watch this tutorial. I promise you, it's actually really hard to use this to use this animation called Whatever you want this transition. I don't know this paper video. It's actually tricky to use it, and I'm pretty sure you won't find a good way to use it. So stick around so I can show you the proper way of how to use it. I will show you how to use it and how to make it look better. So please watch this tutorial. Let's jump straight into the video and let me show you. It's okay. First you need to add the clip. Which one you want to come out of the paper rips. So I want this simple video off this D J. For some reason, it's comes in. Let me just zoom out all right. So I want this to come out of a video. I mean, out of the paper. I want this to be on as the main screen, and I want the deejay to come out of the paper up. So what I'm going to do right now is actually take the green screen right here on. I'm going to unlike it from the audio because we don't need it. All right, So you can see it's kind of slow. It takes 10 seconds up to load, and so I'm going to speed it up by going by right, clicking the innovation speed in duration. And I'm gonna make it 200. I will say, Yeah, that's twice as fast. So that's gonna work. Well, all right. So what are we going to do right now? Is the next we're going to search right here. A color key on we're going to apply to are green screen. Good. Three effects. Step and take this pen tool right here and click on the blue. First, we're going to reveal the blue. So what's to do that? We're going to actually just boost the color tolerance to where we're actually going to lose all the blue color. And once you lose all the blue color and you think it's looking nice, I'm going to get us into to just lose all the blue edges that appear pretty sure that you got this right. Where you're going to do is the next. So we're going to nest this Theis video that's behind right here on the green screen. That's a crucial tip when it comes to creating this effect. So you need to nest them. So flagged them over, right? Click them ness them on. Call what everyone doesn't matter. Create the nested sequence and we're going to do right now is at another color key on top of this nested sequence. Aunt, take these things. This, uh, it's called. I drop it to click the green on right now. Increased the color tolerance to where it seems natural. All right, so let me just find something that looks right to about right here. Let's see. Extinct to that makes it look natural. And for now, you actually created the transition, as you can see, but it kind of seems unnatural. Something to double click this next sequence. Zoom in right here. To where this animation ends, cut off this, go back. And as you can see right now, it seems normal. So what are we going to do it to actually enhance this transition? Because you can't just leave it like this. It's gonna look stupid. Where we're going to do right here is to where it shouldn't The transition actually happened, like from sitting right here, and it's done. So what I'm going to do is click on this next nested sequence, then get the effects right here and search transport. I'm going to drop this transform, which is under me distortion on our nested sequence curl downtown, which in the effects tab on what I'm going to do right now is check the scale at 100 to add a key frame right here. Click that stopwatch. Go just a little bit here front and I'm gonna boost us all the way until we came in into the scream. Doesn't matter how much just that we lose transition. What I'm going to do right now is you can see we just created this. Let's press enter. So we render out this read part, which is not rendering and as you can see now it's looking normal, but I have a couple of other tips to make this sound and look realistic and what to do. If you want to apply some transitions, please watch this. This is a really also important part. So what I was trying to say is the next cell right here. What I like to do is add in motion blur. So what I'm going to do is check this his composition shutter angle and changed the shutter angle. Tianjin 80. This is going to give it a nice motion blurs you can see in the background, and it's gonna make it look way better. What I also like to do is I have this tear rip sound we just dragged in here, and I'm going to I already over any selected it. I found it on YouTube. It's free. So what I want to do is drink this in on we're going to do right now is at another thing, which is a worst sound effect. We're going to add it to exactly where the transition is about to happen. So right here. All right. So that look pretty good. But as my last step, when I have to say is, if you're trying to add some transitions, let's say right here. Oh, maybe some simple transitions does matters you means their mouth or just a simple default transition. Don't do that like this, because if you do it as you can see, it's going to mess up the picture. You're going to see two pictures at the same time. So how are we going to do it is by creating an adjustment layer right here and once you create, they're just in there. I already have my as applied on top of all those clips like jacket on top of those clips and then add the default transition or any other that you're trying to use right here at the top. So as you can see right now, we're not losing any picture and stuck in normal. And if you're also wondering how I created that muffled sound before the transition actually happened and once the paper was opened on it got sounding normal again, you can get that tutorial. I mean, there has greatest defector of the tutorial, which I created is for free on YouTube. It's gonna be displayed as an and screen Thank you for having me here. And thank you for watching this whole tutorial If you didn't watch this whole tutorial, I'm not gonna ask for your likes or something. I seriously don't eat it. I'm just glad that you stick to stick around till this whole tutorial and watch the till the young to learn all this stuff because it's really tricky as you seem to actually use this. It's kind of shrinky. And you probably will miss of the first time because you need to know some things you need to apply color, key to different stuff. You need to wind it up perfectly on those air. The stuff that I wanted to explain and also these audio cells which enhanced this transition. So thank you for having me here. Thank you so much. And they will be it for this tutorial. I hope. Enjoy. And I melt 6. Popular Frame Hold Transition : Hello, everyone. Welcome back to a brand new tutorial, as from her skirts here today have a really simple and easy tutorial for you. This one is called the Frame Hold transitions. I mean, some people like to call it frame freeze transition, too, but it's pretty much the same thing. So without further ado, let's jump into it and let's recreate what you've just seen in the previous video. So you need to go right away to the middle off this to seediness on. Of course, we're gonna need to scenes and going to the middle where they switch. As you can see right here. What I'm going to do is go right in the middle, zoom in as much as I can and click my right arrow. That's going to move my play hat one frame ahead. So if I proceed to get this shortcut for a razor tool and cut this right here, there's gonna be one frame only. So we're gonna need a frame. Hold right here for this transition to the happen, and there are two ways to create it. There's an easier way, and there's a harder way you can make a screenshot right here. Just go right here. Take a screenshot, import the picture, drag it out for us much as you like. But of course, you can use these your way in. Just hold all to duplicate this right here. Right. Click this. I'm sorry. Right. Click this and click add frame. Hope so. What are we going to do right now is click on this. Rachel, make sure you clicked on this on. Go to your first control right here. I did some color grating. That's nothing to do with this tutorial. Garage 30 opacity and click this free job as here. So this is something that we're going to use to actually create the mask off the guided. We had an RPG video, so click this right here. And what I want you to do right now is go right here to these three lines and go to Penhall Group settings. Maximize balance group is going to help you to make a better masks since you zoom in and you know, but what you're doing, it's pretty easy to create a mask like this and not when it's only this small. So this is way easier. So just started drawing a mask around this guy. It doesn't have to be for effective because it's gonna happen on lean a couple of frames. And I'm going to speed up this part right here. So you don't have to watch this boring part on Macia. One sweet continue. So once you finally finished the mask, what you're going to do is click right here again, depending group settings, and restore Penhall group size. Right now, we're back into the works based and we're going to create the actual transition. So, actually, but if you want to remove some of the life you don't want, you can just remove the feathering and is going to look normal. But I'm going to add just a better feathering. And right now, if we click right here and zoom out, you can see that we already fished the transition on. It's exactly what we wanted. But what I'd like to do is just women explain a bit more. So what I also like to do once I finish the mask is to add a VHS over late to my my character. Let's say so. It will have a VHS overlay right here, and when it starts actually playing the second clip is gonna lose it. So I'm going to do that by using the VHS for my free precept back, which it can use which you can find them. Sorry. In my description, it's my free precept back so you can get the VHS won. And what we're going to do is pick on, uh, frame Hold right here copied a mass correctly. Can Koppett go right here on the VHS and rightly capacity and paste it? So right now, as you can see, it's it has only did overly right here. And it's not not not looking natural. So what I like to do is going to mass right here. I think on the blending mode and change it to scream. So as you can see, our character now has a VHS overlay and here house look as a final. And of course I have the music right here as you see an end of previous video. So that would actually be it. That's how you create the frame, whole transition. Thank you for having me here. And because you stick around till this whole tutorial, I have to mention something to you. So I have this premiere Pro course, which you could find in the description. Below are as the first been comment down in the comments section, and it's actually a video that will show you how to editor audio and make it sound professional. Same his mind. So if your interests interested in that type of stuff, make sure to click the link below. Thank you for having me here. Thank you for learning. Made me on and I'm out. 7. Jasiah "Crisis" Skeleton Effect Tutorial In Premiere Pro: Hello, everyone. Welcome back to your brand new tutorial, and it's remembers, gets here. And today I will show you how to create the skeleton effect. First of all, I want to address something. I'm not gonna show you how to create this effect from point A to point B. Yes, I'm gonna go in depth on this effect and show you how to exactly how to make it. But I'm not going to replicate it. Exactly how CO Bennett did it. Because I think for this effect, he did use some plug ins, as you can see, because this invert effect, you can create it exactly like this in Premiere Pro. So he probably tweaked some plug ins right here. And for this x ray thing right here to make a glow and look blue, I think he did some coloring and masking, especially especially for this guy. Hey, probably this, um, asking him to make him like this wet fish blue. So I'm gonna show you how to create this effect. But to get the exact same look as CO Bennett did, you're gonna have to tweak some options. So as you can see, he only he only Here's this effect for two friends, but of course you can use it for how much you want. It doesn't matter, and I like mine effect to be five frames. I'm gonna show you how to grate it. Created in five friends. But it's exactly the same process as for two frames. And here's a tip right of the bet when you're on YouTube and trying to snatch an effect. Basically, what you can do to look at frame by frame is pressure comma, and you're a dot So by pressing, your doctor can go one frame forward. So that's really interesting. And that's really cool to know, as you can see, So this is the actual effect. So I'm going to show you how to recreate this right here in Premiere Pro. I have this normal footage, this girl right here, and I'm gonna show you how to implement this skeleton effect right here. It's really easy. Don't don't worry about this adjustment areas for my crop bars right here because I needed them. I like it that way. So let's start with tutorial when I first want to show you is when you want to create this effect you're going to find a place where you want the effect happens. So let's say right here, make a cut. And I like my effect to be long. Five frames. I'm gonna hold shift and right click. Might my actually not right. Like press my right arrow. So shift and right arrow make another cut. And that will be exactly five French. 12345 Good to defect. Step and search for the invert effect underneath Channel tab. You're gonna show that you're going to see this invert effect. Place it on top of your cliff. And as you can see, your video should get the effect right here. We're going to do right now is tweet this right here. So you could basically change around these. Going to defect, step underneath video. Invert. You have this RGB right here. You can play around with it. A lot of people like to use luminess, but I'm gonna use RGB just because it has this blue color. And right now we need the actual skeleton. I found my skeleton on Google images, which is really easy. Search, skeleton, transparent background. As you can see, I already did it. I downloaded this one because it is the most normal one. But you can look around and see which one fits for you. And also, what I wanted to say is, if you want to animate it, to move up with your character could actually just mask it out and key frame it. So that's for the easy. And once you downloaded by right clicking, going to save image once you download it, I have my own desktop. I'm gonna go to desktop and right here I'm gonna Yeah, right here. I'm gonna imported into my project, going to my project years my skeleton right here and place it above my effect. Cut it down to exactly where we want to happen. And as you can see, it's a little bit oversized. I'm gonna click on this image right here, click on this motion thing, and I'm gonna scale it. But first we need to drop down the skills. We can actually see it. I'm going to use Just use it from right here. Tears had so something like this, I'm gonna cut out the rest of it. So what I'm gonna do to cut it out is quick on this thing right here for a job easier so we can actually mask it out and click. Right Here are these three lines go to panel group group settings, maximize panel group. What I'm gonna do right now is mask this out. It could be a rough mask because it doesn't really matter. Yeah, and that's it. So right, then we're going to go right here. Penna group, restore panel, group size. Once we masked it out and what I'm gonna do is drop the mask, Federer to zero because I don't need any. Frederick, What I'm gonna do right here is click on this motion thing right here and I'm gonna adjust it. So exactly where I want the effect happen, I'm gonna twist it a little bit. But of course, you can also add another mask and cut his head so you can adjust it to this model right here so it can be twisted on the side. But that's something simple. And that's something that I really don't worry about because let's be honest. This effect is only five friends, not a lot of people. When noticed, that the hat wasn't really adjusted to the body, So those air something that you should be worrying about. But if you really want you for a fanatic, for it is you want to cut his head out and they get exactly right by the angle off this normal head of this woman, which you can do, is create another mask. Mask this out, Mathis head and place right here. But you will need Teoh duplicate your clip. So once you do that, you can just twist your had to decide just like this, and it should be really easy. What I'm gonna do now is increased the size of this because I want to adjust it. Exactly how it is created a little bit more. I'm gonna twist us to decide something like this should be fine. As I said, guys remember that she don't need to create it perfectly because I know people will know there's that it's not something important. That's why I don't worry about those things too much. So right now, what I want to show you is because I don't really know how to create the glowing X ray effect I can share how to create a normal globe. So, first of all, a Lupus press enter. So this red line right here should render out. As you can see, it is the effect for now. But we're going to do to recreate the glow is duplicate this clip right here. Hold all and drag this up right here. And search for Saffar, Actually. Sorry. Gouging Blur Gaussian. I don't know how people like to pronounce it. Some people, Prasit Gaussian some gouge in Doesn't matter. Go to blur and sharp And get this gouge and calcium. Drop it onto your first clip right here. And once you are here, they're like, click on it and change its capacity to screen We're going to do is change this the screen right here. And Dixie it's already glowing, but we're going to increase this to you about 80 years so we can get this glow effect and exit. Cassie, you can change the horizontal vertical, but of course, horizontal and vertical at the same time should be great. Repeating as pixels should like mascot outs. Actually add the blur completely. But this is fine for now. And what you can do is actually just the mask a bit If you want to like if you want to be exactly where it is. So what I'm gonna do right now is thickened emotion just just a little bit and that will be it. So right now what we press effect for this to render out there should be the actual effect . You can see what CO. Bennett also did is right here at what's shop this out and go right here. So chop the invert the video where the inverted factors and change this rgb two something else. I see what's the most similar? So something like this And if you press enter to render their south, as you can see hoops, if this happens to you as you could see, see this this happens to you what you need to do just this, drawing the clip out and drag it back. It's sort of that easy, actually. And as you can see in the video effect with Kobe did is just at another glow to the same visualizing, so it would look normal. It will actually be just noticeable at that point once you add the other effects. As you could see, this will be done. And as you can see, also in the co Bennett's video. The skeleton is standing still, so don't worry about this. This is the actual effect with CO Bennett. Also did is added a grain effect of hs affects. You can do that by searching VHS or of course not just grain in your effects step and you should use the normal noise right here. So what you can do is added to the video. But since it's chopped up, what I like to do is to drag this just when they're up at another adjustment. There, right here. Cut it out. Get this noise right here. And, of course, just increase it. But I'm check this use color noise because but it used the normal color noise, the gnome normal noise, not the color of on. And they should be the final backed. Yeah, that would be it. Guys, for this effect, I hope you enjoyed. I hope you enjoyed this effect. And I made this effect because I made this tutorial for this effect because this song was really popping right now, this crisis just I have no idea how to pronounce this guy's name, But it was directed by CO Bennett edited by CO Bennett and I really loved this guy. I love his work, so I just had to recreate this in a tutorial. Thank you for having me, guys, I hope enjoyed story. And welcome back to burn you tutorial. I havent posted in a while, so I decided to do something something really cool. And I will be showing you how to create this trip. It trending video fast in Premiere Pro. The reason why I called the trend is because I've seen a lot of these popular video editors visual effects artists to use them on their really easy to create. That's why in them for beginners. So without further ado, let's start to right away. So right here have these two clips which I'm going to apply this affects on on the 1st 1 which we're going to do is really good for the bass drop or the beef job. Just search into effects directional blur on once you add the direction, just like your clip we're going to do is find the position where we want to effect starts. So let's say my credible here at eight seconds, but I'm going to do is take the stopwatches and leave these zero. What I'm going to do right now is hold shift and with the right arrow, and that's gonna move me about five frames. You see. But I'm going to do right now as increased the blur length to about 100. That should be enough for 90 whatever. So change the directional blur to about charging 70 degrees. So that's gonna be a folks pin right here on What are we going to do? As you know, like just zoom and get to the effect and just move one frame ahead and get all dese zero so they reset. So as you can see, what's preview would have right here This is really good for the B drop. And if you make it even more longer, it's gonna be much more visualize. Herbal on where we're going to do right now has jumped out a second clip. And this is where I'm gonna use a couple of things and want to create one single effects. So what I'm going to do right now is what I'm going to do right now is dropped this chest right here. You can find this VHS overlay in my free pre set back. The link will be down in the description is the BHS number four. It's in the overlays folder, so I'm going to discuss right heroes right here. I'm going to amount to click on it to go to normals, changes to screen or when they're dodge. Add something like this. So what I'm going to do right now is I like them and right click nest. So they become one single clip on what? I'm going to just create black bars on the side. So what I've noticed is they use a lot of big chest overlays and they use a lot of black bars on the side out because they want Teoh bring back deal. Look from deal videos So you can do this in two ways. These sidebars you can uncheck these uniforms scale on Just drop the scale wits to about 75 as you can see. Or if you don't want to do that, you can just go to the fast and search for a problem. Once you find a crop placed on, top your video and just change the left and right, you about 15 right on. The reason I don't use this is because it actually cropped the video. It doesn't resize it, So maybe there's something important right here that I want to be in the clip on is going to cut it out goes as you can see, it's going out to lift its not scaling it. So that's why I will be using the skill with I'm gonna drop 35. And as you can see, we have this right here and it looks just as a normal clip. But what I also notice is when people add VHS overlays, they want to enhance the effect a little bit more. So what we do is search the effects like posterized time. It should be right here. So applied this effect right here. Well, this effect does It's basically dropping down your frame rates to make it more Ciampi and I've seen Lone Wolf use this effect quite a lot. So here's how it looks. It looked really Sharpie. The reason why it's like twitching back is because this is not rendered out. But you get the point like is gonna be, like, way more choppy. And if you drop it down, even 12 frame rates right here was gonna happen is you can see it's it will look like this . So he is this in a lot of what was named the guy. Oh shit, I forgot his name. The rapper he did a lot of years for so basically, these are some trippy effects that any beginner can make in Premiere Pro. And I hope I explained that quickly. So that waster of time.
