1. Mastering Time Management, Productivity and Efficiency: Hello, I'm Sylvia. I have spent the last 15 years working and having my clients in the area of time and task management, project management, life and business coaching. My mission is to have as many people as possible to step out of their comfort zone to be able to identify and change bad habits that will inevitably have them to manage their time and live the best way they can. In today's world, most people don't have time for anything. They feel as if they are in a constant rush than nervous about deadlines have a long list of incomplete tasks and habitat at home after a long day at work. As a business owner, entrepreneur, do you ever feel like that you are never getting to the end of your tasks or that you can't really achieve breakthrough results in your revenue. Either. We're struggling with managing our time. Many people often say, I don't have time for this. Don't have enough time for their own family, for themselves, let alone maintaining meaningful friendships. You might ask, is there a way out of the squid reveal? The answer is yes. Of course. Stay with me and I will show you some easy to use and immediately applicable tips and tricks that will make you much more effective at work in your business. What in your personal life, you will experience significant improvement in your productivity and your performance. By doing so, your income and also increase and you will achieve much better results. Not to mention that you will be able to gain a lot more free time for yourself. And finally, be able to deal with things that really matter in your life. You'll be again, at least an extra two hours a day by practicing and mastering the techniques I have presented, which will allow you to change not only in your professional life, but also your personal life. What we do learn from this course, I will teach you how you can get rid of the constant tormenting pressure that goes by the overwhelming workload and stress. How can you have more free time without affecting your company revenue or productivity? I'm also going to show you practical and useful tips that will make it easy for you to create your own personalized time management system. I'm also going to show you how you can overcome the costly habit of procrastination and also what habits you need to develop if you want to become a successful entrepreneur. You can also learn about the importance of time and my day, say time equals life. We're also going to talk about what your customer need and how to calculate the value entrepreneurial time. But we'll also talk about motivation, discipline, that confidence, setting goals, stress management, and a lot more. You must have heard last time is never found again, as Benjamin Franklin said, especially if it's your own time, you feel that you never get to the end of your tasks. You find it hard to say no. And you are not progressing at the pace you expect. And you have lots of unnecessary motivation and spending time on your business than you are at the right place. The time you spent completing this course with a 100 times over. 2. Time: Hello, My name is Sylvia. First of all, let me thank you for enrolling in the time management course. But I'm not going to take up your valuable time. So let's cut to the chase. Time. I think you have heard many times the time is the most fairly distributed in the world. Because both the rich and the poor have 24 hours in a day. And I think, you know, that is the most valuable source of energy. Even so, most people with their time not really paying attention how they use their 24 hours a day. Just complaining that they have no time for anything and mourning that they are struggling with managing their finances. As a startup entrepreneur, I already said a lot of work to do, as I was reminded many times, that it would be nice if I could clone myself or it would be great if my day didn't consist of 24 hours, but say 40 because I've heard countless times that I wouldn't get to the end of the tasks. Nowadays, I don't have such thoughts anymore. I do all my tasks with a lot more time available for other things. Even my income is constantly growing. I work less. And the most amazing thing about it is that I finally have enough time to spend with my hobbies, family, and friends. 3. How to look at time? TIME = LIFE: Dynamic who is live? Our world has accelerated so much today that we have as many impulses in a single day as we did in the 17th century in a lifetime, we need to protect our time very much because time is limited. You will never get to your time back. And the worst thing is that no one knows how much time is left on this earth, because all the time you have is now. Now is the moment. Everything takes time, which is why you have to spend your time wisely. You want to be successful. It won't happen overnight. It also takes time to succeed. That's a fact. You cannot force results right away. You have to complete the journey. But I also have some wonderful news with my tips and advice, you can achieve the desired result much sooner. It will be like a time bridge for you to get to the knowledge at a fast pace, which took me years to gain. My aim is to save some valuable time for you. Along the way, you must have heard many times that time is money, wealthy and highly accomplished people, I prefer to say that money is the time. Why? Because they purchase time with their money. Why do you think they don't mow the grass in their own garden? Why do they hire a cleaner, housekeeper? Why do they eat at the restaurant? Because they prefer to pay for someone's time. For the 2M entrepreneurs, money means time. They can spend it on whatever they wish. Example, traveller, leisure, realization of their dreams, building new businesses and so forth. I mentioned earlier that everything takes time. That is why it matters who you spend your time with. That's why it's important to mention perhaps the biggest time consuming, time wasting factor in life, which is nothing more than if you are in a bad relationship. And especially if you are staying in it. What does everyone want in life to have purpose and to live a well-balanced, meaningful life. That is, by choosing our partner is one of the most important decisions of our life. Choosing the right partner can be one of the biggest influences on our happiness. Staying in their own relationship can ruin our hopes and dreams more than any other choice we make. I'm not stating that you should rush to a divorce lawyer to sign the papers immediately because yes, indeed, we have to do everything in our power in order for a relationship to work well, we need to pay attention to the love languages, conflict management, efficient communication, and so forth. So just remember that a bad relationship is one of the most time-consuming factors in life. 4. The importance of time: You may ask this from an Olympic champion who reached the second place. Because he may have been preparing for the Olympics for many, many years. And it only took him 1 second dummies histones to be a gold medalist. You may not even notice, but believe me, he really knows how much even that 1 second gowns or feel free to ask a man who had a heart attack, How did he feel when the ambulance was five minutes late as his life depended on those five-minutes. Time is a gift, but time is waiting for no one. Whatever you do, Diamond pass you by. Each day will be older than the previous day. You only have asthma saying in the matter as to how you prioritize your tasks, the more skillfully you will handle your own time, the better you will feel that you are finally in control of your life and taking control of your own destiny. This will make you feel much more positive and energetic. And uveal experience less stress, even more self confidence. The sub-discipline of time management, because your staff is team, develops your foresight, gives you a value judgment and confidence. 5. Mindset and Habits: It is characteristic of highly accomplished and successful people that they have established good habits and also do things that losers do not like to do. They may not like to do it either, but they still do it. This mindset is essential on the road to success. Let's take a closer look. Our feelings, thoughts, and behaviors are based on habits. Your habits are essentially 90% the same. According to researchers and behavioral psychologist, at least 4% of your daily activity is based on habits. This is staggeringly high rate as it means that 40% of your time you don't think, but you do things out of habit. You use to make your current life habits a long time ago with a decision and then continued without thinking. Each of your habit was created in a way when you developed it so that you knew or thought there would be a reward for it. You may ask yourself this question. What percentage of your daily tasks do you perform out of habit? Of course, you can also routinely do things that result in little revenue for you. That is why we can say that these are bad habits because they prevent you from progressing, creating wealth. And in addition, the money you earn through hard work is not spent wisely. I would note here that there is no good or bad habit because your goal always determines whether the habe to operate brings you closer to or removes you from the goal. It is well-known that everything in life is difficult before it gets easy. That's why good habits are hard to come by, but after that, they will make your life a lot easier. For example, time management is closely related here, because when you beer the discipline of time management in yourself, you are already developing many good habits in yourself that will lead to success in all areas of your life. In addition to time management, your daily social circle, the kind of people you spend, your daily life. We'd also determine how successful you will be in life. Because you will be the average of the 56 people you spend the most time with. That is if you surround yourself with negative people, you will become negative yourself. Therefore, consider yourself surrounded by people who allow you to progress rather than hold you back. I even have to mention reading books because they also really determine what kind of person you will become. So whenever you can read and read some more. For example, if you read and research a particular topic for two to three years, you can become an expert on the subject. The question is this, do your current habits help you progress or hold you back? You need to override or what bad habits with new good ones. Because these will take you towards your goal. It will not be easy because these habits are very deeply embedded in our subconscious mind. Nowadays everything is program operated, even the coffee machine. If for example you had the program that Elon Musk runs, you will be successful essays. It's as simple as that. Unfortunately, the human mind is not really programmed to get rich and stay wealthy because of the environment we grew up in has programmed us into scarcity. But we derive books, knowledge materials, tutorials, courses. You can write a new program that overrides the worst programs that focus on hardship and scarcity. How long does it take to form a habit? Experience shows that exactly as long as the hand sits on the egg, which is 21 days. For something to become a habit, we have to do it continuously, put 21 days, according to research. But I think 30 days is even better. But there's not the end of it because you have to let the habit and bad in your mind. Why? Because your old habits will come back in a stressful situation. So what do you have to do? Look for a company of people of opportunities where you can work on engraving and setting your new habits. Being an environment with people who can inspire you, at least until the new habit wedges in concrete. 6. What can help you to change?: There are two types of motivation that can drive change in your life. One is motivation from within yourself. The specific purpose of which is to motivate yourself to achieve it. Very few can do it is because it takes tremendous willpower, sub-discipline. And of course, a purpose that is really worth changing for and that you really want to achieve with a burning desire. The other type of motivation is when something moves you out of your comfort zone. We already know that we humans are addicted to our habits. And when we are reluctant to leave our comfort zone, which we basically feel good about. Even if you don't feel so good about it, we don't step out of our comfort zone until that particular thing hurts so much. What do I mean here? For example, you can pay your mortgage loan. You have lost your job and cannot pay your rent. You have anxiety, stress-related DNS through your job. In short summary, when you face a serious obstacle, major problem, and maybe your life depends on it. The truth is that many people that are afraid of the new, the uncertainty and the change. That's why it's important to know that anterior you'll see where you are going. You are not going to leave your comfort zone. It takes the ability to visualize, to see the abundance of life you will live. See yourself. We told me are we live where? When you realize your dreams. Because the more you visualize your goal was, the more you will accept them with your subconscious mind, the deeper you will plant the seeds of the imagined abundance that you will live. Well, this will help you to really start on the path to changing yourself. By the way, my athlete friends also like to use the power of visualization because it can really Program the subconscious. They think of a time when they were very effective and achieved tremendous results. They evoke memories and images when they perform the best. This is what they call mentor training. 7. Self-esteem, Self-confidence, Confidence and Self-discipline: Let's talk a little about self-esteem. Self-esteem is a key and determining factor in a healthy personality. The best definition of self-esteem, how much you love yourself, the relationship with yourself is the most important that you will ever have. Don't forget that when you love and respect yourself, you always perform and behave better than you would otherwise. The more you like yourself, accept yourself, the more confident you become. So self-esteem is the feeling that you love and respect yourself. That is the foundation of success and happiness. The more you like yourself, more productive and efficient you will be in every area of your life. Self-esteem is the key to peak performance. In a nutshell, your Surface team determines your life. Self-esteem is so important to your emotional health that almost everything you do is aimed at increasing your sense of self-esteem and personal value. What is the easiest way to increase your self-esteem or self confidence? The basis of self-esteem is when you know you are putting more into your life and work than you are taking when your fear that you are really effective, really good at something, you are filled with positive feelings. And that is higher self-esteem and self-confidence increase. This has been supported by clinical research. By the way, the best part is that the more confident you are, the better you will be in almost everything you try and do better you are at something, the more you love yourself. So they go hand in hand, one follows from the other, so they nourish, strengthen each other. The smarter you allocate your time, the more things you are able to achieve, and the higher your level of efficiency will become. So let's talk a little bit about confidence. Why is it important? It's crucial that you never compare your results to others. The point is always to be yourself because everyone else is already taken aim to be your staff, but always a better version of yourself. Confidence isn't walking into a room, thinking you are better than anyone. It's walking in and not having to compare yourself to anyone at all. It's important that if someone has accomplished one thing and you have not managed to achieve it in the same way. Don't perceive it as a frustration, but as an inspiration. And if you practise diligently, sooner or later, you will succeed in achieving that particular thing. The other more important thing is we need to talk about, and that is self-discipline. I've achieved most of my success in recent years by developing a habit of self-discipline and a strategy to follow through on everything. These two are very closely related and deeply connected. The people who are able to succeed and keep wealth on the last thing basis were the people who were able to develop that habit. The sub-discipline of time management builds your character, your confidence, and your unwavering faith in yourself and your abilities. Practicing your time management skills develops value judgment, foresight, independence, and sub-discipline. 8. What do your customers need?: If you think about it, When do you think your business can flourish? When someone encounters a difficult problem and you'll find them a solution. This solution oriented mindset will have your customers to reach the target easily and will of course, be happy to pay for your services. Now comes a very simple question. What do you think basically depends on wealth. Wealth basically depends on knowledge because the car mechanic can repair your car. The travel agency knows how to get you to Bora. Bora. And I could go on. The great news is that it's possible for anyone to condition their mind toward up the solution oriented mindset and then transform their thoughts into action. I guess you've heard of the term value-added. What am I thinking? Let's look at an example. No one likes to chew on coffee beans, but many people have coffee. Well, here is the added value of a barista. His knowledge of success is the way of continuous pursuit of knowledge setting up all around here. In fact, you have raised the raw material resource to a higher level. The point is to achieve what is value creation with minimal time and effort, maximum efficiency, and effectiveness. What useful value do you provide to your customers because your income is in direct proportion to the useful value of the service you provide. 9. Keep track of your daily activities for at least a day: Ask yourself the question, am I dealing with something that will matter in the future? Does this bring me closer to my goal? Everything you achieved or don't, depends on how much you are able to make the best and most out of your time. You need to structure the things you want to do, achieve in your life in the right order. I want to share with you a very useful little exercise. Write down in 30 minutes segments or the things that you are doing in a day. You have to do this for at least a day, from getting up to going to bed. Note everything down, however trivial the task might seem to you. It would be the most effective to do this every day for, let's say, a month, which I admit would not be an easy thing to do. But all I ask of you now is that you keep this does a booklet for the fleece today, write it all down and then analyze it. You will probably be surprised and you might even get a little angry at yourself. Because I'm sure you are doing a lot of things that you don't need to allocate your time to. Well, you need to get these time-consuming activities out of your life. 10. Plan your entrepreneurial time management system: I think a lot of managers on entrepreneurs may be familiar with the problem that almost every hour of today's planned into the calendar. And they are practically in an uninterrupted business model or the time always available on the phone and constantly checking the incoming emails. Therefore, I would now like to introduce you to an ingenious business time management system that Dan Sullivan also use identities to his entrepreneurial students around which I also built my activities. As a result, with less work, are unable to achieve greater results. And even my team can work more efficiently. And most importantly, I have a lot of more free time, which enables me to live a better quality of life. Point and soluble suggestion is that we should organize our lives around three days. And these are focused days, buffer days, and three days. So here's a little exercise plan, at least one month in advance. Which days will be your focus Days, which days would be your buffer days, and which will be your three days? So in a nutshell, the focus today is the day when you do the most valuable work possible. In my case, is the curriculum development, product development, actually consulting or related preparatory work, building business relationships, marketing activities. These are activities whose production value can be precisely determined in terms of hourly rates on focus day. We spend most of our time in our field of expertise with a task that bring us the most revenue. These are the so-called money-making days. I work on my business, on my buffer days. For instance, I do banking, do various statements, statistics, analysis, and other administrative things. Anyway, here comes an extent to which one can you use certain automations, software, newsletters, sending systems, billing programs, and so forth. As these can help a lot in spending more time on SAP improvement, learning, developing our resources, training our team members, discussing projects, the buffer days we can work for ourselves as well as what our business, our company. This includes four and seminars in which we participate in order to expand our knowledge. But it's also includes tidying up an organizing. A very busy person has an accumulation of unsettled things waiting to be organized. They are managing official documents, invoices, insurance, or organizing digital files, folders stored on your computer, your business activities, organizing your hairdresser appointment, mutation cost, service, and so forth. So we put our business and privacy in the buffer. Days. A day off is a day that is free to be used for anything that is not tied to work. The free day runs from midnight to midnight. It's embraces the entire 24 hours. On this day, you should not do any work-related tasks. However, tempting it might be. What I mean is the following. Not checking work-related e-mails, no customer meetings, reacting to business scores and definitely not thinking about work. On my day off. I don't read business type of social media and news post blogs, don't check emails and generally, I stay away from my computer. It does get easier. Trust me, if I decide to do otherwise, I would only do it for the sake of reading, leisure or self development related materials. On these days, I will do what makes me happy, gives me joy. This is your day to fear your time and activities that enable you to recharge, to leave a fulfilled and well-balanced life. When was the last time you were able to go to the theatre or organize a fun dinner party with your closest friends or spend a day at your favorite spot in the countryside. But you might ask, what about a weekend? Saturdays and Sundays have become so-called hybrid days in my life. So these can be either focus, buffer or even three days. The goal is to have as many free days and focus days as possible and as few buffer days as possible, I managed to adhere to these pretty well now, as I usually have three focus days to buffer days, and two days off a week. Strive to have as many days or for yourself in a year as possible to keep your creative energy flowing. So here's a little exercise. How do I know what they I have in my calendar? It's very simple. I blend my calendar ahead each week and assign the following colors, put a particular days. So for example, blue is my focus day, red is my buffer day, and green is my free day. And I tried to keep to this. If you follow the schedule of the days, you will be able to perform your task much more efficiently. And thus you will be able to earn more income for less work. One more important thing. Why do you think it's important to plan things in advance? Because there is peace in the subconscious mind of successful people. Planning reassures your mind and your subconscious. One of the main factors in these that you can make life predictable for yourself. 11. The 3 most effective ways to spend your entrepreneurial time: Thinking, this is what Henry Ford, the American businessman who founded Ford Motors, said. Thinking is the smartest, most physically challenging task. That is why very few people do it, but only our habits, our programs are parody. Drive as day-by-day from waking up to falling asleep. You don t think, according to a statement, two per cent of people in the world think creatively. 3% think, they think ninety-five percent die rather than have to think. Communication. I don't know if you knew. But all our communications, our says, when you hire a new employee, you sell him or her, your company and yourself. But if you work as an employee, for instance, you also have to sell yourself every day, prove your value so you don't get fired. You add a product of yourself. Implementation is not enough to know the solution. You have to put it into practice and you have to make a habit. I didn't even have a habit of learning regularly along time ago. It took me some valuable time, self-reflection, and evaluation to get started because it was done, I realized that one of the most important things on the road to success is to have improvement. Or my acquaintances and friends who have become successful entrepreneurs mastered the art of SAP development. Without exception. They are constantly reading books, listening to audio materials, and attending trainings. Do you do some or any of these regularly? If not, start as soon as possible and make it a good habit. I hope you will do more and more from now on. 12. Delegate for the efficiency of your company: When I started the business, I was alone and was doing everything by myself. I'm thinking here, for example, of Ben transfers, administrative matters, answering customer service careers. But I knew that if I want it to grow and run a successful business, I needed a serious team working under my hand and delegation came into play here. What does delegation mean? In a corporate culture? Delegation means delegating leadership responsibilities to a colleague that are different levels of delegation. It's important that the insurance of the tasks is not the same as delegation. Delegation is when a leader delegates his or her own responsibilities to someone. Tasks that fall within his or her authority for which he or she is responsible for. Forget the view that delegating is just passing work. Instead, think of it as acting in the best interest of the company. A CEO who delegates properly can pick it up to 30% more revenue for his company. About 20 per cent of a manager's job can be done with others without compromising the productivity of either him or his team who do not delegate enough yet. If you spend a significant part of your day with routine tasks as a leader, your time is more valuable if you are constantly short of time. This shows that you have not yet been able to distinguish, well, what you need to delegate. If you also perform tasks that are not included in your job description. It is no accident that they are not there. Find a co-worker who should really do with them and who is best suited for. Also, if you have to make too many decisions in a short amount of time, if you have to find the right answers to every little question, It would take your energy away from making really important and big decisions. If you insist on control, trust your team. I leave them more leeway for your own and your company's efficiency. If your team members scale, don't improve. If you don't give them more responsibility. If your team is inefficient, if they have to do too many challenging tasks, their motivation and efficiency, we'll also decreased, give responsibility and development opportunities to them. You will be better able to delegate if you focus on your team strength. Instead of asking the person who is most easily available to do the task. So first, SS, who is best suited for it, and who has the right skills to do so if you communicate success, not as your own, but as a team success. If you'll make it too heavy to handover word before each task. As your staff, if there is anyone else who can do it. If you ask for feedback on the delegated task from the person who completed it, this will make it easier for you to know in the future which of your co-workers you can assign. If you only do one task at a time. If you try to pay attention to more than one at a time, your efficiency will decrease by an average of 3040 per cent. Instead of doing more than one thing at a time, do one thing and pass the rest own. If you ask for feedback on how much and how you delegate, because it will help you progress if you have a better understanding of the process. If you invest time, money, and energy in developing your team, the more qualified they become, the easier it will be for you to trust them. And you will see that they are capable of doing the job, how to delegate. So first look at the tasks, activities you have already done at least two or 310 times. What are already present in your life as a routine and pass them on to the person or persons you can train. Then sit down with them and explain exactly what needs to be done. After a while. You'll be able to completely take the burden off your shoulders. Delegation may take more time in the short-term as you will need to train the person we suitable for it. Sure. You will stumble at first. You won't do the job as perfectly as you would do it. But it's all worth it, because if you learn it, you wouldn't have to deal with it in the long run. And best of all, you will have to work two hours less for greater productivity and revenue. By the way, in today's digital world, you may already be able to delegate tasks, not just to a person, but to software or some kind of technical solution. 13. Productivity Pyramid: Have you heard of the productivity pyramid? This is a system that allows you to divide your everyday life into four type of activities. Activities with 0 or negative dollar value. That is no value in these type of activities. At the lowest level of the productivity pyramid, you perform activities that are 0 or negative in dollars. What are these activities? For example, costume viewing of emails and messages, facebook management, permanent online presence, cleaning, unless this is your profession, complaining, gossiping, coffee, chit-chat with colleagues. These are all past times that have no positive impact on your entrepreneurial Natsios. How much time do you think a successful entrepreneur spends? For example, because it Bingo complaining. Calculate how much valuable time do you waste with such 0 activities in your life? How much of your precious time have you wasted that you could have spent with value-added activities? On the second level of the pyramid are the low dollar hourly rate value activities. We can talk about some revenue. However, the overall value is still considered law. It's a low dollar activity when you do a job that someone else could do for you in your business. These are usually or delegate tasks at the third level of the pyramid, or the high dollar hourly rate activities, such as personal essays or building and maintaining customer relations. So those tasks that will enable you to bring real value to your business at the fourth level of the pyramid are the long, high-value activities. The ones that make your business grow and flourish in the long run. Some of these are, for instance, marketing, product development, strategic planning, but also the selection and integration of a new employee into your company. Now, here's a little exercise. Imagine an average day and divide your tasks between the full levels of the pyramid. I'll be honest with yourself, let this be mirrored for you. What is the level where you're spending most of your time? It is my view that in the vast majority of cases, we spent very little on top of the pyramid. We spend a lot of time on essentially non-productive activities. So our goal is for high-value tasks to be significant and low 0 or negative activities to be reduced to as little as possible. That is No idea of pyramid because you need workforce activities. You have to reply to text messages, you have to travel, you have to talk to your colleagues, customers, and so forth. So there is a need for 0 value activities as well. I just suggest that you consciously minimize the time allotted for it, especially during business hours as a homework assignment for 30 days, right down the value of your activities. Why 30 days? Because it takes 30 days for an activity to become a good habit. It takes so long for it become a part of your life. And once it has become your habit, only then you will realize and appreciate that you should not have done with your valuable time. This tiny minutes will save you a lot of useful hours that you will be able to spend focusing on your high-value tasks and long-term goals. You will know from your routine what you need to devote time to and whatnot. So let's summarize what you need to do to spend as much time as possible on high-value activities. We are talking about income, aren't we? So the angle is how much net income you bring home. You often have to be able to say no, delegation and staffing must be respected. Because the moment they take these two activities of you, the money will flow into your business with high margins and low cost. Then you will have time to form strategic alliances. Beard even more networks, develop marketing systems, ran marketing campaigns, and develop new products. 14. Get your thoughts in order: I think it has happened to you that your mind was full of frustrating, depressing, confusing thoughts and burdens, and you couldn't concentrate a 100% of your tasks projects. Now allow me to show you a very simple and useful technique that you can use to remove these annoying things from your mind. I learned this from a friend in London a few years ago. First, let's look at what can cause this distraction. In most cases, for example, project started but not completed, suspended discussions, unanswered emails, written letters. A little exercise for you. Take out a piece of paper and write down all the things you haven't done yet and feel overwhelmed by it, prioritize them and start solving them one-by-one. And those that you have no control over, let it go. It's very important to describe them because that will make it easier to clear your thoughts, give you a peaceful mind. In fact, you will write up your problems, which would allow you to progress much faster with your given projects. And thus three up more time for yourself, we rise. Writing methods can also be used as a therapy. Depression. We can write a diary, write down our everyday motions, or Stata. Novel. Writing can also reduce the stress and anxiety that is often associated with depression. Writing can relieve anxiety by constantly engaging our attention. For example, if you tend to worry and think too much before going to bed, or you just have too much swelling in your head half asleep. It can be very helpful to simply write down everything you just have on your mind on a piece of paper before going to bed, no matter what the point is to put it on paper and you'll be asleep more peacefully. At this point, The mind is reassured that the seemingly very important information has been recorded and it will be much easier to turn off what you have no control over, let go. When you were upset about something, you must have been taught that he'd go, believe me, it works. You have to learn to let go of what you ultimately have no control over. For example, you would go on a hike but it starts to rain instead of being upset right away, ask yourself, do I have control over it? Can I influence the weather to change? No, and I just let it go. It's all about perception. Look at the lesson, what you need to do differently next time and let go. Because you know, if life gives you lemons, just make the most amazing lemonade out of it. Because if you don't let go of that bad thing or things, then you won't be able to progress because over these various burdens are placed on you, you will feel like you are taking breaks, for example, more and more Briggs worries are more and more weight that will make it harder for you to progress because all the trouble will pull you back. It's like tying yourself to the things of the past with a rope. So let go of them. Those ropes because it's the only way you'll be able to move on and grow organization and stress. I have friends. Why don't we scattered. They don't even know what kind of tasks they are going to do. The race against time, l constantly stressed. As a result, the reality is, the more organized you are, the more time and unfortunately you have to be too relaxed and happy. You can exercise much more control over yourself. One of the main causes of stress and people might be if one feels that things are not going in the right direction, but not doing anything in order to make improvements. Change it now because you don't have time. The Buddha very biased reported. One of the biggest mistake people make is they think they have time. No one has time for everything, but everyone can have time for what really matters. For the purpose of life. Not to have everything ready, but to enjoy and even love in life. You have to learn to differentiate between important and urgent things because time is waiting for no one. And it makes all the difference how we live these few decades, what we bring out of our lives. 15. Time management - Does it really exist?: The truth is that no one can manage time because time is in a constant movement. We can't influence it. A day consists of 24 hours for all of us, but the tasks you choose to focus on, we're setting the right priority for dissolution and profit oriented mindset, where that distinguishes the successful and self-sufficient entrepreneurs. What working hours there's an entrepreneur work and live in. An hour consists of 60 minutes, a minute consists of 60 seconds and a day consists of 24 hours. This time passes in the same way for everyone. How much impact do we have on the time? We have in general? Nothing at all time is an illusion. You don't feel it real time when you are fully wrapped up in something truly exciting and your project sports, reading a great book. You don't notice how fast time passes. You don't feel conscious about time because you feel great, energized and are completely engaged with what you are doing. You have created real time and you can control what you create. And that's the point because we entrepreneurs live in real time. The goal is to create value to as many people as possible. Being an entrepreneur requires completely different set of priorities, task management skills, and as a result, they use of time will be affected in a whole new way. And remember, time is relative, but we're assuming time is terrifyingly fin it. Here are some helpful tips on how I shaved my day. Here's a little exercise for you after making my morning coffee. No, I don't have a perfect morning routine either. Identify the top five tasks that I will be working on that day here to eat are important to set priorities. But letting go of the perfect to-do list as you will make time for the things that are most valuable, take you closer to your goals. As I complete my tasks one at a time, by now I have identified which are urgent, important or not so urgent but important. I always start with the next one since I have finished the previous one, another strategy I use is that they estimate a set of time for each task. This gets easier by practice, you will notice a great sense of satisfaction at the end of your day. I promise if for some reason you fail to finish all five on that day, pass what is leftover to the next day. The point is to always do the top priority tasks out of five that day. Don't forget if you are not able to accomplish it all in a day, no one can manage to do it all. Brace your imperfection. It will lead you to a happier life in the long run. 16. Technical tools: In today's world, we have a great variety of technical tools to save ourselves a lot of time with the smart use of these tools, we are able to increase our efficiency and create more value with their support. You can achieve more in less time, such as smartphone, bead and Android, or iPhone doublets or iPad, laptop and various software applications. For instance, I have used the Evernote and AB designed for taking notes, organizing, managing tasks, and archiving. Another great example is trello, a flexible tool for managing jobs that allows teams to create plans, work on projects together, organized workflows, and track progress in a visual and productive way. Trello also helps you to manage significant milestones and day-to-day tasks for working together and achieving results from conception to design. But there are plenty of other applications and software that can save you a lot of time. Find the one that is more suitable for your needs. I personally really like Apple products and they only use them because their stuff is very reliable, safe, and terribly easy to sing, which of course can save me a lot of time when traveling and in-between meetings. But try to keep a good work-life balance. You don't need to be available 24 hours a day. So it's really important that you create a little so-called quiet time for yourself. Switch off your phone or redirected. If your laptop use social media notifications, didn't surf the Internet, continuous availability can be very depleting of our energy levels. If there are no periods, then you add on an empty flight, then sooner or later, you have to be consistently focused. You have to be available all the time. So I have a little exercise for you. Tried to set certain time slots in your day at half an hour or an hour intervals, as works best for you. When you mute your phones, you will find that this uninterrupted quality time rewards you a much needed focus. What works for me is that I tend to return me scores later when I travel and when I'm not on a phone, I almost always listened to some tutorials and I immediately record my ideas on my phone in the form of a voicemail message. One more important thing, I also use two monitors for more efficient work. This has worked very well for me over the years. I believe many companies have set up their offices in this way to create a more efficient work environment. Another useful tip for you, the screen emits a so-called blue light, which can interfere with the production of melatonin is a hormone that has sleep when it gets dark, regardless of the natural melatonin production in your body, the tools of modern technology, or most likely preventing it. It's no surprise that you are having a hard time sleeping, which is why it's worth turning off or electrical devices, distractions in your last couple of hours before your bedtime, such as laptop, tablet, desktop, and phones, only then your brain is able to slow down and prepare for sleep. It will definitely notice that you wake up well rested in the morning or the opinions are divided on this positive and negative effects of blue light. What is certain however, is that for restful, regenerative sleep, It's important to leave your gadgets and vibrating lights for an hour before going to bed and read, listen to music, or meditate instead to allow your body sufficient time to calm down. 17. Emailing habits: It's also worth reviewing our emailing habits from time to time. If your e-mail account is open all day and you're constantly checking and new incoming email while you are currently working, you will not be able to do more in parallel. Believe me, that multitasking doesn't always work. Wow, what worked best for me when it comes to emails is that I don't look at my emails at all in the first, effective two hours of the day so that no distracting information gets into my mind. I check my email is maximum twice a day without ten AM and around 03:00 PM. I don't look back and forth at them because then it would just overwhelm my mind enabled and be able to really be creative. Importantly, once they open the letter, three things can happen. I will answer immediately. I delegate to my colleague I deleted. The point is that I actually got them right away and not pushing them because that would only waste my time if the letters are very long, but I find them important. I dropped them to dedicate it further and read them. When I allocate time for it, I keep my name is organized and financed specific folders or archive old ones. It helps to keep the right order and easier to find current letters at any given moment. 18. Time Wasters and Time Savers: No matter how much we love modern technology, no matter how driven by the desire to always be available online, we don't really take full advantage of the latest technological tool is available on the market. Make better use of these modern telecommunication tools. It is so deeply encoded in us that we have to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner meetings with our business partners. Would you rather have occasional conference call or a video call to discuss pressing issues with the other person. Then of course, when it comes to signing a contract, personal meeting is necessary. Think wisely about how much time you are willing to sacrifice to anyone. It's important to ask yourself the question, do I have to meet my contact in-person every time they demand it? Here is about energy. Vampires set yourself at least an hour of thinking time of day when you can't be disturbed by energy, vampires and other factors, people emia spoons, social media and so forth. You have to protect yourself and your time because we don't even realize how often we let the distractions into our lives. I record back whoever I wanted to speak to me when I want to, not because I'm rude. No, I'm simply protecting my time. That's all. They're worried what is truly valuable and you will transform your time into happiness. 19. Plan in advance: What your schedule is much more likely to happen first or we start structuring things in your mind and on paper. Then look at how much of her reality it is that you can incorporate those into your life now, what, how much that you could be your future goal? The difference between average and exceptionally efficient people is that organized people are much more successful in their work and live and others excellent personal and professional organizational skills are the characteristics are very efficient and well-paid people. The more time you spend planning to better your plans will be, and the harder it will be to lead you astray by constantly revising your plans to achieve your goals. Because we will become more and more credible and more achievable. It is estimated that for every minute you spend on design, you save ten minutes on execution. Planning pays for a 100% of your time and energy investment. You're almost all of the greatest successes and accomplishments of your life to having a good plan that you worked out thoroughly while in advance. It takes a lot of discipline to succeed. One of the best sub-discipline practices is to take the time to think through and plan for all your actions before you take action. So here's the bad calendar. And important part of time planning system is the calendar, which allows you to schedule your time in detail and plan for several days, weeks, one month in advance. Always work from a list according to one stored me, think on paper because if you can see it, write it down, you can measure it. You can achieve it. When you make a daily list, you start by writing down each task you want to do during the day with a simple list, you can tidy up k was much faster than any other time management tool. It's a very simple technique. I have been using it over the years that helps my brain to pay attention and stay focused on the task at hand. In a sense, you are training yourself for an actual better performance. The list will lead is a map throughout the day in the most efficient and effective way possible within your company and worldwide. You can upload, download, trust for your complex. We'll show you a list and information, practice, practice and practice them wore. The most important thing with a time planning system is to use it over and over again regularly until it becomes a stronger habit as inhaling and exhaling. The secret behind this technique also is consistency. Even if you're doing that, feel like doing this, you just give it a try. It will take some time before you regularly learn to use a time management system. But once you master it, you will reap the rewards in your personal and professional life. And remember, the real price of anything you do is the time you traded it. 20. Importance of ME time: Finding quality, time is important, is necessary and possible to find me all have endless tasks and chores taking over our time in life. I used to race against time and aim to achieve it all in the day, pushed myself way too hard to do maximum capacity. You to deserve quality meat time for yourself that nothing can replace is not a selfish thing to do. You get to reconnect with yourself and do what you love this time is all about you. Whether it's within bath alone, walk in a park with your dog, go to the hairdresser or reading a great book that you have neglected for a while, it will make you happier, well balanced, and those around you will notice the difference. I promise. A favorite quote of mine from Napoleon here is, tell me how you would use your spare time and how you spend your money. And I will tell you where and what you will be in ten years from now, the best thoughts and insights are born in the course of me, time in a serenity is a huge privilege in today's fast-paced world. 21. The Pomodoro technique: The Pomodoro method was developed by Francesco to reload in the 1980s to the lowest student had problems concentrating on his studies and passing his exams. Instead of committing to an awful amount of learning, jello only asked himself to devote ten focus minutes to learning. He found a tomato shape log for the challenge. And Pomodoro Technique was born the Italian word pomodoro means don't at all. The Pomodoro Technique is a cyclic time management method. You work in short sprints, which encourages continuous productivity. Planned regular breaks have maintained your motivation, protect your creativity and distributor energy efficiently. Here is Pomodoro Technique in practice, the use of the Pomodoro method is infinitely simple, and this is partly the effectiveness of the technique. So a little exercise, write down a to-do list and get a timer. Whether it's a phone, an app, a sundial, whatever works best for you. Set a timer to 25 minutes, then we're going to single task until the timer sounds. After completing the Pomodoro psycho, write down what you did. And Martha completed Pomodoro on paper. Take a five-minute break after four Pomodoro cycles, take a longer break of about 20 to 30 minutes. 22. Decision making: Success is the result of a good decision. A good decision is based on experience and experience is often a result of bad decisions. Non-decision is also a decision. You don't necessarily have to be good at getting things done quickly, but rather at getting the right things done, the ones that really matter in terms of the outcome. The most important task is typically the most inconvenient, delayed task. The decisive man is unstoppable, sudden Apollyon here, these are the people that had the inner light, strength, skills, talents, and boundless energy to make the decisions they need to develop further that Audrey lead you through setting your true priorities. The good news is that the control is in your hands and meet hard work and decisions, you can really get the most important things in your everyday life. Most greet people have achieved our greatest success just one step beyond the greatest failure. Another favorite quote of mine from Napoleon here, the first decision you can make is to take control of your time. That is, your life. That is the most important. Once you have made a decision that is no going back, you have a duty to do everything you can to live your life the way you want it, and to fit in all that is especially important to you. 23. Focus is key: I have many friends who started themselves at how great they are at multitasking, claiming they can do more than one thing at a time. Example, why talking to someone, the email, text, drop the presentation and the list goes on. They just don't know. In this case, the human mind operates in the least efficient mode possible. It is very important that you only pay attention to one thing you are working on. Don't do more than one thing at a time because you can't really be effective that way. If you are a 100% focused on something and your attention is not shared, you will be done with it in much less time. If you have to focus, you will get bigger and better results in less time. But what if someone calls while you are working on that important task? Nothing. Don't pick up down, do not reply to SMS or respond to emails immediately. You will react to them later when it's convenient for you. Don't let anyone else divide your time, then call them back. You can reply to the letters whenever you want. This is very important. Believe me, if it's important for him to talk to you, you will catch up with each other in some form anyway. You'll be are not missed anything, don't be afraid of it. So here is about focus and concentration. These things are essential. If you want to be really productive, you need to have a clear view of the results you want to achieve and the order of importance of each step required to achieve the results, you need to focus on what you are doing right now without sharing your attention. So you can get the result you want and stick to the task at hand until you are done. Concentration replenishes energy and also increases self-esteem. 24. Overcoming Procrastination: The habit of procrastination is when we realize most of the time why we're not moving forward, it's already a huge step forward to realize you are postponing an important task. Awareness is always the first step towards change. When do we usually procrastinate? We tend to postpone the tasks that we don't like. We don't know how to get started. We don't know how to do that particular thing. When don't we procrastinate? When we do things out of protein, out of habit because they are much more enjoyable and faster. How good you overcome procrastination? First, look at whether the thing you are postponing is really important and really bringing you closer to your goal. For example, have more free time so that you can pay off your debts to make your business work better, to spend more quality time with your family. Of course, it depends on what your goal is. What do you want to achieve? Here's a little exercise. It's really important and really brings you closer to your goal. Do the following with these. I don't like things. First, write it down, think it through and plan to implement these postpone things. Think about what you are going to accomplish if you do this thing. Describe why this is important to you so that you can decide whether or not you should, if you don't have to forget about it. Describe what would happen if you didn't act, for example, would you do in your business, would you lose customers? Would it affect your family life or have one more important thing, DVDs at the beginning of today, because that's when you have the most energy and focus then gets started. If it seems overwhelming at once, divide it into smaller tasks. And one more very important thing that has been mentioned before is delegation. So to recap, see if you can pass this on to someone else. For example, your team or coworker to do it. Because if so delegated, that way, you can save yourself a lot of time. A little reminder that one of the keys to productivity and efficiency is to avoid multitasking. In today's fast-paced, everyday world, where multitasking is the norm, that is dealing with multiple things at once. Setting priorities helps us focus on one thing since it is clear exactly what and in what order we have to deal with the difficulty of getting started is eliminated. 25. The 5 point method: One of the easiest ways to prioritize tasks is to introduce a five-point method. Task one is one that needs to be done. One it is very important. It's one that has serious consequences if you don't do it, Task2 is the one that should be done. The rule is that you should never deal with Task2 until you have completed all of task number one. Working on task one or list is the key to good productivity and maximum performance. Task three indicates things that would be good to do, but they're obviously not as important as the first two tasks. There are no consequences for doing it or not doing it. Taskforce indicates the tasks to be dedicated. Before you get into anything, think about whether there is anyone else you can give the thing too, so that you have more time for your most important tasks that only you can do. Task five indicates the tasks that can be omitted. There are a lot of small tasks that can slip into your daily list that you can leave out completely. And it doesn't matter to you or anyone else at all. 26. The important thing first: We now present a technique I learned from a gentleman named Stephen R. Covey in the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Stephen R. Covey divides the work into quarters. Unfortunately, most time management techniques only offer usable methods in short-term, which is detrimental to our long-term success. Start by grouping your tasks into two-by-two matrix according to whether it's important or urgent. Of course, we need to address the urgent and important things, but which tasks bring the best returns in the long run? Tasks that in the first quarter, but in the second quarter, these are not urgent, so we often postpone them, even though efficient leaders spend most of their time on these types of tasks, allocate as much time as possible from the third, fourth quarters to the second quarter. We believed the task in the fourth and delegate those in the third, if possible. If you add in the first, the most, you are in danger of burnout and you add in a constant rush. You don't have time for anything because you don't spend enough time in the second. In the third, you try to meet the expectations of others. These tasks have only perceived urgency and you should not let them control your day. These are typically the phone calls we make, although they are not important at all. If you spend most of the day in the fourth, you'll live an irresponsible life. Don't be surprised if you earned it, will often have a problem at work to break time into second, you need to learn to say no, the key is not to prioritize your to-do list, but to put your priorities on your to-do list, blast, if you spend your time in the second, you can plan ahead, which we prevent crisis. I suggest you create a weekly plan that incorporates the tasks that are appropriate for your different roles focused on important tasks as a parent, coworker, leader, friend, and so forth. If you have a weekly plan, weekly tasks at your second quarter tasks to your calendar and only then create your daily plan. This way, important but not urgent, tasks are not missed. I'm going to give you a little exercise. Identify Q2 tasks in your own life that you neglect. Look for one that you could have a significant positive impact on your life. Typically, these are collecting goals, planning, finances, if you have it, commit doing more of the task right in your calendar when you are going to deal with this and whatever happens, don't let yourself get distracted. And remember, while amateur work and professional work take the same amount of time, the results will be significantly different. 27. Setting personal priorities: How can you define these? It's very simple. Ask yourself the following, what do we have bone talent for? What specific unique strengths and abilities do I have? What have I done well so far? What am I doing especially well? What am I doing better than anyone else in each area? Am I outstanding? What is my competitive advantage? What skills, abilities, and accomplishments have I contributed most to my success today? The life and work? What are the things that others find difficult even if I do them quickly and well? Whereas Do I have the ability to excel when I develop my knowledge and skills, what do I really like to do to determine your strongest stability? You need to ask yourself this, if I could only deal with one thing or were they what could be the activity I could use to create the most value, most of your accomplishments in your life I do to your good performance in some specific areas, focus where you're able to achieve excellent results. Everything in life is about priorities and how the undecided and the priority is you choose will determine how your life will evolve. 28. The Art of saying NO and knowing how to ASK: Think about it. If you can filter out only half of the requests coming to you with these little polite tapes. And then how much extra time you can save yourself. And you'll be able to spend on things that really matter to you. The worst use of time, it's doing something very well that you shouldn't be doing at all. Said Brian Tracy, ask yourself a simple question. What am I doing right now? Would it take me closer to my goals or remove me from them? It's about having enough time. It's what you are choosing to spend it with. In my experience, it's a very serious challenge for most people to say no in their daily lives. However, if you really want to spend a significant part of our time efficiently, it's important to learn to give some times negative answers to in policies and questions that affect us. If you don't realize you have the power to say no, you will never really be able to say yes. The dual biggest fears of people are that they are not good enough and not lovable enough. When they say to someone, we often set off in them, these two deep-seated fears because they experienced situation as a rejection of their own person rather than a particular issue. Our biggest enemy is the search for the least resistance. In most cases, the person's request is only valid. He or she does not have to make any effort in order to get it. When someone asks you for something, they are always looking for the easiest way, the least resistance, one of the key successful relationships is that we learn to say no without good. So we can say yes without remorse. 29. Pareto Principle (80/20 rule): According to Pareto Principle, also known as the 8020 rule. 20% of your effort, we bring 80% of the results. Many researchers have found that 80 per cent of revenue generated by 20% of customers. Also, you might know that over 80 per cent of the world's income is in the hands of the wealthiest, 20 per cent of people. And the list goes on the Pareto principle and most commonly presented in marketing and business contexts. However, the principle is versatile and very useful in time management also had a Pareto principle can help you, for example, your calendar and to-do list full of all sorts of tasks. But notice that out of all activities, there will be two to three things that account for 80 per cent of your effectiveness. The other 78 things who will probably do as well, but will only yield for 20 per cent of the results. Anyway, the 8020 rule applies to virtually any economic activity. But even in your private life, 20% of your family activities bring 80 per cent of results. The rewards and satisfaction apply the 8020 rule to procrastination as well. Decide that you will postpone 80 per cent of your low-value tasks for the sake of 20 per cent of your highest value tasks. 30. Energy management: Not only is our time finish it, but our energy, more precisely, our energy levels are constantly changing even if we did a day. Therefore, not only do we need to manage our time well within a day, but also our energy. What is surprising moreover, is that if we allocate and use our energy well, we will be much more effective in time management because if we deal with an important task at the peak of our energy level, will be most likely to do it in a much shorter time-frame. After awhile, we can no longer pack more and more tasks into a 24 hour day, even though most of us tried to reach peak performance, we don't need to condense even more into our order definite time. We need to find out how to get more out of our available time. This requires energy management instead of time management. As by nature, we tend to look at time and desperately trying to manage that with our best effort, without proper optimization of our energy, no matter how much time we spend on a particular thing, we will not be able to give our very best. One of the easiest ways to manage energy is to work less at once and take more breaks. Most of us tend to do an activity for hours at a time without taking a short break. It might seem to be effective, but in the long run, we are exhausted from it as our energy has no opportunity to be renewed. In the meantime, if you include breaks a certain intervals and use them to recharge, you can stay productive for longer. Recharging is a key element in maintaining high energy levels and peak performance, we tend to use more energy during the day than we retard at intervals, which easily leads to burnout. That's why it's worth shaping our work to take an energy during break every 90 minutes or so, whether it's a coffee break or even a short walk outdoors, our physical energy is one of the foundations of our productivity, and it depends a lot on how much water we drink, what we eat, the quantity and quality of our sleep. So here's the thing, find your mission and passion. Because when we deal with our passion, something virtually lab and they are complex, inspiring goals attached to it. We suddenly release energies that we couldn't have imagined before. If we can deal with something that is dear to us, which includes an inspiring mission, it can give a huge boost on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level as well. Try to control your energy and not your time. Most productivity strategies are about making better use of your time, but any amount of time is useless. If you don't have the energy to do the job, you may have noticed for yourself that your energy levels change during the day. Of course, it is not possible to generalize, but many people are more active in the morning when the level of creative energy is also higher, there is usually a little coming down period after lunch in the early afternoon and bringing a more active phase again in the early evening. Of course, it's completely individually. So I encourage you to watch how you work. You may want to identify your peak hours and be aware of this, if possible, shape your day so that you can always deal with tasks that match your energy level. The most important change you can make to your work schedule is to deal with creative tasks first and then reactive tasks. What is reactive? Responding to an external stimulus? For example, automatic reflexive action under the influence of external conditions, when someone reacts to something, act in response to something, that is, their behavior is not determined by their own internal motivation, but by the outside world. Each day, set aside a continuous, long time zone for your creative tasks according to your priorities with your phone and e-mail turned off the two most important hours of your day, the very first hour after getting up in the last hour before going to bed, keep in mind, your biggest direct impact on your development and energy levels can be in these two hours. These are the two most productive hours to generate change. For example, I start my mornings with meditation, exercise, reading, and brainstorming what I do for about an hour. This is what I call the Power Hour. Many people immediately reach up to their phones after waking up, checking their social media messages and so forth, they are wasting the most valuable time of today. Don't be a slave to social media and technology. Believe me, if you do it the way I suggest to you, it will make a huge difference in your life. I mentioned light exercise earlier. The movement isn't about getting tired of kayaking, is just enough to move yourself a bit. I stretch my muscles, take a turn, two minutes, walk up the hill on my treadmill, or go for a short walk outdoors because even this little gentle movement raises my cortisol levels just enough to make me feel stronger, alert and more energetic. Cortisol is not only a stress hormone, but also a hormone to help you get pregnant. Research shows that a small 20 minutes exercise is more energizing than drinking coffee. So I suggest you try this if you don't spend time on such activities at all at the moment, don't necessarily want to incorporate an hour right away because it can easily lead to failure. Start with five minutes of meditation, relaxation, five-minutes of movement, and five-minutes of reading, brainstorming, start as you know it now and gradually increase your time. We want to win in the long run and as the only way you can consistently build a reliable habit system, the last hour before going to bed is also of great importance. Use this time to calm your mind. In this case, it's best to have as few external impulses as possible. Do not watch TV, do not serve the internet, do not make phone calls, etc. If you use this time to read Tolkien, spend quality time with your partner and children, what SUVs to unwind. But you should also take at least a few minutes to plan your next day. Think about what you need to do and prioritize it. If you tend to worry and think too much or just have too many things swirling in your head, something is still spinning in your sleep. It can be very helpful to list everything that comes up on a piece of paper before going to bed. Believed that you will sleep much more peacefully because you have given your MindTap that you will surely remember it the next day. This is when the mind calms down because the seemingly very important information has been recorded and can be turned off more easily. Go to sleep with a clear mind. You've probably noticed that when you fall asleep, trouble, you wake up much more tired. Keep your mental energy high. The decisions you'll make, such as going to bed early and taking quality sleeping, have an extraordinary effect on the quality of your day. When you are completely rested, you do a much higher quality job than when you add a tired of insomnia. Exhaustion is a huge time waster. 31. How can you wake up more effectively?: In my focus time in the morning, I tend to do two times, 45-minute blocks. I don't have everything, example, phone, emails and so forth. And I set an alarm clock for 45 minutes because I give myself a little more time until I can focus on my work. And for 45 minutes until the clock alerts me. I have no choice but to focus on that one task. For the task, I had just set myself as a top priority. I know I don't have to look at the time as I have to focus for 45 minutes. I don't check my emails. I don't apply to SMS messages. I don't check Facebook messages either. I admit it was very hard for me at first. It was not easy not to look at my phone and my messages because I gave into old habits. The point is the focus absolutely for 45 minutes, then exercise for about ten minutes, drink some water, eat some fluid, and then focus on my work for another 45 minutes. And as soon as it ends, I take a longer 30 minute break. During this time, I relax a bit, make phone calls and checkout and reply to my messages in an incredible way. This time can spin up as my productivity develops. 32. Steps to success: That's your goal is clearly in writing. Think about it. Ask yourself what you are up to, what do you want to achieve? Create a detailed work plan for your goal, set clear priorities for each work tasks so that they are ranked according to their value and importance to the desired outcome. Apply the 8020 rule day in and day out before starting any task focused on that one. And the most important thing to achieve your goal. So without sharing your attention on getting upset, that is the real key to doing this. Every genius works with a systematic and orderly problem-solving method. When something goes wrong, They stop and carefully analyse the situation step-by-step before they suddenly come to a conclusion and start working on a solution. As a result, when a decision is finally made, it is better than the decision of ordinary people who simply react to the problem. Instead of rethinking it, Genius lies simply in endless effort and thoroughness. 33. Reward yourself regularly: When you develop a reward system for yourself as consciously and subconsciously, you motivate yourself to continue working diligently until the task is completed. You've already talked about always dealing with things that bring you closer to your goal because our time is finished. And now let's take a closer look at what you shouldn't do because they are just hindering you from achieving your goal, your success, for example, stopped meeting people who are just draining your energy. Avoid these people at all cost. Stop the impulsive shopping. Go shopping with a list, plan everything in advance, and don't be ashamed at all. If you have a pre-written shopping list, this means you know what you need. And so you want to spend money on unnecessary things, an act consciously and by Oliva to need, thereby reducing the number of gaps where your money flows, it's important to stay consistent and committed. Momentary desires encourage unnecessary shopping in consistency is what keeps you from getting wealthy when you are making a financial decision in the spur of the moment, you are essentially rubbing your future of yourself. One of my friends used to say the saving is very important because every single dollar you will save makes ureter, you basically need to develop new spending habits, saving money and money management habits. It is important to manage your private income wisely that are great softwares or other tools available for you to do this. 34. What is the value of your business time?: What is the value of your business time? How can you calculate that? Let me share with you a great example demonstrating with dollar, but it doesn't really matter what currencies in the example, you have to understand this logic behind the method. You can easily calculated considering your own currency, taxes and contributions. As an example, suppose you want to earn $200,000 a year. This is the gross amount for the ease of understanding we are calculating with gross amount as every country has different types of deductions, tax is applied. We're calculating with 250 working days, we do not count the weekends. $200,000 divided by 250 days equals to $800, and this is your daily income. Then divide this amount by the number of your working hours in a day. Let us take 9 h, so $800 divided by nine equals to $89. This is the value of 1 h of your work, according to Dan Kennedy, highly paid and thought after marketing and business strategies advisor, you are producing the most valuable work in one-third of your day, two-thirds of your day is least productive, cannot be measured in terms of real value added to the customers. Therefore, if you want to calculate your productivity hourly value, you need to multiply your hourly work rate by three. So $89 times three equals to $267. This will be your productivity. I will evalue. How much is 1 min worth for you? $267 divided by 60 equals to $4.45. This is your rate per minute. If you want to add 200,000 in a year, then every minute you are spending with work means $4.45 for you. Why is this important for you to know? If you think of it this way, 30 min spent with unnecessary things would cost you $133.5. That is why it's important for you to know the value of your entrepreneurial time. 35. Get yourself organised: We do a lot of time consuming activities every day that take variable minutes out of our lives. This includes, for example, when we are looking for things such as books, various documents, office supplies, e-mails, telephone numbers, cloth, downloaded, movies, music, and the list goes on. If you were to adopt day-by-day, how much time is spent doing so many small tasks, I think it would be very surprised. Here are some tips on how to get organized, clean up unnecessary data, e-mails from your computer and keep them someplace easy to find. The read the names of people you haven't talked to in a long time. Keep your phone tidy to organize your homophilous bookshelves for those doors, wardrobe, garage, closet, and so forth. Have an order in your business and entrepreneurial live environment and order in your private life. It may seem like a lot of time to sort it out now, but once you get things in order, it one take 100 times more time to search. You will save a lot of time with it in the long run. 36. How do you put what you have learned into practice?: First, you need to determine what your goal is, what you want to achieve with burning desire. What is your true purpose in personal life and in business? What do you want to achieve? This is the very first step towards your goal. When you get up in the morning, think through your day about what you want to achieve that day, and think about whether the thing you want to do that day, we bring you closer to your goal or not. Plan your focus days, buffer days, and holidays, prioritize, set yourself a maximum of 56 tasks for that day, and prioritize them according to which one brings you closest to your goal, the one that brings you closer to your goal. The best, the fastest comes first. Don't waste your time with face-to-face meetings. Do what you can buy phone, you can save a lot of time this way because traveling would take up a considerable amount of time, especially if you are stuck in a traffic jam. So if you don't have to don't travel to face-to-face meetings. And if a face-to-face meeting is necessary, ask yourself the question. Where this meeting bring me closer to my goal or not, make use of technology. Idea, doors suggests mobile phone, FaceTime, Messenger, WhatsApp, and so forth. Protect your time. Delegate automated to have more time. How is it possible hire employees or use software in your job that makes it much more efficient? Yes, I know you have to invest money into this, but believe me, it's really worth it in the long run, always strive for the best quality because cheap labor, cheap software will always be a surcharge later, it is a pleasure to work with professional people, best quality machines or most efficient software. And only with these, you can achieve great results in the shortest possible time. Train, relax a lot, meditate. You have to get out of your comfort zone if you want to achieve something, because live starts outside of your comfort zone, what do you need to get out of your comfort zone? What will help you with this? For example, loss of a job, business closure, bankruptcy, tax collection, and so forth. But if you have a burning desire to know what you want and visualize it, That's when you do bringing the future into the present. I can remember another example of visualization. For example, recall memories when you perform best, when you want a ping-pong match or pass your exam. This is one of the best methods you can use to program your subconscious mind. This is called mental training. If you not only learn but also apply in your daily life. What I have told you here, I guarantee you that your income will increase and you will achieve better results by having to work even less. But be prepared. That is not going to happen overnight because creating a new habit requires at least 30 days of continuous practice. But it takes at least two or three months before you really realize how it all works for you. Don't give up. The point is to progress towards your goal every day. Don't focus on perfection, but aim to be a better version of yourself than you were yesterday. But if you follow what I've told you here, believe me, you will succeed. The point is that you can achieve much more desired in less time.
