So here you can see the basic things that document, the whiteboard, the presentation, the social media, the videos the print. So this is what you can create on TNvA. So TNvA means it's easy to create and share a professional design. So here's the log in option and the sign up option. You will get everything with what you want, whether you want to print or something. This is a perfect fit for everyone, whether you want to create a free account and start using a free Athoun call A TanwaP Athun, you did go for it or aTanvaTm athun or a Tanwa Enterprise Athoun. And this is trusted by well known companies. So these are the companies who trust Tanwa. So now, when you drag down over here and you then see design with others, you then create things with EI. You can do ready Mate to print templates or print designs. These are the templates for you. So when you grad down and sum. So this is a log in options. Over there, you can see these are the different templates that you can create, whether it's a video template or a social media template or any template you want to create. So when you click on the sign up option, you can see you can sign up with your Apple account with your user account, with your Facebook account, with your Microsoft account, with your email, which your word email, or you the log in with your mobile or anything you want. These are the different options. The log in option, if I already have your account, you just need to log in. And if you are someone new to this account, you need to sign up, so get ready and sign up on TNva. 3. Canva Homepage Top Navbar: So now let's see what's there in the DanvaTp NAPPar section. So this is how the top NAP par looks slide. So here you can find different things for you option, the documents, the whiteboard, and the presentation, social media, videos, print products, website, and many more if you want. So if you click on top of it the design spotlight, you will find visual documents, photos, videos, print and Market and under visual documents, you then find presentation, whiteboard and many things related to documents, photos and videos, you will find social media videos, prints, you then find business card, invitation and Marketing and so many under Martin, you can find website, social media, fliers, logos, and many things. So here, you can browse SNVA template and there is a magic studio. So this is the next option, which is business. So this is SNVA for enterprise if you have more than you are using TNVA for any organization purpose or workplace, then you can choose that option and with that option. If TNVA team, you then contact the sales and so many things, you then just get into it and find it out. And under Business Solution, you can find agencies sales tmunization. And use this you can find content creation, visual communication, and many more. And these are the Tv resources. So get into it and find it out your different business thing. A few things might change, but the bast should remain the same as I think so. So this is the notification section, and at near you can find over there, the create a design, you then rightly create a design from there, customize save the design length and breadth and everything. And this is the name section near that, you can add your own image logo or text logo as you want. It's completely up to you. So these are the top number where you can find it over there. Canva Homepage Left Navbar: So this is the left NAPPA section on SNVA. So here you can see the homepage or the default page that is over here in the homepage section. The next one is a Madd Studio, then Projects, then template. And this is the branded option. This is especially for the P one if you are a pro user, then you can use this. For now, we are not getting into it. These are the apps, then create a team and trash option. Here on top of it is your name or your personal account. The second option is upgrade to P TanwaP. So here you can find here, if you upgrade to TanwaPro, you will get 100 million plus premium photos, videos, and elements. You then create anything with ease with resize and magic switch, the background maneuver and premium animation. You then organize your things with the brandt and everything. So if you want to upgrade, you can definitely upgrade, and here is a magic studio option. So you will find so many things in the magic studio option. Let's see the video first and then I'll explain what you are doing to that if you upgrade to TAVaPro or if you So this was the magic Studio, a short trailer video that what we are there in if we use the Magic Studio section, if we come into the Magid Studio section. And here, if you see there are so many tools that as a free user, you can use, and there are even tools, so many EI tools that as a free user you cannot use, you only need to have a Pathon and if you have a pro account, both, then you can use anything you want. You can animate anything you want with the EI tool of NWA, with the magic Studio tools. You can generate any video with the help of your text. You can generate any image with the help of text. So these are the magic edit option. This is for the free one. That's why there is no pro sign over there, and there are so many tools over here that you can use as a pro version also a free version also, if you are a free account, you can use some of these tools, but if not, then you cannot use all the tools if you are using a free account on TNvA. But it's up to you if you want to use a pre account or a pay the account. So here is the project section. So project section is basically if you have created something or if you have designed any templates or edit something on TanvA. So here you can see all your projects, all your saved folders and everything. If you are someone new on Tanva and you have not created any design, then this section will be completely planned for you. There will be nothing for you. But if on Tanva you have generated something, then you will find it over your so this is the template section. You can find all the templates over here, whether you want the presentation templates, social media templates, document templates or any kind of templates you want or YouTube templates. These are different presentation templates that are there on Sanva and you then edit it according to your own way, you then use any of these templates. And there are so many free and paid templates on Canva, whether it's Instagram deal template, a whiteboard template or video template or document template, any kind of template you want or Instagram story template, all kinds of templates you can find over here on the templates option. So if you want to generate anything if you want to create your thin first, any create any templates, you can go to a templates option and choose the kind of templates you want. This is the photo section and you can find any images you want. You can search over there at top of it. Here is the search option. I've written background where I've written background on top of the top section, you can see, you can search any kind of image you want. So this is the icon section. These are different kinds of cute little icons that you want. On your templates or you want on your als or videos according to your own way, or if any kind of icons you want, you can search on top of it. On the search option, you can definitely do and search for any kind of icons you want. So these are cute little icons. So next is the Rater you follow. So these are all the creators that have designed these templates. That's why we then see so many templates on Sanva. They are behind these templates. So you then follow any of them. So this is the start option. If I have any This is not so important. I'll not into it. This is the brand tht option. So this is especially for the pros. The free users, they not use this option or they not use the brand tht session because this is completely for the pros. You then set up your brand identity over here, you then ready. So your it's written ready to set up your branded. So this was all from left lab bar section. So this is the app section. You then see different trend in apps over here, whether you want to customize your text, you want to generate image. You want to zip image some different effects or any kind of it. You then use this in your existing designs or something you want. So here are different tabs related to all kinds of what you want, whether you want to clear your background or anything you want, you can just get into it and explore the section because I'm not getting into the section too much. So I will not get into the section, so you can definitely throw and explore section because there are so many apps that you the use, whether it's image to frame option or whether it's music, me option or anything. These are different types. So this is the Workplace essentials. So you can find over your YouTube, you internet your YouTube over here. You net the one drive over here, and this is how this works. So this is DID. This is Mojo AI. This is the morph AI. So here are different AI tools. So this is the productivity section. So this is the productivity section. So let's you cant your Instagram, Internet your one drive, you Internet anything you want on Sanva if you want. So this is design essentials. So let's explore the design as usual thing. So you can find different ImogGosle map, pezels you want, or any kind of things you want you then find over here.'s explore this section if you time to explore it because I'm not that into it. So this was all from the left Napa section. This is if you want to create your team, so this is a team plan section. You need to upgrade to SanvAP to create your own team and this is it, and this is a crash option. If you have deleted something, you have deleted some designs, you will find it over here on the crash section. And this was all from the TNva left Navbar section. Su in the next let. 5. Canva Homepage Middle Section: Now, let's dive straight into the middle section on Janva and how this section looks, and this is the middle section on Janva where what you will design today, you can search on top over here. This is how this section looks like. During that time Amr though in this video, a few things can happen. A few updates might happen, but this is how it looks like. This is a custom size. You can give the size over here. Size of the template, whether you want the YouTube template or a Facebook template or Instagram story template, you then just tip the size over here. You can add the custom size. You then upload your own file over here. So click on the Upload option and you can choose your own file, the file that you want to upload, and you then upload it directly from here. So so this is done. You can search something over here, whether it's San Wa templates or your own content, you search over here, whether it's document, it's worth both its whiteboard or its thumbnail or glint Imposed. You in search there. So here you can see a different option that I might try or you might try the document section. This is the document section where you can create your document. So drag down and you can see these are the different document templates. You can bring the power of design to your document. You then add unlimited content, and you then start your first draft first with the magic option. So we'll d into the magic write option later, not now. So this is a whiteboard section where you can create your whiteboard, whether it's a flow chart whiteboard, whether it's team whiteboard, whether it's plan whiteboard. When you drag down over your, you can get ideas flowing with whiteboard. You then sketch anything your ideas on your whiteboard. So these are the whiteboard templates that you can use when you are creating your whiteboard. So now let's plate. This is a presentation section where you then create presentation, whether a mobile phone presentation or a brainstorm presentation or a dream presentation or a business presentation. So now the next one is a social media. This is a template. You can find templates of all the social media over here, the Instagram post, the Isam real, the YouTube Cumnil, the Facebook server, the YouTube intro, animated social media, the social media post, you can find all the templates. When you click on this option, the social media option, you then plan and schedule your post from one place and all the things you'll get over here. So when you click on the Videos option, you will find all the templates related to videos, whether it's a mobile video, it's a Facebook video, it's Instagram real video. It's a video collage or a Lintn video wad, or a PinQrist video or just a video message, you then find all the things over here. So you then edit the beats with the BatsNs option with one little video background remover and you'll get many more things over here. These are the different templates, and now the next one is the print products. If you want to print something, whether it's a poster or a postcard, a certificate or dift tag or a flyer or anything like that, you then print it over here. And SAVA delivered to your doorstep with a high quality prints and happiness guaranteed and everything is there, we will dig into this later, but not now. So these are the marked in templates. If you want to print something related to the marked in templates, certificate, any fliers or any kind of business start or your postcard or anything you want to print, you then print it over here, but listen on this option. This is the website section whether you can create your own website, whether it's a business website or a portfolio website or event website or cation website or any kind of website you want to create. You then stand out online with TNvA's website. So you can create website on TAVA with their ready made template. So these are the different templates. We will not get in the website option in the stores, but you can just go into and search for it. So this is when you click on the more option, you can find over your watch sheets, calendars, the booth showers, the CD towers, I think the wallpapers and everything you will find over here. So these are different templates related to both flowers, the talentos and the mind maps and everything. So this is the middle section where you then find templates, but listing on the Gs different option, whether you want the document template or social media template. Or any kind of video template or print production. You can a presentation template you want. So these are the different options. So when you see over here the recent design, the recent design will only show if you have designed something on NVA. If you are someone who is completely a biner or a new on Tanva, you have created your sound just now and you have not created something. So this will not show you. This is only for those who have created something, any design they have created or they have done something, so this one is for you. So this was all from this section. 6. Access Thousands Of Free Templates: So now in this video, we are getting into the Canva templates, the different templates that we can use for our design, whether it's YouTube thumbnail templates. It's Installram post template, it's a mobile video, it's a whiteboard or it's a document, any kind of templates we want. We can find over here on ZNWA whether it's a presentation template, whether it's Facebook template, a throusal template. So as we will get into each and every template, we'll click on this template first and see how this template looks like. So here you can see this is a whiteboard template. We will get into this section later, but this is the white board template you can create flow chart, whiteboard, team whiteboard or any kind of whiteboard you want to create over here. In this template, you can choose the template, and you can start designing from here by these using these templates. We have not yet get into the designing part yet, but this is the inco of all the templates you will get on Janva whether you are using a free account or a paid account. These are the different templates. So you then see over here this is a team white board template. The only thing you need to do is here, you need to choose any template of your choice, and you just start your design, so I then show you how this works. You then plate any template. Based on your choice and you then start your design journey. We will get into this but later, but this is just the intro part of these templates, and you are getting even if you're using a free athount, you are getting access to thousands and thousands of free templates, free photos and videos, elements, music, audio, and so many things on Sanva even if you have a free athount and here you can see this is the Team Whiteboard template, so we are not getting deep into that. We will get deep into later on this part, but this is the presentation template. You can see if you want presentation or business presentation or any kind of presentation you want to create, you than create these presentations by using these templates. So you then see these templates over here on the left hand side, these are different templates, different design, different font, different colors. Different different based on the niche you are in what you want, different fonts and different templates and different looks. And each templates are much more different from each other. They look they are really beautiful. Each designs, and each templates are designed in a way is that it is really easier for us to use. So here you can see the different templates, whether you want the presentation, wild based presentation or any presentation you want. So now in the social media section, you can see over here, this is a Instagram post part over here, and your you then see different templates based on this, whether you want so large or any kind of template you want, whether it's a video so large or a photo solarge or any kind of notations or any ways, any tips or anything you want, you build in the template section. The only thing you need to do is to click on these templates and click on the options, whether you want a presentation template, a social media template or a whiteboard template, and you will find these templates over here. All are really different from each other and each lots. And each of these templates really helps a lot if you are someone, a beginner. So see you in the next lecture. 7. Working With Text Using Free Canva Account: So now let's dive straight into the text section on Zanva. So on the left hand side, you can see you will find everything based on the text elements, photos, background videos and much more trains. On the left hand side, you will find each and every option that you want. So this is the tet section, and we will get into the tet section over here. So use and see, these are the default default tet style that are already there for the heading, the subheading, and the body. These trains are already there. If you want to add your own depots, you then add it from clicking on the add a Tet parts option, and these are the font combinations. So what is a font combination? It basically means a combination of two different fonts. So here you can see these are the font combinations. So here, you can see over here, these are all the things that are written over here are based on the combination of two or mold fonts. So two different fonts are used. Now if I click on the sub heading and I'll add something over here, now you need to write something over here to know how the tet section words in add heading, you can add sub heading, you add body. It's completely up to you. So this is if you are a pro member, as I said, you're a pro user, you can add your own dad brand, fonts and text over there, whether it's heading, sub dit or body, but if not, you cannot use. So I've written hasta SoFi day. So when you click on top over here, the font option, these are the different ponds. Whether you want handwriting ponds or calligraphy fonts or display fonts, all ponds are over here. You then lit on any fonts you want for your thins, so for your text, and you can use it, whether it's a eri font, round font, a modern font, bold font or a vintage based font or a Talitraphy font or a thin base font or a brush font. These when you click on these options, you will find wands based on that category. So this is the brush font that Tai choose, and all the wands over here that are based on the brush wands. So you can choose anyone over here, but don't choose the Trow one until and unless you are a pro user on Zena, because trou one is only for the pro users. So you I have in one font, and let's use this font over here. Now, let's add this font and then increase the size of the font. You can see the increase and decrease option near the font section or near the font option. So this A, where is it E on top of it. This is the color of the font. You can change the color of the font based on what you want, whether you want color related to the image based lor as you can see the photo slurs over there. So these are the top five colors that are used in this photo, whether it's brown, it's green, it's black. You then use those alors on your text, or you want different text slurs, you then choose it from the lar section. So I'll do with something that can be seen so this is a line option where you send this is a list option. So here you can add one, number one, the point or something you want to add. This is a spacing option. If you have written two or more, this is a letter spacing option. You want to zap between the letters, so you can increase it and line space and if you have something written. So I've written only far free Dave written anything extra, you can have a space between the lines. So this is the effect section. These are the different effect, whether you want a shadow effet, the lift effet, the outline effet, the halo effet, the spice effet, or the neon effet. These are different effets that are already there and you can use it, you then change the effet taller, and this is the background effect where already a background is being created for your text. The only thing you need to do is to change the background sala if you want and the background is created. You don't have to add extra background from the elements section. You can click on the background option over here, and Sanva automatically generates a background for your text so that it is easier for you to use it. So just add it over here and then add the outline effort. You then add any effort you want. By the time It in this video, these are all the efforts that Sanva provide us. But if Sanvas updated the website or app, the app, so there will be many more things that are there, even in the animation part also. So this is the animation part. So you can create your own animation if you want. These are different animation that TNvA provides us the pop animation, the blur animation, the pan animation, the baseline animation and many more animations are there, whether it's a text animation or image animation, but this one is the text animation. So here are different tent animation. So you can see the different things happening on the screen as I'm clitting on these different animation options, whether it's bust, whether it's Zoom, so this is the ad motion animation. So you can create your own animation, even if you don't want that animation, you can just create your own animation. So I'll show you how this one works. So it's already within that Slette and grab an element around the canvas and create your own animation. So see what Sam doing on the screen. And now the animation has been created. So you need to hold the text and you need to grad an element around the Canvas and your animation has been created, so I'll draw it around the Canvas and see my animation is created within a few seconds. So now you can use this option also, but if you don't want to go with it, you can use the animation option that's already there that TNva provides us. So this is the animation that I have created for myself, but this death so this one is done. So anything else if I'm so this is the position section, whether you want the Zof day to show first, to show or the Zof day to be at the back of the photo or the front of the photo, you then change the letter or the change the sentence dam in the center, you met it in the right or left. When you click on the tree dot, you then find upper tails, underline and everything. So this is the final look how it looks like. Our final text using the text and animation. So this is the final look. So just try and give it low and see you in the next slide. 8. Working With Photos Using Free Canva Account: Now, let's die straight into the just section. On SNVa, we were working with the epithection and we are done with the epithetion. We are done with the filters, with the duotone and everything. Now, the Adjust section. So, this one is just section. And if you will see over here, this is the auto Adjustetion. That means Sanva when you sit on the Auto Adjustection, Tanwa will automatically adjust the image based on the brightness, the temperature and everything, whether you want to adjust the whole image or only the background or something else, the Sanva will automatically adjust it based on the temperature, the tint the brightness and the more option, the saturation and everything that's there. And if you want to do this manually, you can do o for it. So this is the temperature option. You then increase the temperature, so here it is in the white balance. So under this, you then increase the temperature or decrease the temperature is completely up to you. And what suits your image best, you the row with that, whether it's the increase of the temperature or decrease of the tint. So this is the lighter option. You can increase the brightness or decrease the brightness to zero. You can increase the brightness to 100. But as I told you, it's completely up to your choice. The contrast the increase and decrease the contrast, this is the highlight option. As you then see as I'm changing the highlights and the shadows, what's happening in the image, everything starts to change, whether it's the brightness part or whether it's showing in the more showing more white or something. So here you can increase the whiter option on the da option. The black, you then increase the black option in the more plater part on your image or the more white you want for your image. So here you then adjust everything. All the adjustments are given over here. But if you don't know how to adjust for your image for a perfect image to create a perfect image, you then choose the auto adjust option. As you will click on the Auto Adjust option, whether you want for your whole image or for your background. Something like that, you can live on it and SNV will automatically adjust these things for you without any problem based on the image if you have increased the brightness and now the image looks really very off, you don't have to worry about it. Just live on the auto adjust option and you can use it easily use it without and if you have no idea based on the brightness, the saturation, and the contrast. But if you know about these things, you then do it manually. You then increase the sharpness. You then does the sharpness. So these are all the things that are over here, the sharpness, the clarity and everything. So if you are very though knowledge about these thins, how to adjust it with the image, you can adjust it. But as you have seen over here, I clipped the auto adjust option, and now Danva has automatically adjusted the thins, the sharpness, the brightness, the temperature, based on what suits the image in a much better way and what speeds the image looks good. See you in the next lecture. 9. Working With Photos Effect Section: So now let's get into the image effect section on Janva. So now we will edit the image for the first time we are going to do in the stores, we are going to edit in one of the image of our own choice, and I will show you how the image edit image on Sanva words. So just go to the photo section on ana on the left hand side, I will show you in the previous image on the previous videos. So go to the left hand side on amo, you will find photos over there section where photos is written. Click on that option photos. And here you can find so many photos. So based on photos of your own choice, you can choose any kind of photo you want, which you want to edit. So let me choose any photo from here, and these all photos are completely free for use. So you can use the photos for free. So if for any kind of videos or for any kind of post, you want these photos, you can use these photos and just scroll down and find it out the kind of photos or the type of photos that you want to use this for this section, or you can search any kind of photo on nva over there. On the top right hand side. So I'll choose this photo and I will use this photo in my own design. So whether you can choose this photo for the Instagram post design or Facebook post design or any kind of, you can choose it over here. And now, so here you can see for whiteboard you want, for videos you want for Facebook, landscape post, third tower you want or for your Facebook post you want. All the options are here, or you then give the custom size based on the size of the template that you want to use the photos for. So I'll use this photo for Instagram post kind of type of photo. So I'll apply I'll set this photo as a background photo now. So now it's time to edit this image. So I have set the photos for the background. Now the image is done, everything is done, so I'll click on the image over here. And on top of it, you can find over there the edit image option. On the left hand side, the Edit image option, the flip option, the Talas option, animation options. We'll get into that afterwards. But now list on the edit image option. So this is the effet section over here. So this is also the Madd studio. So here you can see the magic studio. These are for the pro ones, the background remover, the magic eraser, the magic drab. These all things are for the pro ones, the rab text image. Only we the use is the magic edit option. So we can use the magic edit option, as you can see, even the magic expand option is not for us, so we tend not use it, click on the magic edit option. So you're on the click part on the brush option when you click or in the click option, you will edit. You will click on the lick option, I would say, and choose the kind of background you want for this image, then write over there. So describe your edit. So what kind of a background image do you want for this image? So you can write it over there, and that will be the only thing that will show on this image background. So I'll write it live in room here and you can see how this works so well. So I'll write it over here live in room. And now you can see how this works. It's in a bit of time, so now the background is done. So the previous background is done, and now I'll add a new background to my image. So I've written living doom over here. So now the images all the images are generated. It will take a few set ins or a few minutes for Tanwa to load this image. These are all images or the background and everything is created with the help of. So this was the married studio part. So now, this is how it looks like. It's not the perfect. I would say the living room, but somehow it's very close to show in the living room. So this background was completely blank. The blue or something background was there. But now all we have done is we have just written the type of background that we want. And Tanva had generated that type of background for us. So you can generate as many times as possible for you to get the perfect background image for your image of what you want that image to look like in the background. So here I written the living room, you can write anything you want. But now, I'll write over here f shop. So now I write off shop background that I want. I don't want the living room background, but the living room background was really very close too. It looks like a living room. And now I'll generate Photo shop. So by the time I'm I'm retarding this video, I can use the magic Edit option. But as SNVA updates really fast, the updates in Tanwa happens really fast and new things add on on TNvA. So if this option is showing for the P one, then I'm sorry, then it's done. So now by the time I'm retarding this, this is completely for free. So now you can see over here, TNvA has generated the top shop. Pround for us, and this really stood. It's really nothing like they shop. You then see the previous image over here, and it's completely bland image, but now how the age slit slide. So this is a filter option and you can use different filters according to your own choice, whether it's a una filter, it's plint filter or it's fresh through filter, or you want no filter, it's up to you what kind of filter you want. So this is the epetoption the FTFet whether you want to use the drop effect, you can see the changes that are happening on the screen while I'm clitting on these effets or these shadow effets on Canvas, so you can see different served effect, the backdrop effect, the outline effet, the blow effet, and these are happening on the screen. As I'm doing this on as I'm clitting on the effet different effets option. You can see the changes happening. You can blur the background or you want it completely blurred. You can blur the background by increasing the blur oxygen is by increasing the blur section or something. So this is the duotone, the different duotone that you want to use in your image, whether it's a mustard, it's amber, it's see green. You can even change the highlight and the shadow alors over here. So when you click on the highlight and shadow colors, you can change the colors based on your desired color. So now I change the shadow color to something else to white or something or to black.
