1. Introduction to the class: Hello and welcome to this
course about custom GPT's. This class is designed
for those of you who've got the
basics of chart GPT down and are itching
to take a step further if you're ready
to take the leap from general use to crafting
custom bots that fits like glove with your creative and
professional projects, you are in the right place. We'll explore the
ins and outs of tailoring custom GPT to
your specific needs, pushing the boundaries of content creation
and productivity. Whether your goal is to
streamline your workflow, enhance your creative output, or simply get more
done in less time. This course is the next step. By the end of this class,
you'll not only have the basic understanding of how to create and
implement custom GPT's, but you're also
going to have your very own bots designed by you. And for you, you live with
the skills to continually refine and adapt your bots
to meet evolving needs, ensuring that you stay
ahead of your field. This isn't just about learning, It's about actively enhancing
your productivity and creative potential
with the power of AI. If you're ready for that,
see you in the next class.
2. Introduction to Custom GPT's: In this class, we're
going to explore some of the custom GPTs
that being created within the open AI community. You can access to
this by going to explore GPT's here on
the left hand side. Bear in mind you
can only access to this if you're paying
for a subscription, which GPT, which costs
around $20 a month. Once you have that,
you can access to the custom GPT's here. Click on Explore GPT's, you have a plethora
of choice here. Lots of different GPT's
have been created so far. Some has been created from
different developers, different people
like you and me, and also from the open
AI community as well. As you can see here, I've got different categories on
top. I've got topics. I've got Daly, all the kind of custom GPT's only
for creating images. I have the writing GPT's, I've got the productivity one. Research and analysis,
programming, education, lifestyle. You've got plenty here to
explore and experiment. Now let's navigate
Daly for a second. I was just exploring
the cartoniz yourself, which I found quite fun
to use and experiment. And what you're essentially need to do is
simply click on it. You can see the rating. If people actually
liked it, enjoyed it, You can see how many
conversation it's been having so far, 900,000
conversations. You also have some
conversation starters also here down below
you have the rating. And you can start the chat
by click on Start Chart. You can also drag your photos directly here on
the textbox here. Or you can click on
the paper clip and navigate to your library
and upload your own image. That's what I did before and
this is the result I've got. I essentially uploaded
my image and I just say cartonized this image
and it came up with this, a nice image of me. I also created
something else here. I uploaded it and then came
up with a different idea. Of course, if you're
not happy with that, you can just go and regenerate until you find something
that you like. And you can also
rate that as well. This is one of the
custom that you can use. You can also go back to explore GPT's and perhaps explore
the writing ones. And here you got
some very cool one, right for me, Right? Tailored engaging content
with focus on quality, relevance and
precise word count. You also have, for instance, all around writer,
professional version. A professional writer who specializes in writing
all types of content. Essays, novels,
articles, copyrighting. This is good for studying. If you want to know, write an essay about
what you're studying. Definitely you can
use this. You got some others down here as well. Paraphrase and humanizer. You can click on Seymour to discover others that
have been created. You got productivity here even from Cava.com Affordlessly
design anything, presentations, logos,
social media posts, and more research and analysis. You have one from programming,
education, lifestyle. You can just go here and
discover more of them. There's one I found
quite interesting, which was the Youtube video. To takeaways, summaries,
and diagrams, you just need to paste the URL
and it will summarize that for you faculty on Youtube,
the rating is quite good. 4.2 Youtube video to takeaways, summary diagram,
paste the URL of any Youtube video and generate a full
educational summary. We included diagram, no extra loggins
needed, free to use. And here you got some
conversation starters. Summarize a Youtube
video from a link, what says about, and you just type the
topic in this video. Summarize this English
video into Spanish. Extract the key takeaways
from the video, and then you have the ratings. Let's start the chat and let's
just upload a video here. I'm going to paste a Youtube
video and I'm going to press the send message.
I'm going to allow that. Now it is writing the summary of the video, the takeaways. The cool thing is just
added this nice MOG as well to make the text a little bit
more exciting to read. It's going to also
format the text with bolded text as well. It gives us the summary
with the main points. Is going to create a
diagram by creating a code first and now it's
going to generate a diagram like probably
graphic version of it. Absolutely amazing. Out of just the video you can
create all the data. This is brilliant for research, for really understanding
a very long video that perhaps you don't
have time to watch. You can actually come here and really grasp the
essence of that. If you can't find any custom PTs that really suits your needs, is the time to create
your own custom GPs. And that's what we're going
to do in the next class.
3. Chat with Your Favourite Authors: With custom GPT. Now,
the possibilities are endless in terms of creating any expert that you would like
to have at your disposal. For instance, you can
create an expert about books that you read or you are
actually planning to read. For instance, I
create one today, which is the 48 laws of Power. As you can see here on
the left hand side, I've got my custom GPT, which is this one here,
which is by Robert Greene, which is one of my
favorite authors. This is a, is a quite big book if you
don't have time to read it, or if you read it
and you want to reference quickly to
see which chapter or which laws you want
to know or which concept you didn't understand or you want to tap on quickly. You can create a custom GPT that allows you to
answer your questions, referring to that specific book, which is very, very useful. Now I'm going to show
you how to create one. I'm going to go
to explore GPT's, I'm going to go to Create
here on a top right corner. Now I've got two options here I can create
and I can configure. Now if you're not familiar with this section
here, do not worry. Or if you don't have any
idea of how to get started, you can actually go to Create. Here, you can actually
have a conversation with GPT to create your bot. In this case, I want to create an expert about the 48 laws. Create an expert about the 48 Laws of Power
by Robert Greenie. And I would like the boat to answer by referring to the book. I don't want the boat
to answer me verbatim, like is written in the book. But I want to have
more of an expert who can help me with
my everyday tasks. Referring the book, I want the
bot to tap on the Web only if I ask otherwise only formulate answers and questions
referring to the book. I'm going to upload it's
not even written properly, but by doing this and just by sending this
message to char GPT, it will now upload
the instruction. After this is finished, we're going to go to
configure and we're going to see how GPT rephrase my sentence and rephrase my request to create
the chat bot. As you can see, as soon
as I got a prompt, an answer from char GPT
on the right hand side, I've got my preview
of my bot and it automatically
wrote a description for me which is expert
on the 48 laws of power applying principles
to daily tasks. Now if I want to expand here and I want to
add more features, I can actually keep on chatting with chart GPT to
add more things. But for the moment I'm going
to leave it like this. I'm going to go to
configure here. I can name chart GPT, I can name my custom GPT, 48 laws of power. He says expert on the
48 laws of power. Applying principles
to daily task. I can leave it like
this instructions at see what char
GPT wrote for us. You're an expert on the 48 Laws of Power
by Robert Greene, designed to apply the
books principles to everyday tasks and queries without directly
quoting the book. You can search the web
when explicitly requested, but your primary focus is on delivering insights
and guidance. Based on the book's teachings. You're adapt at
drawing connections between the laws and
real world scenarios. Providing advice that's both practical and reflecting
on the book's wisdom. Perfect. I'm going to
just press close here. As you can see, GPT
wrote three questions. Three conversation starters. How does low three apply
to job interviews? What low best applies to negotiation, to
negotiating race? Can low 15 help with
managing a team? How can I use low 22 in
the marketing strategies? Okay, I can leave them
as they are under knowledge though I
have to upload my PDF, in this case, the book itself. I'm going to go to
upload file and I happen to have the upload
file under my downloads, the books, and my PDF is here. I'm going to just
press open and now I'm going to upload it
into my custom GPT. Now this is going
to take a while. I'm going to leave it uploading and I'll come back in a second. Now the book is being
uploaded completely. Now down below here I've
got also the options to enable my custom bot to
access the web browsing. I will probably just leave this tick and also dally
image generation also. I'm going to leave it
ticked code interpreter. If I want to create like
tables and things like that, I want to be able
to do that as well. The action. I'm going
to leave this as it is and I'm pretty much done. I need to just create
an image for this. I'm going to go to the P here. I'm going to use Day
to create my image. Now when I created my
custom bought before, it took me like two
or three iterations to find the right image. But it's up to you can also upload your own image of
the book if you like. After just a few moments, we should be able
to see an image. Okay, we have this chess board. I'm going to leave it
like this for now. And otherwise it's going to
take too many alteration. We're going to be here forever. I'm going to leave it
like this. And then I can just test if I want to. I can just go here
and test my chop bot. One I can create as well. I'm going to just press Create. I've got the option to create it only for me if I want
to test it first. I want to only me, if I want to share with someone, anyone with the
link can access to it or I can actually
publish it as well. It's really up to you what
you want to do with this. In this case, I'm going to use it for myself
for the moment. I want to test it
when I press Share. Now my bot is published. Of course is private. I can go to view GPT.
Now I can test it. Now It is not on my left
hand side, actually it is. As you can see here is
under my assistant, 48 lows of power. I've got two now, but this is just for the
purpose of this video. If I want to test it, I can say, can you help me
understand law 30, how I can apply it in real life? I don't even know which is
the low 30 on the book. But I'm going to test now my bot and see what
sort of answer we get. Low, make your accomplishment
seem effortless. And now is writing the
answer about the law, the applications in real life. And it gives me also
a bullet point. Cultivate an aura
of effoultlessness, hide the hard work, maintain composure,
limit display of effort, and so on and so forth. Just now is carrying on writing all the
different advice and all the different
things I can use the law, it's pretty amazing. We just need to have a
conversation with your chat bot and get the things that you need from
a specific book that you don't have time
to read, for instance. You can also create a bot about a specific
character that you like. For instance, if
I want to create a stoic to bot, I can do that. I can actually, I
can upload all of my book about Stoicism
or about Aristotle and have my personal Aristotle
in my custom GPT and talk to this person because I've got all the books
that they wrote, I can upload them into
my chat bot and I can tap on the knowledge by
simply having a conversation. It's pretty amazing how
you can create this. Again, you can make
any custom assistant you like by using the same
principles that I showed you. Now I hope you have fun and
it's been useful for you. And I'll see you
in the next video.
4. Automating Calendar Events: Now is the time to create
our own custom GPT, or personal assistance by going to explore GPT's here
on the left hand side. We have an option to
create our custom GPT on the top right hand
corner by clicking on a Create button,
a green button here. But before we do
that, I want to show you what I created
so far and what's going to happen when you save your own personal assistance
on your Chart GPT account. And by the way, this
works only if you have a plus membership
with Chart GPT. Now as you can see, I've got my GPT on the top
left hand corner. This is where you
usually go when you start a new conversation. But all of your custom GPT's
are going to be saved here. Just down below, I got my
personal assistant, Hannah, which helped me to brainstorm
ideas for creating content. I also got an Italian lawyer
specialize in Italian laws. I've got also an accountant, and I also have this
e mail to calendar. This is a personal
assistant that allows me to paste any text
or any e mails. I don't have time to read and it's going to scan
the e mail for me. It's going to summarize
that e mail and also scour the text
to find any date, any time, any event, or any tasks I need to do. And he's going to add that
event into my Google calendar. And that's what we're going
to do today in this class. In order to create
that, we're going to go into Explore GPT's're, going to click on a plus icon here on the top
right hand corner. Now when you open it, you're going to see
the split screen. So on the left hand side
you're going to see you create and configure tabs, and you also have
the preview here. While you edit your
personal assistant, you can test it here on
the right hand side, which is pretty cool. Now, if you don't
have any idea what to name it or what sort of
instructions you want to give, you can go to create and have
a conversation with GPT. Just ask what sort of things
you would like to create, what sort of task you want to perform, et
cetera, et cetera. And it will basically ask you a few questions to create
your own personal assistant. But if you already know
what you want to create, you can go to configure. And then you can just
start to name your GPT. I'm going to call this
e mail to events call. This will create events in
my calendar description. I'm going to call it text to
calendar and instructions. If I go here and I start
to type something. If I expand this by
clicking on the two arrow here on the bottom right
hand corner of this window. I basically said, if any text, E mail or messages are typed in, please do the following. First of all, summarize
the text in a few words to analyze the text and figure
out if there are any events, dates, times, and or tasks. If there are no events, task dates, or times, please leave only the summary. And if there are, please create the event
format it like this. And I basically
said event title, event date, event time, and event details or notes. By doing this, it
will basically give clear instructions to GPT
to perform this task. Now, I'm going to
close this for now. Now if I'm going down here, I also have an option to
create conversation starters. You can just type a text here
that could be a question, and this will appear on
the right hand side. I can also type other
questions if I want to, but for the moment
I'm going to leave it as it is under knowledge. You basically can
applaud any PDF, any text that you want GBT
to read and reference to. At the moment, we're not
going to put anything in it. If you want your GPT to browse
the Internet to use being, you can just tick that box. If you wanted to create images, you can enable Dali
image generation. If you also want to
create code interpreter, if you want to
basically create code, you can tick that box as well. Gana, just stick all of them
just because I want to make sure that my assistant is capable of doing as
much as possible. Down below here, I've
got my actions now. If I want to link my GPT
to my Google calendar, I would have to use a bridge. And this bridge software
is called Zapier. Zapier is a software that
allows you to link GPT, or your personal assistant, to third party software such as Google Calendar or any other
services you can think of. We're going to create a new
action when you do that, you're going to see this page. You add action, let your GPT retrieve information or
take actions outside GPT. Basically, this will link
to third party software. Zap is going to be our bridge to connect GPT to our
Google calendar. Now we're going to go into Zap. If you go to Zap.com and
you create a new account, you should be able to see a
page that looks like this. Actually, when you open
Zap for the first time, it's going to ask
you to sign up, so you can choose
your Google account. In this case, if we're going
to use Google Calendar, I will probably log
in with my Google. After you login
with your Google, you should be able to
see this page now. Don't worry about this page. All you need to do
is going to actions, zap.com slash GPT slash actions. I'm going to just paste this
into our lessons down below. So you can just
copy and paste that link or click on
a link directly. And it will guide you through logging in into
your Zapia account. Once you're there,
you should be able to see a page that
looks like this. If you never create
any action in Zapia, you shouldn't be able
to see anything here. You only see this Add
New Action button. We're going to click
on that. And here we have to create our action. In this case here if I type Google Calendar, that's
what we want to link. It's going to show you
lots of different actions that Zappia can do,
can perform for you. In this case, we want to
create a quick event. Create an event from
a piece of text. Google parses the text for date, time, and description info. I'm going to do that. We're
going to click on that. Now, down below here, you can choose your account. If you never connected
to any Google account, You can go to connect and it's going to connect to your account. You're
going to click on. Yes. Continue to
Google Calendar. Here you can choose
your account. I'm going to choose my account and I'm going to allow that. Down below here,
just click on Allow. That is going to refresh
with your E mail address. I'm going to cover mine. Now down below
here, it says have, I guess, value for this field. Find a click on that. I can choose also to set
a specific value. I want to do that
when I do that. Now if I click on this
calendar is going to basically come up with
all the calendars that I've got already
in that account. In this case, my Google
account has three calendars. I'm going to choose one. If your Google calendar
hasn't been used before, you only have your
E mail address, which is going to be the place where the event is going
to be saved essentially. So I'm going to click
on that describe event. I can just let DAI
guess what it is. Once I paste the
text into chart GBT, he will do the summarization for me and he's going to basically
know what it's all about. Then we're going to go into show all options down below
here. Attendees. If I want to add someone's e
mail there, I can do that. In this case, I don't have to, otherwise just leave it blank.
This is very important. We need to basically copy and paste this into
our chart, GPT. But before we do that, we're
going to have to name this, I'm going to name
this GPT to calendar. Once you've done that, you can require preview before
running AI action. This is basic, is
going to ask you an extra step to see a
preview of your e mail. But I don't want to do that, I just want to skip it for now. And I'm going to
click Enable Action. Once you enable the action, here you can see
GPT two calendar. And make sure that
this switch is on. If I click on that,
it turns us off. So make sure it's green. Once it's green, we can
now do the next step. We're going to go into another
website called Actions Zap.com slash slash
platform, GPT. I'm going to leave the link
down below this class. It's just easier for
you just to click on it and go directly
to this page or you need to do the
sempture is going down below here where it
says get started, you need to copy this URL. We're going to just
trip or click there. We're going to copy Command. Then we're going to
go back to our GPT and we're going to click
on Import from URL. So we're going to click on that. And now we can paste that URL
here and click on Import. That is going to populate our schema section
with all this coding. Do not worry about this coding,
just leave it as it is. And then we're going
to go down here. And as you can see,
this coding perform these actions when it says get means it will
perform the action, and post means that
the action is going to be forwarded to
third parties soft. In this case, our
Google calendar. Now we're going to
leave it as it is. You also have an option
down below here it says, privacy policy would
have to worry about that only if you want to publish this GPT to the main community, but if it's only
for your own use, you don't have to
worry about that. Once we've done that,
we need to go back to this page by clicking on this little arrow here on
the top left hand corner. And now we are back here to our dialogue box
under instructions. We're going to expand this text and we have to paste
some text down below here. Now we're going to go
back to our page here. Actions dot.com slash
do platform, PT. Down below here, we also
have the other line of coding that we have to
highlight completely. Just make sure it's
all highlighted. And we're going to just
right click and copy. We're going to go
back to our chart GPT and we're going
to paste that here. We're going to
just do command V, right click and paste. Now we have our rules set up. Always make sure to
leave some space between your initial instructions
and this coding, I'm going to just
go here and leave a couple of lines just in case. Now, down below here, I've
got required actions. It says Google
Calendar, find event. And I've got also
another action slack, send direct message. What we need to delete
one of these actions, we don't have to use two. We're going to use only one and one We want is to add the event into your calendar action
and configuration link down below here is going
to be deleted here. What it says action, you can delete that and
leave action on and it says configuration
link. Delete anything. After that, the HTTPS section, then we're going
to basically copy paste some text into our Zappia. We're going to go
back to Zappia, into our action again, we have to go to actions,
Zap.com slash PT. Actions again, you got the link down below here in this class. And you click on GPT to calendar
when you click on that, now we're going to
go down below and it says Show all Options. Because we need to
basically paste this action name
GPT to calendar. This needs to be
exactly the same. We're going to just
highlight that. We're going to copy that. We're going to go back
to our GPT under action, we're going to paste that here. Now after you paste it there, just press return to make sure the configuration link is down below. Place the cursor there. We're going to go back
to our page here. Once you have this action open, the URL on top is
what we need to copy. We're going to just
go there, copy. Go back to chart GPT and on the configuration link is where we're going
to paste that URL. I'm going to scroll down here. Let's see if I put
the text back here. And I'm going to just
remove this link, and I copy the new one in. Once you've done
that, you just press close at the bottom
right and corner here. Now we pretty much done with
that, we need to test this. If it works, I'm going
to also save this. I'm going to go on top
right and corner here and press only me confirm. I'm going to try to do this. I'm going to go back
into my e mail. I'm going to paste it there. I'm going to press Return. Now he's going to scan
the e mail for me again. He's going to summarize it. And he's going to lay
down my event title, date, time, the tasks. And now I'm going to allow that. I'm going to just
say yes please. I'm going to confirm that now is essentially it's created my event and edit
into my calendar. If I want to check
that and can click on here in this link. As you can see, I've
got my event just down here below on
Friday the eighth. It created for me. If I want to do another one, I
can do the same thing. I can go here, I can copy
and paste another text. It's going to scan it for me and it's going to create an event. This is going to be
very useful and time saving for you because you
can go for your e mail, you can copy and
paste the text here, and it will scan it for you. It's going to summarize it. It's going to create
your event and organize your calendar automatically,
which is pretty awesome. Hope you enjoy this lesson and I'll see you
in the next one.
5. Making AI content more Original Part 1: When it comes to
create content using Chart GPT or any other
chat bot out there. We need to be aware of
the fact that it can be detected by Google or any
other tools out there. Your content needs to be
humanized before you're even taking it from Chart GPT and paste it into your website, into your blog, into your social media
account, et cetera. If you write articles, if you write blogs or even if you write a book or anything else that has to do with a text, we need to be able
to make it sound like us or be written by
us as much as possible. Humanize it as much as possible. Now there are tools
that allow you to detect any content that you create in char GPT and making sure there
is not AI written. I showed you in a
different video how to use one of these tools. But just to summarize
those tools, one that I use at the
moment is Originality I, which is a Google Chrome
extension that you can install. And this comes here. You can see here I've got
this little purple tag on top on the right
side of my screen. When I click on it, I'll be
able basically to copy and paste text in it and then
check for plagiarisms. And also check for AI
detection as well, if it's been written
by AI or not. Now this works with credits. You would have to
buy some credits. If you want to use originality, all you need to do is
simply go to originality. I click on a website and then here you can login
and buy some credits. This is not subscription based, you just buy some credits and you have the
credits for you. At the moment, I've got
1,000 credits or so. I can use pays you go. Essentially, this is
brilliant for that. If you want to use an
alternative tools, you can use something
like grammarly, which checks for
plagiarisms and also for AI detection as well. At the moment, I'm
using Originality Doi. The other tool that I
mentioned, the other video, is Quill Bought.com I believe that is another tool
that paraphrases your text. If you copy and
paste text into it, is going to paraphrase
it in a creative way, in a more elaborate way. You are different
styles of writing, you can use that as your
source of text as well. In chart GPT though, at the time of this recording, I noticed that humanizing
your text or humanizing the text that generates is
actually quite accurate. I was quite surprised
noticing this. I can bypass some of these tools that I just mentioned
and use GPT instead. If you go into the Explore GPT as a time of this recording, you notice there are some new apps that
have been released. You might notice they're different depending on when
you're watching this video. But if you go into the
writing section here, you'll notice you
have Humanizer Pro and AI Humanizer Pro. These are two tools that have been created by
two different developers and that will allow you
basically to humanize the text. One of them says,
Best AI humanizer to help you get
100% human score, humanize AI generated content to bypass AI detection,
etcetera, etcetera. I tested them already. I noticed that they are not as accurate as they claim to be. But when you watch this video and you test them
out, perhaps they improved. But at the moment they're not 100% converting your
text into human. They can go up to 70% up to 50% You can test them out
and see what you think. But in my personal experience and what I would
suggest you to do is to create your own humanizer by going to custom GPT and
create one for yourself. The best way to use a humanizer is to customize
for your own use. I'm going to be
using my own text, my own style of writing,
style of speaking. In order to create
text and content, the first things you should
do is to record yourself. If you don't have any
video content created, record yourself with your phone or with your webcom or
whatever you have available. Record yourself talking
about something, a topic that you are
passionate about. It doesn't matter
what topic it is, just talk about what
you're passionate about. And then you grab that Odio. And then you use software online that allows you
to transcribe that Odio. Hundreds of different
ways you can do that. There are some software that
you can just go online, type convert audio to text,
and it will do it for you. You can also download
something like the script if you
are on a Mac or PC. The script is a software which comes with
subscription base as well. But if you download it
is free at the moment. Gives you like a free account. And that with a free
account you can upload your audio and it will
transcribe it for you in text. That's what we're going
to be using into ChachBT. That's what we're going to
feed into our custom GPT. Create that speech that will allow them chart
GPT to elaborate the content and adapt it to your style of
speaking and writing.
6. Making AI content more Original Part 2: We now. Any further ado, I'm going to show you how I extrapolated my text
from one of my videos. I happen to have
a Youtube channel and I've got some
videos uploaded, pick up a couple
of them already. I created two different
documents when I go to downloads under
my speech documents, I've got a couple of documents
here with some text in it. This is essentially what my
style of speaking or talking, and this is being
transcribed for me automatically using GPT. Now if I'm going to one of my video and I click
on the video itself, you can actually go here, see the video On the
right hand side, I've got a little plug in
called Transcript and Summary, which is a chat GPT plug
in for Google Chrome. If you want to install this, all you need to do is simply
go to Google Chrome store. Then you just need to search. Essentially, you
just go to Google Chrome plug ins extensions, click on the first one
that appears there, and then you can go and
search for an extension. I can go to extensions, then I can search for Youtube. Then he says Youtube transcript. Let's see if found
something here. Youtube transcript search. Youtube transcript, Youtube video transcript,
and video summary. That is what you
can have as tool. You can download
any of this doesn't matter, Got 4.9 stars. There are others as
well. Five stars, it doesn't matter
which one you choose. These are all pretty accurate. All of them are pretty good. Once you install that intention, when you open Youtube, you're going to be able
to see this page with this tool here on
the right hand side. Now if you choose
the root of Youtube, if you use the root
of uploading the Odio into Google and convert it into text, you
can do that as well. Or you can use something
like the script. And that will allow you to transcribe Odio
easily and for free. If I'm going up here and I click on Transcript and Summary, he's going to give me the
transcript of my text. This is not a summary, This is just a transcript. I'm
going to copy this. It's got an option to copy it. Then I'm going to
create a document. An empty document can go to
to my pages, for instance, I can go to my Apple
version of Word. I clear a new documents, I'm going to copy and
paste that text in here. It doesn't matter
what format you got. This is plenty. Then I
can go and save this. I'm going to save it as this is the title of this clip is what I have I been doing last year. And then I'm going to
save this into my folder. I created a folder
under Downloads, under my Speech Doc. Now I've got three documents.
I'm going to close this. I don't need these anymore. And I can go back to my GPT.
7. Making AI content more Original Part 3: Now I'm ready to create the custom GPT I'm
going to go to create. Here on the top
right and corner, I've got my custom GPT. For those of you who
jumped on this lesson without seeing the
introductions of custom GPT, this
is how it looks. When you create a
new custom GPT. You have two areas
split on screen. You have basically the
left and side area where you go create
and configure. We're going to go to Create and I'm going to have
a conversation with PT and I want to basically ask to create a
humanizer for me. Create human. I create a humanizer
to convert AI, text generated content into my style or writing
and speaking. Make sure that does not sound
like AI, but more like me. Make it clear and
understandable. Also refer to the
documents uploaded to understand my speaking
style and my grammar. I'm going to just
give this prompt, see what happened now. Gpt builder is going to
start to do his work. He's going to create probably a text generated description of the bot and it
says, yeah, great, we're building a
GPT that can adapt AI generated text to match your unique style or
writing and speaking, how does the name
style mimic sound like Let's call it
something else, let's use my style or actually Humanizma, nice. Or something similar. Okay, now is generating
the text, the title. Now I'm not going to go
into configure why this is working because I
don't want that to have any bugs or any problem. Okay, it gives me this icon. I'm going to say yes. I don't want to linger too much on creating
the right icon. I can change it later.
Let's fine tune humanizer approach to make sure it perfectly aligns
with your preferences. Could you tell me a bit
more about how detailed you'd like the analysis of
your writing style to be. For instance, are you looking for deep grammatical
alignments or other specific phrases
and idioms you often use that should
be incorporated. Make sure it sounds like me
and it is grammar correct. It sounds friendly and understandable and easy
to understand. That's it. I don't want to make
it too complicated for now, going to leave
it like this. I was going to
applaud now the GPT. Now, if it keeps asking you questions,
you can ignore that. You can go back to configure. It looks like it's finished. I can go to configure, I'm going to call it humaniz. Call it my Humaniz. For instance, human text. To match your unique style. I also want to say make
sure the text nice, make sure the text is detectable as human
written and not AI. I'd like to emphasize
that just in case the part is going to change the
description slightly. My humanize is now
even more refined to ensure that text
not only matches your style but is also distinguishable as human
written, not AI generated. If you'd like to give
it a try or have more tweaks in mind,
just let me know. I can test it here on
the right hand side, but I don't have to. Now, I can go to configure, I can go to instructions and see if it's
written properly. Your role is to humanize
AI generated text to closely match the user's
unique style or writings. Speaking I go Grammar is
a extension that allows me to correct grammar,
which is pretty good. Maintaining a friendly and
easy to understand tone beyond these attributes to ensure the text appears
distinctly human written. Avoiding patterns of phrases
commonly associated with AI, you'll make the text clear, engaging then including
the grammar nuances and any specific
phrases or idioms. Reference any documents the user uploads as a guide to understand and replicate their
voice effectively. Achieving outputs
that not only meet the user's expectation for
clarity and understandability, but also carry a personal touch that resonate with the
individual expression. Perfect, that's fine. Now I also created a couple of
conversation starters. Make this more personal. Adjust this sound like me, convert this AI
text into my style. Humanize this paragraph. Now down below, I've got
the knowledge section where I'm going to upload those documents that I showed you before when I
go to downloads. I'm going to go to
my speech doc and I'm going to upload
these three documents. These are our three PDFs. The capabilities of the GPT will allow GPT to web browsing. Yes, of course. Dali
image generation. Why not code interpreter? Yes. If I want to create some coding or if I want to create some tables
and things like this, I want to be able to have
that facility as well. After I've done that,
I'm pretty much ready to create my chat bot. I'm going to make it only available for myself because
I need to test it first. I'm going to press Share. Now, I published my custom GPT. I can go to view GPT and it should be also on the
left hand side as well. My Manz, the Humanizer Pro is the one that I tested before
which I don't really like. I'm going to delete that later, but this is my humanizerg'sre
Now I'm going to grab some text from one
of my conversation GPT. Let's go to one of these. Let's say I want to
copy this description. I'm going to copy, I'm going to go to my humanizer.
I'm going to paste that. And I'm going to say, okay, make it sound like I written it. And now I paste
this text in here. And press Return,
and press Return. And then now GPT will
humanize my text, hopefully. Okay, I'm going to
copy that text. I'm going to go to originality. I'm going to paste it there. I'm going to detect, I scan and drum roll 96% original,
which is pretty good. This has done a very
good job in terms of rewriting my text and
to make it more human. Now this could be just the case, Sometimes you might
have a score which is higher on the AI side
than the human side. This is how I would
go about humanizing my text and make it
more original than AI. I hope you enjoy it and
you find it useful. And I'll see you in
the next video. Bye.
8. A New Organisational Tool - Projects: Hello, Dad. Today, we're
going to talk about projects, what they are and how to
get the best out of them. So let's jump into the desktop. The first things we need to
know about projects is that they are living here on the left hand side
of your sidebar, together with your
conversations. As you can see, you have
got lots of conversations, and if you've been using
Cha GPT for quite a while, you're going to end up having a very long list of
conversations there. And even though we have the
little tool here to search, it's very, you know, time consuming sometimes when you want to look for something. And with project,
we can basically group several conversations
in one place. So projects essentially
are folders. But they are modern folders. I'm going to unveil
that just in a second. So you can pretty much
use a conversation, an existing conversation
that you have, have a casa over them, click on the little
Tree dot icon that you have here on
the right hand side, and you can add
that to a project. We'll organize your work. But there is something more. Projects are not just
standard static folders. They are intelligent. They are smart folders, in a sense that we can instruct to answer
in a certain manner, and also we can upload
documentations into it. So it will refer to
that documentations, but it will also remember other files that you might
upload during a conversation. Very similar to what
you can do nowadays with any normal conversation
that you have with GPT, you can also use the different models
that you have available. So for instance, if
I'm going here on top, I can click on the model
that I want within that project and I can
converse with my bot. Another thing you have is the
ability to access the web, but also it will use coding. So if you need to develop a certain answer or a certain
outcome with that bot, that bot is very
versatile. It uses coding. Comparing to a custom GPT, you can do pretty much a similar here you
have the ability to also group and gather all of
your conversations together. Now, the Caston GPT, though, on the other hand, is
just a static bot. So you basically instruct
the GPT how to behave, how to answer, and refer
to certain documents, and then it will
answer accordingly. But I notice a difference
that Caston GPT will always refer to your files and always refer to
your instructions. Even though you have
access to the web, you have sort of a
static conversation. In order for me to
develop a certain answer, a certain outcome,
I would have to converse quite a lot
with the Caston GPT. Firstly, with the projects, the projects bought within that, the self contained folder
will basically get clever and clever according
to what you fit it with. For instance, if I'm going to my Causton GPT just for a
moment to my humanizer, the humanizer is a
bot that allows me to essentially paste a text, and it will basically
make it more human, make it sound more like me. And what I did in
the back hand here, I can go to edit GPT and if you don't know how to customize
or to create custom GPT, I will suggest you to go and follow my lessons
about custom GPT, so you know what
I'm talking about. But if you want to just
follow along, feel free. As you can see, I've
got my backhand, and under instructions,
I said what I want. So your role is to
humanize AI generated text to closely match the user's unique writing
and speaking style. What I did here after I wrote all these
instructions, and by the way, you can ask Chan GPT to write the instructions
for your custom bot. I also added some
conversation starters, and also I've added down below here the
knowledge, my files. These are files with my
writing, my style of writing. So the bot will trying to
imitate and to make sure that the response and the text
that I fitted with will be, you know, translated with
my style of writing. This is quite static. It does
not really do much else. With project, I can just go and create a project by going
to the left hand side here, have a cursor over, and you should be able
to see a plus icon, and that allows me to
create a new project, and I can name the project and I can start a
new conversation. So I can go here, I can
call it, for instance, stable diffusion, prompt maker two because I already have one. And as you can see,
what's a project? Projects, keep chats, files, and custom instructions
in one place. Use them for ongoing work or
just to keep things tidy. I could create project. And now the project will be saved on the left
hand side here, as you can see, I already
created one before. But now I can start
a new conversation, and I've got also
the option to add files and to add
instructions as well, very similar to custom GPT. But there is more, and I want
to really dive deep into how to make a project
conversation more useful for you. Stay tuned, and I'll see you
very soon in the next video.
9. Projects - Deep Dive: Hello there, and welcome to
this video where we're going to dive deep into the projects. And the first things
we're going to do, we're going to create a project. So I'm going to go and basically have a cursor on
the sidebar here, and you should be able to see
this plus icon popping up when you have a cursor right
above your conversations, and I'm going to click on
that, and I'm going to basically name our projects. So I'm going to call
it prompt Maker, in this case is going to be my stable diffusion,
prompt maker. For those of you who don't
know what stable diffusion is, essentially is a software that allows you to create images. It's like an AI image generator. I'm going to click
on Create Projects. Now, for those of you
who just want to use Project as an organizer folder, now the best thing to
do is just go through your conversation that you
already done with hoBT, have the cursor over them and you have this little
dotted icon next to it. You click on that and then
you press at Project, and then you basically
put it into the project. That's the easiest thing to kind of gather all
your information, all your conversation
in one place. In this case, here, we got
now our as the prompt maker, we can start our
conversation here. Now, the difference
between custom GPT and projects is that Custom GPT does not have access
to other models. Whether here, you can.
So if I go on top here, I can choose whatever model I want within the conversation. And the best part of
projects is that I can feed the bot with
additional documentations, images, text, audio,
whatever you feel like you need to add into
it, and also instructions. He says, tailor the way Cha
GPT responds in this project. Now, in this case,
I really want to dive into the
knowledge and how to improve and develop
the custom bot while I'm conversing with it. The moment, I want to
create a prompt maker. So what I want to do,
I want to be able to drag an image into
it and it will basically generate a prompt
that describe the image so that I can use in my stable
diffusion image generator. Now, I already created something like this
on the custom GPT, but the problem is
that custom GPT only follows the instruction
that you've given in the backhand and
only a reference to the files that you previously uploaded in order to get a smarter answer or
smarter outcome, even a developed
prompt, in this case, for my stable diffusion, I would have to converse quite
a bit with the custom GPT. But the custom GPT does
not tap into the coding, the Python coding that GPT usually does in a
normal conversation. I already created a
series of files that I'm going to upload into
this conversation. And for the instructions, you can just simply
instruct Cha GPT to behave and to answer in a certain manner. I can go here. You can see you got
a little bit of reference example or how
you can instruct it. There is not really a limit of how long you want the
instructions to be. But for the sake of time, I'm going to basically copy and paste the
instructions that are already set for my custom GPT, and I'm
going to paste them here. So I'm going to go into
my SD prompt maker, which is my custom GPT. And on top, under the Chevron, I'm going to go
into my Edit GPT. And under instructions,
as you can see here, I'm going to basically
highlight all the instructions, and I'm going to copy them. And as you can see
my instructions, if I click on this
little double arrow here on the bottom
right hand corner, I can see that this
conversation can be quite long. And I've done some of the custom bots with
longer instructions. I'm going to click on close, and I'm going to go back to my main conversation
under the projects. I'm going to click
on SD prompt Maker. I'm going to go to
my add instructions, and I'm going to paste
the instructions here. And the instructions basically
say that to assist me, if I upload an image, it will analyze the image, and it will create a
prompt, essentially. But in this case,
here, I would have to also upload some documentation. I already created another
folder on my desktop. I'm going to show
you what's inside. So I've got these three PDFs. So if I click on the first one, and I double click on it. You'll see this is a PDF. Let me make it a little bit
smaller so you can see it. So there's my PDF with
a positive prompt, negative prompts, and
the image as well. So CharPT will analyze
the prompt and the image. The second one is another PDF, which is another image, which is an image. And I've got, of course,
positive and negative, and I got the third
image, same thing. And this image is a
bit different as well, and it's got positive
and negative prompts. And I want upload
those files Hina, I'm going to go into AD files, highlight these three, I'm
going to drag and drop them into that drop down zone. And now I'm waiting
until they all uploaded. You're going to see
a little circle, progress bar next
to the documents. And once the documents
is uploaded, you're going to see a little
document icon next to them. Perfect. If you want to
add more, you can do that. Otherwise, just click on the X, so click away, and it
goes back to this view. Now, I can start to converse
with this project GPT. So all I need to do is simply
add an image into it and it will analyze it and it will basically respond with a prompt. I'm going to just drag
and drop this image in. And I'm going to just either press the arrow to start GPT, and it will
automatically understand what I want. So I
can click on that. Now, it's going to ask me
probably a question because my instructions tells the GPT to analyze the image and ask me a question if
this image is a pony model, if you want a pony model, or if you want a
different model. Now, for those of you who don't know what it
is, do not worry. This is just the instructions
that I set for my GPT. And I'm going to say,
it is a pony model. Now he's going to craft the right prompt for
me, and says great. Since this is a pony model, I'll include a
specific keywords that I set previously in
the instructions. And as you can see, he's
going to come up with the prompt and a
topic explanation of what it is and the reasoning
why he created this prompt. We go, it's very specific. Now, if I want to develop
this prompt even more, I can just tell the
GPT to perhaps enhance certain quality or
certain aspect of that photo or perhaps I
can add another photo. I can drag another
photo into it and it will remember it because
it has a memory. So memory is another feature
that now we have in GPT. So it will become a
proper assistant, a very versatile assistant
comparing to custom GPT. So I can go on and
on about this, but this is kind of the
gist of the projects, how to use them, how to basically fed them
with more information, more documentation as well
to make it more clever, to make it more efficient, and to be able to really
help you with your project, even complex project, as well, and even to create images and schematics and graphics for you. So very, very useful.
Have fun with this, and I'll see you in the
next video for more.
10. Project assignment: Now is the time to create
your own custom GPT, the tailored to a
specific aspect of your creative or
professional work. And take a screenshot of the main page of
your custom GPT. Like I go here, I've
got invest tax guide, the descriptions down below and I would like you to do the same and upload it
into the project area. I can't wait to see your
project and what you've done with our GPT and I'll see
you in the next class.
11. Conclusion: Nice work, Finishing
up this course. Now you've got the
skills to make AI, do some heavy lifting for you. It's a big step using Chart GPT, not just as a tool but also as a partner
for your project. Give yourself in a back because not many people
reached this point. But don't stop here though. Get your custom GPT
bought out there, share in the class project, see what other people
are actually creating, and get some feedback as well, and perhaps you get
some more inspiration to create more custom GPT. The world of AI is always
evolving as you know, so stay curious, keep tweaking your bots
and build new ones. And what you learned today is just the starting point of
this long journey with AI. Thanks for sticking
out with me and with this course all
the way through, and I'm looking
forward to see what you create next. I'll
see you next time.
