2. 1. Setting up ChatGPT: In this lesson, we
are going to talk about how to set up ChatGPT. Setting up ChatGPT,
it's very easy. You just have to go to the
website and open an account. Once you open an account, then you are done. There's nothing
else for you to do. You can start making
use of ChatGPT. Well, let me walk you
through the process. So just open up your browser. Any browser of your choice
can work perfectly for you. You can make use of group, you can make use of fire folks, you can make use
of Microsoft Edge. You can also make use of Brave browser or
also apparently, in this lesson I'm going to be making use of Microsoft Edge. I find myself making use of
Microsoft Edge these days. I really don't know why. Maybe it's because
I can easily import my Chrome browser history
into Microsoft Edge. Maybe there's really no, maybe I just like
Microsoft Edge recently, but it doesn't really matter. So you want to go to
chart the Open ai.com. Once you tap on that,
you just want to hear on anther on your
keyboard and mercury, you are connected
to the network. Now mistakenly at
this as such, well, make sure you don't
put any space after the remaining dots
so that you don't end up and Research
window just like me. So now just click
on the first one. If by any chance
you end up India is such window just like me
click on the first one and it's going to take you into the main interface of ChatGPT. Now, I already have
an account login. That is why it just opened
up for me right here. But if you don't
have an account, logins leisure side, Zoom, I'm going logout right now. So if you're winning needs
for the very first time, when you go over to this link, which is a chat Open ai.com, you are going to get
this right here. You have the option
to login or you have the option to sign up. Now, a quick way to
easily log into the chat that OpenAI websites for you to be able to interact
with ChatGPT, you can easily
click on the login. And when you click on the login, even if you don't
have an account, you don't need to worry
about clicking on Login. You want to click on
continue with go-go, continue with Microsoft account, or continue with Apple. You can pick on anyone
wants to pick on that. It just needs to grant mission or just
allow some certain ourselves to that
particular account you are making use of. Once you grant odors
as soon as you can easily login to ChatGPT just from the Gogo lacquer on Microsoft account or
your Apple account. But since I already have
an account separately, I'm going to click on Continue. And that is going
to pop up for me to put my password. By default. I already saved the login
details since it is my PC. So I'm going to
hear on Continue. And that is going to take me
into the ChatGPT interface. And this is, this is
how it's going to be. For some reason,
course is going to go Wait a minute for
the very first stem. So you want to go
over to settings. That is, if you
want to change it, you want to go over to settings
and under degenerate dub, you get a theme right here. You can click on anyone
you want to make his own. Right now it's making
use of my system. The first thing, which is
pretty cool, I love it. So whenever we can
use White's team on my system is going to
switch back to light. It really depends on Newbury
for one your interface to be that continuously
just set it to dark. And that is how is
it going to be when you login from one
PC to another, it is going to build that. Now once you're done, login in, that if you are logging
in for the first time, you go into get
some purple brooms. When you get this popup rooms, you can just easily next to them or go through
them so that you can really understand
what it is all about. So now, once you are done, you can now start
interacting with ChatGPT. So this is how you can
easily set up ChatGPT. And the next lesson we're
going to start making our idea Research which ChatGPT you remember
in this course, we don't know what
you want to do. We'll want to make
use of ChatGPT to help us find out what
we are going to do. Naphtha goes in what
we are going to do, then we will go in with
our own hand instead grazing that inside
of Photoshop. See you guys in the next lesson?
3. 2. Making Research: Welcome to this lesson. I hope you are really having a great time with the course
and you are lending a lot. Now, I'm not going to wish your time clicking
on my keyboard, trying to type in one
prompt or the other. In order to save all this time, I have already created
all the problems I will be typing in
or asking ChatGPT so that ChatGPT will be able to generate ideas and
help me refine these two sums in
a will be able to use on my second
monitor right here, already have the first prompt which I'm going to be using. And you can find this prompt in the project section if you
want to make use of it, you can go ahead
and make use of it. You can easily copy them and
stab them in into your own. Send a message box on
your inner ChatGPT. Okay, So the first
one right here is going to right-click
and paste it. So the first one right here is, I want to make a fantasy
portrait photo manipulation. Can you give me five
ideas to pick from? Okay, Now, one thing
you need to keep in mind when you are
communicating with ChatGPT. You want to communicate
as if you're communicating with
a human being, respirate, you are
going to give human, you are thinking to,
you want to give that same kind of
restaurant right here. Now, it's not really
your moisturizers final, that it's really okay. Ears just feels like
you're communicating with a human but you don't
just sit human, you just doing that
true therapy in and you get in your
response, also true typing. So now once you're done with your first problem
there is typing. What you want to ask ChatGPT. You want to heat
on the enter key, or you want to click on this
triangle icon right here, all these send message
button right there. You click on that ChatGPT, it's going to answer you and I'm going to think a
little bit of time. Read the first important aspect of this answer will
have right here. So certainly here are for your fantastic portrait photo manipulation ideas
you can choose from. So the first time we
have magical forest, magical forest gradient. Second, we have simple Explorer. The fourth one we have musical Miami slash Merman
referred to when we have firewood in and straightforward in
saucer and sorceress, then the fields we have
heavily Cilicia be, now go through all these. Once you find the one
you want to pick from, you can now tell ChatGPT
to elaborate more on that. Okay, so let's assume
a one, big number two. Number two is where
I want to now go over some where
I saved my prompt. Again, I am going to
right-click and copy that. And this time I'm
going to paste in. This is what I want next, the second one says that give me more duties on number two. Now, whatever number
you pick right there, maybe you picked number four, you pick number five, you pick number
one, you pick them, but they just want to put
in number right there. Give me more details on
that particular number. Now why should done with that, just click on Send
message and allow ChatGPT to also
generate this for you. Now ChatGPT, it's going
to go in details, explaining the
number two for you, giving you different kinds of details and how you are going to make your own photo
manipulation using this idea, ChatGPT generic. Okay, let's take a look at it. Suddenly, here are
more details on simple Explorer fantasy
for the Manipulation, idea and number CSU, It's simple punk Explorer. Okay, so let's scroll
all the way down. Theme, simple
Explorer, description, male fantasy with
the industrial era by transforming a portrait into Esteem Punk character who embodies the spirit of
adventure and discovery. These concepts combined Victorian aesthetics with
mechanical elements, creating a unique and into
gene visual our stack. So subjects we have
chosen portrait of a person who fits the character of the
steam punk Explorer. Outfit and accessories, dress
the subject instance bunk, inspired at DIA derived you
have mechanical Enhancement, Integrate mechanical
elements into the subject appears right
here we have background. Choose a vintage
sepia tone background that complement the steam punk. See exactly what we're talking
about. It's important. It's all about a vintage color or something like you knew, washed out colors,
something like that. The special effect adds theme or smooth Effects to
the image to enhance the sense of adventure and
measure color palette, typically, steampunk imagery. M bruce warm at
Seton such as brown, culpa brands and safe. Yeah, exactly. This is what steampunk
is all about. This is really, really clear. And finally, we have
the extra and filters Consider applying
textures like paper or distress meta to the image
to give it an antique. All with that look. Now, this is really
looking like it's really okay for you to just
follow up and start working. Now for integers X, one last question or
make a last request, and you can proceed
to the next step. Now, we really don't know what we want to create like visually, don't know what you
want to create. Now we're generating
the ideas with ChatGPT. We are enhancing the
ideas written ChatGPT. Now we also need to visualize the ideas with another
text To Image Generator. I'll making use
of Adobe firefly. You can make use of anyone in the richest Adobe
fireflies cylinder Beth, I'm worried right now
there are so many you can try nodes. These don't need to be perfect because you
are not using it. You just want to
make use of VTE to visualize what you want to do. You just wanted to see that. And when you see, you can
now proceed to find in your references are finding the stock images you
want to make use of. Once you've gotten
your stock images, you want to add into Photoshop
and start manipulation. So finally, leisure, select the last problem
I have right here. I'm going to
right-click and copy. Come over to ChatGPT. And when right-click and paste, the last one I have
right here is can you make text To Image
prompt for number two, which is the same thing we
request for more details. Now as you were doing
all these things, you want to copy all these replies you get
and paste it into one place. If you want to work
offline, it is necessary. But if you are
going to be working online and when I've
been working online, that is, your PC is
connected to the Internet, is a very easy for you to
just come back to ChatGPT and starts guessing the ideas which you have already
gotten before. I'm going to click on Send and that is going to
generate that from, okay, certainly here is
a text To Image prompt. What is Tim punk, Explorer, fantasy for the manipulation
right here we have Export, create a portrait of a daring steam punk
explorer ready to embark on an
extraordinary adventure of the character is skewed, inventor, weird mix of Victorian fashion and
mechanical Enhancement. The outfit includes
a leather jacket, I don't with Browse button, go gurus perched
atop the head and a collection of ship
accessories in the background. Esteem Punk, ASU, so through the cloudy sky with gas
and so on and so forth. So now you can see this is
just a textbook we have. Now, this is what you
will go into copy and paste it into Image Generator. So I'm going to copy these,
Olivia for a moment. In the next lesson. I am going to be making use
of Adobe Firefly to generate or visual idea of what I wanted to create.
It is going to help. Butoh, this sense of
what I want to create, like Make me to see
what I want to. Remember. We're trying to
work with AI right here to enhance our photo
manipulation technique or our ad techniques. So now in the next lesson, it's going to be all
about reefer flag. And first of all, I want you
to understand the Firefly. It's not released for
public use for now. It's still in the Beta version. If you want to get access, you just want to make request
shoe your Adobe account, Valentina's side of that. You can make use of the E, you can make use of me journey. You can make use of so
many your that text To Image Generator and something that is really so much amazing. These if you are making use of the edge versus
the new binge, you can also get access to this text To Image for
them to generate though, that is also included
in the new bins. You can see that right here. You can easily click
on that and you'll be able to assess ChatGPT. I'm going to see you
guys in the next lesson.
4. 3. Text To Image Generator: This lesson, we're
going to be making use of a text To Image Generator, where we are going to be
putting in this room, right? It, there are several text
To Image Generator you can make use of
like mid journey, the E, stupid effusion. And so they are so many out
there you can make use of. But in this course,
I am going to be making use of Adobe Firefly. Firefly is still in
beta mode and not available to everyone out there. But if you have
an Adobe account, you can also apply and you will be granted access
to Adobe Firefly. I really don't know how the
grant access to people. Maybe if they find out that you have been
using Photoshop for some time or you have
the icon for some time. Or maybe if yours
have the account, you can easily apply. When I first the
portrait's Apply, I was unable to
access it correctly, so but I really tried to apply again and I was able to apply. And few days later I got in and I was able to make
use of Adobe Firefly. Okay, So how about text To
Image prompt right here. So we'll go over to our browser
and go into another tab. And I'm just going to type firefly.adobe.com already
have it right here. I'm just going to
Hero. And that's it. Take me into the website
as it keeps loading. I can now go over to my ChatGPT and just
copied this measure. You don't copy the
text prompt, right? Haters copy VA, you have
this colon right here. And then you stopped at a place where you
have the second column. Then you want to right-click
and click on Copy, go into the text To Image Generator you
want to make useful, as you can see, the interface
of attribute firefly, we have a lot going
on right here. We have the text image. We have degenerative fee, which is now available
in Photoshop beta. We have the text effects
which you can use. And we also have
degenerative and we color among all the available options to choose from right here. This is the one I have not used. I can't really
tell how it works. Right here, the one
we're going to be making use of its text To Image. Now, if you already have
access to these Adobe firefly, you want to make
sure you sign in. If you're not saying
you are going to be getting a sign-in
button right here. So you want to click on
generate alpha, you sign-in. And once you've signed
in, you are going to get all these
options right here. So now if you want
to pick from anyone, you can just hover
your mouse and anyone. You are also going to get
the prompt right here, and you can just click on it and you're going
to try it out. Or you can just come down
to this part right here and click on try upfront. But since we already
have our own rooms, we are going to type
it in right here, are just paste it right here. Now, if you are generating
the problems from your head, you want to make
sure you arrange your words accurately and you make use of a
better English. And right here where you see
what we have right here, it's English only
measured in English, and they are very, very clear
for anyone to understand. So I'm going to right-click and paste that
prompt right here. Well, this is so much long, but I'm just going to
hear on generate unless see what a rubber Firefly
it's going to come up with. Just gonna give it
some time to load. Okay? This is really cool. It is really amazing. It literally looking so good. This is the problem, and this is what came out right here. I know most of you are
going to feel like, yeah, this is a good result. You can just proceed with
this one right here. You don't need to do anything. Well, we generating these. It's not for us to just pick on anyone right here
and make use of it. It is for us to see
what we are going to create and how we go into
actually achieve this. So now you have the idea of the kind of photo you
are going to look for, what you are going to find and everything you want to find. Now, it is time for you to pick the one that you
really like the most. You can pick from
anyone right here. And that is really
going to be frank. But for me, I feel like a, like this one a little
bit because we have the spaceship also
showing right here. And it is really cool. So now you can come
down to this part right here and
click on this icon. Let's see, show similar. When you click on that,
it is going to generate more option of this particular
one we have right here. So ledgers give it some
time for me to generate. Okay? So we have
different ocean, right? So now you can pick from
any option right here. Now I think this is really okay, we have a lot right here
going on and also this one. So now once you find
the one new one peak, you can easily just
click on that. In the United is going
to open it full for you. You can just download
it right here. You don't need to bud
out about scaling this up and X2 and because you
are not making use of this, okay, so now what
you are going to do next is just for
you to download. Once you don't downloading, it is time for you to start
looking for your store. Now, take a little
bit of time and imagine how easy
this is now looking. It is really looking
so much easily. Imagine when you want to use your time to start developing notice ideas and trying to make everything come to
life and so on. How long is it
going to take you? Well, I feel like I like
this one right here. I have something GMHC
going on right here. And it is really cool and amazing. I love
this right here. Now. In most cases, like in loose scenario, I'm just giving you
this idea right now. If maybe you're trying
to look for a photo, we are going to use and you
don't have it right here. You can also, or
you don't have it. You can also generate
everything right here. So we'll go in and
now we are going to generate most of the
photo we're going to be using inside
of Adobe firefly. And now pleasures download
this one as reference. We're going to
click on Download. Now according to Adobe. So we have some
things right here. Promoting transparency in AI. Adobe is committed to
promoting transparency around content generated with AI tools like Adobe for your flight. When downloading content
generated with fight-or-flight, contents, credential
will be included Adobe, we include content credential with all a
AI-generated contains, let people know is
regenerated with AI. Now when like you can
click on Done, sure. If like you can
just leave it that we I'm just going
to hit on Continue. Now, the only
disadvantage about this, it's that we are
going to be getting a watermark of Adobe
Firefly on our food. Okay, So now we have one. You can easily
download everything and combine them together. It's all on new.
Everything is done right here and now I can
just go out of this. I'm going to download
only this one. This is the one I'm
going to be using, but just for reference sake, I'm going to select others, download every one of them so that I can just refer
back to anyone of them, pixels from each and
everyone of them, and just make use of it,
combine everything together. And that is what
I am going to do. Now. They are not
really perfect. We still have some
issues right here, but you don't need
to worry about that. Okay? So now we are done
downloading everything, every style for us to go inside, generating most of our
images with the AI. And I'm going to see you
guys in the next lesson.
5. 4. Generating Your Photos: In this lesson, we are going
to be generating our asset. Some of the asset with
Adobe Firefly, like I said, you can make use of any text To Image Generator
like me journey, the E step with that fusions and so on, you
can make use of it. Now the reason why I'm making
use of Adobe Firefly is that I'm a big fan
of Adobe and in my whole carrier into the
digital world when it comes to designing ads,
Photography, video editing. So an avid making use of Adobe and I also
learned with Adobe. So I just really find your product really suitable for me and I really wanted
to stick with it. Alright, Enough of that. Intro ledgers get right into the main point
of this lesson. Alright, so now firstly, we are going to be generating, we're going to be generating
a steam punk character. You can easily find ODs on stock website
like Deviant Art. You can also go on our station, you are going to get some of
these bomb literally sure. If they are free, if they are free,
you can get them. There are no free. You can also purchase them,
support or creators. It's really going to help. Now you can also
check on Pixabay, on splash, and even Adobe Stock. Adobe Stock, it's
not free to as well. Now I'm going to leave a link
to most of ODEs website, the free ones and the paid ones. So you can check
any one over Js. But if you also want
to make use of AI, you are absolutely free. You can just try that and
see how it is going to be, but everything is going to be compiled inside of Photoshop. Okay, so now we're going to find the main part right
here that talks about the character, the case. So what we have right here
is create a portrait of a darin steam punk
explorer ready to embark on an
extraordinary adventure. The character's skewed in Vento. We as a mix of Victorian fashion and
mechanical Enhancement. The outfits includes
a leather jacket or don't with Browse button, go gurus page at
the object head and a collection of gas
shipped accessories. Now, this isn't the background, this is for your main
character itself. So what we're going to
do, we're going to copy from here also the site and
we're going to right-click. We'll go into court
said the remainder. Once we have right here, we are going to
highlight everything and just right-click
and click on. Now we'll only have this
one and the background, we're just going to put
a white solid color. Okay, So now we have just play around with the prompt
and let's hit on January. But first before we
hit on January 1, these to be a real photo, not more like an ad. We're going to come
down to this part right here and click on photo. And secondly, we also
wanted to refold, right? So we're going to come down to the aspect ratio right here. Click on the aspect ratio
right here and make it if they went for portrait. So we're going to click on that and allow Adobe fight-or-flight. Do it infers. Ok, so good, something good. But we have a little bit
of an arrow right here. This is looking good. Fishes looking nice. I really loved the
face and everything. And this one too is
also looking good. But we have a little
bit of an issue with the body and I think elicit
bit of a Audi Louis, it's a little bit faulty. And this one is really good, but the first is a
little bit disturbed. And this one is absolutely fine. Absolutely. But I don't think I want to make
use of this guy. I need something like old lady. Okay, so we're going to click on this and click right
here to show similar. Let's see what we
are going to get. The only issue I have
with this one is the incomplete
head and the body. This part of the body, it's
not really looking good. N12. And you need to keep
in mind when you are using AI exponentially
text To Image rooms. You need to make sure
you need as much as you want to give you exactly
what you are looking for. It's going to take a
little bit of time, but if it kept doing it, you are going to
get what you want. Okay, we've got something nice. But this one is looking good. It's be Jagger. The leg is not a really cool, is not much in life,
something I can make use of. We have this one right here, but the face is now
really looking good. So what do you think? We're not going to be
making use of this one? I also like this one. First I'm going to
click on this one to pop it on my screen. And I'm going to click on download so that I can save this one first
because I like this one. This is another option
I can make use of if I couldn't get
and it's in good. Now I'm just going
to go out of that. Now, this one is really good. I love this one variable, but the neck is not
really looking good. So I'm going to come down
to this part right here and click on show similar. Let me see if Adobe Firefly, I can give me something nice that it's really going
to look a little bit good. Or maybe, I don't
know. Ledger see. Okay. We've got something
later with nice nice I think I load this one too, but there is little bit
issue with the eyes. Let's click on that to
zoom in a little bit. I can zoom in that
much right here. There's less of an
arrow with the eyes, but every other thing
is looking good. Just the eyes is having
a little bit of error. So it's not really
looking good to me. So I'm going to
leave that again, but I'm going to
select this one. So let me just see, we
select on this one again and click on Show More or less really see what it
can come up with this, then I need something
close to perfect. When we are getting food
from restock website, everything is really
going to go Perfect. So we need something
more perfect and what we have, Oryza, absolutely fine. Beautiful. But the only issue
we are having right here, right now is just the
incomplete head. I love this. This is looking good. But we need something that's not caught out from the photo
like this one is really good. I'm going to click on
this one to show similar. Alright, I think I got
something right here. So I'm going to click on this
to release out very well. And this is absolutely fantastic. I've
gotten what I want. This is fine. Neck is perfect, the face is perfect. The hair beautiful. Did not really good
Elizabeth thing, but I can work with it. So I'm going to click on Download and just
click on Continue. And that is going to download. Now, I'm going to click off
to go back into resorption. Now, everything is
really fine right here. Now the less than we
want to look for, it's for a space ship and legislate
everything right here. And let's just type in. Okay, same Punk as ship. My punk is not correct, so I'm going to click on that and add the P. Then I
can click on Generate. And let's see what it's going
to come out right here. Wow, Beautiful,
Amazing, fantastic. Like this is really good. Body only issue we have right
here is that we need to switch these back to
landscape location. Now, come down to this
expert ratio right here, and I'm going to
click right here and put it to widescreen, which is 16.9 ratio. Okay, and now let Adobe
generate stuff first. Okay, This is good. They're very beautiful,
really looking good. I think I wanted to make the
ads or more of a fantasy, some tomorrow fantasy and so on. So I'm going to click on this
one to get something more. Yeah, I'm just liking everything
I'm seeing right here. So I go, this really
seems well we are working on it's not a
full body portraits. We're just going to walk with a, How about the portrait? I think I'm going to pick
some of them from here. Like I'm going to pick
this one right here. I'm going to download it.
This is looking good. I'm going to click on
Download K. This is fine. I'm also going to
click on Download. And I'm going to
click on Download. And finally, I am going
to click on Download. Now we've got a spaceship
goes in a portrait. We are going to be
making yourself, Let's look for your Cloud. We're going to be making
use of leisure step in clouds and click on Generate. We didn't get something that's much nicer what we
are going to do right now to finally random pair within reno going to be downloading any
clouds right here, we can easily cheat and make
a cloud inside of Photoshop. But before we do
that, but go over to the net and we're
going Research for cloud brush Photoshop. And we are going to type in free because we are
trained as much as we can. Make sure will create
a natural using for research and also
making use of AI. Now, most of the Am I
not be a free resource, so ledgers quickly check. Now I'm going to advise you
to just go over to DVR, add right here dividend
that is really going to be better to get a better
brush that's going to suit. Was you wanted to do if
you get into the event, you want to make
sure you're signed in and that is going
to first help. Okay, I think this
cloud is really good. We have a trainer for
inside of the set. I'm going to click on Download. Now if you're only
able to download, just make sure you
sign into Deviant Art and it's going to
download and forget about it is I have IDM
installed on my PC, which is internet
download manager. So if you have it, you can also make it
better if we don't, don't worry, just going to
download the regular way. Okay, so now it is
done downloading. And finally, I am going to
open this folder right here. I'm going to right-click and go over to my document folder. I'm going to open it in new window and it's
going to be here. Then we're going to
right-click and click create a new folder right here. This is it, and we are
going to name it simple. Okay? First-in-first-out,
we are going to drag the brushes and
drop it inside here. Right there. You might
not see it right here. Again, don't worry, that will
go to our downloads folder. Now, these are all the assets. Will download it from
a rubric firefly, which we are going to be using. So I'm going to click on
this one, hold and shift, and click on the large stone to automatically
select everything. And I'm going to drag that into the steampunk four
there I just created, and I'm going to drop it inside. Now we're all set
in the next lesson. We're going to start
walking in Photoshop, and I'm going to see you
guys in the next lesson.
6. 5. Introduction To Photoshop: In this course, I am going
to be using Photoshop 2023. And you can make a venue
Photoshop of your choice. You can make use
Photoshop to new to. You can make use of
Photoshop's into one. You can make it a fresh
opportunity to add. But I'm going to advise
you making use of Photoshop 2020 is that is going to give
you a lot of power. And if you find out that
anything goes wrong way, wherever it is you are
working on, on your own. Manipulation, you
can easily modify that and the recent
version of Photoshop. But in the previous
version you wouldn't be able to have all these fissures, something like the removed to the sky replacement
and so on. Let's carry placement is
available in Photoshop 2022, I guess in Photoshop
to nutrient one. But if How Photoshop
techniques and three, you will be able to walk with confidence and be able
to serve anything. You can markers
inside of Photoshop. But overall, if you have
any versions of Photoshop, you can easily create
this inside of Photoshop. The first thing
we're going to do, we are going to
open up Photoshop. I'm just going to quickly hold Windows cubed plus a cue to open up my sketch books and I've already searched for Photoshop, so I'm going to click on it. This is what I'm going
to be making use of. This is the current version
of Photoshop to 4.5. This is the one we're
going to be making use of. Like I said, you can
make use of any version. So I'm going to click on
Open to open the Photoshop. Now, depending on your
PC configuration, it might take so long to open. It might be fast while Open independent on
your PC configuration. Okay, here we are inside of Photoshop to nature
in the three. And right now you're saying all the jobs I've
worked on previously. This is based on Photography, this is vision
Photography and this is based on Digital Art, just Lightt study and so on. When you open Photoshop
for the very first time, this is the screen you
are going and get those. You won't be having anything on diary sent out because you have not worked on any projects that the moment you start
working on projects, we have document or previous
document you've worked on, on diary Send tab right
here you are gonna get different option to whom this is why you are
seeing right here. This is the whom. You
are also going to be having a length AB option
when you click on that, it's going to give you
so many tutorials which you can use to start
working in Photoshop. And you also have
your files which you can browse wanted
to share with you. Also delete advice. You can go ahead and play with ODEs to see what
it is all about. Now at the top we have
the buyers in Photoshop, the tabs which you can
use through performance. I'm sets in functions or
actions inside of Photoshop. Then we also have the new phi, which can use to
create a new document. Now, if you want to
create a new document, you just have to click
on New is going to pop up the New Document window
for you in Photoshop. And from here you
will be able to know the kind of the
community one, great. Now if you want to create
something like a Photo, Print, an illustration
designed for the web or add for the web mood
by film and video, you can just easily who
Botswana vote this tab and select one of the preset
details you have right there. I can click on Add an
illustration system into part. Already have 1,000, 1,000
pixel and 300 pixels per inch. And I have 2000, 2000 have a poster size and also how postdoc postcard now, depending on the one you
want to make his own. But if by any chance, the one you want to make use of, it is not available
as a preset for you. Now. It's not like
that is the end of villagers have to
close off Photoshop because you don't have the document size you want to make use of when you
look at it, right? But you are going to sit that
is called preset details. From here you can dial in your own digits of
resizes you want to make user or decides
you want to make use of work or to design
or to create, add inside of Photoshop. And for this course, we are going to be making
use of a portrait. Now, I always make
use of a 3,000 by 4,000 size whenever I am
working inside of Photoshop. So that is what I'm going to do, especially when I paint. I've not know much of a fan of portrait photo manipulation. It's always a landscape
photo manipulation. That is what I've been doing. So I'm just going to be working with the
portrait Reiner's. I'm going to put in 3,000
and make use of the tab. Or you can easily come down
to this part right here and type in 4,000. Now you want to
set it to be zero. That is, if you want to
work with pre-exist. But since we are doing a Photo Manipulation and
it's something for the web or something that
is going to steal digital. We want to make use of big cell, but if it's for prints
can go with inches, centimeter or anyone
you want to add. Now you can come down to
this part right here and inputs the name of your Art. That is, whatever it is you want to name your ad, but nodes, you can do this later
and I'm going to show you how to do this later. Then right here we'll have
the pixel per inch width needs to stay that
way orientation, if you want to switch between
landscape and portrait, you can easily click right
here to switch between them. And if you want add bird, you can also check
that to add an advert. For the column mood, I'm
going to leave it to RGB, eight bit, I'm going
to leave it to 8-bit. Now more on these,
you are going, if you want to
understand all this, you just wanted to
take extra time to check on different tutorials. I'm screwed. I'm going
to explain that very, I'm not going to be covering
that in this course. Right here we have
the background. What do you want the
background to be? Default is white. You can change this right now or you
can change this later. Nobody even do is usually create a new document
with the white background because you have the option to change that Luther
inside of Photoshop. And for your color profile, we are going to stick
with walking RGB, which is write it as RGB. But most of it that is,
most people make use of Adobe RGB and so on. But for this, we are
going to seek to RGB and the pixel aspect
ratio we're going to set at square pixels. And now we can just
click on Create. And this is going to take
us inside of Photoshop. Now, if you have
Photoshop CC 23, rational, you can get
this bar right here. Now he's going to feel
like you're Photoshop. It's different from
mine. No, it's not different units updates
your Photoshop. We'll go over to help me
scroll all the way down to about Photoshop and click on that window is
going to open up, giving notice that there
is a recurrent version of Photoshop we are
making use of right now. And we'll look at
this butt right here. It is two to 4.5, 0.0. This is the current version
I'm using right now. And this is what it
is going to look like if you are making
use of this same version. Now, if you are making
use of the same version, but you can see this
bar right here. It is actually called
the contextual attacks. But if you can see the
contests to attacks, but you just go over to
Windows and scroll all the way down that says contextual
tabs where I here, just click on that and you are going to have with greatest, if I click on that is
going to disappear. And we now go back to Windows again and scroll all the way down to contextual task
bar and click on it. It is going to bring
the right here. Now I don't want that for now, so I'm just going
to take that away to give them a Photoshop
blend as it is. So this is the
interface of Photoshop. Like I said, I'm going
to be giving you guys a crash course about
Photoshop within some minute. Not everything you need to
understand about Photoshop. So right here we have
the toolbar right here, and right here we have for some panniers which we are
going to be using to walk. Now, most of retailers, we wouldn't be doing something difficult inside of Photoshop. We are going to be making
use of automation, like want to make our selection. We are going to be making use of the Photoshop
selection future of a liberal in Photoshop right now at available in
Photoshop currently, that is going to
help us speed up the selection process
inside of Photoshop. We just have to go in and refine it or add
elites who are thick. It leads you away from the
current selection we have. Now, Photoshop, is that as
difficult as it is before? Because most of the
things inside has been simplified for us
because of AI and so on. But is also advise the boot
loader but Photoshop because sometimes AI fears when it fears you have to fall
back to your rescue. And if you don't
have the rescue, which simply means
you are just going to condemn that project or you get someone else to complete
the project for you. One thing I want to show you, it's coming down to
your Layers panel and first and you want to do, you just right-click
and measure that you have the medium-term
layer selected. Now, that is going to help
expand your thumbnail to make it a little
bit bigger for you to see where you are doing. I really love these that
we're making use of. This mirrored in Photoshop
for so many years and I can make use of Photoshop without
enabling this right now. Okay, So this is just a
little bit of how you can create a document
inside of Photoshop. And not just to create a
document inside of Photoshop. Little bit of a crash course
are Photoshop for you to understand and know how to
get started with Photoshop. Now in the next lesson, we're going to start assembling our stock onto this new
document with great dates. Finally, create our Photo. Manipulation is going
to be a less of the human stress but
more of AI stress. But after over a counter, any issue right here
inside of Photoshop, we are going to Telco
data and make sure we produce a better adsorb. And I'm going to see you
guys in the next lesson.
7. 6. Assembling For Photos: In this lesson, we're
going to start putting now AI-generated for this to get out to create a photo manipulation. So first, I'm going to drag
that into the screen and I'm going to double-click
on needs to open up the folder. It's a
first-in-first-out. We need to start by loading
our brush into Photoshop. I'm going to right-click. Now you want to
make use of windrow or you want to
make use of 7-Zip. Or if there is any other
software you can use to unzip zip document
or a rat document. But these are the two I have used and I know the
work perfectly, but right now I have only
when write installed on my PC and that is where
I'm going to be using. We'll go over to interact
and click on extract two clouds to keep
everything organized. Now it's going to extract those brushes into
a folder for me. Now, when I double-click
on before that opening, am going to get the
brushes right here. Okay, so first I'm
going to drag this into the second
monitor for a moment. Now go into your
Photoshop. Go to Windows. That is, if you don't see
your brush by nearby, if you have your brush binary
right here, just like me, you want to go over
to Windows and scroll all the way down to
your final brush panel. When you find a brush
pen and click on it, it's going to automatically
open for you right here. But if you want to close
it, you can just click on this area right here
and it is doing clues. The brush panel for you. So now I want to load that
brush into fiduciary, that is the cloud brush
into Photoshop one alluded. Now, want to look at VA, you save that cloud brush
you have downloaded. And now once you have your
Photoshop panel open up, that is the brush panel. Go over to the folder, endures, click and drag the
brush and move it into Photoshop and move into the empty area of
your brush brand-new. Now we move into the empty
area of a brush brand-new, you are going to get this
option that says Copy. And once you see this just released the left-click
on your mouse and that is going to look your
brush into Photoshop for you. And I will click on
this drop-down arrow beside the folder icon. You are going to get all the whole brushes
inside of the brush back. Okay, so now we'll
have the brush. It is time for us to
start bringing in our AI-generated
photos into Photoshop, okay, first-in-first-out. We'll go into domain
for that where we have all the host Docs we
are going to be using. The main thing needed
are already available. So first thing we need to check the idea which we want
to be making use. If you remember very well, you note that receive
some good ideas which we are going to be making use
of 3D, something like this. I'm going to double-click
on this to open up in my Photo Viewer. Click on that, click
on that again, double-click on that
and it's going to open up inside my Photo Viewer. So right here we have the
ones we can use and CD1, that is really going
to be okay for us. Okay, well have these as
it cooled sample which we can use a lag be
clouds right here, but I really can't
tell if we can manipulate this kind of cloud. The cloud brush with downloaded and let's move over to
this part right here. We'll go over to the rest
of over enlist move over. That is all we have right here. So what we are going
to be using right now, we're going to be using these. This is what we are going
to be using as our REF. We're going to be using these as what we
want to create bar. You can add different things, different option into
your own manipulation depending on how
you want less do, but this is where we
are going to be using. So first I'm going to drag
this into Photoshop as well. So I'm going to
drag look for it, and that is it right here. I'm going to click and drag and move it up to
this part, right? And women, I see copy. I'm going to release the click again and it's going to
place that into Photoshop. But this time we want
to place these site, but of all Photoshop so that
will be able to look at it and work on our
own manipulation. So we'll go over to
this part right here and click and hold
down the left-click to pull out the window. And I am going to
release the left-click. It is going to place this
some way just like this. So now I'm going to make do window a little bit
smaller, just like this. And I'm gonna hold
down Control plus spacebar and zoom out the
whole space bar to pan and move around so that I
will be able to see this correctly and do
whatever it is I want to do. And this is absolutely fine. Now it's time for us to look for the particular reference
we want to use. Okay, I'm gonna drag my
folder into Photoshop again. So now let's quickly double-click on any
of the picture idea to see the one we are
going to be making user will have different
option we picked from. This is looking good, but a hand isn't a really
looking. Okay. We're not making use
of this when we are also not making use
of any one of these. So this is what we are
going to be using. This is looking good,
It's looking better. Let's take, we'll have
another one right here. Now. This is absolutely fine. This is the one we are
going to be using. So let's close every
other thing right here. I'm going to move this folder into my second
monitor right here, and I am going to
drag that foot and drop it inside of
Photoshop right here. And it's going to load.
Now, it has load. You have a little bit
of an issue right here, but that isn't so much
of an issue writers want to make you take note of that. When you look at the
bottom part right here, you can see that we have the Adobe Firefly watermark, right? And it's not really going
to be healthy for our food. So the only thing
we are going to do, we just have to crop these out, just can just drag
over photo down and that is going to
help us properly. Okay, so what we want to
do now is to take away the background from our subject. Now, like I said, most of the things we are
going to be doing, we're going to be an
automatic method, very helpful Photoshop. I'm going to select any solution to our metrics and
we'll go over to my toolbar and select
the object selection. So that is going
to automatically select the object
selection tool. But that is not what we are
going to be using right here. When you look at the
top right there, you can see that we
have two options. Option one, it selects
the object and the option to select
and mask, okay? But when you look at
the select subject, besides the select subject, you can see that we'll
have a little bit of an arrow right here. And when you click
on that arrow is going to give us two options. The first option, device
quicker result in the Cloud is detailed reasons why
the difference between these two selection method
we'll make use of the device. We will be getting
a better selection, at least is going to
do a nice job for us. But it's going to be faster for How will we make
makers of the Cloud. It is going to give us a
well do data selection, but it's going to take
a little bit of time. But only disadvantage with
making use of the Cloud. It's that when need to have the Adobe Creative Cloud
installed, probably, I can really come from that, but I already have the Adobe Creative Cloud
desktop app installed. Secondly, you need to be
connected to the Internet. Once it's available on your PC, just click on the Cloud. And once you have that selected, just click on Select Subject. But you can also double check. We showed I have the cloud
selected, which is right here. So now once it's selected, just click on Select Subject and allow Photoshop
to do it too. Okay, so now we
have our selection. This is where we have. Let's quickly, I'm
gonna hit the V key on my keyboard to
select the move to. I'm going to quickly zoom in a little bit and take a
look at these variable, will have a nice lecture, not as much as a
better selection. Ray, I think these are the
most caliper says on device. I really can't tell why. Maybe there's, there's
no merger of a network to help recessive
from the Cloud, or maybe it's not connected. But this process on the device, and it gives us a good result. But just a little bit over one liter touches we
need to do right here. So I'm going to take a
little bit of time and work on all those touches,
then we can continue. I'm going to select the Lasso too dense to add to selection. You can hold down the Shift key on your keyboard
after this lecture. And to subtract from selection, you can hold down
the author need to subtract from selection
just like this. So I think we have a better
selection right here. So the lesson for us to do
is to add a layer mask. Now adding a layer
mask is really good. Give me the option to do any modification you
want to do Lidar. And I'm gonna come down to my
Layers panel right here and come to the bottom part
right here and click on this icon to add a layer mask. And is it going to automatically
hide the background? First, like I said, we have
a little bit of an arrow, which is the every Firefly
watermark right here. So we're just going to hit on Control C. But before
we do that, one, right-click right here and convert this into
our smart object. A quick note, where
is the smart object? Smart object in Photoshop? It's like a container
that help us to stack multiple layers
onto each other, giving us the ability
to go back and added odors Lee as individually. And aside of that, a
smart object also help us to stack filters
on top of one layer. Also given her is the ability to go back and
edit those fields. Well, more on that, on the smart object layer that
you are going to understand it when we start going in
depth and doing some advice. Those are our food. Okay, so everything is looking a little bit, okay, right here. So I'm going to
transform this smart. Obviously I will
have right here. Now, the main reason I
said of the reason I've already told you about
the smart object. The main reason for smart
object layer is that when we scale down
or scaled men, we scale back, it is still
going to retain the quality. So let's assume I hit Control C and I scaled down right here, hit on end without
a smart object. If I scale up, my photo
is going to equality. But since I have the smart, this layer converted into our smart object
when I scaled back, or it is still going to
retain that same quality. Of my photos, I'm going to skew. These are more than that. I will be able to take away the Adobe firefly icon radius. I'm going to reduce
this a little bit. I think something
like this, it's fine. Okay, this is really fine. I'm going to click on Okay, to go back into Photoshop. Alright, this is really fine
and this is what I want. It is done for us to add a
background in order elements. So we'll go over
to my folder right here and drag it into
my second squared. Now we need something like it. Dramatic. Sky will look
at this one right here. It is really looking
dramatic and really looking absolutely beautiful and fine. Now you can form these
inside of Photoshop. You can also do some cheating. That is, if you want to.
So let's quickly try and replicate this cloud
inside of Photoshop. Less than managers do
everything in an automated way. Okay, so now I am going to
come down right here and click to create a solid
color adjustment layer. And that's gonna be on top
of all the whole layer. I'm going to drag it below the
main subject layer itself. So I'm going to double-click
on this part right here. From this color we
can sample from here. That is, if you have color
you want to sample from. So I'm going to click on, Okay, right now to select that color. And I'm going to create another solid color
adjustment layer right here. I'm also going to sample from
here to get this guy color. Don't worry about
that. We're going to that in some, in a moment. Now, I am going to select the rectangular marquee
tool right here, or you can make use of the
lessons are key to make everything really
sweet, aim wonderful. Let's make use over
the last row two, so that will be able to
create a custom selection. Since we have this as
a cloud right here, I am going to make
a course thumb selection just like this. Okay, so now how the selection, and we want to hide
the bottom part of these sky blue layer
we have right here. So now click on the Layer Mask, come down to the Layer
Mask option right here. Click on the layer
mask. When you click on the layer mask measure your foreground color
is set to black. If not, just double-click
on that and make sure you have the foreground color
set to black right here. Or you can easily hit on D on your keyboard to reset
back to default. And if you find out that
white is at the top, you can hit the X key on your keyboard to
toggle between colors. Or you can easily click on
this arrow right here to toggle between boot Colors
to now once this is set, just hold down the alternate on your keyboard and hit backspace. It is going to feel that
layer mask with black. And that is going to
hide the other area on your layer or wherever it is
you are hiding right here. So now once it's done
receipt on deselect, that is going to
deselect for you, right? Okay, so we have a base of our sky and it is
looking a little bit FE. So now we this down
first to start adding the class and
we have to blend in the clouds with this layer
we have created vacation. Now, I am going to create a new layer above all
truly as you have read it. And this is where our
cloud brush come in handy. So now let's select the one that is really going
to be accurate. Now, I think this first
one is really looking, Showcase some query,
select white-collar. But before I start diving
would rush right here. When we look at the scapula
we have right here, it's not really looking
like a sky blue. So I'm going to double-click
on this layer right here to open up the color picker. And then I'm going to move
this to the blue Elizabeth, so that will get that
kind of sky blue. I think I want to add a
little bit of blue to this. I think this is fine. And I want to make this
a little bit of blue. But that's the blue. So
I'm going to reduce it. Alright, this is
absolute difference. I'm going to click on
Loki and select the newly created right now. So now I can start
adding my clouds, but it's not really
blending in right now, so we can just keep adding the Cloud so
leads to bits for now. And later we'll worry
about blending it in. Okay, as you keep doing this, you don't want to make
use of one brush. You want to keep
switching between different brush to give you different variations of cloud. Will have this right here.
We're going to add it. Okay, so now we need
to blend the clouds, read the background itself. Like when you look at
this part right here, you can see how the clouds
blending in together, but now we'll add the
Cloud is your slag. It's on top of our solid
colors right here. This one is really blending in. The clouds are really
blending in very sky blue, so we need to blend
it in various bottom. They are right here now will have different ways
of doing that. But let me show
you one quick way. First of all, so click on the layer mask we
have right here. Now you can easily, when you click on the layer
mask wearing and make sure you still have your
cloud brush selected. And now you can switch
to any other brush to give you a different
variation as well. Now when you select the brush, just go over to the edge
which I've created before and start dabbing right there. And that is going
to blend it in, but it is adding a little bit of black and we don't want much of the black. So now let's do it this way. Come down and select
white right here. And now start painting. It's going to start really
the sky blue, right? Okay. And another way of doing this, which
is really fine, also select this
layer right here and go into your brush panel and select the default soft
round brush inside of Photoshop I How
well does is that the blood connected to my PC, heavenly Digital tablet
connected to your PC. It's going to give you a
lot of option and a lot of flexibility when making
use of your brushes. Right here I'm going to select
the soft round pressure or practically and fluid brush
available in Photoshop. Now with the help of this brush, I will be able to erase
some a rash right here. And this branch is
called the soft round pressure opacity and flow brush. Why? Because the harder
you press on our tablet, it is going to give us
the value of hundred. So let's say we have the
opacity up hundred right? Now. The Press light
on our tibia is going to give us a value between zero to hundred depending
on how hard would praise the loop breast
completely had on our tablet, it is going to give us
the value of hundreds and just press light
is going to give us the value of
maybe once a day, one to 20 or maybe one to 50. Okay, so now let's quickly just pinned right here and blend
in every layers together. Okay? You can see that right
now it is blending in red, but we still need to
do Elizabeth of thing. So now create another LEA able to apply all these
darker part of the clouds. Come down to your color picker, double-click and
select a darker color you can pick from here and pick something a little bit darker than that and
I click on Okay, if you're not making use of digital tablet as you
want to go over to your opacity and flow and reduce them to somewhere
around 50 per cent. Now, if the 50% is
not working well for you or it's not giving
you what you want. You can also play around with value to give you what you want. Now on top of that newly, I'm going to increase the
size of my brush with the square bracket key on top of that new layer
which you created. Just paint a little bit. I'm sorry about that
is I'm going to take this and shift this back. Now, just just paint
on those areas. Now you're gonna see we have
the variation of clouds, but I wanted to take
something away right here. We'll look at this
part right here. You can see that we have those darker colors a
little come down to this part right here and make sure my foreground
color is set to white. Then I'm going to raise that part right there,
and that is fine. But when you look at
the clouds right here, you can see that we don't
have a lot of space, but on ours we have
a loader space. Now we need to fix that. Let's just add more of
this right here that will have a little bit darker this
time, little bit publish. So let's double-click
on our color picker, and let's move this
all real poeple Elizabeth and D saturate seeds. Just like this. This is fine. Now click on OK. Now, in order for us to be honest, so far side, we are
going to do this on another layer to
create a new layer. Increases size of the
brush a little bit, and now paint over these
areas just like that. Just like that.
Okay. This is fine. We don't really have to copy exactly every single
have registered. Now, let's make the clouds
thick more than what it is. Now select the cloud layer. Scroll all the way down
to your cloud brush. And now, sorry, Let's see it on D to reset back to differentiate on X to
toggle back to white. And now we're just
going to fill in the clouds right here
and do that in a B2B. Okay, So far so good. This is where we have.
Now it is time for us to add one of the spaceship. So I'm gonna drag my full that
interests part right here. And I am going to drag
anyone for a moment. Now, I need this cloud
to be more dramatic. So what I'm going to do, I'm going to drag one of the
spaceship into Photoshop. And I'm going to scale
that up just like this. And I'll come over to the blend
mode and play around with the blend mode and see what we are going to get right
here. So let it play. We multiply and apply
it and really working, Let's try overlay
over liters over kin. So flight, we will lie. Let's try color No one is actually working, so we are going to
do this manually. So now add layer marks to this. Let's play around with the, with this photo right here. So we need a cloud like this
right here, cyclical loci. We are going to use
this picture to fake the Cloud we need. Now once you have the layer
mask created and select that, hit the S key to make it a your foreground
color is set to black. And once it is set to black, you can grab any cloud brush of your choice and just erase some parts of these of
this photo right here. And make sure to make use of a random brushes because that is going to help us
pick something different. Again. I'm going to erase
this part completely, even despite right here, everything right
here, and hit Send. I'm going to go back and select the soft round brush
right here in Photoshop. And I am just going to erase
some parts to blend in. And I'm going to erase
some areas right here to blend it in. So now we have that dachau part of our photo and this
is really looking good. But when you look at
this, but right now, you can see that nothing
is really matching. Our photo is not really
matching with our background. Well, we don't really
need to worry about that right now because we
are going to fix that. Okay, so now we have
this right here. So let's quickly bring
in the spaceship. So let me go inside of main folder where we have
our whole food we need to check for the spaceship
will really need. And I'm going to double-click on our spaceship right here. And let's see the one that is going to walk well
for so let's see. They see. And let's see. I think I like this one better. This look more like a
futuristic stuff and so on. Some goo into Hyde,
little clues these, and drag this one into our
composition right here. That is what we already have. Well, we still the clouds
from that is fine. But first, I'm going to
undo that and go back. And go back into my walk folder. I'm going to drag this and open it in Photoshop separately. I want to work on this photo to take away the backgrounds so that
everything will be really clear. So I'm gonna hit V to
select my move to, and I will go over and select the select subject to
an after selecting the Select Subject to go
right here and click on Select Subject and allow
Photoshop to do its thing. Let's see, Photoshop
is actually going to make a better selection for us. Okay, Photoshop did a
nice selection for us, but we still have
a little bit of an arrow and so on right here. So go into, I didn't think I need all these ones right here. So I'm going to zoom in closely. Wow, we have a lot
of issue right here. So I'm going to resume
inclusively and just hit the L key
to select lasso to hold down the alternate
and subtract all these. This is where we
have. Now we'll go into Select and Mask option. Inside of the select and mask if you haven't make
use of it before, this is how it is
going to be looking. Now come down to
this variable will have view under the View mode. Click on the view and
set it to overlay. You are going to have read, stove, Oliver, your food. And now this is
going to be showing you where you have
already selected and the areas you have
not selected already. So now you can grab the brush inside of the select and mask. Manually paint away to a Rashi doing is I'm
gonna hold down, oh, if I need to subtract
and I'm going to paint a way all these areas
because I didn't need it. I'm not going to spend
much time working on this because I'm
going to cheat this with the clouds and also hide some of them and
embark on my subjects. Okay, so now once you're done, you want to scroll all the
way down to Output Settings. Click on the output
settings and scroll down and click on
the outputs to, I am going to add, I'm going to select
newly our layer mask, click on Loki and click on Okay to go back into Photoshop. So thinking a little
bit of background and taken away the
things we don't need. So this is what we're left with. Now we are going
to hit the VQ on our keyboard and drag this
into our composition. And we could drop
it inside here. Now it's a little bit smaller, so we're just going to heat
or Control C to secure. These are just like this. One more of it to be inside. I think I'm going to call
little bit of it all. I just want everything
to be insect is going to make sense. Once you to be underbar or
Mickey little bit bigger. Yeah, this is fine. Absolutely. Have a little bit
of an issue on our subject. So we're going to
click on, Okay, Let's place it and
see how it looks. This looks a little bit better
and making a lot of sense. So let's click on Control Z. Control Z again. And skewed is dull, elite to be. Just like that. Is
bringing it down. Bring it down. Okay,
this is really fine. Now we have everything in
our composition looking good and look into with 1 st for us to go in
and do adjustment, largest Adjust mainly
know so balance delight. When you look at it
right here now you can see that the light
of our subject is not really matching
with a lighter sky and the direction of light, not unlike we have
lights coming from this file writer and also
the light on the spaceship. We have a warm light
reflecting on the spaceship, but ours, on our subject, we have some don't like the cold light reflecting
on our subjects, so we need to fix all these, and that is what
we are going to be doing in the next lesson. Now take your time, Adjust and arrange all the
photos you have generated, all the footage you find
from any stock website and put everything together and prepare yourself
for the next lesson, which we are going
to be matching the light and doing
some basic adjustments. And I'm going to see you
guys in the next lesson.
8. 7. Fixing Lightt: In the previous lesson, we assembled our
Stokes together, just exactly what
we have radiate. This is where we achieved
in the previous lesson. Now when there's less
enrich them first to start matching the light
when you look at it. But Photo very well, all the ads work, we're
working on very well. You can see that the lights are not really matching properly. Now when you look at
the subject itself, you can see that we have Lightt undercoat and
also Lightt on the face. We don't really have
any lights coming from this part of our ads. And when you look at
this part right here, you can see that we don't
have like on the spaceship. And when you look
at our subject, you can see that we'll
have a little bit of light right here. So this is what we need
to fix in this lesson. But before we start fixing that, we have a little bit of an
error which we need to fix. When you look at
this pad right here, I don't know if
you can see that. When you look at this
part right here, you can see how little
bead of a line. Now this line, it's coming
from these spaceship photo. So we need to go back
to the layer mask, make sure we have the
layer mask selected. Hit the big key to
select the brush to. Now you can make use of
any brush of your choice. I'm going to make use of the regular soft round
brush inside of Photoshop. So I'm gonna select that brush. And I'm just going to erase
all these areas right here. One, when you are
doing this measure, I have your foreground color set to black because the concept of a layer mask is that black
hides and white review. Now, once you're done
with I think is okay, but you just need to cross check and make
sure everything is really fine. Absolutely fine. Now we'll also have another
arrow on our subjects. When you look at over
soviet very well, you can see that we'll
have Elizabeth barbershop, agent or subject. While you don't need
to worry about that, we're actually going
to fix this later. So now less than working
on Lightt First-in First we need to fix the light right here because
this is the easy one. Yep, there is something
else on the spaceship. We'll look at a spaceship. You can see at the bottom
part right here that we have the Adobe Firefly
water mark right here. So we also needs to erase that. Well, I guess that is not from the main photo itself
of the spaceship. I guess it is from the Cloud we stole from the space ship. So we need to click on
this one right here, and then we can erase. Exactly. Alright, everything
is looking good right now. But we still have leads veto rights issue
when you look at it, but it's just blank right here and it's not really good
that we bought for a moment. We are going to leave that
and maybe fix that later. All we can also live it out. Okay, so now let's start with matching all the light overall. The subject is not matching
with the background. And also over the whole
light is actually not matching with anything at all. Well, we are going to fix that, not to worry about that. Okay. So first thing
let's work on disliked. The lights will have a
solicitor bit yellowish, but what we have on our subject, it's kind of whites. And we need to fix the light, then create an adjustment layer. We're going to create a curve adjustment layer right
here, which is this one. And now we are going
to take the brightness of Pay attention to the
spaceship and nothing else. So we're going to
take this brighter, just like that's and
that is looking fine. Once you're done, select the layer mask of the
curve adjustment layer. And here on Control plus
I on your keyboard. And that is going to invert
the layer mask into black. And the Highlights you've
Apply is going to disappear. Now you want to right-click
and select our brush now to make everything
soft and blend in easily, I am going to be making use of a sub front pressure opacity and flow brush
available in Photoshop. So I'm going to click
on that and select it. Now. Come down to
your Layers panel, drag the curve adjustment
layer which you created to the space ship layer. And when you drag it to
the spaceship layer, just right-click and create clipping mask when you
critically we must, it is going to clip this curve adjustment layer
to this spaceship layer. Anything you do stays
inside of that layer. Now we're going to toggle the foreground color from white, from black to white. So I'm going to eat his the
X key on my keywords dugata. Now when you see if
I pinned right here, everything I paint is affecting
only the spaceship alone. Keep that in mind. That is
the use of the layer mask. I'm going hit on
Control Z to undo that. Now we've just done
for us to apply the light on our spaceship. So I'm going to zoom in closely. I think I'm going to make use of a soft round brush right here, and I can start painting. This actually has no means I'm
going to erase this later. This is where we have before and this is where we have after, loop before and after. Take a look at, at the
light is really matching analysts really looking
good and also popping out. There is no much light. There is no much light coming
to this part right here. Now we need to darken
this part of our subject. So go above your subject, create a curve adjustment layer, another curve adjustment layer, but this time, drag it down. As you're dragging it down. Pay attention to this
part of your subject. This is dark enough. Now I'm going to select
the layer Muskegon and he don't control I on my keyboard
to invert the layer mask. Now I am going to
paint on top of my subject jacket with the
foreground color set to white. And I'm going to
append to reveal that. Now as you can see
as I'm painting, it is going outside
of my subject, but I want this to stay
inside my subject. So we'll go over to
the covert years mentally I just created, I'm going to right-click
and create a clipping mask. Absolutely fine. So now
I am going to paint over these areas just like that. Okay, So now take a look at is, this is all we have before. And this is where we have after. It is now balanced in this
part of our sky location. Now, click on that. So make sure you have the curve adjustment layer selected. We're going to reduce the
opacity because it is too much. But if you don't want
to reduce the opacity from this opacity
slider right here, you can just double-click on
the curve adjustment layer. The energy is going to open
the properties for you. From here, you can
just drag this hundred here upward and it is
going to reduce it for you. But I just wanted to make use
of the opacity slider right here because that
is really going to make a lot of sense for me. Okay, so we still have a little bit of
adjustment. We need to do. So right here we have lights, lighter color, something
like a white coat, sun. And where we have on your photo itself, it's a one-to-one. So we need to apply
that warm sun on this slide right here to make everything
blend in properly. And now we're going to be doing that with the
help of a photo. Few of that now come down
to this part right here and click on this adjustment layer and scroll all the weights. You'll find Photo
Filter right here. Click on that and that is going to open the Photo
Filter for you. And it is going to magically
apply a warm tone for you, but you wouldn't be able
to see that very well. Why? Because the
density is very, very low risk
currently set to five. Now when you
increase this value, you take this up, you will
be able to see very well. Now I am going to leave the
Preserve Luminosity checked. Now this is going to help
preserve the lights, the exact Lightt value of light and the exact
value of shadow we have. But if I uncheck that, it is going to
affect the lights. Now depending on how
you want this to be. But I think taken away
the preserve luminosity, It's really giving me
the kind of effect and one on the light of
subjects location. Now when I turn on the
preserve luminosity, we still have that
lighter color. It's not really effective. So I'm going to turn off
the Preserve Luminosity. Now I am going to select
the layer mask and hit on control again to
invert the layer mask, I'm going to select the
soft round pressure, opacity and flow
brush in Photoshop. Why? I wanted to blend Photo field that would
dislike to have variety. I don't want to lose had age. So I'm going to
right-click and create a clipping mask
right here and make sure my foreground
color is set to white. Now, I am going to
paint on the light. Here. I'm going to right-click again and select
the soft round brush. I don't want to appraise
that had on my tablet. Okay. So now I am going
to add it right here. And also right here
of my subjects I also want to hold
lights double warm. I'm going to undo this part right here and
allow the Effects we're going to apply later to fix all the light
effects right here. But for the colored,
I'm just going cover the lights we have
on the cloud itself. And here is pretty cool. Absolutely fantastic. Now, take a look at it. The lightest
balancing very well. This is where we have
before and this is where we have after the before and after. Now, little by little,
step-by-step, gradually, gradually we and now fixing up every issue we have
on our photo, okay, So right now, everything is
looking a little bit better, but there are so many
things we still need to do, and that is what we are going
to do in the next lesson. Now, we have a light right here. We have light right here. And lighting is really
coming up right here. But let's not really affecting
this area right here. So we need to add that
light right here. But first before
we add the light, will need to make sure we add a light source that is providing this slide
on our subject. Now we need to provide
a Lightt sociable going to increase the
size of the brush. Create a new layer right here. And I'm just going to dab
with a brush right here. Just one. Okay, just a one. And I will go over
to my blend mode right here from my layers panel. I'm going to play with delight. We do blend modes right here, so I'm going to select
this soft light. Now let's see, this
is where we have before and this is
where we have after, the before and the after. So now we have that light, red light is coming from. We have it on our photo. Now when I How would a
laser that is hitting our subject itself to create those bumps and
Lightt on our subject. So this is where we have before, and this is where we have after. If it's not strong enough, you can hit J to duplicate it. And I think this is
really, really awesome. I like this one right here. It is more visible than
what we have before. So I'm just going to select
these two layer N or Control G to group them. We're just going to keep them that we measure to
stay organized with your LEA as part
and we're going to try to organize this later on. So this is how it is
looking right now. Everything is really
looking absolutely fine, fantastic and wonderful. Everything is really
looking good and I love it. So we need to fix the light
right here at Elizabeth off lights, reflections
right here. So now creates a
new layer and set that as a clipping mask
to your subject layer. Now I created accreted
layer below the fulfill their end adjustment layer we have right here so that it is going on magically set
itself as a clipping mask. Now when you create a layer between a clipping
mask and layer itself, it is going to
automatically clipped that new layer onto
the main layer. You have read, it, just says
what happened right now. Okay, so now we need
to apply the Lightt. Nonetheless, we want to apply, it's a white light, not more of the
colon Lightt radius. So double-click right
here on your color, on your color picker. And now let's make use
of a light like this. Click on Okay, then go over to the area of your
subjects where you want to apply the Lightt engineers paint in a liter and on the glass itself. Now this is a little bit harsh, not really what we want. Now come over to the blend mode and play around with
the blend mode. And I think soft
light is going to do something really
bad at first. This is overly and
this is soft lights. Let's quickly see this is
the before and the Alpha. The before and the alpha. Now let's play with you over
a little asterix overlay. This is the before and after
the bill for any alpha, I will actually go to
soft light, I think. Okay, do you value works
better for me right here? So we go with overlay. Now, look at is we
haven't balanced light on our subject
really looking good. We also need to add
leads up to the hair, to raising up the hair. Now we still need to add a light on this area right here to embracing
them that you hear. We also need to add
lights. Right here. I know Sue on the neck and just listen to it as
a rim lights right here. And moreover here
and little bit of it and all these we
have right here. Not that much, that much. If it's too much right here, we're just going to switch to the soft round pressure of
backstory and fluid brush, but you can just reduce
your opacity and flow and use it to
erase some areas. Now, since we wanted to
erase some areas right here, we're just going to
switch to black. And I'm going to increase
the size of brush and just brush over these areas to
blend those Lightt in. I don't want them to be hash. I don't want to erase
it from every area. Okay, So this is
what we have before. This is where we have after, before any Alpha. Absolutely fantastic. Now in the next lesson, we will now go and apply the whole effect right
now we spent a lot of them walking on these and it triggers a little
bit of flame and it is really FUN
working on these. And I hope you are also having something like this right now. Take your time and mass-to-light on your own ads work
you are working on. In the next lesson,
we're going to apply a general color
to our food, Sudan. We are going to have a balanced
add stroke right here. And now we're going to be doing that with an
automation as though we are going to be
making use of the neural few that are available
in Photoshop. Finally, we will head over to the color grading
and do some little, Adjust me, write it. And after making use of
this method to apply the overall color on our photo to make
everything balance risk, they have some little
adjustment we need to do. But when we get
into that lesson, you will understand better
of the things we need to do and how we are
going to address them. I'll see you guys
in the next lesson.
9. 8. Matching Colors: In this lesson, we're
going to matching the overall color of our
subject and the background. Now when you look at it
composition, very well, you can see that some of the areas and not
much in any kind of look we are going for It's
not really what we want. Want something
like a vintage loo or a CPR look,
something like that. Now we really need
to achieve that. Now luckily we have
a reference photo that have odors,
colors. We need. What we're going to do via
go into copy outer is Colors and just apply it onto our
own colors right here. Before we do that, we
are going to organize our layers panel so that
everything stays organized. Now have this phosphate
group right here. So this is Lightt and I'm just going to
double-click on this and name that to light
and hit on Enter. I'm going to select the Photo
Filter, hold down Shift, and click on this subject
layer to select everything. And I'm going to, if you
don't control plus G on my keyboard to group the layer, and I'm going to double-click
on that and name that to subject a hit on Enter. Now I am going to
select this layer. And this layer, you
don't control G. And I'm going to name that
two spaceship. And finally I'm going to select
on this one. And hold on. Ships go all the way down and select the last color fill
layer we have right here. He don't control
G to group that. And I'm going to
double-click on that. Nim that to background. Now we have an organized layer, but everything is
well organized. We can go through each and
every one of them one by one. So this is the light when
longer have the light depth, if I enable it, have
the light right there. This is a subject, this is the spaceship, and this is the background. Alright, first, copy this color and applied onto our own food. We need to make use of
the neural fate that, but first to make use
of the neuropathy with and now we need to have one particularly elderly
as we have right here. It's made out to group. Now we can apply the
filter to a group. You can actually apply
a field that we grew. But the only way
you can do that is by right-clicking and converting that layer into a Smart Object. Now we don't need to convert
that into a Smart Object. So what we're going to do, we're going to create
a match copy of all the whole layers we
have on our Layers panel. Now the way we are
going to do that, we need to hold down the
Control plus earthiness Shift plus E on our keyboard. And that is going
to Miracle merge copy of all our
layers right here. Now we're going to
right-click and convert this layer into a smart objects. After converting the layer
into a smart object, we'll go over it a few that and scroll down to find new row. Fill that with your friend
in new airfield there. Click on that to open
up the new FU there. Here we are inside of
the new airfield there. So what we want to do, want to transfer the color, as you said. So come down to this
part right here and click on Color Transfer. When you click on
the color transfer, it is going to open
this window for you. Just click on this box
right here to activate it. Now you have
activated the color. From here we need to select the photo which we want
to copy the color. We already have the folder, so we'll go to course dump. But if want to make
use of anyone we have as the preset right here, you can just select
anyone and transfer Color Bot one, a custom image. Double-click on Cornerstone, and click on this folder right here. And it is going to open the
File Explorer or the Finder. Now we're going to
click on this and click on select an image
from computer, or you click on this vote and radius, I'm going
to click on this, and that is going to
open my Windows Explorer for me, better food. Your Windows Explorer is going
to open at the top-left. A drug might, at this
point right here. Now I am into full the well, we have all the photos regenerated with anaerobic
fight-or-flight, but we can't see anyone
of them right here. And why all these photo
I saved in JPEG format. And what we have right
here, It's PNG format, wouldn't be able
to see anyone who voters for any of this happens. So you don't need to
worry about that. Just commented despite
right-click on it and select JPEG and refine that, that none of the photo API, as you want to click on this
drop-down menu and select D, P, G. Or when you
select the JPEG, it is going to
select all the hole for those that falls on that
the dot JPEG file format. And that is where you
are going to have ready. Now we're going to
try several colors, are several food enlisted
one is really go into much. And if luckily I tried to first one and it
works perfectly, I am going to stick
with the first one. That is what we're
going to be using. Now how about the whole
Colors right here? You can sue pretty good
and popping out a lot. So first, we're going to
walk with the one we use as a reference why arranging our Photos on top of each order. So I'm going to click on this one right here because
this is the one with me. This is the one will
make his own before and I'm going to
click on Use Image. Now, once you click
on Use Image, photo is going to appear
inside of your Craft. Feel that energy is going to
apply from the background. And when you look
at the bottom by, you are going to see that it is processing from the bargain. Okay, this is looking
absolutely fantastic. Let's take a look at
it before and after. This is where we have before. And this is where
we have after we've applied this color transfer. Now when you come down
to the color space, you can see from radio, we have lab, but when you click on the drop-down
menu, you have RGB. And what are we working
on is our document. We are working on RGB color
space as a Word document. We're going to come down
to this part right here and select the RGB. And this is going to properly
blend in with our ads. Take a look at it. Naturally
happens right here, but it is really blending
in with our agile. You may not see that variable once you are working on yours, you will be able to see that very well and see how it works. Now, this is looking so amazing. So this is really
will come from, this is where we'll go into, take a look at is the
lightest matching, the color is matching. Everything is really
matching very well. Now you can do some adjustment like reducing the saturation, playing around with the hue. You can adjust the
brightness and so on. But I'm really okay with
what I got right here. So I'm going to click on, Okay, right now, before we click on, Okay, let's talk
about the output. How do you want the output? So you want to click on
this menu right here. Familiar, you are going
to get new layer, new layer with layer
mask smartphone with their new document, I will go with the
Smart Filter option. I already have the Smart Filter selected and I'm going
to click on Okay, and that is going to take
them back into Photoshop. Effects already applied. So let's take a look at
it before and after. This is where we have before. This is where we have after. This is looking so
amazing and this is just an easy way you can easily
apply color on your photo. Now we don't need to stress ourselves doing any
crazy in right here. But what we are going
to do is just for us to adjust the color
to suit what we want. May feel like you can just continue with any or
adding right here. You don't have to
adjust the color, you don't have to do
anything else and it's really going to
be all good for you. It really depends on new and where you want high
you want this to be, and how you want
the outcome to be. Well, for me, I am going to
play around with color and that is what we are going to
be doing in the next lesson. I actually want you to understand
how to turn the color. If you are okay with this, you can skip to the next lesson. But if you're not
okay with is all you just want to play
around with the color. Make sure to wear
the next lesson, because that is
what we are going to do in the next lesson, playing around with colors and see what we are going and get. And I'll see you guys
in the next lesson.
10. 9. Color Enhancement: How is the classical winner
for you guys at home? You are really following step-by-step and understanding
each and every process. Don't forget if
you have any issue along the way or you have any
question you want to ask, you always have a place where
you can drop your question and I am willing to answer
you anytime anybody. In this lesson, we're going to be playing
around with color. We already have something good, something really nice, that
is really looking so good. And right here it is really
making a lot of sense. We need to do a little
bit of adjustment, walking on the Colors and so on. That is what we're going to be doing here. We're
going to new colors. We have two method of working on the colors depending on the methyl you
want to make his. Or we can make use of
adjustment layers right here. You can also make use
of the camera row, fifth row we have right
here to do your adjustment. And whichever one that
workspace for you, you can go ahead and
make use every day, almost walk the same thing, but for a lot of flexibility
and just having one layer, I am going to be making use
of the camera raw filter. Now, this effect will
have right here, it's not properly
merged with this layer. Now I'm not going to measure
Effects with a layer. What I'm going to do, I'm going make a
duplicate of this layer, or I am going to make
a merged copy of resistance layer reached the
field that already applied. So I'm going to repeat
this, the emperor says by holding
down Control plus L plus shift plus E. And this is going to
make a match Copy. Now this match copy we have, It's now having diffused
that we applied, which is the color
with trans fats. The reason we're
photo right here, when I turn this off, you can see the
before and the after. Now I am going to
right-click again and converted into
our smart object. This time around, I want to make use of the camera raw filter to adjust the color to play around and see what can come out of it. Now we'll go over a few there and scroll down to camera arrow. Feel that you really don't need to know much about
the camaraderie of view. That is just
something you need to understand and just
follow along right here. Now one thing I
need to tell you is that there is no one we
you adjust the color. I can just come down
right here and tell you that instead of your camera
filter movie slider, move the slider and
move that slider. You'll be able to achieve
this kind of color. Now, if as though
you move the slider, move the slider,
move the slider. And soon it is really going to turn out well
for my own photo, but it might not work
or for your own food. Now, understanding
this technique and understanding the process is very important
because this is what you are going to be using
on your own answer. Every cell, every settings and every slider and
move right here. If you move them according to the way I move them right here, it is going to walk or
might work perfectly on your own ads because you
are following the ads. But what if you want to
work on another adsorb? You don't have to make
use of already settings. You have to find
your own settings. Now, understanding how to move on the slider
is very important. Now I'm going to give you a basic intro about most of
the tab dot or a tablet tabs, we're going to be using
any camera raw filter. The first step we're
going to be using is a basic walk on the basic
expert of your photo, like the lighting, the
color, temperature, exposure, the shadow,
halides, and so on. That is what the basic walk for. Now I'll come down
to the exposure. I don't want to
increase exposure. Oh, I don't want to darken. I think I want to darken
the exposure or literally. And I think 0.20, 0.20 works well for me. And I will overthrew contrast. I don't want to add
much contrast to this. Then I will go over to the shadow and I will raise
the shadow, Elizabeth. Now the reason why I'm playing
around with the shadow, it's because of this
part right here. It's a little bit DAC and
it's not supposed to be dark. Now I'm going to raise the
shadow of a little bit. And that is really cool. Now since I have really
the shadow a little bit, I'm going to apply a little contrast to take away the faded
look on the photo. Now, come down to the white. Reduce the white a little
bit to reduce the highlight. Now I'll go over your highlight and I'm going
to increase the highlight a little bit to pop the
light on moist areas. And finally, I want to add
a little bit of texture. So I'm going to add a little
bit of texture right here to make it play a
little bit and give you that sharp look and clarity. I don't want multiple clarify. I think I'm going to
reduce the texture to ten and add a little
bit of clarity like No, I don't want to add clarity,
so I'm going to say the clarity to zero. And this is looking good.
So this is where we have before and this is
where we have F that take a look
at it that before and after the before and after. Now let's scroll down
to the column mixes. So we're going to click
on the Color Mixer Here we are. We're going to
adjust different colors. Now, the use of the
column mix at dab, the color mix that up is used to adjust individual colors
available on Neo4j. We'll talk about the
individual colors by thinking about the oranges, the yellow greens, aqua, blue is poppers and magenta
available on your photo. Now you can use each and every one of this slide adds to play around with any of those
individual colors. For the saturation right
here, this is you go into, I mean, how saturated you
want to call it to be. And illuminance is going
to play around with a light of each and every
one of these color. Then finally we have the, OH, when you click on this, or it is going to
show you the hue, the saturation and
luminance altogether. You don't have to
scroll up and down between each tabs and so on. Now when I come to the hue, you can play around
really huge to see if you want to modify any
color of your choice. So first I will go over to the blue and try to
play around with the blue and need a little
bit of lighter blue, but I can play around
with that blue very well. It is affecting the
hair of my subject. And I think I'm going to
play around with that and let's This is fine. I'm going to work on the Aqua. There's no much of
an alcohol going on right here. No motion. And if want to reset
any slight adders, double-click on that
and it's going to automatically reset this
later for you. Right here. We don't have some like, Oh, green we want to play with. We don't have a
green right here. So I'm going to
double-click on the green. And for the yellow, we
have yellow on the sky. We have yellow on our
subject, Elizabeth, and also yellow
on the spaceship, and also on the eyeglass
of our subject. Well, I don't want that, so I'm going to double-click
on that, reset it. We have orange on most places. I'm going to
double-click on that. I don't want to play
with the orange. Now I think I want to make the jacket a little bit ready so that that red is going to show very well when you're
seven is okay, I'm gonna move it
over to the rate is. Now I will go over
to this saturation. There's nothing I wanted to do. My shear on desaturation, everything is really okay
and I liked this saturation. Now we'll go over to the
luminance for the orange. I'm going to increase the light of the
orange a little bit. For the yellows,
I'm going to new, I'm going to darken the light of the yellows a little bit. For the green, there is
no much green right here. That is your degree is, and it's not really making
any sense right now. So for the Aqua, I think I'm going to
increase Lightt little bit. For the blue. We don't want to wash out the blue
we have, right? And we wanted to have
that bluish thing. I'm going to add a little
bit of blue right here. This is where we have
before and this is where we have after
the before and after. This is how you can
basically adjust the hollow. Now, I want to add
a little bit of a smoothing to my subject itself. So we'll go over to the
Details tab right here. And I'm going to add noise
reduction right now. So now when you
look at my subject, you can see that my
subject is now smooth. I'm willing to take it up so
that you see that very well. You can now see
that my subject is overall not just my
subject before you too. It's smooth, re-looking, perfect and sweet,
looking more like an ad. So now I'm going to reduce the color noise
reduction as well. Now the difference between
the noise reduction and colonize reduction in noise reduction reduce
the overall noise on your photo and why
they colonize reduction, reduce the noise on the
color area on your photo. Now this is where
we have before, and this is where we have F
that I'm going to click on. Okay, go back into Photoshop. Now this is where we have. We'll come back from the camera arrow field that
now we need to do Elizabeth, of an adjustment
like what I said. Now it is always okay
to make a backup of each of your stuff.
Actually keep going. So I'm going to
make another copy of our control plus shift plus E that is going to
make Image copyright here. And I'm going to turn
off the iris layer. What we want to do with
this layer right here, which we just created one, fix all these as for subject. Now, I did this on
purpose and did not fix this so that I can show
you how to fix this later. There's a way you can fix
these as you keep walking. The way to fix this is by contrasting your selection
of your subject. Now, let's turn off
every layers right here. Go back to only our subject
layer, which is this one. And I'm going to reveal
the background right here. Now we were unable
to see those lines because of the white
background we have right here. Now, we go into the Objects, group and I
will scroll down and select the subject layer by holding down Control and
click on the thumbnail. It is going to
make our selection randomize subjects for me. Now to contract the selection you want to go over to select, scroll down to modify,
and then contract. You can put in any amount
of pizza you want. But I wanted you to see these very words
I'm going to dive into and see and click on. Okay. So now you can see how contract distillation
is now looking. So you can use this to
fix that error at first. But if you forget to
fix the arrow adverse, this is how you are
going to fix it and that is the middle we
are going to be using. Now, we're hitting Control
D to deselect that. Go out of the subject group. Leave every Adalja
tones of and turn on the last layer that I have
right here, which is this one. Now go over to your
tuba and look, kids. The blood to right here. And click on the blood
to select the blood. So from here you want to
go over to the strength. I'm going to increase the
strength somewhere around 70. 70 is really go into
will find for me. Now, I'll come down to all
these areas right here. And I am going to blow
some blunders as our. So we didn't little bit
of an arrow right here. Now, I actually wanted to blow this space ship
and the background. But now we have already played everything right here and we'll match all the
whole layer as well. I am going to show you how
to fix that right now. Now's a fixed as you want
to go over to Select and subject that is going to select your subject for you right here. Okay, now we have the
spaceship also selected. I'll have Alyssa bit of
an error right here. So you don't Control D. Now go back to your subject
group right here. Click and open the
subject group layer. Scroll all the way down, hold down Control, and click
on the subject itself. Now we are going to have
the subject selected alert. Now, create a group. I want to show you
a technique that is called a subject separation. Now we're going matrix
of this method to separate the subject from
the background itself. Now, how we are
going to do this? We are going to create
a group right here. And we're going to add a
layer mask so that group, laterally amongst the group, you will see that inside
of that layer mask we have the subject as white
and the background is black. Now this is Telenor's that anything we do
right here is going to affect subject and
the subject alert. Now let's drag, we're going to keep it
always just going to double-click on the group and name that to them. That's the subject. Now we're going to duplicate
this group by hitting Control J and double-clicking
on the name of that one, intimate two, and name
it to background. Now we are going to select
the layer mask can hit on control I to invert
the layer max. Now, it is going to have
the background selected. Now we are going to
do a little bit over. Now where I'm doing right here. We can easily go
back in time and fix these punctures giving you
Elizabeth over techniques. If you don't want to go
back to do your fixing. If you feel like it's
going to call it a lot of problem for you or if maybe you deleted your document and
you don't have any backup, you can also make
these over-estimated. Now, we are going to
hold down Control and click on that layer mask off of our subject is going to make our
selection right here. Now we'll go to Select, scroll down to modify. This time we want to expand, you want do right now, it is that we want to take away the subject from the background, taken away the Soviet
from the background. It's going to help us prevent
the ghosting effects. Wind will blow the background. Okay, so now I'm going
to increase this by 20 pixel and click on Okay, but before I do that, I'm
going to make a duplicate of my main layer. So I'm going to come down
right here and create a duplicate that is going
to make a duplicate copy. This is where I am
going to fill it. Now I will go over to Scroll all the way down
to Content Aware Fill. I'm going to click on
Content Aware Fill. And this window is
going to open up. My area is going to sample
from every other parts of our background and
fill out our subject. Let's give Photoshop some
time to do its work. Photoshop has done it for, but everything is looking weird. But don't worry about that,
we can work with that. So scroll all the way
down and click on Okay, and this is going to take
you back into Photoshop. Now after this Apply, you barely see the
crazy thing we see inside of the
Content Aware Fill. Why? Because we still
have the subject covering those areas
of our background. Okay, so this is where we have. Now we no longer have our subject on the
background itself. Now, don't worry about that. Well, we're just
going to do via, go into select both layers together because have
the Content Aware, Fill on a new layer. We're going to select both
layers together and he don't Control E to merge
them together. Now we are going to drag this
into the background group. Now you see that we have
over subjects back, they'll have a little bit
overall issue right here, but don't worry about that. Now once blood is now
we'll go over it. If you scroll all
the way down to blow and select lens blow, this is going to give us a
blow directly from the camera. Okay? I think displacer
is a video, okay, but I think I want to add
Elizabeth or V to the radius. I'm going to add more
blood to the radius. This is fine. This is fine. I think they'll take it
down unless you okay. I'm going to increase
the blood leads to B. This is fine and I don't
want to rotate it. I want to keep it away. Every other settings, I want to leave these settings
the way it is. I'm going to click on Okay, to go back into Photoshop. And that is going
applied to blow for. Now. This is where we have, this is where we have before, and this is where
we have after the, before and after the before
and after, looking good. Now, if we have a
little bit of an issue right here on our
subject and so on. We easily go into freeze that. Don't worry about that
and I'm going to show you how to fix that right now. Okay, so First-in First, let's fix this area.
We have ragged. Hit Esc key on your keyboard to select the Clone Stamp to make it a little bit bigger
and measure that you have the sample sets
only current layer. Now just double-click on this arm here,
come over to this. But in jurors, paint over
to take away this as well. First, let's look
at the settings and measure that we don't
have any brush with Frazier and Opacity and
Flow selected sample again, by holding down the
author need and layer, just paint over these areas. Let's come over to this
part right here and repeat the same process. Now, this is, look at it. Looking nice, looking. So Sweden, fantastic. Okay, so let's turn this off. Unless see, this is where we
have before without a blow. And this is where we have AFDA would blow before
without a blow, enough that wouldn't blow. This is really looking so
good, re-looking, amazing. So now let's drag
this 12 and drop it inside of our subjects group. And that is going to place
everything inside for us. But we have a little bit
of an arrow right here, this sharp edge, and so on. Now I'm just going to drag
that out. We don't need that. But to fix that, you can also come
to this layer mask, select the layer mask and
go over to the feather. And let's increase the feather a little bit that is going
to help soften the edge. So let's increase the feather to be now it is really white, so I'm just going to drag this out and we are going
to keep it this way. So take a look at this. This is how it is, this is how it is looking. They're going to sue
amazing, looking so nice. In the next lesson we're going
to take a look at large. We can use lots to change the
few and look over or Photo. And we can also use that as
a part of color grading. You can also download some loads which can
apply in Photoshop. You can also create your own
loads inside of Photoshop. Well, we're not going to
be touching that we add. Just go into making use
of lots to see if we can tune the colors
more and more
11. 10. Final Adjustments: Here we are in the final
lesson of this class, we're going to be doing any final adjustment
we need to do. And we're going to playing with lots to see what is
going to give us. Well, if you want
to apply the lats, you want to go over to your
Layers panel now, one, apply the load over
all the whole layer. So we are going to select the last layer and come down
to or adjustment layer icon. We're going to click on that
and locates Color Lookup. Want to click on that. Now, instead of the
properties panel, we're going to have
this steady lot fight from the drop-down menu. But before we click on
the drop-down menu, we look right here. You can see we have
load 3D, lots fight. We have lot of laws that came with Photoshop and that is what we are
going to be walking. Now. We're going to
select it to Stripe. Look. Now when you
click on that, it is going to apply
an effect for you. Now you don't want
to keep coming down to this part right here, clicking and selecting
the stripes, the look and see the
one that is really going to work off for you
when it just selects one, you can see that we'll
have a highlight around that
particular rectangle. Now we need keep using the down arrow
keys on your keyboard. It is going to switch
from one look to another. We're going to use
these to keep switching a CD1 that is going
walk well for us. I'm loving this job, Blue 3D, but we can
check on notice. I also love this one. So I think the
futuristic, bleak, the 3D L is really good for me. Now I'm going to click
on these blend modes, and I'm going to play
with the blend modes. I'm going to set
the blend mode to soft plates or valley and selfless soft light is less harsh than or valid,
overlays more harsh. Let's try out a screen to screen as though you're working. So I'm going to say
that to soft light, this is what is
going to give us. Finally, I'm going to come
down to this part right here and reduce the opacity. Reduce the opacity, Let's see, somewhere around
20 will be fine. So this is where we have
before and this is where we have after the,
before and after. From here onwards you can start adding any kind of adjustment
you want to add layer, you can add in the curve. I just mentally and do a
little bit adjustment. That is, if you want to, I want to add a
little bit, I want to darken it a little bit. And this is fine.
This is what our before and this is
where I have after. You can come down here, again, an adjunct and lack of vibrance. Now you can increase
the vibrance and also increase the saturation. But this is really fine by me, I think popping out the color
this way, it's really good. Now, this is fine. This is where we want. Now there is one thing
left which we need to do, Daddy's to sharpen our Art. So that is the final adjustment we are going to be working on. Major thing. The
vibrance is too much, you can reduce it,
but I'm really okay with the
vibrance right here. So I'm going to make a copy. Lastly, by holding
down the Control plus Delta and plus shift plus, that is going to make
another copy for me. Now what I want to
do is copy IL-10, sharpen the photo itself. So I'm going to hit
on Control J again. Now I'm going to go over to
my blend mode right here. And I'm going to set the
blend mode to Vivid Light. And after setting
it to vivid Light, I will go over to feel
that scroll all the way down to Other
and then high-pass. Now, this is going to apply
high-pass filter for me. Now you can see how sharp
the ads work is looking. I'm going to take this down to 0.1 and I'm going
to increase these. Elizabeth. I don't want to
sharpen to be downwards. Okay, So I think this is fine
when you click on OK. You might not see that mode or
CD effect of it that much. But when I zoom in closely, done it before,
and this is where we have after the
before and after. Look at it, looking
so beautiful. And finally, I want to add
one more adjustment or one morpheme that is going
to be denoise few there. So I'm going to
make another copy, and I'm going to right-click and convert this into
a Smart Object. I will go over to
scroll down to Noise and then add noise
inside of the adenoids. When do I'm just
going to click on Gaussian and measure I
have monochromatic check. And now this is going to help us add a little bit of noise. I don't want merchandise,
I'm going to reduce the mice a little bit. I don't want to be
downwards right here. I think this is fine, is kinda givers the
few over reality loop, all the vintage look
we're really aiming for. So this is it and this is
everything precisely from a blank document and
arrive at this stage. Now you can go ahead and
put in your watermark, share your work,
the social media, and also, don't forget to push this into my
project section. And when you go through
the project video, you are going to get information
on how you are going to walk on your own project
after following ovaries, we have a separate project which you are going
to walk on that is totally different from
what we did right here. You are going to follow
your own process. Get different ideas
from ChatGPT, finding your own store or
generate your own stock and use it to create your own
ad so it step-by-step, and that is what you are
going to be doing as CEO. Project
12. 11. Conclusion: I hope you've learned
a lot from this class, and I'll be really glad to see what you guys
have come up with. Now. You've learned these, you'll learn how to
make it up ChatGPT, you have Elisa idea
about Photoshop. So the question is, what next? What do you have to do is
continue with this technique, or should we learn
more about Photoshop? Well, I am going to tell you to study more about Photoshop. Then Photoshop,
understand Photoshop. Most of it them's the automation process is
not going to walk for you, hold them, you have to fall
back to you on mine rescue. Lennon Photoshop and understanding notice
versus step-by-step, it's going to come
in handy when a refugee or when
other mission field. That is my advice
for you guys, NDR, so many courses are available which you can
use the continue from. You can also check
out my course, how dedicated to Daria
about Photo Manipulation. And this is all about
practical aspect. There is no other mission. You have to walk
with your own idea. And that is going to help
you develop yourself more with all the whole
process we followed wryly, instead of using
AI to make use of your own head and also
look for stock yourself. Overall, no method is bad. Method works well for you. In most cases,
you'll find out that automation works well and
works first off for you. And in most cases you find
out that Monro method works well and
walk best for you. It really depends on the
one you want to pick from. I'm a teacher. I
am just going to teach you then you
know how to proceed. Whatever it is you want to lend. And don't forget if we
have a new question, you can also leave your
question and I will be willing and ready to answer you
and also assist you. Step-by-step process should take on this class as you
keep watching the video, I hope you guys
enjoyed this class and learned a lot from this class. I hope to see you next
time in my next course. Happy learning
