About This Class

Hello everybody Zerina here from Awesome tuts and in this course we are going to create sky island 3D model in software Blender.

This is a beginner course and also follow along so you will not need any knowledge to follow. This course will cover skills traditionally used in animation, motion design, video game design, and some VFX.

First, we are going to do 3d modeling where we will create a model of parking lot and buildings and low-poly cars on it with some trees and grass. Later we will apply materials to our models and use lights to light up our scene. In the end, we are going to animate our camera to rotate around our model and we will prepare our scene for rendering.

We also created a task for this project so you could exercise what you learned and it's going to be a good starting point for creating your portfolio as a 3D artist.

Also, I'm going to show you step by step, how to make these elements that are on this parking lot. You can use this elements as in game assets, or you can use it in an animation. So stay to until the end of this video and you will be able to create the scene like this. 2. Parking Lot: Hey, guys, it's sitting here. Introduce tutorial. As I said before, I'm going to show you how to make a parking lot that you can use for your game. So the first thing that we need to do is go to our blender, open your blender and go to general. Click seven in our number pet, and I'm just going to be changing these materials lanes into some characteristic names for this parking lot. We are going to name this one as a all plane. Parting a lot to Okay, so we have our materials here and we are done with this outre line. 4. Building: Now we are going to make ah house. So click seven on your number pad and here you can see the house that we have here. So we're going to do it by the reference we're going just to make this shape of the house.
