1. Introduction: Hello everyone. It's a beautiful day to learn something new or make something awesome. Let's get started. Let me tell a little bit about myself briefly. I'm an architect by training. I have a professional degree in architecture and I have worked on multiple products or plus b, this architecture has trained me to look at reality, the holistic and optimistic perspective. I'm also a writer with temperament. I have always been carried through either chronic or thinker all my life. I started writing during COVID to express and leverage your knowledge and skills I gained in this journey. I am also a designer. I have always believed that creativity is a tool to be leveraged to make the world a better place to live. Even though it started as an architectural designer right now, I'm learning and working our way, which I will continue to learn various forms of present to make better stuff across discipline and scale. Currently, I'm living on Audible and self-sustaining community based out of India. So don't mind that at KSL chirping of birds. Now one day. Now, let's look at what this specific course is all about. Businesses have U2 unbelievable high productivity in the road. Implementation of our organization principles. Refund over years of research and real-time feedback. What if we stole those principles of organisational productivity and use them for personal property, we build customization. The concepts I teach in this course are developed through hundreds of men of us, including mine. I'll be providing you with tools to implement them in addition to the concept, because an ounce of action is what the theory. 2. Personal Board: Get yourself up. Personal books are not bad. If you do it properly. While you have the best picture on things, it helps to get that outside perspective. Businesses solve this conundrum by having a board which gives out it. Was Arlen visit sub-optimal. Since the giver doesn't non additive going to be implement and the receiver doesn't know on what parameters it is form. But it helps figure it out. We'll say that perspective, facts are not clouded by emotion. Let's take a look at what are the qualities you need in a boardroom. But integrity is a must further board member because you need to know that your board members think what if mood for it other than what is good for the skin in the game is preferred for it on the skin in the game it, who are the people who are going to be affected by your decision regardless of positive and negative. Expertise, which comes from a corner, combination of experience and knowledge can be helpful parameter when you are choosing board member. Let's take a look at some of the qualities we may choose. Board members, you will companion. Companion may have integrity and skin in the game. Your mentor, your mentor may have integrity and expertise. We're frame may just have integrity. Not everyone on your board needs to how all the three quantities, but you need to have a balance of all three qualities on your board. Let's take a look at what are the kinds of work we need to have. There are two types of bone. One is tough work, but rather this channel. Members can be on both boards, but the agenda and different for each word. Now, let's take a look at what the support is all about. The agenda of support bodies to basically support tradition. You want your support board members to help you go through the emotional drama. To cut through complexity, they basically help you to go smooth. Let's take a good example of support, which is pixel to pixel as a brain trust compressor, fellow director, puzzle pH director, when they get stuck or need feedback. Let me tell you a short story or pixel maintenance. When the director of ties to the shoulder draft cutoff ties to refer to his fellow directors. They told him to focus on the emotional aspects of his characters. He took the feedback and worked on it. You know, the effect of the discussion ties to become a blockbuster. Let's look at what the challenge would be soluble. The agenda of the challenge is to challenge your decision. The challenge would members want you to raise up to your potential? They show your biases and intellectual gap. They basically help you to go hard. Let's take a good example of challenge mode, which is adam that challenge and let me tell you a short story of Adam. Adam Grant initially wanted to co-authored a book with a fellow professor from what and when event with this idea too is challenging to a complete stop. Well, we shift from a students and friends community. They told him to write his first book Solo so that he finds his lighting wise and makes an inference. And I would like to recommend two books on this topic. You get better at having an engaging your personal book. The first book I'm going to recommend is think again by Adam, teaches us how and why we should change your opinion when presented with an alternative view. In addition to providing information on why we should change our opinions with backroom a thousands of steady. It also teaches you the mindset of thinking again, the second book I'm going to let this, we are realizing by Benson, teaches us how to engage in a productive, healthy debate in Carlo session, participants needs to put their lives in articulated fashion and they need to rethink their views when presented with non native view. 3. Build a C SUITE: I believe with managing various aspects of it, we're answer to that is yes. Most people, including me, I'll be providing you with a simple, efficient framework to solve. Even if an answer to that is no, the framework I'll be providing will be of some value to you without further ado. Let's take a look at the framework. Businesses have a set of people at the top, each with this specific roles and responsibilities. We can replicate this one, personal productivity by having these two different types into Our see soup can consist of various works ranging from zero, which is a popular strategy to see images of proper marketing. This will allow us to look an optimist, various facets of life in a streamlined manner. When you add this imaginary that you need to look at the stuff with specific agenda. Let's take a brief overview of the sea. So the faster the seawater, which is a particular status and the secondary to see rho hat as soon as possible productivity. Cc will hydrogens as possible. Creativity, CPU, hard to see this powerful people. Fear for her to finance. Cr will have to say this month one risk, Seaview heterogeneous multiple value C2, which is a spot for technology, CMO hydrogens as possible. Getting sick you are learning. Don't get scared with all this. Because we will be dissecting each one-by-one in this course. 4. CEO hat - Strategy: Do you want to take control of the direction in your life then Valdez? Both data need to take control. Let's look at what the CEO hat is all about and how we need to behave anywhere this act, when you well, the CEO, you need to look at the big picture and set the vision for your life. See you at the heart of the CCB system on which he every other hat depends on. One of the main roles of it is to listen to your rules, consent, and decide accordingly. After looking at the trade-offs, Let's look at a simple exercise which we can implement. When we see we'll have maker Journal la late for at least 10 min, preferably after waking up or before sleeping on what you want out of your life and contemplate and things that matter to you. Journaling is one of the most powerful habits you can either have. It provides you with a whole set of benefits. The most important one being increased awareness and new life. Let's look at a sample journal. Luck I did. Yesterday was a good day. Good food and good people trade to add more of these moments, need to work on increasing your creativity output since they've been slacking all these beacons stuff to work on, especially the need to fight curse of procrastination. I would like to recommend two books on this topic if you want to become better at setting a vision and managing the trade off, the Fastboot, we are going to look at it. The rider for life. May Robert Eigen, these books tells the story of the Disney see Robert IGA. It gives here very good perspective on how to manage trade-offs for every situation by showing us how Robert, I guess manages a situation. The second loop I'm going to recommend is inventory. And one day, this book is a collection of writing from one of the more successful. We'll see what Jeff Bezos is amazing. It gives you really good perspective on how to set the vision and articulate it for people. 5. COO hat - Productivity: Have you ever wanted to achieve more? Then the seawater productivity? Let's take a look at what the CEO is all about and how we should be having about that. When we need to focus on executing the vision and getting the small things to make sure you are on the path towards evolution. When it comes to repetitive and mundane tasks tried to automate or out so stem if not at least managing properly. But don't forget to remember that we may need to lose short-term productivity. For long term productivity. Let's look at a sample X's in which we can do when we rarely see will make your work Club each day metal lift-off work you have done during the day to start optimizing your productivity. Now, let's take a look at the word sampler for pluc id. Read the chapter in deeper, leave the vigilante and worked on Mason's project preliminary stage. I would like to recommend two books on this topic if you want to become better productivity. The first book is The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey. This book is one of the classic moocs and productivity. It gives you a septa fabric which we can implement them in your life to become more productive. The speciality of this book gave, it focuses on forgiveness rather than efficiently. Unlike most productive in the second book, I'm going to let the port by current newborn. This book shows is how we are drowned in a sea of shallow work like email. When we actually need to focus on high leverage. What it also provides you with the tools to implement the deeper in your life. 6. CCO hat - Creativity: Did he ever wanted to become more creative in your life and you just want to make something awesome then Valdez citywide, which is a small bug created. Now, let's take a look at what the CTU had this all about and how we should be here. When you add this imaginary hat. When you add the seeds you have, you need to start embracing. You're creating, create stuff more than what you can see. Understand productivity can make it run faster, but only creativity can make your flight. But don't forget to remember that creativity is a habit rather than a choice you make. Now let's take a look at a simple access, which we all can do when we run this. If you make a, make a make a list of things, you are made in the week to start nurturing her creativity. Now, let's take a look at our first sample. Make a lag. I did. I wrote a blog post and creativity. I made three graphic illustration. I did some doodles. I'm going to recommend two books on the topic of creativity. The first book I'm going to recommend is creative confidence by David and Tom Kelley. This book teaches you how to manage imposter syndrome and develop a growth mindset. It also teaches you a set of tools to nurture your creativity. The second book I'm going to recommend is T like an artist by Austin Kleon. This book breaks that creativity is all about originality when it's actually all about authenticity. It also teaches you how to innovate and combine your mucins. 7. CPO hat - People : Have you ever wanted to become a better at personally relationship or you just want to build in professional network. Or you want to be a part of a cohesive community then, well, the CPU accesses multiple people. Let's take a look at what the CPU does, Hollywood and how we can behave when we've added the CPU. We don't live on and we live in a network of people with various degrees of connection. Attachment, and dependent. Healthy relationship can be a source of happiness and opportunity while and mentee relationship will be a source of misery and problems. Learn to have healthy relationships with your friends, family, and colleagues. Let's take a look at its simplest thing, which we all can do. When we wear the CPU and makeup people love. Each week, make a list of people who you like or who matter to you personally along with their interest. And they say, uh, let's take a simple look at a sample of people, or I did. The first one is John Adams interested in fantasy books and he wants to be a product manager. The second one is Michael Scofield. He's interested in game theory and the ones. The third one is Rachel. She's interested in anthropology and wants to be a museum curator. I would like to recommend two books on this topic to become a better impact and a sophisticated social play. The first book I'm going to recommend this emotional intelligence by Daniel Goleman. This book is one of the classical books and behavioral psychology allows you to understand your emotion intelligence and how you can down a bit. The second book I'm going to recommend is influenced by Robert. It teaches you how we can influence people so we make it better impression on them. It also teaches you how not to be influenced people which can come hand in multiple social situations. 8. CFO hat - Finance: Do you want to become wealthier? Become progestogen have to keep the unwanted assets. And then where the CFO at which is responsible finance. Let's take a look at what the safer it is all about and how we need to behave in this imaginary Act. Money can't solve every problem, but it can solve 99 percentage of the external problems. So it is imperative to have a healthy relationship with money, not an obsessive one. Factor expenses. And try to get more opportunities to make money because nobody became rich by just giving up coffee. Remember, that builds disagreement, but not the code. Let's take a look at a simple exits which we all can do when we add the CFO hat. Make expenses love each day. Make a list of expenses you have done during the day. Now let's take a look at a sample of expense like I did. I spent ten bucks for breakfast, I spent 23 bucks for lunch, I spent 130 bucks for shopping. I spent 50 bucks workers today. I would like to recommend two books on the topic of wealth. The first book I am one and recommended The Psychology of money by Margaret Nelson. This book is a treasure trove of classical wisdom on money, but it looks at the money from behavioral, psychological standpoint, instead, offer numbers standpoint. Because you need to understand money is a gamma, not numbers, but a game of people with the emotion. The second book I'm going to recommend is just keep buying by Nick. It is a treasure trove of wisdom. On back-to-back thousands of studies and big data. 9. CRO hat - Risk: Have you ever felt frustrated and things didn't go as planned? You paid a heavy brace because of the prediction. Then valve the CRO at which is responding fabrics can let, let's take a look at what the CRO will happen is all about and how we need to be here when you add the CR1 that we live in a world of uncertainty, we need to start learning how to embrace list while also reducing it. Don't say it, exposure, risk and lacA, two sets of the same coin because unpredictable. Perfect circle luck. Well, unpredictable negative residual risk. When we value the CRO hat, we need to ask by head to increase luck while reducing risk. Let's take a look at a simple access, which we all can do when we add this here, what matters is stationary for each station, megaliths, risk associated with it and their probabilities to happen, and how we can reduce the risk. Now, let's take a look at sample of nucleation now guided it further addition, buying a house the fastest is not liking those after moving. This very less likely to happen. And you can mitigate this by living in the house for a year before buying. The second risk is you may not be able to pay mortage regulated highly likely to happen. You can reduce this risk by being in a better financial question, too bad extra burden of interests in late payments. I would like to recommend two books on this topic. The first book is fooled by randomness by Nassim Taleb. This book is a goal German risk management. But v1, it may take you a few times to finish reading it to understand the substance. Let's again look, I'm going to recommend is cool mood, wages, expense. And it is a fable about how we can adapt to the change. 10. CVO hat - Value: Have you ever wondered how you can contribute to the society? Then where the Cv hat, which is responsible for value. Let's take a look at what the CEO hat is all about and how we should behave when you add this imaginary value is what you can provide to their society with your skills and temperament using available resources when providing value in the form of products and goods needs not necessarily have a monetary benefit. But having monetary benefit is good for equal maneuver providing value, especially for monetary benefit. Do you need to achieve the product rule for derivatives desirability feasibility and viability. Disabilities. Will they like it? Feasibility is, can you do it? And viability? Will they pay for it reasonably? Let's take a look at a simple exist, which we all can do when we wear the CPU maker value opportunities lab every now and then, at least once a week metal list of things you can make to provide value. Let's take a look at it. Sampler value opportunities that I did. I can create graphic illustration process based on Popplet coats and tweet. I can write a flash fiction. I can develop a business strategy for a cloud kitchen. I would like to recommend two books. The first one is zero to one by Peter Thiel and Blake master. This book is a goal Jim, one. The stoma, innervation from the heart of Silicon Valley teaches you how to create and capture value today. The second book, I'm not the recommended range by David if he teaches the importance of having a broad knowledge. It also teaches how generalists can thrive in a world which is increasingly specialists, dominated. 11. CTO hat - Technology: Have you ever felt lost in World of rapidly changing technology? Or do you just want to make use of tools, whichever available to achieve your personal goals, then bad the c2 hat, which is responsible technology. Let's take a look at what the CDF is all about and how we should behave any valid imaginary had humerus are at the top of animal hierarchy, mainly because of the ability to make and use tools to embrace technology, regardless of whether it's new or world. Just checked whether it's appropriate. Use of technology can level up your game dramatically. But remember you're tinkering and curious mindset to the essential for anybody who has this hat. Let's take a look at simple access, which we all can do when we add the CPU will make a frontier each month. Make a list of major technological development and how we can change the world, especially how it can help you. Let's take a look at a sample of frontier law guided the topic technological development is EA image generator into billionaire. Everybody with Internet access to becoming digital artists. I can use it to generate a wholesome and less patient for articles tumbles rather than using stock images. I would like to recommend two books for anyone who wants to understand technology. Those books are **** sapiens and **** devious by Noah. What the books take a different outlook on technology. The first book, **** Sapien, shows the roots of the technological word from a historical standpoint. The second book, homogeneous, shows us the trends of the technological world, the acute with the wisdom of the past. 12. CMO hat - Marketing: Have you ever felt that you create so much value with your time, your effort and intelligence, but nobody really in my system then valve the CMO hat, which is responsible market. Let's take a look at what the CMO hackathons all about and how we should behave and we value this imaginary hat. You don't just need to create value, you need to make to let people who teach them learn to market yourself and learn to self. Marketing can come naturally for some people, but it is a skill which your body can learn. Let's take a look at a simple x's, which we all can do when we are listening you Mohak, making fracture, make a list of accomplishment. You are done in each category to market yourself better. Let's take a look at sample of Brexit, iota, the category I have to send it. As a content creator, the achievements I have listed wrote, I wrote thousands of tweets under multiple personas, to a hundreds of articles under multiple personas, I created a Skillshare course. I would like to recommend two books on the topic of marketing. The first MOOC is positioning by reads and throat. It is a classic and one of the well-known concepts or marketing pushing. You teaches us how we can push in your brand, in the minds of the consumer. The second book, I'm going to recommend it. This is marketing by set garden. It gives a very good warrior of the marketing world, but we're not the world's best marketers. Set worded. It can serve as a foundation. Text, forever. Marketing knowledge. 13. CKO hat - Learning: Have you ever felt that you are not equipped to deal with your work which is rapidly changing. Our you have the creeping fear that he will still stack may become obsolete in the future. Then where the C q hat, which is exposed to learn. Let's take a look at what the CTO hat is all about and how we shouldn't be here when you add this imaginary hat. We live in an era of transformation where many jobs are getting decimated year, every year. Due to the rapid technological change. We need to learn, unlearn and relearn constantly, not just knowledge, but also skills and temperament for the future jobs. Let's take a example by looking at automobile industry, automobile engineers with data only about internal combustion engines and the aerodynamic. But the current generation of automobile engineers need to have a deep mastery up electrical system and a basic understanding of machine learning. Now, let's take a look at a simplex in which we all can do when we seek a will maker learning lab each month. Take a look at your current skill and knowledge stack in response to a job. Learning plan to your cube us with the new skills and knowledge, then follow up on them. Now let's take a look at a sample of learning lab. I did the job I focus this architect. I need to learn the concept of parliamentarism. I need to learn scripting on DynamoDB grasshopper by learning Python language to do parametric architecture, I would like to recommend two books on the topic of lines. The first book, I'm going to let Madison ultra learning-based Cartier. This book teaches us how to assimilate knowledge through self-learning at a rapid pace. It also gives you a toolkit with multiple frameworks. You learn it. The second book I'm going to recommend is plus 20 h by Joe's Kaufman. This book teaches you how to occur skills through cell planning at a rapid pace. The speciality of this book is it you see a time-bound learning plan for acquiring any new skill. 14. Join us in the discussion panel to have an engaging conversation with me and your fellow students. I would love to get constructive feedback on this class from all of you.
