1. Introduction: Okay. Hi, guys. So we are back for course number two. We're looking at the symmetric scales. I know you're asking the question, what are symmetric skills. So I'm going to explain this in this course, what symmetric skills are. And I'm going to show you free different symmetric scales, and I'm going to show you variations of these scales to make some fun warm up exercises for your fingers. Again, I'm aiming to strengthen your fingers, your weak fingers and your strong ones as well. And my aim for this course is that your weak fingers will become much stronger. Also, you're going to learn fun exercises that you can also implement again in your production or your songwriting. Okay? So I hope to see you. In this course, it's going to be fun. It's going to be exciting and you're going to learn something new. So I will see you rely. 2. What are Symmetric scales?: So I'm going to quickly explain to you what symmetric scales are. So the question is, what are symmetric scales. So we're going to look at three different symmetric scales, so I can quickly break down what they are. So a symmetric scale is when all the notes within the scale are the same interval distance going up or going down. So let me explain this now with the three symmetric scales that we're going to be looking at. So the chromatic scale has no notes in between. So, for example, if you're going from C, you're going straight to C sharp, straight to D. Then to D sharp, then to then to F. As you can see, there are no notes in between the notes that you're playing. The next one now is the whole tone scale. The whole tone scale has one note in between. So there's a one note gap in between every two notes. As you can see, And lastly, the diminished skill has two notes in between every two notes that you play, as you can see in the example. That's basically how symmetric skill works. It's the same distance whether you're going up or down. So I hope that this short explanation was very clear for you and I will see you in our first exercise, which is the chromatic skills. 3. Chromatic Scale: Demostration (Original): Guys to our very first symmetric scale, which is to chromatic scale. We're going to first look at this scale in its original form. Then we're going to look at the five variations. So we are working on fingers one, two, and three in your right hand, and one, two, and three in your left hand. So I will see you after the demonstration. 4. Chromatic Scale (Original) : Breakdown - Right Hand : Alright guys, so we are now looking at our first break down, which is the chromatic scale in its original form. Looking at the right hand first and the left-hand, see you in a bit. In your right hand. We're going to make sure and in the left hand as well, we're going to make sure that our third finger is always on the black node, only the firm. And the second thing I would land on the white notes, the case. Let me give you a quick example of this. Nice and slow. So watch my fingers. So I hope by observing my fingers, she was able to see that my third finger landed on all the black nodes. Okay. And my thumb and my second finger, we're only on the white notes. Let's do this again with you playing along with me with the metronome. Okay. So just going forward after 412341234, I hope you'll be able to play along with me. Now we're going to play backwards and it's the same pattern that's going forwards where your third finger is touching the black nodes and your farm and second finger touching the white nodes. A case on a playback dimensional surface just onetime them with the metronome and you can play along with me. So going backwards, then the cephalic free from, okay, so now we're going to play the right-hand going backwards with the metronome. So off the floor will stop. 1234. Again. 1234. Excellent. So now we're gonna go forward and backwards with the metronome. So after 41234. 5. Chromatic Scale (Original) : Breakdown - Left Hand : We are now going to look at the left hand of the chromatic scale. It in your left hand. It's the same again as the right hand. We're using the same fingers and the third finger is going to land on older black notes, as I mentioned earlier. So let me play it for you first forward and backwards. Then we can play with the metronome afterwards going forwards. As you can see, it's very similar to the right-hand. Alright, so let's try and do it together now. Alright, after four, just going forward, 1234. So now let's play this with the metronome. Just, Just to note as well as I've always mentioned, if it's too fast for you, you can always play a slower tempo or metronome to RC. So 60 BPM is a nice speed if you find it too fast. And gradually build up to 70. Alright, so now let's play with the metronome and trunk. Keep up with me. Yeah. After four one to free fall. And that's it. So I will see you in the next lesson. We are going to be looking at the first variation of the chromatic scale in both hands. So I will see you in the next lesson. 6. Chromatic Scale: Demostration (Variation 1): Well done, hope that was okay for you. So we are now looking at the first variation of this scale. So in our right hand, we're going to be working on fingers one, two, and three. And in our left hand, we're working on fingers one, two, three and four. So I will see you in a bit. 7. Chromatic Scale (Variation 1) : Breakdown - Right Hand : So we're now onto our first variation of the chromatic scale. So all the best guys. So we are now looking at our first break down variation one in the right hand. So an easy way for you to think about this exercise is you go up a step, you skip, you go down the step, you skip. Let me play and explain it to you at the same time. So we've got up a step. He skipped one note. Down this step is skipped one note again. Yeah. Do it again. Took up a step. We skip one note down. This step is skipped. One step. Skip one note down the steps. Skipped OneNote. Yeah, one more time. Skip. Go down this time. We skip it. Go up. Yeah. Send me go up. Be skipped. We go down. We're going to play it over one uptake. Then we're going to do it over to optimize. Okay. And just a quick note, my fingers suggestions or just my suggestion. So if you find that better fingering that sushi much better and you feel more comfortable with, you can change up my fingering. But this is just my suggestion that I think will work. So before we play this exercise, let me quickly show you my finger in and you can decide whether or not you want to use it or not. So what I do is I go out with a farm. So I start with the thumb, finger. I skipped to the first and go down to the firm. Skip for the second finger. The first step, the second step, the foot down into the foam. Whole process again. That's what's my syngas. Then we end with the forefinger. That's just too. All right. So why would like you to do for me now is play along with me. Alright? This is two over one up the first than two octaves. So let's do this after 41234. The forefinger on that one. Yeah, so think realised, it's just repeating this one or taste wise. We're going to go from this C to the next C or second see higher up. So now let's do it to a place. And if you find what I'm doing too fast, while we suggested that you play it by yourself first, make sure you get your finger in all correct. Then draw me afterwards. Alright, so let's go again. Now we're going to go from this C, this C up here. Alright, let's go. So after 41234. So we are now going to go from DC to DC with the metronome at 70 bpm. Alright, so let's go off the full. 1234. 1234. Let's do that one more time. 1234. So that's it going forward. So now let's look at it going backwards. So a good way for you to memorize it is up, step up, step up, step, Skip to do again, flee. Up, step up, step up, step two, and so on. Now, I want to keep going. Tastes weird way down to the next you could see a mayonnaise and second finger and third finger. We're used to from when the last number I press, which is the meat in there. Right. And we did it one more time with the metronome 1234. Okay guys, so think of it like this. When we're going backwards, we start with a little finger, then we end with our thumb, okay, only when we're going backwards. Alright, so now let's go forward and backwards with this exercise. I hope that makes sense to you now. So as soon as you understand the pattern going backwards, just work on it. Going backwards. Okay. Then we're going to put it all together. Okay guys, so we are now going to go forward and backwards in the right hand. So this go off the floor. 1234. And that is it. So yes, once you feel comfortable, I would like you to try and play along with me in this exercise, but work on it by yourself without me and without no metronome. Then play them with myself. While I will suggest is played at tempo that you feel comfortable if 70 bpm is not comfortable for you, or if it's too slow for you, play a slower BPM, but build up incrementally. Alright, so go from 70 to seventy one, seventy two, and seventy three, and so on. That's the right hand. So now we're going to look at the left hand of this exercise, okay? 8. Chromatic Scale (Variation 1) : Breakdown - Left Hand : Okay guys, so we are now looking at the left hand and it's the same pattern with the scripts and the steps going forward and backwards. The only thing that's different is the fingers. Alright, so there's watch me very carefully as I play this example in the left hand. That's how we do going forward. So we ended up third thing going forward. So now let's go backwards. Nice and slow. And end on that forefinger. Okay, Hope that makes sense to you. And I pay again with the metronome. You can play along if you want to. Round, didn't nice and slow. While we say is stop and practice it. Then come back to this part that I'm playing with the metronome, them play with me. 1234. Okay, So now going backwards, skip to remember. And it's the same two fingers, secondary free fall. And that's basically going backwards, forward and backwards in your left hand. So yeah, once you feel comfortable, try and do that in your left hand forward and backwards with a 70 BPM metronome. And again, if it's too fast, play at 60 BPM or even 50. The task I want to give you for this is to the right hand first, going forward and backwards. Then do your left hand forward and backwards with a metronome and aim to get up to 80. That should be your aim. Aim to go as fast as AT, in both hands separately. All right, I will see you in the second variation. Well done guys so far. 9. Chromatic Scale: Demostration (Variation 2): We are now on variation number two for the chromatic scales, so we are going to work out fingers one, two, three, and four in both of our hands, so I will see you after the demonstration. 10. Chromatic Scale (Variation 2) : Breakdown - Right Hand : So I'm not going to break down the second variation from the chromatic scales. So we're going to start with the right hand first, then we're looking at a left hand straight afterwards. So in the right-hand and easy way for you to learn this pattern is think of it like this. Up step. Skip two. Downstairs. Downstairs. I say that again. Up step. You're going to skip to then downstairs and downstairs. Alright, so let me play this for you. Seek an idea of what I'm trying to explain. So it goes like this. Up step, Skip to down, step, down, step again, down here. Upstairs. Skip to step. Then the second thing to hear. Yep, so on E-flat you put your second finger there. I'll do that again. So skip to step, down, Step. Go to the E-flat where you put your second finger there. He's ketone. Skip to B-flat, you do the same thing. Put your second finger there. Skip to stopping that. E means sorry. C. Yeah, He stuff on C. U one more time with the metronome 1234. And that's where we end. Alright, so that's basically it in the right hand going forward. So now let's look at this pan going backwards in the right hand side. Now going backwards in the right-hand is exactly the same as going forward, but now we skipped three instead of two. Okay, so what do I do? We skipped 3123. Here, we skipped 41231234. Go down here one more time. A little bit different. Yes. It's a little bit different. We paid going forwards. But the whole idea is pretty much the same. Alright, so I'm going to go forward and backwards with the metronome 1234. Try your best to keep up. If he caught just stopped me there somewhere I'm playing, then try about me playing. Okay. And that's it in the right hand. 11. Chromatic Scale (Variation 2) : Breakdown - Left Hand : So we are now going to look at the left hand going forward and backwards for variation number two. So it's the same pattern as before with the steps and skips. So let's get started. So going up, you stop there. You go backwards. So that one more time. Skip your forefinger. We'll go over here as we start again, going backwards. You have to hope that's clear. Just tie it with the metronome just going forward. I'm sure you should be fun for now. Off to 41234. And we end there. Alright. So now going backwards, same as before. As with the right-hand, same notes for me. I see, But the forefinger. Alright, so let's do this now. Nice and slow. Just in your left hand, just going backwards. Alright, we do with them. Do, we do in fact the metronome first, nice and slow. It's up there yet just watch my fingers. So let's now play it forward and backwards. Just in your left hand. Off to the four clicks, 1234. And then let's see. Let's do one more time. T is free fall. That's it for them backwards in the left-hand. See you in the next variation. 12. Chromatic Scale: Demostration (Variation 3): All right. So, we're onto our third variation. So in our third variation, we're working on fingers one, two, three, and four in both hands. So I will see you after the demonstration. 13. Chromatic Scale (Variation 3) : Breakdown - Right Hand : So we're now going to look at variation number three. It might be a bit tricky at first, but just keep persevering and you should be fine. Okay guys, so I'm going to quickly break down variation free for you in the right hand, just going forward and then going backwards afterwards. So what we do, They would go up a step, we skip, then we go down this step. This step is skipped, 3123. We end up here. Let me go down this step. One more time. Step, Skip free 123, and go down the step. Family moves to the next white note. To repeat the same pattern up a step, skipped 3123. Go down the step, go to the next white note. Skip. And this keeps going. Keep. Those weren't notes with the farm. J. Skip. A. Skip. The last one. Yeah. So when we land in that C, we're going backwards. Okay, so let's do that one more time. So now I'm just going to play it. Now want you to join me once you feel comfortable. If you're not comfortable yet to do by yourself first, then come back and join me at this part of the video. So after for them to play so you can join me at this point if you wanted to. So 12, free fall. So now we're going to play it with the metronome at 70 bpm. Okay. So let's get started off the 412341. Yep. And that's it going forward. So now this is located going backwards. So when we're going backwards, it's the same pattern, right? We go up a step, we skipped, go down the step, firms going backwards now, so we're going from C down to beat down to a G and so on until we end on that note at the end. So I'm going to pay it once. It's going backwards with no metronome, then with a metronome. Okay. So I'm going to count off the fall and once you feel comfortable, you can join me at this point. So 1234. Okay, I hope that was clear for you. So now I'm going to play with the metronome off the 41234 one more time going forward and then backwards 1234. Backwards. To free fall. It's not wet. 14. Chromatic Scale (Variation 3) : Breakdown - Left Hand : So in the left hand now we put our forefinger on Etsy. I walked to the third finger. Thumb. Goes down the stack. Yeah. Just watch my fingers. I can tell you them. So here, please, your second finger. It makes it much easier. On the black note. Second finger. Yep. Stick a finger again. And we end with the first finger, D. Yeah, let's do this one again. So there's this. Skip. The final say them with me. Ice and snow. Now, second finger to the front. Last one. And on this table, the metronome off to 41 to free full swan. Yeah, excellent What? Alright, so now going backwards, backwards, one T, free, fall. 234. Okay. So now we are now going to go forward and backwards. Yep. So try your best to keep up with me. But again, if it's too fast, play it by yourself going forward and backwards to watch for comfortable. Play with me at 70 bpm or play at 60 BPM by yourself and gradually build up to 70 bpm, the ones you can get 70 bpm triangle faster. Yeah, try and push yourself. Tries to try 8090. Yeah, trump push yourself. Okay, So let's go after 41234. Wow. Free. For great work. Nice, great work guys. So I'll see you for the next variation. 15. Chromatic Scale: Demostration (Variation 4): Guys I hope that's going okay for you so far. So in the full variation, in our right hand, we are working on fingers one, two, four, five, so we're missing up the third finger. And in our left hand, we're working on fingers one, two, three and four. So I will see you in a bit. 16. Chromatic Scale (Variation 4) : Breakdown - Right Hand : So I'm now going to break down variation number four. Okay, so we are now looking at variation for, but just in your right hand. So let me quickly explain to you the pattern. So what we do is that we go up a step, we skipped five notes to me, go up a step like this. You skip 12345. Then we go to G up a step again. Yeah, do that one more time. Go from C to C sharp. We skipped five notes, 12345. Let me go up a stupid game. So hope you can see that pattern. So do it for you again. So we've got this step is skipped five notes, 12345, then we go step. Yeah, So from second thing go skip. Little finger, forefinger. Okay, so now I'm going to call up nice and slow. So you can see what my fingers are doing as you go forward. Skip to the next node. Yeah. Last one. See with the phone. Okay. Hope you've got that. So I'm not going to save the metronome. You can play along with me. If you can't stop at this point, work on it by yourself. Then once you've got it, didn't join them with me. After 41234 12341, more time off to 41234 to free fall. And that's how we do it going forward. So going backwards, same pattern, right? And the same thing because as well, just going backwards. So this C to a C-sharp, Go down to that CI. Same things. Go down. The last one. And good to see. We end right there. All right. So let's do this with the metronome off the 41234. Okay. Excellent work so far, guys, how that's been okay for you. Now we're gonna go forward and then backwards. Yep, After four. Let's go 1234. Hopefully they're comes back now to free fall. Excellent. Well, it's that one more time. That was quite fun. One, 234, 1234. 17. Chromatic Scale (Variation 4) : Breakdown - Left Hand : We are now looking at variation for in the left hand, the finger pattern remains the same, but the fingers are a little bit different. So now we use our forefinger, our third finger. Second thing got enough farm. So a little finger has now been excluded. So let me quickly explain and demonstrate at the same time. So we go up to the third. Then we go up let me skip them and go up from the farm. To the second finger. Yeah, good. I see you one more time. So forefinger to C sharp. We skipped, voted at cheap the farm. Stick a finger goes to the F sharp. Like that. Yep. Then we keep going. Knowing job you want. By now. As before, we end, as we've done before. We're going to see right there that one more time we've gotten them mixing them off to 41 to free fall. Now, I'm going to play with the metronome after 4123431. More time to free fall. There we have it. So going backwards. Same thing goes, just gone backwards, right? So say fingers. Skip over that g. Go back. Lay down. Show you haven't by now, hopefully. And forefinger in the C. Alright, so now let's go forward and backwards with this exercise with the metronome. Street in off to four. 1234. Again. 123, go 1234. So that's sitting or left-hand. Excellent work. So I will see you in the final variation. 18. Chromatic Scale: Demostration (Variation 5): All right, we're done, guys, so we are now onto our final variation of the chromatic scale. So in this variation, we are going to use the same fingers in both hands, which are fingers one, two, four and five. So I'll see you again after the demonstration. 19. Chromatic Scale (Variation 5) : Breakdown - Right Hand : We are now going to look at the final variation, which is variation number five in the right hand. So let's get started. So we'll upper step is skipped six notes. There we go. Yeah, I'm sorry, one more time. So we go up a step, skip six notes, then we go down instead. You have to go to the next note, which is d. Step six nodes go. Keep going. From Leon ketone since the last one. Before we get to that see and don't see them do that for you one more time. Step, step, step, step, step down, step down. Know if you've seen this. Now. Down at the end on see. That's the last part of them. Could that be? And that's when we start going backwards to flee one more time, going forward. For raised to play with me. Say along too fast right now you can pause. Your own pace. Didn't try me once. You can say comfortable speed. Okay. So let's play with the metronome now. Off the 412341234. Okay. And one more time, just in the right hand going forwards after 41234. And that's it. Go forwards and backwards. Same way as other variations. Same thing gets going back as we went forward. Alright, same pattern as well. So what's my fingers will say low frequency. Now, we end on C at the end. So that's your last part going backwards. So it's D and C, right? Yeah. Okay. So now I want us to go forward and backwards. The metronome, actually this just go backwards first with a metronome. Then we will go forward and backwards afterwards off the 4123234. Okay, So we're not gonna waste no time. Let's go forward and backwards off to 41234. If your hands fat and you can take a break before attempting one day right now, going backwards. Backwards. I'll Swan free. Well done guys for completing the right hand. So now we're going to look at the left hand. 20. Chromatic Scale (Variation 5) : Breakdown - Left Hand : I am now going to show you variation number five in the left hand, the fingers are exactly the same as the right hand, right? So we're going from the fifth finger to the forefinger. We skipped now with a second thing. Got to the fun. Yeah. Alright, so let's go. It's all the same. She's always start with different fingers with different little fingernail ends on that see a D3 again, a little bit slower. So you can see exactly what my, what my fingers are doing. So you can play along as well. You're ready. One and on the other two single. Alright, let's choose for the metronome. Yeah, I would say practice it by yourself before you join in. Now, if you'll find that a bit tricky, then once you fully understand it, then join me at this point. After 412. Free for this one. Let's see. So I'm not going to take the metronome in the left hand going backwards. Then we'll go forward and backwards with the metronome afterwards. All right, so after 41 to free, for free. So we're going to go straight in, Ford, them backwards in the left-hand. Hope you're ready. After four. Let's go. 123 for kids. And why she free. 21. Whole Tone Scale: Demostration (Original): Guys, well done, we are onto our second symmetric scale, which is the whole tone scale. Now, in its original form, we're going to be working on fingers one to three, four, and five in your left hand. And in your right hand, we're going to be working on fingers one, two, three and four. Again, see you after the demonstration. 22. Whole Tone Scale (Original) : Breakdown - Right Hand : So we're now looking at the whole tone scale in its original form. So all the best with this. In our right-hand, we go up like this. We start with our firm. Go to the second finger. Under the firm. Use all our free fingers. Second to the third, to the full. Go under the full for the firm. Started painting again. It's time. We end with a little thing like that. They say that one more time can play along with me if you understand it or just watch me. So far. Second thing, go under free fingers. Under people's same pattern to make sure the end of your little finger. And that's it going forwards. So now let's try it with the metronome and play them with me. So after 41, 2341234, Let's do that again. Just going forwards. 12341234. Alright, so now going backwards, exactly the same. So now going backwards, It's exactly the same as going forward, same fingering, same pattern, Nothing's changed at all. Alright, so go back the same way with forwards. Skip from here. Now you skip over V official full finger like this. From second finger with the thumb. Let's do it again. Nice and slow. So fifth finger, five fingers turn back then over, under, over for the forefinger. That from second. So I hope that's clear for you. Now let's play that with the metronome. So then go backwards off the 4123412341. More time off to 41234. Okay, great. Now we're going to go forwards and then backwards with this scale in the right hand. So I hope you're ready off to 41234. Go To free. And again go 1234. Excellent. Welcome to the right hand. So now we're going to look at doing the left hand. 23. Whole Tone Scale (Original) : Breakdown - Left Hand : So for the left hand, we start with the third finger to the one over the fourth, to the third, second, second. All the way down to the phone. In the end there. Alright, let me do that for you one more time. In Germany if you wanted to, if you haven't already. So it's free. 101 with the 44, 321. For free to limit end with the front right there. Okay. I hope that's clear for you. Alright, so now I'm going to play that with a metronome, Nice and slow. 4123412341. More time. 23, go free for. Excellent. So going backwards. Same way you went forward. Alright, so go 123411234, then 123. Let's do that with a metronome right now. After 41, 2341 more time. One, 2341234. Okay. And that's it. So that's how we go forward and backwards and our left hand. So I will be seeing you all in the next exercise, which is the first variation of the whole tone scale. See you soon. 24. Whole Tone Scale: Demostration (Variation 2): So we are now onto variation number one of the Holton scale. So in our right hand, we're using fingers one, two, three, and four. And in our left hand, we're using fingers one, two, three, four and five Cs. 25. Whole Tone Scale (Variation 1) : Breakdown - Right Hand : So for variation number one, we've got skipped two notes, so we've gone from C. You skipped two notes. Let me go down this step. Skip two notes down the step, and it continues on to again with the right fingers. So far we've skipped two notes. The first finger, then second finger, skip two nodes. Then skip to know second finger, forefinger. Then second. Two full seconds of full. Skip. Second to fourth. Back to the farm. Skip to notice. Full second, full second, four-fold way up from in the right day with the form. So I'm gonna do that again for you. So goes the farm to the third finger. Second finger skipped two to the fourth. Go down the step. Skip two to the fourth. Finger. Down the step. Keep going. Keep going the second, fulfill all the way down to get to see we put our farm and fun. Yeah. Alright, so I hope that's clear for you. Now. I'm going to do with a metronome and yeah, play along once if you've got it now. So often for 123, go let me stop there and see. Yeah. Okay, great. So going backwards, now, it goes to the thumb, to the third, second, second, second, second, second. Free. Free. Second to fourth and Dawn, one where I did it for you one more time, nice and slow. So it goes one free than to, free than to cool. These two nodes, 23 on the black line here, which is B-flat to D-flat, then it's to end on one, but the farm. All right, let's try that with the metronome 1234. Alright, great. So now we're gonna go forward and then backwards, right? So after 41234 and to free fall one more time, 23 and again backwards. And to free fall. And that's it going forward. 26. Whole Tone Scale (Variation 1) : Breakdown - Left Hand : Now in the left hand, we stopped for fifth finger on the sea. Skip out with a single step down. The fourth, skip with a second. Then says Free. Free, Free, Free to two, free to, free, To, free to Free. Free, Free. Free. Slim, do that again. So it's five to the first finger, second finger to the farm. To the farm. And it's free to attend. It's free. Then it's Free. Free, Free, Free, free, free. And we end there. So I know it may seem a little bit challenging going forward with the left hand because there's a few finger changes. But again, all down to practice, you should be able to get this. I definitely want more time. So it goes five to the Free. Free, Free, Free, Free, Free, Free, Free, Free, Free. Free. Free. Free. Turned off. Okay, let's do this. Do this now with the metronome after 41234. So going backwards, we know that we ended with the third finger on the scene, fair? So what we do now is to go from that C, second finger, first finger, sorry, on that C. Then second finger goes to the next note, which is the E-flat. Guns Free, Free, Free, Free, Free, Free. Free. Free. Free. Free. 3142, then five at the end. Yeah, so identical at the end it goes free to the one, then two, then down with the fifth finger. So yes, I understand the left-hand little bit more tricky than the right hand, but I just want to challenge you a little bit more of the left-hand part. Okay? So let's do this again now with the metronome. Yep. And play along what you play it without without playing with me now. Okay. So after 41 to free fall. Free fall. Okay. I know DC one more time after 412341234. Okay. Now, when it goes forward and backwards straightaway off the 4123, free fall. Alright, let's do that one more time. Off to 41234. Alright, that's it. As I said before, left hands a little bit more trickier than the right hand, side TO time the left hand. And if you find a bit fingering, use that fingering. Okay. These are just my suggestions. Alright, so I'll see you in the next variation exercise. 27. Whole Tone Scale: Demostration (Variation 2): Okay, guys. So now we are looking at variation number two from the whole tone scales. And in this variation, we're going to work out fingers one, two, three, and four in both hands. So I will see you after this demonstration. 28. Whole Tone Scale (Variation 2) : Breakdown - Right Hand : So for the right hand, we skip up, skip and free nodes. So 123, we skip in upon E. Then we skip down one to miss out OneNote and go down like that. All right, then we skip 123 or up here, we skip one, so we skip that one and go here. And so on. Yeah. So that's basically the parents skip up, skipping free notes, skip back down, skipping out OneNote. Alright, so let me show you the fingering for this exercise. So it goes like this from the farm to the third, then the rest is two to four to four and back to some dense second finger to finger. Second finger to finger. Second finger to finger. Second finger to finger. Second finger. Right there. Right. So we end them the second finger going forward. So let me do that one more time. So it goes like this. All right, so let's play this with the metronome off the full one. 2341 more time. 234. Now going backwards. So we ended on that second finger. They're not going backwards is too full, too cool. For than one. Free. Free, Free, Free. Free than 168243 times than one free, free times as well. Somebody that for you one more time. So it's 244441413131. Just like that. Hope that's clear. If it's not, you can always rewind, slow it down, and watch my fingers. So now we're going to do this one going backwards after four counts, but the metronome 1234 then to free. All right, so that's how we do it, going backwards. So now we're going to go straight into forward and backwards off the fall. 1234, backwards to end. Then one more time, 234, go goods. Then 123. And that's forward and backwards. Now going to look at the left hand. 29. Whole Tone Scale (Variation 2 : Breakdown - Left Hand : So in the left hand is a little bit more trickier than the right hand, but if you take your time with this, you should be fine. In the left hand, we start with our fourth finger like this. Similar to the second finger. Second to the, second to the second that we changed. Free. Free, one, then the second false, 23131, dummy end on free at the end there. Alright, so we'll do that one more time. Hopefully you should see the pattern. Okay, So 123, go For the way up and the fetching go. All right, so let's do, let's do this for the metronome now after 41234 To free. So that's how we do it going forward. So now going backwards we ended on that third finger and see. Yeah, so it's free to that one. Let me go back to for scaling for two, all the way down, 3142422. And your forefinger down here. I'm going to do that for you one more time. Cc exactly what I'm doing. So it goes, so going backwards first finger and that C, go back to, and then to choose and free one. For. Now let's give a stretch. And on for two or Endo form. So let's now do this with the metronome. After 412341, more time to free dough. And 1234. Alright, Excellent. What guys? So we are done now with the left-hand and the right-hand. So just practice it, practice it and practice it. And you should be able to get this really well. So I will see you for the next variation. 30. Whole Tone Scale: Demostration (Variation 3): So we are now onto variation number three. So in our right hand, we are working on fingers one, two, and four. And in our left hand, we are working on fingers one, two, three, and four. See you in a bit. 31. Whole Tone Scale (Variation 3) : Breakdown - Right Hand : So to play this variation in the right hand, book our path from c. Then we got skipped four notes to go to our next nodes. We press that. See, you skipped four notes, 1234, we go to the F. Yep. Then we skip backwards, but we skipped, we missed two nodes. So 12, we end up on that theme. Skip for us again, 1234. Skip down to one. To me. I'm Paul from their same pattern again. Now we've put our second finger on that black note, which is the F sharp. It imparts full finger on B, still skipping the four notes. Then second finger. Second finger. Foods. Repeat the same pattern. We keep going. Insane things. The full second finger to the second finger. So the thin end on the NVO second finger there. Yet, and that's how we end. So we end with the second finger. I'm going do that again up to speed without me talking. It's like this. We indent for our second finger. So we are now going to do this with the metronome off the 41234. Let's do that one more time. You can drop me at this point if you want to. Can watch again just to be clear on what's going on after 41234234. Okay. So that's how we do it in the right hand going forward. So now going back because the same thing as going forward. So it's 24 than one. Finger. More than one? Yep. Hope that's clear. Okay. I got it one more time. So you can see again. All right. So going from two, then one, one for Dan. Dan. Then when that one. Alright, so I'm not going to play with the metronome going backwards, then we're going to go forward and backward straight afterwards. All right, so let's go off to 41234 and to free form. Alright, so now we're going to go forward and backwards. So I hope you're ready. So let's go off to 41234 to free fall. Alright, one more time. So we're gonna go forward and backwards again. Alright, so I hope you're ready off the 41234. Go. Okay, great works. Now we're going to look at the left hand. 32. Whole Tone Scale (Variation 3) : Breakdown - Left Hand : So the fingers for the left hand, like this or forefinger to the farm. Full finger, first finger to the farm. Then for the second, to the second fret to fall for fall for farm, then third for dance. Free. Internet free. Yeah. The reason why I put my thumb on here, which is the F sharp, is because it's much easier when you're going to the next nodes and you're able to execute it much better that way. So I'll do one more time. Goes 4141413142414141314242, then end on three knots when we go backwards. Okay, so now, I hope you've got that. So now let's try and do it with the metronome going forward. Nice and slow off the floor. 12341, more time. Try and play along. 1234, 234. And that's it going forward. Alright, so now this okay, going backwards. Now going backwards, we know that we stopped on the third with the third finger on the c. Now what we do is that we go from C, the path from now to the F, then it's 42. Four, choose 2414141444411. And don'ts at the very end. One more time. And what's my fingers and play along if you want to soak those free to the one, then for she switched my fingers. We need a G and on the forefinger, and that's it, going backwards, the metronome. Then we're gonna go forward and backwards straight afterwards. After 41234. Okay, Amazing. So now let's look at going forward and backwards off the floor. 1234. And to free fall. Alright, so that one more time, I'll be getting it now. 1234. Eddie their hands. Wow, 234. Okay, and then there might be a bit tricky for your fingers to get used to. Just keep doing that over and over and you will eventually get it. Alright, so I'll see you for the next variation. 33. Whole Tone Scale: Demostration (Variation 4): We are now onto variation number four. In our right hand, we are working on fingers one, two, and five. In our left hand, we are working on fingers one two, three, four and five. See in a second. 34. Whole Tone Scale (Variation 4) : Breakdown - Right Hand : So for this variation, the finger pattern goes like this. We start to see you skipped six notes, 123456, we end up here. Then we skip four notes going down. Get five-ninths again. We skipped four notes. Alright, so it's the same pattern as we go up. Now we'll go to our second finger, to our fifth finger. Fifth, fifth. Me, continue on. Repeat the same thing. Family, end on that. So let's do that again. So it goes like this. Say lungs, you. Then second finger on the fifth to ten to the fifth, 1515. So we only go to the second to the fifth. We hit these black notes. As you can see. We end on C like that. So now let me play this with the metronome. And when you're ready, play along with me. For 1234. Then we end here to free fall. So now going backwards. Same thing. Same pattern, same pattern as well. Nothing's changed. Pawsome, we're going back on these notes. Yes. This tastes the metronome off the 41234, 234. Okay, So now we're gonna go forward and backwards with this exercise of the 41234. Off the 41234. Please go backwards. Now. We tend to free amazing work guys. 35. Whole Tone Scale (Variation 4) : Breakdown - Left Hand : The left hand going forward, just very different to the right-hand going forward. So let me explain. So in our lifetime because of this, our fifth finger to our second finger, finger to our farm, then third finger to our first single. There'll be stopped. Did they get so fifth finger to our second finger, forefinger to our farm, then third finger to our farm. There it goes. For 2424. One can repeat the same cycle again, 4441 and we end with the fall. Yeah. Let's do that again. Just go forwards. It goes like this. This might take a bit of practice. As the saying goes, practice makes perfect me enviable forefinger. So let's do this now with the metronome 1234, 234. Okay, so that one more time. 1234, go. So mistake there. But yeah, we ended on the forefinger. Okay, great. So now going backwards. So when we come to the end, create myself. Don't end in a full finger and little finger, your finger on C? Yeah. Then from C but going backwards like this. Then 4555555, one. So when going backwards, it should be like this. 5151552515151515551515. Okay. So it's just literally literally the fifth finger and the first finger going back. One more time. 5151, five, just like that. So let's do this for the metronome, just going back off the 41234. Okay, and that's it guys. Excellent works with another excellent works. Now we're going to go forward and then backwards. Okay, so after 41234, ci free. Okay, excellent fetching the fingering at some point but it still wet. So just remember my fingerings are only suggestions. So even I might take my finger and sometime, well done a complaint. We are whole tone scales. So now we're onto our diminished symmetry scales. 36. Whole Tone Scale: Demostration (Variation 5): We are now onto our final variation, which is variation number five. So that's going to be the same fingers, one, two, and five. C Sc. 37. Whole Tone Scale (Variation 5) : Breakdown - Right Hand : Okay, so for this variation, think of the pattern like this. We skip up, skip down, simple as that. We skip up, we skip over that seven notes. Eighth notes, 12345678. Yes, so we skip over that eight notes. Then we go down 123456, we're down, we skipped six nodes going down. Alright, so let's get paid six until I get here. So second finger, little finger. So two to 52252251 to one to 51 to five. Let's keep going. So same pattern repeated to me, end on C, just going forwards. All right, so let's now do this with the metronome coming forwards for one to free, full. Stop at C. Okay, Let's try that again to free fall. Let's see. Now going backwards, exactly the same thing. So we've gone from that c to the fifth finger, then we go back to five, then two, down to five, then Yep. Exactly the same thing. Just going backwards. As you can see. Sam, we can tear on the right, that's right. So the pet with the metronome and follow along off the 41234. And here, 1234. Okay, amazing. So now let's go forward and backwards with this. Okay? Alright, so off the fall, forward and backwards. 1234. Backwards. There's a bigger stretch. Hands pretty high and now your hands veins can take a break and come back in when you feel better. And to free fall. Let's do that one more time. Off to 41234. Free 38. Whole Tone Scale (Variation 5) : Breakdown - Left Hand : Alright, so now looking at a left hand of this variation. So it goes like this, a little finger on the sea. Then from the second finger, dan, second finger, finger, finger, finger. Finger. There's watch my fingers. But it's all the same notes as further fingers. Finger from the farm. And we end the diesel finger and see. Alright, let's do that again. So that's clear for you to again say go do finger on C from a, grantee, from B. Finger, finger, finger, finger. Second finger is and back to neutral finger. Down there to repeat the whole pattern again. So you just watch me, you should be good for you one more time. So as hard as you think, you just watch what I'm doing. Injury to finish. To me end here. These two finger before going backwards. So now we're gonna do it with the metronome. Okay? So I will suggest for you to practice it first, then join them with the metronome right now. So after 4234, cheap, free. And what time? To free and goal. Let's stop there. Okay. It's not going backwards. It's like this though, finger to finger. I am going to do that again. Since bit more clearer. So we go from the little finger to the firm finger. Finger, finger. Second finger. Back to the farm, 5551, then we end on finger. Alright, so there's watch my fingers very closely. Yeah, as I'm doing this. But it's very similar to women's going forwards. So let's do this one more time, even slower, right? So now we're going to go straight into going forward, then backwards with this exercise. In your left hand. Off to 41 to free fall. She Free. See again, after 41234, 1234, we ended. Go forward and backwards. See you in the last variation. 39. Diminished Scale: Demostration (Original): We are now onto our final symmetric scale, which is the diminished scale. In both of our hands, we're going to be using the same fingers, one, two, three, four and five. C, so. 40. Diminished Scale (Original) : Breakdown - Right Hand : Now we're going to look at the original version of the diminished scale. So what you're gonna do is put your thumb on that thing, gonna skip two notes. Every time you go up to the next note, we skip to one to one to go to the next node. One to go to the next node, and one to go to the next node. C, for you one more time. So power formula C skipped two notes, one to go to the next note. Skip two nodes, 12. Let's get two notes. One to skip two notes, 12. Let me end on that C. But we're going to do over two octets. So let me show you how we play it over to lactase. So it's the same way we've done it before. Sketchy notes, skip. Now, when you do your forefinger on a farm underneath, so we put it right underneath here. Let me go to the sea. We keep going, skip to the same pattern. But now keep going. We end value to finger on C, right? That's right. So then we did a free one more time, just going up. Skipped two. So we didn't skip into every time ago. So it's pretty straightforward. And then keep going with your fingers. Then end. Okay, so now let's play with the metronome at 70 ppm after 41234. Free fall. More time, 234. Okay, Excellent. So k Let's play with the metronome just going forward. After 41234. On what time? T free fall. So now going backwards, we go back the same way. Went forward, send out going backwards. We all have five fingers than we are to our firm now, the puff forefinger over like this and telemetric them off. Forefinger over the farm things for free. So let me repeat that again. So omega and backwards it's 54321 still skipping two notes. And we'll get to that from forefinger over free to free. Then why? The k one more time, and it's 54321 over 4321. So now this petal, the metronome going forward and backwards of the 41234. One more time, go to 34. Excellent work. So we are now going to look at a left hand. 41. Diminished Scale (Original) : Breakdown - Left Hand : So in the left hand, what we do now that we put our little finger in that C, skipped two as before, but now our fourth finger here, Fred finger, second finger, forefinger over the farm for free. And then one. Okay. So pretty straight forward to that free one more time. Starting for little finger. You just keep going up. With our fingers. Over your phone. Sorry, 4321. So it's 54321 then 4321. Okay. To try it with the metronome just going forwards 4123423 and again 54321 for free. So now going backwards, It's going to be 123412345. Alright, It's like this. 1234 fingers tucked in under 1234. And really to finger files like that. We'll do that one more time. So it's 1234, go under 12345. So now let's go forward and backwards with the left-hand 70 bpm. Alright, so after 4123423 and again, so as always, just keep practicing and I will see you in the next variation. 42. Diminished Scale: Demostration (Variation 1): For our first variation of this scale, we're going to be using the same fingers, which are one, two, three, and four. See you after the demonstration. 43. Diminished Scale (Variation 1) : Breakdown - Right Hand : So we are now looking at a second variation in the right hand. So the finger pattern goes like this. We start with our second finger. Then we skip down to can we skip up five? We skipped five notes. Blah. Third finger. Didn't skip back to you yet and skip five and skip two. So that's basically the pattern. We're skipping, skipping two, skipping fire, skipping two, skipping five. So I'm now going to explain the fingers as I go forwards. Okay. As I go up. So it goes like this. Second finger, skip down to the firm, skip up to forefinger. Skipped down, second finger. Skip up, third finger. Skipped down, second finger. All right. So I'm sure you've seen the patio then go to the firm this time around. Then first finger, second. Then fed to a set. Then this second, now, this time go to the Fed again. Then we end on the second. Yep, so we're going to end there because after this note we've got, we start going backwards. So I'm gonna do that one more time. Nice and slow. Watch my fingers. Once you get the hang of it. We understand what I'm doing, then try and play with them with me. Yep. The me in there. So now I'm going to play with the metronome Going just forwards. Alright? So if you're ready, play along with me. If not, just watch them play afterwards off the 4123423. And again, alright, so that's how we play, just going forwards. So we are now going to look at playing the same scale, but going backwards in the right hand. Now going backwards, we know that we ended with the second finger on the a. Again. Alright, so going backwards, we know that we ended our second finger on the a. So now what we do is this will be the third. Skip up with a fourth. Second finger. Second finger to the firm. So stepping up there, we're skipping down, complete a form minus c. And then if you notice the from lands on the sea, when we hear, when we're here. Let's do that one more time. So it goes to the third, to the fourth. Second, to the second, to the third. Then the farm. Inside ten seconds, sorry, to the second. Second. And end on a farm. Yeah. So then take with the metronome now off the 4123423. Okay, great. So we are now going to go forward and then backwards. Alright, so after 4123 on the file, one more time to free, full to free end. I will suggest now, I know I said before that we put our second finger, I believe in that C By think we should put our forums on the first TCS going up and the last TC is going down. So going up. Then from here, we keep going up. When we go backwards. From there. Then we end. The form of fun. That'll be a fingering for you. Alright, and that's it going forward and backwards in the right hand. 44. Diminished Scale (Variation 1) : Breakdown - Left Hand : All right guys, so before I left hand for this variation, so the pattern remains the same but the fingers a little bit different. So let me show you exactly what you've got to do. Cpr Furtwangler net D, fulfill, grows, see, skipped with a farm. And preferred finger over me. Step back to your step back for your photo and guarding. Skip over the second finger, then to the third finger. And third. Second. Yeah, they repeat the same thing from say goes over, stretch over, stick a finger, thumb. Concerned again with the firm right there. So I'm gonna do that for you one more time. Nice and slow if you haven't gotten it yet. So start with the third finger to the fourth with a foam. Then we step back with the third. Skip the second, backward the third finger. Second. Fret from second. Fed, fed. Then we end on from before going backwards. Yeah. Alright, so let's try it now with the metronome off the 4123431. More time. Three. Okay, great. So back goes to the left hand is the same notes as the right hand, as we should know by now. Alright, but as we go back, it goes like this. It goes 123 and up with the farm. 123, go under again, one free and go under one. Then from one 312. And on the third finger, then you get a free one more time. 123123123123123. On that note. Let's do that with the metronome. So I hope it's not too tricky for you. One of the 41234. So now what we're going to do is this. We're going to play forwards and then backwards. But exercise, I'm gonna play violin mentioned those first. Let's try and do it in nice and slow. So just go forward and then backwards. Alright, let's go. Okay, because at this, alright, so now let's play with the metronome. This one maybe a little bit tricky, but just keep persevering and you will get essentially, alright, so let's go with a metronome off the fall, 123234. And that's how he played this variation in the left hand. So I'll see you in the next variation. 45. Diminished Scale: Demostration (Variation 2): Now onto our second variation. So in this variation, in our left hand, we're going to be using all of our five fingers. And in our right hand, we're going to be using just one, two, three, and four. All right, so I'll see you again after this demonstration. 46. Diminished Scale (Variation 2) : Breakdown - Right Hand : We are now looking at a second variation in the right hand. So the finger pattern goes like this. We start with our second finger. Then we skip down to then we skip up five. We skipped five notes. Blah, third finger. Things get back to you yet and skip five gets skipped two. So that's basically the pattern. We're skipping, skipping two, skipping fire, skipping two, skipping five. I'm now going to explain the fingers as I go forwards. Okay, as I go up. So it goes like this second finger, skip down to the farm. Skip up to surfing, go. Skip down second finger. Skip up, third finger. Skip down second finger. All right. So I'm sure you've seen a patio. Then goes to the farm this time around. Then first finger, second. Then fed to a set than the second. Now, this time go to the Fed again. Then we end on the second. Yep, so we're going to end there because after this note we've got, we start going backwards. So I'm gonna do that one more time. Nice and slow. Watch my fingers. Once you get the hang of it. We understand what I'm doing, then try and play with them with me. Yep. The me end there. All right, so going backwards, we know that we ended our second finger on the a. So now what we do is this will be the third. Skip up with a fourth. Second finger. Second finger to the firm. So stepping up, then we're skipping down completely from wellness see. And then if you notice the farm lands on the C here and when we're here. Okay, let's do that one more time. So goes to the third, to the fourth, second, to the second, to the, to the Fed, then the farm. Inside ten seconds, sorry, to the third. Second. Second. And end on a farm. Yeah. So then titled the metronome now off the 41234234. Okay, great. So we are now going to go forward and then backwards right off the 41234 on the phone. Let's do that one more time. To free fall. To free end. I will suggest now, I know I said before that we put our second finger, I believe in that C by Fink, which performs on the first TCS going up and the last TC is going down. So going up. Then from here, we keep going up. When we go backwards. From there. Then we end. The form of fun. That'll be a fingering for you. Alright, and that's it going forward and backwards in the right hand. 47. Diminished Scale (Variation 2) : Breakdown - Left Hand : So the fingering for the left hand goes like this. So it goes like this. So then to the fan. First weekend. So as you can see, the left hand is a little bit more trickier than the right hand, but take your time with this one and you will get fine. Let's do this one more time. So it goes back to the full fans. Back to that. That's where we stop. Was placed with the metronome right off the fall. 1234. All right. One more time. 1234. Okay, So now going backwards, It's like this for free. For free. And then they sit up one more time. So those Free, Free, Free, Free, Free. Then I'm back on my chain my fingers just a little bit. While I will say is when you're going backwards, find the fingers that you feel are more comfortable for yourself. Alright, let's use the metronome going backwards now, alright? After 41234. So we're not going to go forward and backwards with variation number two in the left hand. Alright, off the fall, 1233. And again, That's how you play. It says how he played left-hand variation number to you. So I will see you for the next variation. 48. Diminished Scale: Demostration (Variation 3): The third variation is the same as the second variation. The same fingers are get work. In the left hand, we are working on all five fingers. In the right hand, we are just working on four fingers. Again, C C. 49. Diminished Scale (Variation 3) : Breakdown - Right Hand : So for the right hand and variation free, the finger pattern goes like this. So we skip back. It's free notes. Get back Ms. free nodes, that it's free nodes skip back. And it's free nodes. Yeah. So the fingering goes like this. So it goes free to the 1444142. 4242 ends, ends and see it's going forwards. Alright, so let's do that one more time. So it goes like this. So free one, then two, then 4414442, then the end there. Okay? So that's basically how we play at once, so that it's not too tricky to be fair. I said now let's play out with the metronome. Off the fall 1234. Right there. Your first finger? 123. Go. So that's how we go forwards in the right hand. So going backwards, it goes free. Five, fan, too full. For this twofold, way down to S2. Fingers can end by default. It's that one more time. So it goes a free font. That one more time. So it goes free. Five. Cool. So the same as we go down to get to the end, then you pay the phone. Just like that. So I'm going to play this now with the metronome off to 4123423. So now we're going to go forward and then backwards off the full 23, go To free and again To free. And that's how we play it in the right hand going forward and backwards. 50. Diminished Scale (Variation 3) : Breakdown - Left Hand : So in the left hand goes like this, fed to the fifth, second, to the fourth, second to the second, to the second, to the fifth, to the second, to the second, to the right. So that one more time, say goes to the second, to the fourth. Second. Second to the fourth, to fifth, then repeats the same way, second to the fourth. So if you find that a bit tricky, play, nice and slow, slow it down, or you can stop right now and it's practice it going forward. Licensed though. Alright, so let's do this now with a metronome. 1234. One more time. 1234. Okay. So that's basically how we play it going forwards. So now going backwards. So we ended here with the forefinger. So going backwards It's going to be free. One, then two, then 444 to T, 442 to end on five. We want more time. So backwards, it's free. One, then 4442 all the way down to get to the end. So it's pretty straightforward. This one's pretty straightforward. It's just very repetitive in regards to your fingers. Okay, so let's do this now with the metronome. Off the fall one. T, free, fall. Free fall. So I see going backwards. So now let's go forward and backwards in the left hand. Off the fall. T free and they can cheap free fall. That's how we end. Alright, excellent work. So I will see for the next variation. 51. Diminished Scale: Demostration (Variation 4): Okay, we are nearly there, so we're now onto the fourth variation. In our right hand, we're working on our thumb, second finger and four finger. In our left hand, we are working on fingers one, two, three and four. All right. I'll see you in a bit. 52. Diminished Scale (Variation 4) : Breakdown - Right Hand : So the finger pattern for this variation goes like this. We skip up, skipping four notes. We go down the step. Let me skip four notes. It's the same pattern as we go all the way up. Alright, so those escape. Sit down. Sit down. Now. Alright, so let me, let me show you the fingering. So let me show which fingers you've got to use. For the fingers it goes one. You go to the forefinger here, then second. Forefinger, then second fulfill all the way to the sea. Again, it's about 214444. Then we end on t. So let's do that again. So it goes one. Then going back to 14, then four, then four, then four, then we ended on the one right there. Let's do this now. Who metronome? Off the fall 1234. Then we end with the firm there. One more time. 1234. Right there with a foam. Or you could NVO second finger instead. So from here, you actually end the end of your second finger instead of the firm right there. Okay. So going backwards. So those two, 141444 then do that again, just going backwards. 241424214, then back to one. So let's do that now with the metronome 1234 To free and again, 34. Alright, so let's go forward and backwards of the 41234. That's how it plays out to the sides, come forward and backwards in the right hand. So let's look at the left-hand now. 53. Diminished Scale (Variation 4) : Breakdown - Left Hand : So go forward and left hand is pretty straightforward. All we're using is a second and forefinger going up like this to form all the way up to the end on the third. One more time. On this end with deferred. So let's do that with a metronome. 123, go 234. And that's how he played just going forward. So it's pretty straightforward going up. So it's going down. So now going backwards, it's gonna be free to the wine than 4444, all the way down. And on the full finger or you could end in the fifth finger. I know I said just the first four fingers in your left hand, but you could enter that fifth finger as well. So you can choose which one you prefer. So let's do that again, just going backwards. So jeff, one for 4 fifth, they both work. So we're not going to go forward and backwards right off the floor. 1234, 234. And that's how you play it going forward and backwards. So I'll see you in the next variation. 54. Diminished Scale: Demostration (Variation 5): K. And if you've gotten this far, congratulate yourself, we're onto the final variation. In our right hand. We are working on fingers 1245, so we miss our middle finger and in our left hand we are just waiting on fingers. 1234. Okay. So great work so far, guys. Excellent work. It's the final hurdle. So all the best. And I will see you after the demonstration. 55. Diminished Scale (Variation 5) : Breakdown - Right Hand : For the right hand of this variation is very straightforward. It goes like this farm. We skip out with the forefinger, then skip down with the second finger, then scoop up like that. So it's just fun to the second, to the fifth and sick and then to the second, to the fifth. Then second. Then from the second to the fifth. All right, Let's do that one more time going forward. So it's fun to the second, to the fifth, stricken. From the second to the fifth. Second to the proof, to the full, then second to the fifth. That's bent backwards. Alright, so let's do that now with the metronome. Off the fall, 123 full time to free fall. Okay. That's basically it going forward. Yep. So not going backwards. Same thing. Right. So using the same things as we went forwards. Yep, So it's pretty straightforward. And the forefinger on the F sharp, so going backwards, it goes like this. 25142411, sorry for them. Then one at the end. Alright, so let's do this. Do that with a metronome. Off the fall, one to free, fall. Free fall. It's now we're going to go forward and backwards off the full 123. Go. Alright, and that's how we play it going forward and backwards. So let's do our final hand, which the left-hand. 56. Diminished Scale (Variation 5) : Breakdown - Left Hand : All right, so for the left hand, it goes like they're subpar forefinger. See, let me go up to the second finger. Then the second. Then for the second. Since again from the phone. Fleet one more time guys for four to ten. C1 and C3. Alright, so now let's do that with the metronome. Off the fall one T, free fall, right there. So going back quotes it's free. One, xi, xi. And sit one more time, say it's just free. Wanton the way down. Which d1 here. So now we're going to go up and back down with this exercise. Off the floor. 1234. Free. Again, one free. One more time. Off the fall. 123 full. And that is it. All right, excellent. So we are now finished with all of the variations and all of this metric scales. So water. 57. Conclusion: All right, guys, so we are now at the end of this course, well done on completing it. It has been a journey, but we are now here. So keep your eyes peeled, guys. There's going to be more courses coming your way, more fun, more exciting, more challenging exercises, okay? So I will see you in the next course. Okay.
